- 0:35function is kind of like running an engine without oil. It's not gonna work very well. It's also brought to you by snapfat.com.

- 0:47It's also brought to you by the Prife International Terahertz frequency wand

- 0:56Thank you so much for joining us, and welcome to the program.
- 1:55Unknown: Well,
- 1:56there we go with our prophetic familiar lyrics from Alvin Lee from so many decades ago. I guess we're going to maybe have a radio show today if the Internet will hold up,
- 2:06which happened to us Friday. Of course, Roger Sails with you, Radio Ranch. People's Patriot Network, got Michael and Chris on the line already with us this morning,
- 2:15and let me just before we launch into anything else,
- 2:19let me give you an explanation because Friday
- 2:22really aggravated
- 2:23me to to say the least, you know, and we've I I think everybody virtually in the audience knows that about my favorite show of the week is Friday because I enjoy
- 2:33convers conversing with Brent so much and the subjects that we cover and the things that spontaneously
- 2:40arise
- 2:41for discussion, knowledge, and understanding.
- 2:43I know everybody kind of feels that way. That's feedback I get anyway.
- 2:48So, this past Friday was a particularly
- 2:52particularly important Friday for two reasons. First of all, it was Good Friday and secondly, it was Patriot Day combined on the same day as Good Friday, a pretty unusual event, I was really psyched up, I wanted to do the program, and ten minutes before the program, the damn Internet goes down.
- 3:09I have a system wide problem of some sort, and my Internet doesn't get back up till Saturday night about 09:00.
- 3:19Now, of course, it was three day Easter weekend,
- 3:22and
- 3:23I just have to say, you know, I've been down here in South America about a little over ten years now on going on eleven,
- 3:30and understanding
- 3:31and living in these cultures
- 3:33down here, and it's the damnedest thing when there's a holiday,
- 3:38or in Argentina
- 3:39particularly,
- 3:40you
- 3:41say one word,
- 3:43Chris and Michael, and people's eyes
- 3:46glaze over,
- 3:47and that one word is vacationi.
- 3:51All you have to do is say vacationi,
- 3:53and they almost go into a catatonic state, and I'm not kidding you. And so we had a combination of a holiday and a three day Easter weekend and all that stuff, and things just don't operate the way they normally do during that type of interruption.
- 4:12It was an interesting weekend for me. I can't say it was a good one. Kind of tailed. I got a little better by yesterday, but had a lot of frustration and got a couple things done though. Anyway, I hope your Easter weekend was
- 4:25good and
- 4:26certainly better than the people in Sri Lanka
- 4:29and some of the other outrageous things that we're seeing happening around the world revolving
- 4:34around the faith which we profess.
- 4:37And
- 4:38so anyway, here we go on Monday. It's not the last it's the last full week of April,
- 4:45a dastardly
- 4:46month,
- 4:47of course, because of the annual
- 4:49bloodletting that happens around the middle of the Ides of April, if you will, and so we're about to get that behind us and May is
- 4:59staring us right in the corner and
- 5:01before we know it, we're going to be finished with the first half of the year.
- 5:06Second half promises to be
- 5:09extremely
- 5:10volatile.
- 5:12So anyway, we got Michael on with us. We got Chris on with us. Hey, guys. Did you have a pretty good weekend?
- 5:20Unknown: Absolutely.
- 5:22Unknown: Good. Well, I was having a Michael called in first here right before the program and he and I were having a little conversation and I was asking him how things are going and he said that he had sent his affidavit in.
- 5:35Michael, are you there?
- 5:37You messed up? Yes, I'm here. Okay, you got your mute off now. Well, Michael said he sent it to the Secretary of State and might as well kick off the week this way and I said, don't send it to the Secretary of State till you send it to the Secretary of The United States. Let's see if we can go over this again.
- 5:54The fish
- 5:56rots from the head down.
- 5:58They control
- 6:00from the top down. They've gone to great lengths
- 6:04to get every control of every element of our lives they can get their greedy little proboscises
- 6:10in and they do it all from the top down.
- 6:13Now we have as a group, my experience, I'll bet Chris, he's been around a little bit or probably agree with me. We always insist.
- 6:23Our patriot group are like minded people here that want to fight this beast of Babylon and Revelation.
- 6:29We always insist on fighting it from the bottom up.
- 6:35Have you ever seen Chris We don't move it either way. In in your experience, how many years you've been in this shooting match?
- 6:42Unknown: Oh, I guess you could go back to around the 2 thousands, maybe a little before. I woke up a little before, but that's why I really got serious. Okay. So let's say twenty years, right?
- 6:54Unknown: I guess so. Have you in your
- 6:58twenty years of involvement, and it's pretty heavy involvement because you're very very learned in all of this intricacies
- 7:04of the evil empire.
- 7:06Have you ever seen anybody that didn't wanna fight this some bitch from the bottom up?
- 7:12Unknown: Well, I think they don't know how they haven't examined it critically to discern
- 7:17and to realize that they're fighting it from the bottom up, you can't know what you don't know. Well, let me throw another object in because of the excellent
- 7:25Unknown: intimidation
- 7:26that they've done and accomplished over so many years, and people are scared to go to the federal government, and they come up with rationales like, Oh, that federal government doesn't have any power on me, I'm gonna go to the state. Well, that's ridiculous.
- 7:39Wait, they don't have any power on you? Your whole life is molded into their deal. What do you mean they don't have any power on you?
- 7:47Oh, well, what kind of a ridiculous statement is that?
- 7:53Unknown: Pretty well uninformed,
- 7:54Unknown: I'd say. Well, you know Or at least ignoring the other. Well, and and my point of all of this right here is all of us have had that. I had it, Chris. If I wouldn't have had that intimidated fear imposed on me, I probably would have gone and grabbed a passport application ten years earlier and found the answer ten years earlier.
- 8:15I was actually scared to interact with the federal government.
- 8:19I hate to use the word scared, let's say intimidated
- 8:23or apprehensive or whatever you want. It's not like, Oh, hey, Mr. Federal Government. Well, that changes, you see.
- 8:30Change? How does that empowerment
- 8:32process work? It's only by learning the education.
- 8:36The more you learn, the more you understand what a fraud it is, the more you understand that the power that they've imposed on us is only to continue to steal your power. They really don't have any except that when they start pulling triggers, okay,
- 8:52and it's all based on fraud.
- 8:54And the more you learn and understand that, the more less susceptible you are to their fear and intimidation
- 9:02which is nothing but continuing to suck your power,
- 9:05okay? They started at birth,
- 9:08they sucked your power away for almost you even took your first or second breath, okay? And then, later on, as you go up and you get in a mindset where your mind works, then, they continue to steal that power by the by the overuse of sheer force
- 9:24and putting, I mean, look, what is it? Go to the Oxford English Dictionary. Michael, do you know what the Oxford English Dictionary is? It's the finest dictionary in the world.
- 9:38If
- 9:39you go in to a library that has one, there's like 13 or 14 volumes and they take up an entire shelf or more if they got small shelves.
- 9:50It's recognized
- 9:51across the board as the finest dictionary in the world.
- 9:55Have you ever gone to the Oxford English
- 9:58Dictionary,
- 9:59Michael, and looked up the word terrorism?
- 10:06I know you haven't, it's a rhetorical question. Do you know what the definition in the finest, most recognized as the finest dictionary in the world is of this word that's being thrown around so liberably every damn day in our lives these days? Terrorism?
- 10:22The definition of terrorism No,
- 10:25intimidation
- 10:27by government.
- 10:29That is the definition of terrorism in the finest dictionary of the world and it goes on as started in the French Revolution.
- 10:41Okay, they do that terrorism
- 10:43to continue
- 10:45to keep you
- 10:46powerless.
- 10:49The one way you start down the path of curing
- 10:53that, of overcoming that, is to educate yourself because the more you educate yourself,
- 10:59the more you understand the fraud, where the weaknesses are, how the system's set up, and that is empowering
- 11:07to you.
- 11:09Now, the first time that you've gone through this,
- 11:12what is it? Is it is it like a baptism or something, Chris? You you dunk people in water and bring em up and they're Uh-huh.
- 11:21Okay. But you go through that through that ceremony and the ceremony is
- 11:28that you submit your document
- 11:30be it affidavit or statement, to the proper authority
- 11:34as to what your correct status is.
- 11:37That's your graduation.
- 11:39Everything else up to that point you've been in school, okay, but you get up to to that point, you got an education and you find you got your little sheepskin,
- 11:47you got you got your little all your little accoutrements,
- 11:51you know, pomp and circumstance,
- 11:52all that kind of stuff, and bam, now you're in the free real world. Now then you go out there and you got a little of this knowledge, you're still apprehensive,
- 12:00but you've gone through the previous steps,
- 12:03and you gotta go do something like apply for something, apply for social security,
- 12:08or go apply for this, apply for that, and you go in, you're somewhat reticent,
- 12:13and you go in and and have an interaction with the person that you're supposed to be dealing with, the nice bureaucrat,
- 12:19and all of a sudden, they do exactly for the most part what you want them to do and everything's nice and you walk away and you go, holy smokes, that was easy.
- 12:28And so now you see what's happened. You've gotten into consciousness,
- 12:33you've graduated from school, and now you're starting to build on the basis of your empowerment
- 12:39because that
- 12:40interaction you just had when you walk away go, Wow, well they did what I wanted them to do.
- 12:45Okay, and now you start here's the change.
- 12:48That's where the change happens because now instead of reticently having to go talk to the bureaucrat,
- 12:56now you've gotten partially empowered a little bit and you start looking for situations
- 13:01where you can go interact with them.
- 13:05The more you interact with them and the more they do what you want them to do, the more empowered
- 13:12you get,
- 13:13the freer you get, man.
- 13:15And you can only start it with education,
- 13:18and to my knowledge there's
- 13:20process to go through. Now, there may be some that I don't know about but this is the one I've personally gone through and that I've seen many of you go through too.
- 13:30Unknown: Well, Roger, there's a couple of things you mentioned there. One, is familiarity
- 13:36leads success.
- 13:37Yes. So as we go out and experience, engage,
- 13:41we become more comfortable with the process and less fearful.
- 13:44In fact, it's my contention
- 13:47that fear
- 13:48is the absence of knowledge.
- 13:51Unknown: I think fear is the absence of power.
- 13:55Unknown: Well, certainly
- 13:57not knowing the powers, I agree with that. I
- 14:02Unknown: mean, stands you know, I heard this thirty, forty years ago. Fear stands for fantasized
- 14:07experiences
- 14:09appearing real.
- 14:11Okay, there's another acronym Okay, for it out
- 14:13what let's analyze that fantasized
- 14:16experiences, and I guarantee you, everybody in this audience has
- 14:21had in your past at least once this has happened to you, and that's as you gotta do something and you conjure up this, oh my god, what can happen? This, that, and the other, and all of those questions,
- 14:33and that's fear,
- 14:35and that stops you from doing what it is that needs to be done.
- 14:41And then at some point,
- 14:43you're going to get to a point where you gotta do it,
- 14:46and you go do it and you look back and you go, What the hell was I scared of?
- 14:51Now, yeah, I know that's happened to everybody that's hearing these words because I think it's basically a human situation
- 14:58that's
- 14:59common denominator to all of us, and that is that fantasized experience appearing real. Now I'm going to give you a perfect example I alluded to earlier.
- 15:09When I had to go pick up that passport application because I knew I was leaving the country and I'd never had one before and I knew they had them at the post office because I used to work for Pitney Bowes and I was in a bunch of post offices all the time. Okay?
- 15:24And so,
- 15:26I I I had made the decision to move to move and leave the country. I'd made the decision to move to Argentina and I knew damn well I couldn't do it if I didn't have a passport.
- 15:36So, reluctantly,
- 15:38with much reticence,
- 15:39I went to the post office to pick up the form and there at the top of the first page is the answer I've been looking for for fifteen years.
- 15:55Been looking
- 15:57for for fifteen
- 15:59years and was held back because of fear.
- 16:09You can't do it. You've got to come in and intellectually,
- 16:12emotionally get over it and realize here that we're going back to a real base document, okay? Vattel's Law of Nations. It was written in the 1700.
- 16:22That v a t t e l, I believe, isn't it, Chris? Two t's?
- 16:27Unknown: I think it is two t's and it is a very interesting
- 16:31fact that Frederick Bastet also wrote one called The Law. The Law is really quite clear. Lot of them are writing. Law is exceptional
- 16:40Unknown: from Bastier in about '18 when do you write that? Thirty five, forty, eighteen? Oh, I don't remember what year. Well, well, it was in the '18 It was in the first half, middle of their eighteen hundreds. Just a short read. It's unbelievably
- 16:55profound.
- 16:56But you
- 16:58know, he was what his trade was, he was an economist.
- 17:02He wasn't a lawyer. Yes.
- 17:04Okay?
- 17:05But
- 17:07Vattel, V A T T E L, let's say that if it's V A if there's any deviation of that, it's one T,
- 17:14okay? It's V as in Victor,
- 17:17V as in Victor,
- 17:18Vattel's
- 17:19Law of Nations
- 17:20is a big wide ranging law book from a guy that was legally oriented
- 17:26that wrote this very scholarly
- 17:29tome that every country in the world signed on to and adheres to to this day by
- 17:36most part.
- 17:38And
- 17:39in those basic building block foundational books and ideas
- 17:43from Wattel
- 17:44was that every man has the right of personal
- 17:49political,
- 17:50self determination.
- 17:52What does that mean? That means I can go be with whatever bunch I wanna be with.
- 18:00Unknown: Well, that's kind of the
- 18:02ability to speak or not to speak, to associate or not to associate. In fact, I think it's a duty rather than a right, a responsibility
- 18:10to be very selective
- 18:12and protective about who
- 18:15Unknown: you communicate with, who you talk to, who you give evidence to potentially. Well, I was gonna take it in the specific direction of the conversation we've been having this morning started by really Michael
- 18:26in the fact that Vattel says you have the right to be with who you want to, okay?
- 18:32Which means that it's your choice,
- 18:35alright? So, if you gotta look at it this way, welcome Darryl on board here. If they tell you what you are, if they tell you what you are, it's tyranny.
- 18:46I'm gonna tell you that you're a slave.
- 18:49Boom. Okay?
- 18:51If they they can't do that because tyranny is absolutely
- 18:55you look at the news today, any kind of tyrannical stuff, everybody goes nuts. It's against the law of nations, but they can turn that thing around,
- 19:05set it up with all these screwy eight words with opposite definitions,
- 19:10put you in a condition of servitude that is
- 19:13voluntary,
- 19:14and then ask you to confirm it,
- 19:17and that's what they've been doing. They don't have any power. It's all based on fraud, and that's what we gotta get our people down to where they lose a lot of their fear and get re empowered. Hey, Darryl. What's going on, buddy? Did you have a good Easter weekend?
- 19:33Unknown: Man,
- 19:34I I had a great resurrection Sunday.
- 19:37Yeah.
- 19:38So,
- 19:39yeah,
- 19:42you guys are playing in my sandbox this morning.
- 19:46Unknown: Oh, boy. And
- 19:48Unknown: yeah. And
- 19:50because you're talking about Vattel and Bastille.
- 19:53And,
- 19:55I mean, listen.
- 19:57If anybody doesn't have
- 19:59the book Bastiat the law by Bastiat,
- 20:01b a s t I a t
- 20:04I said that fast, didn't I? Sorry.
- 20:07Get it. You'll you'll treasure it.
- 20:13So yeah.
- 20:16It's
- 20:17he he wrote that in 1850.
- 20:19It was published in 1850 right prior to the
- 20:23civil war in The States here.
- 20:25So
- 20:27the
- 20:28well, Mattel's Law of Nations,
- 20:32I have it
- 20:34I I can't read it all the way through because it's voluminous,
- 20:37but it has
- 20:39I've I've looked at it a fair amount.
- 20:42And
- 20:43so everything Roger was saying is spot on
- 20:48as to who he was, the premise,
- 20:51everybody signing on to it at that period of time
- 20:56in the
- 20:59seventeen hundreds. Yeah. And
- 21:03so
- 21:06here's what I've got to add to that.
- 21:10I've been looking
- 21:12at New Zealand, Australia,
- 21:17in different
- 21:19places, particularly those
- 21:21of the British Commonwealth
- 21:24or their or their ex Commonwealth.
- 21:28And
- 21:30it's appearing more and more I'm getting more evidence
- 21:34in my mind that they're not playing by that rule book anymore.
- 21:40And
- 21:42Let me it
- 21:44appears
- 21:45Unknown: go ahead, Roger. Go ahead. Well, I'll give you a specific example.
- 21:51The way the US government
- 21:53adheres to Vattel,
- 21:55on that statement, every man has the right of political self determination,
- 22:01is they tell you and have a system where you can expatriate,
- 22:07what they call, okay? Yeah. And it's a formal system. You gotta go through the guy at the embassy.
- 22:12You gotta go. Here's the process,
- 22:14okay?
- 22:15It is they, you gotta go get a second passport
- 22:19first.
- 22:20Passport. Okay? Then, you gotta go to the embassy and pay now, I think, for over $4.00
- 22:27and
- 22:27you gotta go through a specific
- 22:30guy
- 22:30at the embassy because I met one of em, okay? And you gotta go through this long process which used to take an afternoon
- 22:38that now takes over three or four months,
- 22:41okay? And that's how they adhere to Vatel
- 22:45telling you that you can trade one slave passport for another slave passport.
- 22:50They don't tell you that you can repatriate
- 22:54to your old original status.
- 22:56They hide that, as we know so skillfully,
- 22:59and I mean they do it skillfully.
- 23:04Unknown: Yeah.
- 23:05Yeah.
- 23:07So
- 23:10they
- 23:12the days,
- 23:13the the US State Department,
- 23:17Treasury,
- 23:18and
- 23:19so on and so forth, they
- 23:23ostensibly
- 23:26adhere to Patel's law of nation,
- 23:30but that's a fixed game too because
- 23:33you're not expatriating
- 23:35out of what you originally should have been to begin with anyway. Correct. And
- 23:41so it's
- 23:42there there again, it's a it's a house of mirrors.
- 23:47Sleight of hand. And so you in Ecuador
- 23:50yeah. In in in Ecuador
- 23:53yeah. Which which cup is to pee under?
- 23:55In Ecuador, you have a lot of expats
- 23:58who probably done that very thing. Right? Am I am I thinking correct there?
- 24:04Unknown: I don't. I've met a couple. Oh, you go to lunch with them, don't you? Yeah, I do. They're down here, but most of them haven't
- 24:12expatriated.
- 24:13They just got residency down here. Now, you know, one of the while we're on that while we're on that, let me interject something here. There are a lot of people that want a second passport
- 24:23and go pay quarter to $500,000
- 24:26or more to some of the islands and stuff to go get them,
- 24:29okay?
- 24:30If
- 24:31you get residency here after a couple of years, you're eligible for a passport. I think it's $25.
- 24:37Okay?
- 24:38And then you can have two passports.
- 24:41As many of the expats here do have two passports.
- 24:47Unknown: Yeah.
- 24:50I
- 24:52well, that that whole word's loaded for me, Roger.
- 24:55That whole word is very loaded for me.
- 24:58And
- 24:59I'm not sure I wanna be anybody's res ident.
- 25:04Unknown: Hear. Hear. Because
- 25:08Unknown: it's
- 25:10it it that word is full of pitfalls. Of course it is. It's as problematic as the word person and citizen.
- 25:16Unknown: Well and you go go back and look at Vattel. Have you gotten to the point of Vattel where he deals with residents and residency?
- 25:26Unknown: Yeah.
- 25:28Unknown: Every time
- 25:29I believe I've got it marked. Every time he uses the word, Darryl will confirm this,
- 25:35he uses the word resident alien.
- 25:37They never use just the word resident.
- 25:44Unknown: Yeah.
- 25:45And
- 25:46Unknown: So let me send my personal thing. Let me inject this, Darryl, before you get off on it. I didn't do any residency
- 25:53in Argentina
- 25:55for nine years and I lived in the country illegally for nine years well, about eight and a half years, I guess.
- 26:02Unknown: I'm proud of you. It
- 26:05Unknown: made life a lot more difficult
- 26:08in some standpoints.
- 26:10They didn't stop
- 26:12you on the street and say, As your resident,
- 26:14although I did as I was leaving, if you'll remember,
- 26:18they had a blackout in Buenos Aires.
- 26:21If you had an expired visa, you couldn't rent a hotel room,
- 26:26so they were clamping down on some of that,
- 26:29but I went ahead and did it here just because of that experience
- 26:34and the standpoint that I figured I'm gonna be here for a while and it there if you don't get it and overstay your visa, some countries are
- 26:43more more finicky than others about it.
- 26:48Unknown: Yeah.
- 26:51So
- 26:53being in the situation you're in in the circumstances,
- 26:57which amounts to a foreign country,
- 27:02somewhat,
- 27:05You don't have the the Bill of Rights to fall back upon that that other
- 27:11that other status.
- 27:15Yeah. You know, I I don't I haven't read the Ecuadorian constitution,
- 27:19but I I don't think they have the
- 27:22a
- 27:24Unknown: the Bill of Rights or maybe mean, I that's just an assumption on my part. Well, with the new president in there, the way they 've ridden roughshod over Assaj,
- 27:34kinda tells you that there may be some subject to interpretation
- 27:38rules there.
- 27:40Unknown: That ain't nothing but a doggone through the paper.
- 27:46Unknown: Well,
- 27:47what
- 27:49so
- 27:52where where I'm going with this is that
- 27:56as I follow
- 27:58as I track the difference between what is or what what what we're told it is and what it really is.
- 28:06Okay.
- 28:07And,
- 28:08I mean, I can't I can't even emphasize how important that is for people to track that
- 28:14track
- 28:16the contradictions. You know, you're told this is what it is,
- 28:19but
- 28:20then you see something different.
- 28:23And
- 28:24so they they keep telling us,
- 28:27or a lot of people talk about
- 28:31the constitution.
- 28:32You hear about the Bill of Rights. You hear about Patel. Not very often.
- 28:37Okay? And then when you track, you track what's supposed to be going on with that.
- 28:42Well, something completely different is going on,
- 28:45and you find
- 28:47that there's a whole other different parallel set of legality is going on.
- 28:54And then when you start tracing that back, find out that you're
- 29:00not in Ecuador, you're not in in Great Britain
- 29:04or or England. You're not really in this thing called The United States. You're in the United Nations.
- 29:12And
- 29:14and
- 29:15they're operating under
- 29:17different international
- 29:20law
- 29:22than
- 29:24Battelle
- 29:26and what people had originally agreed to. Okay? So remember, you know, so the the origin you know, the The United States Of America,
- 29:35okay,
- 29:36signed up with Vattel,
- 29:38but, you know
- 29:41Unknown: we're not really in that place. For appearances only. Don't forget what it says in Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars that Tom brought out that couple of times.
- 29:50What we do may not always
- 29:53be lawful,
- 29:55but it will always be legal,
- 29:59and there's your difference in lawful and legal. There's the difference in Vattel
- 30:04and the law merchant.
- 30:06Now what they've done, I heard this a number of years ago, I've mentioned it on the show before, but it's a very succinct
- 30:15description of what's gone on.
- 30:18When we were under the common law,
- 30:20the common law is public law. It's for everybody,
- 30:24and we were using public law, but we were using it for private purposes.
- 30:30What they've done is brought in the law merchant,
- 30:33the UCC,
- 30:35and so now we're using
- 30:36private law instead of public law, and we're using private law for public purposes.
- 30:44Unknown: Exactly.
- 30:46That's exactly And
- 30:47so here's here's where it gets really interesting too. Okay. I can I can I can put the
- 30:54put the whipped cream on that
- 30:56is that
- 30:57United States citizens
- 31:00are
- 31:01public citizens
- 31:04of a private corporation?
- 31:05So they're they're they're corporate private citizens.
- 31:09They're corporate public citizens.
- 31:12Okay?
- 31:13So if you're a corporate public citizen, you're you're an article in commerce under the the UCC,
- 31:20under the law of merchant, under mercantilism,
- 31:23under okay.
- 31:25You know?
- 31:27Unknown: How about this, Derek? How about private
- 31:30corporate
- 31:31property?
- 31:34Unknown: Yeah.
- 31:35Yeah. That
- 31:37that works for me. Okay because
- 31:40that's what
- 31:41okay that right there okay exactly what you said Roger that right there is exactly.
- 31:48A resident.
- 31:50Unknown: Yeah.
- 31:51Yeah. And, you know, from my standpoint here, let me just because I got a personal experience here with this on both sides of the fence. Oh. And the reason I did it was so that I figured I'm going to stay here some years and I didn't want to be hassled,
- 32:06and the main thing is if you don't have that connection and that identification,
- 32:12whatever they call it in whatever country,
- 32:15you can't go open a bank account, you can't go get a connection for a utility, you generally can't go out if you don't know somebody and go rent someplace because everybody wants to see that
- 32:28ID card
- 32:29that gives them some kind of recourse,
- 32:33and you're not some foreigner. Now let me tell you, the reason is because a lot of foreigners that come down to these countries here, I'm sure around the world, that don't do that,
- 32:44and they go and rent someplace,
- 32:47and they run up all these bills,
- 32:49and then they skip out and the landlord's
- 32:51got no recourse.
- 32:55Unknown: Yeah. If I may. I I mean, it it go ahead.
- 33:00Unknown: Well, I was going to note that I am always correcting people when they're asking me for that
- 33:06treacherous tricky question. Do you have any ID?
- 33:09That ID relates to residency, and I'm not one of those. I do have documents, credentials, and papers if you'd like to see them, but I've been not being a resident. I can't give you ID.
- 33:20Unknown: No. There you go. Also,
- 33:22Unknown: everything is legal. Nothing is illegal
- 33:25unless someone makes the allegation.
- 33:28And if you don't rebut the presumption,
- 33:30then it stands as truth rebut un rebutted, and you become guilty by not replying and rebutting the presumption. Silence. Well, that's what's dangerous about legal versus lawful. Lawful, you're either in law or out of law. It's clear, bright line. But legal,
- 33:44Unknown: there are more than 50 shades of gray. Yep. Let me also bring up another point, especially some of you guys that are new, how much I harp on this substantive law, that video, the science law,
- 33:56knowing those formulas and understanding
- 33:59interactions and how it works.
- 34:02So, Darryl and any of you that file an affidavit that stay in The US
- 34:07and don't have to go through what I've gone through and people that do, okay,
- 34:12You have revoked your residency,
- 34:14you've rebutted it, and yet you live where you still lived.
- 34:19So let me ask Michael because he's kind of a new guy here. Michael,
- 34:24when
- 34:26you get your affidavit
- 34:27up there to the Secretary of State to the right place and the right people,
- 34:32where is your residency?
- 34:34You've said in the affidavit that you're not a resident under the fourteenth amendment in The United States,
- 34:40but you're still in The United States,
- 34:43so where is your residency?
- 34:45Well,
- 34:49Unknown: I've thought in that code, the National Area Code, I have one of those, I'm not sure Okay. How to answer
- 34:56Unknown: Well, let me explain it to you.
- 34:58If you go back and learn those basics of law, the formula
- 35:02is r plus d equals R.
- 35:05All laws on the entire planet revolve under that formula:
- 35:10rights plus duties
- 35:12equal remedies,
- 35:14and if you're a person,
- 35:16it depends on which
- 35:17group of law you get your rights from
- 35:20as to where you owe your correlative
- 35:23duties.
- 35:25So if you're not getting them from the fourteenth amendment,
- 35:28where are you getting them?
- 35:32Unknown: Natural law.
- 35:35Unknown: You get your laws now from God the way the
- 35:38country was originally founded and since you get your laws from God, you owe your duties to him and to heaven. So, your residency, when you file that paperwork and still live in The US,
- 35:50your residency is heaven
- 35:53legally.
- 35:57Okay. So I have to put I have to put that on there? No. No. You don't. But you gotta learn the information. That's what I'm trying to hammer over to all you guys. You gotta learn these if you you don't have to. Okay? If you don't wanna understand, you wanna fumble through things, don't do it. But if you wanna have command of this and command to yourself and your freedom, you'll learn those substantive
- 36:20issues of law. Brian,
- 36:22you can't. Brian,
- 36:25you can't call me on my private number. I'm over on the other computer on the show link, but if you want to call, I'll entertain your call. But that formula,
- 36:34I cannot impress
- 36:36how important it is to have total command of that and what is a person and how that fits into the fourteenth amendment,
- 36:43and if you will get that or you know it in your sleep,
- 36:47you can cut through anything they throw at you like a hot knife through butter. Hey, Brian. Brian.
- 36:57Unknown: Oh, you're getting him hooked up there. I'm out. Oh, we're
- 37:01Unknown: we're hooked up. It was a little on his eye. How you doing, buddy? A little on his eye. Hold on. Let me turn my computer off here. Sorry, Roger. I got two playing.
- 37:11Okay. You got it with the show on in the background?
- 37:15Unknown: While he's doing that Yes. Perhaps more
- 37:19proper terms or at least more appropriate terms might be that you're domiciled
- 37:24rather than reside,
- 37:25and you're permanent your domicile is your person at place you live,
- 37:30abide
- 37:31in heaven.
- 37:32Correct.
- 37:33That's where you're domiciled,
- 37:35your permanent place. Yep. As opposed to being a mere transient zone sojourner here on
- 37:41Terra,
- 37:43well, land here on Earth.
- 37:46These are very, very
- 37:48critical definitions that we have to delineate specificity
- 37:52Unknown: or else we risk having them termed as war dart weapons against us. Well, that's what John used to like the word domicile. Hey, Brian, have you got your things straightened down over there? I
- 38:02Unknown: think I have. Can you hear me okay? Loud and clear.
- 38:06Okay. Hello.
- 38:07Unknown: Hey, man. Have a good weekend. You
- 38:10and the family and the girls have a good weekend.
- 38:13Unknown: Yeah.
- 38:14We had a nice weekend, pretty relaxed around here. Good morning, everybody.
- 38:18Thought I'd hop in. Was definitely interested in the conversation.
- 38:25Unknown: Well, did you have anything to add or you just wanna hop in?
- 38:29Unknown: I'll hop in, maybe add here at some point. I don't know. Was just listening in. I thought I'd hop in.
- 38:35Daryl and I were chatting a little bit, email earlier on the
- 38:39status thing and once again the birth certificate stuff came up. So obviously that's always on
- 38:46the tip of my mind because it
- 38:49always just relates back to this dang thing how they got us at our birth. And
- 38:54Unknown: they
- 38:55snuck the whole feudal system in under where your status is assigned from birth because that came from the feudal system and once they got the camel's nose under the tent, they just brought the rest of it. They just didn't tell any of us.
- 39:13Unknown: Yep.
- 39:16Unknown: Okay,
- 39:17so the whole thing goes back to that presumption
- 39:20right there that from birth
- 39:23you're considered to be their property, it's a presumption presumption of law, and if you want to go to the Lawlight Dictionary
- 39:30and go look up the phrase presumption of law, and it says based upon another fact. Well, when the other fact is fraud,
- 39:39this is easily dismissible.
- 39:48Unknown: Hey, good morning, Daryl and Chris. Yeah.
- 39:52Unknown: Morning, Brian. Hey,
- 39:55Unknown: Daryl,
- 39:56you mentioned something earlier. I just thought, hey, you might wanna mention it because you had two really good points. I had brought up something that, you know, I had gone into the hospital, which everyone's aware of, and I have the original documents,
- 40:09the medical file,
- 40:11supposedly the entire medical file.
- 40:14And
- 40:15I thought of,
- 40:16you know, and you Daryl, you could probably go into this deeper, you know, regarding
- 40:22Tommy Schram's experience, but it seems to be this presumption of the birth certificate regardless of how we say we're resident, non resident,
- 40:32US national,
- 40:33American national, etcetera, whatever
- 40:36is
- 40:38I'm starting to think this is like regardless of what we do,
- 40:42presumption until that birth certificate bond is returned,
- 40:49annulled,
- 40:50disputed, disputed, revoked,
- 40:52etcetera, whatever process you wanna call it. And until that thing's really officially challenged,
- 40:59then they just continue to
- 41:01it's almost, Roger, like you you put it when you first I started learning this stuff from you is if we don't go rebut our status at the top level, well, we've done that, but yet we still haven't gone back and rebutted and basically tried to challenge this bursary to But you don't have to because that's fraud. When you rebutted a fraud at the top, all the rest of the frauds go along the wayside.
- 41:23Unknown: I don't believe that you've got to go back and take every one of those ever confirmatory
- 41:29contracts
- 41:30that they use to confirm your status of voluntary servitude.
- 41:35I think all that's wiped away,
- 41:38Brian.
- 41:41Let me tell you one of the things, and I don't have any verification on this, I wish I did, and
- 41:47that was this guy that called in to help me with Skype a couple of months ago
- 41:53that I don't have any kind of relationship with except peripheral,
- 41:57and he said that he had worked for 15 or 20 agencies
- 42:01and he didn't have a top
- 42:03security clearance, but he had friends in some of those agencies he's made that did,
- 42:09and they checked his status
- 42:11and they came back and told him that he was listed under
- 42:16a courier
- 42:17with ambassadorial
- 42:19basically status.
- 42:22Now
- 42:22that was new to me, I don't have any confirmation from it,
- 42:26except
- 42:27what he told me, but then two weeks later we get the story about Victoria and her husband, who her husband was the naturalized
- 42:36guy in Texas,
- 42:38the first one that got a passport,
- 42:40and their experience through LAX coming back from Christmas,
- 42:44and those two things happen within two weeks of each other. So I think there's a change in status in the background. Change in status. Exactly.
- 42:52Unknown: Add to that, the discovery that I found on the state department's website
- 42:58and the one having to do with a diplomatic immunity for law
- 43:03officers guide
- 43:05that
- 43:06the citizen
- 43:08US national that special other status, a US citizen on passport form, page three, bottom of the morning block, not a US citizen. Title eight, best deep, seven zero one,
- 43:20parenthetical
- 43:21small a,
- 43:22parenthetical 22,
- 43:24parenthetical capital b explicitly,
- 43:28gives aspects
- 43:29that are tantamount to diplomatic,
- 43:31ambassadorial,
- 43:32or
- 43:33consular immunity,
- 43:35and that might explain the special and curious
- 43:39treatment
- 43:40that those individuals
- 43:43experience.
- 43:44Unknown: I mean, you know, listen, Brian. They wouldn't call at the back of the State Department in their own nomenclature,
- 43:52they would not call it citizenship
- 43:55evidence
- 43:57citizenship
- 43:59evidence
- 44:01if they didn't take it seriously.
- 44:06Unknown: I
- 44:07definitely agree with you. I'm just wondering out
- 44:11of the box here, really, I'm not saying, Hey, do this or that. It just seems that the I think we all agree that the birth this
- 44:19process of basically creating this,
- 44:23you know,
- 44:24registering
- 44:25and creating a an entity corporation,
- 44:29something separate than me, the living piece of flesh, you know, was created when they registered and created this
- 44:35corporation,
- 44:36basically, in an all caps thing. So my my my living body came out. You know, I was born. I wasn't birthed.
- 44:44And then
- 44:45Daryl actually sent me a good video, but, you know, it has to do with the seventy two hours thing. I'm not sure if I'm totally on board with that, but
- 44:53regardless,
- 44:53then they go and they register.
- 44:56And you guys all know the story with the documentation
- 45:00that we discovered was the verification of VOF, the verification of facts that was
- 45:05done even to my two daughters that birth certificates were created without my
- 45:10Unknown: consent or me and my wife didn't sign nothing. We weren't even asked to sign anything. You're you're a piece of property. Why would they ask you to sign something?
- 45:18Unknown: I I agree. I I I agree with that for sure. Okay.
- 45:22Unknown: So there's the presumption.
- 45:24It came from you and your wife and to your two daughters.
- 45:28It was also instituted
- 45:30when you got born and when your parents got born and more than likely when your grandparents got born. And your grandchildren. Okay?
- 45:38And that's the feudal era, but when you, Brian Howard,
- 45:43want to volunteer out just like in the old feudal era, because all those laws evidently apply,
- 45:50you go to the lord of the manor, the secretary of state, you give him your I'm leaving letter,
- 45:56and you leave.
- 46:00Unknown: I'm out of here.
- 46:02Okay, now
- 46:03Unknown: this is I've done that. You see here, this is where I think is really important to this discussion
- 46:09and I believe John is absolutely correct
- 46:12in his
- 46:14idea
- 46:15that there
- 46:17are a lot of ambient noise. If somebody could hit your mute and get some of that out of there, I'd appreciate it. I think John thought that the birth
- 46:26certificate
- 46:27was a commercial document
- 46:30called the warehouse
- 46:31receipt.
- 46:32Have you done any research on warehouse receipts, Brian?
- 46:38Unknown: Yes.
- 46:38It's absolutely a warehouse receipt. It's it's on bond paper.
- 46:43It's a financial instrument. It's registered.
- 46:46It's held in a private vault, as you guys know. I mean, I went in and hell there's armed guards basically somewhere
- 46:52in this building in the health, every state's
- 46:55health records department,
- 46:57there's a vault right back behind that door according to the guy that described
- 47:02in detail of the verification of facts and the computer system and all that stuff.
- 47:07It's held in a bank vault, so absolutely it's It's a warehouse receipt. Warehouse
- 47:14Unknown: receipt. It's a specific legal instrument. Now, what is the unique part of a warehouse receipt that makes it so powerful?
- 47:29Unknown: Don't know the answer to that, but I would say probably
- 47:32the connection to
- 47:35the
- 47:36bond or the fund of some type. I'm not sure, I can't answer that. Warehouse A numerical designator.
- 47:43Unknown: Go ahead, Chris.
- 47:45I said the numerical designator. What makes a warehouse receipt as a commercial instrument so powerful
- 47:52is because the paper
- 47:55actually
- 47:56becomes
- 47:57the good.
- 48:01You had a bale of cotton if
- 48:04you had a bale of cotton in a warehouse, Brian,
- 48:07and you, not in New Orleans, but over there in Texas, you had the warehouse receipt,
- 48:13that bale of cotton is in your backyard
- 48:17because you have constructive
- 48:19possession of it. The good becomes the paper.
- 48:25Unknown: I agree. Okay.
- 48:27Unknown: Now, the a couple of years ago, you remember when that sleazy Corzine,
- 48:32John Corzine,
- 48:33who was Goldman
- 48:35Sachs baby and then he went on to become a senator and he became the mayor of New Jersey, the governor of New Jersey,
- 48:42and then he left and he started a company called MF Global,
- 48:45and he commingled funds and he got caught on the backside of the Russian bond deal, and he went in and took everybody's
- 48:52goods
- 48:53to satisfy
- 48:55his personal
- 48:56downside,
- 48:57and the day after that happened, Brian, I saw a headline from a guy with the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
- 49:05This
- 49:06is within the last ten years,
- 49:08and the guy's going, he can't have stolen the gold.
- 49:12We have the warehouse
- 49:15receipts
- 49:16Unknown: warehouse
- 49:17receipts.
- 49:23Yeah. So
- 49:26a
- 49:27when you have a a warehouse receipt,
- 49:31what that's also telling you is that it's not fungible.
- 49:34It it can't be interchanged.
- 49:37It can't be interchanged
- 49:38with
- 49:41the other other like items. Correct. It it is what it is.
- 49:46And so that's
- 49:48I I hope I can make this clear to give you an example of the opposite of that.
- 49:53Your currency
- 49:54is fungible.
- 49:55So your your paper dollars or your your your your coinage,
- 50:00it's all fungible because because one one is has no more
- 50:04legal tender value than any other one. They're all interchangeable.
- 50:09And so
- 50:11the warehouse receipt
- 50:13designates,
- 50:13in this case, a birth certificate saying that we're not interchangeable. Now you might be property
- 50:19legally, but you're not interchangeable.
- 50:21You're you're unique.
- 50:24And that number identifies you as being unique.
- 50:28Unknown: Okay. So the warehouse
- 50:30receipt is a contract,
- 50:33and if there's fraud involved
- 50:35and the good was falsely put in the warehouse, the warehouse receipt was drawn off of,
- 50:41then the warehouse receipt is null and void.
- 50:46Yeah.
- 50:55Unknown: So
- 50:56I I basically agree with everything that's being said.
- 51:02The
- 51:03the the point the point where we we we seem to be encountering
- 51:08some interference and some rub is
- 51:11when we have people that don't even have
- 51:15certificate and
- 51:17they're they're being
- 51:20oppressed into
- 51:21municipal jurisdiction.
- 51:24And
- 51:25so there there was never even a warehouse receipt created on
- 51:30some on somebody I know.
- 51:32And
- 51:33and they they still have been
- 51:36Shanghai depressed
- 51:38impressed
- 51:40into
- 51:42what can only be described as tyranny and oppression.
- 51:45Well And
- 51:48Unknown: You're talking about my old friend, Tom, and and my godson,
- 51:52Josh. Okay?
- 51:53And and I've known them for a long time, and I've known just about everything Tom has been through in the last thirty years almost,
- 52:01and I'm gonna say and make a statement
- 52:04that his
- 52:05particular situation, to bring that up and apply it to everybody
- 52:10may not be applicable
- 52:12like bringing Chris's passport application
- 52:16up and saying that everybody's gonna have the same situation with their passport application.
- 52:24Unknown: I had an epiphany.
- 52:28Unknown: God, was it painful?
- 52:29It
- 52:31Unknown: it just about.
- 52:33When I had been conversing with someone last night about the
- 52:38deceit the
- 52:40deceitious word Shanghai,
- 52:42Jihad,
- 52:45I e d,
- 52:46is an improvised
- 52:49exploitative
- 52:50device.
- 52:53Unknown: So go you broke up a little bit on the front end of that. Make the statement again from the start, Chris, if you would. Sure. Try again.
- 53:01Unknown: Yeah. Well, I said that the word term Shanghai
- 53:05that Daryl had used, I'd used last night explaining to someone how our words have been twisted,
- 53:11and they push the characters together to create confusion.
- 53:15And it's actually,
- 53:18the ancient ancient Hebrew,
- 53:20not Chinese whatsoever.
- 53:22And when he said the shanghide,
- 53:25that I e d at the end
- 53:27caused me to think
- 53:29that that's an improvised
- 53:31exploitative
- 53:33device is what this claim jumping of the name, the hijacking of the live flesh and bone and
- 53:40man or woman that's born in from the
- 53:44mourns of the woman and the man's assimilation
- 53:47and the creator's spirit provision into
- 53:50is truly human trafficking. It's felony, criminal conversion
- 53:53Unknown: of a live human into a fungible asset. It's slavery. It's good god, man. It's mass slavery.
- 54:03Unknown: Well, you know, Trump,
- 54:05here here I go saying Trump. Well, he signed this, executive order here recently that most people listening to this are aware of
- 54:14about,
- 54:15human trafficking
- 54:17and
- 54:18financial crimes
- 54:20and
- 54:21and confiscation of property
- 54:24for people who have
- 54:26been involved or perpetrated that.
- 54:29And
- 54:30I I found it somewhat ironic that
- 54:33the
- 54:34organization that he's the principal resident of
- 54:38is
- 54:40probably
- 54:41more guilty of that than any other entity on the planet. Yep.
- 54:47And
- 54:48it's
- 54:49it so that's that's that's human bond trafficking.
- 54:53And
- 54:55it it has the same effect as to whether or not
- 55:00you're you're put in put in chains.
- 55:05So
- 55:06I I mean, I I just I don't know,
- 55:08you know, what the outcome of that executive order is gonna be or how they're gonna apply it, but it was done for a purpose.
- 55:16I
- 55:17I'm reluctant to think that it was done for a purpose that we'll appreciate,
- 55:22Unknown: but I I could be wrong on that going forward. We'll see how it plays out, man. I mean, you know, I just I know we've got a core answer,
- 55:31and I know we got something of great substance here, and we've got a number of people that have adhered to it, a number of you like Daryl and Brian and Chris that have incorporated
- 55:41it into your day to day lives,
- 55:43okay, and we're doing the right thing and we got the right message.
- 55:47All we got to do is wait for the rest of the populace
- 55:51to get to a point where they're open to listen or else they're
- 55:56positively
- 55:57looking for answers, and we've had a couple of those lately. Our new guy Rob from Ohio,
- 56:02he was out looking for answers. Thomas Thomas Maddox and his bunch out of Texas, they were looking for answers.
- 56:09And there's gonna be more and more of that. K?
- 56:14Unknown: Yeah.
- 56:15Well, I mean,
- 56:18I I'm always looking for the practical things to do because I'm
- 56:22I I I like to think I'm a practical kinda guy. And
- 56:27so if anybody listening to this
- 56:30has not and and you wanna do something,
- 56:34re resend your voter
- 56:37application.
- 56:38Okay? Your your voter card.
- 56:40Get get get out of the voting system.
- 56:43Okay?
- 56:44Absolutely get out of that. Okay? That's easy.
- 56:47You know? I mean, that's just a start, and and the only thing that's gonna happen to you is is good things.
- 56:54Alright?
- 56:55And and that is a another point of rebuttal.
- 56:59Okay? They they can't they can't identify you.
- 57:05So
- 57:06it would be interesting to me that people, if they file the affidavit,
- 57:10okay, that would be a test. You know? They filed the affidavit, but they're called for jury duty because they they registered to vote.
- 57:18And you say, well, no. I don't have to. Now are the guys gonna show up with guns? And or he'll
- 57:24fine you, you know, or
- 57:27petition you to come in anyway.
- 57:31But you you don't wanna you don't wanna be voting. I I I had this conversation this weekend. I said, well, I I I don't vote, and I don't pay taxes. Taxes. And and the question was, well, why? Why don't you vote? And I said, well, I don't willingly
- 57:43knowingly participate in fraud.
- 57:45And I don't pay taxes because I don't willingly contribute to a criminal crime organization.
- 57:51Okay? Now if you want to, if you wanna be involved in fraud and contribute to a crime
- 57:57syndicate,
- 57:58you know, you want you're free to do that. But
- 58:01I I personally think it's hypocrisy
- 58:05to do that, and that's
- 58:09of course, I have a lot of family and friends that still do it, but
- 58:13and I love them dearly.
- 58:15Unknown: But that's just my position. And they do it voluntarily,
- 58:18and you voluntarily choose not to.
- 58:21Unknown: You know, Darrel and Yeah. It
- 58:25Unknown: makes more sense if you consider that you're giving them your proxy vote whenever you vote.
- 58:32And that is a very familiar con for most stockholders,
- 58:36but most Americans don't realize when they sign up to vote, breaking the law, voting for people they don't have any lawful authority
- 58:43to vote for.
- 58:44They are giving their proxy vote by castly admitting they're criminals or not sophisticated or ignorant and voting for these criminals as you wisely
- 58:54observe them and this professional cabal
- 58:57of deceivers of the great deceiver
- 58:59himself.
- 59:01Unknown: When the more you participate in the system, the more you're involved in their system.
- 59:09Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. So you I mean, you have
- 59:13I mean, I I don't want to berate anybody.
- 59:17Find that doesn't work too good but
- 59:19the here's here's some facts.
- 59:23You can you can everybody can look at themselves and say you know you're one of these three things you're either compliant complacent, or complicit.
- 59:32And then just say, well, which one am I?
- 59:36And and I I
- 59:39I to that conclusion a long time ago. I said, well, I'm,
- 59:43you know, I'm I'm one of these, and in some cases, I'm more than one of those.
- 59:47And
- 59:49so
- 59:50I had to I I was looking for the door out because I I can't stand
- 59:56hypocrisy, and hypocrisy is just another form of lying,
- 59:59and hypocrites are lying to themselves.
- 1:00:02And and I I hate a liar.
- 1:00:05And
- 1:00:07and so I I was ashamed of myself and
- 1:00:12because I I I
- 1:00:15I was using situational ethics.
- 1:00:18And when you're dealing with somebody who espouses situational ethics, you're dealing with a known liar. Yep.
- 1:00:23That might be you.
- 1:00:25You it might be yourself to yourself.
- 1:00:28And
- 1:00:30so
- 1:00:31I
- 1:00:33I mean I mean, that's that's sort of the personal side of what motivates, drives me to,
- 1:00:39as Brent would say, find the gumption to exercise your will.
- 1:00:43And, you you know, you have to have a willer.
- 1:00:47And,
- 1:00:49you know, I I just wanna say I've I live a very
- 1:00:53independent
- 1:00:54sort of way,
- 1:00:56and I've never been happier in my life. Nobody bothers me.
- 1:01:00Of course, I don't bother anybody else.
- 1:01:03And so,
- 1:01:05of course, I don't I don't go for their bet I don't look for their benefits either.
- 1:01:10And
- 1:01:11so, you know, for the you know, I
- 1:01:14I'm just stating openly that
- 1:01:17I've had nothing but good outcomes for what I've done and how I do it. So
- 1:01:23I hope that encourages people.
- 1:01:26I
- 1:01:27Unknown: would guess,
- 1:01:28Daryl, most of listeners on here,
- 1:01:32that you're probably
- 1:01:34do not consent, will not comply, and I will not stop resisting evil until I'm in the ground.
- 1:01:42Unknown: That's that's exactly right. I I
- 1:01:46I
- 1:01:48I can't say that any more forcefully than than you just did. And and
- 1:01:54then I I do
- 1:01:55I make decisions where I don't re encumber myself
- 1:01:59and
- 1:02:02and and so then he has to start living different. Okay?
- 1:02:06And that might mean you lose some friends or that might mean that you you you have different activities.
- 1:02:11You know, I
- 1:02:13I really enjoy flying airplanes,
- 1:02:15and I did it professionally for a long time. And I really can't go back into doing that
- 1:02:22and not re encumber myself.
- 1:02:24And
- 1:02:26so I I don't do it.
- 1:02:29Okay. I
- 1:02:30I I I I conduct a form of trade and and exchange
- 1:02:37in how I support myself
- 1:02:40that is
- 1:02:42not
- 1:02:44a corporation.
- 1:02:46So I have to get out of being a corporation.
- 1:02:49Right?
- 1:02:50And it's these little things. So when I got rid of being a corporation,
- 1:02:55being identified as the administrator,
- 1:02:58the trustee of that corporation,
- 1:03:01guess what they did?
- 1:03:03They stopped sending me
- 1:03:06invoices in the mail for taxes
- 1:03:10because I wasn't a corporation.
- 1:03:14So,
- 1:03:16you know, I'm I'm just giving you some practical practical experience
- 1:03:20where,
- 1:03:21you know, some people's lives are very messed up and busy and complicated and
- 1:03:27mine isn't.
- 1:03:29And
- 1:03:30I I don't want to have anything to do with these people.
- 1:03:34I I
- 1:03:35really
- 1:03:37and and and and our our our brother Chris here is doing his very best to get
- 1:03:44disengaged from him.
- 1:03:47Would you say that's correct, Chris?
- 1:03:50Unknown: Here here.
- 1:03:51Can put
- 1:03:54Unknown: Okay. Chris, you have a Yeah.
- 1:03:56You joined us and we were in a lively discussion. So yes, you may. Yes.
- 1:04:02Unknown: Yes, I put my affidavit through
- 1:04:05I sent a copy to the president Donald Trump for other purposes.
- 1:04:11But, yes, he does have it on file.
- 1:04:13I doubt that the
- 1:04:16the military
- 1:04:18complex would allow
- 1:04:19him to, like, look into it further, but I'm not sure. But he does have it on Well, Shane, it doesn't he ain't the lord of the manor.
- 1:04:28Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:04:29He's a figurehead. The lord of the manor
- 1:04:32is a guy that's involved with the bankruptcy
- 1:04:36and putting this system into place, and that has been designated
- 1:04:40even before that event by more from the founding of our country, as far as I can tell
- 1:04:46by the Secretary of State,
- 1:04:49and that's the guy you've got to go through. Now, Darrell, earlier you mentioned Tom.
- 1:04:54You see here, Tom continues
- 1:04:56to try and you said his municipal
- 1:04:59involvements,
- 1:05:00right?
- 1:05:03Yeah. And that's where he's having Well, actually Joshua's.
- 1:05:06Yeah, Joshua's. Tom's fighting
- 1:05:09the good fight for him, but you see what Tom has not and refuses to do is to take the case instead of prosecuting
- 1:05:16it there at the municipal level in state offices that aren't manned by anybody anymore,
- 1:05:23should go to the International
- 1:05:25Court of Claims
- 1:05:28it there, but he won't do that. I think he'd find some remedy and relief there, but he won't do it.
- 1:05:35Well,
- 1:05:37Unknown: I mean,
- 1:05:38it it's yet to be seen. He
- 1:05:40he
- 1:05:42he's
- 1:05:43he's
- 1:05:44valiantly
- 1:05:45and
- 1:05:49done everything else. So
- 1:05:51I
- 1:05:52I I wouldn't be I wouldn't be surprised to see that that come about either. Well, I think it I think you'll find some relief there,
- 1:06:00Unknown: and I think you'll find that what he did is what a lot of our people do, and this isn't singling out Tom,
- 1:06:06because a lot of us have done it, and that's we beat our head against the wall
- 1:06:10simply because it feels so damn good when you stop.
- 1:06:16Unknown: Well, the point
- 1:06:20I would make concerning Joshua
- 1:06:23is that
- 1:06:25regardless of, you know, whether
- 1:06:27I know him or you know him or whatever,
- 1:06:30if we just look at the facts,
- 1:06:33which are
- 1:06:34this
- 1:06:36young man
- 1:06:38child who is now a young man,
- 1:06:42never even had a warehouse receipt. Correct. Never even had a birth certificate. Correct.
- 1:06:47They did they did
- 1:06:50everything
- 1:06:51they could
- 1:06:53to coerce,
- 1:06:54compel,
- 1:06:56extort,
- 1:06:59him
- 1:07:02into
- 1:07:03consenting
- 1:07:04to be
- 1:07:06in their that person. Okay. That's right. Important. And even
- 1:07:10even without
- 1:07:12even without, he ever
- 1:07:14Unknown: he didn't even have a birth certificate to rebut. Okay. That's right. But you see, that's what I keep telling you guys. The birth certificate's
- 1:07:21not the nexus.
- 1:07:23The nexus is the system that you're born into.
- 1:07:27Certificate represents it as a warehouse receipt.
- 1:07:29They had proof that he was born. He got born picked up on the census.
- 1:07:34I lived right out there by him at the same time. The presumption is still there even though the birth certificate's
- 1:07:41missing.
- 1:07:42Yeah.
- 1:07:46Unknown: They
- 1:07:50play pretty dirty. Yep. And And see, Joshua's situation
- 1:07:55Unknown: is the perfect situation to expose what the system really is,
- 1:08:00and I think that's why they're dragging their feet.
- 1:08:04Yeah.
- 1:08:07Unknown: I mean,
- 1:08:09of course, I I have to
- 1:08:11I I have to,
- 1:08:14you know, take into consideration. And I have
- 1:08:18very
- 1:08:19close,
- 1:08:20strong feelings for for Tommy and Joshua because I I've known both personally.
- 1:08:25And
- 1:08:28but when I just look at the facts,
- 1:08:33they
- 1:08:34in this particular case,
- 1:08:36and it might be because of that very fact,
- 1:08:43have been you know very unwilling
- 1:08:46acknowledge.
- 1:08:50And if they actually they've escalated
- 1:08:52what's the word I'm looking for? They have
- 1:08:57oh, you know, when somebody doubles down,
- 1:09:01they they they they just keep going in deeper and deeper and deeper
- 1:09:06and like it's personal. Yeah. Well, you know, there's an I think it is I think it is with that with that with that lady judge over there in
- 1:09:17in
- 1:09:17Georgia County.
- 1:09:19She's she's taken this as a
- 1:09:22Unknown: sort of personal. Yeah. Yeah. Well, that, you know, and but you gotta you gotta go above her. Okay? And that's you gotta sever this at the top, and if you can't get any cooperation at the top, the top's so you're gonna have to fight,
- 1:09:35alright? And until Tom decides to do that, I don't think his situation's gonna improve, and I hate to say that,
- 1:09:41but I think that's the real We fact of the have somebody join us on a phone number here, 260.
- 1:09:49Who's calling from 260 area code and wants to have a little conversation?
- 1:09:55Roger, Yes. Are you
- 1:09:57Unknown: Okay. This
- 1:09:59is Ted from Indiana. It's been a while since I've called and talked to you.
- 1:10:04I don't know if you remember or not. But, anyway, I I the reason I called the first a time ago was because of this thing I have with the sewer district.
- 1:10:13Unknown: Oh, I think I remember that. Yeah. I do.
- 1:10:16Unknown: Okay. Well, it's still ongoing.
- 1:10:19Okay?
- 1:10:20But it's kinda got ramped up some. What
- 1:10:23they're doing is they're trying
- 1:10:26over a period of one year, they've taken all these monthly
- 1:10:30statements that I'm supposed to pay them,
- 1:10:33and they've lumped it all together and filed a lien against the land or the property.
- 1:10:41And they've done it through another corporation,
- 1:10:44so a city utilities.
- 1:10:47Yep.
- 1:10:48See, the sewer district has filed this lien
- 1:10:51through another corporation called city utilities, which is here in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
- 1:10:57And what I've got an I've got the ammunition I need to fight this thing. But what I'm looking to do is what kind of a legal
- 1:11:04document or whatever can I file in the court
- 1:11:07Unknown: to to challenge them on this? Have you had do you have an affidavit on file with the secretary of state already, Ted? Oh, yes. When when did you do that again?
- 1:11:18Unknown: Well, that was about four years ago, I think. Okay.
- 1:11:21Unknown: So that was filed before the commencement of this trying to force you into sewer payments. Oh, yeah.
- 1:11:29They're trying to force you onto city sewer and you've got a septic tank and don't wanna pay. Is that the
- 1:11:36Unknown: Well,
- 1:11:37it's a county thing, Okay? I'm not a part of the city. I'm outside the city limits. I'm in the county.
- 1:11:43But they've attached this lien and they've done it through a city utilities.
- 1:11:48They haven't done it themselves.
- 1:11:50They've gone to another corporation.
- 1:11:53Unknown: Well, if you're not in the if you're not in the city, how can the city attach a lien to you?
- 1:12:00Unknown: Well, that's a good question. I don't I don't understand that.
- 1:12:04Unknown: Well, that's the that's the first that's the first point I'd concentrate on right there.
- 1:12:11Jurisdiction. Couple of Jurisdiction.
- 1:12:13Unknown: Go ahead, Chris. Yeah. Well, you're talking about jurisdiction.
- 1:12:18That's challenging jurisdiction.
- 1:12:20That's the one thing. The other thing is that the other entity they transferred to is attempting to act as a debt collector. That falls under Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, title 15 USC c nine two at sec requiring
- 1:12:34them to validate the debt and how they got protectual
- 1:12:38hypothecated
- 1:12:39Unknown: authority over property that doesn't lie within the city would be a critical thing that you want them to delineate with specificity, I would expect. Ted, I would imagine you're gonna to find you an attorney to deal with this, and, you know, we don't give legal advice here, obviously, even though the laws against that don't apply to us, and they couldn't apply them anyway.
- 1:12:58But
- 1:13:00I think, you know, with the intricacies of this,
- 1:13:03you're just gonna have to talk to somebody that's skilled in this.
- 1:13:08Unknown: I I understand that. And that's why I was thinking that maybe I should go down to we've got a pretty good law lair law library here in town,
- 1:13:17And maybe I could go down there and get some help so that I can file,
- 1:13:21you know, myself,
- 1:13:23but I have to do it properly.
- 1:13:25Unknown: Let
- 1:13:26me tell you where all of our people have you ever filed a lawsuit before, Ted?
- 1:13:30No.
- 1:13:32Man, you don't know the procedural
- 1:13:34nightmares that are involved in this. Chris, tell him.
- 1:13:40Unknown: Well, the best thing is to stay out of court because they're not to your advantage. The city as a subcorp and they hire the judges and the attorneys for the prosecution,
- 1:13:50you would be going into their courts. And the county's probably in cahoots with them because they're the principal court,
- 1:13:56the incorporation
- 1:13:57leader.
- 1:13:59Really,
- 1:14:01if you can do that debt validation
- 1:14:03letter, demand for debt validation, that's pursuant to that
- 1:14:07fair debt collection practices act I was citing.
- 1:14:10There are some really good resources online.
- 1:14:13In fact, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau,
- 1:14:18it's been relabeled. I don't remember. Maybe it's the financial protection.
- 1:14:22They've rechanged the name just recently.
- 1:14:25And it
- 1:14:27has some templates online.
- 1:14:29There's a Dale
- 1:14:32let's see if I can remember his name.
- 1:14:34The American Bar Association
- 1:14:36Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. If you search that out, you'll find about a 45
- 1:14:41page treatise from
- 1:14:43Dale something. I can't remember his name right now. I apologize.
- 1:14:46Unknown: It's very powerful. ADA and That Fair Debt Collection Act is very powerful, Ted. What I would also suggest
- 1:14:54is that you go and try and find the blanket law that they're trying to bring you in under this, under,
- 1:15:01and see if it isn't written for persons.
- 1:15:04See what persons it's written for because if you filed that affidavit already four years ago, bringing that out and challenging that might get you out of it too.
- 1:15:15Unknown: Might. Might. I don't know. Yeah. Yeah. Right. Right. Right. Right. Roger? Yes. Roger.
- 1:15:20Roger.
- 1:15:21Yes. I I had a question for I have a question for Ted.
- 1:15:25Yes. Ted, when
- 1:15:27when you
- 1:15:28get some
- 1:15:30postal
- 1:15:31correspondence
- 1:15:32from these people,
- 1:15:34Unknown: how are they spelling your name? Well, that's another thing. See, they're filed. They're duly using all capital letters. There's
- 1:15:41Unknown: the presumption. Okay. Good. There's the presumption. That's that's Well, yeah. Yeah. Because That's that's good, Ted. So so alright.
- 1:15:48So
- 1:15:49did did you did you open that? Did you open the correspondence?
- 1:15:53Unknown: Yes.
- 1:15:55Okay. So why were you opening somebody else's mail? Well, that yes. That's that well, that's one of the things I'm gonna I'm gonna I wanted to do to find something, see, with the with the measures bring out all the so That's one of my points. Yes.
- 1:16:09Unknown: I have. So so when you get when you get a I'm sorry, Chris. When you get a when you get a a piece of postal correspondence
- 1:16:18like that and it's addressed to somebody that's not you, okay,
- 1:16:22then you should turn that you should turn that letter
- 1:16:26on its side at 45 degrees in a black felt tip marketer say, address the unknown, return to sender.
- 1:16:33And because that ain't you. And it's a federal crime to open up somebody else's mail. And
- 1:16:40I've actually done this on a couple of occasions,
- 1:16:43and it worked like a charm.
- 1:16:46Unknown: Okay. Okay. Yes. Well, see, I've always debated on whether or not to open these things, but I wouldn't know about these things unless I opened it up.
- 1:16:55Unknown: Don't open I up
- 1:16:56Unknown: don't open up their monthly statements. See, they send me a monthly statement every month saying I owe this. Well, I don't open those, but I got a letter from a lawyer.
- 1:17:05And and that's opened up because I had to know what was going on.
- 1:17:10Unknown: And that was the letter of them telling you that Yes. A lane
- 1:17:15Unknown: I've gotten that one.
- 1:17:18Unknown: I have that name complete now if you like. Okay. Okay.
- 1:17:22Unknown: Dale
- 1:17:24Unknown: W
- 1:17:25Pittman,
- 1:17:26p I p t m a n.
- 1:17:28Okay. Procational Council PC,
- 1:17:32the Eliza Spotswood House. We've also got a couple other locations.
- 1:17:36Myfairdebt.com.
- 1:17:39Apparently,
- 1:17:40is his website.
- 1:17:42My And that's on the fairdebtmypractices
- 1:17:45at. Myfairdebt.com.dotcom.dotcom.
- 1:17:52Yes. And it's a it's a really wonderful treatise. You'll wanna look on especially pages
- 1:17:57eight through 11 and then go over to page 43,
- 1:18:01four, five, and six.
- 1:18:03And you'll find that attorneys are particularly
- 1:18:06egregious violators of fair debt collection practices act because they have no relation with the people they're trying to collect from.
- 1:18:13There's some other case law that speaks to that in particular.
- 1:18:17But attorneys or representatives, they have no first party competent knowledge to the validity of the alleged debt that they're trying to collect, and they've been hired as a representative agent to collect as a debt collector.
- 1:18:29And so they have a diminished capacity of representation in your situation.
- 1:18:35Unknown: Well, Ted, there's two approaches for you. Go
- 1:18:38go after the fair debt and do a little research on that and start researching into the top down jurisdiction that they're coming at you under.
- 1:18:47Unknown: Okay. Well, see Yeah. I did mention this, and we'll be done here in just a minute, but see, I got my recent
- 1:18:53my property property tax tax bill. Bill. Of Of course, course, I I still still have have a a mortgage mortgage on on the the house.
- 1:18:57But they they in that, they've added
- 1:19:01this lien
- 1:19:02onto my property taxes.
- 1:19:09Unknown: Well, if you got a mortgage,
- 1:19:11you can't get your house off the property rolls.
- 1:19:15Unknown: I understand that. Yes. I do understand that. But they've added this lien onto
- 1:19:21Unknown: my spring statement. Well, you're gonna have to go back and fight the lien and get it removed if you can.
- 1:19:27I you know, the jurisdictional
- 1:19:29approach in trying to find out how they're coming at you, what what that law is written for and challenge in that jurisdiction would be something I think that would be very I think time spent on that endeavor might pay off for you.
- 1:19:44Easier than going to court and any of that crap, but
- 1:19:48my suggestion, and I'm not proficient super proficient in this, would be to attack the Debt Collection Act and to go and look for the overall jurisdictional nexus and link.
- 1:20:00Unknown: Okay.
- 1:20:02Alright. Well, I will, I'll get back with you and let you know how this is going. Okay. Yeah, please do Ted. Keep us informed Yeah, and
- 1:20:10Unknown: Ted? Yeah, go ahead. Daryl wants to say something to you. Yeah, want Yeah,
- 1:20:16Unknown: Ted Ted, listen up here.
- 1:20:20So an another way to approach this too is that if this is going through a debt collection agency,
- 1:20:28a re representation,
- 1:20:30you have to ask them for the original bill.
- 1:20:34Okay? Now if they're sending you invoices,
- 1:20:37those aren't the original bills.
- 1:20:39And they have to send you you ask them that
- 1:20:42because unless they can present to you
- 1:20:45the original bill,
- 1:20:49they don't they don't have a real claim.
- 1:20:51Okay? And so when they give you the bill, you ask them if they did present you a bill, you'd ask them, well, how do you want me to pay that? Because if they're asking you to pay that
- 1:21:01if they're asking you to pay this, you can't pay
- 1:21:05with the with Federal Reserve notes. You can only discharge.
- 1:21:09And so then you attack that.
- 1:21:11You attack their the presumption that you can pay anything.
- 1:21:15You you say, well, do do you want me you know? So they're using they're you're using conflating terms.
- 1:21:21You can't pay it. You can only discharge it.
- 1:21:24And so you ask them if how you want how you want to them to pay. If you wanna pay that, you want me to pay you in gold or silver,
- 1:21:32you know, or what what was it you wanted me to pay you with? Okay. Otherwise, it's just a discharge.
- 1:21:38Alright. So, I mean,
- 1:21:43I've had I've had actually really good success with this and
- 1:21:47from particularly if they're going through a third party with a bill collector like that. So Yeah. That's what I can tell you what they're doing.
- 1:21:56And if you go to another website,
- 1:21:59it's actually a UK based website, but this is all UCC feudal system. Okay. What you're experiencing right now is the feudal system.
- 1:22:08This is a primary example of of a feudal system
- 1:22:12and
- 1:22:14event.
- 1:22:15And if you go to a website called
- 1:22:17Get Out Of Free
- 1:22:19Get Out Of sorry. Get Out Of Debt Free.
- 1:22:22Just spell it like that. Put it in your search engine.
- 1:22:25Get out of debt free and read what these guys have been doing in The UK and around
- 1:22:32the Western world for the last about eight years now. They've had great success.
- 1:22:38Unknown: Great success. Okay. So Okay. Alright. Yeah. Okay. And I and also that thing about the person is saying, yeah, that that's another thing too.
- 1:22:46You know, sending it to the wrong person.
- 1:22:49Okay. Alright.
- 1:22:51Okay. You give me you give me some ammunition to go with. So yeah. Okay. Alright. Alright. Well, hey. It's been good talking to you, Alright.
- 1:22:59Unknown: Ted, before you run off here,
- 1:23:01John has sent a message, and it says, tell him to get Marshall,
- 1:23:06M A R S H A L L,
- 1:23:11Schroeder,
- 1:23:12S C H R O E D E R. Marshall
- 1:23:17Schroeder
- 1:23:18evidently has a book
- 1:23:20on debt collection. He said everything's in there that you need to know.
- 1:23:25Unknown: Oh, okay. But what is there a name of the book? No. All I know is the author, Marshall Schroeder.
- 1:23:33Unknown: Okay. So I think I could get that online maybe. I put his search his name in a search engine to see what came up. Okay.
- 1:23:40Unknown: Okay. Okay. Good. Alright. Okay. Well, I'm a let you guys go. Thanks a lot. Alright. You've given me a lot to go on. Okay, Ted. I appreciate, and I will definitely let you know how this ends up turning out. Alright. Well, you know, listen. As as as we all are learning freedom isn't free.
- 1:23:57No. It sure isn't. No. No.
- 1:24:00Okay. Alright. You guys have a good day, and I appreciate
- 1:24:03Unknown: Eagwow. Back at you. Thanks for checking in. Glad you're out there.
- 1:24:07Alright. Anybody wanna take this anywhere else here? We got a little over half hour or so to go.
- 1:24:15Unknown: We could probably talk a little bit about the
- 1:24:19so called bombings in Sri Lanka. Not that they didn't occur, but being that the globalist
- 1:24:25perpetrate
- 1:24:26this stuff
- 1:24:28and are trying to give the pretext that it was Muslims
- 1:24:32or somebody else.
- 1:24:34Flaming the blame on the intent victim is something they're pretty, artful about, and I suspect it's the usual suspects.
- 1:24:41And, they did have several weeks prior intel notice that this coming, and yet they did nothing,
- 1:24:48which tells you they wanted it to hap allowed it to happen and able it to happen, and therefore, they could not have potentially
- 1:24:56claimed that they didn't know what they didn't know.
- 1:24:59Unknown: Here's a headline that says zero hedge while we've been on the air,
- 1:25:04and it's part of the sorrow
- 1:25:07of this incident.
- 1:25:09Denmark's richest
- 1:25:10man
- 1:25:11lost three children in those bombings.
- 1:25:18Unknown: Yeah. Well, I I wanna know where Timothy McVeigh is when this happened.
- 1:25:22Where was Timothy McVeigh? What
- 1:25:25are you talking about?
- 1:25:27Unknown: It's
- 1:25:28Yeah. It's getting to the point of being sickening and repulsive.
- 1:25:32Obama and Hillary Clinton evidently both tweeted something about it, and they just used the term Easter worshippers or something, they won't even use the word Christian,
- 1:25:43and
- 1:25:45don't forget that just with the Notre Dame incident last week, what was it? There was eight
- 1:25:51seventy five church desecrations in the last year in France.
- 1:25:56875?
- 1:26:00Unknown: Well, here's a here's a quinky dink for you. I mean I mean, what are the what are the odds that this would happen? So
- 1:26:07during the New Zealand shooting here
- 1:26:09three or four weeks ago,
- 1:26:12the the day before
- 1:26:14and leading up to it, John Podesta was in New Zealand. Right. And then
- 1:26:21what was it?
- 1:26:22During the Notre Dame Notre Dame fire,
- 1:26:28Michelle Obama
- 1:26:30was in
- 1:26:32Notre Dame and watched she was on the river, and she watched it. Right.
- 1:26:36And
- 1:26:38then what was the other one? This
- 1:26:42this lady
- 1:26:44in Ireland,
- 1:26:46this so called reporter
- 1:26:48correspondent
- 1:26:49was shot
- 1:26:50and killed.
- 1:26:52And
- 1:26:53guess who was in Ireland?
- 1:26:56None other than Hillary Clinton. I mean I mean, what a what a coincidence.
- 1:27:00I'm just these coincidences are just amazing to me.
- 1:27:06Unknown: The world the world the world is in a mill of a Hess,
- 1:27:11and I believe honestly there's not too many refuges for sanity,
- 1:27:17but I really truly believe we've got one here because at least we can explain it.
- 1:27:22These other people don't really understand
- 1:27:25the gravity and the severity and the overreach of what's going on.
- 1:27:33Unknown: Well, I mean I mean, you know, since since
- 1:27:36the Murrow Farrell Building was blown up
- 1:27:40and
- 1:27:42Waco
- 1:27:43and
- 1:27:44911
- 1:27:46and
- 1:27:47so on and so forth and yada yada yada, none of these things ever get reconciled.
- 1:27:53Nobody's ever brought to justice. They just keep doing it. Okay?
- 1:27:57And
- 1:27:59so, I mean,
- 1:28:01this is this is why we have to
- 1:28:04dig in at some point and say no more. Yep. Because it will just continue to
- 1:28:10it's it's, you know, it's it's self licking ice cream cone. You know? It just keeps on
- 1:28:14it just keeps on going on. They just keep on doing it. You know? It I guess you could say it even started,
- 1:28:21you know, another good example was the 1993,
- 1:28:25bombing of,
- 1:28:26the FBI bombing of the, World Trade Center. Right. The first one. So,
- 1:28:32yeah. And and, you know, there's there's there's volumes of evidence that demonstrate
- 1:28:39and and can be foited that
- 1:28:42and have been that, you know, reveal that they were part of a
- 1:28:50a setup
- 1:28:51in
- 1:28:53in that original bombing. And I believe that was '93, wasn't it? Yeah. So I it it just I I mean, at what point at what point does Brian Williams
- 1:29:03and the people that listen to him,
- 1:29:06you know, stop
- 1:29:08I I don't know. I don't know what it's gonna take. Is it does it take a,
- 1:29:13something happening here, like, that's even bigger? You know? I mean You know, it's interesting Third World War, would that cause a of those accident?
- 1:29:21Unknown: Of those incidents you mentioned, the first bombing
- 1:29:24and then the other one that comes to mind is Waco.
- 1:29:27And those two the I went to Las Vegas two times
- 1:29:31to be at John and Glenn functions out there,
- 1:29:35and the first time when I was flying back was when they did the bombing in New York on the first time, and the second time was Waco.
- 1:29:43Okay, so both times I went to Las Vegas to deal with some kind of a symposium or seminar with them, those tragedies happened on the way back to Atlanta,
- 1:29:51and it would really I remember both times I'm going, Holy smokes!
- 1:29:56Let's see, what has John got to say here?
- 1:29:59Unknown: How can we What was that? English
- 1:30:01Oxford
- 1:30:03Dictionary, what was terrorism?
- 1:30:05Unknown: Intimidation
- 1:30:07by government. Listen, here for Ted. Ted, if you're still listening, and I think you probably are,
- 1:30:12the name of that book, by Marshall Schroeder,
- 1:30:15is How to Defeat Any Debt Collector.
- 1:30:20How to Defeat Any
- 1:30:22Debt Collector
- 1:30:23by Marshall
- 1:30:25Schroeder,
- 1:30:26s c h r o e
- 1:30:29d e r.
- 1:30:31Thank you, John. To Darrell,
- 1:30:34Unknown: it is problematic at the very least
- 1:30:38whenever
- 1:30:39the Invest ligators
- 1:30:41or the perpetrators,
- 1:30:43they don't seem to find their posterior
- 1:30:46or a hole in the ground with both hands
- 1:30:49because they are conflicted as they know who did it. And if you don't wanna find the perpetrators,
- 1:30:54you would spend all kinds of money going through all kinds of
- 1:30:58stage acting to give the illusion that you're investigating
- 1:31:02whenever you find somebody like the Russian hoax and blame blame the blame on the victim that you wanted to put it on in the first place. I was gonna say That's exactly blindspeak. I was gonna say, can we all say collectively collectively Robert Robert Mueller? Mueller?
- 1:31:16Mueller. Well,
- 1:31:18Unknown: yeah.
- 1:31:19Yeah. I I mean, you know, so that's that's a that's an example in the investigatory
- 1:31:25world or the intelligence world, but then you have you have the judges and the judiciary and the justice sis the injustice system being the perpetrators and and who's gonna hold them accountable. So, I mean, this is why this is why I don't vote, and this is why I don't pay their taxes because it's fraud,
- 1:31:44and you and and taxes are donating to a criminal
- 1:31:48crime syndicate.
- 1:31:50You know? I I mean,
- 1:31:53you know, even if you're not even if you're not a Christian
- 1:31:57or or identify yourself as our the Lord and savior, Yeshua, you know,
- 1:32:02of that,
- 1:32:03at least have some morals. If you don't have any virtue or righteousness, at least have some morals.
- 1:32:12Unknown: Anyway Well, that's part of, you know, what this information does to people, Darryl, is it shows you there's a path that is a righteous one compared to the one you've been walking most of your life, and as you start to get this information in and get empowered,
- 1:32:28and your life starts to go down there because now you've got a conscious decision. Before you could slough it off, now you've got a conscious decision if you're going to adhere to these principles that you've decided to take on,
- 1:32:41and over
- 1:32:43time many of your life's problems will straighten out. They won't all straighten out life's problems and
- 1:32:50challenges,
- 1:32:51but it'll
- 1:32:53sure give you a clear line of demarcation
- 1:32:56on how to
- 1:32:58act on yourself and with others, doesn't it?
- 1:33:03Unknown: Well, yeah. I mean, I I'm I've been accused of being judgmental and I embrace that.
- 1:33:09And my response to being accused with the accusation of being called judg mental
- 1:33:14is that what's the point of knowing anything if you're not gonna use judgment?
- 1:33:18Okay. So yeah. I mean, so
- 1:33:21I I mean, listen.
- 1:33:22The charge against someone of being judgmental is typically invoked as a lame personal defense for not knowing anything
- 1:33:30relevant.
- 1:33:31You know? That's that's just somebody's you know, we used to call that a cop out.
- 1:33:36Alright. Now you know an act. I'm an act. That's why that's
- 1:33:41why that's why a lot of people that's why a lot of lot of persons were very receptive to Bill Clinton saying,
- 1:33:48what is is
- 1:33:50and and not judging Bill because,
- 1:33:53you know, to judge Bill, to have a judgment on that situation
- 1:33:58would have meant that they would have had
- 1:34:01it could be it could be said that they need they place judgment upon themselves.
- 1:34:07Alright? Listen. If you can operate
- 1:34:10as a a if a nation and a people and a society,
- 1:34:15which is actually another word of saying company, you know, if you look up the word society, it means company.
- 1:34:22If you can operate at the lowest lowest common denominator,
- 1:34:26alright, that gets you off the hook, doesn't it?
- 1:34:29Yep. Alright. Oh, listen. I I you can always point to somebody else. It's getting harder. It's getting harder, but you can always point to somebody else. Okay. Well, don't forget, Daryl. When you point Daryl, don't forget when you point one finger out Yeah. There's always three pointing back at you.
- 1:34:47Unknown: Let me welcome Chuck to join us. Hey, Chuck. How are things going in the b world?
- 1:34:55Unknown: Oh, b world.
- 1:34:57I don't even
- 1:34:58I'm
- 1:34:59not even worried about that right now. So
- 1:35:02I'm just trying to recover from losing my van on Saturday. Uh-oh. Because my daughter
- 1:35:08yeah. My daughter had a wreck. Uh-oh. And so
- 1:35:12I'm trying to recover from that. Yep.
- 1:35:16But I was just gonna say to
- 1:35:21I forgot the caller's name. Ted. Ted.
- 1:35:24I was just gonna say to Ted that you can't
- 1:35:28When you get the mail you have to do something with it you can't you have to respond in some way you can't hold on to it because that's what gets you in trouble and then you will find a lean up on you.
- 1:35:39Or you could if you don't read address So either address it the way I like what
- 1:35:47Daryl just said. I hadn't I hadn't heard of that process, but I've just done the it ain't me letter
- 1:35:54and sent that stuff off. Now it doesn't always stop them from
- 1:35:58contacting me again
- 1:36:01but I just opened it up, put the it ain't me in there, it's and not a I put the address back to them. I put their address back on there instead of mine
- 1:36:12and address it back to them and it's always stopped them. I've never had a problem.
- 1:36:16Eventually, I may have to do this several times though. That's the only thing. Under the Fair Debt Collection Act that Chris referenced earlier,
- 1:36:25Unknown: one of the clauses,
- 1:36:26if you're getting hassled by a debt collector,
- 1:36:29all you have to do is send them a fax,
- 1:36:33they used to say fax, I guess you could do it in a letter, and invoke
- 1:36:37the Fair Debt Collection Act, and they can't do that contacting or contacting your neighbors and all that stuff anymore, and these people recognize it. Evidently, the Fair Debt Collection Act has some teeth.
- 1:36:52Unknown: Yeah, it does. I know a group of guys that were going back when they would when they would go and look at their credit records unauthorized,
- 1:37:00they would go in soon
- 1:37:02over that. So
- 1:37:04that may have been
- 1:37:06may have been a F.
- 1:37:08What was the F?
- 1:37:10Federal communications.
- 1:37:11It may be FCA thing.
- 1:37:14But some seminar along those lines they would go back and sue them. And I think it's a $1,200 fine or something for checking your credit
- 1:37:24Well,
- 1:37:26Unknown: point here is there are some remedies at our disposal. What I think Ted's
- 1:37:30best ace in the hole is, is that he filed an affidavit four years ago and he might can bring that in and really put him to the test on it. So we'll see how his situation develops.
- 1:37:43Unknown: Yeah, yep.
- 1:37:45I'm not I don't know what to do about the lien though other than
- 1:37:49Unknown: well, challenging Well, if if the lien is based on a bogus debt, the lien can go bye bye.
- 1:37:57Unknown: Yeah, yeah, well he's got to challenge it, that's Yeah, the so
- 1:38:02Unknown: what
- 1:38:03Chuck, I sent you, you and I had some communication last week, did you have any of that five inch hail that guy
- 1:38:09was predicting there in your area?
- 1:38:12Unknown: No. We had now see the
- 1:38:16I'm in Oklahoma City which is about
- 1:38:19probably the middle point of Oklahoma.
- 1:38:21Right. And
- 1:38:23the northern part of the state, the it was coming from the South.
- 1:38:28Unknown: South West
- 1:38:30Unknown: and then moving Northwest.
- 1:38:32So
- 1:38:33we've got some of that and we did get a little bit of hell, but it's just, you know, marble sized hell maybe or something He like wasn't saying it was gonna happen, he just said all of the ingredients
- 1:38:44Unknown: were there for it to get severe like that.
- 1:38:48Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. But I don't I didn't watch the weather that close.
- 1:38:52Unknown: I just got other things at noon, so Well, was flipping along through, you know, Mike Rivera's site and it says
- 1:38:59possible
- 1:38:59five inch hail in Oklahoma or something, and I clicked on it and said, well, I hope I hope Chuck knows about this, and I just shot him the link to that thing. So that's for the audience how that how that happened. But
- 1:39:12Unknown: I'm glad she Wouldn't be the first time since that happened.
- 1:39:15That remember I I told you that that lady I used to work had hail go through her roof. I mean, we're talking
- 1:39:23big big
- 1:39:25hail.
- 1:39:26I was in Argentina They say they've had
- 1:39:29Unknown: where I was in Argentina because it's the highest part of the Andes
- 1:39:33and the clouds have to squeeze out all of that
- 1:39:37moisture on Chile's side to get over the Andes, that's why Chile is so lush and green, and where we were there in the high desert,
- 1:39:45behind the highest part of the Andes, their biggest natural disaster is hail,
- 1:39:50and I saw some hellacious hailstorms while I was there, but none
- 1:39:55even rivaled the one that happened the year before.
- 1:39:59And the year before I got there, in July, at 11:00 at night, they had a storm of that five inch hail.
- 1:40:07Okay? It stripped
- 1:40:09every
- 1:40:10leaf off of every tree in town, and there's a bunch of trees along those irrigation ditches,
- 1:40:17and literally roof damage,
- 1:40:19cut people's cars that were out in it, just demolished.
- 1:40:23It looked like the gremlins, each one of them having a ball peen hammer,
- 1:40:27came and just beat the hell out of the car over the whole body. And I mean, it was dramatic. I saw tables with fist sized holes through them. You know, those plastic tables that people put in their backyard? And that thing come right down in the middle of one of those panels and it just took the whole panel out.
- 1:40:44So it was real severe. It happens.
- 1:40:48Unknown: It it does. And
- 1:40:50I've not unfortunately,
- 1:40:53by God's grace, I have not
- 1:40:57had the experience of anything that crazy.
- 1:41:01Yep. So been around torpedoes and stuff, but not
- 1:41:04still haven't really been affected directly by em. So,
- 1:41:10Unknown: that's why. Well, you know. I get on. Thank thank god for all the blessings that we're all still here because I bet just about everybody on this call has been had a near death experience. I know Daryl has.
- 1:41:22I know I've had several. I'm pretty sure Chris's life is an ongoing one.
- 1:41:29Unknown: At least two.
- 1:41:32Unknown: I'll say this, you know, my daughter was trying to turn into a resident
- 1:41:37residential area the other day,
- 1:41:39and there was another car stopped in front of her trying to turn the opposite way, and she goes to she edges out there, didn't see anybody coming from either lane of by behind that car turns left
- 1:41:50and eases
- 1:41:51eases noses her puts the nose out there trying to see make sure it's still clear and then to her it's clear so she goes across and the guy somebody
- 1:42:00hits her in the middle of the van and
- 1:42:04turns it perpendicular
- 1:42:06parallel with the street
- 1:42:08and flips it on its side. Holy smokes. So
- 1:42:12he's not she's not hurt. Nobody got hurt but
- 1:42:16the guy that hit her, he had a little Honda
- 1:42:19Civic and that
- 1:42:21his Civic does it just got the front and has a little damage to it. Bit the hood a little bit. Didn't no nothing was leaking. No radiator fluid. I guess it didn't mess up the radiator fluid, which I don't understand.
- 1:42:33They say minivans are easy to flip, but to move it to where it's sideways and
- 1:42:40parallel with the street.
- 1:42:42Unknown: Well, I Would that is that gonna be considered her fault? Sounds like it.
- 1:42:48Unknown: I don't know.
- 1:42:50Because the guy well, there's no breaks. There's no skid marks or anything showing that the guy even tried to stop.
- 1:42:57So
- 1:42:58Unknown: No fault. Couldn't tell you to yield.
- 1:43:05Unknown: Speak again, Chris. You're breaking up right when you start speaking.
- 1:43:10Unknown: Sorry, I said it could be either a no fault or a failure to yield the right of way to oncoming traffic. Those are the two potentialities
- 1:43:19I foresee.
- 1:43:20Unknown: You know, there was no ticket written so it's up to the insurance companies to figure out who's at fault, I guess. But the
- 1:43:28wrecker
- 1:43:29driver went over and asked the cop
- 1:43:32who he thought was at fault because I didn't know anything. Just showed up on the scene.
- 1:43:37Said that the cop told him that he thought that my daughter was at
- 1:43:42if she's at fault, we may be in some big trouble.
- 1:43:46So Well, I'm sorry to
- 1:43:50Unknown: have that to know that's befallen you, Chuck.
- 1:43:55Unknown: At least it's only property.
- 1:43:59Unknown: Yeah, it's only property.
- 1:44:01But if I if we that there's a potential that the insurance company may not pay
- 1:44:07for it and then, you know, we could because
- 1:44:10she was
- 1:44:12I don't understand this, but she was delivering for Amazon
- 1:44:15and Amazon's supposed to cover them while they're in
- 1:44:20on the route for them. But
- 1:44:22they say you're supposed to have comprehensive
- 1:44:25Now this thing's a '99 Mercury Villager,
- 1:44:28so I only have liability on it. And they say that you're supposed to have comprehensive
- 1:44:34and collision
- 1:44:35on your own vehicle
- 1:44:37or car
- 1:44:39in order for them to pay
- 1:44:41comprehensive or collision,
- 1:44:44which I don't understand.
- 1:44:47I don't know why they would require the the driver to have that and what or what would keep them from paying. Give give them another reason not to pay.
- 1:44:59Well, that's what it sounds like to me
- 1:45:02because they don't stipulate that you have to have a certain type a certain year of car to drive and then
- 1:45:09that could mean anybody like us where you're just why would I carry full coverage on the on that 99
- 1:45:17when they're not gonna pay
- 1:45:19I mean, the blue book value, I don't know what it is, but it's probably it could be 500, 1,000 or whatever. So
- 1:45:26Unknown: Well,
- 1:45:27as I said, Chuck, I'm sure sorry. Everybody, I'm sure feels the same way that you're having having to go through that, man. And your daughter was was unhurt, though. Right?
- 1:45:37Unknown: Oh, yeah. Bruised up, a little shook shook and shaken up. We as a matter of fact, when I got my dad's van, that big old two fifty Econo line he's got delivered,
- 1:45:49we finished the route. And as we were going along at first, she felt okay. And as we were going along, you know how shock sets in later. Yep. So
- 1:45:57we were she was fine at first. And then as we went the day went on, she's like, man,
- 1:46:03I
- 1:46:04and
- 1:46:05I just do not feel good. And I probably shouldn't have ran ran this and just stayed home. And I was like, well, probably so. But Well, how's she We got the job. How's that been since? That happened Saturday, you say?
- 1:46:18Yeah.
- 1:46:20She's just sore and bruised.
- 1:46:23Her bruises are showing up. They weren't showing up at first, but
- 1:46:27Unknown: she's okay. She doesn't have any neck problem no
- 1:46:29neck problems, does she?
- 1:46:32Unknown: I
- 1:46:34don't know.
- 1:46:35She did say something about.
- 1:46:38I think her back was bothering her or something at some point in time, but we have an inversion table so.
- 1:46:46She can use that,
- 1:46:50Unknown: you know. Well,
- 1:46:52Unknown: sure sorry, man. You gotta, you know, you one of the things you learn
- 1:46:56in this life
- 1:46:58is you just gotta
- 1:47:00mull over every damn decision that you make no matter if it seems small or large
- 1:47:06because they can all have repercussions and consequences.
- 1:47:12Unknown: Yep,
- 1:47:13Unknown: yes they can. You know it's one of the reasons that this information on the status change and knowing how all these systems work,
- 1:47:23to me it allows you to make more accurate decisions because the system,
- 1:47:29as you're talking about here and giving us a perfect example, Chuck,
- 1:47:33the system
- 1:47:34is designed against you. It's designed to be the lawnmower and your blade of grass and the more that you can understand it and get out of the way of the lawnmower,
- 1:47:44the better your life's gonna be.
- 1:47:47Unknown: Yes.
- 1:47:48Yes.
- 1:47:49Unknown: That's and that's what it sounds like Darryl's done. So, that's what we're trying to get. Well, we got, you know, there's a couple other people like Patrick in in Memphis is hell bent to leather to apply this to all their dealings up there, him and Ike, and some of the other guys out there, and Thomas Maddox is trying to incorporate it in with his new state of Texas enterprise out there, and you know, we've got some pretty positive things going on, really, it's just slow.
- 1:48:15It's slower than a lot of us would but
- 1:48:18I would bet
- 1:48:19if I took a poll on our listeners
- 1:48:22that most of the people that
- 1:48:24adhere to this and have taken it to themselves
- 1:48:29are people that are generally ahead of the curve in life. Daryl, when you were younger, were you generally ahead of the curve of most people on things?
- 1:48:41Unknown: Yeah. I I guess you could say that. I mean,
- 1:48:44I I dropped out of high school my freshman year because I thought it was stupid. Does that put me ahead of the curve? I guess so.
- 1:48:51Yeah.
- 1:48:52Yeah. So
- 1:48:56I I don't I don't know. I
- 1:48:59I I've always I've I've always been contrary,
- 1:49:03and,
- 1:49:04yeah, you had to show me evidence to why I had to do something.
- 1:49:08And if you couldn't show me, I figured you were full of it. Kind of a rebel. You were always a rebel. Yeah.
- 1:49:17Yeah. I was. I I've been called that my whole life and that's why I moved to the South. Me too. You know? Me too. But no. I yeah. So That's me.
- 1:49:26Unknown: Yeah. Well, there's a common denominator
- 1:49:29trait for the most part in in in most of us. And being ahead of the curve and being a rugged individual and not wanting to conform to the crowd and all those kind of characteristics I think probably apply to us.
- 1:49:43I have not had a chance, just change gears here a little bit, because I think this may myth may be really something for us and we'll see as it develops, but, you know, last week I met a new member of our little Tuesday group
- 1:49:57that is a retired Secretary of State employee that evidently thinks like we do, and I was going to try and get with him over the weekend, but this weekend
- 1:50:06schedule and things that happened to me and Easter weekend and his wife's Ecuadorian, they probably got family commitments and stuff, so we didn't get together. I'll see him tomorrow,
- 1:50:16but we had talked about him being on the show this week, and I'm real anxious to get to know Corey more because he's a heck of a nice guy, seems like, and to also see if he's got any insight
- 1:50:29that might benefit us from being employed
- 1:50:33by the chief agency that we
- 1:50:37use to seek our freedom.
- 1:50:43Unknown: So Yeah. Well,
- 1:50:46maybe he could, if he's if he's leery of talking, maybe he can just use a pseudonym No. Let me tell you Daryl? And He he ain't he didn't seem leery of talking one bit.
- 1:50:58Unknown: Okay? And what I'm anxious to sit down is once he understands the whole program
- 1:51:03is to see what
- 1:51:06intuitions
- 1:51:06he had
- 1:51:08and what he saw that he could talk about if he wants to from the inside
- 1:51:13on things that can
- 1:51:15help us maybe,
- 1:51:17what particular office to go to in some of these things, where to mail the affidavit cold if you just mail the affidavit up there, you know, those kind of questions. Questions. Now the other exciting thing, even more so, is because he did tell me that his specialty is The Middle East,
- 1:51:34and that's a pretty important part of the world and has been for some time, and if he wants to do a program,
- 1:51:41maybe once a week for some time,
- 1:51:44and do nothing but discuss
- 1:51:47The Middle East with his knowledge, background, and all that stuff on it, I think it'd probably be a real big I think something the audience would listen to and other people might be very interested in listening to also.
- 1:52:00Unknown: Hear. Hear. Yeah. I
- 1:52:02yeah. I I maybe he maybe he has some insight insight or knows something about American Samoa too. Who knows? He doesn't just never know. So
- 1:52:14Unknown: we'll see, and I'll see him tomorrow at lunch. I doubt if we'll try and schedule him in tomorrow. Of course, John, usually we do financial stuff,
- 1:52:22but John got ahold of me at the top of the hour and was enjoying the conversation so much that he didn't want to interrupt.
- 1:52:29So we continued along the vein we were on. We'll get John and Cathy on next week. There wasn't a whole bunch of financial stuff to discuss regardless.
- 1:52:38It's the calm before the storm,
- 1:52:41and we'll just wait and see which day it's gonna start happening on because we're not far away from seeing fireworks.
- 1:52:51Unknown: Yeah. Well, you know, those
- 1:52:54those those 200 people
- 1:52:57over in that
- 1:52:59Unknown: what what what was that at? Caira Caira Lime that explosion, they already saw some. Yeah. They saw plenty of fireworks, didn't they? Very so. Blame and now the Muslims, of course, are taking credit for it today, I see. But I think and there's no way we'll ever know. But when these course of events all continue to to go along the same course. Let me paraphrase
- 1:53:21the declaration of independence.
- 1:53:24When the sufferings become insufferable,
- 1:53:27you see, the sufferings that we've undergone have not become unsufferable yet.
- 1:53:32Insufferable.
- 1:53:34Unknown: They will. No. No.
- 1:53:36They will. Yeah. Well, that's that's
- 1:53:40when I don't know if you remember
- 1:53:43when we when everybody got together over in Atlanta at that Chinese
- 1:53:48Unknown: Oh, yes. Deli, you know? Yeah. I was think I was thinking about that over the weekend, man.
- 1:53:54Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:53:55We were we were we were sitting beside each other side by side literally rubbing elbows,
- 1:54:01and I had that nice lady that was sitting beside me. I don't remember her name. And
- 1:54:06I I made the comment to her. I mean, I I said it pretty loud for everybody to hear. And I said when when my friend's suffering shows up, it'll it'll change a lot of attitudes.
- 1:54:17And
- 1:54:19and I I call suffering my friend. So when you when you suffer enough,
- 1:54:24then it'll it'll change your perspective. You know? Reality is perspective.
- 1:54:28And so
- 1:54:30the only thing that's gonna change reality is for you to change your perspective,
- 1:54:34and suffering will do that. That's right. And
- 1:54:38I I I
- 1:54:39that's why I called my friend because I had to suffer through a lot of my own ignorance and stupidity. And when I got tired of being ignorant and stupidity, self afflicted,
- 1:54:49then I wasn't willing to accept
- 1:54:52that was that which was hoisted on me.
- 1:54:55So I became very intolerant
- 1:54:57of of suffering,
- 1:54:59and I stopped doing it
- 1:55:01Well, yeah. As much as I can. Well, when they tell us I I tried to you know, every
- 1:55:06Unknown: When they accuse us of being intolerant when they accuse us of being intolerant, they're right. I will not tolerate their crap anymore in my life, and and I just won't do it. And I'll go out of my way to be a belligerent claimant and to get right in their face because every time that's happened, they go away.
- 1:55:27Unknown: Yeah. Well well, yeah, I I
- 1:55:30I just think we just have to apply our knowledge and make good choices and and try to,
- 1:55:38you know, manifest wisdom.
- 1:55:41And I try to share with people. I I'm I'm never trying to take anything away from anybody. I'm always trying to help with here,
- 1:55:49but I'm intolerant
- 1:55:50of of
- 1:55:54the status quo.
- 1:55:56And but I try to do it with blindness
- 1:55:59and
- 1:56:01uncompromisingly.
- 1:56:02And those those aren't contradictory
- 1:56:04qualities.
- 1:56:06And so
- 1:56:08Unknown: Your phone Anyway. Your phone connection's real strong today, by the way, Daryl. So I don't know, unusually. So
- 1:56:16we're at the Oh, yeah. Back of the hour here. I don't know what we'll we'll do tomorrow. I just kind of opened up the microphone not knowing what really to talk about today, and Michael graciously called ahead of time and we got off on this topic, and I think we've covered some real good ground today, especially for people that are newer.
- 1:56:34For the folks that are veterans out there, Ben and some of you guys, you can't hear this information enough.
- 1:56:41You cannot hear it enough.
- 1:56:45I hear the whistler. You got the whistler in the background, and that means it's about time for us to check out.
- 1:56:51Thank everybody for that contributed, Ted. Real good to hear from you and let us know how your situation
- 1:56:57progresses,
- 1:56:58and we'll be back tomorrow. If something happens, we'll have somebody on, but I know we'll have a good lively discussion and things topical to talk about. Chris, you might check up on your passport today and follow-up again to see if you can find out anything on that, and maybe we can talk about that tomorrow. So you guys have a good day. Of course. Get back into the routine, and we'll see you tomorrow. Hopefully, no Internet problems. Have a great day from Ecuador.
- 1:57:24I'll see y'all manana.
- 1:57:26Ciao. Ciao. Daryl? Yippee yay. Yippee ki yay, buddy. Have a good day.
- 1:57:31Thanks, everybody. Bye.
- 1:58:23Unknown: Blasting the Voice of Freedom Worldwide, you're listening to the Global Voice Radio Network.
- 1:58:29Unknown: Bye bye, boys. Have fun storming the castle.
