Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
0:04
Speaker 1: Today we're going to hop in the time machine folks
0:05
Speaker 1: and head back to 2019. We have an article from
0:09
Speaker 1: the Scottish Sun and this article is talking about Maxwell
0:15
Speaker 1: and Epstein and their ties to the intelligence community. I
0:19
Speaker 1: know that's a huge question for a lot of people.
0:21
Speaker 1: You know, was Epstein and Maxwell, were they working as spies?
0:25
Speaker 1: And I believe, in my opinion anyway, that they were
0:29
Speaker 1: not spies, not the traditional spies you would think about. However,
0:34
Speaker 1: I do believe that they were assets and that they
0:36
Speaker 1: were cultivated by real spies to collect information. And I've
0:42
Speaker 1: said that since the very beginning, all signs point to that.
0:46
Speaker 1: This was a lot more than just your human trafficking
0:50
Speaker 1: operation for Epstein to fulfill his disgusting desires. You know,
0:55
Speaker 1: that was part of it, obviously, but there was a
0:57
Speaker 1: lot more going on behind the scenes. And in this
1:01
Speaker 1: article today, we're going to hear from a gentleman named
1:03
Speaker 1: Ari Ben-Munash, who claims that he was Ghislaine Maxwell's father,
1:09
Speaker 1: Robert Maxwell's handler. So, let's jump into this article, and
1:14
Speaker 1: let's see what author Emma Perry has to say. Headline,
1:20
Speaker 1: Come spy with me. Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein were
1:24
Speaker 1: spies who used underage sex to blackmail politicians, ex-handler claims. So,
1:30
Speaker 1: this is something that has been talked about quite a bit,
1:34
Speaker 1: and I truly believe that this is what they were
1:37
Speaker 1: up to. This was their ultimate goal, was to collect information.
1:42
Speaker 1: Because when you get to this level of power, and
1:44
Speaker 1: when you're at this, you know, juncture of power, if
1:48
Speaker 1: you will, having information is worth more than money. If
1:54
Speaker 1: you can have information that you can use to determine
1:57
Speaker 1: someone else's fate, then you are in a position of
2:01
Speaker 1: ultimate power. And when you start having this sort of information, compromise,
2:07
Speaker 1: on scientists, politicians... business magnates, it sure makes it a
2:13
Speaker 1: lot easier for you to mold them to your will,
2:16
Speaker 1: doesn't it? Ghislaine Maxwell and her pedophile lover, co-conspirator Jeffrey
2:23
Speaker 1: Epstein were both Israeli spies who took pictures of powerful
2:27
Speaker 1: men having sex with underage girls to blackmail them their
2:31
Speaker 1: alleged Mossad handler has sensationally claimed. So there's a lot
2:36
Speaker 1: there right off the bat, right? Now, I've always been
2:39
Speaker 1: of the opinion that they might have been passing on
2:42
Speaker 1: information to the Mossad, and it's likely that they were.
2:47
Speaker 1: But if you think that the buck stopped there, you
2:49
Speaker 1: are missing the boat. The CIA is not letting anything
2:53
Speaker 1: like this occur in this country without having their fingers
2:56
Speaker 1: in the pie. Zero chance. So, while the Mossad is
3:01
Speaker 1: good at what they do, they are not like this...
3:04
Speaker 1: all-world beating organization that some people make them out to be.
3:09
Speaker 1: The CIA is head and shoulders way scummier than any
3:13
Speaker 1: other intelligence group out there. The pair allegedly ran a
3:19
Speaker 1: honey trap operation where they would provide young girls to
3:22
Speaker 1: politicians in order to squeeze them for information for the Israelis.
3:27
Speaker 1: And like I said, no doubt about it, I'm sure
3:29
Speaker 1: the Mossad was in on it. This is... has all
3:33
Speaker 1: the hallmarks of the type of operation the Mossad loves
3:36
Speaker 1: to run. They'll find themselves one of their adversaries over in, say,
3:41
Speaker 1: the West Bank or in Lebanon, and they'll set him
3:45
Speaker 1: up in a honey trap situation where he can be
3:48
Speaker 1: exposed as somebody who likes other men or whatever it
3:52
Speaker 1: is to embarrass him. and then they'll hold that over
3:55
Speaker 1: his head so they can manipulate him to do what
3:58
Speaker 1: they want him to do. This is one of the
4:01
Speaker 1: oldest tricks in the book, folks. The unsubstantiated claims have
4:10
Speaker 1: been made by Ari Ben-Minaj, who claims he is a
4:13
Speaker 1: former Israeli spy. Ben-Minaj claims that he was the handler
4:17
Speaker 1: of Ghislaine's dad, Robert Maxwell. who was also a spy,
4:21
Speaker 1: and that it was the former newspaper baron who introduced
4:24
Speaker 1: Epstein and his daughter to the Israeli intelligence agency. Well,
4:29
Speaker 1: we've always thought that that was the case. And I
4:32
Speaker 1: always thought that the narrative that Epstein and Maxwell didn't
4:35
Speaker 1: know each other while Bob Maxwell was alive was a
4:38
Speaker 1: bit bunk. It didn't make any sense to me. And
4:42
Speaker 1: we know that Maxwell was grooming his daughter for this
4:45
Speaker 1: sort of position. You know, it's rather obvious when you
4:50
Speaker 1: look at everything and how it all came together that,
4:53
Speaker 1: you know, Ghislaine Maxwell didn't just happen to fall face
4:55
Speaker 1: first into this. This is all by design, in my opinion.
5:00
Speaker 1: And when you hear somebody like Ben Minosh talk about
5:03
Speaker 1: his relationship with Bob Maxwell and Bob Maxwell's relationship with
5:08
Speaker 1: various intelligence services, you know, it all starts to make
5:11
Speaker 1: some sense, doesn't it? He makes the unverified claims in
5:17
Speaker 1: a new book called Epstein, Dead Men Tell No Tales.
5:20
Speaker 1: And I suggest you read this one too. This is
5:22
Speaker 1: a good book. Melissa Cronin is a good author. And
5:26
Speaker 1: the other authors that worked on it did a good job.
5:29
Speaker 1: Solid information in this book for sure. And this whole
5:32
Speaker 1: entire Israeli intelligence angle and intelligence angle in general, it's
5:37
Speaker 1: certainly something that is very, very, very apparent. When you
5:43
Speaker 1: start looking at it and you start... you know, following
5:46
Speaker 1: all of the clues and all of the evidence. There's
5:48
Speaker 1: no way that Epstein and Maxwell could have done what
5:51
Speaker 1: they did without protection from people who were very well placed.
5:58
Speaker 1: In a preview of the book shared with The Sun Online,
6:00
Speaker 1: Ben Minosh says, Mr. Epstein was the simple idiot who
6:04
Speaker 1: was going around providing girls to all kinds of politicians
6:07
Speaker 1: in the United States. See, effing around is not a crime.
6:11
Speaker 1: It could be embarrassing, but it's not a crime. And definitely, right? Look,
6:15
Speaker 1: if you cheat on your wife, you're a scumbag. You
6:17
Speaker 1: cheat on your husband, you're scummy. But you can survive
6:21
Speaker 1: that politically, especially these days. But if you get caught
6:24
Speaker 1: with an underage girl, there's no surviving that. And that
6:28
Speaker 1: was the goal for Maxwell and Epstein, according to Ben
6:32
Speaker 1: Minosh anyway, when it comes to their Compromat plan, when
6:37
Speaker 1: it comes to the honey trap. But effing a 14-year-old
6:44
Speaker 1: girl is a crime. And he was taking photos of
6:46
Speaker 1: politicians effing 14-year-old girls if you want to get this straight.
6:51
Speaker 1: And look, again, these sound like sensational claims. If this
6:55
Speaker 1: was the only person talking about this, then you could
6:58
Speaker 1: probably just dismiss it out of hand as somebody looking for,
7:01
Speaker 1: I don't know, publicity or somebody who might just be
7:05
Speaker 1: straight up crazy or whatever. But it's not that, right?
7:09
Speaker 1: We have years and years and years of evidence pointing
7:12
Speaker 1: to this. We have other people who have whispered about this.
7:16
Speaker 1: And then this dude comes forward and he says he
7:18
Speaker 1: was Robert Maxwell's handler and he has direct knowledge of
7:21
Speaker 1: all of this. Well, hey. Gotta be something that needs
7:25
Speaker 1: to be discussed then, right? And... We talked about this
7:29
Speaker 1: way back in 2019 when it was first breaking and
7:33
Speaker 1: this book first came out. But I thought it deserved
7:36
Speaker 1: another look today because it's a very interesting and important
7:40
Speaker 1: part of all of this. Because if Epstein really was
7:44
Speaker 1: a spy like a lot of people believe or an
7:46
Speaker 1: asset like a lot of people believe, then there's so
7:50
Speaker 1: much more here that needs to be unpacked and that
7:53
Speaker 1: needs to be exposed. They, Epstein and Maxwell, would just
7:59
Speaker 1: blackmail people. They would just blackmail people like that. Ben,
8:04
Speaker 1: Ben Minosh is a mysterious Iranian born Israeli businessman who
8:08
Speaker 1: claims to have worked for the Mossad from 1977 to 1987. Now, again,
8:14
Speaker 1: it's up to you to decide if you believe this
8:17
Speaker 1: man's claims. For me personally, what it does, it just
8:21
Speaker 1: lends some more concrete to the foundation because we have
8:25
Speaker 1: heard from a lot of people. that Epstein was an asset.
8:29
Speaker 1: We have heard from a lot of people about Maxwell's dad.
8:33
Speaker 1: And it's not just Ben Minosh who has said this,
8:36
Speaker 1: but if you believe his story and he was Robert
8:40
Speaker 1: Maxwell's handler and he was part of the Mossad, then
8:45
Speaker 1: this is a pretty strong testimony about who Maxwell and
8:50
Speaker 1: Epstein were and what they were up to. He was
8:54
Speaker 1: arrested in 1989 in the U.S. on arms dealing charges,
8:58
Speaker 1: but was acquitted in 1990 after a jury accepted he
9:02
Speaker 1: was acting on behalf of Israel. So that right there
9:05
Speaker 1: shows you he obviously was working for Israel, Ben Menashe,
9:09
Speaker 1: when he got arrested in this arms deal in 1989.
9:12
Speaker 1: And due to his work with Israel, he was acquitted
9:16
Speaker 1: in 1990 because the jury accepted that he was acting
9:19
Speaker 1: on behalf of the Israeli government. So to me, again,
9:23
Speaker 1: that points to him being honest about the fact that
9:27
Speaker 1: he was a handler for the Mossad, somebody who was
9:31
Speaker 1: in charge of cultivating these assets, running these assets, and
9:35
Speaker 1: then milking them for whatever information they came up with.
9:40
Speaker 1: Israel tried to distance themselves from him with government sources
9:44
Speaker 1: saying that they never had anything to do, that he
9:47
Speaker 1: never had anything to do with intelligence services. Although, other
9:51
Speaker 1: news reports in both the U.S. and Israel confirmed he did. So, yeah,
9:56
Speaker 1: I'm not going to believe the Israeli intelligence service. I
9:59
Speaker 1: know it's breaking news that intelligence services like to lie
10:02
Speaker 1: all the time, but I'm not going to believe what
10:05
Speaker 1: the Israeli intelligence services had to say. Just like I
10:09
Speaker 1: wouldn't believe what the CIA had to say. It's rather
10:14
Speaker 1: obvious that this guy was working for the Israeli government
10:17
Speaker 1: in some capacity. He later wrote a book called Prophets
10:23
Speaker 1: of War inside the U.S.-Israeli arms network and in the
10:27
Speaker 1: early 1990s claimed that Robert Maxwell, Ghislaine's dad, worked for
10:31
Speaker 1: the Mossad. And that's for sure, in my opinion. I
10:34
Speaker 1: don't even think anyone can dispute that Robert Maxwell was
10:37
Speaker 1: working for the Mossad. I mean, you look at his burial,
10:41
Speaker 1: look at the honors that the State of Israel gave him,
10:44
Speaker 1: you look at all of the chatter around him, you
10:46
Speaker 1: look at how well-placed he was as a tycoon of industry,
10:52
Speaker 1: and it's the perfect kind of asset for, insert intelligence
10:56
Speaker 1: agency here, and especially if you're talking about the Mossad.
11:07
Speaker 1: The new book takes this further and claims Maxwell may
11:10
Speaker 1: have worked for other governments too as a double or
11:12
Speaker 1: triple agent. That is something that I have always believed.
11:16
Speaker 1: And when you're an asset here like Robert Maxwell or
11:20
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell, a lot of times you're
11:23
Speaker 1: double dipping. You're passing information on to the highest bidder.
11:26
Speaker 1: You might have made connections with insert government here, and
11:30
Speaker 1: they're offering to give you more money or status or
11:32
Speaker 1: whatever it is, but a lot of times these quote-unquote
11:36
Speaker 1: free agent assets, they're working for many people. Ben Minosh
11:44
Speaker 1: claims that despite reports Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell met in
11:47
Speaker 1: the early 90s in New York, they actually met much
11:50
Speaker 1: earlier through the socialite, human trafficker, condemnable scumbag and bipedal
11:56
Speaker 1: serpent's father. And we've talked about this too. There's no
11:59
Speaker 1: way that Epstein and Maxwell didn't meet until after Bob
12:03
Speaker 1: Maxwell died. There's just no way, in my opinion. This
12:06
Speaker 1: was something that was set up, put into motion, and
12:09
Speaker 1: Epstein and Maxwell were just the perfect vehicles for this operation.
12:13
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell to open the social doors. Jeffrey Epstein, well,
12:18
Speaker 1: to do Jeffrey Epstein type shit. He claims that Robert
12:25
Speaker 1: Maxwell introduced Epstein to Mossad and then Ghislaine got involved later.
12:30
Speaker 1: Files from the British Foreign Office released in 2003 appear
12:34
Speaker 1: to back the claims that Robert Maxwell may have been
12:37
Speaker 1: a spy, with one report describing him as a thoroughly
12:40
Speaker 1: bad character who was being financed by Russia, and another
12:44
Speaker 1: saying his questionable activities had been brought to the attention
12:48
Speaker 1: of the foreign officer on several occasions. So this guy
12:51
Speaker 1: had his hand in many pockets. We know that Bob
12:54
Speaker 1: Maxwell was all about making that dough, right? Increasing his money,
12:58
Speaker 1: increasing his power, just like the rest of them. And
13:01
Speaker 1: if he could work with, say, the KGB, work with
13:05
Speaker 1: the Mossad, work with the CIA, and maximize his clout,
13:10
Speaker 1: his political chits, as well as his income, you know
13:13
Speaker 1: a guy like that's going to do it. and then
13:16
Speaker 1: it leads to his mysterious death on that boat, and
13:20
Speaker 1: it makes it hard for me to believe that he
13:23
Speaker 1: happened to fall off the boat like that, huh? With
13:25
Speaker 1: all of these ties to all of these different intelligence agencies,
13:29
Speaker 1: he just fell off the boat while he was having
13:30
Speaker 1: a whiz. Okay. While the Maxwell family has always denied
13:37
Speaker 1: such reports, family friend Laura Goldman says in the book...
13:40
Speaker 1: My feeling is that he probably was an agent to
13:43
Speaker 1: the Russians, the Israelis, and the British. I believe that
13:47
Speaker 1: Ghislaine continued his work. That's her own friend, Laura Goldman,
13:50
Speaker 1: saying that. And it's just, for me, it's obvious. When
13:54
Speaker 1: you look at the way they conducted themselves, the circles
13:56
Speaker 1: they moved in, the people they were hanging out with,
13:59
Speaker 1: what do you think, Ehud Barak just shows up at
14:01
Speaker 1: anyone's house to hang out for dinner? You have to
14:05
Speaker 1: have clout in certain circles for these people to even
14:08
Speaker 1: entertain the idea of showing up to one of your soirees.
14:14
Speaker 1: It is not known whether Maxwell and Epstein gathered any
14:17
Speaker 1: intelligence about pal Prince Andrew in their alleged espionage work,
14:21
Speaker 1: although the book suggests that the royal was a target.
14:25
Speaker 1: There's no doubt that they collected compromise on Prince Andrew.
14:29
Speaker 1: And that's why I said, after all was said and
14:32
Speaker 1: done with this moron, that he should have came out
14:34
Speaker 1: and said that he was blackmailed by Jeffrey Epstein. He
14:37
Speaker 1: had no idea about any of this and he wanted
14:39
Speaker 1: to cooperate. But he's too stupid and has too much
14:43
Speaker 1: arrogance to even do that. But it's rather obvious they
14:46
Speaker 1: had a file on him. It's rather obvious they were,
14:49
Speaker 1: you know, collecting compromise. To do what with? I have
14:52
Speaker 1: no idea. But it's obvious this stuff was being collected.
14:57
Speaker 1: John Dugan, who served as deputy sheriff in Palm Beach, Florida,
15:01
Speaker 1: at the time Epstein was in prison for his first
15:03
Speaker 1: slew of child sex offenses, says he was given access
15:06
Speaker 1: to Epstein's case file, including videotapes, in its entirety by
15:11
Speaker 1: Palm Beach police detective Joseph Ricari, who later died unexpectedly
15:16
Speaker 1: at age 50. Now, I don't believe one word of
15:18
Speaker 1: this John Dugan character. Never have, never will. always thought
15:22
Speaker 1: that he was a clown, always thought that this story
15:24
Speaker 1: was garbage, and I never took a bite out of
15:27
Speaker 1: it when it was happening. Whenever my bullshit meter goes
15:30
Speaker 1: off the way it was when this John Dugan character
15:34
Speaker 1: popped up, I usually veer away. Dugan managed to copy
15:41
Speaker 1: the tapes, encrypt them, and flee to Russia, where he
15:43
Speaker 1: now lives. Well, let's see him, okay? You said you
15:46
Speaker 1: had the tapes for how long? Another one of these
15:49
Speaker 1: BS artists. Although he has not watched the encrypted files,
15:53
Speaker 1: he tells Epstein, dead men tell no tales, that he
15:56
Speaker 1: is certain they contain blackmail material involving wealthy people and
16:00
Speaker 1: that Prince Andrew was a target. You haven't even watched
16:03
Speaker 1: the tapes. How do you know they're old Dugan? Do
16:07
Speaker 1: I think that Epstein was probably put up to getting
16:10
Speaker 1: some wealthy people to sleep with some underage women so
16:13
Speaker 1: these people could be blackmailed by Western intelligence agencies? Absolutely
16:18
Speaker 1: I do, he said. Well, yeah. That's as obvious as
16:22
Speaker 1: the sun rising in the morning. MI6 were concerned that
16:28
Speaker 1: Russia may have obtained compromise, compromising material on Prince Andrew,
16:32
Speaker 1: according to a Times report. Although Dugan claims he has
16:36
Speaker 1: given no information to the Russians. I think that was just,
16:39
Speaker 1: you know, Russia paranoia at the time, right? Oh, the
16:42
Speaker 1: Russians have compromise. I'd be much more worried about what
16:46
Speaker 1: the Mossad, the CIA, and MI6 has. Epstein was found
16:53
Speaker 1: dead in his New York prison cell on August 10th
16:56
Speaker 1: after allegedly committing suicide while he faced charges for sex
16:59
Speaker 1: trafficking of minors. Now, again, we all know the situation
17:04
Speaker 1: surrounding his death. Coincidences abound. Melissa Cronin, the book's author,
17:10
Speaker 1: believes that Epstein alleged intelligence links add weight to the
17:13
Speaker 1: theory that he did not kill himself but was murdered.
17:16
Speaker 1: She also points to Epstein and Maxwell's links with prominent
17:20
Speaker 1: people from the science and technology industries... and believes the
17:23
Speaker 1: pair not only ran a honeypot operation, but also an
17:27
Speaker 1: information gathering operation. 100%, I've always said that. There's a
17:32
Speaker 1: reason he was collecting scientists. Now, what's terrifying is, what
17:36
Speaker 1: did he do with this information when he got it
17:38
Speaker 1: from these scientists that were hanging out with him? And
17:41
Speaker 1: how much of that information was classified? Now, I don't,
17:44
Speaker 1: maybe none of it was. I'm just asking the question.
17:47
Speaker 1: And it terrifies me to think about all of these
17:50
Speaker 1: knuckleheads sitting around, You know, having access to all of
17:54
Speaker 1: these young women and spilling all kinds of secrets. What
17:59
Speaker 1: a shitshow. Before I started with the book, I was
18:05
Speaker 1: extremely skeptical of the murder theory, she told Sun Online.
18:08
Speaker 1: I'm definitely not a conspiracy theorist by nature at all.
18:12
Speaker 1: But the more that we dug into this, there's just
18:15
Speaker 1: so much incontrovertible evidence about his work in the world
18:19
Speaker 1: of espionage, his work with the Mossad, And it all
18:22
Speaker 1: comes together to make a really compelling argument for the
18:25
Speaker 1: fact that he was murdered. I think one thing that
18:28
Speaker 1: is interesting and important to say is that Epstein wasn't
18:31
Speaker 1: necessarily a spy in the traditional sense. He wasn't particularly
18:36
Speaker 1: loyal to Israel per se. He was a collector of information. Yes, yes, yes, yes,
18:42
Speaker 1: times a hundred. This is what I have always thought.
18:45
Speaker 1: And I've always said that. An asset for sure. Someone
18:48
Speaker 1: who collected information. But a free agent. He wasn't, you know,
18:53
Speaker 1: people want to set it up like the Mossad is
18:55
Speaker 1: this unbeatable power and they can just do whatever they want.
18:59
Speaker 1: And that's not the case. The Mossad is, I mean
19:02
Speaker 1: the Mossad, the Mossad is the CIA's little weaker brother.
19:08
Speaker 1: And if you're worried about the Mossad and you're not
19:10
Speaker 1: paying attention to the CIA, you're missing the plot. So,
19:16
Speaker 1: of course, there was the blackmail aspect of what he
19:18
Speaker 1: was doing in terms of the honey trap and getting
19:21
Speaker 1: his footage of people that he could use as leverage.
19:23
Speaker 1: At the same time, something that a lot of people
19:26
Speaker 1: haven't really explored is how he cultivated relationships within science
19:31
Speaker 1: and technology. That's something I have always talked about from
19:34
Speaker 1: the very beginning. There's a reason he chose Zorro Ranch, folks.
19:39
Speaker 1: Santa Fe Institute's right there. You have Los Alamitos down there.
19:43
Speaker 1: You have a lot of stuff going on and a
19:46
Speaker 1: lot of access to scientists who are working on all
19:49
Speaker 1: kinds of crazy stuff. projects. We get really deep into
19:53
Speaker 1: that in the book and to how he was meeting
19:55
Speaker 1: with and extracting really sensitive information from scientists and eminent
20:00
Speaker 1: theorists and things like that. That material, probably even more
20:04
Speaker 1: so than the blackmail material, is what would really be
20:07
Speaker 1: of interest to foreign powers such as Israel. Absolutely. If
20:11
Speaker 1: you can get the science secrets, technology secrets from insert
20:18
Speaker 1: country here, insert project here, that stuff is worth so
20:21
Speaker 1: much money. How much do you think America or Russia
20:25
Speaker 1: would have paid for nuclear secrets back in the day?
20:31
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell has previously denied any wrongdoing. Sun Online reached
20:35
Speaker 1: out to her representatives for Maxwell. Representatives for the Israeli
20:39
Speaker 1: government did not respond to requests for comment. All right, folks. Well,
20:44
Speaker 1: there you have it. I mean, look, really, it comes
20:46
Speaker 1: down to what do you believe? Do you think Jeffrey
20:48
Speaker 1: Epstein and Glenn Maxwell were working as assets in the
20:52
Speaker 1: intelligence community? Or were they just these sick people who
20:56
Speaker 1: devised this plan in this plot all because Jeffrey Epstein
21:00
Speaker 1: had proclivities and he needed to, you know, chase his
21:04
Speaker 1: disgusting desires? For me, it makes a lot more sense
21:09
Speaker 1: that he was a sick bastard who was doing all
21:11
Speaker 1: of that, you know, chasing his desires and his disgusting wants.
21:15
Speaker 1: But when you look at everything else, it's rather obvious
21:19
Speaker 1: to me, anyway, that Maxwell and Epstein were both intelligence assets.
21:27
Speaker 1: All right, folks, that's going to do it for this
21:29
Speaker 1: morning's episode. Context episodes most certainly on their way, and
21:33
Speaker 1: I will be back later on and we'll see where
21:35
Speaker 1: we're at. If you'd like to contact me, you can
21:38
Speaker 1: do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com.
21:47
Speaker 1: You can also find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I.
21:55
Speaker 1: The link that we discussed can be found in the
21:57
Speaker 1: description box. All right, folks, have a great morning, and
22:00
Speaker 1: I will talk to you all later on. What's up, everyone,
22:04
Speaker 1: and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. One of the
22:08
Speaker 1: biggest issues when we're talking about travesties of justice within
22:12
Speaker 1: the world of Jeffrey Epstein is most certainly the plea deal.
22:18
Speaker 1: How he was able to acquire that plea deal has
22:21
Speaker 1: been the source of much debate and of much contention.
22:26
Speaker 1: But the fact is, he received that plea deal. And
22:30
Speaker 1: that deal, well, there is no other deal like it.
22:33
Speaker 1: Nobody else ever has gotten a deal like Jeffrey Epstein.
22:38
Speaker 1: So ask yourselves, how is it that he is worthy
22:41
Speaker 1: of getting such a deal? What makes him so special? Well,
22:48
Speaker 1: when you're hanging out with the people he was hanging
22:50
Speaker 1: out with, and you're breaking bread with some of the
22:54
Speaker 1: most powerful and influential people in the world, you end
22:59
Speaker 1: up getting a deal that nobody else would ever, ever get.
23:06
Speaker 1: And that's certainly what happened when Epstein scored this sweetheart
23:10
Speaker 1: deal down in Florida. Today, we're going to read an
23:15
Speaker 1: article from Noreen Marcus over at thefloridabulldog.org talking about how
23:21
Speaker 1: this is a cushy deal and how it's the only
23:25
Speaker 1: one of its kind in South Florida ever. So, Let's
23:30
Speaker 1: get into this article, and let's see what Noreen Marcus
23:34
Speaker 1: has to say. Headline. Jeffrey Epstein's cushy federal deal was
23:40
Speaker 1: the only one of its kind in South Florida for
23:43
Speaker 1: at least three decades. And ever, right? When you look
23:47
Speaker 1: at it, there was no one who ever got a
23:49
Speaker 1: deal like this. But somehow, this disgusting, gross, child-molesting son
23:56
Speaker 1: of a bitch comes out with... The sweetest deal in
24:00
Speaker 1: the history of sweet deals. Now remember how many larger-than-life
24:06
Speaker 1: criminals have been down in Florida. Had all kinds of
24:08
Speaker 1: mob guys, drug narco professionals, you name it. And none
24:13
Speaker 1: of them caught deals like this. What makes Epstein so special?
24:18
Speaker 1: The sickly sweet deal that lawyers for serial sex offender
24:22
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein worked out with South Florida federal prosecutors veered
24:27
Speaker 1: so far off the beaten path, it blazed a path
24:30
Speaker 1: of its own. There is no doubt about that. This
24:34
Speaker 1: is going to be studied in law classes and in
24:37
Speaker 1: the law profession for years to come. It's going to
24:41
Speaker 1: be a case study in not how to handle yourself.
24:45
Speaker 1: This is a deal that should have never been signed
24:47
Speaker 1: off on. And say it was Acosta, right? Oh, it
24:50
Speaker 1: was all Acosta's fault. Then where was his boss to
24:53
Speaker 1: come in and say, look, you can't do this. This
24:55
Speaker 1: deal's terrible, my friend. There was nobody to step in
25:00
Speaker 1: and do that. You know why? Because those on high,
25:02
Speaker 1: Acosta's bosses, they wanted this deal to get done. Over
25:08
Speaker 1: the last 29 years, three non-prosecution agreements, NPAs, the kind
25:14
Speaker 1: of deal Epstein got, went to big companies in the
25:17
Speaker 1: Southern District of Florida, according to a list compiled by
25:21
Speaker 1: the University of Virginia and Duke Law Schools. So only
25:26
Speaker 1: to a company, only to companies, not to personal individuals,
25:30
Speaker 1: and certainly not to unnamed individuals. How the hell do
25:34
Speaker 1: you even get that part, that provision put in? to
25:38
Speaker 1: a contract like this, to a non-prosecution agreement. You would
25:43
Speaker 1: literally have to be using the Jedi mind trick like
25:45
Speaker 1: Ben Kenobi. But since no company executive was accused of
25:52
Speaker 1: anything close to Epstein's level of depravity, his deal appears
25:56
Speaker 1: to be one of a kind. His informal criminal enterprise
26:00
Speaker 1: that preyed upon teenage girls had no name to include
26:04
Speaker 1: in the law school's corporate prosecution registry. Oh, that's easy.
26:08
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise. We can just call it that, right?
26:13
Speaker 1: Or if you want, we can go a step further.
26:15
Speaker 1: The Epstein crime family. How about that? We love to
26:18
Speaker 1: slap monikers on people and call them crime families, right? Well,
26:22
Speaker 1: why not call these guys the same thing? Because that's
26:25
Speaker 1: what they were. They were facilitating all sorts of crimes.
26:29
Speaker 1: Money laundering. Human trafficking. Wire fraud. Threats. Solicitation. You name it,
26:38
Speaker 1: these people were into it. Out of 190 Southern District
26:44
Speaker 1: federal cases that were resolved before trial from 1992 to
26:49
Speaker 1: this year, the list shows 86% resulted in pleas. Not
26:55
Speaker 1: including the Epstein affair, only three of the cases, or 1.6%,
27:00
Speaker 1: ended with non-prosecution agreements. Now look, very rarely does the
27:06
Speaker 1: federal government give out a non-prosecution agreement when they have
27:10
Speaker 1: you bent over a barrel. They love to get their convictions,
27:14
Speaker 1: don't they, in federal court? And that, you see it here.
27:18
Speaker 1: 86% resulted in plea deals. 86%, 8 out of 10
27:22
Speaker 1: people said, I can't beat the federal government at trial,
27:25
Speaker 1: so I'm just going to plead out. Not Epstein. He
27:29
Speaker 1: gets himself a nice non-prosecution agreement. That covers him, his co-conspirators,
27:36
Speaker 1: the core four, and any unnamed co-conspirators as well. Now,
27:40
Speaker 1: however the hell they whip that one up, I'll need
27:44
Speaker 1: it explained to me how the federal government and the
27:47
Speaker 1: state government signed off on it. They are rarer than
27:53
Speaker 1: hen's teeth, and hens have no teeth, said criminal defense
27:56
Speaker 1: lawyer Joel Hirshhorn during a 53-year career. He has yet
28:01
Speaker 1: to negotiate a single one. Think about that, folks, okay?
28:05
Speaker 1: Do you really think Mr. Hirshhorn here is not a
28:08
Speaker 1: good lawyer? That he can't, you know, he doesn't know
28:11
Speaker 1: his way around a courtroom? And on the flip side,
28:15
Speaker 1: you think Dershowitz is that good in the courtroom? Or
28:18
Speaker 1: left court? Or Lefkowitz? Of course they aren't. You think
28:23
Speaker 1: it's just happened to be a coincidence that they had
28:25
Speaker 1: all these guys from Kirkland and Ellis working on that
28:29
Speaker 1: law team? Guys like Ken Starr with extreme political reach?
28:34
Speaker 1: Because that's what you're paying for. If you have the
28:36
Speaker 1: right amount of money, you're paying for influence. Whereas me
28:40
Speaker 1: or you? We're just looking to get a lawyer and
28:42
Speaker 1: we hope we get a plea deal that doesn't send
28:45
Speaker 1: us to prison for the rest of our lives. A
28:49
Speaker 1: special deal for Jeffrey Epstein alone. The three companies on
28:53
Speaker 1: the Southern District's NPA list are Wachovia, now Wells Fargo,
28:57
Speaker 1: accused of antitrust, Republic Metals Corporation, accused of money laundering,
29:02
Speaker 1: and Baton Holdings, accused of securities fraud. The deals all
29:07
Speaker 1: followed some combination of hefty fines, long prison sentences for
29:11
Speaker 1: company executives, or cooperation with other probes. And that is
29:17
Speaker 1: the rub, right? We know that Epstein was an informer.
29:20
Speaker 1: We know he was working for the government. And all
29:22
Speaker 1: these people that want to act like he wasn't explain
29:25
Speaker 1: to me how he always got off whenever he got
29:28
Speaker 1: caught doing something wrong. I call it the Whitey Bulger effect.
29:32
Speaker 1: And we see it with Epstein time and time again.
29:38
Speaker 1: but a cushy deal like the late... Epstein's is virtually
29:41
Speaker 1: unheard of. The use of an MPA against an individual
29:45
Speaker 1: is very rare, said Miami trial lawyer Marcos Jimenez, who
29:49
Speaker 1: was the U.S. attorney in South Florida from 2002 to 2005.
29:55
Speaker 1: Sounds like a guy who would know what he's talking about.
29:59
Speaker 1: But nah, this is just, this is your everyday behavior.
30:03
Speaker 1: And that's why it's laughable that the appeals court would
30:06
Speaker 1: look at this and just shrug their shoulders and be like, nah,
30:09
Speaker 1: you know, we're just going to let this stand. It's
30:14
Speaker 1: an abomination. Jimenez told the Florida Bulldog he doesn't remember
30:21
Speaker 1: authorizing any kind of NPA. The law school's list and
30:25
Speaker 1: media reports confirm his recollection. So... Who's the one that's
30:55
Speaker 1: bullshitting you folks? The people that want you to believe
30:58
Speaker 1: that this is just a common everyday occurrence that criminals
31:01
Speaker 1: get deals like this? Or are you going to believe
31:05
Speaker 1: the actual facts that are in front of your face?
31:07
Speaker 1: Because the official narrative that they want you to suck
31:10
Speaker 1: down is just filled and riddled with holes. Protecting mystery co-conspirators.
31:19
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's off-the-charts pact let him avoid federal charges that
31:23
Speaker 1: carry serious prison time. Prosecutors prepared, but never filed, a
31:28
Speaker 1: 53-page indictment describing his criminal activities with underage girls that
31:33
Speaker 1: could have put Epstein away for life. And we all
31:36
Speaker 1: know how that ended up. Ah, we'll punt it down
31:39
Speaker 1: to state. He'll get the easier, softer charges. Unlike standard NPAs,
31:45
Speaker 1: his carefully crafted version even protected any potential co-conspirators, prompting
31:51
Speaker 1: speculation about former presidents Bill Clinton and Donald Trump, Britain's
31:56
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, and other powerful men in Epstein's social circle. Well,
32:02
Speaker 1: we see that Andrew tried to use this clause, and
32:06
Speaker 1: it didn't work out for him in New York. He
32:08
Speaker 1: got sued anyway. But... criminally speaking, this is a big
32:12
Speaker 1: roadblock from justice being served in this case. None of
32:18
Speaker 1: them has been charged in connection with Epstein. Only his ex-girlfriend, co-conspirator,
32:23
Speaker 1: fellow child abuser, general all-around scuzzbag and bipedal serpent, Ghislaine Maxwell,
32:28
Speaker 1: is being prosecuted in New York for allegedly procuring young
32:31
Speaker 1: girls for him to abuse. Now we all know that
32:34
Speaker 1: it's not prosecuted anymore. She has been convicted. Gregory had
32:39
Speaker 1: nothing to do with the Epstein case and wouldn't speculate
32:42
Speaker 1: about possible accomplices, but said he's amazed and astounded by
32:47
Speaker 1: the NPA clause granting immunity to hypothetical co-conspirators. Again, you
32:53
Speaker 1: really think that Acosta has the power to sign off
32:55
Speaker 1: on something like this when you hear from all of
32:58
Speaker 1: these top-notch prosecutors and people who've worked in the business
33:01
Speaker 1: that this is unheard of? Jeffrey Epstein from Mansion to
33:09
Speaker 1: Jail Suicide. I have never heard of a case where
33:11
Speaker 1: an NPA extended to people who haven't been investigated or
33:15
Speaker 1: charged yet, Gregory said. It just doesn't make sense. If
33:19
Speaker 1: you were getting cooperation from someone who would provide you
33:22
Speaker 1: with leads to take a case to a much higher
33:24
Speaker 1: or significant person or was opening up the case to
33:28
Speaker 1: a much broader range of criminal activity, that might lead
33:32
Speaker 1: to this kind of agreement, he said. Well, we know
33:35
Speaker 1: it didn't. This all happened because Epstein and his lawyers
33:39
Speaker 1: had friends on high. The Justice Department was littered with
33:43
Speaker 1: creatures who were friendly with Dershowitz and Ken Starr and
33:47
Speaker 1: the rest of these guys. But how could an unknown
33:52
Speaker 1: co-conspirator barter for immunity from prosecution? Yet, in exchange for
33:59
Speaker 1: extraordinary largesse from the feds, Epstein pleaded guilty to two
34:04
Speaker 1: low-level state prostitution offenses and funded a victim's compensation pool.
34:10
Speaker 1: The government shut down a grand jury that might have
34:13
Speaker 1: outed others in his sex ring. Jeffrey Epstein got an
34:17
Speaker 1: 18-month sentence but served a little over a year, mostly
34:21
Speaker 1: working on work release near his Palm Beach estate. Ten
34:25
Speaker 1: years later, the wealthy financier, pedophile, died in a Manhattan
34:29
Speaker 1: jail cell in an apparent suicide while awaiting trial for
34:33
Speaker 1: sex trafficking in New York. Acosta's poor judgment cost him. Look,
34:38
Speaker 1: for me, again, I don't buy that for a second.
34:41
Speaker 1: His cowardice cost him. If my boss ever came to
34:44
Speaker 1: me with this kind of proposal and I had all
34:47
Speaker 1: of these girls that I had been investigating to see
34:50
Speaker 1: if their claims were true and I had this evidence
34:53
Speaker 1: that it was, zero chance that I'd be okay with this.
34:56
Speaker 1: I'd raise such a stink that I'd end up getting
34:59
Speaker 1: fired and all of it because there's some things you can,
35:02
Speaker 1: you know, look the other way. Not something like this.
35:07
Speaker 1: Signing off on the notorious 2007 Epstein deal came to
35:11
Speaker 1: haunt Alex Acosta, the U.S. attorney, after Jimenez. Following publication
35:16
Speaker 1: of a Miami Herald series about the Epstein case that
35:19
Speaker 1: threw renewed light on his NPA, then-Labor Secretary Acosta resigned
35:24
Speaker 1: in 2019. Very convenient fall guy, huh? They love their
35:29
Speaker 1: low-hanging fruit. Jimenez said he agrees completely with a finding
35:34
Speaker 1: by DOJ regulators that the NPA was a flawed mechanism
35:38
Speaker 1: for satisfying the federal interest that caused the government to
35:42
Speaker 1: open up the Epstein investigation in the first place. The
35:46
Speaker 1: finding appeared in a November 2020 report by the Department's
35:50
Speaker 1: Office of Professional Responsibility. It concluded Acosta showed poor judgment
35:56
Speaker 1: when he approved the Epstein NPA, but didn't violate professional norms,
36:01
Speaker 1: largely because none apply. And you know, it's convenient, right?
36:04
Speaker 1: That the emails during this whole entire time of Acosta
36:07
Speaker 1: to his superiors, oh, they just went missing, right? Just
36:11
Speaker 1: a very convenient fact for the other people who are
36:14
Speaker 1: involved in the decision-making here. Fall guy, Acosta, right next
36:20
Speaker 1: to his name, pencil in, fall guy. Jimenez expressed reluctance
36:28
Speaker 1: to criticize his successor. Still, he said he agrees that
36:31
Speaker 1: Acosta exercised faulty judgment. NPAs robs victims of rights. Earlier
36:38
Speaker 1: this month, a discredited deal resurfaced when a federal appeals
36:42
Speaker 1: court ruled against Courtney Wilde, who says Jeffrey Epstein began
36:46
Speaker 1: molesting her when she was 15. The U.S. Crime Victims
36:51
Speaker 1: Rights Act says survivors must be notified about... about and
36:55
Speaker 1: participate in negotiations between prosecutors and defendants. But prosecutors hid
37:01
Speaker 1: the Epstein NPA document for several months until he pleaded guilty,
37:06
Speaker 1: avoiding any objections to its lenient terms. Imagine these guys
37:12
Speaker 1: hid this document when they're not allowed to do that
37:15
Speaker 1: by law. And still, no repercussions. Nobody held responsible and
37:20
Speaker 1: the deal is allowed to stand. Now you tell me
37:23
Speaker 1: where the equitable justice is. But the 11th Circuit Court
37:29
Speaker 1: said the law supports victims only after charges are filed.
37:33
Speaker 1: Since Acosta agreed to the NPA and no charges were
37:37
Speaker 1: ever filed in that case against Epstein, unfortunately, that was that.
37:42
Speaker 1: allowing judges to protect victims' rights earlier in the process
37:45
Speaker 1: would intrude on the prosecutor's discretion, the majority ruled in
37:49
Speaker 1: an opinion published on April 15th. The courts would be
37:53
Speaker 1: empowered to issue injunctions requiring consultation with victims, to name
37:58
Speaker 1: just a few examples. before law enforcement raids, warrant applications, arrests,
38:04
Speaker 1: witness interviews, lineups, and interrogations, Judge Kevin Newsom wrote for
38:08
Speaker 1: the majority. Oh, give me a break, Judge Kevin Newsom.
38:13
Speaker 1: Wasn't he the same guy that was hanging out with
38:15
Speaker 1: Christian Everdell? Yeah, I believe so. Two dudes, yeah, just
38:19
Speaker 1: two guys hanging out. No conflict of interest. Wait, what,
38:23
Speaker 1: they both went to Harvard together? Come on, still no
38:26
Speaker 1: conflict of interest, right? Right? Dissenters call the deal travesty.
38:33
Speaker 1: The 704 decision from the full U.S. Court of Appeals
38:36
Speaker 1: for the 11th Circuit may end Wilde's 13-year pursuit of justice,
38:42
Speaker 1: though her lawyers plan to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
38:46
Speaker 1: We know that failed, unfortunately. Four 11th Circuit court judges dissented.
38:52
Speaker 1: Those judges, all women, skewered the Epstein NPA and assailed
38:56
Speaker 1: the dramatic increase in all kinds of pre-indictment agreements over
39:01
Speaker 1: the last 15 years. Not one single dude, not one
39:06
Speaker 1: single man of those lawyers, I mean judges, dissented. What
39:12
Speaker 1: an embarrassment. You mean to tell me not one of
39:14
Speaker 1: you guys thought what happened here was disgusting? Maybe you
39:17
Speaker 1: need to do more research. Maybe you need better clerks.
39:24
Speaker 1: The majority's ruling leaves federal prosecutors free to engage in
39:27
Speaker 1: the secret plea deals and deception. that resulted in the
39:31
Speaker 1: travesty here, Judge Frank May's Hall wrote. It also exasperates
39:35
Speaker 1: disparities between wealthy defendants and those who cannot afford to
39:40
Speaker 1: hire well-connected and experienced attorneys to negotiate favorable deals for them,
39:46
Speaker 1: she wrote. So, will there be another Epstein-like travesty? I
39:51
Speaker 1: would hope that it never happens again, and I don't
39:54
Speaker 1: think that it will, Jimenez said. Folks, look, how much
39:58
Speaker 1: more do we have to explain it? This was a
40:01
Speaker 1: travesty of epic proportions, and your courts, at every step
40:07
Speaker 1: along the way, have sided with Epstein, his friends, and
40:12
Speaker 1: this disgusting-ass deal. I'll leave you with that to think
40:18
Speaker 1: about for a little while. And as for me, well,
40:21
Speaker 1: I'll be back later on. If you'd like to contact me,
