- 0:09Speaker 1: Advice.
- 0:12Speaker 2: It's time love and love and love and love and
- 0:14Speaker 2: love and lower lower Loo. Welcome to the naughty but
- 0:17Speaker 2: nice shall be your house, rum Shooter, And it's Tuesday,
- 0:19Speaker 2: which means our dear friend Delighter Dixon joins us. Hey,
- 0:23Speaker 2: misd are you there?
- 0:24Speaker 1: I am, but I'm coming to you from my childhood bedroom.
- 0:28Speaker 1: I'm in my mom's old house because the boiler broke
- 0:32Speaker 1: in our New York City building, so we had no
- 0:35Speaker 1: heat in hot water for the.
- 0:36Speaker 2: Last few days. Oh my goodness, I need my mama, honey,
- 0:40Speaker 2: abandoned ship. I've had this miserable cold for two or
- 0:43Speaker 2: three days, and if I lived a little closer to
- 0:45Speaker 2: my mommy I would be lying on my mommy's couch now,
- 0:47Speaker 2: or maybe in my childhood bedroom. Hello, miss Dixon, are
- 0:51Speaker 2: you ready to jump into the Sherman's da? What time
- 0:53Speaker 2: is it? My friends? It is? It's tea time. So
- 0:55Speaker 2: a bombshell new story I had in London. Prince Philip
- 0:58Speaker 2: had a secret can a battle years before his death.
- 1:02Speaker 2: So Prince Philip was married to Queen Elizabeth and he
- 1:05Speaker 2: died of cancer. He had age years. He was diagnosed
- 1:09Speaker 2: eight years before his death, and new Royal biography says
- 1:14Speaker 2: doctors claim that they found the illness in twenty thirteen
- 1:19Speaker 2: and deemed it inoperable, so it had spread so far.
- 1:23Speaker 2: The Duke of Edinburgh, that was his title, expected expected
- 1:28Speaker 2: to not live very long. However, he did keep going
- 1:32Speaker 2: for a few more years, and so people were thrilled
- 1:36Speaker 2: with that. They said he was fiercely independent, even sneaking
- 1:40Speaker 2: a drink good for him the night before he died. Now,
- 1:44Speaker 2: this is what's interesting. The royal family publicly listed his
- 1:47Speaker 2: death as old age. I should say so, but he
- 1:51Speaker 2: still did have cancer, which makes me question, which makes
- 1:55Speaker 2: me wonder, Misty, what's the right move here. My dad
- 2:00Speaker 2: died in his late eighties, so we could say my
- 2:02Speaker 2: dad died of old age. He wasn't a young man.
- 2:04Speaker 2: But my dad had prostate cancer and so that is
- 2:07Speaker 2: a factor too. The Royals just didn't like to talk
- 2:11Speaker 2: about this. They didn't talk about their health. And it's
- 2:15Speaker 2: really changed with Kate Middleton her cancer diagnosis, though at
- 2:19Speaker 2: first she kept that secret, kept that secret. She did
- 2:22Speaker 2: she did in King Charles. He did not want people
- 2:24Speaker 2: to know about his cancer. This is why the family
- 2:28Speaker 2: history is to sh is to keep calm and carry on.
- 2:31Speaker 2: What do you think.
- 2:32Speaker 1: I just think for the royals, and of course you
- 2:35Speaker 1: know better than me that they don't want anyone to
- 2:37Speaker 1: see their vulnerability because they're kings, they're queens, they're running
- 2:41Speaker 1: the monarchy. So to show that they are having these
- 2:45Speaker 1: diseases that could bring them down, it seems so wrong.
- 2:47Speaker 1: But now we know that vulnerability is what makes you likable.
- 2:51Speaker 1: But let's face it. Even though the man had cancer
- 2:53Speaker 1: and my grandfather had cancer, they both lived into their nineties.
- 2:57Speaker 1: So yes, it was old age, yes they had but
- 3:00Speaker 1: they showed, hey, even if you have cancer, you can
- 3:03Speaker 1: go for a little bit longer. Yeah, I think it's
- 3:07Speaker 1: okay to say that it's coming out now. Obviously he's
- 3:10Speaker 1: no longer with us. And you know what, he probably
- 3:12Speaker 1: held on because he had that fierce wife of hiss
- 3:14Speaker 1: and he wanted to be by her side as long
- 3:17Speaker 1: as he could. So I'm going to say, he might
- 3:19Speaker 1: have had cancer, but the love was stronger.
- 3:22Speaker 2: It was stronger, It was stronger, mystic. It's interesting, isn't it.
- 3:25Speaker 2: When I found out my dad was diagnosed with cancer,
- 3:28Speaker 2: it was in his late eighties. Let me be clear here,
- 3:31Speaker 2: I asked my doctor. My doctor was like Rob, if
- 3:33Speaker 2: your dad died of cancer in his fifties or sixties,
- 3:36Speaker 2: I would be very worried about it. But to have
- 3:39Speaker 2: somebody in their late eighties, you're okay. You're actually really lucky.
- 3:43Speaker 2: Hopefully you live as long as your dad. He made
- 3:46Speaker 2: it to his nineties. Prince Philip, I do understand this.
- 3:51Speaker 2: It is so tricky and when we talk about this
- 3:53Speaker 2: with celebrities royals all the time, what is the line
- 3:57Speaker 2: between personal and professional? What is private and what is public?
- 4:03Speaker 2: Where is the line? If you're Taylor Swift, are we
- 4:06Speaker 2: allowed to know about your health? If you're a member
- 4:08Speaker 2: of the royal family, are we allowed to know about
- 4:11Speaker 2: your health? I know for elected leaders presidents, we want
- 4:15Speaker 2: to know about their health because that's part of the job.
- 4:19Speaker 2: It isn't part of the job of being Elton John
- 4:21Speaker 2: or Taylor Swift, but it is I think part of
- 4:23Speaker 2: the job of being a royal. I think full disclosure.
- 4:27Speaker 2: I'm from the world where I've always found mistery. The
- 4:31Speaker 2: more I reveal, the more has come back to me
- 4:33Speaker 2: with lover or kindness, and so I believe that I
- 4:38Speaker 2: would reveal this. But it is a very tricky thing
- 4:40Speaker 2: because they are royals and the minute they reveal a vulnerability,
- 4:45Speaker 2: it's almost like their reign ends. Now, he wasn't the king,
- 4:48Speaker 2: so let's be clear here, Queen Elizabeth was the queen. Here.
- 4:52Speaker 2: There's a lot of discussion in the palace that King
- 4:55Speaker 2: Charles should never have revealed his cancer because the day
- 4:59Speaker 2: he did was the day we started talking about William.
- 5:02Speaker 2: And it's never bounced back. He's still with us, thank goodness,
- 5:05Speaker 2: he's still working, thank goodness. But there's something about their mystery.
- 5:09Speaker 2: There's something something about that moment. The minute King Charles
- 5:13Speaker 2: admitted he had cancer, all eyes turned to William. It
- 5:16Speaker 2: was almost the unofficial end of his reign in there.
- 5:20Speaker 1: Again, I think it dates back to olden days where
- 5:23Speaker 1: you know, you got a sniffle and then that could
- 5:25Speaker 1: mean the end of of your reign. But we're in
- 5:27Speaker 1: different times now. We have science and technology and medicine
- 5:32Speaker 1: and all those things that can keep us alive a
- 5:35Speaker 1: lot longer, especially if you have some royal money you
- 5:40Speaker 1: so and you know what I mean. Look, we could
- 5:44Speaker 1: have a weekend and Bernieze event where somebody might have
- 5:46Speaker 1: passed or might be real sick, and we just don't
- 5:49Speaker 1: know because because with generaitive AI, they could do anything
- 5:52Speaker 1: now good.
- 5:53Speaker 2: It's gracious, goodness, gracious, which brings us to that pole question.
- 5:56Speaker 2: After the day Prince Philip had a secret cancer, bout
- 5:59Speaker 2: it till it's not being revealed that before he died
- 6:02Speaker 2: he was diagnosed with cancer. A question is quite simple.
- 6:06Speaker 2: Should the Palace have revealed it? Should they have revealed
- 6:10Speaker 2: that Prince Philip had cancer? Yes or no? Is it private?
- 6:14Speaker 2: Yes or no? We do not report on celebrities health
- 6:17Speaker 2: battles on this show. If I found out that a
- 6:20Speaker 2: celebrity had cancer, I would not write that. It's something
- 6:23Speaker 2: that I don't do. But should the Palace? They are royals,
- 6:28Speaker 2: Should they have confirmed it? Should they have revealed it?
- 6:31Speaker 2: Yes or no? Go vote on our Twitter page or
- 6:35Speaker 2: ex page that is at naughty Nice rob A Facebook
- 6:38Speaker 2: page is naughty gossip and be sure to check back
- 6:42Speaker 2: to amar Rau to hear your results. He Misty, where
- 6:45Speaker 2: are you working on? Oh?
- 6:47Speaker 1: Well, the Tailor Frankie Show will just not die as
- 6:53Speaker 1: much as we try to keep nailing in that coffin.
- 6:55Speaker 1: So they're saying that she and proposed a winner Doug
- 7:00Speaker 1: Mason are still showing signs of a connection even after
- 7:03Speaker 1: the show was canceled. I mean, we didn't get an episode.
- 7:06Speaker 1: So Doug posted a video and Taylor, she you know,
- 7:12Speaker 1: replied with a playful, furdy comment fans notice the chemistry.
- 7:16Speaker 1: How do you notice the chemistry online? I don't know,
- 7:20Speaker 1: but that's okay. So you know, the show is pulled
- 7:23Speaker 1: after we saw Taylor doing all sorts of crazy things
- 7:27Speaker 1: in her first marriage or her first relationship. But these
- 7:31Speaker 1: two are supposedly still intact. Supposedly he was her last
- 7:34Speaker 1: bachelor standing. So but then again, we know that the
- 7:38Speaker 1: bachelors are not happy that the show was canceled because
- 7:41Speaker 1: it could be a spring boy to their next step.
- 7:43Speaker 1: So this could also be Doug's way of staying in
- 7:45Speaker 1: the spotlight. What do you think, roch.
- 7:48Speaker 2: My reports and I'm working on a story about this
- 7:50Speaker 2: for my substack right now. Is it's almost like their
- 7:53Speaker 2: griftis they're really angry that they're not actually together as
- 7:56Speaker 2: a couple. If they were, we'd see them having ice cream,
- 7:58Speaker 2: would see them hanging out together. They're not even in
- 8:00Speaker 2: the same state. So that both of them went on
- 8:02Speaker 2: a reality show, they found love quote quote quote on
- 8:06Speaker 2: a reality show, and then after the show aired, they
- 8:08Speaker 2: planned to make a lot of money. They were going
- 8:10Speaker 2: to do Dancing with the Stars, they were going to
- 8:11Speaker 2: do TV projects, they were going to turn up and
- 8:14Speaker 2: do signings. This is a cash cow. People go on
- 8:17Speaker 2: this show now not just to find love, or maybe
- 8:20Speaker 2: not to find love at all, but to find a
- 8:22Speaker 2: little bit of cash, a little bit of fame. And
- 8:24Speaker 2: so both of them are really annoyed by this. They
- 8:26Speaker 2: went through months and months of taping. She picked him,
- 8:29Speaker 2: he picked her. And they didn't just pick each other
- 8:31Speaker 2: because they liked one another. They picked each other because
- 8:34Speaker 2: they knew they would be marketable. They're not looking for
- 8:37Speaker 2: the person you love, You're looking for the person who's
- 8:39Speaker 2: going to make you the most money after the show.
- 8:42Speaker 2: These two, i'm told, were delicious together. They were funny together.
- 8:46Speaker 2: They weren't in love. They're not together. They're not going
- 8:48Speaker 2: to get married, they're not going to have children. But
- 8:51Speaker 2: they had really sort of developed a business relationship, a
- 8:54Speaker 2: definent relationship, but more business than personal. They liked each
- 8:58Speaker 2: other though, but they were going to hit the They
- 9:00Speaker 2: were going to go and make a lot of money.
- 9:02Speaker 2: Now the show's not aired. This is their hustle, This
- 9:06Speaker 2: is their grift. They are so angry this show didn't air.
- 9:09Speaker 2: She got paid her money, she got her two fifty.
- 9:11Speaker 2: He didn't get paid, So the men do not get paid.
- 9:14Speaker 2: Paul did not make a penny. He didn't mind because
- 9:17Speaker 2: he lived in a mansion for a couple of months
- 9:19Speaker 2: and he ultimately won the competition. But I think he
- 9:23Speaker 2: had big dreams. They finished filming months ago, so for
- 9:26Speaker 2: the last two three months, Paul was sitting there waiting
- 9:29Speaker 2: to be a star. He was literally hours away from
- 9:33Speaker 2: being a TV star. He was going to get hundreds
- 9:35Speaker 2: of thousands of Twitter followers. Missy, I would be really
- 9:38Speaker 2: mad if I signed up, if you signed up for
- 9:40Speaker 2: a show like The Bachelorette, and even if we didn't
- 9:42Speaker 2: find love, but we found someone that we could work with,
- 9:45Speaker 2: that we could play with. We can be on the
- 9:46Speaker 2: cover of People magazine together. We can go on Dancing
- 9:49Speaker 2: with the Stars. We can hold hands in an ice
- 9:51Speaker 2: cream store in Times Square, Misty, we can go into
- 9:54Speaker 2: Chicago the music Mistery, you know, I'm tond true.
- 9:58Speaker 1: I'm so sorry, but I just do not think this
- 10:00Speaker 1: is a good professional night player. No, no, no, no,
- 10:05Speaker 1: I get it. I totally understand where you're coming from.
- 10:08Speaker 1: If I expected to be on a show and then
- 10:10Speaker 1: the show was canceled and I had put in the work.
- 10:13Speaker 1: It's just like if you put in the work on
- 10:15Speaker 1: a project and then all you've done everything and then
- 10:17Speaker 1: they say, oh, the book is not happening or the
- 10:20Speaker 1: movie is not happening, and you've done all the work
- 10:22Speaker 1: for it. I totally understand that. Yeah, and again, you
- 10:26Speaker 1: know this is all dependent when people like you. Yes,
- 10:29Speaker 1: it doesn't matter whether they like you or hate you.
- 10:31Speaker 1: They're going to be following you, and you're going to
- 10:33Speaker 1: make your cash.
- 10:34Speaker 2: But beg your cash. You're gonna make your cash. It's foolish.
- 10:36Speaker 2: It's naive to think people go on these shows to
- 10:38Speaker 2: just fall in love. It is an opportunity to propel
- 10:41Speaker 2: yourself into fame. And I feel like they're trying to
- 10:44Speaker 2: continue with this proposal, with this fantasy, even though the
- 10:49Speaker 2: show was canceled. The trouble is is without the show,
- 10:51Speaker 2: there's no fame. A scatty real housewife that they all
- 10:54Speaker 2: think they're super famous. When the show goes away, we
- 10:57Speaker 2: go away to this show never aired, and so they
- 11:01Speaker 2: are really starting so far behind the gates. If they
- 11:04Speaker 2: can pull it off. Good luck to them. I don't
- 11:07Speaker 2: see how it's going to work. He I didn't even
- 11:10Speaker 2: know his name last week, and now I sort of do.
- 11:13Speaker 2: I'm not following him on Twitter, but I guess I
- 11:15Speaker 2: might at some point. But I would expect these two
- 11:18Speaker 2: to meet up in New York and they'll be spotted
- 11:20Speaker 2: on a romantic date, maybe in Central Park or something
- 11:24Speaker 2: like that. They'll be photographers. The problem is is that
- 11:27Speaker 2: the show didn't air. So Miss Steve, you and I
- 11:29Speaker 2: were back in our magazine days and we got a
- 11:31Speaker 2: picture of them together in the park in a carriage
- 11:34Speaker 2: eating ice cream. I don't even know if i'd buy it.
- 11:36Speaker 2: I don't even know if I wouldn't put it on
- 11:38Speaker 2: the cover.
- 11:39Speaker 1: You know, it's so interesting. Back in the day, I
- 11:41Speaker 1: probably would have used the picture, But nowadays, especially thinking
- 11:45Speaker 1: about gen Z and how they can be so they
- 11:48Speaker 1: don't like an authenticity, and so thinking about that and
- 11:51Speaker 1: posting this picture where it's obvious, well how did they
- 11:54Speaker 1: get to know? You know? It just feels kind of fake.
- 11:56Speaker 1: So I think that would be the reason I wouldn't
- 11:59Speaker 1: use it. And serious should she be celebrated for something
- 12:02Speaker 1: that she did that seems so wrong, exactly, there's so
- 12:05Speaker 1: many questions.
- 12:09Speaker 2: Let's move along. Tiger Woods is refusing to get a driver.
- 12:12Speaker 2: So Tiger won't get a driver, even though he's had
- 12:14Speaker 2: multiple carashes. Let's be honest. He has a billion dollars.
- 12:18Speaker 2: He got the money to have a twenty four to
- 12:19Speaker 2: seven driver. He's not getting one because he's deeply paranoid.
- 12:22Speaker 2: He doesn't want anybody to know where he is. He's
- 12:24Speaker 2: one of those celebrities who has turned off all his
- 12:27Speaker 2: tracking devices on his phone in his car. He's a deeply,
- 12:30Speaker 2: deeply troubled person. And so Tiger would not have a
- 12:33Speaker 2: driver because he didn't want anybody knowing his business. Why not?
- 12:37Speaker 2: What are you up to, Tiger when you don't want
- 12:39Speaker 2: us to know where you're going? This is messy, messy, messy.
- 12:43Speaker 2: Thank goodness, no children are in the car. Is now
- 12:46Speaker 2: in a relationship with Vanessa Trump. That is Don Junior's
- 12:51Speaker 2: ex wife. Ex wife. That's an ex wife. The children.
- 12:54Speaker 2: They're not living together, they live close to one another. However,
- 12:56Speaker 2: she spends an enormous time at Tiger's mansion. The kids
- 13:00Speaker 2: are there too. Her eldest is a really really avid golfer,
- 13:04Speaker 2: and so there's a lot of connections here, but it
- 13:07Speaker 2: feels to me. You know, if Tiger Woods wants to
- 13:09Speaker 2: do prescription drugs, if he wants to be messy, do
- 13:12Speaker 2: it and stay home, don't get behind a wheel. That's
- 13:15Speaker 2: what drives me mad here. You can risk your own life.
- 13:17Speaker 2: You can do it. I don't recommend it, but you
- 13:20Speaker 2: can do it. You can't risk my life. You can't
- 13:22Speaker 2: risk other people's lives. He was driving under the influence
- 13:25Speaker 2: on a quiet street in Florida. God forbid their head
- 13:28Speaker 2: been children playing, God forbid, There've been somebody elderly crossing
- 13:31Speaker 2: the road. It's just Tiger It's so selfish, it's so reckless.
- 13:36Speaker 2: Anybody that gets behind the wheel impaired, it's just not right.
- 13:40Speaker 2: And I don't care if you are a billionaire, one
- 13:42Speaker 2: of the most famous athletes in the world. It's a
- 13:45Speaker 2: real arrogance misty that has annoyed me. Where are you?
- 13:48Speaker 1: Oh? Well, first of all, I think we have a
- 13:50Speaker 1: bigger problem here. It sounds like Tiger Woods has an
- 13:53Speaker 1: addiction issue, and I think we need to get to
- 13:56Speaker 1: the bottom of that, and maybe that's why he's so paranoid. So,
- 14:00Speaker 1: you know, I saw the car and I was just like,
- 14:02Speaker 1: what I mean, if that doesn't scare you straight to
- 14:05Speaker 1: say I have a problem. I don't know what. Well,
- 14:09Speaker 1: but seriously, you don't have a family member a sister
- 14:12Speaker 1: like I would trust my sister with his wife, right, Yeah,
- 14:15Speaker 1: So like you can't go somebody who's like, look, I
- 14:18Speaker 1: will pick you up. You call me, I will come
- 14:20Speaker 1: and get you. And I ain't telling nobody. I mean,
- 14:23Speaker 1: that is kind of sad in itself that you don't
- 14:25Speaker 1: have anyone someone in your family's sad that you can't trust.
- 14:29Speaker 1: And come on, there are people who are like, look,
- 14:32Speaker 1: I will sign the DNA because I know I'm making
- 14:34Speaker 1: a lot of money and keep my mouth shut. I'll
- 14:36Speaker 1: write the book when you're dead.
- 14:38Speaker 2: That's so true. It's so true. Okay, quickly, before we
- 14:40Speaker 2: get to break, mister, Howie Mendel has apologize to Kelly Ripper.
- 14:43Speaker 2: What's going on?
- 14:45Speaker 1: Yeah, so there was this awkward on air class between
- 14:48Speaker 1: Kelly and Howie, but now it's getting laugh So you know,
- 14:51Speaker 1: he snapped at her after they made a comment that
- 14:54Speaker 1: you look great for seventy and the moment went viral
- 14:57Speaker 1: fast and he issued a rare apology and he admitted
- 15:00Speaker 1: the joke really just didn't land. You know what, I
- 15:03Speaker 1: don't know, seventy you look great, whatever. But inter executive
- 15:07Speaker 1: producer Michael Gellman, who couldn't resist poking some fun, he
- 15:10Speaker 1: chicily doubled down on the age joke, turning the tension
- 15:14Speaker 1: into comedy. And there's no real feud behind the scenes.
- 15:18Speaker 1: It was just bruised egos. You know, age is very
- 15:21Speaker 1: sensitive where a very youth obsessed kind of place in world.
- 15:26Speaker 1: Even though that's changing and we can certainly be proud
- 15:28Speaker 1: of being of making it to a certain age and
- 15:30Speaker 1: we look more fabulous than ever, but still people sometimes
- 15:33Speaker 1: feel like I'm closer to the other side, so it
- 15:36Speaker 1: can be sensitive. But you know, with even with apologies
- 15:39Speaker 1: on TVs that come with punchlines, and that's what they did.
- 15:43Speaker 2: Yeah, I thought it was a fine thing to say.
- 15:45Speaker 2: It was a compliment, and how he over reacted and
- 15:48Speaker 2: now I think he's realized that too. Okay, we're going
- 15:50Speaker 2: to take a quick break and we will be right back.
- 15:53Speaker 2: Welcome back to the naughty but nice to have your
- 15:55Speaker 2: headte of shoot to it. They did, friend, mister Hey, Steve,
- 15:57Speaker 2: let's get to the polls Dot count last show, he
- 16:00Speaker 2: talked about Prince Hillary has been accused of using his
- 16:03Speaker 2: children as leverage to get his security issue fixed in Britain.
- 16:07Speaker 2: So he's been basically saying he won't bring his kids
- 16:09Speaker 2: to Britain unless he has extra special royal security, which
- 16:13Speaker 2: he doesn't have at the moment. Is he is he
- 16:15Speaker 2: using the kids? Oh? Seventy percent said yes, he does
- 16:20Speaker 2: feel a little like that, doesn't it? This one? It's
- 16:23Speaker 2: so so messy, Hey, don't forget to vote on todays
- 16:27Speaker 2: Paul will go to our Twitter page at Naughty Nice
- 16:29Speaker 2: rob Our facebook page is Naughty Gossip and be sure
- 16:32Speaker 2: to check Better Morrow to hear your results. And it's
- 16:38Speaker 2: time for n of the Day.
- 16:42Speaker 1: Our nicest of the day is Britney Spears boys. And
- 16:45Speaker 1: I have to tell you these pictures just warmed my heart.
- 16:47Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, So she's leaning on her family after her
- 16:50Speaker 1: d dui arras and she's reunited with Sean Preston who's
- 16:54Speaker 1: now twenty years old, and Jayden James who's nineteen, and
- 16:57Speaker 1: they were on a rare yacht getaway. She sayed sweet
- 17:00Speaker 1: moments online. They were smiling and dancing alongside her boys,
- 17:04Speaker 1: who are so tall and so handsome. I just wanted
- 17:07Speaker 1: to reach out and pinched cheeky's because that's what a
- 17:10Speaker 1: Dante does. The reunion comes just weeks after her arrest.
- 17:14Speaker 1: It left her shaken and devastated. So she's now her
- 17:17Speaker 1: sons are stepping up for her, offering her supports as
- 17:20Speaker 1: she faces legal consequences. And I just have to say, Brittany,
- 17:25Speaker 1: if you're listening, look at those beautiful boys of yours
- 17:28Speaker 1: who are now men. And if there's any reason to say,
- 17:31Speaker 1: you know what, I need to get my life in order.
- 17:34Speaker 1: I need to deal with whatever is mentally going on.
- 17:36Speaker 1: I need to be the mother that they need me
- 17:39Speaker 1: to be. Even though they're grown men, they still want
- 17:41Speaker 1: their mama. They're showing you they'll be there for you.
- 17:44Speaker 1: It's time for you to be there for them.
- 17:48Speaker 2: Soa man, I nice is that the day? And now
- 17:51Speaker 2: my naught is of the day. Naughty, naughty. Laura Derney's
- 17:54Speaker 2: facing backlash for a Jeffrey Epstein. New serious people are saying,
- 17:58Speaker 2: it's not just this. Sim amazing journalist Julie K. Brown
- 18:02Speaker 2: out of Miami. Her reporting her writings have been turned
- 18:07Speaker 2: or are about to be turned into a new series,
- 18:10Speaker 2: but critics are really angry about this. One person said,
- 18:13Speaker 2: this isn't justice, and another person said, so nobody has
- 18:17Speaker 2: been arrested for this, and yet we're turning it into
- 18:19Speaker 2: a miniseries. I do get the outrage. I do get
- 18:22Speaker 2: the anger here, but I do believe that having a
- 18:24Speaker 2: show like this might lead to some arrests. If we
- 18:28Speaker 2: can make sure that it's done in the right way,
- 18:31Speaker 2: that that Jeffrey is presented as the monster that he
- 18:34Speaker 2: is that he was, maybe that will help. But I
- 18:36Speaker 2: do understand why people are annoyed about this. Jeffrey Epstein
- 18:40Speaker 2: is not entertainment. That is criminal, absolutely criminal. Okay, let's
- 18:44Speaker 2: end with a moment of rob you, Robb you you
- 18:47Speaker 2: rob confidence, thank you very much. Confidence is built after
- 18:50Speaker 2: the excitement fades. Let me explain so. Confidence it isn't
- 18:54Speaker 2: created in the moment of inspiration. It's certainly not. Where
- 18:58Speaker 2: it's created is after the excitement fades away. After that
- 19:04Speaker 2: excitement disappears, all that's left is discipline, showing up when
- 19:08Speaker 2: it's boring, pushing forward when it's hard, and continuing when
- 19:13Speaker 2: nobody's watching. That's where real confidence grows. Anyone can start strong.
- 19:19Speaker 2: We all have, but very few keep going. So every
- 19:22Speaker 2: time you choose effort over ease, you prove to yourself
- 19:27Speaker 2: that you are capable. You gotta keep going. Please, please
- 19:32Speaker 2: don't chase motivation. It doesn't exist. Chase consistency every single time.
- 19:39Speaker 2: When I started my novel, I just didn't imagine I
- 19:42Speaker 2: could write sixty thousand words. I didn't think I could
- 19:45Speaker 2: do that. But I just write a little every day
- 19:48Speaker 2: every day. I had the discipline for a year, Misty.
- 19:51Speaker 2: Every day for a year, I spent an hour writing.
- 19:54Speaker 2: If I've got the time to watch the Kardashians every day,
- 19:56Speaker 2: and I do that, I've got the time to sit
- 19:58Speaker 2: in my living room and right. I wasn't inspired. I
- 20:02Speaker 2: didn't have motivation. I had discipline, and that's what got
- 20:05Speaker 2: the job done. Once again, everybody. Confidence is built after
- 20:11Speaker 2: the excitement. It's exciting at first. I'm going to write
- 20:14Speaker 2: a book. I'm going to write a book. All that's
- 20:15Speaker 2: so exciting. Now you've got to do it, hours and
- 20:18Speaker 2: hours and hours of work. You can do it. Naughtyes hey,
- 20:21Speaker 2: That is it for today. Thank you so much for
- 20:23Speaker 2: listening to The Naughty but Nice with Rob and Misty

- 20:42Speaker 1: Wow, I can't wait.
- 20:44Speaker 2: It's really really exciting.
- 20:46Speaker 1: We might see some familiar fears.
- 20:48Speaker 2: Maybe two people were talking right now. Let's end with
- 20:52Speaker 2: that tagline, I remember, if you're going to take care
- 20:59Speaker 2: everybody with Row
