So there's a state statute that says every county in Florida has to have a list of properties. Right. That could. 00:02:39:21 - 00:02:52:02 Courtney Yes. That are appropriate for affordable housing. Yes. Yes. And so in 2024 we adopted a resolution of those parcels and whatnot. That is correct. Yes. Right. But different things are happening with both of those. 00:03:21:26 - 00:03:22:10 Courtney Correct. 00:03:22:11 - 00:03:23:19 MAK Okay. Tell me more. 00:03:23:23 - 00:03:38:24 Courtney Okay. So the one in New Monrovia was acquired through the ship program, which is our state housing initiatives partnership program. So through that we are it's going to go through the auction. 00:03:38:25 - 00:03:40:08 MAK Right through the auction process. 00:03:40:08 - 00:03:50:08 Courtney And that will be for development for affordable housing. And then once that is paid, it goes back into. 00:03:50:11 - 00:03:59:07 MAK Yes, back into the ship program. Right. So then you're continuing to grow your ship, the ship program and future properties. 00:03:59:08 - 00:04:07:29 Courtney Yes. That's cool. And then the Golden Gate ones will be donated to the Martin County Community Land Trust. 00:04:08:02 - 00:04:20:17 MAK Martin County community land trust. Yes. Yes. And that's really a cool thing. We can drop some information down in the show notes about the land trust. We were here when that was brought about. 00:04:20:18 - 00:04:21:24 Courtney A few. 00:04:21:26 - 00:04:43:15 MAK Adopted a few years ago. Right. The land stays with the land trust, and then the property is leased to the tenant. So it's a way to continue to have affordable housing in your community. And it was a unique solution. Yes.
