- 0:00Speaker 1: You're ahead of the game just for being here.
- 0:04Speaker 2: It's marks alone on sevent tenors.
- 0:10Speaker 1: Well, not too bad here. It's a little light rain
- 0:14Speaker 1: right now around the Tri State area. Someplaces getting snow
- 0:16Speaker 1: and all that first storm of winter. Now, let me
- 0:19Speaker 1: just point out these long range forecasts. You know, it
- 0:22Speaker 1: says what kind of winter we're gonna have. It's gonna
- 0:24Speaker 1: be the coldest winter ever, it's gonna be the snowiest
- 0:26Speaker 1: winter ever. It's gonna be you see that every year.
- 0:28Speaker 1: Don't take those seriously. They mean absolutely nothing. Farmers Almanac,
- 0:33Speaker 1: their predictions have been wrong ninety percent of the times. Now,
- 0:37Speaker 1: don't even take any real serious weather forecast or meteorologists
- 0:42Speaker 1: will tell you can't do the seasonal forecasts. It's absolutely impossible.
- 0:48Speaker 1: If there's no logical way of forecast an entire season.
- 0:52Speaker 1: You know, for instance, they forecast it this would be
- 0:55Speaker 1: one of the worst hurricane seasons ever. It turned out
- 0:59Speaker 1: to be the lightest hur season ever. So season forecasts,
- 1:03Speaker 1: don't take it seriously. Let's see Bill O'Reilly was talking
- 1:08Speaker 1: about this. This is very important. Let's get back to this.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Bill O'Reilly pointing out that there's a big problem coming
- 1:15Speaker 1: for Comy and coming for Leticia James. Now, they got
- 1:18Speaker 1: the charges against Komy and Letitia James. They both got
- 1:21Speaker 1: their charges dismissed by a left wing judge who did
- 1:25Speaker 1: not rule on the charges. They found no problem with
- 1:28Speaker 1: the charges. What they found was that the US attorney
- 1:31Speaker 1: was improperly appointed or something. She's an interim US attorney
- 1:35Speaker 1: and she'd been there past a deadline. So on the
- 1:39Speaker 1: technicality of the appointment of the US attorney, that's how
- 1:43Speaker 1: it got tossed out. Now they can appeal that and
- 1:46Speaker 1: probably win that. But what we're hearing is they're not
- 1:50Speaker 1: going to appeal it. They're going to just simply file
- 1:52Speaker 1: all new charges now. But Bill O'Reilly was talking about
- 1:56Speaker 1: there's a big trap being laid for Leticia James. Currently,
- 2:01Speaker 1: there are seven thousand illegal aliens who are out and
- 2:06Speaker 1: out criminals, I mean really bad criminals, accused of murder,
- 2:10Speaker 1: of actually well up more than accused. They've actually committed
- 2:14Speaker 1: crimes like murder, rape, child pornography, armed robbery. It's a
- 2:18Speaker 1: terrible list. I mean, these are dangerous, dangerous, convicted criminals,
- 2:23Speaker 1: and they're illegal. There's seven thousand of them. They're locked
- 2:27Speaker 1: up in New York. But the problem is they all
- 2:29Speaker 1: get led out. They get led out all the time.
- 2:32Speaker 1: But Ice wants to come in and arrest these seven
- 2:36Speaker 1: thousand illegals. They're totally illegal migrants. They're here illegally, and
- 2:41Speaker 1: they've been convicted of very, very serious crimes. But here
- 2:44Speaker 1: in New York you got crazy Alvin Bragg the district attorney,
- 2:48Speaker 1: who doesn't put him in prison. And then because of
- 2:50Speaker 1: the awful job Andrew Cuomo did as governor, he did
- 2:54Speaker 1: horrible things. One of the things he did was he
- 2:56Speaker 1: changed up the parole board. The governor appoints me to
- 3:00Speaker 1: the parole board. So he started appointing real left wing coops,
- 3:04Speaker 1: filled the parole board, left wing cooks. They let everybody
- 3:07Speaker 1: out of prison. They've let out forty three cop killers,
- 3:11Speaker 1: and they're letting out these illegals like crazy. These are dangerous,
- 3:14Speaker 1: dangerous criminals who are here illegally, and they're letting them
- 3:18Speaker 1: out into the streets. So here's the deal with Letitia James.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Ice has sent Letitia James a letter demanding that she
- 3:27Speaker 1: turn over all seven thousand illegal aliens to them. Some
- 3:31Speaker 1: of them are in prison. It'd be very easy to
- 3:33Speaker 1: go to the prison and take them and deport them.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Ice wants to deport these seven thousand illegals and get
- 3:40Speaker 1: them out of the country. It's up to Letitia James
- 3:43Speaker 1: to hand them over. She's received the letter from the
- 3:46Speaker 1: Department of Homeland Security. So, as Bill O'Reilly pointed out,
- 3:50Speaker 1: if she refuses to do this, she may be in
- 3:54Speaker 1: criminal jeopardy. They may be able to charge her criminally
- 3:57Speaker 1: for that and come after her. Now her defense will
- 4:01Speaker 1: be that her hands are tied by New York's sanctuary laws.
- 4:06Speaker 1: Believe it or not, New York has these crazy sanctuary
- 4:09Speaker 1: laws that you're not allowed to do this, even if
- 4:12Speaker 1: it's a dangerous criminal rape, child pornography, murder, got convicted
- 4:17Speaker 1: in jail. You're not allowed to deport them. You're not
- 4:19Speaker 1: allowed to cooperate with Ice. That's this crazy New York
- 4:23Speaker 1: sanctuary law. Now you're saying, who would sign such a ridiculous,
- 4:28Speaker 1: crazy law? Let me see, Oh, here it is. Andrew
- 4:33Speaker 1: Cuomo signed that law. Another horrible thing Andrew Cuomo did
- 4:38Speaker 1: to New York. Nobody did more damage to New York state.
- 4:43Speaker 1: No governor ever did more damage than Andrew Croomo with
- 4:46Speaker 1: his no bail, no jail with his close the prisons,
- 4:49Speaker 1: let the prisoners out, redo the parole board. And now
- 4:54Speaker 1: with this crazy sanctuary law, seven thousand dangerous murdering, killing
- 4:59Speaker 1: illes that cannot be deported because of the sanctuary law
- 5:02Speaker 1: because you're not allowed to cooperate with thanks to Andrew Cuomo,
- 5:06Speaker 1: who's making noise about running again. So horrible, horrible situation,
- 5:12Speaker 1: but it could put Letitia James in legal jeopardy once again. Also,
- 5:17Speaker 1: they can just go back and charge her again for
- 5:20Speaker 1: the mortgage fraud. The documents are pretty clear on that,
- 5:24Speaker 1: so I don't see how she avoids It's now the
- 5:27Speaker 1: only thing Comy has going for him is there is
- 5:30Speaker 1: a statue of limitations. They might be might be past it.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Mom Donnie getting ready to take over the transition team.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Mom Donnie's been very busy lately with important matters, protesting
- 5:43Speaker 1: with the Starbucks baristas. Now I see the only good
- 5:46Speaker 1: thing about Mom Donnie. Deblasia was bad. You know, a
- 5:49Speaker 1: left wing kok socialist, Mom Donnie, I mean Deblasio too
- 5:54Speaker 1: left wing socialist Kouk. But the good news is he
- 5:57Speaker 1: never came to work. He was more interested in going
- 5:59Speaker 1: to Brooklyn every day. I remember that he'd sit in
- 6:00Speaker 1: that coffee shop all day, and then he'd go to
- 6:04Speaker 1: the gym, Chopi City Hall for an hour, go to sleep,
- 6:06Speaker 1: take a nap, go home mom. Donnie seems to keep
- 6:10Speaker 1: himself busy with nonsense. You know, you're about to take
- 6:13Speaker 1: over in New York City, you'd think you'd be in
- 6:16Speaker 1: meetings around the clock trying to figure out, especially if
- 6:19Speaker 1: you're brand new. If you've been in government before, it's
- 6:22Speaker 1: a little easier. But if you've never been in government
- 6:26Speaker 1: running a city or estate, and you've never had an
- 6:30Speaker 1: actual job, you'd think you'd be studying day and night
- 6:32Speaker 1: for what you're about to do. But he's busy with
- 6:34Speaker 1: other little silly things. He's out there marching for oppressed
- 6:39Speaker 1: workers where you say, well, cotton fields, picking fruit, somewhere
- 6:48Speaker 1: in a sweatshop. No Starbucks baristas. He's out protesting with
- 6:52Speaker 1: the Starbucks baristas. He's fighting for them. Apparently this barista
- 6:57Speaker 1: stuff is pretty serious. I don't know what the issue is,
- 7:01Speaker 1: but they're only getting like thirty dollars an hour. They
- 7:03Speaker 1: want thirty five. And then some of them say it's
- 7:08Speaker 1: the scheduling when they are Starbucks barista. Here's one of them.
- 7:13Speaker 3: They do tend to just positively schedule you right now,
- 7:16Speaker 3: we want to fight for fair consistency and obviously a
- 7:19Speaker 3: living working schedule and wage.
- 7:21Speaker 1: Yeah, that's it. They're haphazardly scheduling the baristas. Now, are
- 7:25Speaker 1: you going to Starbucks? You see these baristas. Mostly you
- 7:28Speaker 1: can't stand them because they take forever and they can
- 7:32Speaker 1: never wait on you. They could be six people behind
- 7:34Speaker 1: the counter, but two of them are on the phone,
- 7:36Speaker 1: one of them's changing filters on the machine, another one's
- 7:40Speaker 1: busy hauling a box, or they can't think the way.
- 7:42Speaker 1: So nobody has any sympathy for these baristas and the
- 7:45Speaker 1: hap hazard scheduling. Well, it doesn't sound like the cruelest
- 7:48Speaker 1: thing I have ever heard, But mom Donnie is out
- 7:53Speaker 1: there protesting with him here he is.
- 7:54Speaker 2: The struggle those workers have is that not enough people
- 7:56Speaker 2: know about their fight, not enough people know what they
- 7:59Speaker 2: are being forced to accept. So the more that you
- 8:01Speaker 2: can bring that awareness, the more that you can bring
- 8:03Speaker 2: that attention, the easier it is for workers to demand
- 8:05Speaker 2: the bare minimum. And that is what I will continue
- 8:08Speaker 2: to do as the next mayor of the city.
- 8:10Speaker 1: He is fighting for those baristas. How do you like that. Now,
- 8:12Speaker 1: First of all, this guy's a socialist. This guy's worried
- 8:16Speaker 1: about affordability. You're at a place where they charge fourteen dollars
- 8:20Speaker 1: for a cup of coffee. You should be mad at
- 8:22Speaker 1: all of them, these baristas. You want affordability, get rid
- 8:27Speaker 1: of Starbucks. First of all, don't go to Starbucks anywhere.
- 8:29Speaker 1: Duncan Downut's much better coffee. Also, I know they don't
- 8:32Speaker 1: have a foam pumpkin termasous flavored lot. Okay, but they
- 8:37Speaker 1: got better coffee. Just get a regular cup of coffee
- 8:40Speaker 1: and go to work. And then you got all these
- 8:42Speaker 1: local ones. Now there's like a hundred of these. You know,
- 8:45Speaker 1: there's another chain called Gregory's. Gregory's. It's a guy from Granwich, Connecticut.
- 8:51Speaker 1: He started it there and now they're opening all over
- 8:52Speaker 1: the place, much better than Starbucks. And what's that one
- 8:55Speaker 1: over there, Blue Pointers whatever it's called tur across the street.
- 8:59Speaker 1: There's a bunch of those Blank Street. There's a whole
- 9:01Speaker 1: much better. Stay the hell out of Starbucks. And if
- 9:05Speaker 1: you're a socialist, what are you having anything to do
- 9:07Speaker 1: with a place that charges twenty seven dollars for coffee? So,
- 9:11Speaker 1: but Mam Donnie's fighting for them.
- 9:13Speaker 2: These are not demands of greed. These are demands for decency.
- 9:18Speaker 1: I don't know if it's forty dollars for a cup
- 9:20Speaker 1: of coffee. Who's robbin? Who there? Do you hear about
- 9:23Speaker 1: this clothing store and soho that got robbed. It's not
- 9:25Speaker 1: a regular clothing store. It's a special second hand clothing
- 9:29Speaker 1: store's it doesn't even have a storefront. It's up on
- 9:32Speaker 1: the second floor of an office building. And people like
- 9:36Speaker 1: Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton and all these rappers go
- 9:38Speaker 1: there because they have the most one of a kind
- 9:42Speaker 1: pieces in the world. A lot of them are vintage,
- 9:44Speaker 1: but not regular vintage. They were worn by some celebrity.
- 9:47Speaker 1: So they have these very special blue jeans that are
- 9:50Speaker 1: very special, different, unique with the stuff all over them
- 9:53Speaker 1: in stones. And so the guy was showing this pair
- 9:57Speaker 1: of blue jeans is worth fifty thousand. This pair of
- 10:00Speaker 1: blue jeans is seventy five thousand. I'm not kidding. So
- 10:05Speaker 1: it got robbed last night. Thieves broke in and you
- 10:09Speaker 1: can see the surveillance video. They I guess there was
- 10:13Speaker 1: a fire escape or something. They got up the fire
- 10:15Speaker 1: escape and they broke through the second story window with big,
- 10:18Speaker 1: hefty trash bags and they just kept throwing all the
- 10:20Speaker 1: clothes in these trash bags. Then they go to the
- 10:22Speaker 1: window and throw the bags down to the street where
- 10:25Speaker 1: a guy would pick them up, throw them in the
- 10:27Speaker 1: van that they had waiting, and eventually they got like
- 10:29Speaker 1: ten trash bags full of clothes and drove off. But
- 10:32Speaker 1: it was worth two million dollars. So the owners on
- 10:36Speaker 1: TV talking about he got robbed and what a robbery.
- 10:40Speaker 1: But then he's showing the stuff. He has seventy five
- 10:42Speaker 1: thousand for a pair of jeans. This guy should be
- 10:45Speaker 1: arrested for robbery. Who the hell's robbing? Who's seventy five
- 10:48Speaker 1: thousand for a pair of jeans? But that's so that's
- 10:53Speaker 1: what goes on. And Mom, Donnie, he hasn't said a
- 10:58Speaker 1: word about the casinos. That's a good sign though, that
- 11:01Speaker 1: means they've probably gotten to him. You know, one thing
- 11:03Speaker 1: about these big, big, big business guys, these big real
- 11:06Speaker 1: estate guys, they whine and complain, but they know how
- 11:09Speaker 1: to get to a new mayor really really fast, and
- 11:15Speaker 1: they're pretty good at that. So you never know the
- 11:18Speaker 1: same thing happened to Blaso. It was bad, but we
- 11:20Speaker 1: got through it just fine. You'll probably get through mom
- 11:22Speaker 1: Downey just fine. Hey, so we're talking about Mark Kelly
- 11:27Speaker 1: and the sinking the drug cartel boats Venezuela. Now they're
- 11:33Speaker 1: going to hold hearings in Congress and go after this.
- 11:38Speaker 1: Mark Kelly thinks he'll be like Tom Cruise in these
- 11:41Speaker 1: hearings and that you know, the general who did the
- 11:45Speaker 1: bombing of these boats is going to be like Jack Nicholson,
- 11:48Speaker 1: and Democrats feel like they'll be Tom Cruise, going did
- 11:50Speaker 1: you order the code red? And that the guy will
- 11:53Speaker 1: just blow up and go You're damn right, I did.
- 11:56Speaker 1: It's not gonna happen. Nothing dramatic is going to happen.
- 11:58Speaker 1: President Trump on all this.
- 12:00Speaker 4: We consider of Venezuela to be not a very friendly country.
- 12:02Speaker 4: They send millions of people, really, and probably a number
- 12:07Speaker 4: in excess of that, and a lot of those people
- 12:10Speaker 4: shouldn't be in our country, from jails, from gangs, from
- 12:14Speaker 4: drug dealers, from all of the people that came into
- 12:16Speaker 4: our country shouldn't have been in our country. Closing a
- 12:19Speaker 4: lot of problem.
- 12:20Speaker 2: Does your warning need that an airstrike is eminent?
- 12:23Speaker 5: Or should we not read.
- 12:24Speaker 6: It that way?
- 12:24Speaker 4: You don't read anything into it.
- 12:26Speaker 1: Yeah. Now the reason for this. You got to remember,
- 12:30Speaker 1: if you were going to go after the drug cartels,
- 12:32Speaker 1: you would do it at the border. You would try
- 12:34Speaker 1: to get them coming across the border. Well, the border's
- 12:37Speaker 1: closed now, it's been closed all year. There's no coming
- 12:39Speaker 1: across the border. So they've switched to the sea. They're
- 12:43Speaker 1: doing it by boat. So that's why you got to
- 12:46Speaker 1: go after him here. The border's gone. They've eliminated that.
- 12:49Speaker 1: So now they're going after the drug cartels exactly the
- 12:52Speaker 1: same as everybody else did, only now they're using the sea,
- 12:54Speaker 1: and that's where you got to go after them. So
- 12:58Speaker 1: it'll continue, and it's a good thing. Democrats. We'll go
- 13:00Speaker 1: nuts defending these cartel dealers, which will eventually backfire on them.
- 13:05Speaker 1: Of course, Hey, Matt Lower looking to make a comeback.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Apparently Matt Lower has been talking to people he wants
- 13:12Speaker 1: back in. He's like like Richie Apriol, you know when
- 13:19Speaker 1: he got out of jail, tone, I want back in,
- 13:21Speaker 1: I want to get back my I want to get
- 13:22Speaker 1: my action back on my sha. So but the problem
- 13:26Speaker 1: is Matt Lower total outcast. And you know, he was
- 13:30Speaker 1: never that great. It's not like he had a lot
- 13:32Speaker 1: to say. I mean, a nice looking guy. He had
- 13:35Speaker 1: a nice charming way about him. A good looking guy.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Although now he's older, and although I saw him recently,
- 13:42Speaker 1: looks good. He looks good, always wears a great suit.
- 13:45Speaker 1: But I think they're way past Matt Lawer Today's show wise.
- 13:49Speaker 1: First of all, they don't pay that kind of money anymore.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Very few people watch network TV anymore. And it's a
- 13:55Speaker 1: whole new generation, you know. Now it's Jenna hager Bush,
- 13:58Speaker 1: whatever the hell her name is. But he wants back in,
- 14:01Speaker 1: and he kind of in what he was saying, sort
- 14:04Speaker 1: of hinted he knows maybe he'll never get back on
- 14:06Speaker 1: network television. Maybe he's just damaged goods and he can't
- 14:10Speaker 1: get back on. So he said, I'd like to get
- 14:13Speaker 1: back on the media, get to the media in some
- 14:15Speaker 1: he said, if not TV, in some capacity. So that's
- 14:21Speaker 1: him acknowledging he might not be able to get a
- 14:23Speaker 1: TV job. I don't know, has enough time passed, you know,
- 14:27Speaker 1: like Lewis c K seems to be okay again, Kevin
- 14:30Speaker 1: Spacey seems to be okay again. You can start putting
- 14:33Speaker 1: these guys back. I don't know, And if it's not
- 14:38Speaker 1: if not TV, what does that mean? Does that mean
- 14:40Speaker 1: he'll end up like those idiots Jim Acosta, Don Lemon
- 14:44Speaker 1: doing a podcast from at home from their living room
- 14:48Speaker 1: with the glasses on, doing the podcast from home, split
- 14:53Speaker 1: screen zoom podcast. I don't know.
- 14:58Speaker 6: Now.
- 14:58Speaker 1: The problem is a lot of these people do these
- 15:00Speaker 1: They got nothing to say. You know, if you just
- 15:02Speaker 1: said to Sean Hannity, all the guests canceled on the
- 15:06Speaker 1: TV show. If you said to Sean Hannity, there's no guests,
- 15:08Speaker 1: they all canceled, you'll have to talk for a half hour.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Well he could do that without blinking. He could entertain
- 15:14Speaker 1: you for a half hour, telling stories, talk and going
- 15:16Speaker 1: over the new He does it on the radio for
- 15:18Speaker 1: three hours, no problem. He could fill in a half
- 15:21Speaker 1: hour without blinking. It would be interesting, funny. But if
- 15:26Speaker 1: you're Don Lemon or you're Matt Lower, you've never had
- 15:28Speaker 1: a talk in your life, You've never done a show.
- 15:30Speaker 1: All you do is read a teleprompter or interview people
- 15:34Speaker 1: as a reporter. So that's all it's When they do
- 15:37Speaker 1: these podcasts, they have to have a guest. Every second
- 15:39Speaker 1: there has to be a guest. You never see him
- 15:41Speaker 1: just alone talking in the camera for a half hour
- 15:43Speaker 1: because they would have no clue how to do it.
- 15:45Speaker 1: I think Matt Lower has the same problem, so he'd
- 15:47Speaker 1: have to do guests because I mean, he could talk
- 15:50Speaker 1: for thirty seconds, but that's about it and then you'd
- 15:52Speaker 1: fall asleep. But he'd have to have guests. So who's
- 15:54Speaker 1: going to do the Matt Lower Podcast? Well, you know
- 15:59Speaker 1: who the first app is, so it'll be Al Roker
- 16:01Speaker 1: will be the first guest. Second guest will be Katie Couric.
- 16:07Speaker 1: Who else would do it with Matt Lauer? I don't know. Oh,
- 16:09Speaker 1: Brian Gumbel. He'll get Brian gumble there's friends. Anyway, we'll
- 16:13Speaker 1: take some calls in a minute. Eight hundred three to
- 16:15Speaker 1: two one zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred
- 16:19Speaker 1: three to two one zero seven ten. If you're listening
- 16:22Speaker 1: to Mark on the iHeartRadio app, save time and tap
- 16:25Speaker 1: the breset button. Now, now back to the Mark Simone
- 16:29Speaker 1: show on War. Did you know there were casino protesters?
- 16:34Speaker 1: A you know, hey, this casino's bringing a lot of money.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Casino protesters. No, no casino, no casina. I don't know.
- 16:44Speaker 1: Joe Peshi, Robert de Niro might come out and see
- 16:46Speaker 1: you there. I wouldn't protest the casino too much. Anyway,
- 16:48Speaker 1: Let's go to Wendy in Long Island. Wendy, how you doing?
- 16:53Speaker 5: Oh yeah, hey, then good morning. Yes, So I don't
- 16:55Speaker 5: really know. I don't know. All the fuss is about
- 16:57Speaker 5: the Jowbucks employees. You see the benefit these people get, okay, college, health, fertility.
- 17:05Speaker 1: Yeah, the only thing. The thing through the years, I
- 17:09Speaker 1: don't know about now, but Starbucks has lied to me
- 17:11Speaker 1: a number of times through the years. You know, they'll
- 17:13Speaker 1: tell you every employee has stock, and every employee has this.
- 17:16Speaker 1: Every then you go ask the employees. They don't have
- 17:18Speaker 1: any of that. So you got to be careful.
- 17:20Speaker 5: That's something to strike about. But you don't put all that.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Noise in the What is all that noise in the background? Uh?
- 17:27Speaker 5: Well, I got my head stain on.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Where are you Are you at home?
- 17:31Speaker 5: Well? No, I'm still a working person. Oh okay, all right,
- 17:37Speaker 5: you have my undivided attention there.
- 17:39Speaker 1: Where are you in Long Island?
- 17:42Speaker 5: So we're out here in Brentwood and uh sunny Brentwood
- 17:45Speaker 5: and it's a nice day in the neighborhood.
- 17:48Speaker 1: Okay, Well, thanks for calling. It's raining here and let's
- 17:51Speaker 1: go to Michael on the East side. Michael, how you doing?
- 17:54Speaker 7: Hey, Mark, you Mike morning Vitamins. I was about the
- 18:01Speaker 7: casino awards. Yes, I read a.
- 18:05Speaker 1: Sound like one of those guys at the slot machine
- 18:07Speaker 1: with a couple of quarters.
- 18:09Speaker 7: No Eatumm, twenty dollars, twenty dollars rep back correct table,
- 18:15Speaker 7: but many events. I read all the way down at
- 18:19Speaker 7: the end of the article it said either each casino
- 18:24Speaker 7: has to give five hundred million or five hundred thousand.
- 18:29Speaker 7: I couldn't.
- 18:30Speaker 1: It's five hundred million, believe it or not. They've been
- 18:33Speaker 1: approved to get a casino license. Now you got to
- 18:35Speaker 1: buy the license, whether it's a fee, you pay a
- 18:37Speaker 1: fee to get your license. The fees five hundred million.
- 18:40Speaker 1: So three casinos, that's one point five billion in revenue
- 18:46Speaker 1: right away. And then that's not to mention twenty three
- 18:48Speaker 1: thousand jobs will be created and billions of dollars supposedly
- 18:52Speaker 1: in revenue coming in every year. Let's go to Daniel
- 18:55Speaker 1: in Long Island. Daniel, how you doing?
- 18:58Speaker 8: Good morning, Mark, Mark. I have a about the second
- 19:01Speaker 8: bombing of the boats. Yes, you know, just every time
- 19:04Speaker 8: I hear the headline, I just can't help think that
- 19:07Speaker 8: we had I think we had captured and then released
- 19:11Speaker 8: some terrorists in the Middle East, and they came back
- 19:14Speaker 8: later with a real axe to grind and did some
- 19:17Speaker 8: real damage. I mean, you know you're going to bomb
- 19:20Speaker 8: the boat, bomb the boat exactly.
- 19:22Speaker 1: You see, That's what I was saying, Good call, Daniel, Yeah, yeah,
- 19:25Speaker 1: I see. I think for most people they don't understand
- 19:27Speaker 1: the issue. What is the democratic thinking here? One bomb
- 19:33Speaker 1: blowing up the boat, that's okay. Two that's being pushy.
- 19:37Speaker 1: That's a little pushy. So I would assume when these
- 19:40Speaker 1: planes fly over the boat, they are there to blow
- 19:44Speaker 1: the whole thing up. Just blow at the smithereens, just
- 19:48Speaker 1: blow it out of the water and that's it. So
- 19:50Speaker 1: if that's your mission, why would you object to the
- 19:54Speaker 1: second bomb? You know, it's like if a guy, God
- 19:59Speaker 1: forbid takes out a gun and shoot somebody, that's like
- 20:03Speaker 1: the police saying, well, all right, you shot him once,
- 20:06Speaker 1: but you didn't have to shoot him twice. That's that
- 20:08Speaker 1: second bullet. We're resting here for the second bullet. Let's
- 20:11Speaker 1: go to Aerin in Indianapolis. Erin, How you doing good.
- 20:15Speaker 8: Boarding, Mark? I have a grife about these Narco boats. Yes,
- 20:20Speaker 8: you have it. Yet had a boat with Greta Thunberg.
- 20:24Speaker 1: All right, I don't know. I guess it's supposed to
- 20:26Speaker 1: be some sort of joke. Maybe in Indianapolis, I got
- 20:28Speaker 1: some big les. Let me ask you a better question.
- 20:29Speaker 1: You're in Indiana. Is it snowing there?
- 20:33Speaker 8: Yes? It is and very cold, and.
- 20:35Speaker 1: You got a lot of snow on the ground.
- 20:37Speaker 6: Uh, not that much, maybe two or three inches right
- 20:40Speaker 6: around there.
- 20:40Speaker 1: Oh okay, thanks for calling. Makes me feel better. Two
- 20:45Speaker 1: or three inches on the go. Got nothing here. It's
- 20:47Speaker 1: a little torizzling a little. See. That's the thing. When
- 20:49Speaker 1: you get you live there, two or three inches is nothing.
- 20:53Speaker 1: You feel that it's nothing. If this were Manhattan, two
- 20:55Speaker 1: or three inches, everything would close for two days.
- 20:59Speaker 8: Oh.
- 20:59Speaker 1: When we come back, Ed Rollins will be with us.
- 21:01Speaker 1: The Dean himself will not to talk about. We'll get
- 21:03Speaker 1: to twenty twenty six, the elections. We'll get to why
- 21:08Speaker 1: all these crazy left wing democrats are taken over. It's
- 21:12Speaker 1: not just mom, Donnie, it's happening all over the place.
- 21:15Speaker 1: We'll get to that and more. Just ahead on seven
- 21:17Speaker 1: to ten. WR. You're listening to you are well, Let's
- 21:25Speaker 1: talk to the Dean himself. The greatest campaign manager and
- 21:29Speaker 1: the best analyst of all Ed Rollins. How you doing I'm.
- 21:34Speaker 6: Doing well, thank you to thankscooting and had a wonderful day.
- 21:37Speaker 1: I'll lead it too, Yeah, definitely. Hey, we're talking with
- 21:41Speaker 1: this before twenty twenty six summer saying could be the
- 21:44Speaker 1: most important election ever for Democrats. It's the final last
- 21:48Speaker 1: chance to stop Donald Trump. If he gets both houses
- 21:51Speaker 1: again and has complete control of Congress, it's smooth sailing.
- 21:55Speaker 1: They've got to take Congress back to stop them and
- 21:58Speaker 1: peach them whatever they want to do. What do you
- 21:59Speaker 1: think thing, Well, I.
- 22:01Speaker 6: Think that's their goal obviously. And the reality is the
- 22:04Speaker 6: numbers aren't very good for nobody and the political business today.
- 22:08Speaker 6: The Congress numbers are terrible. But the reality is Republicans
- 22:12Speaker 6: are running in the whole show. So they've got to
- 22:14Speaker 6: somehow breakthrough here what happens. And then having run the
- 22:19Speaker 6: congressional races as a chairman of the Congressional for medical
- 22:22Speaker 6: chairman and having gone to a big term election when
- 22:25Speaker 6: I was White House political director, these are straining elections
- 22:29Speaker 6: and they start now. We don't have a year to
- 22:32Speaker 6: get ready. We have a couple of months to get ready,
- 22:35Speaker 6: and what occurs as members start doing their own polls,
- 22:39Speaker 6: and the vast majority of members of the most important
- 22:41Speaker 6: thing is getting reelected. They don't care about anybody else.
- 22:45Speaker 6: They care about the president to a certain extent Republicans,
- 22:48Speaker 6: but at the end of the day, if they start
- 22:49Speaker 6: doing badly, they're going to do everything they can to
- 22:51Speaker 6: get themselves reelected, which may not be what the president wants.
- 22:55Speaker 6: So we've got a lot of chaos. The budget bills
- 22:58Speaker 6: aren't going to get through the very quick that Dune
- 23:01Speaker 6: yesterday said he's start gonna trouble. We're gonna have trouble
- 23:03Speaker 6: get the budget bills through. They made a promise on
- 23:05Speaker 6: the healthcare and the publicans problem for years of healthcare
- 23:10Speaker 6: is we don't have an alternative. Uh, it's Obamacare. And
- 23:13Speaker 6: so we've got some real fights ahead of us. And
- 23:15Speaker 6: and I just would urge the president to stay consistent
- 23:19Speaker 6: on a few subjects here and not be traveling all
- 23:22Speaker 6: over the world and not get us an war. And
- 23:23Speaker 6: you can in other parts of the world. Yeah, star wars.
- 23:26Speaker 6: We won't. We don't have wars.
- 23:29Speaker 1: But you're the expert, and you know we don't have
- 23:31Speaker 1: much time. But when you say we don't how much time.
- 23:34Speaker 1: It's a year from now. Can't anything and everything change
- 23:37Speaker 1: by then.
- 23:38Speaker 6: So it won't change. The reality is, you know, the
- 23:42Speaker 6: economy may get a little stronger. Hopefully if that does that,
- 23:44Speaker 6: it can turn it around. But everything is kind of
- 23:47Speaker 6: in play now. And budget. The next big battles here
- 23:51Speaker 6: are the budget battles, and we control that process. So
- 23:56Speaker 6: we've got to make sure whatever it takes to get
- 23:58Speaker 6: to get them through. And the country sees the Congress
- 24:00Speaker 6: working the Congress. Don't see the Congress working in particularly
- 24:03Speaker 6: the House getting things done. The reality is load against
- 24:08Speaker 6: the majority that's there. We've got a big election today
- 24:12Speaker 6: in Tennessee. Tennessee seven. Yeah, this is where the president
- 24:17Speaker 6: carried by twenty six points. Shouldn't even be a competitive race,
- 24:20Speaker 6: but it's dead did even according to the pools that
- 24:23Speaker 6: I've seen. So we lose this. It's sort of the
- 24:26Speaker 6: process keeps feeding itself, and what happens they eat themselves.
- 24:30Speaker 6: They basically say, okay, our here's our plan for the years.
- 24:33Speaker 6: We're we're going to do ten things, five things, whatever
- 24:36Speaker 6: the number is, and then you stick with it. Unfortunately,
- 24:39Speaker 6: the numbers are so small. Both the sun and the
- 24:42Speaker 6: House that a defection of five six seats anywhere changes
- 24:47Speaker 6: the tenement dramatically.
- 24:48Speaker 1: Yeah, can you explain to us this crazy phenomenon of
- 24:51Speaker 1: these new Democratic candidates. They're all coops, you know, like
- 24:54Speaker 1: mom Donnie. Well, this woman in Tennessee, she doesn't like
- 24:57Speaker 1: country music and she's at her districts in Nashville. I mean,
- 25:01Speaker 1: how did the Democrat ends up with these kooky people?
- 25:04Speaker 6: Well, I've seen her on TV. I don't know her
- 25:06Speaker 6: at all, but she's she's pretty pretty charismatic, and I
- 25:09Speaker 6: think that's part of it. They say what they say,
- 25:11Speaker 6: what they want, they say what they think they want,
- 25:16Speaker 6: and it's pretty much running against Republicans running against Trump
- 25:19Speaker 6: as much promoting themselves. Obviously, Mondabi was different, but bon
- 25:23Speaker 6: Dabi didn't run on his own record. Nabi, and we
- 25:26Speaker 6: didn't do a very good job with laying out what
- 25:28Speaker 6: he really is. He really is a socialist comments whatever
- 25:31Speaker 6: term you want to use. It's all what the vast
- 25:34Speaker 6: majority of New York is or how the vast majority
- 25:36Speaker 6: of people in the country are.
- 25:38Speaker 1: Yeah, but mon done the same thing on paper, the
- 25:41Speaker 1: worst candidate in the world. But you're right, he's charismatic
- 25:43Speaker 1: on TV and online social and media and the.
- 25:47Speaker 6: Way things are now, you know, has their own independent
- 25:50Speaker 6: way of getting their news. They don't they don't watch
- 25:52Speaker 6: television walks they used to. They don't watch the news shows.
- 25:55Speaker 6: And you know the reality years that people go on
- 25:58Speaker 6: and they're charismatic and they say, oh, no, I'm just
- 26:00Speaker 6: against Trump. Trump's doing all these bad things. I'm going
- 26:03Speaker 6: to change that. And whether he is or is and
- 26:05Speaker 6: is not always relevant. It's the perception. And the perception
- 26:08Speaker 6: right now is there's too many fights going on. You
- 26:11Speaker 6: can't be fighting with Navy seals. He can't be fighting
- 26:14Speaker 6: with the astronauts. Get the job done. And the president
- 26:18Speaker 6: needs to focus on that in the White House states
- 26:20Speaker 6: to focus on that.
- 26:22Speaker 1: So you can have the worst reckor in the world.
- 26:26Speaker 1: But as long as you're charismatic, does that mean Gavin
- 26:28Speaker 1: Newsom has a great shot in twenty twenty eight he has.
- 26:33Speaker 6: He should not even be in the game. This guy
- 26:35Speaker 6: has been recalled to be called as the worst record
- 26:39Speaker 6: of anybody in California and modern history of the state's
- 26:42Speaker 6: in terrible, terrible shape, and yet he's in the elections.
- 26:46Speaker 6: He Couplic School get a fifty four percent of brewery
- 26:50Speaker 6: on Californians. So he's certainly got a base to run on,
- 26:54Speaker 6: and he's not going to run on his record. He's
- 26:55Speaker 6: going to run on against against Trump. In my sense,
- 26:59Speaker 6: that's with all these it's all going to be against Trump,
- 27:02Speaker 6: and Trump basically has got to be very discipline in
- 27:04Speaker 6: his message. He's got the strongest party he's ever anybody's
- 27:08Speaker 6: ever had, but they're going to start up evacuating if
- 27:11Speaker 6: they don't see him turning this back around it. It's
- 27:14Speaker 6: all about the economy, all about the economy. The rest
- 27:16Speaker 6: of it is.
- 27:19Speaker 1: What does that mean discipline in his message? You mean
- 27:21Speaker 1: talk less, don't tweet every two seconds, do a little.
- 27:24Speaker 6: Less, don't tweet every two seconds, and don't let everybody
- 27:26Speaker 6: else talk. Basically, pick who you're going to have out
- 27:28Speaker 6: there doing what's the message of the day. If the
- 27:31Speaker 6: message of the day right today is we care about
- 27:34Speaker 6: what happens to these you know the guy's gonna shout
- 27:37Speaker 6: out on the boat, that's a story, and then have
- 27:40Speaker 6: your message down, stay on the message. Don't let people
- 27:43Speaker 6: want and there's too many people that are independent and
- 27:46Speaker 6: know what you're going to say. I've always ard with
- 27:48Speaker 6: his strategy clients or whether it's political lines, write it out.
- 27:53Speaker 6: Here's what we're going to say, here's how long we're
- 27:54Speaker 6: going to say it. Here's where the kinds of the
- 27:56Speaker 6: shows are going to go on and make sure that
- 27:58Speaker 6: everybody's hearing from us the same message. You're not fifteen
- 28:01Speaker 6: different messages.
- 28:02Speaker 1: Yeah, but you know, when you get a private sector
- 28:05Speaker 1: billionaire running, well, you had, you ran the Ross Pero campaign,
- 28:09Speaker 1: the private sector billionaire business guy. It's hard to tell
- 28:12Speaker 1: them things, isn't it. They don't listen, do they.
- 28:14Speaker 6: They don't listen. They don't listen. I finally said it
- 28:17Speaker 6: Pero one day. So you're just trying to run a
- 28:18Speaker 6: traditional campaign. I said, no, I'm not just trying to
- 28:20Speaker 6: run a campaign tradition.
- 28:24Speaker 1: But they became billionaires, so they must know something.
- 28:28Speaker 6: Right, They do know something, and they should stay on
- 28:29Speaker 6: the line where they know something. That's good. Let let
- 28:32Speaker 6: people understand politics and communications do that. Yeah, so you're communicating,
- 28:37Speaker 6: You're every day, every day, You're out communicating your message
- 28:40Speaker 6: every day in your basics, talking about the things that
- 28:42Speaker 6: matter to you, anything matter to your viewers. If all
- 28:44Speaker 6: of a sudden tomorrow you are going out there and
- 28:46Speaker 6: saying you know, we just got of like to the
- 28:47Speaker 6: greatest mayor in the world in New York. Let's get
- 28:49Speaker 6: them a shot. Your ears will start clicking off. That
- 28:52Speaker 6: switches best. Yeah, you got to stay consistent in your
- 28:55Speaker 6: message who you are and what you are.
- 28:58Speaker 1: Yeah. But but you know, even like the take the Venezuela,
- 29:01Speaker 1: the boats people are basically common sense. Don't they realize, Hey,
- 29:05Speaker 1: these guys are defending drug dealers. Well, we can't defend
- 29:08Speaker 1: the drug cartels.
- 29:10Speaker 6: We haven't. We haven't proved the case yet. We need
- 29:13Speaker 6: to go prove the case. And I would argue at
- 29:15Speaker 6: this point in time, this is serious. If they if
- 29:17Speaker 6: they charge the Secretary of Defense whenever he wants to
- 29:20Speaker 6: call as you call the world ward. But at the
- 29:22Speaker 6: end of the day, he's not a very good communicator.
- 29:24Speaker 6: He may not be a very good Secretary of Defense.
- 29:26Speaker 6: He may have made a big mistake here. And for
- 29:28Speaker 6: some reason, when it's been the Christmas holidays talking about
- 29:30Speaker 6: that we've murdered two guys hang on the side of
- 29:32Speaker 6: a boat. We think they were trying to do is
- 29:34Speaker 6: we don't know that for sure? And the Congress is
- 29:36Speaker 6: calling for hearings. He's got to cooperate with the hearings.
- 29:38Speaker 6: What are you gonna do, Sit down and get a strategy,
- 29:40Speaker 6: get a plan. There's no strategy in this White house
- 29:43Speaker 6: right now.
- 29:44Speaker 1: All right, Well, good stuff, Ed Rollins, always great talking you.
- 29:47Speaker 1: Thanks for the great analysis. Keep up the good work,
- 29:50Speaker 1: and we'll talk against him. Take care or interesting stuff. Yeah. Hey,
- 29:59Speaker 1: we've got a lot to I get to throughout the day,
- 30:01Speaker 1: all sorts of stuff to cover. We didn't get to
- 30:05Speaker 1: the Tim Waltz fraud either. That is pretty amazing, that fraud,
- 30:09Speaker 1: Tim Waltz. You know, this happens with these democrats. Look
- 30:13Speaker 1: at de Blasio when he was in office with his
- 30:16Speaker 1: wife's crazy program Thrive NYC, which were these crazy centers,
- 30:21Speaker 1: was like yoga for the homeless. Somehow a billion dollars
- 30:26Speaker 1: got put into that and then went missing. The billion
- 30:29Speaker 1: dollars disappeared. To this day, nobody knows where it went.
- 30:33Speaker 1: And by the way, the program itself never opened. The
- 30:35Speaker 1: single center never got a single program done, still hasn't
- 30:39Speaker 1: to this day. The billion disappeared. That's what happens when
- 30:42Speaker 1: you get these democratic socialists. Now look at the Minnesota
- 30:46Speaker 1: where you got Tim Waltz in charge, same exact sort
- 30:49Speaker 1: of thing. It also happens to be a billion dollars
- 30:52Speaker 1: went missing. A bunch of crazy programs in Minnesota, same
- 30:56Speaker 1: kind of left wing cook nonsense programs. The billion dollars
- 30:59Speaker 1: is missing. Tim Waltz cannot seem to explain for a
- 31:03Speaker 1: second what happened to the money, will not even take
- 31:07Speaker 1: responsibility for it. People have asked him over and over
- 31:10Speaker 1: and over again. He can't explain it. Same thing happened
- 31:13Speaker 1: with the Blasia. Luckily it's he's a left wing guy.
- 31:16Speaker 1: They don't push him to our bit.
- 31:17Speaker 8: Waltz, do you.
- 31:18Speaker 2: Take responsibility for failing to stop this fraud in your state?
- 31:22Speaker 3: Well, certainly I take responsibility for putting people in jail.
- 31:25Speaker 3: Governors don't get to just talk theoretically, we have to
- 31:28Speaker 3: solve problems. And I will note it's not just Somali's.
- 31:32Speaker 3: Minnesota is a generous state. Minnesota's a place he.
- 31:34Speaker 1: Goes on and on. It's basically a no no. He
- 31:36Speaker 1: will not take responsibility for it. Hey, I don't forget
- 31:39Speaker 1: Tonight at nine excellent news show Jimmy Fayala, very funny,
- 31:43Speaker 1: interesting show every night nine o'clock. Here on seven to ten, woor.
- 31:47Speaker 4: News breaks out in every show.
- 31:50Speaker 2: Mark Simone on sevent ten.

- 31:58Speaker 1: Fox Business Network around four point thirty. It looks like
- 32:03Speaker 1: it's gonna keep raining. It's gonna keep raining probably till
- 32:05Speaker 1: about seven eight o'clock tonight. So hey, it's Giving Tuesday. Look,
- 32:12Speaker 1: it's enough with this stuff. I don't want to be
- 32:14Speaker 1: told what to do every day. They're telling you it's
- 32:15Speaker 1: Black Friday, you got to go shop today. Next day,
- 32:18Speaker 1: small business Saturday. You told what to do, and now
- 32:21Speaker 1: you gotta go to a small business. It's cyber Monday.
- 32:26Speaker 1: It's Giving Tuesday. You know what, I'll give whatever day
- 32:28Speaker 1: I want. I go online every day and buy something
- 32:32Speaker 1: on Amazon. It's always cyber day. Stop telling us what
- 32:36Speaker 1: to do. They've got to stop with this. It's Giving Tuesday.
- 32:40Speaker 1: It's great that you should give to charity any day
- 32:43Speaker 1: you want. It doesn't have to be today. It doesn't
- 32:45Speaker 1: have to be Tuesday. So the lighting the tree tomorrow night,
- 32:49Speaker 1: whether it should be better, then that's good news. Apple

- 33:10Speaker 1: Remind me tomorrow we'll get to the You know they
- 33:11Speaker 1: got the folding Samsung. Well, now there's the trifold. It
