- 0:00Speaker 1: What if you could have AI build your brand new
- 0:02Speaker 1: business for you? That's the question I ask myself when
- 0:04Speaker 1: I think about how to empower people to follow their dream.
- 0:07Speaker 1: And it turns out it can. And in this video,
- 0:10Speaker 1: I'm going to show you how. People say they're making
- 0:13Speaker 1: thousands of dollars each month for these AI websites. $ 1. 1
- 0:16Speaker 1: million in sales and $ 500, 000 in profits. I've made millions
- 0:20Speaker 1: of dollars with dropshipping. Thousands of dollars each month in
- 0:22Speaker 1: passive income. Apparently, anyone can do this from anywhere in
- 0:25Speaker 1: the world. But is it actually true? Now, in the past,
- 0:28Speaker 1: I've always been a little bit skeptical of dropshipping. And
- 0:31Speaker 1: even recently, with AI and all the hype, I'm worried
- 0:34Speaker 1: it's just that. But I've done my research, and I've
- 0:36Speaker 1: done it to try and help you understand what's really true.
- 0:39Speaker 1: And today I'm going to see if we can get
- 0:41Speaker 1: AI and the free tools to make a Shopify store.
- 0:43Speaker 1: But I'm setting myself three rules. Number one, I must
- 0:46Speaker 1: use free AI tools and keep the total cost of
- 0:49Speaker 1: the shop creation to under $ 1. Number two, I have
- 0:53Speaker 1: to be able to do it all from my laptop.
- 0:55Speaker 1: And number three, I need to finish it in less
- 0:57Speaker 1: than an hour. Right, I've got my list of steps
- 1:00Speaker 1: to complete. The first step in my plan is to
- 1:01Speaker 1: find a free AI tool. that can create our Shopify
- 1:04Speaker 1: store for us. I've spent quite a bit of time
- 1:06Speaker 1: researching different options and the best one I've found is
- 1:08Speaker 1: Build Your Store. It claims it can build a complete
- 1:11Speaker 1: Shopify store and allow us to sell other people's products
- 1:13Speaker 1: without holding any inventory or doing the fulfillment work ourselves.
- 1:17Speaker 1: And let's find out if that's true. The way this
- 1:19Speaker 1: works is simple and I wish all things in business
- 1:21Speaker 1: were this straightforward. When someone places an order on our store,
- 1:24Speaker 1: the product is shipped directly to the customer and we
- 1:27Speaker 1: keep the profit. One of the things I love about
- 1:28Speaker 1: entrepreneurship is you're always learning. And in the research of
- 1:31Speaker 1: doing this, it has actually blown my mind. what is
- 1:33Speaker 1: possible so I've loaded up the page and now I'm
- 1:36Speaker 1: going to click the button here that says build my
- 1:38Speaker 1: free store next it asks me for my full name
- 1:40Speaker 1: all pretty straightforward stuff my email address and to create
- 1:43Speaker 1: a password I fill in these click good ready to
- 1:46Speaker 1: go let's see if this thing works now it's asking
- 1:48Speaker 1: me to choose a niche which instantly is a prompt
- 1:50Speaker 1: I love I think niche is such an underrated thing
- 1:52Speaker 1: in business everyone wants to hit the whole market but
- 1:55Speaker 1: niche can be really powerful so you've got six options
- 1:58Speaker 1: here fashion and apparel pets electronics gadgets home gardens sports
- 2:02Speaker 1: fitness And an option for I'm not sure. I'm on
- 2:05Speaker 1: a fitness journey at the moment. I'm going to actually
- 2:08Speaker 1: pick sports and fitness for myself. And the reason I
- 2:11Speaker 1: share this with you, this personal insight with you, is
- 2:13Speaker 1: I think you've got to have a couple of rules
- 2:15Speaker 1: when deciding what products to go for. I think you
- 2:17Speaker 1: have to be passionate about what you're getting involved in.
- 2:21Speaker 1: The second thing I think is crucial to making any
- 2:22Speaker 1: business work. Ideally, in the long run, there's a big
- 2:26Speaker 1: market for the product that you pick. I know for myself,
- 2:29Speaker 1: for example, this is going to sound bizarre. But if
- 2:31Speaker 1: I pick fitness, I'm into it at the moment, so
- 2:33Speaker 1: I know what's out there. And two, I can talk
- 2:34Speaker 1: with authority, sell the sizzle, not the steak, right, in marketing.
- 2:38Speaker 1: I can sell the results from the products. So you
- 2:40Speaker 1: need to have some passion, ideally, around what the product
- 2:42Speaker 1: might do for people, for example. All right, that's step
- 2:44Speaker 1: one done. Pretty easy. The next thing we need to
- 2:46Speaker 1: focus on is shaping the store so it actually looks
- 2:49Speaker 1: good and feels relevant to the people we want buying
- 2:51Speaker 1: from us. Now, I've been doing branding my whole life.
- 2:54Speaker 1: I built a branding agency called Fluid from scratch, which
- 2:56Speaker 1: I sold to PricewaterhouseCooper. And in that time, I learned
- 2:59Speaker 1: the power of branding. You have to get this bit right.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Take your time on this bit. Make sure you pick
- 3:05Speaker 1: things from the options here that actually feel connected to
- 3:08Speaker 1: you and the mission you're on and the product you're selling.
- 3:10Speaker 1: So why is branding important? In the end, brand will
- 3:13Speaker 1: often be the only thing that differentiates you from someone
- 3:16Speaker 1: else selling exactly the same product. You need to know
- 3:19Speaker 1: what you're standing for so that other people buy from
- 3:22Speaker 1: you because of that. If it's quality, if it's low price,
- 3:25Speaker 1: if it's speed, if it's your own personal brand attached
- 3:29Speaker 1: to it, maybe it's something a little deeper. My father
- 3:31Speaker 1: died of a heart attack when I was very young.
- 3:33Speaker 1: Fitness is important to me. Maybe I'd link in there,
- 3:35Speaker 1: making sure the ones you love stay alive. You know,
- 3:38Speaker 1: like what is it that you stand for? And that's
- 3:41Speaker 1: what branding is. It's what you stand for, what you're
- 3:44Speaker 1: against as well as what you're for. And it's important
- 3:46Speaker 1: to include this bit. in your messaging and in your creative.
- 3:49Speaker 1: Having said all that, there's a lot of great choices
- 3:51Speaker 1: here and you may get paralysed by having too many choices.
- 3:55Speaker 1: So at some point, it's better to start and iterate
- 3:57Speaker 1: over time. Pick one and get on with it. So
- 4:00Speaker 1: I'm picking these two. They work. They say what I'm
- 4:03Speaker 1: trying to do. Get fit. And I want other people
- 4:06Speaker 1: to join me in that journey. Done. These banners will
- 4:08Speaker 1: be the first thing people see when they land on
- 4:10Speaker 1: your store. So you want to make sure you make
- 4:11Speaker 1: a good first impression. And don't overthink this too much.
- 4:14Speaker 1: If none of these feel perfect, you can always swap
- 4:15Speaker 1: them out later as the store evolves. It's better 80%
- 4:18Speaker 1: done than 100% perfect and never going out. So now
- 4:20Speaker 1: I'm going to set up my Shopify account. It's going
- 4:22Speaker 1: to be three days for free and then $ 1 for
- 4:26Speaker 1: three months after the three-day trial. I'll simply click Access Shopify,
- 4:30Speaker 1: fill in my details to claim this fantastic offer, and
- 4:33Speaker 1: then I'll have over 100 days before I need to
- 4:35Speaker 1: pay any monthly subscription and done. Now it's asking me
- 4:38Speaker 1: if I want to go for a free store or
- 4:40Speaker 1: a paid one-product store. I don't want to go with
- 4:42Speaker 1: a one-product store because A, I want to begin by
- 4:45Speaker 1: testing multiple products and B, I want to keep my
- 4:48Speaker 1: promise of keeping the budget under $ 1. So I'm going
- 4:51Speaker 1: to go with the free store. Okay, the next step.
- 4:53Speaker 1: I'm really excited about this bit. Finding winning products. This step,
- 4:57Speaker 1: of course, will make or break the business. And luckily,
- 4:59Speaker 1: we have a handy tool I found called AutoDS to
- 5:01Speaker 1: assist us. I'm going to click it here where it
- 5:03Speaker 1: says register to AutoDS and sign up for $ 1 and
- 5:07Speaker 1: get my 30-day free trial. Luckily, I'm not breaking my rule.
- 5:10Speaker 1: It's just $ 1. So now I'm inside AutoDS. I'm going
- 5:13Speaker 1: to click on Trending Products. and click on my niche
- 5:16Speaker 1: sports and fitness and look for products to add to
- 5:19Speaker 1: my store. Now I'm actually going to pick this pull-up
- 5:21Speaker 1: bar because I believe, like you, I'm working from my
- 5:24Speaker 1: office quite a lot. I don't have time to go
- 5:26Speaker 1: to the gym. I'm hustling to make my dream a reality,
- 5:29Speaker 1: but I want to get some pull-ups in between. I
- 5:30Speaker 1: think this will sell well and I think it's a
- 5:32Speaker 1: mass market opportunity because I know most people don't have
- 5:36Speaker 1: time to go to the gym. To add this product
- 5:38Speaker 1: to my store, I'm going to click here where it
- 5:39Speaker 1: says import product. And in just a few seconds, the
- 5:42Speaker 1: product shows up here on my drafts. There are many
- 5:44Speaker 1: things I can customize here, but for now, I want
- 5:47Speaker 1: to optimize the title and the description to make it
- 5:50Speaker 1: really stand out. AutoDS has an AI tool to help
- 5:52Speaker 1: me with that. So I'll just click here where it
- 5:55Speaker 1: says Optimize Title and Description. Select the tone of voice
- 5:58Speaker 1: and allow the system to get it done for me.
- 6:00Speaker 1: That's it. This winning product is now optimized and up
- 6:03Speaker 1: for sale on my store. Now all I have to
- 6:05Speaker 1: do is click Publish My Store, remove my Shopify store password,
- 6:10Speaker 1: and boom, My Shopify store is now live with winning products.
- 6:14Speaker 1: I am shocked how easy this is. This stuff blows
- 6:17Speaker 1: my mind. You know, I used to own a web agency.
- 6:19Speaker 1: We'd spend hundreds of thousands of dollars trying to build this.
- 6:22Speaker 1: The other thing I really like when I look at
- 6:24Speaker 1: this is that it's reminding me of best practice for
- 6:27Speaker 1: the industry. I'm not an expert in this industry, right?
- 6:30Speaker 1: So selling products online like you. in this way and
- 6:33Speaker 1: I can see instantly is reminding me to get testimonials
- 6:36Speaker 1: from customers it's telling me to collect information from my
- 6:39Speaker 1: customers getting to sign up to my main list best
- 6:41Speaker 1: practices all automatically built in to the page when it's
- 6:44Speaker 1: gone live the next thing to talk about is marketing
- 6:48Speaker 1: one of my problems with dropshipping in the past was
- 6:50Speaker 1: always how you can put all this up but how
- 6:52Speaker 1: are you going to get people to go and buy
- 6:54Speaker 1: product and marketing is complicated there's so many different ways
- 6:57Speaker 1: to market your business and right now I want to
- 6:59Speaker 1: break down ways that you can market your business, keeping
- 7:01Speaker 1: within my $ 1 budget, which we've already spent. So I'm
- 7:04Speaker 1: not gonna touch on paid ads or any of that
- 7:06Speaker 1: stuff right now. I'm gonna touch instead on how you
- 7:08Speaker 1: can perhaps get your brand out there. Now, the first
- 7:11Speaker 1: thing to think about If you don't have a following
- 7:14Speaker 1: or you don't want to be on camera, then maybe
- 7:16Speaker 1: work with influencers. Now, I know the word influencer might
- 7:19Speaker 1: have a bad name. My experience is there's a lot
- 7:22Speaker 1: of really good people out there, let's say in category
- 7:24Speaker 1: of fitness, where I now publish my store on, that
- 7:26Speaker 1: their reason for doing fitness content is to help people
- 7:29Speaker 1: get fit. So if I can go to them with
- 7:31Speaker 1: this all ready to go, And all they need to
- 7:33Speaker 1: do is mention it on their stories, mention it in
- 7:35Speaker 1: their posts, and they can make a little bit of
- 7:37Speaker 1: money along with you. They will do it. You have
- 7:40Speaker 1: to believe because if you don't, you won't try. You
- 7:43Speaker 1: won't DM them. You won't message them. It will happen.
- 7:45Speaker 1: If you speak to 100 influencers and you give them
- 7:49Speaker 1: a good enough offering, maybe check their content out first,
- 7:51Speaker 1: feed their ego a little bit and say, you're not
- 7:52Speaker 1: selling product. You could be making some extra money. They
- 7:55Speaker 1: will come around and support you. Not all of them.
- 7:58Speaker 1: It's a numbers game and you have to make the effort.
- 8:00Speaker 1: And that's always been my problem with promoting dropshipping because
- 8:03Speaker 1: people are telling you there's no effort to make money.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Of course, there's no such thing as passive income. However,
- 8:09Speaker 1: there is such a thing as passive sales. And I'm
- 8:12Speaker 1: going to quickly explain this. So this is the second point.
- 8:15Speaker 1: First point, go after influencers, especially micro-influencers right now, people
- 8:19Speaker 1: with less than 5,000 followers. You'll be mind-blown how much
- 8:21Speaker 1: of an impact they can have and they'll be hungry
- 8:24Speaker 1: to make some new revenue. Second thing, if you like
- 8:26Speaker 1: going on camera, then just do a video talking about
- 8:29Speaker 1: how you're setting up a store and why. Have an
- 8:31Speaker 1: emotional sell. Explain why this is important to you. Don't
- 8:34Speaker 1: worry about even explaining the products. You can just say,
- 8:37Speaker 1: you've built a store to try and help me and
- 8:39Speaker 1: you don't need to do two jobs just to make
- 8:41Speaker 1: the bills get paid. Think about selling why you're doing this,
- 8:45Speaker 1: not what you're doing. And you'll be shocked how many
- 8:48Speaker 1: people will get behind you and support you. Make it genuine.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Don't ever fake marketing. Make the story behind the reason
- 8:53Speaker 1: you're doing this 100% true or you will get caught
- 8:56Speaker 1: out and you will forever regret it. because personal brand's important.
- 8:59Speaker 1: But make sure that you do try to get over
- 9:03Speaker 1: any personal fear of making content. But if you can't
- 9:07Speaker 1: get over that, or you just don't want to be
- 9:09Speaker 1: on camera, think about POV content, right? So my content,
- 9:12Speaker 1: I go up to people with a microphone and ask
- 9:13Speaker 1: them their dream. So let's take fitness as an example,
- 9:15Speaker 1: because I've got products now in the fitness category. I
- 9:19Speaker 1: can walk up to people who are training out in
- 9:20Speaker 1: the parks and And ask them what their dream is
- 9:23Speaker 1: and then what training equipment they're using to do what
- 9:25Speaker 1: muscles and why. I don't even need to be on camera.
- 9:28Speaker 1: I just use my phone and do POV, right? Now,
- 9:30Speaker 1: of course, you need to get permission from people that
- 9:31Speaker 1: you can do that. But most people who are fit
- 9:33Speaker 1: are quite happy to explain how they got fit. The
- 9:36Speaker 1: third thing you can do, mailing lists. How can you
- 9:39Speaker 1: tap into mailing lists? Now, you can do the work
- 9:41Speaker 1: and you can build your own mailing list. So that
- 9:43Speaker 1: could be, right, I'm going to launch a fitness newsletter
- 9:47Speaker 1: every week. I'm going to give you the top 10
- 9:49Speaker 1: tips to get fit. maybe free recipes for example and
- 9:53Speaker 1: you can do a shout out to the world if
- 9:54Speaker 1: you've got a small following saying join my main list
- 9:57Speaker 1: and I'm going to provide this value to you now
- 9:59Speaker 1: by providing people a chance to sign up for something
- 10:01Speaker 1: that doesn't cost anything it allows you to make a
- 10:03Speaker 1: relationship with that potential customer to then send them hey
- 10:07Speaker 1: i've got some products for sale in the fitness category
- 10:10Speaker 1: you don't have to go for the sale straight away
- 10:13Speaker 1: marketing and sales are very similar the key difference is
- 10:16Speaker 1: marketing is really about building a relationship with the market
- 10:20Speaker 1: so if you can get someone to sign up to
- 10:22Speaker 1: your mailing list and again these things don't cost anything
- 10:25Speaker 1: you can just get them to send you an email
- 10:26Speaker 1: to your email right your email costs nothing then you
- 10:29Speaker 1: can start building up a mailing list now marketing is
- 10:31Speaker 1: the key i think to making this work and so
- 10:34Speaker 1: please and this is the final thing i'm going to
- 10:36Speaker 1: say on marketing you will find it hard at the
- 10:39Speaker 1: beginning to promote anything. I've got 20 million followers online.
- 10:42Speaker 1: I get over 500 million views a month. But when
- 10:45Speaker 1: I first started for the first three years, I got
- 10:48Speaker 1: nowhere near that. I was getting 10 views, 15 views,
- 10:51Speaker 1: 30 views, 50 views. And then it grew and grew
- 10:54Speaker 1: and grew. And that's what you're going to have to
- 10:56Speaker 1: do because there is no get rich quick. And if
- 10:58Speaker 1: you do it over time, stably, this will be a
- 11:02Speaker 1: stable business for you. Don't leave yet. I want to
- 11:04Speaker 1: tell you one more thing about sales and fulfillment. But
- 11:06Speaker 1: There is some links down below that give you a
- 11:08Speaker 1: chance to, one, get a free PDF sharing everything I've
- 11:12Speaker 1: talked about here and more. And there is a buildyourstore.ai
- 11:14Speaker 1: link down below. I recommend this site because I believe
- 11:17Speaker 1: it works. I've just used it. I've just shown you
- 11:19Speaker 1: how it works. There's a link down below. It won't
- 11:21Speaker 1: cost you anything at first. You can go try it out.
- 11:24Speaker 1: I hope you find this marketing advice useful. There is
- 11:26Speaker 1: another option here to create video ads with something called
- 11:28Speaker 1: Create UGC. This seems like a good idea to me.
- 11:31Speaker 1: When AI Avatar creates a video for you, try to
- 11:35Speaker 1: use these tools. I don't think I need to go
- 11:37Speaker 1: through it with you now. Play around with it. Have
- 11:39Speaker 1: some fun. Another thing I've just realized is I get
- 11:41Speaker 1: my own. store domain name. So let me walk you
- 11:43Speaker 1: through the process here. I think I'm going to go
- 11:45Speaker 1: with simonscribd.store because of course it's my name and I
- 11:48Speaker 1: own the trademark, which you must do too. What's exciting
- 11:51Speaker 1: is I get this domain name free for a year
- 11:54Speaker 1: and we're still on our $ 1 budget as I promised. Okay,
- 11:57Speaker 1: now we're done with marketing. To be honest, we'll never
- 11:59Speaker 1: be done with marketing. But the orders are coming in.
- 12:01Speaker 1: So how do we do the fulfillment of them? After
- 12:03Speaker 1: a lot of research, there are two options we can
- 12:05Speaker 1: go with. So option one, manual fulfillment. We go to
- 12:08Speaker 1: the supply sites, purchase the product and ship it direct
- 12:11Speaker 1: to the customer. I'm not sure I want to go
- 12:13Speaker 1: with this one because it's time consuming and I don't
- 12:15Speaker 1: want to make mistakes like shipping it to the wrong address.
- 12:17Speaker 1: So the second option is auto fulfillment. And again, AutoDS
- 12:21Speaker 1: does this for us. It automatically processes and fulfills the
- 12:24Speaker 1: orders and adds tracking information. I don't need to do anything.
- 12:27Speaker 1: The system will automatically take care of fulfillment for me,
- 12:30Speaker 1: which is a godsend in this sort of business long-term,
- 12:33Speaker 1: I think. So in 2026, I have a very different view,
- 12:36Speaker 1: a combination of dropshipping, AI, and the chance to go
- 12:40Speaker 1: out there and make your dream a reality using these
- 12:42Speaker 1: tools is real. And you can make it all real
- 12:45Speaker 1: for under a dollar. It's not passive income from day one,
- 12:48Speaker 1: and you will have to put some work in, but
- 12:50Speaker 1: it's worth it and eventually potentially automated. So what's stopping you?
- 12:55Speaker 1: The link's down below to give you the knowledge you need,
- 12:57Speaker 1: get the community you need, and of course, get the
- 12:59Speaker 1: tools you need. Don't waste any more time. Make 2026
- 13:02Speaker 1: your year. Go.
