- 0:00Dave Hamilton: Business Brain, episode 764, for Wednesday, June 24th, Farmers Day, 2026.
- 0:08Shannon Jean: I love farmers, man.
- 0:10Dave Hamilton: Farmers are good. Yeah. Yeah.
- 0:12Shannon Jean: You watch Clarkson Farms on the Prime video?
- 0:15Dave Hamilton: I don't. No. Oh, dude.
- 0:18Shannon Jean: Highly recommend it.
- 0:20Dave Hamilton: What's this about now?
- 0:21Shannon Jean: Jeremy Clarkson, Farming in England. Okay. It's very interesting.
- 0:24Shannon Jean: It's really good. Yeah. There's a few seasons, you'll like it. I like it.
- 0:28Dave Hamilton: All right. Yeah.
- 0:31Dave Hamilton: Yeah. All right, well, let's start a show, shall we?
- 0:33Shannon Jean: Yeah, let's do it.
- 0:34Dave Hamilton: Okay.
- 0:38Dave Hamilton: Greetings, folks, and welcome to Business Brain, the show where you send in
- 0:42Dave Hamilton: some ideas or we come up with some ideas. We crunch them, we dissect them,
- 0:45Dave Hamilton: we use them to tune our business brains so that we can each level up our charmed
- 0:50Dave Hamilton: lives every single time we get together.
- 0:53Dave Hamilton: Our sponsors for this episode include bitdefender.com slash brain,
- 0:56Dave Hamilton: where you can save 30% on Bitdefender Ultimate Small Business Security,
- 1:00Dave Hamilton: and fanvue.com, F-A-N-V-U-E.com, where you can start your own creator journey
- 1:06Dave Hamilton: and start making some money. We'll talk more about both of those in a little bit.
- 1:10Dave Hamilton: For now, here in Durham, New Hampshire, I'm Dave Hamilton.
- 1:13Shannon Jean: And I'm here in Northern California. I'm Shannon Jean. How you doing, man?
- 1:18Dave Hamilton: I am, I'm good. I have a question for you, Shannon.
- 1:22Shannon Jean: Yes.
- 1:23Dave Hamilton: When was the last time you left no tip at a restaurant?
- 1:27Shannon Jean: Well,
- 1:30Shannon Jean: I would say yesterday. Wow. Because I have a rule. If you're standing up, there's no tip.
- 1:35Dave Hamilton: Okay.
- 1:37Shannon Jean: That's my rule. If I'm picking up, standing up, if I'm doing whatever.
- 1:40Shannon Jean: Now, if I'm at a bar and the bartender just made me a drink,
- 1:44Shannon Jean: that's a little different.
- 1:45Shannon Jean: Yeah. That's different. But for the most part, if I'm standing, I'm not tipping.
- 1:49Dave Hamilton: I like that. Okay. This feeds into kind of where I wanted to go with this.
- 1:54Dave Hamilton: And I had no idea what your answers to this question were. But it's been like
- 2:00Dave Hamilton: I a lot using your metrics.
- 2:03Dave Hamilton: I basically follow your metrics. Exactly.
- 2:06Dave Hamilton: OK, I'm standing. I'm not tipping, you know, but but then there's asterisks
- 2:10Dave Hamilton: to this. Yes, yes, of course.
- 2:12Dave Hamilton: And and bars are sort of a separate thing anyway. But bars are a good example.
- 2:18Dave Hamilton: I think we need to reset tipping culture. It's gotten out of control.
- 2:22Dave Hamilton: And where it, it, it was always like a little weird, but then when we had,
- 2:30Dave Hamilton: uh, COVID lockdowns and we knew that the service industry wasn't getting paid
- 2:34Dave Hamilton: the way that they would normally get paid for all the obvious reasons,
- 2:37Dave Hamilton: we started tipping on everything.
- 2:40Dave Hamilton: We started tipping on picking up takeout. We started tipping on like all these things.
- 2:43Dave Hamilton: And I was like, I was totally fine with it. I was making plenty of money during
- 2:47Dave Hamilton: COVID and I was happy to share that with people that weren't like, it was totally fine.
- 2:52Dave Hamilton: But that never really went away. And now we've got this weird thing where,
- 2:57Dave Hamilton: you know, I'm checking out at the freaking, you know, pharmacy.
- 3:00Dave Hamilton: And it's like, do you want to tip? And it's like, what? Why would I? No, no, I don't.
- 3:05Dave Hamilton: And yes. And but there's that moment of like, well, is there an expectation
- 3:09Dave Hamilton: that I should like all of this?
- 3:11Dave Hamilton: So I think we need to reset it.
- 3:13Dave Hamilton: And I love your example about bars. And I had bars on my list, too, because with a bar,
- 3:21Dave Hamilton: if if I'm going up and getting one drink and it's different when you have a
- 3:24Dave Hamilton: tab at the end of the night versus a time, although I don't know why that is
- 3:30Dave Hamilton: the case, but but I'm acknowledging what is not supporting it.
- 3:36Dave Hamilton: But in the scenario where it's one drink at a time, if you go up and order a
- 3:42Dave Hamilton: $7 beer, you're tipping them, let's say, a dollar, right? Yeah, a buck or two. Right.
- 3:48Dave Hamilton: Flat rate for making the drink for you. If I go up and order a $17 martini,
- 3:55Dave Hamilton: I am also tipping a buck or two.
- 3:57Dave Hamilton: Same amount as I would tip for a beer. Now, a martini actually takes longer to make than a beer.
- 4:03Shannon Jean: Yeah, or old-fashioned or whatever somebody makes.
- 4:06Dave Hamilton: But it's still, when you're doing that one drink at a time thing,
- 4:09Dave Hamilton: the general culture, and I'm sure somebody's going to write into feedback at
- 4:13Dave Hamilton: businessbrain.show and argue with me on this, and I love you for that. Thank you. Please do.
- 4:16Shannon Jean: Yes, please do. Yep.
- 4:18Dave Hamilton: But
- 4:21Dave Hamilton: that's kind of the standard. And...
- 4:24Dave Hamilton: I don't quite understand how we're going to fix this, but we need to we need
- 4:30Dave Hamilton: to reset things here because it's just gotten out of hand where,
- 4:35Dave Hamilton: you know, that the same if you start looking at dollars per hour that we're spending on this.
- 4:41Dave Hamilton: And it's like, OK, well, at one restaurant where a hamburger is ten dollars, the tip is is one price.
- 4:49Dave Hamilton: And then at another restaurant where a hamburger is twenty five dollars,
- 4:53Dave Hamilton: the tip is a different price for why. And I know I am asking that question rhetorically.
- 5:00Dave Hamilton: I know we can answer that question, but I, I, I really love the tipping culture
- 5:09Dave Hamilton: in Europe where a tip is actually like not expected.
- 5:15Dave Hamilton: Now I realized that, that it, it, in Europe, the wages are different.
- 5:19Dave Hamilton: Like it's, it's a whole different thing here.
- 5:21Dave Hamilton: You probably know this. If you're listening to this show, there is a lower minimum
- 5:26Dave Hamilton: wage for people that are in jobs that can, that can solicit for tickets. tips, right?
- 5:32Dave Hamilton: And that's, you know, that's great. And Shannon, technically,
- 5:36Dave Hamilton: you can solicit for tips, which is why we pay you a lower hourly wage for doing this show. No, no.
- 5:41Shannon Jean: There you go. At the end, I'm going to flip the iPad over. I have a few,
- 5:45Shannon Jean: just a couple of questions for you. I love how they ask that.
- 5:49Shannon Jean: They're going to, they're going to, they turn around and they go,
- 5:51Shannon Jean: there's just a couple of questions. And I'm like, yeah, where's the no button?
- 5:53Dave Hamilton: Where's the no button? Yeah.
- 5:55Shannon Jean: I mean, I was at, I paid $18 for a beer at the ballpark a couple of weeks ago
- 6:00Shannon Jean: and every, you know, you go up and they flipped the thing over. I was like, no.
- 6:06Shannon Jean: I'm not tipping for you to hand me a can of beer. I'm just not going to do it,
- 6:08Shannon Jean: especially when it's three times what it should be. Right.
- 6:12Shannon Jean: And, you know, that doesn't mean I don't have empathy for people in lower paying
- 6:16Shannon Jean: jobs. No. It's nothing to do with that.
- 6:17Dave Hamilton: No. But it's a separate thing. I love that tipping, and I'm a big fan of pendulums,
- 6:24Dave Hamilton: right? I mean, I'm talking metaphorical pendulums here. I mean,
- 6:26Dave Hamilton: pendulums themselves can be fine. That's not what this episode is about. Yeah.
- 6:29Dave Hamilton: Um where i believe we are
- 6:34Dave Hamilton: we are at an extreme of the tipping pendulum in in the unit usa right now and
- 6:40Dave Hamilton: i therefore like that because extremes of the pendulum when the pendulum's in
- 6:45Dave Hamilton: the middle change doesn't happen when the pendulum is
- 6:48Dave Hamilton: approaching an extreme there's becomes all this momentum and pushback and here
- 6:53Dave Hamilton: we are and i mean it's taken you know what we've done the I agree with you.
- 6:56Dave Hamilton: We never talked about tipping.
- 6:57Shannon Jean: Yeah, correct. And the other thing, like I was at a restaurant yesterday out
- 7:01Shannon Jean: on Ocean Beach in San Francisco.
- 7:03Shannon Jean: And when the bill came, there's two parts of this. Number one is when I was
- 7:09Shannon Jean: younger, I was told, oh yeah, you don't tip on the tax.
- 7:13Shannon Jean: You tip on the bill. Not that, and I was like, oh, that's interesting.
- 7:18Shannon Jean: Okay, I don't think anybody does that anymore.
- 7:19Dave Hamilton: Everybody just- It's been lost. That is a lost art. It's been lost, yeah.
- 7:22Shannon Jean: Yeah, lost art of tipping. uh and then the other thing that was on this bill,
- 7:28Shannon Jean: it being san francisco and maybe some other cities have this there was a six percent uh,
- 7:33Shannon Jean: like workers fund fee and i thought oh okay well six percent so i take my 20 percent and i low,
- 7:43Shannon Jean: i go down to 14 percent i'm just like okay well that's great but uh i i don't
- 7:50Shannon Jean: even i don't live in san francisco and you know i pay lots of fees where I live
- 7:54Shannon Jean: to help my local community.
- 7:56Shannon Jean: Right. So it's like, I feel, I don't feel compelled to add more on.
- 8:02Shannon Jean: I certainly don't tip on top of the...
- 8:05Shannon Jean: 10 over 10 sales tax yeah and the because i live in california and the six percent
- 8:11Shannon Jean: workers so there's 16 right there uh on top of the bill and then they want you
- 8:16Shannon Jean: to tip on top of that and you're right it's too much man it's gotten.
- 8:19Dave Hamilton: To be there's too many too much going on here and so i like it and it's becoming
- 8:26Dave Hamilton: if we had this conversation two years ago we'd probably get a lot more pushback than we would today.
- 8:34Dave Hamilton: But people have tired of this. It's like, how much is too much?
- 8:38Dave Hamilton: My daughter's getting married this week and they live in Italy much of the time. Oh, that's awesome.
- 8:42Shannon Jean: I didn't know it was this week. That's great. Congratulations. Thank you.
- 8:46Dave Hamilton: And they have many friends from Europe that are visiting here and it's been
- 8:52Dave Hamilton: somewhat comical coaching them through the tipping process.
- 8:57Dave Hamilton: We heard that they tipped the bagger at the grocery store because they didn't
- 9:00Dave Hamilton: know. like who should you tip and who should you not
- 9:03Shannon Jean: Puts that on the who puts that on the checkout.
- 9:06Dave Hamilton: It's so crazy i know but they you know they didn't know and that that was the
- 9:10Dave Hamilton: part where it was like oh we gotta talk about this like like the fact that
- 9:14Dave Hamilton: that seemed like a thing to someone who's learning this for the first time right
- 9:20Dave Hamilton: they're learning how to do it and then like i guess we tip this person too because
- 9:23Dave Hamilton: they're tip happy here in the u.s it's like oh okay wait a minute Wait a minute.
- 9:27Dave Hamilton: No, we don't do that. Like most of us don't anyway. So that's right. Yeah.
- 9:31Shannon Jean: I had to, uh, last week I went to an event and about halfway through somebody
- 9:36Shannon Jean: wasn't feeling great. So I had to put a couple, I got an Uber,
- 9:39Shannon Jean: I called an Uber for them.
- 9:40Shannon Jean: Sure. Uh, to get, to get a, get a ride home.
- 9:43Shannon Jean: And this couple of the, the.
- 9:47Shannon Jean: The wife, she'd never called an Uber. Okay. Never been in an Uber.
- 9:52Shannon Jean: And I was like, oh, okay, great. I'm going to cook you up. We'll get you home.
- 9:55Shannon Jean: And so she says, well, I'll just pay him directly.
- 9:58Dave Hamilton: I said, no, you won't.
- 9:59Shannon Jean: No, you won't. And then she's like, well, I'll do this. I'll tip him.
- 10:02Shannon Jean: I'm like, no, you won't. That's okay. I got it. Don't worry about it. Yeah.
- 10:05Shannon Jean: And so this concept is she's like, well, I can't, how does this work? What do I do?
- 10:10Shannon Jean: And then, you know, so they get home and I get the thing that pops up,
- 10:14Shannon Jean: Uber or Lyft is the same way.
- 10:16Shannon Jean: Says yeah how much you want tip and i noticed they they have added a uh a little,
- 10:23Shannon Jean: uh line right below that where you would you like to tip so and so it says a
- 10:27Shannon Jean: hundred percent of the tip goes to,
- 10:29Shannon Jean: you know the driver right so they're not because i know they're like doordash
- 10:32Shannon Jean: was kind of peeling off some of that to add to their uh add to their roi yeah but it's it's uh,
- 10:40Shannon Jean: Yeah, it's interesting. And I do think that it is crazy. And in the beginning,
- 10:45Shannon Jean: I felt weird pressing the no, like I was being judged immediately.
- 10:50Dave Hamilton: Yeah, and you probably are being judged.
- 10:53Shannon Jean: Yeah, but now I'm like, they don't know who I am. These people, this is ridiculous.
- 10:57Shannon Jean: When it's ridiculous when they ask for the tip, like the grocery store or the,
- 11:01Shannon Jean: you know, and the electronic checkout thing has exacerbated this.
- 11:05Dave Hamilton: Right? That's also exacerbated. You're right, yes.
- 11:07Shannon Jean: Yeah, yeah. And because if they're just giving you a piece of paper,
- 11:10Shannon Jean: it's one thing, sign off and go.
- 11:13Shannon Jean: And actually, it may not sound like this, but I'm a big tipper.
- 11:18Shannon Jean: If you take good care of me and the time and place is appropriate,
- 11:23Shannon Jean: dude, I'm happy to give you a big tip because I'm like, man, even if I'm standing up,
- 11:28Shannon Jean: if there was some kind of problem and you resolved it and you showed great customer
- 11:32Shannon Jean: service, dude, I'm all over it.
- 11:35Dave Hamilton: You give me a good customer experience, I will give you a good tip.
- 11:38Dave Hamilton: Right. But that's the thing is that we're not, we've lost that choice. Yeah.
- 11:43Shannon Jean: Because I'm burnt out of everything else because I shoved it in my face. And it is pendulum.
- 11:49Shannon Jean: You know, you can think the guardrail things, you go back and forth, right?
- 11:54Shannon Jean: And you could pick a topic and I could probably tell you like,
- 11:58Shannon Jean: oh yeah, that's ridiculous. And you go back and forth, back and forth. So it's interesting.
- 12:02Shannon Jean: I'd like to know, you know, if you, like my businesses aren't in that realm
- 12:08Shannon Jean: of tipping, although maybe they are.
- 12:09Dave Hamilton: I know this one, I just told you this one is, Shannon. You're allowed.
- 12:11Shannon Jean: Actually, I do have a little money bag thing on my X account that you can send me a tip.
- 12:15Dave Hamilton: That's right.
- 12:16Shannon Jean: Absolutely. But nobody ever has. But if your business is kind of in that realm,
- 12:22Shannon Jean: how do you handle it? Do you have customers that, you know, complain or just
- 12:27Shannon Jean: be like, oh, come on, this is crazy.
- 12:29Shannon Jean: And I'd also like to know So if you're using a point of sale system,
- 12:32Shannon Jean: either like on iPad or in the little, whatever you use to put the card in,
- 12:38Shannon Jean: Are there options to turn that off or does it just.
- 12:41Dave Hamilton: Come on by? Yeah, as a merchant.
- 12:43Shannon Jean: Can you adjust it? Because you're like, hey, I don't want to do this to my customers.
- 12:47Shannon Jean: Let us know. Feedback at businessbrain.show. We would like to hear from you.
- 12:51Dave Hamilton: Good stuff. And I know we have more about the customer experience to talk about.
- 12:55Dave Hamilton: We do. The next thing that I want to do is I want to talk about our sponsors.
- 13:00Dave Hamilton: As we often say on this show, right? Every business is in the content business.
- 13:05Dave Hamilton: It doesn't matter if you sell software or sandwiches, the way you reach people,
- 13:10Dave Hamilton: build trust and keep them coming back runs on content. And once you learn that,
- 13:15Dave Hamilton: the next question gets interesting.
- 13:17Dave Hamilton: If you're already making content, why aren't you earning from it directly?
- 13:22Dave Hamilton: And that, my friends, is what caught my attention about our sponsor FanView.
- 13:28Dave Hamilton: Fanview is a creator monetization platform where you can build,
- 13:32Dave Hamilton: grow, and earn from your own digital content business.
- 13:36Dave Hamilton: You share exclusive content with subscribers. They support you directly,
- 13:40Dave Hamilton: and you turn an engaged audience into real recurring income.
- 13:44Dave Hamilton: And here's the part that fits our charmed life conversations perfectly.
- 13:48Dave Hamilton: The barrier to entry is almost nothing. No existing audience required,
- 13:53Dave Hamilton: no prior experience, and it works across any niche.
- 13:56Dave Hamilton: Fitness, cooking, business coaching, whatever your lane is, that's you, right?
- 14:02Dave Hamilton: The AI analytics give you clear visibility into what's actually earning and growing.
- 14:07Dave Hamilton: So you're building on data instead of on guesswork. I love this. It scales on your terms.
- 14:12Dave Hamilton: Heck, I'd monetize the sound of my own keyboard if enough people subscribed.
- 14:16Dave Hamilton: So if you've been creating value for an audience and watching everyone else
- 14:21Dave Hamilton: capture it, this is worth a look.
- 14:23Dave Hamilton: Are you ready to start your own creator journey and make it big visit fanview.com
- 14:28Dave Hamilton: today and launch your career that's f-a-n-v-u-e.com
- 14:33Dave Hamilton: Go check it out i think you're going to like it just as much as we did and our
- 14:37Dave Hamilton: thanks to fanview for sponsoring this episode
- 14:40Dave Hamilton: And a quick question for the road warriors out there. When's the last time you
- 14:44Dave Hamilton: did real business on like coffee shop Wi-Fi, right?
- 14:47Dave Hamilton: When did you last check the company bank balance from, say, an airport lounge
- 14:52Dave Hamilton: or, you know, sent a contract from a hotel network that you'd never seen before, right?
- 14:58Dave Hamilton: I'm raising my hand for all these. We all do it. That's the modern entrepreneur's
- 15:02Dave Hamilton: charmed life, right? We get to work from anywhere.
- 15:05Dave Hamilton: The problem is anywhere is exactly where your data is most exposed.
- 15:10Dave Hamilton: And that's why Bitdefender, our sponsor, stands out to me.
- 15:14Dave Hamilton: Bitdefender is a global leader in cybersecurity, and their ultimate small business
- 15:18Dave Hamilton: security is built for businesses of 25 or fewer employees who don't have an IT team on standby.
- 15:26Dave Hamilton: And one of the things I really like is their unlimited VPN. So you and your
- 15:30Dave Hamilton: whole team can work from anywhere without leaving your data like sitting out in the open.
- 15:35Dave Hamilton: On top of that, you get AI-powered scam and fraud protection tuned for small
- 15:39Dave Hamilton: business attacks, identity and dark web monitoring, password management,
- 15:44Dave Hamilton: and one simple dashboard to run all of it. No security degree required.
- 15:50Dave Hamilton: Keep your small business safe with Bitdefender Ultimate Small Business Security
- 15:54Dave Hamilton: and save 30% when you go to bitdefender.com slash brain.
- 15:59Dave Hamilton: That's bitdefender.com slash brain for 30% off. Check it out.
- 16:04Dave Hamilton: I think you're going to like it.
- 16:05Dave Hamilton: And our thanks to Bitdefender for sponsoring this episode.
- 16:09Dave Hamilton: All right, Shannon, what do you got today?
- 16:11Shannon Jean: I was scrolling through X as I am often wanted to do.
- 16:16Shannon Jean: And I came across this thing that fit in really well with our concept that every
- 16:20Shannon Jean: business is in the experience business, or you should be, right?
- 16:23Shannon Jean: Even the most boring businesses, you can create a great experience.
- 16:26Shannon Jean: And in this case, the answer to that boring, to promoting your boring business was disco bathrooms.
- 16:34Shannon Jean: And I came across this. I shared this thing with you.
- 16:36Dave Hamilton: Dave. You said two words that I've never heard together before,
- 16:39Dave Hamilton: if I heard them correctly. Did you say disco bathrooms?
- 16:43Shannon Jean: I said disco bathrooms. I think you could have a t-shirt. You could make the shirt.
- 16:47Dave Hamilton: I'm going to wear, like I wear stupid shirts for some of my gigs.
- 16:51Dave Hamilton: I'm just going to have one that says disco bathrooms and that's it.
- 16:53Shannon Jean: Disco bathroom. That's it. Yes.
- 16:55Dave Hamilton: Maybe a urinal and a disco ball.
- 16:59Shannon Jean: Yeah, disco ball. Perfect. Sure. I think it'd be great. And I thought,
- 17:02Shannon Jean: what is this? And basically, this is a gas station somewhere in the south.
- 17:07Shannon Jean: And on their marquee up there, it says, we have disco bathrooms.
- 17:13Shannon Jean: And so this woman who, let me see if I can pull this up.
- 17:18Shannon Jean: This woman, what's her name on her account?
- 17:22Shannon Jean: Nancy, Nancy H, posted on X and said, what? This is crazy. So she filmed themselves
- 17:28Shannon Jean: going in and they go into this bathroom. It's a marathon,
- 17:35Shannon Jean: gas station. Gas station is what it is. Let me turn off Sam to watch this.
- 17:38Shannon Jean: And as they go in, there's a sign that says disco bathrooms this way.
- 17:43Shannon Jean: They go in, and the bathroom stalls have a man dancing and a woman dancing,
- 17:50Shannon Jean: right? And then you go in, and there's a disco ball hanging up,
- 17:53Shannon Jean: and there's a big button that says, do not press this button.
- 17:57Shannon Jean: And of course, everybody says, do not push this red button.
- 18:02Shannon Jean: The lights go off, the disco ball comes, the music comes on.
- 18:08Shannon Jean: And everything's over, spying around. It's amazing.
- 18:12Shannon Jean: If you're watching this on YouTube, which you should be, you can see this video
- 18:16Shannon Jean: that Dave is playing in there now. It's pretty amazing.
- 18:19Shannon Jean: And I was like, man, this is exactly what I mean.
- 18:22Shannon Jean: If, you know, it doesn't matter what business you have, you can make it interesting.
- 18:26Shannon Jean: You can make it fascinating. You can make it irreverent. You can come up with
- 18:31Shannon Jean: things and make it memorable.
- 18:33Shannon Jean: That's the main thing, memorable. So this, she posted this on June 18th.
- 18:37Shannon Jean: It's got over a million views just on X.
- 18:40Shannon Jean: I'm sure it's an Instagram post as well that it's got, you know,
- 18:44Shannon Jean: millions of views up there as well.
- 18:46Shannon Jean: Look at all that free exposure that something as simple as this.
- 18:51Shannon Jean: And just add that to your marketing routine. It doesn't cost you much money.
- 18:57Shannon Jean: It's like, how can we be different? Can we have a weird looking sign?
- 19:01Shannon Jean: Can we have, you know, a strange, I don't know, name? Can you,
- 19:07Shannon Jean: you know, mine with TechRestore was when you called, we talked about this,
- 19:11Shannon Jean: I think was the voicemail or the auto attendant. Right, what can you do?
- 19:15Shannon Jean: I recorded this a certain way and I tried to joke around about it because everybody
- 19:18Shannon Jean: hates those things. And I kept with them the whole time If they press this, they did this.
- 19:23Shannon Jean: And so just think about ways to do it and how to be creative.
- 19:27Shannon Jean: And if you're not sure about it, ask your AI, you know, say,
- 19:31Shannon Jean: hey, I'm an accountant or I'm a landscape construction business.
- 19:34Shannon Jean: And these yahoos on this podcast business brain, they were talking about being
- 19:38Shannon Jean: weird and coming up with something memorable.
- 19:41Shannon Jean: What would you suggest? I think my business is boring. What could I do?
