This article introduces a Stereotaxic Topographic Atlas of the Mouse Brain (STAM), a groundbreaking three-dimensional (3D) reference atlas with an isotropic 1-micrometer resolution. Developed using continuous micro-optical sectioning tomography and Nissl-based cytoarchitecture, it provides highly detailed 3D topographies of 916 brain structures, enabling single-cell level spatial localization.
