- 0:49Speaker 5: Juicy Scoop.
- 0:51Speaker 2: Hello and welcome to Juicy Scoop. Let's get into it.
- 0:55Speaker 2: Tiger Woods got another DUI. However, they don't believe it's
- 0:59Speaker 2: alcohol related, but it is driving under some type of influence.
- 1:03Speaker 2: He flipped his car. This is like the third incident
- 1:07Speaker 2: in his life. He also got in a horrible accident
- 1:10Speaker 2: in Palos Verdes years ago, driving in the morning to
- 1:15Speaker 2: go do a tournament. I don't know why he continues
- 1:19Speaker 2: to drive when he's, you people can drive them, but
- 1:24Speaker 2: people like to drive. And I hope that whatever happens
- 1:27Speaker 2: in this case, it's like that he's no longer allowed
- 1:30Speaker 2: to drive ever, like at least for like two or
- 1:33Speaker 2: three years. And, um, you know, he is divorced and
- 1:38Speaker 2: he's dating Vanessa Trump, who is the former wife of
- 1:42Speaker 2: Donald Trump Jr. And they have five kids and she
- 1:45Speaker 2: has stayed silent. But I would think it, I would
- 1:48Speaker 2: not want my kids, whether you're Tiger's ex-wife or your
- 1:54Speaker 2: ex-wife is dating him. I would not want them ever
- 1:56Speaker 2: to be even in his golf cart, honestly, at this point.
- 2:00Speaker 6: Okay.
- 2:00Speaker 2: He's a horrible driver. Secret lives of Mormon wives. There's
- 2:05Speaker 2: been some updates, which is very weird. Jesse, who is
- 2:10Speaker 2: the girl who does very well, she gives all the
- 2:15Speaker 2: Mormons these long ass hair extensions and she is on
- 2:20Speaker 2: the show. She and her husband have, he filed for divorce.
- 2:25Speaker 2: She went on Call Her Daddy and said that he
- 2:28Speaker 2: was into having, going to sex parties allegedly, and that
- 2:33Speaker 2: he allegedly had hired sex workers, but she looked past that,
- 2:38Speaker 2: didn't believe him when he said it wasn't true. And
- 2:42Speaker 2: when she kissed Marciano from the villa who came on
- 2:45Speaker 2: my show, she said he held that over her head
- 2:48Speaker 2: like a blackmailing thing throughout their marriage. and she's the breadwinner,
- 2:53Speaker 2: and she's happy to be getting divorced from him. Now,
- 2:58Speaker 2: her business is established in Utah, and that's important to
- 3:03Speaker 2: what I'm going to tell you next. All of a sudden,
- 3:06Speaker 2: these little stories start coming out that she allegedly had
- 3:13Speaker 2: made out with Chase. Who is Chase? Chase is the
- 3:17Speaker 2: ex-husband of Miranda Williams. And they were part of the
- 3:22Speaker 2: swinging scandal before the show started. It was, I believe
- 3:29Speaker 2: Chase got together with Taylor, Frankie, Paul and Miranda, and
- 3:32Speaker 2: they got divorced and Chase is part of the show.
- 3:37Speaker 2: So we're like, wait, what? So now Jesse has made
- 3:40Speaker 2: out with Chase. And then there was like videos of
- 3:43Speaker 2: them kind of joking about it. And he's wearing her
- 3:47Speaker 2: merch about Jesse does bad hair. Like that's like her
- 3:51Speaker 2: thing about, I don't know, it comes off of, I
- 3:53Speaker 2: think what Layla said and she's used it to build
- 3:56Speaker 2: her business of these, of her salon that does all
- 4:00Speaker 2: these hair extensions and she's got like 50 employees. And
- 4:03Speaker 2: then Miranda shows and posts on her social media, a
- 4:09Speaker 2: note with flowers in which Jesse is like saying, let
- 4:15Speaker 2: me read it. I completely understand you being upset with me,
- 4:19Speaker 2: but wanted to send you a little something to let
- 4:22Speaker 2: you know I'm thinking about you. And I am so,
- 4:26Speaker 2: so sorry, Jesse. Pretty long note actually for the florist
- 4:30Speaker 2: to type out. But the fact that Miranda then posted this,
- 4:36Speaker 2: people are speculating that I don't know if people are
- 4:39Speaker 2: or not. I'm speculating. I think this is like bullshit. Like,
- 4:44Speaker 2: is there nobody else in all of Utah to hook
- 4:47Speaker 2: up with? Now, sometimes people do. That's swinger communities that
- 4:52Speaker 2: people that are parents start dating their friend's best friend.
- 4:57Speaker 2: The affairs happen that since the beginning of time, there
- 5:00Speaker 2: is literally a commandment that says thou shall not cover
- 5:05Speaker 2: covet thy neighbor's wife. Literally it's the neighbor.
- 5:08Speaker 6: Okay.
- 5:08Speaker 2: So this does happen if we're getting religious, but it
- 5:13Speaker 2: seems like, are they possibly cultivating this story? So that
- 5:19Speaker 2: Chase can stay on the show, Miranda can stay on
- 5:22Speaker 2: the show, and Jesse can stay on the show, and
- 5:24Speaker 2: they can return filming in Utah. Because right now, three
- 5:29Speaker 2: of the other girls have already moved to the Newport,
- 5:33Speaker 2: California area, in which we knew that they were already
- 5:37Speaker 2: looking to cast a Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, California edition.
- 5:43Speaker 2: And so the thought is they're going to film that
- 5:46Speaker 2: with the three girls, which is, I think, Michaela and
- 5:52Speaker 2: who else is it? It's Michaela and, uh, Jen Affleck
- 5:57Speaker 2: and someone else that they're going to do that there.
- 6:00Speaker 2: And they don't want to be left behind Jesse because she, she, they,
- 6:05Speaker 2: she can't pick up her whole business and she's divorcing Jordan.
- 6:09Speaker 2: So they are going to have shared custody. She couldn't
- 6:12Speaker 2: move to California. So they want their filming to, to
- 6:15Speaker 2: continue in Utah. Yeah. And one way is to show
- 6:19Speaker 2: the world we have our own scandal ball. It's not
- 6:23Speaker 2: domestic violence. It's a little sexier than that. It's cheating
- 6:27Speaker 2: with your best friend's ex. Okay. So I don't know,
- 6:31Speaker 2: but that's, that's what I think is I think they're like,
- 6:34Speaker 2: we don't want these shows to stop and we certainly
- 6:37Speaker 2: don't want it to continue without us in California. Um,
- 6:42Speaker 2: as a California, I'm just happy that there's any TV
- 6:45Speaker 2: production happening here. So great. Oh, on The Bachelorette, they're saying,
- 6:50Speaker 2: this article has come out, this is from KTLA 5 News,
- 6:53Speaker 2: that one of the 22 men that were vying to
- 6:58Speaker 2: win Taylor Frankie Paul's heart on The Bachelorette, which has
- 7:01Speaker 2: since been pulled from the lineup, he actually was the
- 7:05Speaker 2: one driving the car when a, um, when former representative
- 7:12Speaker 2: Madison Cawthorn was, uh, paralyzed from the accident. So I
- 7:18Speaker 2: looked into this because I was like, what is this?
- 7:21Speaker 2: Was the, was the guy drunk? Was he really young? Well,
- 7:25Speaker 2: the two of them were friends. They were driving back
- 7:28Speaker 2: from a trip. The bachelorette contestant fell asleep at the
- 7:32Speaker 2: wheel and Madison had his legs up on the dashboard,
- 7:38Speaker 2: which you should never do. And, but very, very sad.
- 7:41Speaker 2: And I I don't think that's, I think if I
- 7:45Speaker 2: was an executive, that wouldn't have kept me from not
- 7:49Speaker 2: wanting him. I'm guessing that you saw that as a
- 7:54Speaker 2: producer of saying, this is something very traumatic and very,
- 7:57Speaker 2: the guilt that you'd feel. I don't know if they'd be,
- 7:59Speaker 2: they're still friends or not, but if nothing happened to
- 8:05Speaker 2: him as far as criminal, criminally, then I think that's
- 8:08Speaker 2: kind of an interesting, I could see that there would
- 8:10Speaker 2: be a moment where you know, they always have those
- 8:13Speaker 2: moments where they, they tell the contestants, save that juicy
- 8:18Speaker 2: story about your ex or about your mother dying when
- 8:21Speaker 2: you were four or whatever. Don't tell that on the
- 8:24Speaker 2: first night. We want you to save that because we
- 8:26Speaker 2: think that you're going to make it to, you know,
- 8:30Speaker 2: the final six. And that's when you tell that story
- 8:32Speaker 2: at dinner. That's when you're going to save that. It
- 8:35Speaker 2: is planned out like that much. So I don't think
- 8:38Speaker 2: that that was a big deal. Speaking of love, love story,
- 8:43Speaker 2: JFK Jr. and Carolyn Bessette story has concluded and it
- 8:49Speaker 2: was really good. And it was, you know, um, Connie
- 8:54Speaker 2: Zimmerman was playing the mother of Carolyn and her sister, Lauren,
- 8:59Speaker 2: and she was so excellent. And it was, is a
- 9:03Speaker 2: very interesting, sad, sad, um, episode. They did not delve
- 9:09Speaker 2: into the rumors that even though he was staying at
- 9:13Speaker 2: a hotel, they show that they're fighting and they're staying
- 9:16Speaker 2: in a hotel and he comes from the hotel, you know,
- 9:19Speaker 2: to go meet on the plane and take her on
- 9:21Speaker 2: the plane. And they do talk about all the reasons
- 9:23Speaker 2: that he shouldn't have flown that night. He really wasn't
- 9:26Speaker 2: experienced enough. He should have had an instructor with him
- 9:30Speaker 2: or not flown at all. They left late. and the
- 9:35Speaker 2: articles were written in the press at the time, it's
- 9:38Speaker 2: because she changed her nail color and therefore they left
- 9:40Speaker 2: like an hour later than they should have. But really
- 9:43Speaker 2: it was the spatial disorientation that he had. It can
- 9:47Speaker 2: happen to pilots, but a sign that he was, you know,
- 9:52Speaker 2: a little, was reckless in doing that. But they did
- 9:55Speaker 2: not share that there's rumors that was he possibly engaged
- 10:00Speaker 2: with someone else or seeing an ex-girlfriend. There was a,
- 10:04Speaker 2: there was that too, but they did not cover that
- 10:06Speaker 2: part of it. Some people thought it was in poor
- 10:09Speaker 2: taste that we actually see them in the plane. And,
- 10:13Speaker 2: but I didn't, I thought the story has been written about,
- 10:16Speaker 2: it's been all over the news. It was, I liked
- 10:21Speaker 2: that they sort of explained technically what happened while he
- 10:24Speaker 2: was flying. Anyway, I'm sad that it's over. The rumor
- 10:28Speaker 2: is that Ryan Murphy is going to do another edition
- 10:32Speaker 2: of Love Story, but it's going to be Elizabeth Taylor
- 10:36Speaker 2: and her multiple marriages to the same man, Richard Burton.
- 10:41Speaker 2: And I'm super excited for that. I don't know who
- 10:44Speaker 2: they're looking to play her, but what a great role
- 10:47Speaker 2: for somebody.
- 10:47Speaker 7: Okay.
- 10:48Speaker 6: Okay.
- 10:49Speaker 2: Summer House, which I have not really covered, but I'm
- 10:53Speaker 2: going to tell you again why this is just an
- 10:55Speaker 2: interesting topic, whether you're watching it or not. But Summer
- 10:59Speaker 2: House has Kyle and Amanda, who are the two of
- 11:02Speaker 2: the original castmates. It's been going on for 10 years,
- 11:05Speaker 2: where every weekend they go from New York to the
- 11:07Speaker 2: Hamptons and have these fun, crazy, drunken, you know, times.
- 11:11Speaker 2: And people fall in love and they hook up. And
- 11:14Speaker 2: a man and Kyle were together in the beginning. They've
- 11:18Speaker 2: had a bad relationship. There were cheating accusations, but she
- 11:21Speaker 2: still married him. And then he became a DJ. And
- 11:23Speaker 2: that's really where she was like, I don't think this
- 11:25Speaker 2: is going to work out. So We see the demise
- 11:29Speaker 2: of their marriage. They have since, I don't know if
- 11:31Speaker 2: anyone's filed for divorce yet, but they're definitely on their way.
- 11:35Speaker 2: We see it happening. And the latest episode he had
- 11:38Speaker 2: to apologize for because he's acting so horribly to her
- 11:41Speaker 2: and saying F you and all this. And there's a
- 11:45Speaker 2: scene where Wes is there as one of the cast members,
- 11:49Speaker 2: friends and roommates in the house. And he's kind of
- 11:53Speaker 2: comforting Amanda and he's telling, you know, Kyle, you need
- 11:57Speaker 2: to apologize. Well, now there's speculation that Wes and Amanda
- 12:04Speaker 2: are more than just friends. And there's photos of him
- 12:09Speaker 2: wearing a hat. And then you see her wearing the
- 12:12Speaker 2: same hat, Amanda, you know, a couple months later. And
- 12:16Speaker 2: then Sierra, who dated Wes, she and Amanda were supposed
- 12:20Speaker 2: to have a Amazon live and do some stuff together.
- 12:23Speaker 2: And now I think they're still following each other, but
- 12:25Speaker 2: they're not liking each other's posts. And is this real too?
- 12:30Speaker 2: Are they trying to keep their, are they trying to
- 12:33Speaker 2: have their mini scandal ball? And are they hoping that
- 12:37Speaker 2: this will get us to watch the spinoff, which is
- 12:40Speaker 2: the city in which Kyle and Amanda and a couple
- 12:43Speaker 2: other people are doing where we actually see them in
- 12:45Speaker 2: the city, not just at the summer house because they're
- 12:48Speaker 2: getting a little long in the tooth to be sharing
- 12:50Speaker 2: a house with a bunch of people when they're like
- 12:52Speaker 2: inching towards 40. So that's what, you know, that's keeping
- 12:57Speaker 2: us going. Anyway, the hat wearing, getting back to Tom Sandoval,
- 13:01Speaker 2: the hat wearing reminded people of when Rachel Raquel was
- 13:07Speaker 2: wearing a shirt from Tom Tom and then Tom Sandoval
- 13:14Speaker 2: went and as Raquel in that outfit for Halloween. And
- 13:19Speaker 2: it was like, wow, these two are really, really good
- 13:21Speaker 2: platonic friends. Like people didn't think it was weird at
- 13:25Speaker 2: the time. And then when we found out they were
- 13:26Speaker 2: having an affair, it was like, oh, of course that
- 13:30Speaker 2: makes sense now. So that's where the hat wearing and
- 13:33Speaker 2: all that, is that happening or are they just friends?
- 13:36Speaker 2: And why that would be quite scandalous on this Summer
- 13:41Speaker 2: House show. But I just watched a little clip. I'm
- 13:44Speaker 2: not watching villains, but Tom Sandoval, I guess, it's like
- 13:48Speaker 2: a villains is like you get kicked out of the
- 13:50Speaker 2: house or something and it's all these reality stars. And
- 13:53Speaker 2: Tom Sandoval gets up there and I don't know if
- 13:54Speaker 2: this is a joke or not, but I thought it
- 13:56Speaker 2: was a pretty great clip and pretty funny. And he
- 13:59Speaker 2: says to Kate Chastain of Below Deck, like, I can't
- 14:02Speaker 2: believe you're kicking me out of the house or whatever
- 14:04Speaker 2: this is. And he goes, I had so many plans
- 14:07Speaker 2: for us. I was going to follow you on Instagram
- 14:09Speaker 2: and And then if you did like a sponsored post,
- 14:12Speaker 2: I was going to immediately comment on it so that
- 14:15Speaker 2: more conversation could start, which is really important when you
- 14:19Speaker 2: do a sponsored post is to have like organic conversation.
- 14:23Speaker 2: so that that post doesn't just do poorly because it
- 14:26Speaker 2: is hashtag ad post. And she was just like, okay, Tom. Anyway,
- 14:33Speaker 2: I thought it was really funny. And I don't know
- 14:36Speaker 2: if he was being serious or not, but it did
- 14:38Speaker 2: kind of make me miss him. And I hadn't seen
- 14:40Speaker 2: him in a while. Okay. Since we are looking for
- 14:44Speaker 2: new shows, you guys, the comeback on HBO debuted this week.
- 14:50Speaker 2: I think there's two episodes that you can watch right now.
- 14:53Speaker 2: And I am telling you, if you didn't watch the
- 14:56Speaker 2: other seasons, you're in for a treat. But if you
- 14:59Speaker 2: want to hop on right now and start watching, it's
- 15:03Speaker 2: going to remind you of me a lot. And I
- 15:08Speaker 2: am dying. You know, I'm a huge Lisa Kudrow fan.
- 15:11Speaker 2: She was my teacher at the Groundlings. And I just
- 15:16Speaker 2: love this show. Um, I love the co-creator and Dan
- 15:21Speaker 2: and he's going to come on Juicy Scoop and talk
- 15:23Speaker 2: all about it. And we're going to set that up
- 15:25Speaker 2: and maybe we can get Lisa, but even if we don't,
- 15:28Speaker 2: it's okay because the show is so funny and so
- 15:31Speaker 2: clever and it's, you know, you just, you have to
- 15:36Speaker 2: see it and you, you know enough about the business
- 15:39Speaker 2: by listening to my stories on Juicy Scoop that you
- 15:42Speaker 2: will absolutely get all the jokes and she's just so
- 15:48Speaker 2: adorable in it and so believable so please watch that
- 15:53Speaker 2: so we can talk about it and then Hacks comes
- 15:55Speaker 2: back April 6th or something so we have some things
- 15:58Speaker 2: to look forward to real comedy that I just can't
- 16:02Speaker 2: wait to watch um We said that the Real Housewives
- 16:07Speaker 2: of New Jersey is returning. It's Melissa and Teresa and
- 16:11Speaker 2: Dolores are all coming back. So we got to hear
- 16:15Speaker 2: from all the other ladies talking about how they aren't
- 16:19Speaker 2: coming back. And we, one of the things was, what
- 16:26Speaker 2: is her, Jennifer Aiden. And I was like, wait, I
- 16:30Speaker 2: think that she was never coming back because of what
- 16:32Speaker 2: happened at Jersey Mike's. In, um, yes, there was a
- 16:36Speaker 2: Jersey Mike's and Drake, Drake popped up. You must be hungry.
- 16:40Speaker 2: I mentioned Jersey Mike's. Do you guys remember her story? Okay. She,
- 16:47Speaker 2: at the time the show was like airing, but it
- 16:50Speaker 2: has not filmed since this incident. And I'm pretty sure
- 16:53Speaker 2: she was never going to be included because of it.
- 16:56Speaker 2: She went to Jersey Mike's first thing in the morning
- 17:00Speaker 2: at the airport on New Year's day. She and her
- 17:03Speaker 2: five kids went. And I think like another woman who
- 17:06Speaker 2: was a friend, she was in line at Jersey Mike's
- 17:09Speaker 2: to get all the subs to take on the plane
- 17:11Speaker 2: or eat whatever while they're waiting. And she started filming
- 17:17Speaker 2: the workers because she, and posted it thinking that all
- 17:22Speaker 2: of her fans would be like, my God, Jennifer Aiden,
- 17:24Speaker 2: you're right. Those people working minimum wage, making your turkey
- 17:28Speaker 2: sandwiches for you and your five kids. and your plastic
- 17:31Speaker 2: surgeon husband, and your friends, they do deserve to be shamed.
- 17:38Speaker 2: There's no good customer service. New Year's Day at the
- 17:41Speaker 2: crack of dawn at the airport, like, and she is
- 17:46Speaker 2: doing it. And while she's yelling at the woman, she's saying,
- 17:51Speaker 2: all my stuff is real. All my, meaning all your
- 17:54Speaker 2: label-y crap is real. Well, then you're an idiot, all right?
- 17:58Speaker 2: You're an idiot if you're buying it all real when,
- 18:00Speaker 2: you know. you see a 16 year old drenched in
- 18:03Speaker 2: the fake shit and it looks just as good on her.
- 18:05Speaker 2: Who the fuck cares? Anyway, that was pretty, pretty bad.
- 18:11Speaker 2: And so then she said, I didn't, wasn't expecting to
- 18:15Speaker 2: come back basically. And I do appreciate that honesty. She
- 18:18Speaker 2: didn't bring up Jersey Mike's, but I'm pretty sure she
- 18:21Speaker 2: probably doesn't eat there anymore. Um, and then the other,
- 18:25Speaker 2: and then Margaret Joseph said she'd been talking with them
- 18:28Speaker 2: for a while and, And she will not be coming back,
- 18:31Speaker 2: but she was on set filming something that looked like
- 18:34Speaker 2: it was on location, which there is a rumor that
- 18:37Speaker 2: there is going to be a show like an Ultimate
- 18:40Speaker 2: Girls Trip, but with all different female reality stars from
- 18:45Speaker 2: like Chrisley Knows Best, that Savannah, to some other housewives,
- 18:50Speaker 2: to some like almost like a Traitors, but all women
- 18:53Speaker 2: that go on a, you know, a trip. So I'm
- 18:58Speaker 2: guessing maybe that might be a real rumor and that
- 19:01Speaker 2: might be a show that she's participating in. I like Margaret.
- 19:04Speaker 2: I think she was great TV. I can see why
- 19:07Speaker 2: it just doesn't make sense with Teresa and Louie and
- 19:10Speaker 2: everything that went down and with Teresa and Melissa being
- 19:15Speaker 2: friends again and the show brought them apart and now
- 19:19Speaker 2: the show is bringing them back together because they know
- 19:22Speaker 2: in order to keep working and have this incredible platform.
- 19:28Speaker 2: they had to come together. And I think it's great.
- 19:30Speaker 2: I think it's great. All of their kids are lovely.
- 19:32Speaker 2: And for the kids to be able to have their
- 19:35Speaker 2: cousins back, even if they secretly hate each other, if
- 19:39Speaker 2: they can fake it for their kids and for the camera,
- 19:41Speaker 2: I'm all for it. But, um, so there you go
- 19:45Speaker 2: with that.
- 19:46Speaker 7: Employers rewarding your staff with vouchers this year.
- 19:49Speaker 5: Here's I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next.
- 20:16Speaker 8: Each week on the show, I sit down with extraordinary
- 20:19Speaker 8: people who have faced tremendous setbacks, and yet somehow have
- 20:24Speaker 8: found a way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 20:27Speaker 9: Life is one long lesson of chaos.
- 20:30Speaker 2: I'm heading to the Emmys, and I have police complaints
- 20:32Speaker 2: filed against me.
- 20:33Speaker 9: When your free will was about to be taken from you,
- 20:36Speaker 9: what would you do if it was given back?
- 20:38Speaker 10: Where did that need come from, where you thought that
- 20:41Speaker 10: you had to succeed in order to feel loved?
- 20:43Speaker 6: He said, I have a work dad. I need a
- 20:45Speaker 6: home dad.
- 20:46Speaker 10: What happens next?
- 20:47Speaker 11: When I came in, he started crying.
- 20:48Speaker 10: Everybody in life encounters hardships. What defines them is not
- 20:53Speaker 10: those hard moments that they go through. It's about what
- 20:55Speaker 10: happens next.
- 20:57Speaker 9: I decided to risk it all.
- 20:58Speaker 6: I realized how valuable every day was. You're worth the work.
- 21:01Speaker 5: Listen, Dara, I'm not going to pull punches.
- 21:03Speaker 2: You can use your voice even if it's shaped.
- 21:05Speaker 8: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 21:09Speaker 8: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 21:19Speaker 2: We talked about in Real Estate Juicy Scoop that Chelsea
- 21:24Speaker 2: Handler had spoken about how she was very unhappy with
- 21:28Speaker 2: the house that she bought from Cheryl Hines and Robert
- 21:31Speaker 2: Kennedy Jr. And that it was, you know, toxic and
- 21:37Speaker 2: it took her five years of remodeling until she could
- 21:39Speaker 2: move in. And it was $ 6 billion. So Cheryl Hines
- 21:45Speaker 2: did respond and And I'll summarize what she said, but
- 21:49Speaker 2: I thought it was pretty great. She was like, I
- 21:50Speaker 2: think it's kind of interesting that she brings it up now,
- 21:53Speaker 2: you know, five years later. I knew she was buying it.
- 21:57Speaker 2: I left her a note with my number. So I
- 21:59Speaker 2: wasn't trying to like unload some toxic house that I
- 22:03Speaker 2: didn't know was toxic, you know. I talked about home inspections. Anyway, well,
- 22:10Speaker 2: you know what? You drop a name like that and
- 22:12Speaker 2: you make headlines. So if she had told a story of,
- 22:16Speaker 2: this house I bought, you know, um, from this lovely, uh, podiatrist.
- 22:22Speaker 2: I thought he was a lovely podiatrist, but the house
- 22:25Speaker 2: is horrible. And it would have been a nothing. I mean,
- 22:28Speaker 2: it would have been on her show, but nobody would
- 22:30Speaker 2: have written articles about it. Sometimes these things are strategic
- 22:34Speaker 2: and some people are really good at it when they
- 22:35Speaker 2: want to get a little pop of press. And you
- 22:37Speaker 2: can easily do that in this podcast world where we
- 22:40Speaker 2: all have one and a way to get a story out.
- 22:42Speaker 2: We don't have to go on a red carpet. We
- 22:46Speaker 2: And then there's other times where it isn't intentional and
- 22:49Speaker 2: then it spirals and you're like, oh, people love this
- 22:52Speaker 2: story and I can make some jokes about this because they,
- 22:55Speaker 2: you know, she's not a fan of his, of his, uh,
- 22:59Speaker 2: politics and his genes. So, but I thought that was
- 23:02Speaker 2: a pretty good answer that she said. Uh, okay. Real
- 23:06Speaker 2: Housewives of Beverly Hills. We are chugging along in Italy
- 23:11Speaker 2: and it is really coming down to everyone's pissed at
- 23:15Speaker 2: Dorit because she's late all the time, which we've seen.
- 23:19Speaker 2: It's also been revealed that that time that the whole
- 23:22Speaker 2: world fell in love with the fact that she was
- 23:25Speaker 2: driving and smoking and they're like, oh my God. And
- 23:27Speaker 2: I predicted that Smokey would come back. And now there's
- 23:30Speaker 2: like been 20 articles since I said on the show
- 23:33Speaker 2: about Kylie Jenner on the cover of Vogue. that yes,
- 23:36Speaker 2: people are going back to smoking. JFK and Carolyn Bessette
- 23:43Speaker 2: in the Love Story show, which has broken records, apparently,
- 23:48Speaker 2: for how many views that series got, especially the wedding episode,
- 23:53Speaker 2: that they were smokers. And people are just yearning for skinny, smoking,
- 23:58Speaker 2: non-iPhone days of the late 90s. Anyway, that she was
- 24:05Speaker 2: always smoking, but they didn't put it on the show.
- 24:08Speaker 2: They kept it kind of a secret because it was
- 24:10Speaker 2: taboo until now. So lots of times the cast would be...
- 24:15Speaker 2: I think Crystal said this. Lots of times the cast
- 24:19Speaker 2: would be held up while they're trying to film because
- 24:23Speaker 2: she'd be off having a cigarette. And so now... you know,
- 24:28Speaker 2: they're annoyed that she's always late and everything. So it's
- 24:30Speaker 2: coming out, well, is she smoking or is she late
- 24:32Speaker 2: or does she just not care or what the deal is?
- 24:35Speaker 2: So that is why they're fighting in Italy. And I
- 24:38Speaker 2: think I told you when I was at Kathy Hilton's
- 24:42Speaker 2: house for that party, which is like the final, I
- 24:44Speaker 2: think that's like the final day they shot. Cause like
- 24:48Speaker 2: the next day was going to be Kyle's daughter's wedding.
- 24:51Speaker 2: And I don't think they were filming that for the show,
- 24:54Speaker 2: but a lot of them were going was, um, they
- 24:57Speaker 2: were like yelling at her being like, you left us
- 25:00Speaker 2: in Italy. So I'm like, how did they leave her
- 25:02Speaker 2: in Italy? It's not like she has the jet left. No,
- 25:04Speaker 2: she like was getting gelato and was annoyed. And like,
- 25:07Speaker 2: because they were trying to have an intervention with her
- 25:09Speaker 2: about spending too much money. And by the way, she
- 25:11Speaker 2: bought four Gucci bags. And I would say, that's lame.
- 25:16Speaker 2: I don't know why you need four unless it's such
- 25:18Speaker 2: a great deal. But still, that's very excessive when you're
- 25:21Speaker 2: going through a divorce. And now she says they're going
- 25:23Speaker 2: to have to sell the house. And she and her
- 25:25Speaker 2: kids are going to find something else. And you know,
- 25:27Speaker 2: she's going to end up renting. because that happens to
- 25:30Speaker 2: a lot of housewives, just like Shannon Bedore. You had
- 25:32Speaker 2: this house, you got divorced, and then you, you end
- 25:36Speaker 2: up wanting to rent something so that it matches your
- 25:38Speaker 2: lifestyle and your clothes and it has the big closet,
- 25:42Speaker 2: but you're just throwing that money away and you're going
- 25:44Speaker 2: to have nothing to show for it when the lease
- 25:45Speaker 2: is up, whatever. So She's like, why are you on
- 25:50Speaker 2: my asshole, Kyle, about what I'm doing? And then Kyle's like, well,
- 25:55Speaker 2: I've been having, I went through a tough time as well.
- 25:57Speaker 2: You know, like I'm going through a separation too. But
- 26:02Speaker 2: it seems like Kyle has the happiest separation of anybody.
- 26:05Speaker 2: She and Mauricio laugh. They had a, they did have
- 26:09Speaker 2: a lovely time planning the wedding. And it seemed like
- 26:11Speaker 2: the wedding went off without a hitch, even though they're
- 26:13Speaker 2: separated for their daughter. And, but she did buy a
- 26:17Speaker 2: house in Tennessee and, in Nashville. And there have been
- 26:21Speaker 2: some Bravo fans that have taken to their TikTok to
- 26:25Speaker 2: let us know that Kyle and Morgan, I'm going to
- 26:28Speaker 2: make you love me. They have been having some cute
- 26:30Speaker 2: lunches or whatnot, what you might want to call that
- 26:33Speaker 2: type of situation. Just talking, just having lunch, like two
- 26:38Speaker 2: girlfriends straight. or not do. And, uh, a lot of
- 26:44Speaker 2: people in California have bought houses in Tennessee. I think
- 26:47Speaker 2: it's one of those States where it's like a good
- 26:50Speaker 2: place to buy as far as like property tax or something.
- 26:54Speaker 2: And people love it. Nashville is great. So, and she
- 26:59Speaker 2: likes wearing cowboy hats. So it all makes sense. And
- 27:03Speaker 2: the fact that Morgan Wade lives there too, well, isn't
- 27:06Speaker 2: that nice? So anyway, uh, there, there's that problem. And
- 27:12Speaker 2: then there's the Amanda Francis who sell is the manifesting queen,
- 27:17Speaker 2: money queen. And this whole situation for her, she probably manifested.
- 27:25Speaker 2: I will be on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and
- 27:27Speaker 2: it will make me more money and make me more
- 27:29Speaker 2: popular than ever before. And I think her manifestation came true.
- 27:34Speaker 2: A lot of people are saying that they get the
- 27:37Speaker 2: book and they read the book and things are money
- 27:41Speaker 2: is dropping from the sky or deals are happening or,
- 27:44Speaker 2: and she teaches you how to do it. And again,
- 27:47Speaker 2: it's a digital course or a book. You don't have
- 27:50Speaker 2: to buy it. It seems she's not harming anyone by it,
- 27:54Speaker 2: but Bose has been questioning her authenticity and what in
- 27:58Speaker 2: fact this business is. And Bose is a real established,
- 28:03Speaker 2: actual executive marketing person worked for all these companies. And
- 28:10Speaker 2: So they look up her reviews in the car on
- 28:13Speaker 2: camera and Sutton reveals to Amanda that it didn't sit
- 28:20Speaker 2: well with her because she said, wow, I wouldn't have
- 28:22Speaker 2: wanted that to happen when I had my clothing store.
- 28:26Speaker 2: I wouldn't have wanted the girls to go and look
- 28:29Speaker 2: this up and put it on camera because It's just like,
- 28:32Speaker 2: what if they had done that to Lisa Vanderpump? What
- 28:35Speaker 2: if they had pulled up bad food reviews on Yelp
- 28:39Speaker 2: during the show? They probably would have, just no one
- 28:42Speaker 2: thought of it. Or maybe they did and that never
- 28:47Speaker 2: made the scenes because Lisa Vanderpump had some real power
- 28:52Speaker 2: at Bravo with her spinoffs and whatnot of Vanderpump Rules.
- 28:55Speaker 2: But it is pretty... It is pretty shitty, but that
- 28:58Speaker 2: has become par for the course of these Real Housewives shows.
- 29:02Speaker 2: You're either poking at someone's marriage or revealing that their
- 29:07Speaker 2: business practices aren't good or that they have bankruptcies or whatever.
- 29:14Speaker 2: So then Amanda looked up Bose and Bose also had
- 29:19Speaker 2: sold digital courses. So she's like, why is she going
- 29:23Speaker 2: after me? And Boze is just like, I just feel
- 29:27Speaker 2: like you're not really being honest, but I just, I
- 29:30Speaker 2: don't know. I think this really just might be her personality.
- 29:33Speaker 2: So that's probably the juiciest stuff that's happening on the show.
- 29:37Speaker 2: I still like it. I still watch it, but it
- 29:39Speaker 2: has been a slower season until next week when I,
- 29:44Speaker 2: when you're going to see me in the background at
- 29:46Speaker 2: the Hiltons. And then of course we have the reunion.
- 29:49Speaker 2: So Okay. This was very interesting. So Heather Gay has
- 29:56Speaker 2: a new book out, Heather Gay of Real Housewives of
- 29:58Speaker 2: Salt Lake City, and it's actually a fiction book. And
- 30:02Speaker 2: so she wrote some, you know, story and the cover
- 30:08Speaker 2: of her book is way, way too similar to this
- 30:13Speaker 2: other book. which is already like a bestselling author's book
- 30:17Speaker 2: that already did well. It wasn't some little thing kind
- 30:21Speaker 2: of like the Mel Robbins stealing the let them thing.
- 30:24Speaker 2: That was a smaller movement though. It was all over
- 30:27Speaker 2: the internet where this, um, this poet had come up
- 30:31Speaker 2: with the let them theory herself. And then Mel took it. Um, Oh,
- 30:37Speaker 2: by the way, Mel Robbins is also doing the same
- 30:40Speaker 2: thing with this other guy's, um, He went on the
- 30:46Speaker 2: Today Show or Good Morning America and he's a content creator.
- 30:49Speaker 2: And he has this whole thing called admin night, meaning
- 30:52Speaker 2: administrative night for yourself, where you make a plan once
- 30:56Speaker 2: a week to meet with a friend, go and work
- 31:00Speaker 2: out all the little shit that you're putting off, doctor's appointments,
- 31:04Speaker 2: answering emails, setting up your week for success. Do it
- 31:08Speaker 2: with a friend, go to a cute happy hour, go
- 31:11Speaker 2: to some place with good Wi-Fi and And you knock
- 31:13Speaker 2: it out together. That's what he was doing. And then
- 31:16Speaker 2: all of a sudden Mel Robbins does a video and
- 31:18Speaker 2: she's like, I'm going to tell you something that you
- 31:21Speaker 2: need to do. Let me put on my glasses. These
- 31:23Speaker 2: aren't a good pair, but I'm going to tell you
- 31:26Speaker 2: what you need to do. You need to do an
- 31:29Speaker 2: admin day just for yourself. And don't have it be
- 31:34Speaker 2: about decluttering a drawer. It's got to be taking care
- 31:37Speaker 2: of the doctor's appointments, taking care of you, figuring out,
- 31:41Speaker 2: paying the bills. getting all that stuff. And that's what
- 31:44Speaker 2: we're going to do one day a week. We're going
- 31:47Speaker 2: to have an admin day, make sure the house is
- 31:50Speaker 2: empty and this is what you're going to do. So
- 31:54Speaker 2: people were like, wow, that's really similar to this guy's thing.
- 31:57Speaker 2: And he called her out on it. And he, he
- 32:01Speaker 2: feared that it would become her new book. It would
- 32:04Speaker 2: become her new program, her new grift or whatever. And
- 32:10Speaker 2: a hundred percent, she stole it from him. Now, did
- 32:12Speaker 2: she see it herself? Probably not. Does she have a
- 32:15Speaker 2: team of writers that have to pitch a different ideas
- 32:19Speaker 2: and things? And I'm guessing they saw his and then
- 32:24Speaker 2: was like, well, let's change it today. And Garrett more towards,
- 32:28Speaker 2: you know, moms or women. And that would be a day,
- 32:33Speaker 2: not a night, because a busy mom isn't going to
- 32:36Speaker 2: be able to meet her girlfriend for happy hour in
- 32:38Speaker 2: the city where there's good Wi-Fi like this guy and
- 32:40Speaker 2: his friends do. So yeah, of stealing. So they're accusing
- 32:45Speaker 2: Heather Gay of also stealing this cover idea, book cover
- 32:50Speaker 2: idea from this already established author. And it's like a mirror,
- 32:55Speaker 2: like a compact, and then it's cracked and it's someone's face,
- 32:59Speaker 2: like someone's lips and.
- 33:03Speaker 2: Um, it's really too similar. Now my book, you'll never
- 33:07Speaker 2: blue ball in this town again, which is right behind me.
- 33:11Speaker 2: That was an idea that my book agent and I
- 33:14Speaker 2: came up with. I laid sexily in a one because
- 33:19Speaker 2: it was, you know, I still mentioned that I had
- 33:22Speaker 2: kids and I was a mom. We put me in a,
- 33:25Speaker 2: one of those ball things that I don't even know
- 33:27Speaker 2: if they have them anymore because they're probably very disgusting, germy.
- 33:31Speaker 2: but you go in those ball things. And I went
- 33:33Speaker 2: into them and they were colored and then they digitally
- 33:35Speaker 2: made them all blue because my book was never blue
- 33:37Speaker 2: ball in this town again. And I laid in them. Well,
- 33:41Speaker 2: after that, there was a cover of a magazine that
- 33:46Speaker 2: another comedian was in, in which she was in the
- 33:49Speaker 2: same situation with the balls, the exact same pose, everything.
- 33:54Speaker 2: And then I also saw that Kourtney Kardashian did it.
- 33:58Speaker 2: with her gummies, um, with her Lemmy gummies. You know, I,
- 34:04Speaker 2: I don't know. I'd never seen it before mine. It
- 34:07Speaker 2: can happen. And I remember when I was thinking of
- 34:10Speaker 2: a book cover, um, someone of my team mentioned that
- 34:15Speaker 2: I should do the Tiffany breakfast at Tiffany's look with
- 34:20Speaker 2: the cigarette and the gloves and the hair up and
- 34:23Speaker 2: all that. And the first thing I said is, Hey,
- 34:25Speaker 2: I don't smoke, never have. So I'm not going to
- 34:27Speaker 2: do the cigarette. And B, I feel like I've seen
- 34:30Speaker 2: that a lot. I've seen that a lot, like magazines,
- 34:34Speaker 2: probably other book covers, things like that. So I think
- 34:39Speaker 2: that her team failed her, that they did not do
- 34:43Speaker 2: the work to realize that something, this cover was already
- 34:48Speaker 2: done and she should change it. she should change it,
- 34:53Speaker 2: but I don't know. Maybe the book's already been printed
- 34:55Speaker 2: a million times. We'll see. I really don't know what's
- 34:58Speaker 2: going on with this Kim Kardashian and Ray J case.
- 35:04Speaker 2: I have to look into it, but he is saying
- 35:08Speaker 2: that the story was very different than what has been
- 35:12Speaker 2: told by Kim and Chris. And there's been depositions, but
- 35:17Speaker 2: also they, um, There is a secret 6 million sex
- 35:23Speaker 2: tape settlement that did happen that they hashed out in
- 35:28Speaker 2: 2023 that prohibited either of them about talking about it
- 35:33Speaker 2: to begin with. So I don't know what is going
- 35:37Speaker 2: on with this, but I have some juicy thoughts based
- 35:42Speaker 2: on my own knowledge that I'll share on Patreon this Friday.
- 35:46Speaker 2: So make sure you join my Patreon and And you
- 35:50Speaker 2: just go to HeatherMcDonald.net if you have not joined it.
- 35:53Speaker 2: There's like, I don't know, 1100 episodes. It's all commercial free.
- 35:56Speaker 2: It's all fabulous. You're so lucky. Also, we, you know,
- 36:02Speaker 2: if you're not part of subscribing to Juicy Crimes, I
- 36:05Speaker 2: hope you do that. I'm going to tell you a
- 36:06Speaker 2: little Juicy Crime that's happening right now that I just
- 36:08Speaker 2: can't wait for the Juicy Crimes podcast. It has to
- 36:12Speaker 2: be here. This is so horrible. This doctor in Hawaii,
- 36:19Speaker 2: He and his wife went on a little trail hike
- 36:23Speaker 2: in Hawaii. They lived there. And he had given her
- 36:28Speaker 2: a nice card that morning for her birthday. And then
- 36:32Speaker 2: these two other women are hiking. I think one or
- 36:36Speaker 2: both of them were nurses, thank God. And they hear
- 36:39Speaker 2: this woman screaming. They think that she like fell over
- 36:44Speaker 2: the side or something. And they see... this man with
- 36:48Speaker 2: a rock over his head, pounding it in her head.
- 36:54Speaker 2: And they, you know, call the police and rescue her
- 36:58Speaker 2: and they're wrapping up her head. And she says, you know,
- 37:01Speaker 2: it was my husband and they actually got the rock, everything.
- 37:04Speaker 2: So he's on trial right now. And his defense is
- 37:09Speaker 2: saying that she attacked him first. before anybody could see it.
- 37:17Speaker 2: And she was attacking him and he was defending himself
- 37:21Speaker 2: with pounding a rock into her head as she laid
- 37:25Speaker 2: on her back and he was over her. I mean,
- 37:29Speaker 2: are you kidding me? So, um, just absolutely horrible. So
- 37:35Speaker 2: that's a juicy crime. That's hopefully he will get convicted
- 37:39Speaker 2: and thank God for those two women that were, that
- 37:43Speaker 2: saved her life. And so there you go with that. Well,
- 37:48Speaker 2: Natalie Grace, one of our favorite stories about the Ukrainian
- 37:56Speaker 2: orphan who had a rare form of dwarfism, whose parents
- 38:03Speaker 2: adopted her thinking she was nine, but then they believed
- 38:07Speaker 2: she was really 21. There's been several movies made about it.
- 38:12Speaker 2: There's been several documentaries about it. After she was living
- 38:16Speaker 2: on her own and she said she was nine, some said, no,
- 38:20Speaker 2: maybe she was 13. Others said, no, she was 23.
- 38:24Speaker 2: We still don't really know. And, you know, Dr. Phil
- 38:28Speaker 2: is interviewed or everybody's interviewed. She then made some other
- 38:31Speaker 2: friends that took her under their wing and adopted her.
- 38:35Speaker 2: And they thought, oh, you're just taking her so that
- 38:39Speaker 2: you can get her, her benefit checks. Then she turned
- 38:43Speaker 2: on those people. and said they were awful, they weren't good.
- 38:49Speaker 2: She is now suing Disney, who owns Hulu, for defamation
- 38:55Speaker 2: in her Good American Family series. That was the one
- 38:59Speaker 2: that was scripted on Hulu, which was very good, and
- 39:04Speaker 2: it did show all the different sides of the story.
- 39:09Speaker 2: The mom who adopted her, her ex-husband who was you know,
- 39:15Speaker 2: they got divorced during that time. You saw his perspective,
- 39:18Speaker 2: you saw Natalie's perspective, and then you also saw the
- 39:24Speaker 2: other family that took her in, their perspective and what
- 39:28Speaker 2: might have been going on there. So I don't know
- 39:31Speaker 2: how she could win this. It was a very public story.
- 39:35Speaker 2: She still believes that it is defamation because she believed
- 39:40Speaker 2: that she was, that it showed that her accusation by
- 39:44Speaker 2: the adoptive family of pretending to be a child trying
- 39:47Speaker 2: to kill them is not true. And therefore she should,
- 39:51Speaker 2: she is suing for defamation there. I'm kind of interested
- 39:55Speaker 2: to see it, but I think maybe because maybe because
- 40:00Speaker 2: she was never like arrested for anything, maybe that is
- 40:04Speaker 2: where the fine line is when you're, um, when a
- 40:07Speaker 2: story is made about you, because it isn't like you're,
- 40:11Speaker 2: you're taking from the trial. It's you're sort of gathering
- 40:15Speaker 2: all the information from these other people. I don't know.
- 40:18Speaker 13: I don't know.
- 40:18Speaker 2: But someone, someone took on the case. Oh my God.
- 40:21Speaker 2: We just had to edit a little part because I
- 40:23Speaker 2: could not remember Jojo Siwa's name. I mean, that's crazy.
- 40:30Speaker 2: I enjoyed her weird story. I mean, Never has someone
- 40:34Speaker 2: gone from being like a Gene Simmons copycat lookalike, hardcore
- 40:42Speaker 2: lesbian alcoholic to now being in a straight relationship and
- 40:49Speaker 2: wearing flowy dresses in less than a year. It's pretty amazing.
- 40:56Speaker 2: And Jojo was in an interview and she said, I
- 41:00Speaker 2: was pretending to be someone else for a long time.
- 41:04Speaker 2: And she now says, according to this clip, that when
- 41:08Speaker 2: she'd be like guzzling the alcohol or the vodka or
- 41:12Speaker 2: whatever on stage, that it wasn't real. But I mean,
- 41:17Speaker 2: I remember there was that whole story of where they
- 41:19Speaker 2: saw her getting really drunk at Disney World and she
- 41:23Speaker 2: was wearing her crossing guard look that she had bedazzled.
- 41:28Speaker 2: And so I'm like, I do think she had some
- 41:30Speaker 2: boozy times. But I think then she would go on
- 41:34Speaker 2: stage and do it as far as far as like
- 41:38Speaker 2: this bad girl persona, you know, lesbian drinking young girl.
- 41:45Speaker 2: And now she's just like, no, I like having my boyfriend.
- 41:48Speaker 2: And she does call him her partner, which is nice.
- 41:51Speaker 2: But she just, you know, I have a great partner.
- 41:53Speaker 2: And that was just like all an act. And I,
- 41:57Speaker 2: where do you go from here? Cause I'm like, you know,
- 41:59Speaker 2: the music wasn't like great. And the dance, I mean,
- 42:02Speaker 2: it was just, I don't know. I kind of missed
- 42:05Speaker 2: the craziness. Speaking of crazy, Britney did a real weird
- 42:10Speaker 2: video with her son. It was nice that the son
- 42:12Speaker 2: came to visit, but it was strange. I don't know
- 42:15Speaker 2: if he's hanging out with her because, you know, yes,
- 42:19Speaker 2: he loves her, but he doesn't need to post videos.
- 42:22Speaker 2: Maybe he's looking to become an influencer himself or a musician.
- 42:25Speaker 2: And he's like, I might as well use my mom's.
- 42:28Speaker 2: you know, following to get people to follow me. Both
- 42:30Speaker 2: the boys are like good looking. And I know one
- 42:32Speaker 2: is very into music, but she's, you know, wearing a
- 42:36Speaker 2: weird outfit and she's like, I want to talk like this.
- 42:38Speaker 2: I want to talk like that. And they're like showing,
- 42:40Speaker 2: you know, like these weird clips of the video. And
- 42:42Speaker 2: then she's, she's wearing a very skimpy outfit and she's like,
- 42:45Speaker 2: I'm your little sister. And then she's pounding, like, like
- 42:49Speaker 2: she's trying, almost like, like trying to hump her son.
- 42:52Speaker 2: And it was, it's weird. It's really weird, but it
- 42:56Speaker 2: was nice of him to stop by and film it
- 42:58Speaker 2: for her. Speaking of father and son and family, well,
- 43:05Speaker 2: Arnold and his son, the one who he had with
- 43:10Speaker 2: the housekeeper, one of the greatest infidelity stories of our time,
- 43:18Speaker 2: crossing from Hollywood to The Kennedys because his wife, Maria
- 43:25Speaker 2: Shriver is a Kennedy as well. And they lived in
- 43:30Speaker 2: Brentwood and she found out later that he had fathered
- 43:34Speaker 2: a child with their housekeeper that was still working for them,
- 43:39Speaker 2: which is really the most shocking part of the story
- 43:41Speaker 2: is that you're sleeping with the boss and you still,
- 43:44Speaker 2: and you have his kid and then you have to
- 43:46Speaker 2: get your like abuela to watch him while you go
- 43:49Speaker 2: all the way to Brentwood. and watch the other kids
- 43:52Speaker 2: and fold the clothes. Anyway, once it all came out, Arnold,
- 43:58Speaker 2: I don't know if he was into being his dad
- 44:00Speaker 2: prior to the scandal, but they're very close. And he
- 44:05Speaker 2: has been on Dancing with the Stars. And he has,
- 44:09Speaker 2: his name's Joseph Baina. He just won his first bodybuilding competition,
- 44:18Speaker 2: just like Arnold did. That's how Arnold got his start.
- 44:21Speaker 2: And they are just two peas in a six pack pod.
- 44:25Speaker 2: I mean, they're just like having a great time and
- 44:29Speaker 2: it's really kind of lovely. Like I think they get
- 44:32Speaker 2: along great and hopefully, you know, he's got a good
- 44:35Speaker 2: relationship with his other kids, but this is what can happen.
- 44:38Speaker 2: Such a scandal and look at them now, you know,
- 44:42Speaker 2: doing pull-ups together and, and, and going to the gym,
- 44:46Speaker 2: going to Gold's gym and sharing stories about, you know,
- 44:49Speaker 2: what kind of supplements and why creatine is important. I
- 44:53Speaker 2: think it's cute. Justin Timberlake is supposedly in talks. This
- 44:59Speaker 2: is coming from Vegas news, uh, to maybe have a residency.
- 45:05Speaker 2: Like I said, he was the most delightful of celebrities
- 45:10Speaker 2: that get pulled over for a suspected DUI that anyone
- 45:13Speaker 2: we've ever seen. I think on, um, you know, on
- 45:17Speaker 2: the cameras, body cams. And I think that'd be a
- 45:22Speaker 2: fun residency. JLo is finishing up hers and a lot
- 45:26Speaker 2: of videos have surfaced and that girl is working her
- 45:30Speaker 2: ass off. Now many would say she still doesn't sound
- 45:34Speaker 2: that strong vocally, but definitely a fun show and like
- 45:40Speaker 2: fun to look at. But it's a little, it's a
- 45:43Speaker 2: little Luann-ish. I would definitely say it feels, you know,
- 45:47Speaker 2: doing like cover, you know, cover songs of other people
- 45:50Speaker 2: and just filling out that show. But I don't know
- 45:55Speaker 2: if anybody saw it, but I don't know if it's
- 45:56Speaker 2: going to come back. I don't know if it's coming back.
- 45:58Speaker 2: I'm kind of bummed I didn't see it. Chris was
- 46:01Speaker 2: supposed to, Chris and I wanted to go do that together.
- 46:03Speaker 2: I also want to say on my Patreon, I did
- 46:06Speaker 2: reveal that Chris and I, that I was rage texting
- 46:09Speaker 2: Chris over the week because he had me watch Is
- 46:14Speaker 2: This Thing On? with Will Arnett. And I mentioned it
- 46:17Speaker 2: on my Patreon. And a lot of people also went
- 46:22Speaker 2: to watch that movie on Chris Frangelo's recommendation and are
- 46:26Speaker 2: equally as pissed about not getting that time back in
- 46:30Speaker 2: their life. He will be on shortly on the show
- 46:36Speaker 2: in like a week. And we will... we will address
- 46:41Speaker 2: all the disgruntled people and why at the time he
- 46:44Speaker 2: thought it was good and what the circumstances were around it.
- 46:48Speaker 2: Now I'm very excited because I really had a fun,
- 46:51Speaker 2: fun conversation. There's a new show called Overboard, which is
- 46:55Speaker 2: a very fun concept of dating. And I had the
- 47:00Speaker 2: pleasure of talking to some of the cast and it's
- 47:04Speaker 2: pretty funny and they didn't know what hit them when
- 47:08Speaker 2: I was asking him the question. So I think you
- 47:09Speaker 2: guys will enjoy it. And here we go with the
- 47:13Speaker 2: cast from Overboard.
- 47:14Speaker 6: Hi, Heather.
- 47:16Speaker 2: Hi. Hi, you guys. So I've got to see some
- 47:21Speaker 2: of the show and I love the concept and And
- 47:25Speaker 2: I think it's really fun that you guys did it.
- 47:28Speaker 2: What was what made you decide to want to do
- 47:31Speaker 2: a dating TV show?
- 47:32Speaker 7: I mean, me personally, it was it was right after
- 47:37Speaker 7: I'd kind of phased out of the business that I
- 47:40Speaker 7: was running and I was kind of doing a little bit.
- 47:43Speaker 7: I had a vodka seltzer company. And so I didn't
- 47:46Speaker 7: really have a ton going on. I had my social
- 47:48Speaker 7: media that I was kind of doing a little bit,
- 47:49Speaker 7: but it kind of just fell in my lap. I
- 47:51Speaker 7: got I got a random text from a random number
- 47:54Speaker 7: while I was actually at stagecoach last spring.
- 47:56Speaker 6: And it was just like, do you want to be
- 47:58Speaker 6: with hot, sexy singles on a yacht this summer? And
- 48:01Speaker 6: I was like, yeah, that sounds great. Absolutely. Like sign
- 48:05Speaker 6: me up.
- 48:05Speaker 7: But it was a random number. So I was like, okay,
- 48:08Speaker 7: this could also be spam. Like, but I was also like,
- 48:10Speaker 7: I hope it's real. Like this opportunity sounds great. And
- 48:13Speaker 7: it ended up being one of the casting directors. So yeah,
- 48:16Speaker 7: it kind of just, it kind of just fell into
- 48:17Speaker 7: my lap.
- 48:19Speaker 2: You know, that's the joy of being a man, which
- 48:21Speaker 2: you probably don't realize, is that like if a girl
- 48:24Speaker 2: got a random text, come on a yacht. It's like
- 48:27Speaker 2: you're going to Dubai and someone's going to, you know,
- 48:31Speaker 2: shit on you and you'll never come home safe again.
- 48:34Speaker 2: But as a guy, you're like, fuck, yeah, I've got
- 48:37Speaker 2: nothing to worry about. Yeah, you'll never realize what it's
- 48:42Speaker 2: like to to be. So you guys are very young.
- 48:48Speaker 2: How old are you?
- 48:48Speaker 6: I'm 27. I'm 30.
- 48:52Speaker 2: And so had any, so no one had ever approached
- 48:55Speaker 2: you for like the bachelor or the love Island or
- 48:58Speaker 2: anything like that. Did it ever occur to you before this?
- 49:02Speaker 12: No, I applied, but never was like the same process
- 49:04Speaker 12: of like going through like with love overboard, where it's like,
- 49:07Speaker 12: you're going through all the interviews, you're going through the,
- 49:09Speaker 12: the tests and everything they.
- 49:11Speaker 6: Have for you. So like, this is like the first
- 49:12Speaker 6: time full extent of like casting.
- 49:15Speaker 7: I had had some inquiries like through like the DM
- 49:18Speaker 7: request for like love island other reality shows bachelor bachelorette
- 49:23Speaker 7: um but i never the only one that i actually
- 49:25Speaker 7: did i did like some casting process with i think
- 49:28Speaker 7: was for the bachelor of the bachelorette i forget that
- 49:30Speaker 7: was that was a few years ago.
- 49:31Speaker 2: But have you ever dated anybody in real life that
- 49:35Speaker 2: had been on one of those shows no Never. Would
- 49:39Speaker 2: it have been a turnoff if you, would it be
- 49:41Speaker 2: a turnoff?
- 49:42Speaker 6: It's a turnoff for me now, living it. No, I
- 49:45Speaker 6: couldn't do it.
- 49:46Speaker 2: You're now, if some girl's like, oh, two years ago
- 49:49Speaker 2: I was on Love Island, you'd be like, not interested.
- 49:51Speaker 12: I know, I'm like, I have to watch, I can
- 49:53Speaker 12: go on and watch you be like, intimate and like,
- 49:55Speaker 12: in love with a whole nother person.
- 49:57Speaker 6: It's kind of just like, eh, I'd rather not.
- 50:00Speaker 7: No, I don't, it's not a huge turnoff to me.
- 50:02Speaker 7: And it's also like, I just went on a dating
- 50:04Speaker 7: show and a reality TV show.
- 50:06Speaker 2: Right, that's what I'm saying.
- 50:07Speaker 7: Like, I can't like, you know, I can't like necessarily
- 50:10Speaker 7: like hold that against the person.
- 50:12Speaker 6: I just did the same thing.
- 50:13Speaker 7: So yeah, it's all about the person at the end
- 50:17Speaker 7: of the day, you know?
- 50:19Speaker 2: How did they let you know that one part of
- 50:21Speaker 2: the show was the possibility that you're going to have
- 50:24Speaker 2: to walk this plank and jump in the water? Now
- 50:27Speaker 2: you both seem like athletic guys. So that probably wasn't
- 50:29Speaker 2: that scary, but did it, did it make you nervous
- 50:32Speaker 2: at all when they said that?
- 50:33Speaker 6: I was beyond scared. Honestly, I was beyond scared.
- 50:37Speaker 12: I'm scared of heights and swimming in the middle of
- 50:39Speaker 12: the ocean kind of scares me too, because I don't
- 50:41Speaker 12: know what's in the water. So like, I was already like,
- 50:43Speaker 12: Oh my gosh, like why are we at the fall
- 50:45Speaker 12: in this ocean? And, I don't even know how high
- 50:48Speaker 12: the drop is either. And I'm like, I don't know
- 50:50Speaker 12: what it takes to save you from that plank. And like,
- 50:52Speaker 12: cause it is all like first, everyone just tells us
- 50:55Speaker 12: like right after like, Oh, this is what you're about
- 50:56Speaker 12: to do. So we don't even get the plan or
- 50:58Speaker 12: like really be like, Oh, soak it in. It's more
- 51:00Speaker 12: like we get.
- 51:01Speaker 6: On the boat. This is what the challenge is. It's
- 51:03Speaker 6: the A through Z.
- 51:04Speaker 12: Like you don't get to like plan or know anything
- 51:06Speaker 12: or any, it's all surprise to us when we're out there.
- 51:09Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 51:09Speaker 7: They, they, they told us, or I guess they showed
- 51:12Speaker 7: us like, it was like the first plank ceremony when
- 51:15Speaker 7: it was James, uh, Reese and Lexi. And we all
- 51:18Speaker 7: walked to the back of the boat and we just
- 51:20Speaker 7: saw the two planks and we were like, what the
- 51:22Speaker 7: fuck is that? And then Gabby kind of explained it.
- 51:25Speaker 7: And then we, everyone kind of pieced everything together. We
- 51:27Speaker 7: were like, okay, this is how you get eliminated from
- 51:29Speaker 7: the show.
- 51:30Speaker 6: Um, but yeah, I was terrified of that. Like, um,
- 51:34Speaker 6: heights are like my number one fear.
- 51:36Speaker 7: So every time I had to get up there, like
- 51:37Speaker 7: my legs were like quivering. I like couldn't think straight.
- 51:41Speaker 7: Like the one time I had to give the speech
- 51:43Speaker 7: to like Gia, it was really hard to like formulate sentences.
- 51:47Speaker 6: But yeah, I mean, crazy aspect of the show.
- 51:52Speaker 2: And had you ever been in that part of the
- 51:53Speaker 2: world before?
- 51:55Speaker 12: I didn't even know where Malta was, honestly, until like
- 51:58Speaker 12: two days I looked it up and I was like, Malta?
- 51:59Speaker 6: I was like, I guess. I mean, it's not going
- 52:01Speaker 6: to change me not going, but I don't even know
- 52:03Speaker 6: where that.
- 52:05Speaker 7: Is. I had been, I studied abroad in Europe. I
- 52:09Speaker 7: was in Madrid for a while, so I got the
- 52:11Speaker 7: opportunity to travel through Europe.
- 52:12Speaker 6: So somewhat nearby.
- 52:15Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 52:15Speaker 2: Cause that was gorgeous. Like out of, I mean, that
- 52:19Speaker 2: would have been real out of all like the type
- 52:21Speaker 2: of shows that do that. I thought being in that
- 52:24Speaker 2: big yacht and where you guys were was a top notch.
- 52:30Speaker 2: Like in my opinion to the other dating shows.
- 52:33Speaker 6: No, a hundred percent. Yeah.
- 52:35Speaker 7: The one thing I wish those, I mean, it kind
- 52:38Speaker 7: of double-edged sword cause I was on the boat for
- 52:40Speaker 7: the majority of basically the entirety of the show. So
- 52:42Speaker 7: I didn't really get to experience like Malta. as a country.
- 52:48Speaker 7: But the few times that we got to go off
- 52:50Speaker 7: the boat and the couple days that we had after filming,
- 52:52Speaker 7: it was incredible.
- 52:54Speaker 14: Beautiful.
- 52:55Speaker 2: So when you guys first arrived, you don't know the
- 52:58Speaker 2: format of the show, which is a very fun and
- 53:01Speaker 2: unique formula, which is if you pair up, then you
- 53:06Speaker 2: get to stay in the suites above deck. And if
- 53:09Speaker 2: you don't have a partner, you you're working like below deck.
- 53:13Speaker 2: And I thought that was like, so clever. And you
- 53:17Speaker 2: guys didn't know that, but when you walked in, did
- 53:19Speaker 2: you immediately like kind of lock eyes with certain girls
- 53:22Speaker 2: that you're like, okay, these would be my top three.
- 53:26Speaker 12: Well, because me, Tim, and Karai were, like, the first
- 53:29Speaker 12: ones to jump off the tender to go onto the boat. So, like,
- 53:31Speaker 12: we got the first, like, meeting with all the girls.
- 53:33Speaker 12: When I walked, I was like, there's so many beautiful women. But, like,
- 53:36Speaker 12: that one was just, like, illuminating.
- 53:38Speaker 6: Like, it's, like, slow-mo. And I was like, oh, dang. Like,
- 53:41Speaker 6: who is that one out of everybody? And I was like, yo,
- 53:44Speaker 6: that might be my first.
- 53:45Speaker 12: And, like, because everything felt like it was, like, slow-mo
- 53:48Speaker 12: when I walked onto that boat.
- 53:49Speaker 6: And, like, all these gorgeous girls. But that one, like,
- 53:51Speaker 6: highlighted her.
- 53:52Speaker 14: It was like.
- 53:53Speaker 6: Oh, I need to talk to her.
- 53:54Speaker 14: I don't know.
- 53:54Speaker 6: I don't care what nothing else on this show. I
- 53:56Speaker 6: would need to talk to that one.
- 53:58Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 53:59Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 53:59Speaker 7: So when we got off the tender, they had me
- 54:01Speaker 7: go up first and I didn't know what was happening.
- 54:04Speaker 6: They were just like, walk. They were like, go that way.
- 54:06Speaker 7: And I had no idea what I was walking towards.
- 54:08Speaker 6: I didn't know the girls were already on the boat.
- 54:11Speaker 7: And so obviously like first day of filming, like first
- 54:13Speaker 7: experience like this, like I'm a little bit overstimulated and
- 54:16Speaker 7: I just walk back. There's all these cameras, all the girls.
- 54:19Speaker 7: So I was like, I couldn't even like, you know,
- 54:22Speaker 7: put like a face to the name. I was just
- 54:24Speaker 7: like kind of hugging everyone. I was like saying hi.
- 54:27Speaker 7: And then just kind of as I got through the
- 54:29Speaker 7: crowd of girls, I was I was closer to that
- 54:31Speaker 7: to Anna. So initially that was that was who I
- 54:34Speaker 7: was looking towards. But I had noticed Gia because I
- 54:36Speaker 7: think Gia was the one of the first girls that
- 54:38Speaker 7: I hugged. I was like, oh, that girl's really pretty, too.
- 54:41Speaker 7: And then obviously, as time progressed, you get more time
- 54:43Speaker 7: with everybody.
- 54:45Speaker 2: And so when they pair you up and you guys
- 54:47Speaker 2: that night are sharing a bed.
- 54:50Speaker 14: Yeah pretty much immediately yeah we did like the toaster
- 54:54Speaker 14: toss uh ceremony is like the first pairing up um
- 54:58Speaker 14: and yeah i was you started you started topside too
- 55:01Speaker 14: james right yeah no i was downside you were downside
- 55:04Speaker 14: well that's when lexi lexi obviously at that.
- 55:07Speaker 12: Point i'm like i'm going home like the girl i
- 55:09Speaker 12: want is taken i'm over this shit already like let's
- 55:12Speaker 12: send me back home like the one i want is
- 55:13Speaker 12: already coupled up i'm like i don't know the concept
- 55:15Speaker 12: of the show so i'm like i'm petty i'm like
- 55:18Speaker 12: send me home my girl is gone already so i'm
- 55:20Speaker 12: over it now.
- 55:21Speaker 7: No i was yeah i got matched up with enna
- 55:23Speaker 7: and then like they threw us into the room.
- 55:25Speaker 6: And i was just like okay we were just sharing
- 55:27Speaker 6: a bed like i just.
- 55:28Speaker 7: I just met you like 10 minutes ago it was
- 55:31Speaker 7: slightly uncomfortable but um but no yeah it was it
- 55:35Speaker 7: was really fun and it was amazing too so i
- 55:37Speaker 7: her and i were super comfortable with each other so
- 55:39Speaker 7: uh but really crazy you just like meet each other
- 55:42Speaker 7: and then like you're sleeping in the same bed together.
- 55:45Speaker 2: Fucks and like what did your family did anybody in
- 55:48Speaker 2: your family think it was a bad idea to do
- 55:50Speaker 2: a show like a big show like this.
- 55:53Speaker 12: My family was like i mean it's always fit like
- 55:56Speaker 12: my personality like i've always had an outgoing personality so
- 55:58Speaker 12: it made sense but like to be like you're leaving
- 56:01Speaker 12: tomorrow to malta and like your phone's getting taken like
- 56:03Speaker 12: you're gonna fall off the earth for a whole month
- 56:05Speaker 12: basically they're like oh whoa whoa this is crazy even
- 56:08Speaker 12: me I was like I'm not gonna have a phone
- 56:10Speaker 12: no contact and I literally like a whole month you
- 56:12Speaker 12: just don't hear from me so like a lot of
- 56:14Speaker 12: my mom was just like hold on what we don't
- 56:16Speaker 12: hear from you but me I'm like I'm going like
- 56:18Speaker 12: I gotta see what what's out.
- 56:19Speaker 7: There like I gotta experience this yeah my my parents
- 56:23Speaker 7: were just like this is a once in a lifetime
- 56:25Speaker 7: opportunity lean into it and be yourself and do it
- 56:29Speaker 7: whatever happens happens but like you know not many people
- 56:33Speaker 7: can say that they have the opportunity to go on
- 56:34Speaker 7: a boat in Malta for four to five weeks.
- 56:37Speaker 6: So you might as well do it.
- 56:39Speaker 2: I'm honestly kind of jealous of the no phone for
- 56:41Speaker 2: a month.
- 56:42Speaker 6: I loved it. Honestly, I loved it. Yeah.
- 56:46Speaker 2: You know what I mean? Like, cause you have no,
- 56:48Speaker 2: you have no choice. Like, I mean, of course, if
- 56:50Speaker 2: something happened, just like a big brother, they would get
- 56:52Speaker 2: ahold of you or whatever, but also just not to
- 56:55Speaker 2: be looking at like the news of the world and like,
- 56:59Speaker 2: and following other people and what they're doing and what
- 57:01Speaker 2: you're not doing. Like that must be a really like healthy.
- 57:05Speaker 6: It felt peaceful.
- 57:06Speaker 12: Cause you enjoy like conversations with people and like enjoying
- 57:10Speaker 12: the scenery and eating dinner together and like talking about
- 57:12Speaker 12: normal things and like, well, this is what life was
- 57:15Speaker 12: like before people had phones. Like I would rather go
- 57:17Speaker 12: back to this than having this phone.
- 57:18Speaker 6: Cause everyone's scrolling.
- 57:19Speaker 12: It was more focused on relationships and building relationships with
- 57:23Speaker 12: each other.
- 57:24Speaker 13: Yeah.
- 57:24Speaker 7: It just, it just made it a lot easier to
- 57:25Speaker 7: just be like present, you know? And there was, there
- 57:28Speaker 7: was a certain point, like, I think like three weeks
- 57:30Speaker 7: into filming where they gave us our phones to like
- 57:34Speaker 7: upload some photos that we had taken or something like that.
- 57:36Speaker 7: And everybody was like, no, like, please like hold onto them.
- 57:39Speaker 6: We don't want our phones. So it was, it was
- 57:40Speaker 6: really refreshing. It was nice.
- 57:42Speaker 2: Has it changed the way you are with social media
- 57:45Speaker 2: and your phone today? Or did you just go back
- 57:47Speaker 2: into old habits?
- 57:48Speaker 6: I think I have a worse addiction.
- 57:50Speaker 12: I'm worse now, but I wish I was still back
- 57:53Speaker 12: in Boston with no phone.
- 57:54Speaker 6: But obviously, real life, you can't really do that. But
- 57:57Speaker 6: I wish I could.
- 57:58Speaker 2: Well, it was really nice talking to both you, James
- 58:01Speaker 2: and Tim. You guys are adorable delights. I don't know
- 58:05Speaker 2: if you end up in love, but I'm sure a
- 58:07Speaker 2: lot of horny bitches will be in your DMs. How
- 58:13Speaker 2: are you guys?
- 58:15Speaker 9: Amazing.
- 58:17Speaker 15: We're excited to.
- 58:17Speaker 9: Talk to you.
- 58:18Speaker 15: Yeah.
- 58:19Speaker 2: Oh, good. Good. Well, you're both so gorgeous. I'm curious
- 58:25Speaker 2: what made you decide to do this dating show?
- 58:31Speaker 13: Well, it just happened to me kind of by chance.
- 58:33Speaker 13: I am a proud Love Island reject. I went all
- 58:36Speaker 13: the way to Fiji, left my job, stayed there for
- 58:38Speaker 13: a month only to be sent home, which seemed like
- 58:40Speaker 13: the end of the world until someone from casting called
- 58:43Speaker 13: me for this show.
- 58:45Speaker 9: And I was like, I'll do it.
- 58:46Speaker 14: Sure.
- 58:46Speaker 9: And it was just so much better. I'm like so
- 58:49Speaker 9: much happier that it happened this way.
- 58:52Speaker 13: And I'd rather be on a yacht than like sleeping
- 58:54Speaker 13: in the same room as a bunch of people.
- 58:56Speaker 9: And it was just amazing. So I was like, why not?
- 58:59Speaker 9: Let's do it.
- 58:59Speaker 4: I'm 30.
- 58:59Speaker 9: Let's just do something crazy.
- 59:02Speaker 2: Yeah, and what was your background before? Are you a
- 59:05Speaker 2: model or what was your relationship with entertainment?
- 59:09Speaker 15: In my mind.
- 59:09Speaker 5: A model in my mind.
- 59:11Speaker 13: No, I've done like a little bit of like modeling
- 59:13Speaker 13: type stuff, but I was a corporate girly. I did
- 59:15Speaker 13: marketing for a long time in the medical space, worked
- 59:18Speaker 13: for a plastic surgeon, worked in orthodontics. And then I
- 59:21Speaker 13: kind of transferred over to medical recruiting. Um, and then
- 59:24Speaker 13: I had that job until I left the job and
- 59:27Speaker 13: I haven't worked in almost two years actually. And so
- 59:29Speaker 13: I'm just so blessed to have had this opportunity and
- 59:31Speaker 13: kind of pivot.
- 59:32Speaker 9: And I think this is what I'm just meant to
- 59:33Speaker 9: be doing.
- 59:35Speaker 2: Oh, so you want to be doing more in this
- 59:37Speaker 2: space now?
- 59:39Speaker 9: Depends on what it might be.
- 59:41Speaker 5: Um, but I'm open.
- 59:42Speaker 9: I still want to find love too. So we'll see
- 59:44Speaker 9: what happens.
- 59:46Speaker 2: And Lexi, what's your background?
- 59:49Speaker 4: My background is assistant work. I was at a tech
- 59:53Speaker 4: company before. Now I'm at a law firm. I kind
- 59:55Speaker 4: of jump around. But ultimately for me, I saw Malta.
- 1:00:00Speaker 4: I saw EuroSummer. I saw fun challenges, fun dating. When
- 1:00:05Speaker 4: you read it, it was kind of like, you didn't
- 1:00:07Speaker 4: have to go there and find a man. Like it
- 1:00:10Speaker 4: was kind of just up in the air of what
- 1:00:12Speaker 4: it was going to be. So I think that's what
- 1:00:14Speaker 4: was exciting for me. It was, I just wanted to
- 1:00:16Speaker 4: go and have some fun and Alex Cooper's name was
- 1:00:18Speaker 4: tied to it.
- 1:00:19Speaker 15: So it was like, okay, trusted. And so I was excited.
- 1:00:22Speaker 15: I just wanted to go have fun, which I did.
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: And what was your like family's reaction? Were they excited
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: for you or concerned at all? You know, cause sometimes
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: it goes, get a little, uh, You know, it's a
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: little risque.
- 1:00:36Speaker 4: I'm a family girl from a small town and my
- 1:00:41Speaker 4: family really, really does care about what I do and
- 1:00:44Speaker 4: how I present myself.
- 1:00:47Speaker 14: Pride.
- 1:00:48Speaker 4: And so I was nervous. But when they know me,
- 1:00:52Speaker 4: they're like, Lexi's going to do what she wants.
- 1:00:54Speaker 15: She's going to go. She's going to.
- 1:00:55Speaker 4: And once they saw the first episode, they were like,
- 1:00:58Speaker 4: exactly like we knew that would be you. So I'm
- 1:01:01Speaker 4: glad that there was no surprises. And my dad even
- 1:01:03Speaker 4: called me was like, I'm proud of you. So as
- 1:01:06Speaker 4: much as I was so nervous and I was like,
- 1:01:08Speaker 4: I can't let them see this. I love that I
- 1:01:11Speaker 4: have their support and they're going to support me through
- 1:01:12Speaker 4: no matter what I do.
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: So I killed it.
- 1:01:16Speaker 9: Filled it, brushed it, filled it.
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: I mean, all the people in the show are extremely
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: attractive and everyone looks great in a bikini. But was
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: there any time that you felt like, I haven't shit
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: in three days and I need a debloat pill because
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: I have to be in a bikini tomorrow on a yacht.
- 1:01:36Speaker 9: Definitely felt that way for sure. I mean, we have
- 1:01:40Speaker 9: a girl's room.
- 1:01:41Speaker 15: Yeah.
- 1:01:41Speaker 8: We have a.
- 1:01:42Speaker 4: Girl's room because I think I got pulled aside by,
- 1:01:48Speaker 4: I don't know. I know there's so many that was like,
- 1:01:50Speaker 4: I can't shit in here in front of him. Like
- 1:01:52Speaker 4: he was just like one of those things where it
- 1:01:54Speaker 4: was like, we had no privacy. So we have to
- 1:01:56Speaker 4: kind of figure it out.
- 1:01:58Speaker 15: And yeah, and we did.
- 1:02:01Speaker 16: No, me and Tim would wake up in the morning
- 1:02:03Speaker 16: and then we'd be like, okay, we would shake hands
- 1:02:05Speaker 16: and be like, let's depart ways for like minutes. And
- 1:02:08Speaker 16: then let's circle back at breakfast, have a cappuccino ready
- 1:02:10Speaker 16: for me.
- 1:02:11Speaker 13: It really took me like four days to realize I'm like,
- 1:02:14Speaker 13: where does David like disappear to forever for life?
- 1:02:17Speaker 6: Like what's happening?
- 1:02:18Speaker 13: And he was literally like upstairs. This man wouldn't even
- 1:02:20Speaker 13: blow his nose in front of me. I'm like every like, babe,
- 1:02:23Speaker 13: it's fine.
- 1:02:24Speaker 9: Oh, I use the captain's bathroom, so.
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: Oh, you just joined. Isabella is, you're my favorite princess.
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: You're hilarious. It was, I love that you were in
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: tears and crying about it because I felt that was
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: extremely honest when you realized that you were going to
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: be working below deck. Oh my gosh.
- 1:02:51Speaker 9: I'm so, so sorry.
- 1:02:52Speaker 15: I'm like, what's going on?
- 1:02:53Speaker 9: We're having a little bit of tech difficulty.
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: Okay. Did you hear what I said or no?
- 1:02:57Speaker 14: Yes.
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: Okay. Thank you.
- 1:02:59Speaker 15: Thank you. Like what?
- 1:03:02Speaker 6: What was the question?
- 1:03:03Speaker 15: I'm so sorry.
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: I said you were so upset. You were so crying.
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: And I loved your honesty where you're just like, you know,
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: obviously you're not somebody that grew up camping or anything
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: like that. And I loved the honesty and just you
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: were horrified that you had to like do any kind
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: of housework for other people. And even for yourself, you
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: said you didn't. So how did you get over that?
- 1:03:26Speaker 15: I had a. cowgirl up, you know what I'm saying?
- 1:03:32Speaker 17: That's actually like a term that my dad used to
- 1:03:34Speaker 17: tell me because I have always been this way. Like
- 1:03:37Speaker 17: when I was a little girl, it would be like
- 1:03:41Speaker 17: the argument that kids would usually have with their parents, like,
- 1:03:43Speaker 17: I don't wanna eat my broccoli or like, you know.
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: Like, or I wanna go play with my friends.
- 1:03:47Speaker 9: And mine was like, I don't wanna clean this room.
- 1:03:49Speaker 9: I don't wanna pick up my toys.
- 1:03:52Speaker 17: Um, and especially when my friends came over, I didn't want.
- 1:03:55Speaker 9: To pick up after them.
- 1:03:57Speaker 17: And I didn't want to pick up after any of
- 1:03:59Speaker 17: the other people there because I'm like, number one, y'all
- 1:04:02Speaker 17: just rejected me. Number two, I like, don't even like,
- 1:04:07Speaker 17: I don't even pick up on myself.
- 1:04:08Speaker 9: Y'all want me to pick up after y'all? Absolutely not.
- 1:04:11Speaker 15: So I think it was, um.
- 1:04:13Speaker 17: A good balance of me trying to realizing that, oh, like,
- 1:04:18Speaker 17: I think People are like expecting me to actually do this.
- 1:04:23Speaker 17: So I would do it. But yeah, other than that,
- 1:04:26Speaker 17: I just had to lock in pretty much.
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: Well, it was pretty entertaining to watch. Now, listen, girls,
- 1:04:32Speaker 2: you get matched with a guy and now you're sharing
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: the bedroom with him. Were you all quick to bone,
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: dry hump only, put the pillows in between you? How
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: does this work?
- 1:04:44Speaker 9: I think Lexi should take this first.
- 1:04:49Speaker 15: Um, what?
- 1:04:51Speaker 9: Who did the date first?
- 1:04:52Speaker 15: I don't know.
- 1:04:53Speaker 7: You did! Me?
- 1:04:55Speaker 3: You!
- 1:04:55Speaker 15: You came out the next day.
- 1:04:57Speaker 9: No, it was like two days.
- 1:05:00Speaker 4: Um, I think we all just want to take it
- 1:05:04Speaker 4: at our own pace.
- 1:05:05Speaker 15: There were some girls that put a pillow between. There
- 1:05:07Speaker 15: were some girls that never did it. There were some
- 1:05:08Speaker 15: people that did. It was kind of just, you know.
- 1:05:11Speaker 9: Yeah, whatever you felt.
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: Oh, good. Good.
- 1:05:14Speaker 9: Hey, girl, I'm 30 years old.
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: I think it's all good. I like it. Oh, wait,
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: now you're back. I'm asking about how long did you
- 1:05:24Speaker 2: wait before the first phone?
- 1:05:26Speaker 9: It just goes away because I'm here.
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: Yeah, same.
- 1:05:31Speaker 6: We're here.
- 1:05:32Speaker 16: But for me, I was actually like, prude James, because
- 1:05:36Speaker 16: I didn't fuck on camera. But I support the fuck.
- 1:05:40Speaker 16: I support the not fuck. I support whatever you want
- 1:05:42Speaker 16: to do. But I don't support being bashed for not
- 1:05:44Speaker 16: doing it. So that was like, when you're on.
- 1:05:47Speaker 13: The polar opposite end of the spectrum, it's like, judged
- 1:05:51Speaker 13: Val and David.
- 1:05:52Speaker 9: So like, why would they judge you on the other?
- 1:05:54Speaker 15: Yeah, we were in the 15 second.
- 1:05:57Speaker 13: Yeah, literally, like, at least I like, dipped my toe
- 1:06:00Speaker 13: fully into the water of the show before I did.
- 1:06:03Speaker 9: But also it's like no judgment. It's like, I mean,
- 1:06:07Speaker 9: it's just like, can we each do a.
- 1:06:08Speaker 13: Little judgment because it was the guy I was coupled with,
- 1:06:10Speaker 13: but other than that, for you, like for you, for
- 1:06:13Speaker 13: you fucking like do whatever you do.
- 1:06:15Speaker 15: I don't give a fuck.
- 1:06:16Speaker 9: Fuck in the first five minutes.
- 1:06:18Speaker 15: No judgment.
- 1:06:19Speaker 4: If you're not judging, but judgment, if you're judging, I
- 1:06:22Speaker 4: hate you.
- 1:06:22Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 1:06:25Speaker 13: It was also just so weird having sex there too,
- 1:06:28Speaker 13: because it's like, you're not in your normal environment.
- 1:06:30Speaker 9: Like this is weird, but like your relationship is just
- 1:06:33Speaker 9: so accelerated.
- 1:06:34Speaker 13: Like an analogy I like to use is like, what
- 1:06:36Speaker 13: if you dated someone long distance and you guys have
- 1:06:38Speaker 13: been dating for two months, you might literally only see
- 1:06:40Speaker 13: that person for like 20 hours.
- 1:06:42Speaker 9: If you combined all those times where they flew you out, like.
- 1:06:45Speaker 13: 20 hours, that wasn't the first day we were with
- 1:06:48Speaker 13: these people.
- 1:06:48Speaker 9: So it's almost like you've had six dates and it's
- 1:06:51Speaker 9: only been one. You know, maybe that's the calculations Val
- 1:06:54Speaker 9: was doing or something and why she did what she did.
- 1:06:57Speaker 9: I don't know. But I was just, I was never
- 1:07:00Speaker 9: good at math anyway. So I'm not sure.
- 1:07:02Speaker 2: One of the things that I enjoy talking about with
- 1:07:05Speaker 2: the guys prior to you guys is I was so
- 1:07:08Speaker 2: jealous about you not having a phone for a month.
- 1:07:12Speaker 2: Did you enjoy that freedom of like not looking at
- 1:07:16Speaker 2: your phone, news, texting, all of that?
- 1:07:19Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 1:07:20Speaker 4: I almost enjoyed it too much to where like when
- 1:07:22Speaker 4: I got back and me and James were like still dating,
- 1:07:24Speaker 4: I was like, wait, I don't want to touch my phone.
- 1:07:28Speaker 15: I like I know we're dating, but I.
- 1:07:30Speaker 4: Just don't want to be on my phone.
- 1:07:33Speaker 9: So it was tough. I mean, no distractions when you're
- 1:07:36Speaker 9: getting to know the best part.
- 1:07:38Speaker 16: So I got so used to not having my phone
- 1:07:41Speaker 16: that when it was my connecting flight, me and Lex
- 1:07:43Speaker 16: were connecting. No guys, I was used to not having
- 1:07:47Speaker 16: my phone. Me and Lexi got hammered at the airport
- 1:07:50Speaker 16: and we had a connecting flight in Germany. I leave
- 1:07:53Speaker 16: my phone in Germany and fly across the entire country
- 1:07:56Speaker 16: or the entire world.
- 1:07:58Speaker 9: Go back into LA. I don't have a phone or anything.
- 1:08:01Speaker 9: So I'm like staring at the airport with like.
- 1:08:03Speaker 16: Five luggage bags and I have to take a taxi
- 1:08:06Speaker 16: back to my house in the evening.
- 1:08:08Speaker 2: It was bad.
- 1:08:09Speaker 15: It was bad.
- 1:08:10Speaker 9: I was like, what do we do?
- 1:08:13Speaker 4: We tried to contact as many people as we could
- 1:08:15Speaker 4: to be like, she is landing at this time.
- 1:08:16Speaker 6: I swear.
- 1:08:16Speaker 15: And then I just, my whole phone floated. Like, is
- 1:08:18Speaker 15: she okay? Is she okay? I'm like, Tim was like, really?
- 1:08:21Speaker 9: This is the shit I'm going to have to fucking
- 1:08:22Speaker 9: deal with.
- 1:08:23Speaker 15: Cool.
- 1:08:23Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:08:25Speaker 11: Take it or leave it yeah no it's it seems
- 1:08:28Speaker 11: like that you guys really made some great friendships with
- 1:08:31Speaker 11: each other among the girls yeah that's also really cool i.
- 1:08:35Speaker 13: Love my girls i would get planked all over again
- 1:08:37Speaker 13: and played and embarrassed and whatever you want to get
- 1:08:40Speaker 13: back in me all my girls and it's funny because
- 1:08:42Speaker 13: remember geo and me and leah toasted i said cheers
- 1:08:44Speaker 13: to finding our men and even if we don't we
- 1:08:46Speaker 13: have each other and that's been like that was some
- 1:08:48Speaker 13: foreshadowing right there because We have each other.
- 1:08:51Speaker 9: I love you guys so much. I learned so much
- 1:08:53Speaker 9: about platonic friendship.
- 1:08:54Speaker 15: No, it would be a show of, like, all us
- 1:08:56Speaker 15: girls and just plinking the men.
- 1:08:57Speaker 14: Yes.
- 1:08:58Speaker 16: Oh, gross.
- 1:09:01Speaker 9: A new batch while you're at it.
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: I love that and then when you talked about having
- 1:09:06Speaker 2: so much luggage i mean how do you pack for
- 1:09:09Speaker 2: a month and bikinis and and all that.
- 1:09:14Speaker 9: Carefully, very, very, very carefully and strategically.
- 1:09:17Speaker 15: It's funny because bikinis are like this small.
- 1:09:19Speaker 4: So usually you're like, oh, I only need to bring

- 1:09:21Speaker 15: I had like six bags full of bikinis.
- 1:09:24Speaker 9: Imagine how much, like, no. I should have packed less.

- 1:09:33Speaker 13: guys didn't even get to wear half your outfits because

- 1:09:49Speaker 4: No, I think Bella went home the night I was
- 1:09:52Speaker 4: paired to go stay in her room.
- 1:09:53Speaker 15: Cause it was such a mess that she was like,
- 1:09:56Speaker 15: I don't even want to clean it.
- 1:09:57Speaker 13: I just should go home.
- 1:10:02Speaker 17: No, that's the new, that's the new thing that I'm
- 1:10:05Speaker 17: going to say is like, I didn't want to clean
- 1:10:09Speaker 17: my room.
- 1:10:09Speaker 9: So that's why I went home.
