This week I'm joined by Aubrey AKA 'Bigger Than Running'. Aubrey is a runner with the goal to inspire and bring something to the table that is far 'bigger than running'. Aubrey recently became the first Malawian to complete all the marathon majors but a long the way had to face set backs with hate, self-doubt and a feeling of not belonging.
