- 0:00Speaker 1: Is this historic crash over.
- 0:01Speaker 2: We're going to break it down for you guys, give
- 0:03Speaker 2: you a recap of what happened over the weekend and
- 0:05Speaker 2: what to look to welcome back into the show. All right,
- 0:07Speaker 2: So I do want to thank our sponsor, that's Salt Lending,
- 0:09Speaker 2: and if you look at one of the things they
- 0:11Speaker 2: have over there to kind of protect you against these
- 0:13Speaker 2: kind of crazy market moves like this salt shield no
- 0:16Speaker 2: liquidation solution, even though Bitcoin didn't come down, and I
- 0:19Speaker 2: think a lot of people when you are looking at
- 0:22Speaker 2: taking loans out on some of your major assets, the
- 0:25Speaker 2: biggest key here is loan to value. Most people will
- 0:29Speaker 2: never start to exceed thirty, maybe even fifty percent of
- 0:32Speaker 2: loan to value. So that is a good strategy because
- 0:35Speaker 2: that is wide open wealth where you can take that
- 0:38Speaker 2: and invest it into other assets, businesses, etc. That can
- 0:41Speaker 2: help you grow your overall stack in terms of assets.
- 0:45Speaker 2: So check out salt Lending. You can use our link
- 0:48Speaker 2: down below. And that's my point right here on this
- 0:51Speaker 2: lease or on this tweet right here, which is you
- 0:53Speaker 2: don't get wealthly by gambling and borrowed money. You get
- 0:55Speaker 2: rich by stacking assets. And that's the key here whether
- 0:58Speaker 2: you're getting into digital assets even businesses.
- 1:01Speaker 1: That's the key hole through the.
- 1:03Speaker 2: Noise leverage is that is basically the killer here unfortunately,
- 1:07Speaker 2: and I think this is the problem that people a
- 1:09Speaker 2: lot of people are going to roll into in real estate.
- 1:12Speaker 2: Is the one I'm looking at right now that could
- 1:14Speaker 2: potentially take a big hit in twenty twenty six. I
- 1:17Speaker 2: won't get into that today, but I'll give you guys
- 1:19Speaker 2: some insight on that why it could be looming as
- 1:22Speaker 2: a problem.
- 1:23Speaker 1: Polymarket is October Ober.
- 1:26Speaker 2: And I think a lot of people are questioning at
- 1:28Speaker 2: right now, are we going to see more highs throughout
- 1:31Speaker 2: this next month to two months going into the fall.
- 1:36Speaker 1: And I think this is the question.
- 1:37Speaker 2: That when you look at where the market came from
- 1:40Speaker 2: just over the weekend, even though it was the largest
- 1:42Speaker 2: that we had seen in history, biggest crypto liquidation COVID
- 1:48Speaker 2: crash one point two billion ftx one point six today
- 1:52Speaker 2: nineteen billion, and there's a lot of people that say
- 1:54Speaker 2: this could actually be bigger than even that. So this
- 1:59Speaker 2: is something that will get very interesting, especially from a
- 2:02Speaker 2: lot of the situations that occurred over the weekend and
- 2:06Speaker 2: on Friday, and of course some of the things if
- 2:08Speaker 2: you look at this top ten crypto liquidations of all
- 2:11Speaker 2: time there it is the US tariff on China.
- 2:15Speaker 1: That's I think that was the.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Cover for this that started to create a cascade event.
- 2:20Speaker 2: Versus if you look at the AML crackdowns, Tasla's stance reversal,
- 2:25Speaker 2: the overheated rally collection, this is our connection. This was
- 2:28Speaker 2: back in twenty twenty one, so a pretty big event
- 2:32Speaker 2: guys in terms of crypto in general. Hopefully you are
- 2:34Speaker 2: in a position though where you guys are holdlers. Let
- 2:38Speaker 2: me jump to this tweet right here. There was a
- 2:40Speaker 2: lot here that in terms of trying to break this down.
- 2:43Speaker 2: Finance reminded everybody who really runs the market a couple
- 2:46Speaker 2: of points I want to hit on finance. Buttons stop working.
- 2:49Speaker 2: We had stop orders that froze, limit orders got hung.
- 2:52Speaker 2: Not only that, you had arbitrage bots also that were
- 2:55Speaker 2: amplifying where selling more price was still held. That was
- 2:58Speaker 2: the issue that I think really caused the absolute mayhem
- 3:04Speaker 2: in the market. And if you look at this chart,
- 3:06Speaker 2: this is the atom chart Cosmos, this went to zero.
- 3:10Speaker 2: This is impossible for this to occur unless there were
- 3:14Speaker 2: nefarious actions going on in these exchanges that's the concern
- 3:17Speaker 2: that I think a lot of people are now waking
- 3:19Speaker 2: up to. Don't forget this chart, guys, and these are
- 3:21Speaker 2: the kind of things that really you have to be
- 3:24Speaker 2: cautious with in any kind of leverage trading. I think
- 3:28Speaker 2: most of you guys understand that if you're watching our channel.
- 3:31Speaker 2: Now here's the CEO of crypto dot com, which I
- 3:34Speaker 2: thought was interesting that he put this statement out. Regulators
- 3:36Speaker 2: should look into the exchanges ahead the most liquidations in
- 3:39Speaker 2: the twenty four hours and then conduct a thorough review.
- 3:42Speaker 2: Granted some of these were DeFi hyper Liquid was on
- 3:46Speaker 2: the list, but hyper Liquid was working somewhat flawlessly. It
- 3:50Speaker 2: was just in the situation of what was happening in
- 3:52Speaker 2: the moment. And then you look at bybet Binance, this
- 3:55Speaker 2: looks to me a little bit more targeted at competitors,
- 3:59Speaker 2: So keep that in mind. This is the kind of
- 4:02Speaker 2: stuff that happens in these kind of unbelievable red Days
- 4:07Speaker 2: insider training. Minutes before Trump's China tariff announcement, we had
- 4:10Speaker 2: a whale opened up one hundred million dollars short on
- 4:12Speaker 2: Bitcoin four point thirty. The whale opens up one hundred
- 4:15Speaker 2: million dollars short four fifty to Trump announces the tariff
- 4:18Speaker 2: on China. This stinks so badly, and then of course
- 4:23Speaker 2: nineteen point three billion in liquidations hit the market. In
- 4:26Speaker 2: the whales profit you guessed it, one hundred and ninety
- 4:28Speaker 2: two million, So who is that crypto whale is the
- 4:31Speaker 2: real question. There's a lot of speculation going all over
- 4:34Speaker 2: the place, and if you just look at what's been
- 4:36Speaker 2: happening in DC and continuing to really take a look
- 4:40Speaker 2: at the market, But even with all of that happening,
- 4:44Speaker 2: this was what really surprised me is that even fear
- 4:47Speaker 2: and greed right now holding it around a forty. And
- 4:50Speaker 2: remember we slipped to under twenty back in April of
- 4:55Speaker 2: this year. So has the market looked at this as
- 4:59Speaker 2: more of a manipulation event more so than a tariff event.
- 5:03Speaker 2: I know that might be the cover that has been
- 5:05Speaker 2: playing on this. And of course within that you had
- 5:08Speaker 2: Bitcoin extending there gain another five percent after this drop,
- 5:12Speaker 2: so it's reclaiming one hundred and fifteen k Eth is
- 5:15Speaker 2: also up eleven percent of the day, four percent away
- 5:18Speaker 2: from pre liquidation levels. This was October tenth, So our
- 5:22Speaker 2: things back is the real question. As we start to
- 5:25Speaker 2: take a look into.
- 5:26Speaker 1: The rest of October.
- 5:27Speaker 2: There are a lot of things happening around this one
- 5:30Speaker 2: thing that was kind of the alignment here that I
- 5:34Speaker 2: think is intriguing because it does set up maybe a
- 5:37Speaker 2: next leg for this. And this was my tweet, the
- 5:40Speaker 2: most suspicious seventy two hours in the trade war and
- 5:44Speaker 2: crypto history if you look at just the layout here,
- 5:47Speaker 2: because this is getting into a lot of negotiation between
- 5:49Speaker 2: the US and China around rare earth materials and let's
- 5:54Speaker 2: not forget what crypto gets in in terms of how
- 5:57Speaker 2: all this. But Trump of course threatened the hundred tariffs.
- 6:00Speaker 2: This was on Friday.
- 6:01Speaker 1: This was by November first, everybody was.
- 6:04Speaker 2: Kind of throwing shots across the bow, and then Sunday,
- 6:07Speaker 2: somehow all of this gets settled over a weekend. So
- 6:11Speaker 2: a crisis gets settled over a weekend. That's my question
- 6:14Speaker 2: is is there an opportunity for another, you know, grace
- 6:18Speaker 2: one event to occur that could be driven into what's
- 6:23Speaker 2: going on between the US and China. That's the real
- 6:25Speaker 2: question that I think is next up here. And just
- 6:28Speaker 2: as a reminder, this is kind of the playbook that
- 6:31Speaker 2: kobeec has looked at it, and I would agree that
- 6:35Speaker 2: most of these in terms of tariff developments, has all
- 6:38Speaker 2: played out. Trump puts out a cryptic post. He announces
- 6:42Speaker 2: these big, crazy tariffs. That's what happened on Friday, after
- 6:45Speaker 2: the market closes, Yes, Trump doubles down. Saturday, the target
- 6:50Speaker 2: tariff typically responds on comments that's China. On Sunday, before
- 6:55Speaker 2: the future is open, Trump posts an announcement, Hey, working
- 6:58Speaker 2: on that's again, this is all all architected. And then
- 7:02Speaker 2: of course, right into number eight who speaks, Well, that's
- 7:05Speaker 2: Secretary Bessant, which is exactly what he did. He spoke
- 7:08Speaker 2: today and appeared on live TV reasserting investors. Over the
- 7:13Speaker 2: next two to four, various members on Trump's administration will
- 7:17Speaker 2: tease trade deals. So you're going to see that happening
- 7:19Speaker 2: between now and that next meeting with g and then
- 7:22Speaker 2: he'll announce a new trade deal. Stock will go to
- 7:24Speaker 2: the crazy crypto will go nuts, and then here we
- 7:27Speaker 2: go again. Step one repeats, So I'm in agreement. This
- 7:31Speaker 2: is the playbook of how liquidation's wealth and manipulation is
- 7:39Speaker 2: architected in the And of course this happens all the time, guys.
- 7:43Speaker 2: But the stuff that doesn't happen is when all of
- 7:45Speaker 2: these exchanges start breaking. That's the problem that really occurred overall.
- 7:50Speaker 2: I'm going to go to a clip real quick, because
- 7:52Speaker 2: this was what President Trump was doing while the Marcus
- 7:55Speaker 2: were crashing.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Take a look.
- 7:56Speaker 3: Thank you everybody, Thank you, Your taxes are coming down.
- 8:02Speaker 1: See everyone's happy, honey.
- 8:04Speaker 3: Then a good job run through the night Holts.
- 8:08Speaker 2: All right, So that happened over the weekend. And remember
- 8:10Speaker 2: all the markets were crashing, mostly crypto markets and positioning,
- 8:14Speaker 2: and I think that in essence was probably Trump not
- 8:17Speaker 2: even worrying about this. So intriguing times, guys. Now here's
- 8:22Speaker 2: the play from Scott Bessen who went on to talk
- 8:26Speaker 2: about this.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Take a look at this one.
- 8:28Speaker 3: They also go on to say, through China's military civil
- 8:31Speaker 3: fusion strategy, the PERC increases the size of its military
- 8:35Speaker 3: industrial complex by compelling civilian Chinese companies and research institutions
- 8:40Speaker 3: to support its military and intelligence activity. Some of those
- 8:44Speaker 3: companies that do that trade on our exchanges. You have
- 8:47Speaker 3: a huge lever to pull right here, to take off
- 8:50Speaker 3: those Chinese companies from our exchanges and not give them
- 8:54Speaker 3: the ability to sell their shares to perhaps in some
- 8:58Speaker 3: cases unwitting investors. Will you pull that economic lever.
- 9:02Speaker 4: Maria, I can tell you everything's on the everything's on
- 9:07Speaker 4: the table. I am optimistic that this can be de escalated,
- 9:11Speaker 4: but we're willing to do whatever it takes and to
- 9:16Speaker 4: adopt whatever posture it takes.
- 9:20Speaker 2: All right, So key statement there from Bessant was everything's
- 9:25Speaker 2: on the table, but we don't think it's going to
- 9:27Speaker 2: go that far. And I think this is one of
- 9:29Speaker 2: those things kind of reassuring the market because this is
- 9:31Speaker 2: a factor going forward, so much so that when you
- 9:35Speaker 2: consider where China is today versus where the US is
- 9:39Speaker 2: in terms of negotiation, this goes into whether or not
- 9:42Speaker 2: we have the leverage.
- 9:43Speaker 1: Take a look at this clip.
- 9:45Speaker 5: Just to you, you're arguing you think that the US
- 9:48Speaker 5: is lost leverage here. I mean, Joe, you were just
- 9:50Speaker 5: making a comment I think before you think America has
- 9:52Speaker 5: the leverage here.
- 9:53Speaker 6: I do.
- 9:55Speaker 7: Well. I think I'm not saying America doesn't have leverage,
- 9:59Speaker 7: but I think beij Jing thinks, right or wrong, that
- 10:02Speaker 7: it has the strong hand right now.
- 10:05Speaker 1: Well.
- 10:05Speaker 7: Number one, the export data today shows that China is
- 10:09Speaker 7: exporting to other markets and is becoming less dependent on
- 10:13Speaker 7: the US market. Second, I don't think they think that
- 10:16Speaker 7: Trump is going to go through with these threats, particularly
- 10:19Speaker 7: the tariff thread of one hundred percent on November one.
- 10:22Speaker 7: He's done this before. He's backed off, not because of
- 10:26Speaker 7: China but because of domestic pressure. And let's be honest,
- 10:30Speaker 7: food prices and other prices now are going up, putting
- 10:34Speaker 7: the President in a more vulnerable position when it comes
- 10:38Speaker 7: to raising tariffs.
- 10:39Speaker 2: All right, So some of the things that she pointed
- 10:41Speaker 2: out is kind of the position that Beijing thinks they
- 10:44Speaker 2: are in, which is a position of strength. If you
- 10:47Speaker 2: do look at the data for September, trade exports are
- 10:52Speaker 2: up eight point three percent year over year. That's a
- 10:55Speaker 2: versus a six point six what was thought to be
- 10:57Speaker 2: the case, import seven point four percent year over year,
- 11:01Speaker 2: and then the trade surplus reached ninety billion. So there
- 11:04Speaker 2: are some signals here that could kind of point in
- 11:08Speaker 2: that direction. The commodity importans kind of tell the same story.
- 11:11Speaker 2: But I think the broader implication is how long can
- 11:15Speaker 2: China withstand a major impact from the US and whether
- 11:19Speaker 2: or not the US can withstand that from being able
- 11:22Speaker 2: to implement that onto China. But two points that we
- 11:26Speaker 2: were kind of getting at earlier is that Trump is
- 11:28Speaker 2: in a position where he kind of just reassesses a
- 11:31Speaker 2: lot of this and he's been using tariffs as is
- 11:34Speaker 2: number one targeting and negotiation ploy. The question is whether
- 11:38Speaker 2: or not Beijing and Ji think that this will work
- 11:42Speaker 2: going into it. So you've got the meeting that is
- 11:44Speaker 2: confirmed right now between Trump and Jijiping. This is set
- 11:47Speaker 2: for coming up in Korea. They were canceling this last week.
- 11:51Speaker 2: Remember that there wasn't enough there to get it done.
- 11:54Speaker 2: Trump was again probably playing a negotiation ploy. They've reassessed
- 11:59Speaker 2: and after a crazy market over the weekend, have repositioned
- 12:02Speaker 2: for this. And China, of course behind all that, you've
- 12:06Speaker 2: got Chinese the Renaissance Bank now reportedly in talks to
- 12:09Speaker 2: Ray six hundred million for a funding investment in B
- 12:12Speaker 2: and B. So boy, crazy stuff ahead for all of this.
- 12:18Speaker 1: This is another just so we know who he is.
- 12:21Speaker 2: This of course, is the co founder and chief customer
- 12:23Speaker 2: service officer over at Binance.
- 12:26Speaker 1: Look at this statement right here.
- 12:27Speaker 2: If you've incurred losses attributable to Binance, like some of
- 12:31Speaker 2: the issues that we just mentioned earlier, please contact our
- 12:33Speaker 2: customer service to register your case. We're going to review
- 12:36Speaker 2: your account activity individually and then analyze the situation and
- 12:40Speaker 2: then provide compensation accordingly. Now I've seen apologies come out,
- 12:46Speaker 2: I've seen all sorts of situations with these exchanges. This
- 12:50Speaker 2: one I think was so heinous that them going to
- 12:53Speaker 2: this next step. Maybe they'll do this with a handful
- 12:56Speaker 2: of accounts to try to reposition the market and get
- 13:00Speaker 2: think in good graces with traders, because this is an
- 13:02Speaker 2: issue right now that finance is facing overall. Now with
- 13:06Speaker 2: all that being said, now you have Axios reporting that
- 13:09Speaker 2: JP Morgan announces another one point five trillion US investment initiative,
- 13:15Speaker 2: and some of the things they are hitting on is
- 13:17Speaker 2: to go into these major sectors. This will be everything
- 13:19Speaker 2: from AI tech likelihood of course, direct equity and venture investments.
- 13:25Speaker 2: Possibly we'll see stuff moving into blockchain and crypto. Now
- 13:29Speaker 2: that Jamie Diamond is all in on this, this will
- 13:32Speaker 2: be a big step in the next direction. Tom Lee,
- 13:35Speaker 2: who is the number one investor out there on Wall
- 13:37Speaker 2: Street right now, and there is a reason that he's
- 13:40Speaker 2: saying by the dip. The biggest reason of course is
- 13:43Speaker 2: Tom Lee is the chairman on one of the biggest
- 13:46Speaker 2: ETH treasuries, if not the biggest ETH treasury out there.
- 13:49Speaker 2: Bitminor and of course behind the dip kind of selling
- 13:52Speaker 2: his book. However, he has been right in most cases,
- 13:57Speaker 2: especially on his Bitcoin calls and on his Ethereum calls.
- 14:00Speaker 2: Up to now, Ethereum has not played out the way
- 14:03Speaker 2: that I think they wanted to just yet. The real
- 14:05Speaker 2: question is can it do it going forward? Here was
- 14:08Speaker 2: him talking about how this crash is a gift.
- 14:12Speaker 5: Take a look we were looking at Friday. Was the
- 14:14Speaker 5: possibility at least that some of that selling, or maybe
- 14:17Speaker 5: even a lot of that selling came from margin calls
- 14:20Speaker 5: at that time?
- 14:22Speaker 8: Andrew, there has always been a lot of leverage in crypto.
- 14:26Speaker 8: I think that the volatility and leverage is what has
- 14:29Speaker 8: drawn people into that space, especially when you get outside
- 14:33Speaker 8: of Bitcoin and ethereum. Those two are generally not held
- 14:38Speaker 8: on margin. I mean, there is some leverage with what
- 14:40Speaker 8: they call perpetuals, but that's why they held up so
- 14:42Speaker 8: well over the weekend. But this liquidation that was triggered
- 14:48Speaker 8: over the last three days, the estimates are at least
- 14:52Speaker 8: nineteen billion of liquidations, but it's probably understated. It might
- 14:55Speaker 8: be four times bigger. It's the largest since twenty twenty one. Essentially,
- 15:01Speaker 8: you have to go back to FTX. JP Morgan's announcement
- 15:04Speaker 8: today really ties into why investors should stay pretty constructive
- 15:10Speaker 8: on the US. I mean, JP Morgan, the biggest and
- 15:13Speaker 8: one of the and the most powerful bank in the world,
- 15:16Speaker 8: is investing a trillion and a half dollars into the US,
- 15:19Speaker 8: and of course now we have this big tailwind as
- 15:23Speaker 8: blockchain is an initiative that Wall Street is building products on.
- 15:26Speaker 8: So I think there's a lot of reasons for investors
- 15:29Speaker 8: to stay optimistic. I think the selloff Friday is giving
- 15:33Speaker 8: us a bit of a gift, all.
- 15:35Speaker 2: Right, there, you heard it, a bit of a gift
- 15:38Speaker 2: continued bullish nature toward what we're seeing from Wall Street.
- 15:42Speaker 2: And this gets back into the thesis that I've had
- 15:45Speaker 2: for a while, and that is some of the core
- 15:47Speaker 2: assets when you think about the top ten handful in
- 15:50Speaker 2: terms of blockchain assets, digital assets that continue to be
- 15:53Speaker 2: the cornerstones of where this market is moving.
- 15:56Speaker 1: Now.
- 15:56Speaker 2: Granted, there's going to be some all coin winners, and
- 15:59Speaker 2: there's going to be some coin winners, yes, the problem
- 16:02Speaker 2: is is there may not be as many in comparison
- 16:05Speaker 2: to what we've seen in the previous cycles. So that
- 16:08Speaker 2: I think is the question of how to invest this out.
- 16:11Speaker 2: How do you play this market for the next few months?
- 16:14Speaker 2: And I think right now the blue chips are the winners.
- 16:16Speaker 2: If you take a look at Tom Lee, he's even
- 16:18Speaker 2: going into the discussion of why gold is pumping and
- 16:22Speaker 2: how it has an effect on crypto.
- 16:24Speaker 9: Take a look, everything's about crypto. You found a reason
- 16:27Speaker 9: gold's up, and it's because of crypto. Not directly because
- 16:30Speaker 9: of crypto, but you think the incremental buyer and gold
- 16:33Speaker 9: are there's gold based stable coins and people need to
- 16:36Speaker 9: buy gold to back the stable coins, and that you
- 16:40Speaker 9: think that's enough to be up ninety two dollars all
- 16:44Speaker 9: the way up to a new high.
- 16:46Speaker 8: Well, there is an interesting correlation we found, which is
- 16:50Speaker 8: when I look at Tether's supply of dollars outstanding, it
- 16:54Speaker 8: really started to rise about three months ago, and that
- 16:59Speaker 8: corresponded with gold essentially going up every day. I'm not
- 17:05Speaker 8: positive this, but I think stable coins, including Tether, maybe
- 17:09Speaker 8: one of the largest birecycle today.
- 17:14Speaker 6: That's perfect. So the people that have been bullish on
- 17:18Speaker 6: gold for so long and barish on crypto and bitcoin,
- 17:23Speaker 6: they're finally getting their big rally in gold, and it's
- 17:25Speaker 6: because of the thing they hate so much crypto.
- 17:28Speaker 4: Yeah, that's right.
- 17:30Speaker 8: Teather is proving to be a good meeting ground between
- 17:33Speaker 8: bitcoiners and gold people.
- 17:35Speaker 2: Imagine if Tether had not purchased all that gold and
- 17:39Speaker 2: instead just flipped over to bitcoin or treasuries. You know,
- 17:43Speaker 2: those are the kind of factors that Lee is getting at.
- 17:46Speaker 2: And the other thing that you have to consider is
- 17:49Speaker 2: whether or not his play on ethereum is the best play. Well,
- 17:53Speaker 2: he thinks it is. In fact, another eight hundred and
- 17:55Speaker 2: thirty eight million more into ethereum and this is all
- 17:59Speaker 2: happening during the kus, So the stash is now setting
- 18:03Speaker 2: at twelve billion, buying the dip and continuing to play out.
- 18:07Speaker 2: This may be if Tom Lee is right, this could
- 18:10Speaker 2: be one of the biggest plays we've seen a Wall
- 18:11Speaker 2: Street for quite some time. And of course you got
- 18:14Speaker 2: to look at at the history of it, and you
- 18:15Speaker 2: also have to look at the history of some of
- 18:17Speaker 2: the other big players of Wall Street. And this of
- 18:19Speaker 2: course is Black Rock CEO Larry Finks saying there's a
- 18:22Speaker 2: role for crypto the same way there is a role
- 18:25Speaker 2: for gold.
- 18:26Speaker 1: This is not a bad asset.
- 18:28Speaker 2: This was a statement that he put out on the
- 18:30Speaker 2: sixty minute interview over the weekend. This tells me that
- 18:34Speaker 2: they are prepping traditional assets or I should say traditional
- 18:38Speaker 2: digital assets, to be a category that major investors will
- 18:43Speaker 2: start to go in. This of course gives the green light,
- 18:45Speaker 2: I think for a lot of these family offices and instructured.
- 18:47Speaker 1: Capital in general to move to the next level.
- 18:50Speaker 2: And if you consider silver, because it's hit all time
- 18:53Speaker 2: high again over fifty one dollars right now, if you
- 18:57Speaker 2: consider this being a longer term play, then it would
- 19:01Speaker 2: make sense that the central banks are moving into it. However,
- 19:03Speaker 2: I still believe gold is probably going to be the
- 19:05Speaker 2: route in terms of central banks continuing to add to
- 19:08Speaker 2: their balance sheets. I think silver is just a backup
- 19:11Speaker 2: right now. However, there are a lot of people in
- 19:14Speaker 2: the silver business that think this is just a beginning
- 19:17Speaker 2: for where the silver market is going, and we've done
- 19:18Speaker 2: a couple of videos on this. We've had Andy Sheckman
- 19:20Speaker 2: on from his team talking about silver and where it
- 19:24Speaker 2: could go. Well before the move started on silver, because
- 19:27Speaker 2: there was a short squeeze primarily based on supply and delivery.
- 19:31Speaker 2: That is an issue that I think we'll start to
- 19:33Speaker 2: see maybe with gold, and it could push gold continue
- 19:36Speaker 2: up even though there are a lot of people looking
- 19:38Speaker 2: at gold as being a liquidation event going into bitcoins.
- 19:42Speaker 1: So this market is going.
- 19:44Speaker 2: Crazy in a lot of different ways. The real question
- 19:47Speaker 2: is how does it hold up over the next few months.
- 19:50Speaker 2: One thing I do want to hit on this right here,
- 19:52Speaker 2: when you look ahead, there's some key things happening for
- 19:54Speaker 2: crypto holders. The thirteenth OPEK is going to report their release.
- 19:59Speaker 2: Their report will be released. You also have Jeral Powell
- 20:02Speaker 2: speaking this week October fourteenth, the fifteenth of New York
- 20:06Speaker 2: FED is going to give some manufacturing data that'll be released.
- 20:09Speaker 2: But other than that, you just have to look at
- 20:11Speaker 2: it this way right here, do not fomo too much.
- 20:14Speaker 2: Pay attention to the macro events. I agree with that
- 20:17Speaker 2: last statement right there. Pay attention to the macro events
- 20:20Speaker 2: because it will have even though it doesn't have a
- 20:22Speaker 2: direct effect, it has these carry on effects that create
- 20:26Speaker 2: these cycle manipulation models that start to occur in a
- 20:31Speaker 2: lot of different areas of crypto, and in most of
- 20:33Speaker 2: the time it happens during these massive leverage areas. So
- 20:38Speaker 2: I think this is the factor. I know a lot
- 20:39Speaker 2: of you guys get into leverage. While I don't necessarily
- 20:42Speaker 2: agree with that I understand it's a strategy on all investing.
- 20:45Speaker 2: It's been that way for Wall Street forever. I don't
- 20:47Speaker 2: anticipate that it's going to be any different in crypto.
- 20:50Speaker 2: But what I do ask you to do is just
- 20:52Speaker 2: be a little bit more cautious in how you're playing
- 20:54Speaker 2: this out. If you look at this statement and the poll,
- 20:58Speaker 2: after the crypto's biggest liquidation event in history, where are
- 21:01Speaker 2: we going to go from here? Some people say retesting
- 21:04Speaker 2: the lows then up. Many people say no, We're on
- 21:07Speaker 2: a v shape recovery from here. Fifty six percent of
- 21:11Speaker 2: you are very bullish, and some of you saying that
- 21:14Speaker 2: the market is over. I do not think that is
- 21:17Speaker 2: the case. It is possible we could see another major
- 21:20Speaker 2: event that causes a downward trend. The question is will
- 21:23Speaker 2: that happen before the end of the year, and will
- 21:25Speaker 2: it flush out even another group of crypto holders.
- 21:29Speaker 1: Going to the next level.
- 21:30Speaker 2: If you look at the markets right now, Bitcoin holding
- 21:33Speaker 2: on this is on the daily after a massive green
- 21:35Speaker 2: candle coming up on Sunday from one ten all the
- 21:39Speaker 2: way back up to one fourteen, holding right around one
- 21:42Speaker 2: fourteen to one fifteen. Let's take a look at eth
- 21:44Speaker 2: also had a major green candle and continuing its climb
- 21:47Speaker 2: right now above forty two hundred as we're filming this.
- 21:51Speaker 2: XRP had a major move also three days in a row,
- 21:55Speaker 2: now holding back at two sixty one, even though there
- 21:58Speaker 2: was a massive liquid on XRP all the way back
- 22:02Speaker 2: down to around one thirty, holding in there.
- 22:05Speaker 1: So one thing to take a look at also is
- 22:08Speaker 1: where Sue is.
- 22:09Speaker 2: We of course, has had a nice little move after
- 22:11Speaker 2: again hitting that low and retesting some of those two
- 22:15Speaker 2: dollars marks that we haven't seen in a very long time.
- 22:18Speaker 2: Avalanche was another one that popped down to seventeen dollars
- 22:22Speaker 2: on coinbase. So it's interesting as we continue to see
- 22:26Speaker 2: these majors. Let me know what you guys are betting
- 22:28Speaker 2: on right now? Did you buy a dip? Are you
- 22:32Speaker 2: in crypto?
- 22:32Speaker 1: Still?
- 22:33Speaker 2: Drop some comments down below? I'd love to get that right.
- 22:36Speaker 2: Make sure you guys are in the diamond circle. That's
- 22:38Speaker 2: where we communicate with you. I put out a letter
- 22:40Speaker 2: each week kind of recapping some of this, getting into
- 22:43Speaker 2: the details of where we get to get ready to
- 22:45Speaker 2: roll into these markets. I put an email on Friday
- 22:48Speaker 2: after the market's hit what I was looking at to
- 22:51Speaker 2: try to do over the weekend. So hopefully some of
- 22:53Speaker 2: you got that and made a little bit on some
- 22:55Speaker 2: of your trades. Non investment advice, but that is where
- 22:58Speaker 2: I do it. In the Diamond Circle email it's called
- 23:01Speaker 2: the Baron Market Edge, so check that out and of
- 23:03Speaker 2: course follow me out there on X at Paul Baron.
- 23:05Speaker 2: We'll catch you next time right here on the Paul
- 23:07Speaker 2: Baron Show.
