- 0:01Speaker 1: Jared, Katy and Josh six one hundred.
- 0:04Speaker 2: I thought we had almost lost Katie there for a
- 0:06Speaker 2: second right before we went on the air.
- 0:08Speaker 1: She was choking.
- 0:10Speaker 2: I didn't want to have to do mouth to mouth,
- 0:11Speaker 2: but that's when it came to you were I stuck
- 0:15Speaker 2: my tongue in your mouth.
- 0:19Speaker 3: No, all right, this is hard to talk, breathe and
- 0:23Speaker 3: drink stuff.
- 0:24Speaker 2: Yeah, you know we're all emotional too. When you were
- 0:26Speaker 2: talking and she was talking about Chicago guy against.
- 0:28Speaker 4: I was really fired up. I don't know if you're.
- 0:30Speaker 1: Trying to kill yourself. What did take yourself?
- 0:32Speaker 4: Wow, it happened so fast. But no, I'm fine, everything's okay.
- 0:37Speaker 1: Good, Yeah, we're back.
- 0:38Speaker 2: God, I got to hear about this wild weather day
- 0:41Speaker 2: that you were part of yesterday.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Some riveting stuff here.
- 0:44Speaker 5: Well, driving south on I twenty five south of the city.
- 0:48Speaker 4: Here, if you saw any of that lightning at like.
- 0:51Speaker 5: Four o'clock ish, right, it was like three four o'clock
- 0:54Speaker 5: that this all happened. Oh my goodness, the kind of
- 0:57Speaker 5: lightning that like you see it from the sky go
- 1:00Speaker 5: all the way down to the ground, stayed there for
- 1:03Speaker 5: like two three seconds for a little bit.
- 1:06Speaker 1: Did you shopping jealous.
- 1:09Speaker 3: Yeah, but no, I've never seen lightning do that.
- 1:13Speaker 4: And the entire light was just lighting up like.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Fireworks the sky, the sky.
- 1:18Speaker 4: But Josh, you said you saw too because you were running.
- 1:21Speaker 2: Yes, if you saw lightning yesterday, wild right, I can't
- 1:25Speaker 2: believe you're lucky.
- 1:27Speaker 4: I know you're just jealous.
- 1:28Speaker 2: I didn't get to see any lightning yesterday.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:31Speaker 4: No, it was these afternoon summer storms.
- 1:35Speaker 3: Wow. They didn't see them coming at all, and it
- 1:38Speaker 3: rained on your clean car.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Don't okay, I left you already choked.
- 1:44Speaker 2: One time I got to ask you, did you go
- 1:47Speaker 2: to one of those car wash places where if it rains,
- 1:49Speaker 2: like within twenty four hours, you can sit back.
- 1:50Speaker 4: In I think, But like, what if you don't have
- 1:52Speaker 4: your receipt?
- 1:53Speaker 3: How do you make that happen? Can I show them?
- 1:55Speaker 3: Because it shows up on my you know statement, Rob
- 1:59Speaker 3: could show like literally yesterday after the show, I went
- 2:02Speaker 3: and zipped through a car wash, got her all done,
- 2:05Speaker 3: car looked great, and I went to go have lunch
- 2:08Speaker 3: and it torrentially downpoured on my car.
- 2:12Speaker 6: Day.
- 2:12Speaker 4: I know it's Jerry, you have no idea, no wonder
- 2:15Speaker 4: I'm choking.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Over was on the ground and it rained on your car.
- 2:20Speaker 2: You functioning, I think you could probably roll. And it's
- 2:23Speaker 2: generally a bunch of dudes at those car washes. You
- 2:25Speaker 2: probably could just.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Flash them in the what you threw.
- 2:28Speaker 4: Yeah, it does work. That does work. You're right Ben there,
- 2:31Speaker 4: Like honestly, I know it.
- 2:32Speaker 1: It does work.
- 2:33Speaker 4: It's like currency.
- 2:34Speaker 1: Time for a little sports update.
- 2:37Speaker 2: I was perusing this story that came out from bro
- 2:39Speaker 2: bi bro Bible yesterday of the twenty priceiest sports cards
- 2:44Speaker 2: ever sold. And I always shake my head at these
- 2:47Speaker 2: stories because it's like, it's a little piece of cardboard.
- 2:50Speaker 4: It's a little teeny tiny piece.
- 2:53Speaker 3: Of cardboard that holds so much, so much value you
- 2:56Speaker 3: and so many just memory.
- 2:58Speaker 1: It is amazing, ridiculous, is what it is.
- 3:02Speaker 2: Number one was the Michael Jordan Kobe Bryant two thousand
- 3:05Speaker 2: and seven Upper Deck Exquisite Collection Dual Logo Man Autographed card.
- 3:10Speaker 4: WHOA that's been on the pack.
- 3:13Speaker 2: Thirteen million dollars for a piece of cardboard.
- 3:16Speaker 1: Well, that one, I mean, obviously, because pretty solid.
- 3:19Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 3:20Speaker 2: J Actually the second most expensive piece of sports memorabilia
- 3:23Speaker 2: ever sold, after the Jersey Babe Ruth war when he
- 3:28Speaker 2: called his shot back in nineteen thirty two at.
- 3:30Speaker 1: The World Series. Katie, you were there, That sold for.
- 3:34Speaker 2: Just shy of twenty five million dollars. But yeah, I
- 3:37Speaker 2: just saw these and I'm like, wow, there's so much
- 3:39Speaker 2: money going out on sports cards.
- 3:40Speaker 1: It's absolutely nutty Wagner. I think, yeah, seven point twenty
- 3:44Speaker 1: five million.
- 3:44Speaker 7: That one was the most expensive for a while, and
- 3:46Speaker 7: I'm like, who the heck is that guy played in
- 3:47Speaker 7: like the nineteen tens.
- 3:49Speaker 2: Yeah, that was number three on the list. Mickey Mantle
- 3:51Speaker 2: is second at thirteen million.
- 3:53Speaker 3: When you talk about that Babe Ruth moment, though, like
- 3:55Speaker 3: you just say it and everybody sees the picture of
- 3:58Speaker 3: him pointing to the state the Great Bambino, Like that
- 4:02Speaker 3: is such a nice image, and so I can understand
- 4:05Speaker 3: why it holds so much value along with it.
- 4:07Speaker 4: I mean, come on, babe, you.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Yeah, it's from a movie, Okay.
- 4:13Speaker 2: And then one final thing for all the athletes who
- 4:15Speaker 2: need a little recovery time, Nike is going to be
- 4:18Speaker 2: dropping some limited edition slides.
- 4:22Speaker 1: Slides are very popular right now.
- 4:24Speaker 2: They're called recovery slides, which heat and massage your feet.
- 4:29Speaker 1: As you're laying around the house watching Netflix. You gotta put.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Them on your feet don't use them for anything else,
- 4:39Speaker 2: don't you do it?
- 4:41Speaker 1: But they do heat and massage.
- 4:44Speaker 4: I mean, who wouldn't want that though?
- 4:45Speaker 3: Come on, yeah, it does sound pretty nice, way better
- 4:48Speaker 3: than most men.
- 4:49Speaker 2: Yeah right, so, yes, slide goes on while you're watching.
- 4:52Speaker 4: The tube and yeah, no, I love that.
- 4:55Speaker 1: What else is going on in purchase?
- 4:56Speaker 7: Well, Broncos training camp is ramping up. Tomorrow is the
- 4:59Speaker 7: first first day for public viewing, which is going to
- 5:02Speaker 7: be so exciting. I know the crowd is going to
- 5:05Speaker 7: be great there. Tomorrow They're going to be met with
- 5:07Speaker 7: a massive new building that the Broncos head set up
- 5:10Speaker 7: over the last couple of years, the three story, two.
- 5:12Speaker 1: Hundred and five thousand square.
- 5:15Speaker 7: Foot training facility.
- 5:16Speaker 1: It's ridiculous.
- 5:17Speaker 7: All the bells and whistles from a player friendly locker
- 5:20Speaker 7: room designed to promote a social atmosphere. Jerry that series
- 5:24Speaker 7: into the cafeteria to underground parking facility has it all. Yeah,
- 5:28Speaker 7: we saw pictures. They just released it yesterday. Quinn Minors
- 5:31Speaker 7: is the all star guard there. He says, this is
- 5:33Speaker 7: absolutely ridiculous.
- 5:34Speaker 1: It's ridiculous.
- 5:36Speaker 2: It is so over the top for these guys to
- 5:39Speaker 2: go sit around on couches and have snacks and stuff.
- 5:42Speaker 1: It's so over the top, it's ridiculous.
- 5:43Speaker 2: No, let's get some facilities like this for some of
- 5:47Speaker 2: our firefighters and police officers, and I agree, and teachers
- 5:50Speaker 2: and nurses.
- 5:51Speaker 3: Yeah, but you can't take away what the players show,
- 5:54Speaker 3: because that's the thing is something like that is kind
- 5:57Speaker 3: of like a draw to players coming to Denver.
- 6:00Speaker 7: And that's that's the main point to drop Colorado for
- 6:05Speaker 7: for almost every sport has kind of been the flyover state.
- 6:08Speaker 7: And because we are a championship city, Nuggets, aps, Broncos
- 6:12Speaker 7: too much. Champions okay, and so you need to have
- 6:15Speaker 7: other things other than hey, we're a good team. You
- 6:18Speaker 7: have to have the nice facilities.
- 6:19Speaker 6: Now.
- 6:20Speaker 7: It just is what it is.
- 6:21Speaker 1: And if they get paid enough money, they're fine. They're
- 6:23Speaker 1: doing okay. I mean, yes.
- 6:25Speaker 2: I want some firefighters and police officers to have some
- 6:27Speaker 2: facilities like this, people who actually put.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Their lives on the line time exactly not the same.
- 6:34Speaker 3: But we can have both. That's all I'm saying is
- 6:36Speaker 3: I feel like we can. There's a way we can
- 6:38Speaker 3: achieve both. We can't have.
- 6:41Speaker 1: Harmony, it's too much challenge.
- 6:44Speaker 7: Remember they made the AFC Championship last year, they expectations.
- 6:48Speaker 7: You want to treat those players.
- 6:50Speaker 2: Police officers are saving people's lives and every day. Understand,
- 6:53Speaker 2: give them an awesome place to go hang out. Great
- 6:56Speaker 2: with the cafeteria and big TVs and beautiful work aft facility.
- 7:00Speaker 3: Maybe you could write the members of the Denver Broncos
- 7:03Speaker 3: a very passionate lesson.
- 7:04Speaker 2: Yes, maybe your want in the off season police officers
- 7:08Speaker 2: and firefighters can go over there and work out and
- 7:10Speaker 2: hang out.
- 7:10Speaker 1: I love that idea. That's a good idea. What start
- 7:13Speaker 1: that letter? Write a letter? They'll burn it in the
- 7:15Speaker 1: new fireplace at the facility. What's the name of our congressman, Hicklooper? Sure, yeah,
- 7:23Speaker 1: all right, I'm gonna find out who to write a
- 7:25Speaker 1: letter to.
- 7:26Speaker 2: Okay, and I'm gonna do it. Is Pat Bowling still around?
- 7:29Speaker 1: Oh No, I can't write him. I'll be thinking about it.
- 7:34Speaker 1: Thanks for having some fun with us today.
- 7:37Speaker 7: What's blowing up?
- 7:38Speaker 4: We've got receipts, We've got drummers, We've got Denver talking.
- 7:43Speaker 1: It's the mile High hike with.
- 7:44Speaker 4: The JKJ icon on one hundred.
- 7:48Speaker 2: Well, I do want to let you know that a
- 7:50Speaker 2: lot of your co workers and your friends and family
- 7:52Speaker 2: might be farting a lot today because it's National Chili
- 7:56Speaker 2: Dog Day today.
- 8:01Speaker 6: Oh I hope you won't give me guess to oh boy,
- 8:11Speaker 6: Oh no, cheese, you're the cause of my pants be ENTI.
- 8:23Speaker 1: Okay, one more homer there it is all right. Well, anyway,
- 8:27Speaker 1: it's a good day to get a little chili on
- 8:29Speaker 1: your wiener. I'm a fan of the chili dog, I
- 8:31Speaker 1: really am. You know, load it up, put.
- 8:33Speaker 2: Some cheese on there and give it though. Today's the
- 8:37Speaker 2: day you're gonna dive into it.
- 8:38Speaker 4: Do it Colorado and do a green chili dog really good.
- 8:42Speaker 4: I love green chili dogs.
- 8:44Speaker 2: I'm blow doesn't that get It's gotta be a thick
- 8:47Speaker 2: green chili though, right, or your bun's gonna get soggy toes.
- 8:53Speaker 1: Love your life. Give me some of on a hot
- 8:56Speaker 1: I drip that on my shirt.
- 8:59Speaker 3: So good.
- 9:00Speaker 1: It was a bad day to wear a white shirt.
- 9:03Speaker 2: Get this the historic Cathedral height the Cathedral High School building,
- 9:08Speaker 2: eighteen forty Grant Street. It's been vacant for more than
- 9:11Speaker 2: a decade. Broken windows, graffiti, peeling paint, hazardous materials inside. Hey,
- 9:17Speaker 2: that's a fun place to hang out anyway. A local
- 9:19Speaker 2: developer purchased a properly property for about a million dollars,
- 9:23Speaker 2: and now he wants to turn it into a boutique
- 9:25Speaker 2: hotel fifty sixty rooms with a restaurant, a cafe. I
- 9:31Speaker 2: think this is kind of a neat idea. Yeah, yeah,
- 9:34Speaker 2: especially like an old school building like that former high school.
- 9:38Speaker 1: I would stay in somewhere like that.
- 9:40Speaker 2: It's very much along the lines of how I want
- 9:43Speaker 2: to live in, like in a gas station for an
- 9:45Speaker 2: old firehouse.
- 9:46Speaker 1: Yeah, you know when they revamp it a church.
- 9:49Speaker 4: Did you live in an old church?
- 9:50Speaker 3: Kid?
- 9:50Speaker 1: You I feel like you can catch on fire.
- 9:52Speaker 3: Well, there's just too many things that happen in a church.
- 9:55Speaker 3: I don't want to be a I would like to visit,
- 9:57Speaker 3: but I don't want to live there. We'll think of
- 9:58Speaker 3: all the things that happened in to church, like lots
- 10:01Speaker 3: of stuff, praying on the marriage's funerals, you get babies baptized.
- 10:07Speaker 4: There's a lot.
- 10:09Speaker 1: Of spirits, good spirits.
- 10:12Speaker 2: Probably fine, unless the deceased comebacks and haunted.
- 10:16Speaker 3: Exactly like angels vanished and become demons.
- 10:20Speaker 4: Sometimes I know, I don't know.
- 10:24Speaker 1: Like, so they're right outside the front door, they're just waiting.
- 10:28Speaker 4: I'd like to visit. I don't know if i'd want
- 10:30Speaker 4: to live in one.
- 10:30Speaker 1: Okay, well then don't never mind.
- 10:32Speaker 2: I know Katie Perry's making the news this morning because.
- 10:35Speaker 1: She was in full panic mode.
- 10:37Speaker 2: She got into some sort of gigantic water bottle one
- 10:41Speaker 2: of her latest concerts, like you can fit a person
- 10:43Speaker 2: in it, and they pushed it out into the crowd
- 10:46Speaker 2: and they were crowdsurfing this water bottle, and they started taking.
- 10:49Speaker 4: Her way out into the crowd, and.
- 10:52Speaker 2: I pulled some audio of her kind of panicking.
- 11:04Speaker 1: You gotta watch the video of it.
- 11:05Speaker 2: It's kind of neat, actually, the gigantic water bottle being
- 11:08Speaker 2: inside that.
- 11:09Speaker 1: She looked like, I don't like a hamster or something
- 11:11Speaker 1: in that media. But she went.
- 11:13Speaker 4: Way out there. Take me back to the station.
- 11:16Speaker 3: She gotta do something to get us talking about her,
- 11:18Speaker 3: because man, her shows.
- 11:20Speaker 1: She's really gone kind of downhill. Wasn't what happened there.
- 11:24Speaker 3: I I think it's just the whole It's hard to
- 11:28Speaker 3: get out and see.
- 11:29Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 11:30Speaker 3: I don't know what it is, because I know Katy
- 11:31Speaker 3: Perry started off pretty strong.
- 11:33Speaker 4: There's a lot of people who still.
- 11:35Speaker 3: Love Katy Perry, but you know her tour was just
- 11:37Speaker 3: like me, yeah, all right, what you got? Okay, Well
- 11:40Speaker 3: let's start it up here because first things first, did
- 11:44Speaker 3: you know the city of Arvada has.
- 11:46Speaker 4: A drone first responder unit?
- 11:49Speaker 6: What?
- 11:50Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 11:51Speaker 3: And a redtail hawk took off, took one out while
- 11:54Speaker 3: they were both flying high in the Colorado sky. Yes,
- 11:58Speaker 3: and it was caught on camera from multiple angles, so
- 12:02Speaker 3: it is pretty spectacular. The officers they were looking into
- 12:05Speaker 3: a condemned shed when the drone, excuse me, with the
- 12:09Speaker 3: drone and then the hawk snatched it right out of
- 12:11Speaker 3: the sky. So the neat thing about it is the
- 12:13Speaker 3: camera angles, because you get the drone footage, but you
- 12:15Speaker 3: also get the body cam from the officers, so you
- 12:17Speaker 3: can see it all from their point of view as
- 12:20Speaker 3: well as from the actual drone, and you see like
- 12:22Speaker 3: a wing of a hawk. But then it deployed its parachute,
- 12:25Speaker 3: the hawk went flying off. The hawk is fine, and
- 12:28Speaker 3: it got stuffed in a tree. So everything worked out,
- 12:30Speaker 3: like they're saying, everything worked out the way it wanted to.
- 12:32Speaker 3: But it is wild to see this video of the
- 12:35Speaker 3: hawk try and grab it thinking that it's some kind
- 12:37Speaker 3: of o or something. You know.
- 12:40Speaker 2: I was just reading a story about drones about how
- 12:42Speaker 2: this is fascinating. Some high schools are starting to install
- 12:46Speaker 2: drones in the high school. So if there's ever any
- 12:49Speaker 2: sort of active situation, let's say the drones they deploy
- 12:54Speaker 2: in the hallways and they're able to like immediately get
- 12:57Speaker 2: to you. You saw that that student and you know,
- 12:59Speaker 2: pepper spray the but jesus out or you know, I
- 13:02Speaker 2: don't know what it does, maybe a machete comes down
- 13:05Speaker 2: and slices their arm off or something. Yeah, but that's
- 13:07Speaker 2: really neat. I'm impressed by that. Look, like, what a
- 13:10Speaker 2: brilliant idea.
- 13:11Speaker 3: What technology, Like a lot of we focus on a
- 13:13Speaker 3: lot of the bad because it scares us and.
- 13:14Speaker 4: We're like, wait, what are the robots doing.
- 13:17Speaker 2: You just don't want it to malfunction in the middle
- 13:18Speaker 2: of chemistry class, I know, zipping in and spray your teacher.
- 13:21Speaker 4: The drones are coming out.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly.
- 13:24Speaker 3: So, Yeah, a really neat video for you to go
- 13:26Speaker 3: check out there about that redtail hawk. But this is
- 13:28Speaker 3: also a nice story from unincorporated Adams County. So they
- 13:32Speaker 3: have experienced a significant drop.
- 13:35Speaker 4: In many crime categories.
- 13:36Speaker 3: We're talking homicides down thirty eight percent in twenty twenty
- 13:40Speaker 3: five burglaries down forty one percent, and the big one
- 13:44Speaker 3: was the motor vehicle thefts down fifty eight percent. What
- 13:47Speaker 3: do they attribute to so the motor the motor No,
- 13:50Speaker 3: the motor vehicle thefts. For one, it's out at DIA
- 13:53Speaker 3: that's where the majority of the thefts occurred. And they've
- 13:55Speaker 3: done a lot of stuff out there to help curb thefts.
- 13:58Speaker 3: They've got a lot more security out there there. They've
- 14:00Speaker 3: made the parking lot a lot more like you have
- 14:03Speaker 3: to check in and out.
- 14:04Speaker 4: It's a lot more official.
- 14:05Speaker 1: So cracking that's.
- 14:07Speaker 4: A big thing.
- 14:07Speaker 3: And it's just really I mean, just the advancement again,
- 14:10Speaker 3: like we said, with technologies. The drones are helping out
- 14:12Speaker 3: a lot and a lot of these things. When you
- 14:14Speaker 3: come to they're seeing a lot more of it, so
- 14:16Speaker 3: they're able to catch the.
- 14:18Speaker 1: Perks and whatnot.
- 14:19Speaker 4: There's a lot. So this is unincorporated Adams County.
- 14:22Speaker 3: And again the sheriff who was talking about it said
- 14:24Speaker 3: in twenty twenty three that they were the worst, the
- 14:28Speaker 3: worst for auto thefts and now this has really helped that.
- 14:32Speaker 3: And again a good job sheriff for them.
- 14:33Speaker 4: So yay.
- 14:35Speaker 3: And then just one more another bear story, multiple bear stories,
- 14:38Speaker 3: in fact, as they're getting even wilder. One in Nanitou
- 14:41Speaker 3: Springs yesterday, cops had to free this bear from a
- 14:44Speaker 3: car after.
- 14:45Speaker 1: He got his self stuck cars. They do well again.
- 14:50Speaker 4: Send things.
- 14:51Speaker 3: So if you have something that's in your car and
- 14:53Speaker 3: it's like, like, really it smells good, right, And even
- 14:57Speaker 3: if I think of the fresh that idea, bears can
- 15:01Speaker 3: smell that.
- 15:02Speaker 4: They say over two thousand times, this.
- 15:04Speaker 1: Sense of smell miles away.
- 15:06Speaker 4: They can smell things like crazy.
- 15:08Speaker 3: And then another one in love when this one just wait,
- 15:12Speaker 3: a woman says she came across a bear in her
- 15:16Speaker 3: living room. What I was uncomfortable with the bear in
- 15:19Speaker 3: my house In this case, I was three feet away,
- 15:22Speaker 3: three feet that close to her, and there's my pepper
- 15:25Speaker 3: spray drone.
- 15:26Speaker 4: Such a sweet little berry Nona though with that one.
- 15:28Speaker 3: But yeah, she said she came around the corner and
- 15:30Speaker 3: she just says, but I would be like And then
- 15:37Speaker 3: just one more bear story. A bear stole a.
- 15:39Speaker 4: Picnic basket in Commerce City. I'm just kidding about that.
- 15:46Speaker 2: It is it has been a wild year for bears,
- 15:49Speaker 2: though I have never really I don't remember any any
- 15:52Speaker 2: summer like this in recent history where so many bear
- 15:55Speaker 2: sightings have been out there, coming.
- 15:56Speaker 4: Up close to an.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Injured or anything. Right, well, let's not talk about that. Yeah,
- 16:04Speaker 1: we'll canceled.
- 16:05Speaker 2: Kids, If you're getting ready to head out to work
- 16:09Speaker 2: today or wow, some of you might be in school,
- 16:12Speaker 2: I don't know, getting ready for school teachers going back.
- 16:15Speaker 2: If you're stressed, you're full of anxiety, maybe you're down
- 16:19Speaker 2: yet another study I'm looking at. We talked about this
- 16:22Speaker 2: last week, but there's a second one out this morning
- 16:25Speaker 2: talking about just trying to get outside in the morning
- 16:28Speaker 2: and listen to the birds for about ten minutes. They
- 16:31Speaker 2: say listening to nature slash mostly birds will reduce that stress,
- 16:37Speaker 2: that anxiety, that depression. It's just kind of getting back
- 16:41Speaker 2: to the roots of humans.
- 16:44Speaker 1: Absolutely, you're back to the earth.
- 16:45Speaker 3: There is so much that can be said about this,
- 16:48Speaker 3: because I mean, monks do it. They sit in silence
- 16:51Speaker 3: the first ten minutes of their day so they can
- 16:53Speaker 3: really tap in to the earth and all of that energy.
- 16:57Speaker 3: And you're right, it significantly lowers stress level.
- 17:00Speaker 1: Yeah, it also puts.
- 17:02Speaker 4: You Okay, should we just listen? Is that what you
- 17:04Speaker 4: want to do?
- 17:05Speaker 1: Sho, No, no, no, okay, I would never want you
- 17:07Speaker 1: to shut up, Jerry.
- 17:10Speaker 4: But it does lower your stress level.
- 17:12Speaker 2: Uh.
- 17:13Speaker 3: Well, it's the cortisol in us. Like we have to
- 17:15Speaker 3: keep that in check. It's not good for you. So, uh,
- 17:20Speaker 3: that is such a strong, strong thing you can do
- 17:23Speaker 3: to really take advantage and be in charge of your day.
- 17:27Speaker 3: That's the other thing is like when you do that,
- 17:29Speaker 3: you're kind of just setting yourself up for success for
- 17:32Speaker 3: the rest of the day.
- 17:33Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 17:33Speaker 2: So if you can try to get out this morning
- 17:36Speaker 2: and listen to some birds before they all fly away
- 17:39Speaker 2: for winter, because you know it's only one hundreds some
- 17:42Speaker 2: days before Christmas.
- 17:43Speaker 4: Stop, no stress is back.
