- 0:01Speaker 1: This episode is brought to you by P and C Bank.
- 0:03Speaker 1: A lot of people think podcasts about work are boring,
- 0:06Speaker 1: and sure they definitely can be. But understanding of professionals
- 0:10Speaker 1: routine shows us how they achieve their success little by little,
- 0:14Speaker 1: day after day. It's like banking with P and C Bank.
- 0:18Speaker 1: It might seem boring to save, plan and make calculated
- 0:21Speaker 1: decisions with your bank, but keeping your money boring is
- 0:24Speaker 1: what helps you live a more happily fulfilled life. P
- 0:27Speaker 1: and C Bank Brilliantly Boring since eighteen sixty five. Brilliantly
- 0:32Speaker 1: Boring since eighteen sixty five is a service mark of
- 0:35Speaker 1: the PNC Financial Service Group, Inc. P and C Bank
- 0:39Speaker 1: National Association Member FDIC.
- 0:43Speaker 2: We have to talk about Apple. The rumors of its
- 0:46Speaker 2: decline have been greatly overrated. Today when the market was down,
- 0:50Speaker 2: Apple headed a fifty two week high. Yeah, it is
- 0:55Speaker 2: back on track two hundred and eighty three. So Apple
- 1:03Speaker 2: quietly is having a having a stellar year again and
- 1:10Speaker 2: it is quietly moving up the mountain risk off.
- 1:18Speaker 3: And for the record, I never took it out of
- 1:20Speaker 3: t tech rad panded yes and no see or no,
- 1:24Speaker 3: never never took it out. I just said Tim Cook
- 1:27Speaker 3: should be replaced and said you were doing but I
- 1:30Speaker 3: never left them.
- 1:31Speaker 4: I never left.
- 1:33Speaker 3: And then they reported that he's going to leave. And
- 1:35Speaker 3: today Apple's head of AI steps down. So two things
- 1:40Speaker 3: can be true at the same time. If you listen,
- 1:42Speaker 3: not gonna make you money.
- 1:44Speaker 4: So but the.
- 1:45Speaker 3: Bigger theme for right now I put this in telegram
- 1:48Speaker 3: for Stop Club before we started. Risk is off and Microsoft,
- 1:54Speaker 3: Apple and Google are going to act like a safety haven,
- 1:58Speaker 3: like a bond because no one wants our American debt anymore.
- 2:02Speaker 3: So the projector returned for Apple over the next four
- 2:05Speaker 3: years is supposed to be twenty five to thirty three percent.
- 2:09Speaker 4: That would effectively replace the bod market.
- 2:11Speaker 3: So the big money is going to flow to places
- 2:14Speaker 3: where it can get a return and not have to
- 2:16Speaker 3: worry about a twenty five or sixty percent decline and
- 2:20Speaker 3: then markets like this.
- 2:21Speaker 4: I think they're going to do a hell up a
- 2:22Speaker 4: lot better.
- 2:23Speaker 3: But do they still need to fix their AI strategy
- 2:26Speaker 3: for sure.
- 2:28Speaker 1: I think when we had this conversation it was kind
- 2:30Speaker 1: of one of those things they remember.
- 2:32Speaker 4: I was like, yeah, I think we're looking at this.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Maybe they're looking at this a little bit differently than
- 2:36Speaker 1: how we were seeing it in the sense of like
- 2:38Speaker 1: everybody's rushing out to see what the product is, what
- 2:40Speaker 1: the product is, and everything was kind of let's sit
- 2:41Speaker 1: back and see what happens.
- 2:43Speaker 4: Unless trust the regional approach that.
- 2:45Speaker 1: They said that they were going to take with going
- 2:46Speaker 1: into India trying to get China sales for the first time,
- 2:49Speaker 1: they now passed they number one back in China. The
- 2:53Speaker 1: iPhone seventeen beat all the sale projections and this seems
- 2:57Speaker 1: to be up to for twenty twenty six.
- 2:58Speaker 4: And then quietly nobody was like talking about this.
- 3:02Speaker 1: They they're in talks to you know, use Intel, which
- 3:07Speaker 1: which why when we saw Intel temper sett and so
- 3:10Speaker 1: that AI strategy should be interesting, right, Like you said,
- 3:13Speaker 1: the head of AI stepped down.
- 3:15Speaker 4: But if we watch how.
- 3:17Speaker 5: Google rolled out their approach to AI, I feel like
- 3:21Speaker 5: something similar is happening here right where it was like
- 3:24Speaker 5: it was GPU, g PU GPU, Like what's Google going,
- 3:26Speaker 5: What's what they're gonna do?
- 3:27Speaker 4: When oh, here comes TPU.
- 3:29Speaker 1: Oh okay, this is this is different, like how we
- 3:33Speaker 1: are going to maneuver in this environment?
- 3:35Speaker 5: Now?
- 3:35Speaker 1: I feel like Apple has been positioning themselves still haven't
- 3:38Speaker 1: acquired anything.
- 3:40Speaker 4: Yeah, right, I phone is still the product that is right.
- 3:43Speaker 1: They have expanded in the in the regions that they
- 3:47Speaker 1: once dominated, their back dominating, which is why we're seeing
- 3:50Speaker 1: this right. But the intel play tells me that, all right,
- 3:55Speaker 1: there's something coming from this right the government has the
- 4:00Speaker 1: government has been involved one and now you have Apple
- 4:02Speaker 1: and talks. There's something here that we have to do
- 4:05Speaker 1: a deep dive into.
- 4:06Speaker 3: It's like an arrangement marriage that Trump put together to
- 4:09Speaker 3: get return back on it. To be very clear, and
- 4:13Speaker 3: I'm not talking to the normanies. I'm talking to the exceptional.
- 4:16Speaker 3: I never said take the Apple stock club, yes or no?
- 4:20Speaker 2: And yeah, I don't know what happened to the stock ticker.
- 4:23Speaker 4: We were just next week.
- 4:27Speaker 2: Yeah, let's just I see the comments disappointment. I'm not
- 4:33Speaker 2: sure what happened to the stock ticker.
- 4:35Speaker 3: They're disappointed that we don't have it this week. Listen,
- 4:38Speaker 3: when you chef well, to have a masterpiece like you
- 4:41Speaker 3: guys had on Thursday, it takes time because if it
- 4:44Speaker 3: looked ugly, then it would be.
- 4:45Speaker 4: Like, oh this jack came up with so patients patience.
- 4:54Speaker 2: But what I do know, like I said to take
- 4:57Speaker 2: two index, Apple has been a state stock club for
- 5:00Speaker 2: the inception eight years. And with that being said, shout everybody.
- 5:06Speaker 2: I took advantage of that market. Monday's Black Friday sale,
- 5:10Speaker 2: that bundle pack that we put together, it is officially
- 5:13Speaker 2: sold out. You will be getting your information about in
