- 0:00M h work my way in here, Houcke and everybody. All right,
- 0:39this is the tree House in the tree House today, of course Tree Trenholme
- 0:44and Alfie Coy and myself Daniel Manton welcome. UM. I need to start
- 0:53off with asking you guys a very seemingly simple but an important question. Are
- 0:59you ready? No? Yes? All right? Yes, yes, I'm
- 1:03okay. You're asking multiple questions. Now you've asked me and Tray two questions.
- 1:07Now you're you're you're running out a question tickets, Dan, You're right,
- 1:14that's that's one hundred percent more than I than I promised. So here,
- 1:18in fact is my question. When you are staying, um at a
- 1:23hotel, it's common for you to lock the door, right, yeah.
- 1:27Yes. On the other hand, most hotels now have like, you know,
- 1:34the room key which you need to get in, so you don't necessarily
- 1:37need to deadbolt the door, but you still deadbolt it, yeah, or
- 1:42go ahead, Tray the older hotels that have that latch thing, but yeah,
- 1:47I still even put that on. Yeah. So I don't know why
- 1:53I didn't have the door locked last weekend, but I didn't and and and
- 1:59I needed to and should have because when when a slightly elderly man opens up
- 2:06the door to our hotel room and sees me sitting there in front of a
- 2:12microphone, kind of like how I am now in front of a computer and
- 2:15you know, in a mixer, and and I'm looking at him like who
- 2:19are you? And he's looking at me like who are you? To which
- 2:22I respond, what are you doing? And he says, is this the
- 2:25doctor's office, to which I responded, doesn't look like a doctor's office.
- 2:30He's standing next to a kitchen net, there's some guy he's never met before
- 2:34me, you know, in front of a microphone doing things on a computer.
- 2:38There's a couch, there's a television, there's like a little dinette table,
- 2:42there's a there's a fake plant in the corner. So I guess maybe
- 2:46half that stuff might be reminiscent of a doctor's office, except, of course,
- 2:50the lack of medical personnel. I'm gonna have to ask you several questions
- 2:53here, Dan, I understand, So let's let's count them down. You
- 2:55have seven questions to ask, because we all know several means seven. So
- 3:00number one, why were you in a hotel? Answer to number one was
- 3:06because we were staying on Saint John for a few nights, and the place
- 3:09where we were staying is it's it's like a sweets type place. But hear
- 3:16me out, it doesn't look like a normal hotel. It doesn't look like
- 3:20an inn, you know. It's it's on the third floor of a building
- 3:24and there's a courtyard in the middle. You have to walk into a gated
- 3:29access to access the actual rooms of the suits hotel, and apparently that's not
- 3:38secured. He was able to just open that and go in and he walked
- 3:43straight ahead, which led to our door, of which there are like eleven
- 3:49but he walked straight two hours and just opened it right upright. I'm trying
- 3:57to get a feel of what these hotels supposed Island Doctors Building looking sounds like
- 4:03it sounds like the new Choctaw there is there is a small casino on the
- 4:10first floor. Wait, is that the one where they just built like a
- 4:14giant steel building where it kind of looks like a warehouse from the outside.
- 4:17Where you going? I mean you mean Early Choctaw. Yeah, That's what
- 4:21I'm talking about now. I remember driving past Early Choctaw back in the day
- 4:27when I would drive from Dallas to Oklahoma, to go visit my to go
- 4:31visit my dad, my step mom, and over the years, I got
- 4:34to see Choctaw develop over the years because it was usually like every six months
- 4:40I might make the drive to go to go see them, and every six
- 4:44months, incrementally they were adding and building new things, until eventually it just
- 4:47it absolutely just looks like Vegas in the middle of southern Oklahoma. But it
- 4:54was one point, just a big steel building, right yeah, like a
- 4:58corrugated steel absolutely exactly commercials that that you would see on TV call us for
- 5:04your very first metal building. That's that's how that's how Windstar and Choctaw basically
- 5:10got started. And that's what most I mean, there's a lot of the
- 5:13Indian casinos. I don't know if y'all ever driven through the Southwest, but
- 5:16I mean there's a lot of them, and there's a lot of them that
- 5:19aren't much fancier than just a steel metal building and with some AC gaming tables
- 5:28yep, cold cold AC. And that's how that that's how they'll typically start
- 5:32and then eventually, you know, they expand and all of a sudden there's
- 5:36a resort in the middle of nowhere. Okay, it's like how Vegas probably
- 5:40started question number three because question number two, yeah, that was the steel
- 5:46building from for Choctaw. But question number three three, all right, uh,
- 5:53why were you on the microphone on a supposed I guess vacation? Was
- 5:59that what you were doing? And also how do you take a vacation when
- 6:01you live on an island? That's question number four? You go to a
- 6:04different island? Whatever that? Oh, look, didn't say that coming,
- 6:14did you? Tara? Look a different iguana? Uh? It was.
- 6:18It was mainly for work. Okay, it was mainly for Tara's work.
- 6:23She needed to be over there and I help her with some of that stuff.
- 6:26So we were there for a few days. Okay, I got you.
- 6:30Okay, I mean the punchline I'm keep thinking to this one is so
- 6:33you had an old guy walk into your room while you're in a microphone and
- 6:38he looks lost and doesn't know what he's doing. Go ahead, say it,
- 6:46you say, Ghost of Russia, get out of here? Oh?
- 6:49Sorry, playing holy water at him? Dan. Sorry, that's a different
- 6:55direction than I thought Trey was going. I thought I was going for that.
- 6:58This old man accidentally walked in on a on a casting couch audition for
- 7:00porn Hub. Wow. No, I never would have thought that, Dan,
- 7:04what were you doing in that hotel? Yeah? What was your underwear
- 7:08on? That's question five? Wait? What was question four? Question four
- 7:14was why are you on a different island? Oh? I thought, okay,
- 7:16I got it. I thought that was three? No, three was
- 7:20three? Was? I don't know what the hell three was? Oh?
- 7:25Three was how do you vacation when you're on an island? That was four?
- 7:30So what was three? I don't remember. Well, we'll listen to
- 7:33questions. I'm on five. So was your underwar on? Yes? Yes,
- 7:42I was fully clothed, thank god. So it was that question five?
- 7:47Or was that question six? That's question five? Okay, So now
- 7:51now you've got two more Okay. I want to say my questions for later
- 7:56on when I need him towards the end of the show. This isn't who
- 8:01wants to be a millionaire? It's not going to be you know that suspenseful.
- 8:05What if there's a question that I want to ask and I've only got,
- 8:09you know, two more questions left, and I can't ask another question
- 8:13because I've already wasted him at the end of the show. Damn it,
- 8:16that's a question number six and scratch off another tally down to one question left
- 8:24for this to. What I'll do is I'll limit it to just this topic.
- 8:28Okay, I don't want to say anything now because I might accidentally ask
- 8:35a question. You don't want to use your last lifeline? Correct, kind
- 8:39of like that old man walked into what he thought was a doctor's office and
- 8:41he was wishing he had one yes. So what I ended up finding out
- 8:45is, so the building just you know, it's a it's a square building
- 8:50with a center courtyard, got it. So the bottom half of the square,
- 8:54like the bottom you is the suits section for you know, like hotel
- 9:01suites. The top side of this square section was where he meant to go,
- 9:05which is the office suites. That's the doctor's office over there. So
- 9:11there's a doctor's office above the hotel, same floor, but opposite end.
- 9:16That seems very weird, well it would, except for the fact that to
- 9:22go through the hotel suite section you have to walk through the door that says
- 9:26the hotel suites. It doesn't say anything about doctor's office inside, So you're
- 9:33staying at the hotel medical center casino facility. Look, it's an there's only
- 9:39so much space they have to consolidate things. There a swap shop somewhere around
- 9:43there too. There's a hardware store on the first floor, which is actually
- 9:48next to the tiny casino. You want me to just go ahead and give
- 9:52you the layout of this three story strip center on Saint John, I'll give
- 9:56it to you. It's it's it's pretty simple. I kind of want to
- 9:58add. So here you have on the first floor you have a grocery store.
- 10:01Uh huh. You also have the hardware store. Okay, you also
- 10:07have a business center, uh huh. And then you on the second floor
- 10:13there's a drug store, some property management companies. There's an art gallery of
- 10:20the gaming center, also on the first floor, and then there is on
- 10:24the third floor that's the suits and the doctor's office and a Delhi. I
- 10:31feel like you just describe something that when Texas legalized gambling, we're gonna find
- 10:35in Bolt Springs. Well yeah, I mean, I think technically it already
- 10:41exists in Bolt Springs. It's just the county deputies turned a blunt you know,
- 10:45they turn a blind eye to it. What we're describing, though,
- 10:48that's going to be in like Dallas proper. That's going to be at the
- 10:52edge of like West seventh Street in fort Worth or maybe somewhere tucked into magnolia.
- 10:56Okay, I think I found it. Um. Yeah, this looks
- 11:05very uh like, I'm not gonna say generic, but it looks like everything
- 11:09else on the island. It doesn't look like the building. Yeah. Yeah,
- 11:15it doesn't scream this is a hotel. It just sorts because it's not,
- 11:18because the whole building is a number of things. Yeah, it just
- 11:22looks like it's a you know, it looks like any other building up and
- 11:28down the street. This is on Yeah, it's a commercial building. Okay,
- 11:35just curious what were you doing on the microphone? What what were you
- 11:39doing? You you spying on neighbors? You listen to the neighbors, ud
- 11:45damn whatever? Worth. It wasn't spying on neighbors or a microphone if it's
- 11:52in front of me, you know, I was just doing some some audio
- 11:54work. I see. Okay, no further question, Well you can't.
- 12:01You're out good because I don't have any unless you just want to buy some
- 12:05more from me than I was just curious because it was such an odd thing,
- 12:09and then having to tell this guy, you know, this is not
- 12:13a doctor's office. This is our hotel room, and then pointing to the
- 12:16kitchenette, this here is my breakfast, and then pointing to the little workstation.
- 12:22This here's my workstation. This right here is the couch on which I'm
- 12:26going to watch Netflix later. None of this is a doctor's office. There's
- 12:30no exam table where it is. Now that i'm thinking back on, it
- 12:33would have been really interesting if I actually decided to lean into it and go,
- 12:35like, this guy thinks it's a doctor's office. I could have some
- 12:37fun with this somehow and put a necklace on and tell him it's a stethoscope
- 12:43and tell him to have a seat right here on the couch. So he
- 12:50showed him the couch and he said, read these lines. Now that I'm
- 12:54thinking about it, in hindsight, it would have been pretty interesting, but
- 12:56I would have had to tell him first, have a seat here at the
- 13:00dinet table while I set up the camera equipment to record all of this.
- 13:05You didn't happen to have your your brand new sigmoido fiber scope, do you
- 13:09dan? The one you got off craigslist? Is that the mobile uh colonoscopy
- 13:18thing that you mentioned a while Yeah? Yeah, did you get that.
- 13:20Did you pick that up? I'm asking, I don't care, because it's
- 13:22worth it for the bit. No, you were supposed to buy it.
- 13:26You said it was meant to be a gift for me, So I'm not
- 13:28going to buy my own gift. Still, you could have had an opportunity
- 13:33to experiment with this, this sigmoido fiber scope and this this man. In
- 13:37fact, what if Dan, what if this man had prostate issues and you
- 13:41could have helped him out with your olympus OSF sigmoido fiber scope. You know
- 13:48what. It truly was an opportunity missed. Yeah, so you hung out
- 13:54with that. There's a strange man walking into the hotel room who just opens
- 13:58up closed doors that say the sweet number on it, as opposed to because
- 14:01every doctor's office you ever go into on the on the glass door, doesn't
- 14:05it say doctor's office, the name of the doctor or such and such an
- 14:07associates or you know something like that that gives a clue to it being a
- 14:11doctor's office. Sometimes, Yeah, unless he's just used to getting you know,
- 14:16a medical treatment from random doors. It's a it's an old dude man.
- 14:22He's probably a little confused, probably a little you know, tired,
- 14:26might be sick. He's gone to the Doctrine's probably sick. Maybe there's an
- 14:30adult theater in that you know, multi use complex. And he was just
- 14:33got the wrong door. Man, what door was it? I should have
- 14:39watched to see where he went, not because I want to go, but
- 14:43mainly just because I want to make sure I don't, you know, accidentally
- 14:45walk in there. It's a nice visual though, if you standing there with
- 14:50you know, your lab coat, colonoscopy camera, cat tongue sticking out,
- 15:01come on in the medical advice. I've been waiting for you all morning.
- 15:11He opens the door. Finally my foot patent. Okay, now I know
- 15:20what I'm doing the next time we stay there, which is going to be
- 15:22in a couple of weeks, I'm taking all that stuff. So Alfie,
- 15:24buy the what's it called again, sigmoido fiber scope, So buy that,
- 15:28send that to me, and then I'll find a lab coat, and I'll
- 15:33dig up that cat tongue thing that we got on Amazon, and I'll just
- 15:35I'll just sit on the other side of the door waiting because I know it's
- 15:39only a matter of time. I eagerly await the Federal investigation and testifying against
- 15:43you. How gonna be a federal investigation anyone, you know, charging me
- 15:48with anything? If I'm sitting on the other side of my door and they
- 15:52come in and I say, finally, poor old man gets sucked into dan
- 15:58O'Malley spiderweb of weird sigmoido fiberscopes, and cat tongue. He walked. He
- 16:06walked into the wrong room. Okay, So what's the conclusion of this,
- 16:08did he like, you know, was it just ah, sorry, am
- 16:12I bad? And everyone leaves her? No, that's the other thing about
- 16:17it that was actually kind of troubling. He didn't really see it is that
- 16:19big of a deal, because like, I stand up, Like he's got
- 16:22the door open and he's leaning into it. So he's got his hand on
- 16:26the on the door lever and the other hand on the door frame and he's
- 16:30leaning in, going this's the doctor's office. Like, no, get out.
- 16:33So I stand up and start walking towards him, like shooting him,
- 16:37like get out. This is this is my hotel room. And he's just
- 16:40looking at me like this is the doctor's office. Oh, and then um,
- 16:45he still is leaning into the room. I'm like, get out.
- 16:48It is not here. He's like, this isn't the wellness center. No,
- 16:52I don't know where the wellness center. And I look up and I
- 16:56just see the office suites thing on the other side of the building. I'm
- 16:59like, I'll try over there, but it ain't here. But it's all
- 17:03the same building. It's all the same building, right, Yeah, And
- 17:06it all kind of looks the same. And it doesn't say hotel room number
- 17:10or whatever. It just says Sweet one oh three or something like that.
- 17:14Yeah, but still like you have to walk through the door that says the
- 17:17name of the sweets. He may not pay attention. He may have been
- 17:21on his phone. I'm with the old guy out here. You can get
- 17:23confused. You can get you know, if you standing there. Yeah.
- 17:27If the old guy's standing there and refuse to leave, that's a different story.
- 17:30Everybody's like, well, you know, while you're here, can you
- 17:33just check my balls anyway? And Dan, you were clothed. Yes,
- 17:41yes, there's a very crucial part of the story. I'm glad you brought
- 17:42it up again. It's like the third time. Yes, I had on
- 17:45clothing, so I just see him, you know. It sounds like he
- 17:48was gazing at you longingly thinking to hit like the doctor Jack Pott. Yeah,
- 17:56if somebody's got to touch my balls, I'm glad it's you. You
- 18:00sure doss and knowing nothing about it. He asks, you don't have one
- 18:07of those sigmoidoscopes, do you? You're listening to the Treehouse visit us online
- 18:17a Treehouse on air dot com. Time now to welcome in Rodney Anderson to
- 18:42the Treehouse. His phone number, what you're going to need right now is
- 18:45nine seven two nine eight five fifty two hundred. His website is Rodney Anderson
- 18:51dot com. Good afternoon, Rodney, Good afternoon, Dan. How are
- 18:53you doing today? I'm doing great, hope you are as well. Um,
- 18:56okay, let's start with this today. I'm curious. Let's say someone
- 19:00did a cash out refinance a nine months ago, maybe a year ago,
- 19:03but they've accumulated some more debt. What's the time limit on doing another cash
- 19:08out refinance? Yeah, it's a great question that people always ask. Once
- 19:11you've done a cash out refinance, there's a twelve month waiting period, so
- 19:17you cannot do another cash out for twelve months. But I'll give an example,
- 19:21Dan, we did a cash out for a client fourteen months ago.
- 19:25The husband lost his job after that period of time, and he lost it
- 19:30for about four months, so they had a huge hit to their income,
- 19:33and they accumulated about sixty thousand dollars more in credit card debt, so they
- 19:37had a lot of equity in their home. And they passed that twelve months
- 19:41period of time and now we're able to do another cash out for him,
- 19:45and it gets them out of trouble and it gets on the financial fast track
- 19:48of dealing with all that high interest rate credit card debt. And how long
- 19:53is it taking you right now to close out those refinances? Yeah, right
- 19:56now, it takes about twelve to fIF teen days. In the recent being
- 20:00in the state of Texas, there's a law of the states, I can't
- 20:03close it cash out for twelve days, So we're closing them so quickly.
- 20:07In the benefit of that as you get your money in hand, you get
- 20:10out of debt right away, and you get back onto that financial road of
- 20:14that past track. Well, that sounds like a great thing. If that
- 20:18sounds like your situation, then you need to give Rodney and his team a
- 20:22call, because they really can help you, or at least point you in
- 20:25the right direction, so give them a call nine seven two nine eighty five
- 20:27fifty two hundred. That's nine seven two nine eight five fifty two hundred,
- 20:32or of course Rodney Anderson dot com and if M Lending is an equal housing
- 20:34lender three thosand Village Parkway Site four hundred, Higland Village, Texas and MLS
- 20:37two three two nine. You're in visit us online at Treehouse OnAir dot com.

- 21:26right, Trey Um, I have a question for you, Yes, why
- 21:30are you? Why are you sending me photos of large breasted Miami women,
- 21:38especially sitting next to me? When you send the text, and she's like,
- 21:42what are you looking at? I said, Tray sent it. I
- 21:45didn't see at. Tracy. You you you blame him, right, drive
- 21:49a question for you, Yes, why are you not sending me photos of
- 21:52large breasted Miami women? See we asked the hard hitting questions here in the
- 21:56treehouse. Seriously, don't send that because I'm with Dan. That's weird.
- 22:03Well it's not like I'm sending him a link to porn hub. It was
- 22:07just it was a joint right now. Yeah, y'all know those guys,
- 22:11right like, we all know one or two of them, and I think
- 22:14there's one or two that we probably have in mind right now of the dudes
- 22:18that will like send porno, Like, hey man, check out the sweet
- 22:22porn video. Why are you sharing with this with me? I don't want
- 22:25to see this. I don't want to know what kind of porn you're looking
- 22:27at. I don't want to know what you're touching yourself to, what your
- 22:30preferences are. No, stop, don't do it. On top of that,
- 22:34if if he's sending it to you, then that means he's watching it
- 22:38and thinking about you. Hey, Dan, I was tweeting this porn video
- 22:45and I thought, man, Dan sure would like to play with himself to
- 22:48this too. I'm all for nurturing, you know, friendships then this life,
- 22:55because I like to think that, you know, I've got some pretty
- 22:56good friends. But that cross is a line that I feel like I shouldn't
- 23:00have to draw on the sand. That should just be an understood thing.
- 23:03Don't send me your porn, Yeah, just don't. I actually had a
- 23:11mutual friend that at one point, in a group chat, he you know
- 23:17what was the occasional funny you know, meme or whatever, he started sending
- 23:22graphic pictures, especially of large women, and to the point where he basically
- 23:32kind of lost a couple of really close friends because you know, they kept
- 23:36wondering, like, quit doing this. It looks bad. I don't know,
- 23:41you know, who's gonna see my phone when you send something like that,
- 23:45and you know, especially if it's during business hours and you might be
- 23:48in the middle of a meeting in the phones in the middle of a conference
- 23:51room table. Well, because the assumption is if you're receiving this, then
- 23:55you're okay with it, and you're probably into it too, yeah, or
- 24:00one of them was at you know, dinner with the family and you know,
- 24:06phone goes off and they're like, oh, uncle, so and so,
- 24:08and they opened it up and I don't really need to finish that one,
- 24:14do I. No, you don't, mm hmm. But that's definitely
- 24:17how you end up with a sign in your front yard. Oh, that's
- 24:19how your wife ends up going m Yeah, there'll be no more of that
- 24:23m anyway. So so, Trey, Trey, you weren't sending those No,
- 24:30No, it was. It was a news story. It's just the
- 24:33you know, the thumbnail that pops up when you send a link. This
- 24:37one happened to be a very large breasted, you know, hot woman.
- 24:41Yeah, it's just it's the most it's the most Miami, most Florida story.
- 24:45So yeah, the uh, the story basically was the police get called
- 24:52at twelve thirty in the afternoon by some guy who's frantically screaming about he been
- 25:00robbed. That's usually a pretty good story, like daylight robbery. Was there
- 25:03audio they went with this, Yes, Alphie, do you have that?
- 25:08Can? You said to me real quick? Oh, let's see all right,
- 25:15So, so far the tenants of this story are or Tenet's tenant,
- 25:18So the main points of the story are large breasted Miami woman daylight robbery.
- 25:25Uh, no, robbery, he called. He called the police during the
- 25:30day. Okay, this is what all right? I got? All right,
- 25:34let's hear police releasing a critical clue after Matt was drugged and robbed after
- 25:41a night out. We're now seeing video of the woman looking for in local
- 25:45tenus aporter Rosh Low is live with all the expensive jewelry she allegedly got away
- 25:51with. Rash. Gosh, this case is unique. And let me tell
- 25:56you real quick, this dude's name is Rash. Rosh. It's not Ross.
- 26:03It's the most it's the most Miami, most Florida story you and it
- 26:07just it is. It's kidding, it's not it's not Rush, it's not
- 26:11Russ, it's not Ross. It's Rash, like just an amalgamation of like,
- 26:18let's just smash them all together. We'll just your name is Rash.
- 26:21Now, Sorry, nobody else finds it's weird. No, I'm with you.
- 26:26That's why I said it right before you did, when I heard him
- 26:29say it, when I heard them say his name Rash, like Rash,
- 26:30What the hell name is that? Anyway? Sorry, Rash. I'm sure
- 26:36it was great, Josh, This case is unique. And let me tell
- 26:41you why. In this sense, this woman say, cops got away with
- 26:45six hundred thousand dollars. That's right, six hundred thousand dollars worth of rolexes
- 26:52and jewelry. We've seen these cases before, but cops say they have very
- 26:56clear images of this woman and they really want to catch her. It's five
- 27:03thirty am and into the She is very attractive. I can see why the
- 27:08police want to catch her so badly. It's elevator. Also know why rash
- 27:12is saying that this is such a unique story, because he starts saying,
- 27:15Now, this happens all the time in Miami, but not from a big
- 27:18boob Miami woman. Yeah, they have elevator cam footage of this lady and
- 27:22some dude walking in and she is wearing a very very low cut top and
- 27:27she's got what I assume are fake boobs out on full display. Images of
- 27:36this woman and they really want to catch her. It's five thirty am and
- 27:41into the elevator we go. This guy who's been blurred out has brought this
- 27:45woman home. Take a look at her. They met at a bar,
- 27:48according to police, named the Dirty Rabbit in Winwood and then cops say this
- 27:55woman did him dirty to the tune of six hundred thousand thousand dollars worth of
- 28:00rolexes and jewelry. These are super super clear images of her. We know
- 28:06that somebody's going to see her and either know that there were also a victim
- 28:10of her, or that they know who she is, say after having one
- 28:14drink with the woman of course, because yeah, you're absolutely right. The
- 28:18police officers are saying, Okay, look, these pictures are so clear.
- 28:22We've been staring at them all day and thinking someone's got to know this chick
- 28:27because someone's going to recognize her as yeah, she got me too, or
- 28:32someone's gonna say, look at that hot chick, I know her exactly.
- 28:34I mean, she's really attractive, she's got her boobs out. There's no
- 28:38way that there aren't dozens of people that know this lady. And as they
- 28:44do know or you know, they're thinking, hey, mama got money,
- 28:47now let's give her a call. Yeah that that you know her, you
- 28:52know, plastic surgeon will immediately recognize those six hundred thousand dollars though, yeah,
- 29:00ridiculous. Hold on and either know that there were also a victim of
- 29:04her, or that they know who she is. Police say, after having
- 29:08one drink with a woman at his apartment, the guy fell asleep. Cops
- 29:11say, he wakes up at around noon to quite the surprise, his safe
- 29:15open, jewelry missing, and the female gone. And she has two solo
- 29:21cups in her hand. Now sometimes she might say, oh, well,
- 29:23she's just leaving with a solo cup. No, she's taking the solo cup
- 29:26that she drank because it has her DNA. She's taking his solo cup because
- 29:30it has not only his DNA, but it also has whatever drugs she put
- 29:33in it. She took off, but her images are there for all to
- 29:37see. Listen to what she took off with, according to police, A
- 29:42Rolex daytona rainbow with diamonds, Sky Dweller, Rolex gold chain, Franco gold
- 29:47bracelets, Cardi a sunglasses, and a rose gold diamond ring. Quite the
- 29:52hall A couple of things here, police telling me the victim, who does
- 29:59not want to be identified. Its offering an additional ten thousand dollar reward.
- 30:04And here's the message from cops. If you meet somebody out at a bar
- 30:08and you happen to take them home, do not accept a drink from them.
- 30:14If they say they want to pour you a drink, saying, you
- 30:15know what, I got the drink myself. Always make sure that the cup
- 30:19that you're pouring the alcohol in is your cup and you see it at all
- 30:25times. We're live in Miami. I'm Rash Slow Local ten News. Good
- 30:30advice there, Rash, thank you. We want to show you that woman's
- 30:32photo one they've got. They've got her plastered up on the screen right now
- 30:37while you're watching, since it's May sweeps. Here's the big boob lady,
- 30:41and here's the one camera frame where her boobs are most out on display.
- 30:45Just so you guys know, we're gonna leave it up there for the next
- 30:48two minutes so that you can continue watching. Because a big boob Latino woman
- 30:56in Miami is gonna stand out so much. There's no way that everyone doesn't
- 31:00know this lady. She's she's got kind of like a Lady Gaga type look,
- 31:06but with just massive fake boobs, and that this has gotta be like
- 31:12whatever bar she hangs out at, she's probably stood out. Police will have
- 31:18her within a week or two. That's the other thing too, that the
- 31:22police are, you know, telling other respective victims of this big boob bandit
- 31:30is you are not attractive enough for this woman to go home with you.
- 31:34She is going home with you. You need to be suspicious and assume she
- 31:38wants to rob you, not to f you dear idiots. Yoh yeah,
- 31:45I like that. They really did leave one critical thing about that. You
- 31:48know, don't accept a drink from the person you brought home, the hot
- 31:53chick you brought home at five thirty in the morning. Don't accept the drink
- 31:56in your own cup, and don't open your safe. Yeah, when when
- 32:05she hands you, when she hands you the cocktail, she is mixed in
- 32:07front of her bosom and asks you, so, what are your favorite numbers?
- 32:14Yeah, assume she's trying to rob you. Yeah, what are the
- 32:21important trying to show well or just trying to You're trying to show off?
- 32:24And yeahy, you got her back to your place. You've done You've done
- 32:29all right. Don't open the safe and show her your five hundred thousand dollars
- 32:34Rolex. Yeah, Alfy, you're you're kind of the Rolex expert on the
- 32:37show, Trey. I'm sorry if you know a lot about Rolex is correct
- 32:40me. But are these are these? I mean, I know all rolexes
- 32:44are high end, but are these crazy high end or something that day TONA
- 32:47rainbow addition is a goal basically a gold crusted rolex and with multicolored I mean
- 32:58it looks like like a rainbow. I mean it's colors of a rainbow going
- 33:01around like the bezel. And I've seen him anywhere from three to six hundred
- 33:06thousand dollars depending on condition. Yeah, that's tacky. Is f for one
- 33:09watch? Yep? That is absolutely tacky as hell. There's like Logan Paul's
- 33:15wearing one here, Mark Wahlberg is wearing one here, Post Malone's wearing one
- 33:20here. David Beckham, I'm good, I'm good. Why would you blow
- 33:24that much money on something so hideous? It does? He thinks it's gonna
- 33:30land him a big boob woman that actually wants to sleep with him instead of
- 33:32rob him, And honestly, that may have been exactly what it was.
- 33:36He gets home at five am and he's putting up his stuff in the safe.
- 33:40He's taken off his rolex, He's taken off his haun I got the
- 33:43list here, his gold chain, his Franco gold bracelets, his Cardier sunglasses,
- 33:47his Rose gold diamond ring. So he's probably walking around Miami with six
- 33:52hundred thousand dollars worth of stuff on him. And he gets home and all
- 33:58right, babe, Lemia, I'm gonna open up my safe and put my
- 34:01my hilariously ugly Rolex into the safe. You go ahead and pour me a
- 34:05drink, would you, And and make sure them boobs is ready for squeezing.
- 34:08And what a dumb ass, What an absolute dumb ass? What is
- 34:16the sky dweller Rolex? I probably thought that was his other one. That
- 34:19was the other one that was in the safe. That was daytime Rolex.
- 34:22I want to see what it looks like bad. That was not bad.
- 34:29That was a nice, kind of tasteful Rolex. You know who's got a
- 34:31nice uh frigging Rolex? Uh it's not expensive, or it is expensive,
- 34:37but it's not outrageously expensive. Is doctor Thornton, Doctor Thornton har Old Show
- 34:44Psychologist. Yeah, and he got his for free too. Um. I
- 34:47think I have a good idea how you guys boobs outouse because he goes online
- 34:57that treehouse on air dot com. Let's welcome into the treehouse now. One
- 35:13of our favorite favorite people that is Jacqueline from Rooks Plumbing, the website Rooks
- 35:16Plumbing Texas dot com, the phone number two one four three six eight thirty
- 35:21eight thirty eight. So I'm curious, Jacqueline, if you can share with
- 35:24us what happened and the wonderful what happened in the wonderful world of Brooks Plumbing.
- 35:30This week I had a long pow wow with my friend Clayton, who
- 35:37is the proprietor of CR Plumbing. They're a friendly competitor in the Metroplex,
- 35:42and we were just kind of talking about how as people who run business because
- 35:45I don't own this business, I'm the daughter, but how we can be
- 35:47better stewards and better construction. I guess allies to each other and to our
- 35:54customers. So I had a nice long phone call with him this week.
- 35:57But we did a lot of the normal stuff, riage disposals, water heaters.
- 36:00We chased down leaks, found some leaks in an attic and we're able
- 36:07to fix those. It was raining in somebody's house and so we fixed the
- 36:10interior, the interior bad weather that that person was having. So just,
- 36:15you know, another day in paradise. So I imagine in the plumbing world,
- 36:19it's no one day is just like the other. I think it's fun.
- 36:23I think it's I mean for us at least, it's very fun,
- 36:25especially on the investigation side of things. I try to tell my guys,
- 36:29I'm like, look, you're you're a detective. When you go out there.
- 36:31If there's a leak and nobody knows where it's coming from, you you
- 36:34get to play Sherlock Holmes, tell me what's happening, how did it happen?
- 36:37And I like it. I think it's interesting. Every case is like
- 36:39reading a book. You never know where it started. Well, if you
- 36:43have a situation going on in your home that you're not exactly sure where the
- 36:46leak is coming from, where it's springing from, whatever the case is,
- 36:50you don't have all the equipment and the knowledge and then know how the way
- 36:53that Brooks Plumbing does. So do yourself a favor, give them a call
- 36:57the phone number two one four three six eight thirty eight two one four three
- 37:00six eight thirty eight thirty eight, or of course the website Brooks Plumbing Texas
- 37:05dot com. It's the treehouse, all right, Let's welcome now into the
- 37:15treehouse. Kerry Cook from cook DFW Roofing and Restorations one of our brand new
- 37:20sponsors and friends here on the show and also an expert at what they do,
- 37:24which is of course roofing and restoration. So let me start with this
- 37:29for you, Kerry. When a severe storm blows through my neighborhood, as
- 37:31it is going to do at some point living in North Texas, what should
- 37:37I do first as a homeowner? Well, I'd say if you're missing your
- 37:40roof, you probably need to give us a call. Oh that's good.
- 37:43I like that. It's good start. But outside of that, if you
- 37:45see any damage or wonder if you have any damage, give us a shout.
- 37:49We can come out and take a look at it and see if there
- 37:50is any damage worth while filling a claim. Now, when you say filing
- 37:53a claim if it's worthwhile, does that mean I should call you before I
- 37:57call my insurance company. Yes, because if you follow a zero claim,
- 38:00it can count against you in the insurance world. So you want to make
- 38:02sure that it's an actual claim before you follow one. And one of the
- 38:07great things about you and Daniel, your husband with Cook DFW Roofing and Restorations
- 38:12is when I call you out, you're going to be honest with me about
- 38:15what you find if the roof looks fine, that's what you're going to tell
- 38:17people, right absolutely. We've got a couple that we've told the beginning of
- 38:22the year. Hey, it's not bad enough. Let's wait till through the
- 38:24season. We'll come check it out at the end of the season, which
- 38:27really never ends, like you say, but theoretically check it out after storm
- 38:30season, and then if it needs be followed, fine, If not,
- 38:32we'll do repairs if we need to, just whatever so that they don't have
- 38:36internal damage. Gotcha. So that's what you need to do if you're wondering
- 38:38about whether or not your roof needs some repair, or if, like we
- 38:43said here, if the wind and the weather has absolutely ripped it off your
- 38:46house and you really need to call Cook DFW Roofing and Restorations their phone numbers
- 38:52on the website. It's Cook DFW dot com. I repeat that is Cook
- 38:54DFW dot com and schedule your free roof inspection. You're in the treehouse,
- 39:04visit us online at Treehouse OnAir dot com. This segment of the Treehouse brought
- 39:13to you by Brooks Plumbing their website Brooks Plumbing Texas dot com for all your
- 39:19plumbing needs. Whether it's something preventative or something you've been wanting to add,
- 39:23like say garbage disposal, which I had to do a couple of years ago,
- 39:28or if there's an outright need, like you've got a leap somewhere but
- 39:31you can't find it. Give our friends at Brooks Plumbing a call. Two
- 39:37one four three six eight thirty eight thirty eight two one four three six eight
- 39:39thirty eight thirty eight Oregon. The website Brooks Plumbing Texas dot com. All
- 39:45right, So earlier, when I was telling me about the old guy that
- 39:46walked into our hotel room on Saint John and Alphie, you were saying that
- 39:52it's understandable that he'd walk into that room because the whole building just kind of
- 39:58looks like a generic commercial office build like most of the buildings on that island.
- 40:01Look when you look at it on Google Maps. Yeah, okay,
- 40:06if you would, either now or a little bit later on your own time,
- 40:13do a Google street you know, scavenger hunt. So you found that
- 40:19commercial building that I'm talking about, and I believe that you can do Google
- 40:23street view, So keep following that road around that commercial building around to the
- 40:30left, and I'd say, go, maybe a quarter mile around that corner
- 40:37on the right, there's going to be some trash bins. After that,
- 40:39there's on the right there's going to be a playground with the basketball courts.
- 40:45Across from that on the left side of the road is going to be a
- 40:47gas station, another small market, and just pass that on the right,
- 40:53at the base of a hill, there's going to be an auto shop.
- 41:06Trey has been here and that I'm yes. When Trey was visiting us a
- 41:15couple of months ago, we drove that exact route and there's an auto shop
- 41:20there on the right with a very distinct name. And it's funny. When
- 41:23you started this yeah description for Alfie, I was about to ask, you
- 41:28know, Dan, this sounds familiar? Is this close to where we stayed?
- 41:30And clearly so, Alfie, I'm going to give you. I'm going
- 41:40to spell for you. I'm gonna try and find it first. You want
- 41:45to try to find it? Are you? Are you doing the Google street
- 41:49view? I'm on on street view. I'm just on the overhead view.
- 41:53Don't think. I don't think it pops up on the overhead. I think
- 41:58you actually have to do um the street view. Oh okay, hold on
- 42:05the place that you were staying. Is that the Starfish Market? Yes?
- 42:09Okay, hold on, okay, bye, I'm on the street view?
- 42:19And where do I go from here? Um? So keep going. I'm
- 42:23gonna try to pull this up, and I'm trying to do it with you.
- 42:27Let me get some uh some Google street view searching music. That's a
- 42:30good idea. I like that. Let's do this, okay, all right.
- 42:42So what you're gonna do then is you're going to head south from that
- 42:44commercial building where where tera I stayed for a couple of days, and then
- 42:49that road is going to curve around to your left. Okay, okay,
- 42:57got it? All right, I'm all trying to pull up the street view.
- 43:05I'm not seeing it on here for some reason. Are you doing the
- 43:07street view? I can get there? Yeah, okay, ump bump,
- 43:14bump, bump bump. Uh huh, all right, I'm doing it myself.
- 43:27I found the street view. I'm kind of a pain. I should
- 43:30have done this off the year. But whatever? Are you on Route one
- 43:43oh four? Route one oh four? No, I'm on Pimpy Thomas Junior
- 43:47Road. Nope, that's it. That's the one. That's it? Is
- 43:52it? Pimpy? No? No, Okay, so let me know.
- 43:58Do you see the station on the left or the playground on the right.
- 44:02I see yes, Okay, just keep going down that roade, okay,
- 44:07till I get to the base click. Uh no, not quite my damn
- 44:15Okay on stupid thingum by um um on the left. You're eventually going to
- 44:32see a sign that says car Quest. Uh there's the service station. Okay,
- 44:40keep going going down that roade. Okay, that's a really nice town
- 44:46auto parts. Ump bump, there's the car Quest. Yeah. Now what
- 44:52I want you to do, Oh, it's a nice truck with a with
- 44:54a painting on the tailgate. What is that? That's that is? That
- 44:59isn't? Is a Safari taxi? That's nice. Now that's actually the spot
- 45:05that I want you to take a look at a little more close. Okay,
- 45:07yeah, So what I want you to do is you see that white
- 45:10covering the white tart above that taxi. Yeah, so that is a little
- 45:15auto shop right there. Now on the cross beam of that auto shop,
- 45:20there should be a sign with the name of the auto shop. Don't think
- 45:25about it, Alfie, just just blurt it out. Uh uh, looking
- 45:38for it? Looking for it? Looking for it? Don't. Don't.
- 45:45I am not saying that, what the f is wrong with you? You
- 45:47go to hell? This auto shop needs to be canceled. I don't.
- 46:00I don't know if you can. Because it's it's supposedly his name. I
- 46:12have nothing for that. Tray remembers it very clearly. I can see why
- 46:16it stands out. It does Jesus, so can you. But so imagine
- 46:21now you're on you know, Google's you know, a street view, and
- 46:23you see this. Now imagine you're driving past it and go what the hell?
- 46:29And then now imagine now imagine you work in the business licensing office and
- 46:34this guy comes in and you ask, okay, what's name of your business?
- 46:37And then he tells you, m yeah, I'm not I'm not for
- 46:42for for um that name, no um. I think it's important that we
- 46:50at least share a little bit of it so people have an idea. It's
- 46:52a slur, it's a it's a absolutely a slur. Well it's it's it
- 46:59in itself, not an exact slur. It's not you. You run around
- 47:04saying that, Dan, and see how long it takes three to get beat
- 47:06up. You wear that on a on a sandwich board in the middle of
- 47:08Manhattan and see if Samuel L. Jackson doesn't show up and beat your ass.
- 47:19No, no, sir, it's one of those. It sounds it
- 47:24sounds friendly when you put in y on the end of it and an apostrophe
- 47:29s But as Trey and I drove past it a couple of months ago,
- 47:37we both quickly conferred and agreed that that is a test and we are passing.
- 47:43Yeah. Yeah, yeah, no no. So if you go to
- 47:46Saint John and you need a car worked on, you make sure you ask
- 47:52for Nikes Auto Shop. Let's say it slowly and enunciate very clearly and honestly.
- 48:08Alphie, you also discovered the other, the other bonus morsel to this
- 48:12story, the fact that it's on Pimpy Thomas Road. Alphie's not here,
- 48:17Dan, where are you? Are you taking your card at the shop?
- 48:29By b follow all things Treehouse at Treehouse on Air, for me at the
