- 0:08Speaker 1: Sure, it's time nice hell level love No. Welcome to
- 0:16Speaker 1: the Naughty but Nice Show. I'm your host, Rob Shooter,
- 0:19Speaker 1: and it is Thursday, which means one of our favorite
- 0:21Speaker 1: people it's always with us on Thursday. I look forward
- 0:24Speaker 1: to seeing his big smile is handsome. Fee to your friend,
- 0:28Speaker 1: Loopy Lou Hey, Mark, are you there?
- 0:30Speaker 2: Loopy Lou? Hello?
- 0:32Speaker 1: Rab but name makes me giggle. You said that people
- 0:36Speaker 1: used to call your dad loopy.
- 0:37Speaker 2: They used to calm with you Lou too. Yeah, it's
- 0:40Speaker 2: really funny that you are all.
- 0:41Speaker 1: Comes full curtle, doesn't it, Loopy Lou? We love you. Okay,
- 0:44Speaker 1: let's jump in the show because we've got a ton
- 0:46Speaker 1: of gossip to get to quite scandalous stuff today. But
- 0:49Speaker 1: don't worry, we're going to handle it in a naughty
- 0:52Speaker 1: but nice type of way. Mark, because it's easy to
- 0:54Speaker 1: get really naughty. It is, and I sometimes do this
- 0:57Speaker 1: in life, and I hate myself afterwards. When you're out
- 0:59Speaker 1: drinking with friends, big stories are always the stories that
- 1:03Speaker 1: get the most attention, the biggest laugh. But then you
- 1:06Speaker 1: don't feel so nice about yourself, and so we try
- 1:09Speaker 1: really hard to be naughty. We are naughty, but we
- 1:12Speaker 1: are nice. I like to say, Mark, you might have
- 1:14Speaker 1: come up with this, or maybe Nicki Gostin did our
- 1:16Speaker 1: friend at page six. We are a pinch. We're not
- 1:19Speaker 1: a punch or a pincher, just a little pinch on
- 1:22Speaker 1: your arm. But I don't punch it. Okay, let's jump
- 1:24Speaker 1: in the show and see if I can really stick
- 1:26Speaker 1: to this philosophy. I'm going to do it. Okay, Bob
- 1:30Speaker 1: story at the top of the show. Andy Cohen from
- 1:33Speaker 1: Bravo has been accused of snorting cocaine with these favorite
- 1:37Speaker 1: housewives in a bombshell lawsuit. So the allegations in the
- 1:43Speaker 1: lawsuit were filed by former Housewives star Liam McSweeney, and
- 1:48Speaker 1: they are explosive. So she claims that Andy uses cocaine
- 1:53Speaker 1: with the Housewives now using cocaine. I know some people
- 1:58Speaker 1: that use cocaine. I do. I don't know people who
- 2:01Speaker 1: use it with their employees. And we often think so
- 2:04Speaker 1: because we watch the reunion shows. We make the mistake
- 2:07Speaker 1: of thinking Andy and the housewives they're all best friends,
- 2:10Speaker 1: they hang out, they're all equals. Not true. He's their boss,
- 2:14Speaker 1: and that's why this story gets very, very difficult. Plus,
- 2:18Speaker 1: let's be honest, Cocaine's illegal. He's not drinking vodka with him.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Maybe he is, but alcohol is legal, you might be
- 2:25Speaker 1: able to abuse it. But drugs are still drugs. Mark,
- 2:29Speaker 1: And so when a lot of my friends are quite
- 2:32Speaker 1: blase about drugs, I'm like, no, no, no. In corporate America.
- 2:36Speaker 1: And don't forget Brather is owned by NBC, it's corporate.
- 2:40Speaker 1: In corporate America, drugs is just not good. What do
- 2:45Speaker 1: you think?
- 2:46Speaker 2: Yeah, it's not. And I you know, I think back
- 2:48Speaker 2: to when all this came to be, when Bravo and
- 2:50Speaker 2: the Housewives. It's a different time, and I think people,
- 2:55Speaker 2: you know, it was the lines were blurred and maybe
- 2:57Speaker 2: things were swept under the rug. But I think now
- 3:00Speaker 2: we're in this time of accountability and transparency and suddenly,
- 3:04Speaker 2: you know, it's a lot easier to point out when
- 3:06Speaker 2: things are not right. And now he finds himself in
- 3:08Speaker 2: a situation where oops, maybe I did do some things
- 3:10Speaker 2: and I wouldn't be called out for it.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I think you're onto something there. The world
- 3:15Speaker 1: has really changed, and I'm grateful for that. The way
- 3:17Speaker 1: I behaved in an office fifteen years ago would not
- 3:19Speaker 1: be accepted today, and I'm grateful for that too. I think,
- 3:23Speaker 1: and I think this is a really good example. A
- 3:24Speaker 1: TV friend of mine said to me fifteen years ago
- 3:28Speaker 1: on American Idol, we could make fun of people who
- 3:31Speaker 1: couldn't sing and clearly had learning disabilities. Remember Will Hung
- 3:35Speaker 1: she bangs the Ricky Martin stuff, and Susan Boyle. We
- 3:38Speaker 1: even sort of made fun of her. Now you just
- 3:41Speaker 1: can't do that. That Simon cow nastiness is no longer acceptable,
- 3:46Speaker 1: And I think that's good. It's Simon's changed too. Andy
- 3:48Speaker 1: hasn't changed and is still the same. Anday, from ten
- 3:52Speaker 1: to fifteen years ago when this was acceptable, I'm not
- 3:55Speaker 1: saying it was ever right, but it was acceptable. And
- 3:58Speaker 1: this is the part of the story that really really
- 4:00Speaker 1: stuck with me. Leah is not talking about fifteen years ago.
- 4:05Speaker 1: She's talking about two or three years ago. So some
- 4:08Speaker 1: of my friends who are defending Andy, who know him,
- 4:10Speaker 1: We know him, Mark, if you live in New York,
- 4:12Speaker 1: you know Andy. Some of my friends are like, yes,
- 4:14Speaker 1: he used to be sloppy, Yes, he used to be
- 4:16Speaker 1: a mess. We all have stories of a night out
- 4:18Speaker 1: with Andy or a friend that spotted him out about
- 4:21Speaker 1: and their stories are funny, but really sort of maybe
- 4:24Speaker 1: not funny. But now it's a different time, and I
- 4:29Speaker 1: don't think he has changed. So some of my friends
- 4:32Speaker 1: defending him and saying, oh, he's a dad, now he's
- 4:34Speaker 1: a different guy. This lawsuit is using examples from two
- 4:40Speaker 1: years ago, not ten years ago. I'm not saying it's excusable.
- 4:44Speaker 1: Just because it happened in the past doesn't mean you
- 4:46Speaker 1: can just move on. But it does make a difference
- 4:48Speaker 1: when it is so recent, it does.
- 4:51Speaker 2: And I think, you know, I wonder, is this the
- 4:53Speaker 2: moment where more come forward? Is this the moment when
- 4:56Speaker 2: more people feel, you know, comfortable sharing their truth because
- 5:00Speaker 2: and Bravo they're a powerhouse. And I think people sometimes
- 5:03Speaker 2: feel fearful to, you know, cart something that they're uncomfortable with.
- 5:07Speaker 2: And you know now that we're in a different time,
- 5:09Speaker 2: and his fem has grown and the show has grown
- 5:12Speaker 2: in such a huge way. It only highlights, you know,
- 5:15Speaker 2: your problems. It doesn't even go away. And so when
- 5:18Speaker 2: you have this power of the money and the attention,
- 5:20Speaker 2: you know, more people are looking at you. Yes, in
- 5:22Speaker 2: your personal life and in your professional life.
- 5:24Speaker 1: You put yourself in this spotlight. You wanted this, and
- 5:26Speaker 1: Andy worked really hard to be famous. He always wanted
- 5:29Speaker 1: to be a star. And I say that with respect.
- 5:31Speaker 1: I didn't put people down for their ambition. I like that,
- 5:34Speaker 1: but he really wanted this. I think sometimes when people
- 5:36Speaker 1: wonder why I'm not more famous, I've got to say
- 5:39Speaker 1: some of it is a conscious choice. I turned down
- 5:41Speaker 1: a lot of stuff I was offered The Gay Housewives,
- 5:42Speaker 1: remember that show, the A List. I met with them
- 5:46Speaker 1: and they offered me a part on it. I might
- 5:48Speaker 1: have even signed a contract, and I filmed one episode
- 5:50Speaker 1: and I quit because I remember, this is just not
- 5:53Speaker 1: for me. I have a really nice life. I don't
- 5:56Speaker 1: want to be Andy con I don't want to be
- 5:58Speaker 1: Bethany Frankel talking about time lines though, And I think
- 6:00Speaker 1: this is worth pointing out. Kathy Griffin was one of
- 6:04Speaker 1: the first to make this explosive claim about Andy, and
- 6:07Speaker 1: she did it in twenty seventeen. She stated that before
- 6:11Speaker 1: she went on Watch What Happens Live, Andy offered her drugs,
- 6:14Speaker 1: offered her cocaine, and she said, I've done a lot
- 6:16Speaker 1: of talk shows. They didn't offer me this on the
- 6:18Speaker 1: view and back then Andy dismissed it and said none
- 6:21Speaker 1: of it was true, and we sort of made fun
- 6:23Speaker 1: of Kathy as being oh crazy, Kathy. We do that,
- 6:26Speaker 1: don't we. We often look at the person making the
- 6:28Speaker 1: accusations and try to diminish them, try to make fun
- 6:31Speaker 1: of them. I know Brandy Glansville, another housewife. Just last
- 6:35Speaker 1: week she came forward with a lawsuit two against Bravo.
- 6:38Speaker 1: And it's easy to just laugh at Brandy because we've
- 6:40Speaker 1: seen her be so messy on the show. But these
- 6:43Speaker 1: are going to add up and I don't think they're
- 6:47Speaker 1: gonna go away, and at some point it will become
- 6:50Speaker 1: a tipping point. We know Andy's in trouble because he's
- 6:52Speaker 1: hired a crisis pr guru, one of the best crisis
- 6:57Speaker 1: publicists in New York, if not the world, is now
- 7:01Speaker 1: working with Andy. But I want to know what you
- 7:04Speaker 1: think about this naughties and it brings us to our
- 7:06Speaker 1: pole question of the day. Andy has been accused of
- 7:10Speaker 1: snorting cocaine with his favorite housewives. We know he has
- 7:13Speaker 1: his favorites. I wonder who they were. We know Bethen
- 7:15Speaker 1: he was a favorite. We do we know Brandy was
- 7:18Speaker 1: a favorite. So who are these housewives? Our question to
- 7:22Speaker 1: you is should Andy be fired? Is this the end?
- 7:27Speaker 1: If your supervisor did this to you, if your supervisor
- 7:30Speaker 1: allegedly asked you to have a three way. If your
- 7:34Speaker 1: supervisor facetimed you getting sexual, if your supervisor wanted to
- 7:39Speaker 1: do drugs with you, I think we know what would
- 7:41Speaker 1: happen to that supervisor. Should the same happen to Andy?
- 7:45Speaker 1: And then legally I just want to point out here
- 7:47Speaker 1: Andy has denied all of this. They put out a
- 7:51Speaker 1: very strong statement saying none of this is true. Hey,
- 7:55Speaker 1: go vote on our Twitter page at Naughty Knights rub
- 7:58Speaker 1: or our Facebook page which is gossip, and be sure
- 8:02Speaker 1: to check back tomorrow. Let to hear your results. Hey Loopy,
- 8:07Speaker 1: why are you working on?
- 8:09Speaker 2: I love the story. So so a Soprano's actress has
- 8:12Speaker 2: paid off her mortgage debt with money she's made.
- 8:14Speaker 1: On own Who is it? Who is it? I wish?
- 8:20Speaker 2: Drea de Matteo, so, she was best known for her
- 8:22Speaker 2: role in Sopranos, has revealed that she's used the earnings
- 8:25Speaker 2: from OnlyFans account to pay off her mortgage debt, potentially
- 8:29Speaker 2: saving her house now rob Mateo. She shared that she
- 8:32Speaker 2: was facing financial difficulties, having only ten dollars in her
- 8:36Speaker 2: bank account and facing the possibility of losing her home
- 8:39Speaker 2: and in response to the struggles, Mateo returned to OnlyFans
- 8:43Speaker 2: and it's an eighteen plus subscription site, and she said,
- 8:46Speaker 2: OnlyFans has saved my life one hundred percent. Now you
- 8:50Speaker 2: might be wondering why did she only have ten dollars
- 8:52Speaker 2: in her bank account? And so her decision to join
- 8:54Speaker 2: the site came only after being in the forbearance process
- 8:57Speaker 2: and experiencing challenges booking jobs in Hollywood due to her
- 9:00Speaker 2: refusal to receive the COVID nineteen vaccine.
- 9:03Speaker 1: That's right, I forgot about that, that's absolutely right. I
- 9:06Speaker 1: had mixed feelings about this. I'm quite a prude, you
- 9:09Speaker 1: know that, as somebody who's loud mouth as I am,
- 9:11Speaker 1: I never really talk about sex, certainly not my own
- 9:13Speaker 1: sex life. Like, I'm quite prudish about it. So at
- 9:16Speaker 1: first I thought Only Fans was vile. I just disliked it.
- 9:19Speaker 1: I didn't like the process of it. But my opinion
- 9:22Speaker 1: has changed. And if you are willing to do this,
- 9:26Speaker 1: and you want to do it, and you consent to
- 9:28Speaker 1: do it, and you can pay your bills this way,
- 9:31Speaker 1: who am I to judge? And so part of me
- 9:34Speaker 1: is like, oh, you were better than this, But then
- 9:37Speaker 1: part of me is like who am I to decide
- 9:39Speaker 1: who is better than what? And who am I to
- 9:42Speaker 1: decide that acting in this role or behind a camera
- 9:46Speaker 1: in your living room is different, And so I try
- 9:49Speaker 1: to have a much more open mind about this. Initially
- 9:52Speaker 1: I was like, oh, don't do it. And if my
- 9:54Speaker 1: friends came to me and said Miss d said I'm
- 9:57Speaker 1: in a joy and only fans, I'd be like, oh,
- 10:00Speaker 1: but I think we have to let people make their
- 10:03Speaker 1: own decisions. Mark, where are you on the whole concept
- 10:07Speaker 1: of we know it's an adult site people most people
- 10:10Speaker 1: and only fans are naked, are touching themselves, are accepting donations.
- 10:15Speaker 1: I think that's how it works. I think there's a
- 10:17Speaker 1: subscription fee to what's your favorite model dancing around in
- 10:21Speaker 1: their underwear or maybe naked. I've got okay with it.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Where are you? Yeah?
- 10:26Speaker 2: I mean I think it's a complicated, like layered, nuanced topic,
- 10:29Speaker 2: and you know, each person has to make the choice
- 10:31Speaker 2: for themselves, right, So if you're losing your home and
- 10:34Speaker 2: this is one of the only choices that you have
- 10:36Speaker 2: and you're able to pay off your mortgage in just
- 10:37Speaker 2: a few weeks, then perfect. But I think for me,
- 10:41Speaker 2: we don't know the implications down the line, like what's
- 10:44Speaker 2: it going to look like five years from now or
- 10:46Speaker 2: when you know? If you let's say you're living a
- 10:48Speaker 2: certain life in your twenties and then you're forty and
- 10:51Speaker 2: you have two young kids and they're asking, you know,
- 10:53Speaker 2: why is this on the intrnet. I think it's complicated
- 10:56Speaker 2: and we're into the future.
- 10:58Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a good way to make decison in life.
- 11:00Speaker 1: I try to think of the long term, not the
- 11:03Speaker 1: immediate gratification, Like doing something now might make me feel
- 11:07Speaker 1: really great, but that isn't the rob I want to
- 11:10Speaker 1: be ten years from now. Often when I have a
- 11:12Speaker 1: big decision in life, I'm like, what would Robin ten
- 11:15Speaker 1: years from now say about this decision? And it really
- 11:18Speaker 1: puts it into perspective for me. And so I wish
- 11:21Speaker 1: you the best. I really do. I know what it's
- 11:23Speaker 1: like to struggle financially. I do. At the moment, I'm
- 11:26Speaker 1: doing very well, but there's been times in my life
- 11:28Speaker 1: when it was really difficult. So I do know what
- 11:31Speaker 1: it is life, and who am I to judge you?
- 11:33Speaker 1: Congratulations on paying off your mortgage, I guess okay. Moving along.
- 11:38Speaker 1: Taylor Swift's father, who has been accused of assault has
- 11:41Speaker 1: promptly left Australia. Don't worry. They're not on the run.
- 11:45Speaker 1: They're not being chased by the police. The way that
- 11:48Speaker 1: this story has been positioned, primarily by me, I've got
- 11:51Speaker 1: to take full responsibility for the shadiness here is they're
- 11:54Speaker 1: running from the law. That's not exactly true. So there
- 11:57Speaker 1: was an incident with a photographer in Australia while Taylor
- 12:01Speaker 1: was there doing her shows. This was a scheduled departure.
- 12:05Speaker 1: It has nothing to do with the incident and now
- 12:08Speaker 1: the photographer and there's no charges being pressed here. The
- 12:12Speaker 1: photographer is saying all he wants is an apology. So
- 12:16Speaker 1: Taylor says, Dad Scott is free, he's left the country.
- 12:22Speaker 1: A fun story and nobody was hurt either here. But
- 12:25Speaker 1: the serious part of this is I've been involved in
- 12:29Speaker 1: some of those tussles with security guard with photographers. All
- 12:33Speaker 1: calm down, it's all going to be okay. We're all
- 12:35Speaker 1: in this together. You need your pictures, I need to
- 12:37Speaker 1: be in the paper. We can figure out a way
- 12:39Speaker 1: to make this sort of organized chaos. Yeah.
- 12:42Speaker 2: You know, I've seen many paparatti over the years, like
- 12:46Speaker 2: fight each other even because that one picture you can
- 12:49Speaker 2: make or break your week, and people will push and
- 12:51Speaker 2: shove in and so it can get really intense in
- 12:53Speaker 2: the moment when the celebrity is walking to and from
- 12:55Speaker 2: somewhere else. So I try to just stand back in.
- 12:58Speaker 1: My mind the business. Yes, stay away, there are vicious,
- 13:01Speaker 1: vicious boons. I love this story. Drew Barrymore is revealing
- 13:04Speaker 1: something about her very cheeky daughter.
- 13:08Speaker 2: Yeah, so, Drew Barrymore's daughter has a unique argument tactic,
- 13:11Speaker 2: using her mother's own past against her. Let me explain.
- 13:15Speaker 2: So Barrymore revealed that her daughter brings up her nineteen
- 13:17Speaker 2: ninety five Playboy cover when they're discussing appropriate clothing choices. Now, Barrymore,
- 13:23Speaker 2: who's now forty nine, has two daughters with her ex
- 13:26Speaker 2: husband Will Koppleman, Olive who's eleven, and Frankie, who was nine.
- 13:30Speaker 2: She didn't specify which of her daughters made the comment, Oh.
- 13:33Speaker 1: What do you think? Drea Mattaya's Daughter's gonna have a
- 13:37Speaker 1: lot to say about her only fans. It is interesting,
- 13:40Speaker 1: isn't it. I love when you throw stuff in your parents' face.
- 13:43Speaker 1: My mom and dad have never been on Playboy or Playgirl,
- 13:46Speaker 1: and they're certainly not on only fans. But when I
- 13:48Speaker 1: was growing up, I would throw things in their face
- 13:50Speaker 1: like well you said this, so you did that, or
- 13:53Speaker 1: you didn't tell the truth to grandma, and so I
- 13:55Speaker 1: think it's just a natural part of growing up. We
- 13:58Speaker 1: forget that kids are famous. People are still kids. They're
- 14:01Speaker 1: still kids, and they don't really look at their parents
- 14:04Speaker 1: as superstars the way we do. So they say the truth.
- 14:07Speaker 1: Children do tell the truth. Okay, quickly before we go
- 14:10Speaker 1: to break. There has been a verdict in London and
- 14:13Speaker 1: Harry has lost his battle over his UK security, basically
- 14:16Speaker 1: making him a commoner. So he went to court after
- 14:19Speaker 1: the British government removed his government funded security while he
- 14:24Speaker 1: was in the UK, so they downgraded it. He still
- 14:26Speaker 1: does get security, let's be clear out, but he doesn't
- 14:28Speaker 1: get the level of the working royals. He took them
- 14:32Speaker 1: to court saying no, I want my security back. Now
- 14:36Speaker 1: a court has decided it's all perfectly fine. You step down.
- 14:39Speaker 1: You no longer get the perks. If you don't have
- 14:41Speaker 1: the job, you don't get the perks. He can still
- 14:43Speaker 1: have some security in britainy he will be looked after.
- 14:46Speaker 1: They don't want anything to happen to Harry Well, so
- 14:48Speaker 1: too when Madonna, when the biggest stars in the world.
- 14:52Speaker 1: When Taylor Swift go to London, they don't get the
- 14:54Speaker 1: royal security, they get private security. There are a lot
- 14:57Speaker 1: of really really good private firms in Britain and they're expensive,
- 15:01Speaker 1: but he can now hire his own security. In America,
- 15:04Speaker 1: they travel with private security. They don't have government funded
- 15:07Speaker 1: security here in New York or in America or in
- 15:10Speaker 1: that like wherever they are. When they were in New
- 15:12Speaker 1: York recently, they always had a private a private bodyguard
- 15:15Speaker 1: with them. What it was that it's somebody they paid for.
- 15:18Speaker 1: So now I think they're going to be treated more
- 15:20Speaker 1: like celebrities then than royals, which is I guess what
- 15:23Speaker 1: they wanted.
- 15:24Speaker 2: Listn't It's like any other job when you leave a job,
- 15:27Speaker 2: the benefits of the job.
- 15:28Speaker 1: Yeah. No, it took me a long time to learn that. Oh.
- 15:33Speaker 1: When I worked for Jaylor gush Mark, I was invited everywhere,
- 15:37Speaker 1: every restaurant, every party. The day ended. I could literally
- 15:42Speaker 1: hear my name being ripped off guest listens about New
- 15:45Speaker 1: York the day. It's like Siderella the day. Okay, we're
- 15:49Speaker 1: going to take a quick break and we will be
- 15:51Speaker 1: right back. Welcome back to the Naughty but Night Show
- 15:55Speaker 1: and Rob shoot for their dear friend Mark Looper, Hey Loopy,
- 15:58Speaker 1: let's get to the polls under. Yesterday we talked about
- 16:02Speaker 1: Prince William canceling an event with Queen Camilla. People were
- 16:06Speaker 1: really concerned over Kate. Our question was are you worried
- 16:10Speaker 1: about Kate? Eighty percent said yes, And I don't think
- 16:13Speaker 1: it's just that William canceled an event. Now we find
- 16:16Speaker 1: out it was actually Pippa's boyfriend who had passed away.
- 16:19Speaker 1: That's why he canceled this event. It wasn't Kate. Although
- 16:22Speaker 1: Kate has to be on his mind. We've not seen
- 16:24Speaker 1: her now in over one hundred days, no photographs of her.
- 16:28Speaker 1: You would think the Palace would stage a picture of
- 16:30Speaker 1: her in the garden with the kids and just release
- 16:32Speaker 1: a beautiful picture. They haven't. Something's going on here with
- 16:35Speaker 1: Kate and so I do understand why you are worried.
- 16:39Speaker 1: And the longer that we don't see her, the more
- 16:41Speaker 1: concerned we're all going to get. Okay, don't forget to
- 16:45Speaker 1: vote on today's Paul page and an audynize wrong. A
- 16:48Speaker 1: facial page is noughty counciling. I'm mis sure to check
- 16:52Speaker 1: back tomorrow to hear your results. And now it's time
- 16:58Speaker 1: for a nice of the day.
- 17:01Speaker 2: Oh so, the Chiefs coach has noted Travis Kelsey's transformation
- 17:06Speaker 2: since dating Taylor Swift, calling him a different man. I
- 17:11Speaker 2: like this, okay, so. Dave Merritt, the defensive backs coach
- 17:14Speaker 2: for the Kansas City Chiefs, recently shared that he believes
- 17:16Speaker 2: Taylor Swift's relationship with Travis Kelcey has had a positive
- 17:19Speaker 2: impact on the team now. Merritt mentioned that Kelsey seemed
- 17:23Speaker 2: to change for the better after he started dating Swift,
- 17:26Speaker 2: and that his happiness was contagious. Among even described Kelsey
- 17:32Speaker 2: as a different man started the relationship, and he said
- 17:35Speaker 2: that his brother has now encouraged the team to be
- 17:39Speaker 2: in a different place, in a much happier place like this.
- 17:42Speaker 1: I like this. This is the whole point of meeting somebody,
- 17:45Speaker 1: of dating somebody. It's not just to make you happy,
- 17:47Speaker 1: it's to make everybody around you happy. I really do
- 17:50Speaker 1: believe that people were around we don't have to be
- 17:53Speaker 1: dating them, but the environment that we are in can
- 17:55Speaker 1: really change us. And so put yourself in places where
- 17:58Speaker 1: you will thrive relationships with friends, with lovers, with everybody,
- 18:04Speaker 1: with colleagues, make sure you're surrounded by people that make
- 18:08Speaker 1: you a better person. I love that story, and let's
- 18:11Speaker 1: do our naughties of the day. Naughty, naughty, naughty. GJ
- 18:14Speaker 1: Khaland has been slammed for making his bodyguards carry him
- 18:19Speaker 1: so he doesn't mess up his sneakers. He was spotted,
- 18:22Speaker 1: i know, walking on the beach wearing his Nike Air
- 18:25Speaker 1: Jordan's and he didn't want to get them dirty. He
- 18:27Speaker 1: didn't want to get sand on them. And he's a
- 18:29Speaker 1: big boy, and so the security guards picked up DJ
- 18:33Speaker 1: and carried him. People are saying this was so rude
- 18:36Speaker 1: and he needs to apologize. It reminds me of when
- 18:39Speaker 1: Tim Gunn Tim gun from Project Runway said he's spotted
- 18:44Speaker 1: down a winter being carried down steps so that she
- 18:47Speaker 1: didn't scruff us shoes. And then he got removed from
- 18:49Speaker 1: the invite list to the Vogue Ball, to the met
- 18:52Speaker 1: Ball because he said it. We all want our clothes
- 18:55Speaker 1: to be nice, we all want our sneakers to be nice.
- 18:58Speaker 1: Getting people to carry you around not a good look.
- 19:01Speaker 1: Not a good look. Okay, let's end with a moment
- 19:04Speaker 1: of rub. You rub, You got a rub, You get
- 19:05Speaker 1: a rub. You are a seed that needs time to grow.
- 19:09Speaker 1: I've had to learn this the hard way. Patience is
- 19:11Speaker 1: really really important. And as we said a minute ago,
- 19:15Speaker 1: make sure you're planting yourself in the best environment to succeed.
- 19:19Speaker 1: I love remembering this too. That little seed that we're
- 19:23Speaker 1: going to plant has everything within it to survive, to thrive.
- 19:28Speaker 1: You're a seed too. Everything you need for success is
- 19:31Speaker 1: already within you. You've got to make sure you plant
- 19:34Speaker 1: yourself in the right place. You've got to make sure
- 19:36Speaker 1: someone waters you, which would be you. You've got to
- 19:39Speaker 1: make sure the sun is shining. Put yourself in the
- 19:42Speaker 1: best possible environment to succeed. I think part of the
- 19:48Speaker 1: success of this podcast, Mark is when during COVID we
- 19:51Speaker 1: stopped going to the studio and we started doing it
- 19:54Speaker 1: at home. And this environment makes us more comfortable. This
- 19:58Speaker 1: environment makes us so much more open. Things that we
- 20:01Speaker 1: would say to one another film in the podcast now,
- 20:04Speaker 1: taping the podcast now, we might not have done in
- 20:07Speaker 1: front of an iHeart producer in their fancy studios. And
- 20:11Speaker 1: so the environment is important.
- 20:12Speaker 2: It is you know, I'm coming to you straight from
- 20:14Speaker 2: my kitchen so it does. We're having this kitchen table
- 20:17Speaker 2: talk and it's very loose and it's fun and it's fast,
- 20:19Speaker 2: and I think you're right. This is why it's working.
- 20:22Speaker 1: Surround yourself with people who encourage you. Okay, that is
- 20:25Speaker 1: it for today. Thank you so much for listening to
- 20:29Speaker 1: the Naughty but Nice with Rob and Mark show, a
- 20:32Speaker 1: production of iHeartRadio. Don't forget to subscribe on the iHeartRadio app,
- 20:37Speaker 1: Apple Podcasts wherever you listen and leave us a review
- 20:39Speaker 1: if you can. And before we go, I just want
- 20:42Speaker 1: to say thank you so much. iHeart sends me the
- 20:45Speaker 1: numbers for the show and suddenly, and I'm not sure why,
- 20:48Speaker 1: Well I am sure it's because of you naughties, and
- 20:50Speaker 1: numbers have exploded. And the reason is you are sharing
- 20:54Speaker 1: this podcast. So if you have friends who love celebrity gossip,
- 20:58Speaker 1: if you have friends who need a moment of if
- 21:00Speaker 1: you have friends who need a friend today, share this
- 21:04Speaker 1: podcast and that's how we're going to grow together. Okay,
- 21:08Speaker 1: let's end with our tagline. If you're going to be naughty,
- 21:13Speaker 1: you've got to be not nice. Take care of everybody.
- 21:20Speaker 1: It's not even nice with bro
