- 0:05Speaker 1: Allelujah, praise the name of the Lord. Amen, Good morning everyone.
- 0:13Speaker 1: It's while still standing.
- 0:14Speaker 2: I truly.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Accounted an honor to bring the Word of God here
- 0:22Speaker 1: had this second service.
- 0:24Speaker 2: I'm here for three things.
- 0:25Speaker 1: One to identify with Pastor Ouce, to let you know
- 0:29Speaker 1: that I love you and I truly appreciate you, your
- 0:34Speaker 1: dear wife. Second to stand in faith with all who
- 0:40Speaker 1: love this man, to just speak a blessing upon his life,
- 0:46Speaker 1: upon that which God has done, is doing and will
- 0:52Speaker 1: yet do. And thirdly, to join the body of Christ
- 0:59Speaker 1: to supply foil for the next level. If you're in
- 1:03Speaker 1: agreement with me, in one minute, please lift your voice
- 1:06Speaker 1: and ask the Lord to speak to us and to
- 1:09Speaker 1: bless his servants.
- 1:10Speaker 2: Please go ahead, and Jesus.
- 1:17Speaker 1: Shi barakovski at Barrakosi and allelujah, praised the name of
- 1:25Speaker 1: the Lord. I sat back very quietly when I came in,
- 1:32Speaker 1: and I followed the service, followed all the videos, the recordings,
- 1:39Speaker 1: and two things stood out. Number one is that Jesus
- 1:46Speaker 1: made a statement that he who would desire to be
- 1:49Speaker 1: great would first be a servant. And this in truth
- 1:56Speaker 1: I have seen, we have all seen in the life
- 1:59Speaker 1: of this great man.
- 2:00Speaker 2: He truly is a servant leader.
- 2:04Speaker 1: I've not known him for very long, but I can
- 2:06Speaker 1: testify that he's a man who is truly loyal, very dedicated,
- 2:11Speaker 1: very passionate, and very sincere. In a world like this,
- 2:16Speaker 1: sincerity is worth your applaud very sincere man, past Otia,
- 2:22Speaker 1: thank you. I have really not come to preach, as
- 2:26Speaker 1: it were, because it's your day, and we live in
- 2:30Speaker 1: a world where we trivialize the achievements, the.
- 2:35Speaker 2: Sacrifices, the pain.
- 2:38Speaker 1: When you celebrate years, you don't celebrate the passage of time.
- 2:42Speaker 2: You celebrate endurance.
- 2:45Speaker 1: You celebrate consistency, You celebrate resilience, on bandedness, continuity. And
- 2:56Speaker 1: where here this morning not just to count time, not
- 3:02Speaker 1: just to count years. And we're standing here only because
- 3:08Speaker 1: you may.
- 3:12Speaker 3: You may. When our bags were against the world and
- 3:23Speaker 3: it looked a saf it was over you name, and
- 3:34Speaker 3: were standing.
- 3:38Speaker 2: Only because you may. Fathers speak to our hearts.
- 3:46Speaker 1: And I pray in the name of Jesus that everyone
- 3:48Speaker 1: will be blessed, but more importantly, for today, bless our
- 3:55Speaker 1: dear Pastor, a father to many, a mentor to many,
- 4:00Speaker 1: a brother and a friend to many, a son to many.
- 4:05Speaker 2: Bless him all the same in.
- 4:07Speaker 1: The name of Jesus, whilst standing, thank you for your patience.
- 4:12Speaker 1: I want to dedicate I'm told to do this. Take
- 4:16Speaker 1: off the limits is the first book written by Paso.
- 4:21Speaker 2: Uce Abe allelujah, and.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Very beautiful book, excellently bound.
- 4:32Speaker 2: And I'm told to dedicate this.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Such an honor to be doing this past the uce
- 4:37Speaker 1: By the way, I may not have the time to
- 4:39Speaker 1: do that for everyone, but let me truly honor Reverend
- 4:43Speaker 1: Barnabas Rassus.
- 4:44Speaker 2: Thank you, Thank you, truly honor you. I honor all
- 4:48Speaker 2: my friends and brothers. Thank you. I love you with
- 4:50Speaker 2: all my heart.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Honor to every man and every woman of God here represented.
- 4:55Speaker 2: Praise the name of the Lord. And I'm told, I
- 4:58Speaker 2: hope I'm right on this that but.
- 5:01Speaker 1: He intends that these books, the available copies be given free.
- 5:07Speaker 2: Is that true? I had to.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Verify because it sounds too good to be true. Well,
- 5:16Speaker 1: I agree, but I think I disagree.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Praise the name of the Lord.
- 5:22Speaker 1: If I were you, I would not I think I
- 5:24Speaker 1: would feel really guilty to just pick a copy like
- 5:28Speaker 1: this at such a time as today and walk away.
- 5:32Speaker 2: No, it's not the spirit of gratitude.
- 5:36Speaker 1: It's not the spirit of a worthy recipient of such grace.
- 5:41Speaker 1: And I'm not here to raise funds, but this is
- 5:44Speaker 1: my encouragement. I'm going to do it myself, but I
- 5:49Speaker 1: want to encourage everyone.
- 5:52Speaker 2: Please.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Even though it's his intention that these books be given free,
- 5:56Speaker 1: I don't know how many copies, and I don't know
- 5:58Speaker 1: how far they would go.
- 5:59Speaker 2: But here that's what I want to challenge you to do.
- 6:02Speaker 1: More than just blessing the man for this day, I
- 6:05Speaker 1: want you to sow into this project. Do it with revelation,
- 6:08Speaker 1: do it with understanding, be intentional, be lavish. Are we
- 6:12Speaker 1: in agreement to that? Stretch your hands to this book
- 6:15Speaker 1: and less speak He said.
- 6:17Speaker 2: Right, for these words are faithful and true.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Everything written is because it intends to be preserved as
- 6:25Speaker 1: a testament that they are faithful and true. Taking off
- 6:28Speaker 1: the limits, stretch your hands and pray written by your
- 6:34Speaker 1: pastor your father in this house, Lord, we thank you?
- 6:38Speaker 2: Are you speaking? Let these books go far.
- 6:42Speaker 1: And why go to homes, offices, lives, situations, and bring liberty.
- 6:51Speaker 1: Release men from the shackles that mediocrity, limitations, and status
- 6:57Speaker 1: chore has created in their lives. This is a book
- 7:00Speaker 1: that challenges people to aspire to rise to their highest
- 7:05Speaker 1: spiritual potential. Are you still praying? Father, we release life
- 7:09Speaker 1: upon this material. In the name of Jesus. We decree
- 7:14Speaker 1: and declare they remain blessings wherever they are found, electronically.
- 7:23Speaker 2: And as a book the hard copy.
- 7:25Speaker 1: We declare the name of Jesus that this will bring salvation,
- 7:29Speaker 1: It would bring healing, it would bring deliverances, it would
- 7:34Speaker 1: bring transformation to minds.
- 7:36Speaker 2: In the name of.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Jesus, Lord, we bless the author. This is his first,
- 7:40Speaker 1: it will not be his last.
- 7:42Speaker 2: In the name of Jesus.
- 7:43Speaker 1: By this prayer, we prime your inspiration for greater books,
- 7:47Speaker 1: that you will reach deep into the wells of your spirit,
- 7:50Speaker 1: and they will come Goshian like rivers of living water.
- 7:54Speaker 2: In the name of Jesus, you will bring.
- 7:56Speaker 1: Forth books and more books and materials that will bless
- 7:59Speaker 1: the Body of Christ.
- 8:00Speaker 2: Christ.
- 8:01Speaker 1: In the name that is above all names, and by
- 8:03Speaker 1: the privilege of God's grace, we declare this book dedicated
- 8:07Speaker 1: to serve the purposes of God, to be a contribution
- 8:10Speaker 1: to the growth the blessing the identification of the entire
- 8:14Speaker 1: house on the Rock and by extension, the Body of Christ.
- 8:17Speaker 1: We do this in the name of the Father, in
- 8:20Speaker 1: the name of the Son, and in the name of
- 8:22Speaker 1: the Holy Spirit.
- 8:24Speaker 2: Please celebrate Jesus. Thank you, congratulations again.
- 8:31Speaker 1: I congratulate you for your fiftieth birthday. The Lord honor you.
- 8:36Speaker 1: The Lord take you from glory to glory. In Jesus' name,
- 8:40Speaker 1: you may be seated. Thank you for your patience. First
- 8:44Speaker 1: the Salonians chapter five. First the Salonians five for reference
- 8:52Speaker 1: this morning, just a brief charge, and we pray first
- 8:56Speaker 1: the Salonians five from verse twelve. First Thessalonians five.
- 9:08Speaker 2: And verse twelve.
- 9:16Speaker 1: And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which label
- 9:22Speaker 1: among you and are over you in the Lord, and
- 9:26Speaker 1: admonish you thirteen and to esteem them very highly in
- 9:32Speaker 1: love for their works sake, and be at.
- 9:36Speaker 2: Peace among yourselves.
- 9:38Speaker 1: Here is Paul admonishing the church in Thessalonica. And as
- 9:45Speaker 1: part of his discourse he brought the issue of according
- 9:49Speaker 1: honor to those who where the leaders set over they
- 9:57Speaker 1: work within those regions. And he said, please give it
- 10:00Speaker 1: to us again. First Salonians five.
- 10:04Speaker 2: Verse twelve.
- 10:05Speaker 1: It says, first Slonians fife, verse twelve.
- 10:10Speaker 2: Let's have it, please. I beseeched you brethren.
- 10:14Speaker 1: He says, know them, that label among you and that
- 10:19Speaker 1: over you, and admonish you.
- 10:23Speaker 2: Discern them, descern them.
- 10:26Speaker 1: The word know them means to discern, verify if it
- 10:31Speaker 1: is true that they're leaving up to this responsibility to
- 10:37Speaker 1: label among you, to admonish you. And if you find
- 10:42Speaker 1: that this is true, thirteen now gives you your own responsibility.
- 10:47Speaker 1: Your first responsibility is to esteem them very highly in.
- 10:54Speaker 2: Love for their work sake.
- 10:56Speaker 1: I started a bit on the word esteem. To esteem
- 11:01Speaker 1: means to regard with respect. To esteem means to show admiration.
- 11:09Speaker 2: Please pay attention.
- 11:11Speaker 1: The Bible says to esteem them, not just to recognize them,
- 11:16Speaker 1: not just to be aware that they are there. Provided
- 11:20Speaker 1: there are people who label in word and doctrine, provided
- 11:26Speaker 1: they admonish you, provided they are responsible for.
- 11:32Speaker 2: Your growth spiritually.
- 11:34Speaker 1: The Bible leaves a responsibility to the recipients of such
- 11:38Speaker 1: grace to regard them with respect, to regard them with admiration.
- 11:46Speaker 1: Jeremiah chapter three and verse fifteen.
- 11:50Speaker 2: It says, I will.
- 11:51Speaker 1: Give you pastors after my heart Jeremiah three and verse fifteen,
- 11:58Speaker 1: that the pastors will feed you with knowledge and with understanding.
- 12:05Speaker 2: The primary assignment of feeding is for growth and for nourishment, and.
- 12:11Speaker 1: That the ingredients that make for the growth and the
- 12:14Speaker 1: nourishment of the believer.
- 12:16Speaker 2: Is knowledge and understanding.
- 12:19Speaker 1: And the chef that goes out of his way to
- 12:22Speaker 1: make this meal available knowledge, knowledge of the truth, knowledge
- 12:27Speaker 1: of the principles of the kingdom, and understanding, it says,
- 12:31Speaker 1: I will give you. That means their gifts. A pastor
- 12:35Speaker 1: is not an employee. A pastor is not the staff
- 12:39Speaker 1: of a ministry administratively. He may be a staff administratively,
- 12:46Speaker 1: he may be one who was brought in. But let
- 12:48Speaker 1: me tell you, all genuine pastors, all genuine spiritual leaders,
- 12:55Speaker 1: if they feed you with knowledge and with understanding, then
- 12:59Speaker 1: they are beyond Yes, their gifts send from God, Send
- 13:05Speaker 1: by God. I will give you pastos after my heart.
- 13:12Speaker 1: And the Bible says they will feed you simon. But Jhona,
- 13:16Speaker 1: he said, love us. Tell me more than this, Yes,
- 13:20Speaker 1: prove that you love me by feeding my sheep and
- 13:24Speaker 1: feeding my land. To esteem starts by discernment. You cannot
- 13:33Speaker 1: show honor, or respect or admiration to a man until
- 13:38Speaker 1: you take a moment of deep discernment and contemplation. There
- 13:43Speaker 1: are a number of things you have to think about
- 13:46Speaker 1: that will ultimately lead to your showing honor.
- 13:52Speaker 2: Are we together? Now?
- 13:56Speaker 1: There was a great servant of God who said, if
- 13:59Speaker 1: you can be thoughtful, then you can be thankful. Thankfulness
- 14:05Speaker 1: and gratitude and honor come from the well of deep contemplation.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Look at my life. How was i when this man
- 14:16Speaker 1: was introduced to my life? And now what has become
- 14:20Speaker 1: of me by reason of the truth? You know, we
- 14:23Speaker 1: live in the world sadly and respectfully speaking with downplay
- 14:29Speaker 1: men and women of God. And it's becoming fashionable to
- 14:32Speaker 1: talk against servants of God. Is becoming fashionable to downplay
- 14:37Speaker 1: on the value that spiritual leaders provide and the role
- 14:41Speaker 1: that they have to play in nation building, in shaping
- 14:48Speaker 1: the morality and the advancement of society. So every time
- 14:53Speaker 1: we talk about men of God, we just act like
- 14:56Speaker 1: there are.
- 14:56Speaker 2: Some people at the corner just helping to try people.
- 15:00Speaker 1: As far as fanatism is concerned, you take away ministers
- 15:06Speaker 1: of the Gospel for one year from any nation, and
- 15:10Speaker 1: you see the level and the extent of moral decadence, confusion,
- 15:17Speaker 1: and so on and so forth that will exist there.
- 15:21Speaker 1: You know the value of a thing by the consequences
- 15:24Speaker 1: of its absence. You do not know the value of
- 15:28Speaker 1: a thing just by its presence.
- 15:29Speaker 2: You want to know how valuable a person or a
- 15:32Speaker 2: thing is.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Create a system that takes that person or that thing
- 15:37Speaker 1: out of your life or out of that system.
- 15:41Speaker 2: The consequences that follow will.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Tell you how valuable a person or a thing is.
- 15:49Speaker 2: I will give you pastors after my heart.
- 15:52Speaker 1: Let me submit to you House on the Rock, the refuge.
- 15:57Speaker 2: It is a.
- 16:02Speaker 1: It takes a level of love and passion and fire
- 16:07Speaker 1: for God to be and remain in ministry. Please understand
- 16:13Speaker 1: my communication to be and remain in ministry. It was
- 16:19Speaker 1: easy for Jesus to call the disciples who would later
- 16:23Speaker 1: become his apostles. After all, they heard about a celebrity
- 16:27Speaker 1: who just came to town, healing the sick, doing mighty things.
- 16:30Speaker 1: Who would not follow such a man come? No wonder,
- 16:34Speaker 1: They did not ask questions. They left because they were
- 16:37Speaker 1: following results. And then as they saw John with Jesus,
- 16:41Speaker 1: they began to be offended. They began to be angry,
- 16:46Speaker 1: And a time came Jesus said, will you also go?
- 16:50Speaker 1: Because some left? Jesus said, would you also go? Because
- 16:55Speaker 1: some were offended? Even the disciples among themselves. They began
- 16:59Speaker 1: to have walk of conflicts, and he said, to whom
- 17:03Speaker 1: shall we go? That way alone has the words of life.
- 17:07Speaker 1: And he got to a point where even the disciples
- 17:09Speaker 1: themselves were offended, and they said, look, we're not going,
- 17:12Speaker 1: but we need to talk.
- 17:13Speaker 2: We have left all.
- 17:15Speaker 1: If you are forgotten, let's remind you that we have
- 17:18Speaker 1: left all to follow you.
- 17:19Speaker 2: What is our take here?
- 17:21Speaker 1: And he says, now I know, verily, verily, no one
- 17:24Speaker 1: who leaves father, Mother, et cetera for me and for
- 17:28Speaker 1: the gospels. He says, but you will receive in this life,
- 17:31Speaker 1: this and that and that. Just when you were about
- 17:34Speaker 1: to smile, he said, with persecution. Why are that kind
- 17:39Speaker 1: of statement. You are supposed to be comforting me, and
- 17:43Speaker 1: now you say I'm.
- 17:44Speaker 2: Going to receive all of this with persecution.
- 17:49Speaker 1: The average man of God in this nation goes through
- 17:52Speaker 1: more challenges than most people will ever know, because you
- 17:56Speaker 1: are not just contending against men and ideas, you're contending
- 18:01Speaker 1: against principalities powers. You are at the epicenter of every
- 18:06Speaker 1: demonic attack. Because the lawyers tried the shepherd, and the
- 18:10Speaker 1: ship will scatter out. So in order of priority, in
- 18:15Speaker 1: order of priority. The devil will soome his attention and
- 18:20Speaker 1: want to discredit you, fight.
- 18:22Speaker 2: You, afflict you.
- 18:23Speaker 1: Everything that can bring you down will be used against you.
- 18:28Speaker 1: This is the price that these bearers of the cross
- 18:31Speaker 1: carry every day. Yet in the midst of it they
- 18:35Speaker 1: pray for you. Yet in the midst of it they smile.
- 18:39Speaker 1: I once saw I think I was looking for a
- 18:41Speaker 1: video on YouTube, and I saw an image that blessed
- 18:48Speaker 1: me so much.
- 18:49Speaker 2: It was the image of a young boy with an
- 18:52Speaker 2: arrow shot at him. And then that young.
- 18:55Speaker 1: Boy now had become an elder with several arrows at
- 18:57Speaker 1: his back. I said, wow, his growth did not stop
- 19:02Speaker 1: the arrows. You only build capacity to receive them. So
- 19:06Speaker 1: one arrow brought him down as a boy, and now
- 19:09Speaker 1: as an old man, his back was full of arrows.
- 19:12Speaker 2: He says, Let no man trouble me. I bade my
- 19:15Speaker 2: body the mark. My question is who casts that mark.
- 19:19Speaker 2: A sky is proved that there was once a wound.
- 19:23Speaker 1: A sky is a testament that there was once a
- 19:26Speaker 1: wound that is now healed.
- 19:31Speaker 2: Allelujah.
- 19:32Speaker 1: The burden of ministry, the burden of being misunderstood, the
- 19:39Speaker 1: pressure to be right, the pressure to be consistent. Now
- 19:45Speaker 1: you are dealing with people who come.
- 19:48Speaker 2: From all races.
- 19:49Speaker 1: If you are a doctor, you only deal with patience.
- 19:53Speaker 1: If people are not sick, they don't have any business.
- 19:55Speaker 2: Coming to the hospital. Is that true. If you're a.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Legal practitioner, you deal with people who legal issues. If
- 20:01Speaker 1: you're a military man, you deal with security issues. If
- 20:04Speaker 1: you are a businessman, you deal with the area that
- 20:08Speaker 1: concerns you. But as a man of God, you deal
- 20:10Speaker 1: with everyone. All of these people are mentioned.
- 20:13Speaker 2: There is a place of convergence, the churches that place, so.
- 20:16Speaker 1: They come together with different problems, different viewpoints that have
- 20:20Speaker 1: been cultured by their professional lives.
- 20:23Speaker 2: And now you are.
- 20:24Speaker 1: Supposed to use one mic, one voice, one mind to
- 20:28Speaker 1: speak to all those people and appeal to them with
- 20:32Speaker 1: respect to their ideas. It takes a lot to be
- 20:36Speaker 1: a man of God. It takes more than holding a
- 20:38Speaker 1: mic to be.
- 20:39Speaker 2: A man of God.
- 20:40Speaker 1: It takes more than carrying a Bible to be a
- 20:42Speaker 1: man of God.
- 20:43Speaker 2: It takes more than oratory.
- 20:45Speaker 1: It takes more than just praying and studying the Bible.
- 20:48Speaker 1: It takes timinal. This pool pitch you see is not
- 20:51Speaker 1: as flat as it looks. It's a slippery ground. There
- 20:54Speaker 1: is a skill to standing here. If you don't stand
- 20:57Speaker 1: with dexterity and skill, you can fall. So when you
- 21:00Speaker 1: see a man holding this for a long time, he
- 21:03Speaker 1: deserves double n because he has mastered at the skill,
- 21:07Speaker 1: the ability to speak at the times of pain and
- 21:11Speaker 1: at the times of joy. Pastor Ibey, I believe, has
- 21:17Speaker 1: wept at many funerals. Pastor Iby has been I believe
- 21:22Speaker 1: has stood by many families calling them.
- 21:24Speaker 2: In the night. I know what it means.
- 21:27Speaker 1: Listen, you see when we talk like this and you
- 21:29Speaker 1: see Pastor standing off crying, they understand.
- 21:35Speaker 2: It is painful. I respect.
- 21:38Speaker 1: I respond to an average of six to seven hundred
- 21:42Speaker 1: text messages every day, every day without fail, including today
- 21:48Speaker 1: and sometimes after a meeting.
- 21:50Speaker 2: I never off my phone.
- 21:51Speaker 1: Did you know my phone has been on silence since
- 21:53Speaker 1: twenty twelve. This is a strategy for my health. This
- 21:59Speaker 1: is this is of choosing life. Doesn't matter what for
- 22:04Speaker 1: I buy. The Lord remains the same because when God
- 22:10Speaker 1: annoys you and sends you, you are there for people.
- 22:16Speaker 1: You know, A time came in my life when a
- 22:18Speaker 1: man of God had to call me and say, Apostle,
- 22:20Speaker 1: be careful and elderly man, he said.
- 22:22Speaker 2: Africans kill their prophets. You must be careful.
- 22:27Speaker 1: And God gave me the revelation that saved me by
- 22:30Speaker 1: making me look at the cross, and I found out
- 22:32Speaker 1: for the first time that I was not the one
- 22:35Speaker 1: on that crucifix. I'm only representing the one.
- 22:42Speaker 2: Now.
- 22:42Speaker 1: That does not mean will not be committed. I'm praise
- 22:51Speaker 1: the Lord. A civil servant has walk hours frightfully speaking
- 23:00Speaker 1: seven or eight to five and any other thing. In
- 23:04Speaker 1: most places they would have to take responsibility for extra hours.
- 23:08Speaker 1: But a man who is calling to ministry walks every time,
- 23:12Speaker 1: all the time, any time, under any condition. You are
- 23:17Speaker 1: the first to receive the heat of every bad news,
- 23:19Speaker 1: and usually the last to receive.
- 23:21Speaker 2: The good news. Are we together now? Yes, sir.
- 23:24Speaker 1: You can be sleeping and one emergency stand up someone.
- 23:28Speaker 1: Something is about to happen, And whilst you are tired,
- 23:30Speaker 1: you remember the cross, You remember your vow, you remember
- 23:34Speaker 1: your commitment, and in.
- 23:35Speaker 2: The midst of the pain, you stand up.
- 23:37Speaker 1: It takes timina to remain behind this pulpit. The average
- 23:42Speaker 1: man of God resigns after one year and says, I'm
- 23:44Speaker 1: not doing again. I will serve in the House of God,
- 23:47Speaker 1: but not to stand behind the pulpit preaching the world.
- 23:50Speaker 1: Do you know that the average past off prepares at
- 23:53Speaker 1: least two to three salmons every week, and we're talking
- 23:57Speaker 1: of different topics. I'm opening you up to the implications
- 24:02Speaker 1: of being a spiritual leader, not even one who is
- 24:05Speaker 1: heading a great charge like this. It takes kill to
- 24:12Speaker 1: prepare salmons, Salmons that are live, applicable, salmons that are true,
- 24:18Speaker 1: current with your research, well articulated. You have to pray
- 24:22Speaker 1: oh by it. And then there are other aspects. I
- 24:27Speaker 1: hope you know that even as a man of God,
- 24:29Speaker 1: your family still demands their time. Even as a man
- 24:32Speaker 1: of God, your loved ones still demand their time, and
- 24:36Speaker 1: standing on the pulpit will be no excuse to fail
- 24:39Speaker 1: in these areas. It takes timiner to be in ministry
- 24:44Speaker 1: and to remain in ministry. Why am I saying all
- 24:48Speaker 1: of this so that it can give us a picture
- 24:53Speaker 1: in fact? Yes, how the Bible puts it. One time
- 24:55Speaker 1: they killed the cousin of Jesus John.
- 25:00Speaker 2: He went up the mountain to mourn the death of
- 25:02Speaker 2: his cousin.
- 25:03Speaker 1: As soon as a crowd saw him climbing the mountain,
- 25:06Speaker 1: they did not care whether he was heartbroken, whether he
- 25:10Speaker 1: was rerecting his spill.
- 25:11Speaker 2: Your heys, here is the miracle worker carry the sick.
- 25:14Speaker 2: You see.
- 25:15Speaker 1: The thing about being a man of God is that
- 25:17Speaker 1: people do not believe you are human. They try to understand,
- 25:20Speaker 1: but they quickly they easily forget. When they see you eat,
- 25:26Speaker 1: they say you are eating, Hello, sir, two am oh
- 25:31Speaker 1: how are you?
- 25:32Speaker 2: Looks like you're sleeping. I'm surprised.
- 25:35Speaker 1: These are the kinds of godlike expectations that they have
- 25:39Speaker 1: over ministers. And it is true that we are anointed,
- 25:43Speaker 1: but very quickly, let me encourage you that every man
- 25:46Speaker 1: of God is a man. He is only a man
- 25:50Speaker 1: of God. We get angry, we get from trated. There
- 26:02Speaker 1: are things we have to stand and believe God for.
- 26:06Speaker 1: We also have to follow the same path of spiritual
- 26:09Speaker 1: growth that we advocate for others.
- 26:10Speaker 2: It is not automatic with us. You pray, we pray
- 26:14Speaker 2: you first, We first.
- 26:16Speaker 1: There's no extra prayer answer to prayer that no, no,
- 26:19Speaker 1: no no.
- 26:20Speaker 2: There is an election of grace.
- 26:21Speaker 1: There are graces that follow the office. But every thing
- 26:24Speaker 1: you do, as hard as it is for you, that
- 26:27Speaker 1: is what we do too, plus the one we do
- 26:30Speaker 1: for you. It takes a lot to truly be a
- 26:34Speaker 1: man of God, because on one hand you are laboring to
- 26:37Speaker 1: grow spiritually. But whilst that is.
- 26:40Speaker 2: Happening, you have to think of your people.
- 26:43Speaker 1: I can tell you that whils first I is sitting here,
- 26:46Speaker 1: inasmuch as he is trying to enjoy his day, something
- 26:50Speaker 1: is in his mind thinking next week, I'm upstage again,
- 26:53Speaker 1: I'm preaching. Have I finished that salmon? And it's just
- 26:56Speaker 1: about the people. Let me tell you this. Whoever thinks
- 27:00Speaker 1: less of himself and turns his attention his energy to
- 27:05Speaker 1: your growth without demanding payment, deserves.
- 27:09Speaker 2: Honor a thousandfold.
- 27:12Speaker 1: We live in a selfish world, a self centered world.
- 27:16Speaker 2: What is the need for me?
- 27:26Speaker 1: Being a man of God is a sacrifice being a
- 27:31Speaker 1: man of God. In fact, this is my definition of love.
- 27:35Speaker 2: The absence of self.
- 27:38Speaker 1: The degree to which self is absent. That is the
- 27:41Speaker 1: degree to which love is present more than emotions, the
- 27:46Speaker 1: absence of self. Did you know I tell you the
- 27:51Speaker 1: truth and I lie not. While I was in Xaria,
- 27:57Speaker 1: would you believe that sometimes I would not stay home
- 28:00Speaker 1: for up to two weeks in one year?
- 28:04Speaker 2: This was the price.
- 28:07Speaker 1: Sometimes four am, five am.
- 28:09Speaker 2: I'm on my way to the airport.
- 28:14Speaker 1: And then sometimes the flight will be shifted and you
- 28:17Speaker 1: sit down there.
- 28:19Speaker 2: My bedroom became the aircraft.
- 28:21Speaker 1: I'll put my head down and then only wake up
- 28:25Speaker 1: when the plane lands.
- 28:26Speaker 2: This is an example.
- 28:28Speaker 1: Of what men of God go through to see that
- 28:30Speaker 1: the world of God comes in season.
- 28:33Speaker 2: What of times when they have to shelve their own pain.
- 28:37Speaker 2: You just hear that someone you love so much.
- 28:39Speaker 1: Died, and yet you have to bury that pain and
- 28:43Speaker 1: focus on bringing the message the Word in season because your.
- 28:47Speaker 2: Pain is still no excuse to stave.
- 28:49Speaker 1: God's people of the world, and you can cry later on.
- 28:53Speaker 1: What of times when you have to stand on stage bleeding,
- 28:56Speaker 1: but you will have to smile because your message requires
- 29:00Speaker 1: that you inspire the people through your smile.
- 29:04Speaker 2: It's not being thick, it's the sacrifice.
- 29:09Speaker 1: What of times when people stand for hours. They paid
- 29:13Speaker 1: the price with their health, They paid the price with
- 29:16Speaker 1: their families. I believe that if we ask the woman
- 29:19Speaker 1: of God pastor she tell us give us an honest
- 29:23Speaker 1: assessment of the price you had to pay. She will
- 29:26Speaker 1: first laugh, then cry, then speak. They asked Billy Graham,
- 29:34Speaker 1: we're about to pray.
- 29:35Speaker 2: They asked him.
- 29:36Speaker 1: They said, you went around the world, even preaching in
- 29:39Speaker 1: North Korea must have been a great sacrifice. He said yes,
- 29:42Speaker 1: But he said, asked my wife, And they asked the wife.
- 29:45Speaker 1: They said, did you ever think of divorcing your husband?
- 29:50Speaker 1: She said yes, and people were surprised. Billy Graham's wife said, yes,
- 29:54Speaker 1: I didn't divorce him, but many times I thought of
- 29:57Speaker 1: quitting and ending that marriage because he.
- 29:59Speaker 2: Was as I was a visitor.
- 30:01Speaker 1: I would watch television and see people clapping and say,
- 30:04Speaker 1: this is my husband, and I want him to the
- 30:06Speaker 1: same way you people want him. I want to He
- 30:08Speaker 1: paid my bright price. I want him, and now you
- 30:10Speaker 1: people cannot let me have my husband.
- 30:12Speaker 2: But that's the price. Are we together this morning?
- 30:19Speaker 1: I'm opening your eyes to see the price that men
- 30:22Speaker 1: of God, including this great.
- 30:24Speaker 2: Man here paid daily.
- 30:27Speaker 1: Most men of God, when they want to really talk
- 30:29Speaker 1: about issues, they're talking the.
- 30:31Speaker 2: Nights, just like politicians. Am I right on that.
- 30:35Speaker 1: That's the time you are sure you may have some
- 30:37Speaker 1: time to discuss serious issues, And in the midst of
- 30:40Speaker 1: your pain, your tiredness, you have to resort to talking
- 30:43Speaker 1: in the night, both to men and to God.
- 30:45Speaker 2: You talk in the night. I made up my mind.
- 30:53Speaker 1: That everywhere I see a man of God, a servant
- 30:58Speaker 1: of God who loves Jesus Us and serves him with
- 31:01Speaker 1: all his heart. I will show them my respect, I
- 31:05Speaker 1: will show them my honor. Now see how painful it
- 31:08Speaker 1: is when a man of God goes through all of
- 31:11Speaker 1: this and mounts the pulpit. And here's what we say.
- 31:16Speaker 1: I thought it would be Ah. This message is like
- 31:20Speaker 1: he preached this one before. I'm expecting something more. And
- 31:25Speaker 1: God is watching you on the throne that God you prayed.
- 31:28Speaker 2: You cry too.
- 31:29Speaker 1: He's watching you and saying, do you know what is
- 31:31Speaker 1: at stake right now? Sometimes they have family issues to
- 31:36Speaker 1: resolve and they say, you know what will resolvedly?
- 31:38Speaker 2: Down, we have to focus on.
- 31:40Speaker 1: The walk of the kingdom. This is the price that
- 31:43Speaker 1: is paid on easy. Truly lies the head that wears
- 31:47Speaker 1: the crown. We live in a world today where people like.
- 31:50Speaker 2: To claim crowns.
- 31:52Speaker 1: The road that leads to the throne is the cross.
- 31:55Speaker 1: If you cannot pass through the cross, there is no
- 31:58Speaker 1: throne for you.
- 32:02Speaker 2: The olive that we are annoyed.
- 32:03Speaker 1: With, the oil passes through the threshing floor, the grinding
- 32:08Speaker 1: engine that's wheezing it out. We are here today not
- 32:14Speaker 1: only to celebrate fifty years let's not allow the passage
- 32:18Speaker 1: of time to distract us. We're celebrating Passo uce, a
- 32:26Speaker 1: man who today has become a testament of continuity, of resilience,
- 32:35Speaker 1: of loyalty. He has become a model. Many people testified world,
- 32:40Speaker 1: you know, just giving their tributes, a model, an icon.
- 32:47Speaker 2: And the time that I've known just met him for
- 32:50Speaker 2: a while.
- 32:51Speaker 1: But I've seen a very, very sincere man, a man
- 32:54Speaker 1: who loves the Lord truly, a man who loves you truly. Now,
- 33:00Speaker 1: the Bible says, esteem them in love, regard them from
- 33:08Speaker 1: the depth of this contemplation.
- 33:10Speaker 2: Do not feel guilty when you accord them honor.
- 33:13Speaker 1: Ignorant people out there call honor human worship.
- 33:17Speaker 2: What is there about this man? Is it just because
- 33:20Speaker 2: he's talking?
- 33:20Speaker 1: Now, I'm explaining to you, if someone is more than
- 33:24Speaker 1: a lecture, you are ministring life. You are shaping the
- 33:27Speaker 1: ideologies of people. Men of God and mind control systems
- 33:31Speaker 1: that communicate ideas that shape society. One wrong teaching can
- 33:36Speaker 1: misleader society and bring chaos and anarchy that will take
- 33:41Speaker 1: the military to correct. One correct communication can stand in
- 33:45Speaker 1: partnership with government, the powers that be, to share the
- 33:49Speaker 1: mind of a society. Let me tell you this without
- 33:52Speaker 1: missing words. The role of spiritual leaders in nation building,
- 33:57Speaker 1: especially at a time like this, cannot be over emphasized.
- 34:03Speaker 2: It is more than speaking.
- 34:05Speaker 1: Words have always been the instruments that birth rebellion. Words
- 34:09Speaker 1: have always been the instrument that shape the ideologies of people.
- 34:13Speaker 1: A civil society comes from people who think well. Those
- 34:16Speaker 1: who think well come from superior ideas. Those ideas come
- 34:20Speaker 1: from people who have paid the price to learn and
- 34:23Speaker 1: model and communicate those ideas intelligently. The foundation for any
- 34:29Speaker 1: good society. It's not just God, but those who have
- 34:33Speaker 1: paid the price to learn the ways of God and
- 34:36Speaker 1: then articulately communicate the keys that help people live right
- 34:41Speaker 1: by thinking right. This your pastor has done, and I
- 34:45Speaker 1: will repeat again, he deserves not only your uploads, he
- 34:49Speaker 1: deserves your honor a thousand times. Therefore, let me request
- 34:54Speaker 1: all of us to stand in concert and give this
- 34:57Speaker 1: great man, this veteran of the Gospel pastor, be a
- 35:01Speaker 1: resounding round of applause, an applause that says thank you,
- 35:05Speaker 1: an applause that says God bless you, an applause that
- 35:09Speaker 1: says thank you for not giving up, an applause that
- 35:13Speaker 1: says thank you for.
- 35:14Speaker 2: Shelving your personal interest.
- 35:16Speaker 1: Don't stop clapping an applause that says thank you.
- 35:19Speaker 3: Now.
- 35:20Speaker 1: I see, I see that while you were preaching, you
- 35:23Speaker 1: were also bleeding.
- 35:24Speaker 2: I see that while you were praying, you also had
- 35:27Speaker 2: your issues.
- 35:28Speaker 1: I say that whilst you had the opportunity to rest,
- 35:32Speaker 1: you took that time to rest and imcess edit in
- 35:35Speaker 1: my growth. Thank you, allelujah. Someday we all will stand
- 35:46Speaker 1: before the Lord, and many of you from this assembly
- 35:52Speaker 1: and this church who have been saved, blessed changed through
- 36:00Speaker 1: this man. You will stand at the other side of eternity,
- 36:07Speaker 1: and when you look at this man, you will remember
- 36:10Speaker 1: the message.
- 36:12Speaker 2: You will remember where you sat, and you will saying.
- 36:17Speaker 1: Thank you for giving to the law.
- 36:24Speaker 4: I am alive that was changed you forgiving to the law.
- 36:40Speaker 4: I am so glad you can.
- 36:47Speaker 1: How shall they hear except they be a preacher, And
- 36:52Speaker 1: how shall there be a preacher except he be sent?
- 36:56Speaker 2: Let it be a culture for some of you. This
- 37:00Speaker 2: may be new.
- 37:01Speaker 1: For some of you, this is a renewal or a
- 37:04Speaker 1: habit of honor. The Bible says that them that rule well,
- 37:11Speaker 1: them that lead well, them that label in doctrine and
- 37:16Speaker 1: in a word, they are deserving of double honor.
- 37:22Speaker 2: In five minutes, very quickly.
- 37:24Speaker 1: Let me challenge you on three ways the Bible recommends
- 37:28Speaker 1: to show honor.
- 37:29Speaker 2: Number one, prayer. The first way you show honor, Please sit,
- 37:35Speaker 2: Please it for a moment. Prayer. The first way you
- 37:43Speaker 2: show honor is through prayer. If you can pray, then
- 37:58Speaker 2: you show pray for us. Number two, very quickly. The
- 38:11Speaker 2: second way.
- 38:15Speaker 1: Is by supporting what that man represents.
- 38:20Speaker 2: Your presence, did you know? Let me tell you this now.
- 38:23Speaker 1: Every session of your service inspired me.
- 38:27Speaker 2: But I confess to you and forgive my bias.
- 38:30Speaker 1: The most inspiring of all was when the men my
- 38:34Speaker 1: goodness who saw that. When these men came and stood
- 38:40Speaker 1: and held themselves together and said with pledge to stand
- 38:44Speaker 1: by you, it is greater than giving a car.
- 38:49Speaker 2: It is greater than giving a house.
- 38:52Speaker 1: The Bible says certain men came to David in the
- 38:55Speaker 1: cave of Adullam, and they came and pledged that they
- 38:59Speaker 1: were going to stand by.
- 39:01Speaker 2: Him until he became king.
- 39:04Speaker 1: If you have a car, it can spoil. If you
- 39:08Speaker 1: have a house, it can fade away. But if you
- 39:11Speaker 1: have the gift of men, men of honor, who pledge
- 39:14Speaker 1: their lives, their integrity, their credibility to stand by you.
- 39:19Speaker 2: That is a gift.
- 39:20Speaker 1: Indeed, I honor the men in this church for this
- 39:24Speaker 1: noble pledge, and I pray for grace to live true
- 39:27Speaker 1: to it. In the name of Jesus Christ. The Bible
- 39:32Speaker 1: says it is not good for man to be alone.
- 39:35Speaker 1: He's not just talking about a wife alone. He's saying
- 39:39Speaker 1: being alone in this kingdom is risky. You will need
- 39:42Speaker 1: the support, you will need the synergy of strengths. You
- 39:46Speaker 1: will need ideas that when you are alone, it is dangerous.
- 39:51Speaker 1: When you are alone serving God, it is dangerous.
- 39:56Speaker 2: No wonder.
- 39:56Speaker 1: The Bible says that God himself gave Jesus as the
- 40:00Speaker 1: only seed, so that you will come and bring many
- 40:03Speaker 1: songs into glory.
- 40:05Speaker 2: Today.
- 40:05Speaker 1: He's not the only begotten, He's the first of we
- 40:09Speaker 1: the begotten away together.
- 40:11Speaker 2: Now you must pay the price to support your man
- 40:15Speaker 2: of God. Let me tell you this.
- 40:18Speaker 1: I did observe that I respond to several text messages,
- 40:22Speaker 1: and at least nineteen agreeably ninety to ninety two. I
- 40:26Speaker 1: would say percent of them are full of need, you know, problems.
- 40:30Speaker 2: And all of that, and some of them.
- 40:31Speaker 1: Even harass me, apost to have you don't know who
- 40:34Speaker 1: I am, blah blah blah. God anointed you. This is
- 40:37Speaker 1: how you I used to know you before. Now you
- 40:39Speaker 1: are a proud.
- 40:40Speaker 2: Person, and so on and so forth. And this is
- 40:42Speaker 2: the burden that we go through. But then in the
- 40:46Speaker 2: midst of all that.
- 40:49Speaker 1: You will see a very well intentioned text apostle, God
- 40:54Speaker 1: bless you.
- 40:55Speaker 2: I hope you're resting, I hope you're eating. Just to
- 40:59Speaker 2: know that we're and you praying for you, I said.
- 41:01Speaker 2: Now this is a text work.
- 41:03Speaker 1: Really after a busy day, after a lot of noise.
- 41:07Speaker 1: Do you know how encouraging it is when a man
- 41:09Speaker 1: of God knows that you are standing behind him, you.
- 41:13Speaker 2: Are praying for him, and you are supporting him. He
- 41:18Speaker 2: can count on you.
- 41:20Speaker 1: Pray for your pastor number two, support him. To support
- 41:24Speaker 1: him means make the work easy. If you're a worker
- 41:28Speaker 1: in church, be apt to your work, give your best,
- 41:31Speaker 1: do all that you do. Let the Man of God
- 41:35Speaker 1: be focused on the ministry of prayer and the world,
- 41:38Speaker 1: and don't distract him into dealing with trivial matters. There
- 41:43Speaker 1: are trivial matters that can be so distracting. Trivial matters
- 41:47Speaker 1: that maturity can solve trivial matters, that forbearance can solve
- 41:52Speaker 1: trivial matters that growth and listening.
- 41:55Speaker 2: To the world can solve.
- 41:57Speaker 1: The assignment of a man of God is to be
- 41:59Speaker 1: committed to The menuis history.
- 42:00Speaker 2: Of the world and prayer primarily.
- 42:04Speaker 1: Then number three, the third and final where the Bible
- 42:08Speaker 1: encourages us to honor an estatement of God.
- 42:12Speaker 2: Is by giving to reward this.
- 42:14Speaker 1: Sorry I didn't stay scriptures down, but let me give
- 42:17Speaker 1: one for the First Corinthians, chapter nine and verse eleven.
- 42:22Speaker 1: We're about to pray. First Corinthians, chapter nine and verse
- 42:25Speaker 1: Elevenlaco si prakatuskia dabah. If we have sown onto you
- 42:32Speaker 1: spiritual things, is it a great deal?
- 42:36Speaker 2: If we shall reap from you canal or material things? Canal.
- 42:40Speaker 2: Dear does not mean sinful, It means material things.
- 42:43Speaker 1: That means Paul is saying, if it is true that
- 42:47Speaker 1: you consider that we have fed you, If it's true
- 42:50Speaker 1: that your life has been changed through the ministry, If
- 42:53Speaker 1: it is true that you have been lifted, if it
- 42:56Speaker 1: is true that you have been blessed.
- 42:57Speaker 2: If we have cried with you, we have loved with you,
- 43:00Speaker 2: is it an offense? Is it wicked?
- 43:05Speaker 1: If there is an expectation in our hearts that we
- 43:08Speaker 1: reap from the material things, it is not an offense
- 43:15Speaker 1: at all to honor a man of God. And there
- 43:18Speaker 1: is no amount of giving an honor that can quantify
- 43:24Speaker 1: the level and the extent of impact that your pastor
- 43:30Speaker 1: has done and has brought to your life. Last Scripture
- 43:34Speaker 1: Galatians six and verse six. Galatians six and verse six.
- 43:44Speaker 1: Galatians six and verse six. Let him that is taught
- 43:50Speaker 1: in the world, communicate onto him that teach it in
- 43:58Speaker 1: all good things, Say after me all good things. Let
- 44:03Speaker 1: him that is taught in the world. That means you
- 44:07Speaker 1: have a responsibility. It's not just a favor, it's a responsibility.
- 44:13Speaker 1: The same way men of God have a responsibility to
- 44:16Speaker 1: be instant in season and out of season, to ensure that,
- 44:20Speaker 1: under any and all conditions, that they come with a
- 44:24Speaker 1: fresh world to teach, to build, to mentor to disciple,
- 44:27Speaker 1: to raise, to help, to support, to rebuke, to correcting righteousness,
- 44:33Speaker 1: to command in righteousness. It says, those who are taught
- 44:36Speaker 1: also have a responsibility. The Scripture is there to communicate
- 44:42Speaker 1: in all good things, and the Bible talks about giving.
- 44:47Speaker 1: It says, according as you are proposed in your heart,
- 44:50Speaker 1: every man, so let him give not grudgingly but cheerfully.
- 44:56Speaker 1: For God loves a cheerful giver. So Ib and his
- 45:01Speaker 1: wonderful wife they continue to be faithful servants of God
- 45:08Speaker 1: in this assembly, and today we have come to stand
- 45:11Speaker 1: by him, celebrating him for five decades.
- 45:16Speaker 2: Of God's faithfulness.
- 45:17Speaker 1: But more than that, celebrating him for stewardship, celebrating him
- 45:22Speaker 1: for faithfulness. My encouragement and my responsibility to you and
- 45:28Speaker 1: us all is that our gratitude and our honor is
- 45:33Speaker 1: not complete until it is backtop with genuine giving.
- 45:39Speaker 2: And for many of us sacrifice for God's soul of
- 45:42Speaker 2: the world that he gave.
- 45:44Speaker 1: Forget about who he gave His son is not the
- 45:47Speaker 1: only one he has give.
- 45:48Speaker 2: He gave many other things.
- 45:50Speaker 1: He gave righteousness, he gave us eternal life, He gave
- 45:54Speaker 1: us life everlasting.
- 45:55Speaker 2: He gave us the Holy Spirit. There is no end
- 46:00Speaker 2: to how far we can give.
- 46:04Speaker 1: Many of us have rewarded people in our companies and
- 46:07Speaker 1: our businesses. We've given them cars, We've given them houses,
- 46:12Speaker 1: just to let them know that we love them. But
- 46:15Speaker 1: the man who prayed and advised for that company to start.
- 46:18Speaker 1: Many times we ignore them. Now I know that when
- 46:22Speaker 1: it has to do with the subject of giving, Sadly,
- 46:25Speaker 1: there are different imbalances, and there are past there are
- 46:30Speaker 1: thoughts and different ways that people have approached it that
- 46:34Speaker 1: may not be exactly scriptural. But can I tell you this,
- 46:38Speaker 1: I would do you great injustice, and it will be
- 46:41Speaker 1: wickedness on my own part if I come to charge
- 46:43Speaker 1: you this morning, on this occasion and I fail to
- 46:48Speaker 1: tell you, oh irresponsibility to not only pray, to not
- 46:53Speaker 1: only stand by this man of God, but to see
- 46:56Speaker 1: to it that your seeds that he is blessed from
- 47:00Speaker 1: your benevolence. And you see, there is a way I
- 47:05Speaker 1: can give you this that you know.
- 47:07Speaker 2: Is not a gift. Pick, this is not a gift.
- 47:11Speaker 2: Is that a gift? The attitude is what makes a
- 47:15Speaker 2: gift valuable. So that you understand what I'm saying. There
- 47:19Speaker 2: is a way I can give you this and throw it.
- 47:22Speaker 1: No, I come with my alabasta box with understanding. The
- 47:29Speaker 1: Bible says the woman broke it. The attitude was what
- 47:33Speaker 1: made it valuable, not just that it was a yes.
- 47:36Speaker 2: Wages for some of you you may not have so.
- 47:39Speaker 1: Much, but garnish it, make it heavy by adding.
- 47:44Speaker 2: Honor to it.
- 47:47Speaker 1: Add honor to your basket of fruits, and it will
- 47:49Speaker 1: no longer become a basket of food.
- 47:52Speaker 2: It will become a gift that is well garnished. With honor.
- 47:55Speaker 1: You can buy him a car, you can buy him
- 47:58Speaker 1: houses with that honor, and it's truly not a gift.
- 48:03Speaker 1: But then you can bring whatever it is that you
- 48:06Speaker 1: have with understanding and tell you a Pastor, thank you.
- 48:12Speaker 2: Let me encourage everyone as I wrap up.
- 48:15Speaker 1: If you can, and you do have access to his number,
- 48:20Speaker 1: why not send him a text let him know what
- 48:22Speaker 1: you have done in his life. Don't say many people
- 48:25Speaker 1: have blessed me you are one of them. That's not
- 48:26Speaker 1: a wise way to show honor. Don't even do that
- 48:29Speaker 1: to anybody at all. It's not a wise way. Psychologically speaking.
- 48:34Speaker 1: You feel that test already. You must give him a
- 48:36Speaker 1: sense of exclusivity.
- 48:38Speaker 2: Past Or, thank you.
- 48:40Speaker 1: I've thought thoroughly on all that has happened in my
- 48:43Speaker 1: life through your grace and your ministry, and I'm here
- 48:47Speaker 1: saying thank you. Thank you for your love, thank you
- 48:50Speaker 1: for your endurance, thank you for your patience, that's honor.
- 49:00Speaker 2: Or Ibey, Thank you, sir. Thank you.
- 49:05Speaker 1: For not failing God. Thank you for not failing Pastor Paul,
- 49:11Speaker 1: Thank you for not failing. House on the Rock, the refuge.
- 49:16Speaker 1: Thank you for the silent prayers, thank you for the tears,
- 49:21Speaker 1: thank you for the endurance. May I please request your
- 49:27Speaker 1: dear wife to stand too, because everything.
- 49:30Speaker 2: That happens happens to you both. Thank you man. We
- 49:33Speaker 2: may never know what you go through standing by this man,
- 49:38Speaker 2: but we want.
- 49:39Speaker 1: To let you know that there are people who are
- 49:42Speaker 1: sensitive enough to know that in the midst of the pain,
- 49:47Speaker 1: whilst you sing, whilst you stand by him, whilst you endure,
- 49:52Speaker 1: there are people who know that you have gone through
- 49:56Speaker 1: so much, both of you, and that we continue to
- 49:59Speaker 1: pray for you.
- 50:00Speaker 2: We're not here to stand with you, We're.
- 50:02Speaker 1: Here to fall together to That's real grace, that's real endurance.
- 50:09Speaker 2: That's real friendship. The friendship that stands alone is not
- 50:13Speaker 2: true friendship. It is the one. If we go down,
- 50:15Speaker 2: we go down together, if we we stand together.
- 50:19Speaker 1: For as long as you are following Christ, I encourage
- 50:22Speaker 1: everyone here, please make sure you are a direct contributor
- 50:28Speaker 1: to the life of these people. Do not bring news
- 50:32Speaker 1: that this stops their spirit. Do not bring news that
- 50:35Speaker 1: frustrates their their walk with God. Everything that can be
- 50:41Speaker 1: a blessing to them is welcoming their life. And everything
- 50:44Speaker 1: you know can be a source of pain. Ad They
- 50:48Speaker 1: said this, take it away, Bring prayers, bring blessings, bring
- 50:52Speaker 1: words of advice. Are we together thank you for the
- 50:57Speaker 1: honor of bringing this charge to God people, House on
- 51:01Speaker 1: the Rock, the Refuge. One more time, let me request
- 51:04Speaker 1: that we all stand and give this great man and
- 51:07Speaker 1: applauds of honor.
- 51:09Speaker 2: The Lord bless you, the Lord increase you in Jesus' name.
- 51:15Speaker 2: How's on the rock the regy, mom loved, please put
