- 0:00SPEAKER_02: Thanks for tuning in.
- 0:01SPEAKER_02: You're listening to Propaganda with Mick and Jacob.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: Hey guys, we're back with another episode.
- 0:08SPEAKER_00: Uh this week.
- 0:09SPEAKER_00: We wanted to kind of do like a brief overview of like a couple different topics.
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: Normally we do like two topics and then kind of like whatever, do like a little bit more in depth.
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: Um, but today we have a couple different things we're gonna go over.
- 0:20SPEAKER_00: The first thing I saw this, sorry to like jump right into it.
- 0:24SPEAKER_00: Okay, for the first time in human history that we know of, the world, total total global population, there are now more people 65 and older than there are kids five and younger.
- 0:35SPEAKER_00: So what does that mean?
- 0:36SPEAKER_00: Okay, that's according to the US Census Bureau, um, whatever, whatever, for 2025.
- 0:40SPEAKER_00: They say that's the world's population, but it's the US Census Bureau.
- 0:44SPEAKER_00: What does that mean?
- 0:46SPEAKER_01: People aren't having kids.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: People are not having kids.
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: Oh and the boomers are refusing to die.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: No, um, but there people aren't people aren't having kids.
- 0:55SPEAKER_00: And you know, when you saw the baby boom after World War II, it's like, okay, everyone's having kids, that's fine.
- 1:01SPEAKER_00: But then you would expect way more people coming to the world than it kind of compounds after that, you know?
- 1:07SPEAKER_00: It's not there's a there's a drop-off, there's a birth rate drop-off, there's every essentially every European country, every first world country is below replacement level.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: People are not having kids.
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: And it is a problem when as a society there are fewer kids five and younger than there are adults, boomers 65 and older.
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: Like that should be a startling like conversation.
- 1:30SPEAKER_02: I'm sure abortion plays into that too.
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: Uh yeah.
- 1:33SPEAKER_02: When we've had what is it, 80 million or 60 million or you know, yeah, tens of millions of our generation, and now Gen Alpha, too.
- 1:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and all generations.
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: I mean Yeah, I saw that too.
- 1:49SPEAKER_00: There's I think there's more millennials than there are Gen Z.
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: Which how does that happen?
- 1:55SPEAKER_00: It's not like Gen Z's so old we're all dying off.
- 1:57SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 1:57SPEAKER_00: It's like that that means there was more people having kids in millennials than there are Gen Z.
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: And if that's a continuous trend, which there's more boomers than there are Gen X.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: So it's like Um, if that's the trend, it's continually just smaller and smaller generations.
- 2:14SPEAKER_02: There's more in the previous generation than there is in the next.
- 2:17SPEAKER_02: That's yeah, probably not a good sign.
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: And Alpha's already over.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: Gen Alpha's already over.
- 2:23SPEAKER_00: So it's now it's Gen Beta or whatever.
- 2:25SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 2:26SPEAKER_01: I don't think they are.
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: Everyone born now is a is a beta.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: Um I'm right.
- 2:34SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 2:36SPEAKER_02: We don't need to get cocky.
- 2:38SPEAKER_02: Um years and alpha.
- 2:44SPEAKER_02: Oh yeah, 2010 to 2025.
- 2:47SPEAKER_02: It's already done beta.
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: Yes, so the betas are here.
- 2:51SPEAKER_00: Um and I think like, okay, you know, I don't know like the larger ramifications of like there's fewer people in the world, like, oh, that's I I do know specifically what I care about, the US, you know.
- 3:07SPEAKER_00: What I do know is that it's not good for a culture, for a society, for people to not be having kids, to not be having families.
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: There is something sad like when you see millennials at Disney World without kids.
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: And I know that's gonna hurt a lot of people's feelings.
- 3:23SPEAKER_00: Um, but like they're not like, you know, you're 35.
- 3:28SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and you go every year, yeah, and you have 10 pairs of ears.
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: Or it's like you're 35 and you're going to see the new Spider-Man.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: It's like, why aren't you taking your son?
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: Sorry, that's that's sexist.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: Why aren't you taking your son and daughter?
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: Why aren't you taking your kids to see the new Spider-Man?
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: Like at 35, okay, maybe you're you're maybe you're a young parent, maybe they're not going to the movies.
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: Okay, but like, okay, you know what I'm saying.
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: Like I think they'll go to very don't go to Disney World at 40.
- 3:56SPEAKER_00: Like, take your kids to Disney World at 40.
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: In like same thing with the movies or whatever.
- 4:00SPEAKER_02: Well, that goes into house, like, we've been conditioned that being selfish is okay.
- 4:08SPEAKER_00: Yes, it's it's that's like the survival of I mean, millennials, us, Jen off, like that's the survival of our generation is you have to be selfish.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: You only stand up for you and you, and that's all that matters.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: And your happiness is the ultimate level of what's what's good in life, you know.
- 4:22SPEAKER_02: Like the the abortion argument, um, a lot of the reasons why people don't end up having kids in life, like not even saying that they're not ready for them yet, just don't have them, are for selfish reasons.
- 4:33SPEAKER_02: And I think that you can be selfish at points in your life, but I think there are times in life where you can't be selfish, you have to be selfless, you have to put into the world for this next generation.
- 4:47SPEAKER_02: You have to create the next generation, you have to build up something for someone else, not just for you, you, you, me, me, me.
- 4:53SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna blow all my money on Disneyland trips, like you said.
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: So the aging population is an issue.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: It also speaks about a broader trend, and that trend is you know the lower birth rates around the world.
- 5:06SPEAKER_00: So the fertility rate is 2.1.
- 5:08SPEAKER_00: That's like the replacement, that's the replacement level, it's 2.1.
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: Kids.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: Um that's the idea of the case.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: The fertility, yes.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: That's the I think that's the minimum for replacement level.
- 5:20SPEAKER_00: So fertility is below the 2.1 replacement level in 71% of countries.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: So 70% of countries around the world are not at replacement level.
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: This is a lot of Asian countries, but it is mainly European countries.
- 5:36SPEAKER_00: It's mainly the first world countries, you know, on a broader country.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: It really is everywhere.
- 5:39SPEAKER_00: It really is.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: But like primarily it's the Asian countries, the European countries.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: And I think this speaks to like the I mean, if you want to go like conspiratorial, then like Great Replacement Theory, um, all all these other, all these other.
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: I mean, it's not even it's not a theory, but the great replacement, like you want to talk about like a broader trend or a broader conspiracy, like we can talk about that too.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: These countries not being at replacement levels means, I mean, at the at the most basic level, it means you're gonna lose that country.
- 6:07SPEAKER_00: You're gonna lose its identity, you're gonna lose its heritage, its history, its culture, its people.
- 6:12SPEAKER_00: Um, why is that only happening to first world countries?
- 6:14SPEAKER_00: Well, first world primarily European countries.
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: Well, you guys can take a guess at that.
- 6:19SPEAKER_00: Um, but it's like it is like, okay, Africa, they're still way above replacement level.
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: All the Middle East, still above replacement level.
- 6:28SPEAKER_00: The Indians, they're all having 700 kids.
- 6:30SPEAKER_00: It's like but you know, white Americans, Europeans, and then you know, some of the Asians as well.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: Like, they're not having kids.
- 6:39SPEAKER_00: Their countries are well below replacement level.
- 6:41SPEAKER_00: Some of them are like what they classify as like, you know, you can't come back from it.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: It's like essentially your country will be extinct.
- 6:48SPEAKER_00: It's like the people there will not be able to sustain that.
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: So that's one thing.
- 6:53SPEAKER_00: The other thing is when you use this, like this argument of, oh, it's it's below replacement level.
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: This is terrible.
- 6:58SPEAKER_00: We need, we need more people here, we need help, we need to get the replacement level up.
- 7:01SPEAKER_00: The solution for that is, oh, we don't have more kids.
- 7:04SPEAKER_00: It's hey, we'll bring in more foreigners here, we'll bring in more immigrants, we'll bring in more foreign workers, we'll bring in more people from other places around the world to replace the workforce.
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: It's kind of like a multi-purpose scenario where like you're losing the identity, the people, the culture of one country, and as at the same time, you're also replacing them with foreigners and other people from around the world.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: Like India, you know, for example, they have too many people.
- 7:27SPEAKER_00: They're trying to like, that's why they're all coming here.
- 7:29SPEAKER_00: That's why they're all migrating everywhere other than India.
- 7:32SPEAKER_00: You know, it's like they're having way more kids than they can have.
- 7:35SPEAKER_00: And it's like here in the US, it's like most families have like one kid.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: And it's like, that's not sustainable, that's not healthy, it's not good for society.
- 7:44SPEAKER_00: And that I guess that's just larger, the larger point is it's not good for an individual person, you know.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: Like you might think selfishly, oh, I shouldn't have kids.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: Selfishly, it'd be better to have to not have kids.
- 7:54SPEAKER_00: Selfish, but it's like, it actually is better for you, believe it or not, it is better for you to be married, to have a family, to have kids, to start a family, to, you know, instruct and teach and train the next generation and um not live through them, but live on, live on with them.
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
- 8:14SPEAKER_00: That's what I was saying.
- 8:15SPEAKER_00: It's leaving something bigger than yourself.
- 8:16SPEAKER_02: Yeah, putting something back into the world before you leave it.
- 8:20SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 8:20SPEAKER_00: And that's not even like I'm not even saying a Christian point of view.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: I'm just saying, like, the most fundamental level is like, hey, you should have kids and just like I don't know why that's such a crazy thing.
- 8:33SPEAKER_00: And I'm not saying, you know, like the like the Charlie Kirk, like the have more kids than you can afford.
- 8:39SPEAKER_02: Like I was just gonna touch on that.
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: Okay, like that.
- 8:41SPEAKER_00: See, there's there's do not put yourself in crippling debt to have seven kids.
- 8:45SPEAKER_02: Because I see a lot of conservatives argue and a lot of MAGA argue.
- 8:48SPEAKER_02: Actually, I was just watching the Jubilee MAGA versus MAGA, and one of the hot takes was that uh conservatives, MAGA should uh go back to the traditional, you know, marriage and family and have 10 kids.
- 9:05SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 9:06SPEAKER_02: I that's not the answer either.
- 9:07SPEAKER_02: I don't think you should be popping out kids left and right.
- 9:10SPEAKER_02: Like, no one, like, I don't think everyone is meant to have 10, 15 kids.
- 9:14SPEAKER_00: I mean, I think you should, but like have more kids than you can afford.
- 9:17SPEAKER_02: Well, that's what I'm saying.
- 9:18SPEAKER_02: Most people can't even afford to live how they are right now.
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: And that's part of the problem too, that no one wants to admit into the affordability crisis.
- 9:23SPEAKER_02: But like it's a broader conversation than just popping out kids because we need to take win the culture war.
- 9:29SPEAKER_00: But like get married at 18, skip college, have 10 kids.
- 9:33SPEAKER_00: It's like, no, that's that's a bad idea.
- 9:35SPEAKER_00: Like, don't do that.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: But but you know, you do need to have kids.
- 9:38SPEAKER_00: And okay, that might be 25 for some people, it might it might be 35 for some people, but it's like the the problem is the millennials are 30, 35, they're like 35, 40, 45.
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: It's like they are 40, and they're they're not really having kids, could not compared to their parents, not compared compared to their parents' parents, you know, and it's like Gen Z, it's gonna be the same way I I it's looking like so, and it's a good reminder just to have you know, put in like put in something that's worth more than yourself.
- 10:08SPEAKER_00: Don't just be this selfish individual, selfish individual, like humanistic, basic level of like I want this is for me, and I'm selfish, and I'm gonna have this, and I don't have money for that, and I'm not gonna waste on stupid kids, and kids are gross and they they're loud, and it's like okay, like you gotta you gotta get past that.
- 10:30SPEAKER_00: That's a that's a very low level of maturity to look at it something that way.
- 10:34SPEAKER_00: And I think that should just be a basic instinct for people, you know, like a you know, repopulate, have a family, carry on your name, your legacy, your history.
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: I think that's very basic for a lot of people, but it does seem like our generation, especially in the first world country countries, we've been brainwashed into like, no, like don't have kids, you're good, do it for you, you know.
- 10:57SPEAKER_02: Yeah, live your life, you're fine.
- 11:02SPEAKER_02: Well, and I think a lot of the selfish attitude has been very apparent with the Lindsay Clancy case.
- 11:11SPEAKER_02: And yes, I'm gonna go, I'm gonna talk about it again.
- 11:14SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna talk about it again because I can't take it anymore.
- 11:19SPEAKER_02: I'm sorry.
- 11:20SPEAKER_02: No, I'm really not sorry.
- 11:21SPEAKER_02: But I wanted to just touch on it briefly because it was declared a mistrial.
- 11:27SPEAKER_02: So we'll see in the next month or two.
- 11:31SPEAKER_02: What is held for Mrs.
- 11:32SPEAKER_02: Clancy?
- 11:33SPEAKER_02: And I don't know if there's going to be another trial with a new jury.
- 11:37SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 11:39SPEAKER_02: But it was a mistrial.
- 11:40SPEAKER_02: Thank God she didn't, you know, get a light sentence.
- 11:44SPEAKER_02: Like, I'm glad you're gonna go.
- 11:46SPEAKER_02: I'm glad it's not something like that.
- 11:48SPEAKER_02: But also, holy like, what do you mean it's a mistrial?
- 11:51SPEAKER_02: I I think this should be cut and dry personally, but I wanted to touch on a broader theme that I've noticed, and I'm sure you have too, is that this case has been the normalization and the desensitization of harm against children because a child is something that is good and innocent, and this world does not like good and innocent.
- 12:21SPEAKER_02: This world wants to hurt the good and innocent.
- 12:25SPEAKER_02: Taking it a step further, if you're a Christian like us, children are something near and dear to our God.
- 12:32SPEAKER_02: And I think of course it would make sense that the devil would go after that, like we see with the abortion with the new AI child porn case um being protected under the First Amendment.
- 12:43SPEAKER_02: It's constant.
- 12:44SPEAKER_00: It's in our culture, it's in our laws now, it's constant, you know.
- 12:48SPEAKER_02: The children, our children are being attacked, whether it's through abortion, whether it's the AI CP.
- 12:55SPEAKER_02: And in this case, we have women I don't I don't care if you think she did it or not, did it or not.
- 13:01SPEAKER_02: The point being is that the children are no longer the victim in this case.
- 13:06SPEAKER_02: It's Lindsay.
- 13:07SPEAKER_02: Lindsay is the martyr, she's the victim, she's you know, the woman that had to go through postpartum psychosis and she just snapped.
- 13:14SPEAKER_02: Poor girl.
- 13:15SPEAKER_02: Poor girl?
- 13:16SPEAKER_02: Are we serious right now?
- 13:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 13:19SPEAKER_02: And this reaction, the reaction of this case, it's a straight pipeline, like we mentioned in the um earlier in the episode.
- 13:25SPEAKER_02: It's a straight pipeline from the selfish, do what's best for you, and you only, you know, you abort that kid, even though you had unprotected sex and you didn't really care at the time, but now you have the consequences, but you know, that's not really good for you right now.
- 13:39SPEAKER_02: So just kill it.
- 13:41SPEAKER_02: You're fine.
- 13:42SPEAKER_02: And now here we sit watching people defend a woman who murdered her children because one, oh, she couldn't possibly have done it.
- 13:51SPEAKER_02: What a mother would never unfortunately she could.
- 13:54SPEAKER_02: And then two, sorry.
- 13:55SPEAKER_00: Sorry, no, you go.
- 13:56SPEAKER_00: I interrupted.
- 13:57SPEAKER_02: Or she was valid for doing it because sometimes the weight of being a mom is too much to bear.
- 14:02SPEAKER_02: That's what it comes down to.
- 14:04SPEAKER_02: The weight of being a mom is too much to be, the weight of mental health is too much.
- 14:09SPEAKER_02: So you go on a rampage and you do this to your family.
- 14:12SPEAKER_00: It takes away all sense of accountability, of self-responsibility, and it's it's not you know what I haven't heard is like, wow, this is a this mom failed her kids.
- 14:23SPEAKER_00: Like, she failed her husband, she failed her kids, she failed her family.
- 14:27SPEAKER_00: I ne I haven't heard that once.
- 14:29SPEAKER_00: You know what I've heard?
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: Her husband failed her, the healthcare system failed her, her medication failed her, the the doctors failed her, everyone failed.
- 14:37SPEAKER_00: And it's like, at the end of the day, what did what did she do?
- 14:41SPEAKER_00: Like she still And people people get really upset about this because it's her actions need to be separated from what she was going through and what she was feeling, and and it's like okay, at the end of the day, she she did kill her kids.
- 14:56SPEAKER_00: Uh, as far as I know, that's not disputed at all.
- 14:57SPEAKER_00: She killed her kids.
- 14:59SPEAKER_00: And everyone here online, TikTok, all these women, they're all saying, No, but everyone else failed her.
- 15:07SPEAKER_00: Everyone else, they didn't do what they were supposed to do.
- 15:10SPEAKER_00: They couldn't, they couldn't help her.
- 15:12SPEAKER_00: They they they didn't get to where they needed to be to be with her, to help her.
- 15:16SPEAKER_00: And it's like, no, at the end of the day, she killed her kids and she failed them, not the other way around.
- 15:20SPEAKER_00: These kids were not the problem.
- 15:21SPEAKER_00: Her husband was not the problem.
- 15:22SPEAKER_00: And I'm not saying that you can't talk about a broader conversation about the medical uh industry, the drug healthcare system, all that stuff.
- 15:29SPEAKER_00: You definitely should.
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: And I'm and I'm sure that played a part in as well.
- 15:32SPEAKER_00: I'm not saying it didn't.
- 15:33SPEAKER_00: I'm just saying at the end of the day, she failed her family.
- 15:35SPEAKER_00: Not the healthcare system failed her, and that is why she killed her kids.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: Might might have played a part, 100%.
- 15:41SPEAKER_00: It might have.
- 15:42SPEAKER_00: I'm just I'm just saying at the end of the day, she is the one who made those actions, and that's what she chose to do.
- 15:47SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and even worse, this has shown everyone now that you could murder your children and then get a million dollars in a GoFundMe.
- 15:55SPEAKER_00: There's already been like three copycat cases just in the last couple weeks.
- 15:59SPEAKER_02: I I mean, it's like There was a woman in Illinois that hung her son.
- 16:06SPEAKER_00: Yeah, two years old.
- 16:08SPEAKER_02: And she had, I mean, they're they're gonna say that there was no direct correlation between, you know, this murder case or sorry, this uh woman murdering her son and then the Clancy case.
- 16:19SPEAKER_02: But the mother that killed her son, hung her son, she was following the case very closely and she talked about it.
- 16:27SPEAKER_02: So did you know, did she seek Lindsay and say, yeah, me too, and just go do it?
- 16:32SPEAKER_02: Probably not.
- 16:33SPEAKER_02: But this does create a narrative in our society.
- 16:38SPEAKER_02: And people do see that.
- 16:39SPEAKER_02: If if they are already saying it blatantly on social media that they resonate with Lindsay Clancy, that they feel her, they understand her, they've they've been frustrated, and I guess they wish they could do that too.
- 16:51SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 16:52SPEAKER_00: I that's well, what do you think they mean when they say same, Lindsay, all the time?
- 16:55SPEAKER_00: When they're posting it, they're reposting it, they're posting it on TikTok and their Instagrams.
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: It's like, what else could it mean?
- 17:01SPEAKER_02: And it's in the I mean, these two cases, I mean, you have to note the similarities.
- 17:06SPEAKER_02: She, the one in Illinois that hung her son, she was found uh harming herself, just like Lindsay had tried to do as well.
- 17:16SPEAKER_00: Almost like she's trying to escape all sense of responsibility and take a coward's way out of this world.
- 17:20SPEAKER_00: That's what it seems like.
- 17:21SPEAKER_00: Trying to kill herself just like Lindsay did.
- 17:23SPEAKER_00: It's like and yeah, it's the same thing with like like school shooters or like this like Luigi Mangioni, like like stuff like that.
- 17:30SPEAKER_00: It does, it does really it really does kind of call for copycats and for people taking taking uh well gives them a interest in it, you know.
- 17:42SPEAKER_02: They feel empowered and encouraged with which is sickening from this, but uh they they are.
- 17:48SPEAKER_02: I mean, that's what I am seeing all over, you know, uh social media that that women are empowered and they see someone in the same way that they see themselves, and they want her to go free because I guess they could they would also when a bottom line comes to it, do the same thing.
- 18:10SPEAKER_02: And it stinks because this could have been a good conversation about postpartum health.
- 18:16SPEAKER_02: This could have been a great dialogue between yeah, the healthcare system, what what help are the women really getting?
- 18:25SPEAKER_02: Do they need more help?
- 18:26SPEAKER_02: Like this could have been a great example of, yeah, maybe we do need more help.
- 18:31SPEAKER_00: If people would have just said, hey, I'm not excusing what she did, but this does speak to a broader, a broader circumstance.
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: A broader conversation.
- 18:38SPEAKER_00: I've heard very few people say that.
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: Very few people.
- 18:41SPEAKER_00: Most of it, it's well, obviously she killed her kids.
- 18:44SPEAKER_00: I mean, like she was crazy and the medical system failed her, and she was it was postpartum depression.
- 18:50SPEAKER_00: She was on this this drug and this.
- 18:52SPEAKER_00: It's like, why couldn't you have made a broader conversation argument for it, you know, while also not just defending her and going to her side to say, yeah, it's understandable she killed your kids.
- 19:02SPEAKER_00: She it's right.
- 19:03SPEAKER_02: We don't have to defend her, yeah, and then also say that, hey, maybe postpartum health does need a closer look.
- 19:09SPEAKER_02: Maybe we do need to advocate for this more.
- 19:12SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 19:12SPEAKER_02: And it stinks that now postpartum health and maybe things that she was going through, it's completely blocked out by all the noise from she's innocent.
- 19:23SPEAKER_02: It was the husband, yada yada yada.
- 19:25SPEAKER_02: And now, and now I've already made TikToks about this and I get heat for it, but now you guys, and I mean the women here listening, you can kiss a female president goodbye.
- 19:38SPEAKER_02: You want to take part in anything from now on, you the conversation will always be well, women can't do XYZ because of the Lindsay Clancy case.
- 19:48SPEAKER_02: We will hear that until our dying breath.
- 19:52SPEAKER_02: I will not be able to enter a room from now on with saying, Well, you women, you women, you're a little cuckoo.
- 20:01SPEAKER_02: I will never, and that's why I think I get so upset about it too, is that unfortunately a lot of crazy women did come out of the woodworks, you know, coddling their baby while they're crying and saying same, Lindsay, same.
- 20:12SPEAKER_00: It's the same thing with the Charlie Kirk's assassination.
- 20:14SPEAKER_00: All these people came out, and it's like, wow, there's that many of them.
- 20:16SPEAKER_00: There's that many of them.
- 20:17SPEAKER_02: Wow.
- 20:17SPEAKER_02: Oh, and now I have all these men mainly, but I mean everybody too, saying we gotta reappeal the 19th.
- 20:26SPEAKER_02: You guys don't deserve it.
- 20:27SPEAKER_02: You guys shouldn't vote.
- 20:29SPEAKER_02: And I know you laugh.
- 20:31SPEAKER_02: I know, and honestly, some of these probably shouldn't, but I just get frustrated that that's what it turns into.
- 20:36SPEAKER_02: That now that's the conversation.
- 20:39SPEAKER_00: Consequences of their actions, I don't know.
- 20:43SPEAKER_01: Moving on.
- 20:44SPEAKER_00: No, I'm largely joking, but it it is it is true that what you're saying.
- 20:48SPEAKER_00: It's like, but also with good reason.
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: It's like, yeah, when you saw the hundreds of women standing outside her her courthouse hearing in the pink shirt supporting her, when you saw members of the jury wearing the pink dresses to support her, it's like, yeah, you guys are crazy.
- 21:04SPEAKER_00: It really is as simple as you're gonna choose the woman, you're gonna blame it on the man.
- 21:09SPEAKER_00: Far be it from any sort of responsibility that you can throw on Lindsay, it's everyone else.
- 21:13SPEAKER_00: It's the kids, it's the husband, it's the system.
- 21:15SPEAKER_00: It's you know, never the fact that at the end of the day she killed her kids.
- 21:18SPEAKER_00: It's never, never that.
- 21:19SPEAKER_02: So it is like Right, but then that becomes the focal point.
- 21:22SPEAKER_00: Well, you that's what they made it.
- 21:23SPEAKER_00: That's what the women made it.
- 21:24SPEAKER_02: Right, and that's what I'm, I guess, so frustrated by.
- 21:27SPEAKER_02: All right, for the last uh segment of this episode, I just want to touch on some big dates coming up this week.
- 21:33SPEAKER_02: It being the anniversary of Charlie Kirk's assassination.
- 21:37SPEAKER_02: I guess everyone's calling it the Kirkiversary, which Michael Knowles called it the Kirkiversary.
- 21:41SPEAKER_02: Did you guys see that?
- 21:42SPEAKER_00: That's where he said the Kirkiversary.
- 21:43SPEAKER_02: Like, and he's not trying to be funny.
- 21:45SPEAKER_02: I think he just genuinely called it the Kirkiversary, which I'm like, I I don't know.
- 21:48SPEAKER_02: Wasn't that your friend?
- 21:49SPEAKER_02: I don't know if I if my friend got assassinated, I would be like calling it like their anniversary.
- 21:57SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 21:57unknown: Yeah.
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: But also I've seen one one AK.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Like we're we're about to be living in 1 AK.
- 22:03SPEAKER_00: But the uh the Kirk adversary is September 10th.
- 22:06SPEAKER_02: So by the time you're seeing this, that'll be I just wanted to recap real quick on this year without Charlie Kirk.
- 22:15SPEAKER_02: I think everything has been kind of insane ever since that.
- 22:20SPEAKER_02: I think our eyes were open to a lot.
- 22:22SPEAKER_02: I think everyone's uh intuition kind of went off when that happened.
- 22:27SPEAKER_02: I mean, we knew something was wrong.
- 22:29SPEAKER_02: We and ever since then, everything has been so divided.
- 22:33SPEAKER_02: And you had this group of people that had a leader and now they don't, and now they multiple people are vying for that.
- 22:40SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 22:40SPEAKER_00: That authority and that influence.
- 22:44SPEAKER_02: And I I think it's it's unfortunate, and I think it's I I do think it's sad that we lost a good man like him.
- 22:53SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 22:54SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 22:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 22:56SPEAKER_00: I don't want to fall into like like everyone glazes him, and I think he was a really good, really good speaker.
- 23:01SPEAKER_00: He did a lot for the movement.
- 23:02SPEAKER_00: I think turning point's great.
- 23:04SPEAKER_00: I think it was great with Charlie.
- 23:05SPEAKER_00: I I don't know.
- 23:06SPEAKER_00: I I I understand that, and I it is tough because it does feel like he left a gap in the conservative movement.
- 23:14SPEAKER_00: But it has like hear me out.
- 23:18SPEAKER_00: The gap too was also like I think he was moving further, right?
- 23:22SPEAKER_00: You know, he was very traditional, but I think he was moving further, right?
- 23:24SPEAKER_00: Which is good.
- 23:25SPEAKER_00: Um, but I think the gap was almost like a the transition phase between, you know, like Ben Shapiro, Ben Shapiro, Michael Knowles, and then like Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, make fun of.
- 23:41SPEAKER_00: Um like I think like I think like Charlie Kirk, no, I'm serious though, yeah, was like almost like a transition figure guy, like moment kind of where it was like, okay, you're not the Warhawk boomer old establishment.
- 23:57SPEAKER_01: That's a good point.
- 23:57SPEAKER_00: But you're also not the, which I don't disagree with everything Candace and Tucker say or Nick wanted to say, I don't agree with everything they say, but like you're also not the new gen, far right, up and coming, you know, the new guard, not the old guard, you know.
- 24:11SPEAKER_00: Like he was kind of in the middle, and I think the longer things went on, I think especially with this Trump administration, he would have had to choose a side, and unfortunately, I think I know which side he would have gone with.
- 24:21SPEAKER_00: I think he would have favored the boomer war hawk pro-Trump side.
- 24:27SPEAKER_01: Um I don't think so.
- 24:30SPEAKER_00: Beyond a doubt, he would have.
- 24:31SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 24:32SPEAKER_00: But like, I think it was good to have someone like that where he kind of was like, like, yes, don't get me wrong, very political, but also the the foundation of his stuff was like, you know, Christian values, Christian beliefs, Christian family, the Bible, Jesus, you know, and then like, okay, you can argue and agree or disagree about the the political stuff that follows that, but the most important part is your faith, your relationship with Christ.
- 24:53SPEAKER_00: And then you can come into the other stuff, you can come to those conclusions on your own.
- 24:55SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 24:56SPEAKER_00: So, and I didn't listen to Charlie a ton.
- 24:59SPEAKER_00: Um, but you know, I I think that was a really important thing he did.
- 25:04SPEAKER_00: And it does really feel like turning point is I don't know.
- 25:08SPEAKER_01: Not the same.
- 25:09SPEAKER_00: No, I don't know what they're doing.
- 25:10SPEAKER_01: I don't know either.
- 25:11SPEAKER_00: And it's not that I'm some crazy turning point fan either, but I think they were a good organization, you know.
- 25:15SPEAKER_02: And well, yeah, now it's it's so polarizing too.
- 25:18SPEAKER_02: It's just such opposite ends of the spectrum.
- 25:21SPEAKER_02: Like you were saying, he was kind of in between.
- 25:23SPEAKER_00: But that's what we need.
- 25:24SPEAKER_00: At some point, that is what you need in order to distinct, in order to set, you know, make a distinction between, you know, are we gonna be the boomer generation Republicans or are we gonna be something different?
- 25:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah, who are we?
- 25:36SPEAKER_00: Are we gonna care about our identity, our history, our people?
- 25:40SPEAKER_00: Are we gonna care about stuff like that?
- 25:41SPEAKER_00: Or are we gonna say, um, we should cut taxes and then like the corporations and stuff, like they should be able to like get tax benefits too, because like we want, we want like we want like an economy, and like you know, I'm obviously that stuff's good.
- 25:58SPEAKER_00: I'm making some jokes kind of, but like there is a difference there, and I think eventually you kind of have to choose a side either way.
- 26:05SPEAKER_00: It was kind of already splitting that way.
- 26:06SPEAKER_00: Yeah, the further this Trump administration's got gone on, the more it's split.
- 26:10SPEAKER_00: So it is sad to see him go.
- 26:14SPEAKER_02: I also okay, I don't even know if I'm I'm gonna keep this in or if I want to even touch on this.
- 26:19SPEAKER_02: And this is the last thing before we move on to our uh last little segment.
- 26:23SPEAKER_02: But the people on the right, the conservatives, MAGA, I don't know how else to say this other than you need to pick yourself up and march on.
- 26:41SPEAKER_02: I see a lot of content creators, and I'm really trying to like like yes, we should if you are a Charlie Kirk fan, hold on, hold on.
- 26:50SPEAKER_00: I agree, I know exactly what we're talking about.
- 26:52SPEAKER_02: I know I know that you honor Charlie Kirk and you and you want to keep his legacy alive, but at some point there's a whole song about that.
- 27:02SPEAKER_02: We should play it in no stop, you're making me off track.
- 27:06SPEAKER_02: I had a really good point.
- 27:09SPEAKER_02: At some point, we need to define this next movement and the next steps, and we cannot just always say, What would Charlie Kirk do because he's not here?
- 27:23SPEAKER_00: And I know They like refuse to move on.
- 27:26SPEAKER_02: I know that's harsh, and I hate I hate the words even coming out of my mouth because it sounds so like unsympathetic.
- 27:35SPEAKER_02: I don't know, but it's the harsh truth is that pick yourself up.
- 27:40SPEAKER_02: There's still work to do, and you cannot just be seen as these boo-hoo.
- 27:48SPEAKER_02: I'm so sad Charlie died.
- 27:49SPEAKER_02: They were evil for killing him, and and what are we gonna do without him?
- 27:54SPEAKER_02: Well, we're we're without him now.
- 27:56SPEAKER_02: What are we gonna do?
- 27:57SPEAKER_02: Like now we need an answer.
- 27:58SPEAKER_02: The time for mourning, I guess what I'm saying, is gone.
- 28:01SPEAKER_02: And now it's time for the plan and the action and for us to decide, like Jacob said, who we are as a generation and what are we doing moving forward?
- 28:10SPEAKER_02: What do we want to be defined by and what do we want our country to look like?
- 28:16SPEAKER_02: Not always staying in the shadow of Charlie Kirk or Turning Point USA.
- 28:22SPEAKER_02: That's not to say that we can't think, okay, he was a great figure and he led us.
- 28:26SPEAKER_02: But you in a way, you could say that he, if you were a big fan, he trained and led us to this point.
- 28:36SPEAKER_02: Now we can think for ourselves and move on for ourselves.
- 28:41SPEAKER_00: We carry the stop, stop.
- 28:45SPEAKER_01: I'm not, I hate you.
- 28:48SPEAKER_00: We fight for the gospel, we'll honor his name.
- 28:53SPEAKER_00: Um take that out.
- 28:56SPEAKER_02: No, but that but that is listen! That is honoring his name.
- 29:01SPEAKER_02: Move on.
- 29:02SPEAKER_00: Yeah, take the next step.
- 29:05SPEAKER_00: She might be sounding a little crazy, but it's it's not it's not crazy.
- 29:08SPEAKER_00: There is a large faction of like the right, the young right that grew up with Charlie Kirk, and it's like, yeah, yeah, like you right, everything you've said, right?
- 29:15SPEAKER_00: But it is like, what's next?
- 29:18SPEAKER_00: What's the next step?
- 29:19SPEAKER_00: Like, appreciate him, yeah, talk about him.
- 29:20SPEAKER_00: It's it's the Kirkiversary, like, talk about them.
- 29:23SPEAKER_00: But like you have to find a way to move on, grow up, continue to go past it, and like instead of just being like, Where would we be if Charlie was here right now?
- 29:34SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 29:34SPEAKER_00: You know, and it's like, how about where should you be since Charlie's been gone?
- 29:38SPEAKER_00: You know?
- 29:38SPEAKER_00: So I know it sounds a little bad.
- 29:40SPEAKER_02: And I see a lot of creators kind of just regurgitating his talking points and what he said about certain topics, and it's like, okay, yeah, yeah.
- 29:51SPEAKER_02: I mean, his his ideas and thoughts, legacy will always live on.
- 29:54SPEAKER_02: I mean, it's it's the digital footprint.
- 29:56SPEAKER_02: You can always go listen to his podcast and old episodes.
- 29:58SPEAKER_02: I don't think you should forget that, but also what do you think?
- 30:04SPEAKER_02: What like critically think, guys?
- 30:06SPEAKER_02: Like, come on, what's next?
- 30:07SPEAKER_02: You know?
- 30:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 30:08SPEAKER_00: All right, and then last thing, uh, it's the 25th year since uh 9-11, obviously.
- 30:14SPEAKER_00: And I think you should, you know, have us have a heart of reverence, a heart of humility towards God, towards your fellow countrymen, towards the soldiers, uh, towards the people that died that day, especially.
- 30:26SPEAKER_00: Um it's tough for me because I, and not to be like conspiratorial, but it's tough for me because every year that I see more things, every year we hear more things.
- 30:37SPEAKER_00: And you guys know what I'm talking about.
- 30:38SPEAKER_00: But it it's like when we don't have the full truth, when the full truth isn't allowed to be talked about or known, or when some things are quite when some things are quite evident and they're refuse to be acknowledged, it does feel to me like, hey, like we can't fully actually take this in because we're still being lied to about maybe motives, maybe what happened, maybe who was involved, maybe why we got involved, things like that.
- 31:07SPEAKER_00: And I'm not saying I have all the answers, but to me it's always like a tough, like it's like it's like an American like reverence day almost, you know what I mean?
- 31:17SPEAKER_00: It really is.
- 31:18SPEAKER_00: And I'm not trying to downplay anything that happened.
- 31:20SPEAKER_00: Yes, like it all, it all happened.
- 31:22SPEAKER_00: But but I'm saying, like, it's tough for me to not know the full story.
- 31:27SPEAKER_00: No, we don't have the full story, and still have that same, like, you know, like, don't you guys want justice?
- 31:33SPEAKER_00: Don't you guys like want the answers for like and not to be all like whatever, but we're we're not gonna get the answers.
- 31:40SPEAKER_00: It's it's well, I think and it feels like unresolved, actually, is what it feels like.
- 31:43SPEAKER_00: Is a good way to say it.
- 31:44SPEAKER_02: Unresolved, yeah.
- 31:46SPEAKER_02: Well, I I don't know about you guys, but every year I feel more betrayed.
- 31:52SPEAKER_02: I feel like more stuff comes out.
- 31:54SPEAKER_02: We didn't know this.
- 31:55SPEAKER_02: Oh, actually, this was confirmed that this, and and you're like, what actually did happen then?
- 32:01SPEAKER_02: Like you said, it feels unresolved, Omis, because we don't like every year, I think.
- 32:07SPEAKER_02: Holy moly, like we're we're just learning this 20 years later.
- 32:10SPEAKER_02: We're just learning this 25 years later.
- 32:12SPEAKER_00: There's stuff that you know, if you read and you look into it and you do research on your own, there's a lot of stuff you might know, you know.
- 32:19SPEAKER_00: But, you know, there's a new documentary every year, there's a new in-depth YouTube video every year, but like none of that's talked about.
- 32:27SPEAKER_00: The stuff that you might find on your own, research on your own, like that's still not accepted into a possible, you know, a possible narrative, a possible timeline, a maybe a reason or a motive behind it, you know, it's like not even mentioned or brought up.
- 32:42SPEAKER_00: So it is like you're right.
- 32:45SPEAKER_00: You we st we still do discover something new every year, but it is like even the people that have known for a while or have been looking into things for a while, it still feels like it's unresolved because it's not even acknowledged or talked about or brought up.
- 32:56SPEAKER_00: So I don't know, we don't have time to go into it entirely, but maybe someday we'll make a nine 9-11 episode or something.
- 33:07SPEAKER_02: Um, yeah, we want to touch on that.
- 33:09SPEAKER_02: Those are two pretty important dates happening this week that changed a lot for a lot of Americans.
- 33:17SPEAKER_02: As always, we appreciate the listen.
- 33:19SPEAKER_02: Thank you for tuning in.
- 33:21SPEAKER_02: If you would rather watch instead of listen, we have a YouTube channel where we post this full video on there, and that is at propagandamj.
- 33:28SPEAKER_02: We also have a TikTok that's at Mick and Jacob, an Instagram at Mick and Jacob, and then an X account at propagandmj.
- 33:36SPEAKER_02: There's no A at the end of Propaganda, it's just at Propagand MJ.
- 33:39SPEAKER_02: We post all of our video clips on there.
- 33:41SPEAKER_02: It really helps get the podcast out if you guys follow, like, and interact with that content.
- 33:45SPEAKER_02: So go ahead and give those a follow and a listen.
- 33:48SPEAKER_02: As always, we will see you next week.
- 33:52SPEAKER_02: Have a great weekend.
- 33:53SPEAKER_02: Um, as we mentioned, take you know, the 25th anniversary of 911.
- 33:58SPEAKER_02: I mean, that's pretty big.
- 33:59SPEAKER_02: That's crazy.
- 33:59SPEAKER_02: It's already been 25 years, but it is like a rever, it's it's a day that you have to kind of take a moment to honor that, to honor your country.
- 34:09SPEAKER_02: All right, guys, have a great weekend, and we will talk to you next Wednesday.
