- 0:00SPEAKER_02: This Dr.
- 0:00SPEAKER_02: Weber system is the most powerful laser acupuncture system in the world and there's no other way around it.
- 0:13SPEAKER_00: So myself Dr.
- 0:14SPEAKER_00: Himanshu Bansal, primarily an orthopaedic surgeon from India, but now practicing across the world in US, Thailand, Dubai, and in Romania.
- 0:24SPEAKER_00: My primary work is basically an orthopaedic surgery as well as regenerative medicine.
- 0:28SPEAKER_00: So I got exposed to a laser methodology of regenerating tissues through Dr.
- 0:34SPEAKER_00: Weber's device way back in 2014-15, and I'm proud to say I have been using it religiously as an adjuvant in all my procedures.
- 0:44SPEAKER_00: And what I can say is the success rate has increased by 15 to 20%, which is a lot.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: That means I have less failure.
- 0:52SPEAKER_00: So that means a lot to my real outcome in chronic cases, in cases which do not have major options.
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: So I'm very happy.
- 1:00SPEAKER_00: And I also looked for other options, like if there are other good machines in the market, comparable machines, because people keep asking, I do not need to advocate only one machine, but unfortunately, I could not find any.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: So I go to many conferences, various exhibitions.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: I have not seen a machine parallel to Dr.
- 1:17SPEAKER_00: Weber's IV laser.
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: And recently, I added the helmet, the powerful helmet, for a photo modulation for my patient suffering from neurodegenerative diseases, and it has added a significant value.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: Together, I can say the Weber is a consistent German organization producing good quality.
- 1:37SPEAKER_07: Hi, I'm Dr.
- 1:37SPEAKER_07: Matt McClindon, chiropractor from Australia, clinical director and founder of Clinical Laser Therapy Australia.
- 1:43SPEAKER_07: Last year I attended the Isler Conference in Beverungen, Germany, and was introduced to the technology of intravenous laser, transcranial photobiomodulation, and other laser products.
- 1:54SPEAKER_07: About six months ago, I imported two Weber brain transcranial biomodulation helmets into Australia and started utilising those in the last three to four months.
- 2:03SPEAKER_07: Had small patient populations in Parkinson's disease and concussions specifically with some amazing results.
- 2:09SPEAKER_07: A close friend of mine was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, and he we got straight onto the Weber Brain transcranial photobiomodulation helmet with him, and we've seen significant results in memory, cognitive function, sleep, energy, motor control, fine motor control signatures and writing, mental clarity, and in his own words, he says I've matted I feel 10 years younger.
- 2:33SPEAKER_07: So also with concussion patients, we've had some significant results with post-concussion syndrome, headaches, fatigue, those sorts of things.
- 2:42SPEAKER_07: In a space of usually within the first six sessions with the Weber brain, there's a significant improvement in sleep quality and decrease in headache symptoms and increase in energy levels.
- 2:53SPEAKER_07: So really keen to roll this technology out further afield in throughout clinical laser therapy Australia, in Australia particularly, and looking forward to just learning more about transcranial photobiomodulation because that's the reason I got into photobiomodulation was my daughter about 10 years ago had a mild traumatic brain injury.
- 3:12SPEAKER_07: And in that time, 10-11 years ago, there just wasn't much other than just wait and see.
- 3:16SPEAKER_07: So we went on a bit of a journey to find out what else was out there, and it's taken me all over the world in Bangkok now.
- 3:23SPEAKER_07: Um, but first came across the Weber brain in Germany last year, and uh really keen to um to see what we can do in Australia with the Weber brain helmet.
- 3:32SPEAKER_01: Hi, I'm Haslan Hedersha.
- 3:34SPEAKER_01: I'm a neurointerventional surgeon based in Dubai and based in the US, but also having clinics in multiple different locations, including uh Indonesia, including Malaysia, uh Mexico, and multiple clinics now in the US.
- 3:47SPEAKER_01: And uh I wanted to talk about specifically the Weber device, both the uh laser and the intravenous laser, which I also inject and put intra-arterially.
- 3:56SPEAKER_01: We'll talk about that in one of my lectures.
- 3:58SPEAKER_01: And then also the cranial laser, which um compared to other red light therapies, has depth of penetration into the body so it can get past the skull and deep into the brain up to six to seven centimeters.
- 4:10SPEAKER_01: You cannot get that with regular red light therapy.
- 4:13SPEAKER_01: So it's interesting to see the Weber laser here, it's interesting to talk to other doctors who are using it and go over protocols and figure out ways to do it more innovatively and more inventively.
- 4:24SPEAKER_06: Hello, my name is Volkmar Kreisl.
- 4:27SPEAKER_06: I'm a doctor for Nesthology.
- 4:29SPEAKER_06: I run a laser clinic in the southern part of Germany, and I'm focused on laser therapy right now for more than 25 years.
- 4:38SPEAKER_06: Now we're here in Bangkok and for the 29th Isla Laser Congress, and we learn a lot of what we can do with laser devices right here.
- 4:49SPEAKER_06: The Weber medical products are very interesting because they cover a big field.
- 4:55SPEAKER_06: We have the interstitial laser therapy, the intravenous laser therapy.
- 5:00SPEAKER_06: These are devices you can use minimal invasive, for example, to treat pain and to stimulate the blood, to bring down inflammation, to power up the body.
- 5:12SPEAKER_06: You can do it also transdermal, for example, with a so-called laser acupuncture system.
- 5:17SPEAKER_06: This is non-invasive, and you can also do transcranial.
- 5:21SPEAKER_06: We have a special new helmet right here.
- 5:24SPEAKER_06: It's available in six months, and you can treat uh Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, you can treat stroke patients disease.
- 5:33SPEAKER_06: Very fascinating field, and it's meanwhile all very good uh scientific.
- 5:39SPEAKER_05: So photobiomodulation um has had a moment for a long time now.
- 5:44SPEAKER_05: So many people are talking about red light and infrared light therapy.
- 5:48SPEAKER_05: What I really like about Weber Medical is they also make uh the therapeutic effects of other colours, UV light, blue light, green light, yellow light accessible.
- 5:57SPEAKER_05: And you will have to use those colours, those wavelengths of light in a minimal invasive way.
- 6:03SPEAKER_05: And yeah, this is what the um endolaser system from Weber Medical allows for.
- 6:08SPEAKER_05: And yeah, I'm super excited that we can use those colours of light as well.
- 6:12SPEAKER_05: And there is the latest development of Weber Medical.
- 6:15SPEAKER_05: It's called the WeberBrain.
- 6:17SPEAKER_05: It's a device for brain photobiomodulation.
- 6:20SPEAKER_05: So what you do is it's a helmet style device, you really put it on your head and it will shine infrared light on your skull, and that light will be absorbed in cortical structures in your brain by your mitochondria.
- 6:32SPEAKER_05: As a neuroscientist, I'm super excited about that field of photobiomodulation.
- 6:36SPEAKER_05: Um, it really uh acts against many hallmarks of brain aging and also many root causes of brain and mental disorders.
- 6:45SPEAKER_05: I'm Dr.
- 6:46SPEAKER_04: Matthias Zvojczyk and I'm here at the Easter conference.
- 6:49SPEAKER_04: We are bringing here together several systems, synergizing and integrating things.
- 6:54SPEAKER_04: I think this is the beauty about our conference and all the practitioners here that we live the word integration.
- 7:00SPEAKER_04: We are utilizing and trying to include several techniques, devices and technologies towards getting the best benefits in certain areas, when it's about like inflammate tissue inflammation status, when it's about chronic diseases, when it's about the application towards uh cognitive function and the brain exactly.
- 7:24SPEAKER_04: So, for example, we are bringing here laser technology, light technology, which is applied towards certain tissues, which is called photobiomodulation.
- 7:32SPEAKER_04: We have transcranial devices, we have a very specific and innovative laser needle system, which is introduced into the intravenously and can create photobiomodulation effects on site onto the bloodstream directly.
- 7:45SPEAKER_04: So a systemic device, we have patches where we can heal and work for injury management towards knees.
- 7:53SPEAKER_04: There are different other tissues like elbows or shoulders.
- 7:56SPEAKER_04: We have then the possibility to integrate this system with the ability of introducing hyperbaric chamber, for example, as a very innovative field.
- 8:05SPEAKER_04: We are working now, we synergize light, we synergize it with air, actually with oxygen, which is a very beautiful thing.
- 8:13SPEAKER_04: And then we have the possibility also to introduce neutraceuticals, bioavailable neutraceuticles, mainly liposomal form, which is which are called biosomals.
- 8:23SPEAKER_04: And this is also the synergies we are looking for.
- 8:25SPEAKER_04: So we have a physical effect, we have a pharmacological effect, we are bringing these technologies together, synergizing them in a meaningful and most potent way, thinking about how to combine them, where we combine them, creating protocols.
- 8:40SPEAKER_04: And I'm very honored to be at again at Isla and to exchange my knowledge and also my thoughts, my thinking with all the experts here.
- 8:51SPEAKER_03: Hello, this is Dr.
- 8:52SPEAKER_03: Michael Weber from the European Laser Academy.
- 8:55SPEAKER_03: Some 25 years ago, I came into contact with photomedicine.
- 9:00SPEAKER_03: Initially, I was using a device for replacing metal needle acupuncture by laser acupuncture and got fantastic results.
- 9:09SPEAKER_03: Treatment of children with autism, treatment of children with asthma, with um atopic eczema and things like this.
- 9:16SPEAKER_03: And then I came into contact with a totally new technology with the endolaser from Weber Medical, from my dear name brother, Michael Weber, Hans Michael Weber.
- 9:28SPEAKER_03: We have similar histories, so he did acupuncture as well.
- 9:31SPEAKER_03: We were trained by the same Professor Barr.
- 9:33SPEAKER_03: Well, he found the way into systemic applications of photomedicine.
- 9:39SPEAKER_03: And this is what I'm doing in my clinic, mainly these days in Portugal, every day.
- 9:46SPEAKER_03: We have over the months hundreds of patients that get treated with intravenous, intra-articular uh laser irradiation.
- 9:54SPEAKER_03: And this is unique.
- 9:55SPEAKER_03: We can bring photons of each color in each part of the body.
- 10:00SPEAKER_03: One of our big fields is cancer, integrative cancer therapy.
- 10:04SPEAKER_03: And we apply, for example, let's say curcomine, which is known very well as a substance in many cancers, as being effective to reduce the side effect of chemotherapy, to enhance the effectiveness of chemotherapy, and at the same time reduce the tumor on its own.
- 10:21SPEAKER_03: And when you combine this with the endolaser with blue light irradiation, we have the so-called photodynamic therapy.
- 10:28SPEAKER_03: You don't harm the healthy cells, but you targetedly attack the tumor cells.
- 10:34SPEAKER_03: A unique, a fantastic method.
- 10:36SPEAKER_03: I could talk hours and hours about the benefits of photomedicine and the combination of photomedicine with photosensitizers, photodynamic therapy.
- 10:45SPEAKER_03: I hope these ideas will spread all over the world to the benefit of our patients.
- 10:50SPEAKER_03: Thank you very much.
- 10:55SPEAKER_02: Okay, okay.
- 10:58SPEAKER_02: My name is Steve Liu, and uh I'm a licensed acupuncturist from Tucson, Arizona.
- 11:03SPEAKER_02: And uh, my former life, I always say uh I was an electrical laser engineer from Silicon Valley, and uh I became an acupuncturist in 1997 and uh because my mother uh was a medical doctor, and uh so I decided to uh integrate the uh uh photobiomodulation those days, of course, called low-level laser therapy.
- 11:25SPEAKER_02: And I make my own laser machine because there's nothing uh commercially available at the time.
- 11:30SPEAKER_02: This is the early 2000s.
- 11:32SPEAKER_02: And then uh uh while I was uh uh trying to figure out how to commercialize my uh my design and my uh invention, and uh I ran into this uh a paper about uh Dr.
- 11:44SPEAKER_02: Weber's work and with a Weber needle uh through Dr.
- 11:47SPEAKER_02: Gerhard Leecher of Austria.
- 11:50SPEAKER_02: And uh I was like, well, somebody else is doing a much better job than mine.
- 11:54SPEAKER_02: So I said, well, I give up my design and all that.
- 11:57SPEAKER_02: But the thing is, I run I met for me because my background was a laser engineer, when I saw Dr.
- 12:03SPEAKER_02: Weber's uh Weber Needle machine 2009 for the first time, I knew.
- 12:07SPEAKER_02: I always joke about this when I was uh giving uh lectures.
- 12:12SPEAKER_02: I immediately I see that I see the light.
- 12:14SPEAKER_02: The light bulb just come on.
- 12:16SPEAKER_02: And I met him in September 2009, I think, and then I I was in Germany one month later, visited his clinic and all that, and purchased his machine.
- 12:28SPEAKER_02: Uh at the time uh it's a Weber needle and then separate from the endolaser.
- 12:33SPEAKER_02: And I knew right away, even as an acupuncturist, we didn't really have a way to do intravenous, but then I found a way to get around that.
- 12:41SPEAKER_02: So I bought both systems back in 2009.
- 12:44SPEAKER_02: So I immediately applied that in my clinic and as an acupuncturist, but now I says we got to elevate that to TCM 4.0, which is integrate the PBM, photobiomodulation lasers, and especially Dr.
- 12:59SPEAKER_02: Weber's uh system.
- 13:01SPEAKER_02: Why?
- 13:02SPEAKER_02: Because Dr.
- 13:03SPEAKER_02: Weber's system is the most powerful laser acupuncture system in the world.
- 13:08SPEAKER_02: And there's no other way around it.
- 13:11SPEAKER_02: And uh the most interesting case uh was a 92-year-old came to me.
- 13:16SPEAKER_02: Every all doctors in town give up on her, and she couldn't take any more painkillers and all that.
- 13:22SPEAKER_02: And she came to my clinic with her chiropractor grandson, and chiropractor says, uh, you know, there's nothing I can do with my grandma, and uh she's all in your hands.
- 13:33SPEAKER_02: And I look at the chart, it's a 92-year-old.
- 13:35SPEAKER_02: What are you gonna do with a 92-year-old with a severe lower back pain, with a pain all the way down to the to the feet?
- 13:41SPEAKER_02: She grabbed my arm, says, if you cannot help me with this pain, I'd rather die.
- 13:46SPEAKER_02: Long story short, with uh about 25 treatment with a Weber needle, she's pain free.
- 13:54SPEAKER_02: And she passed away um just a few months ago in June 2026.
- 13:59SPEAKER_02: And uh but my her daughter called me up, uh, told me the news, but she says, Oh, I want to thank you so much that you give my mom another seven years of quality of life.
- 14:11SPEAKER_02: So my point is you can spend, this is the resources that uh investments that you need in your clinic with a Weber needle.
- 14:20SPEAKER_02: Because if you can give a 92-year-old seven years of quality of life, how are you gonna price, how are you gonna put a dollar sign on that quality of life, right?
- 14:30SPEAKER_02: It's price, that's the point uh Isla is doing.
- 14:33SPEAKER_02: Come to the ESLA conferences and invest in this uh product, uh, Weber needles and indoor lasers, which is intravenous lasers, and uh learn that and then use that, apply that in your clinic.
- 14:47SPEAKER_02: You're gonna give so many people quality of life that no other practitioners in your town can do it.
