A Clare Government TD says he hopes the Housing Minister takes more of a role in the delivery of a vital Clare wastewater infrastructure project going forward. It comes as the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage has revealed it's progressing an interim upgrade project to address capacity constraints at the Clareabbey Wastewater Treatment Plant.
