Transcript
- 0:00Hey guys, welcome to this week's podcast episode, episode 132
- 0:03when things that don't go as planned.
- 0:06This is something that I was thinking about this morning and
- 0:10I wanted to record for you. I I usually don't do the
- 0:13recordings on the podcast early on in the week because I wait to
- 0:16see what are some of the topics that we're coaching on inside my
- 0:18programs and with my one-on-one clients.
- 0:20But I actually started thinking about this as I was running on
- 0:24the treadmill today at the gym. It's not something that I love
- 0:28to do running on the treadmill. I like to run outside.
- 0:30I usually try to run a 3 miles a day, but it's been rainy and wet
- 0:34in California for the last four days.
- 0:35So this is something that I really felt compelled to talk to
- 0:39you guys about. And right now, currently, the
- 0:42shift coaching group is still open for enrollment.
- 0:45It's for any healthcare worker and 1st responder.
- 0:47And this is a topic that I've covered a lot over the last four
- 0:51years inside my programs and coaching other healthcare
- 0:54workers and 1st responders one-on-one.
- 0:57This topic again, I'm going to be calling this when things
- 1:00don't go as planned. This is the muddy middle, you
- 1:03guys. This is the middle of, hey, you
- 1:05say you want to do something or you set a goal for yourself and
- 1:08you're not there yet. You're in the middle.
- 1:11And this is the part, the middle part where a lot of people give
- 1:14up. I think one of my biggest
- 1:15strengths is that I can see something all the way through
- 1:19and stay consistent even when it's uncomfortable, even when I
- 1:23have uncertainty to stay in it and to welcome the emotions that
- 1:29come with it, like fear and doubt and discomfort to be able
- 1:33to get to the other side. So I'm going to share with you a
- 1:36little bit about how I do this, what kind of tools that I use
- 1:39today and give you a little sneak peek of the things and the
- 1:43topics that we're going to cover and the tools I'm going to teach
- 1:45you inside the shift coaching group.
- 1:47So last year, I, I, I, it's been a couple podcast episodes, but
- 1:54I've shared with you guys before that last year, last 2024 was
- 2:00one of the toughest years for me personally.
- 2:04I went through a lot of transitions.
- 2:06My, my oldest moved out, my, my father-in-law passed away.
- 2:13Lots of things kind of felt like they were coming at me and one
- 2:19after another. And I, I think I had a really
- 2:22hard time, like I said, with just like dealing with
- 2:26transitions and getting out of the norm and unexpected things
- 2:29that were happening. And now looking back, I kind of
- 2:35came out of this the beginning of this year.
- 2:37So I've had some time to reflect and grow.
- 2:40Now looking back, I, I, I'm so much stronger.
- 2:43I built a lot of resilience. And I've really wanted to ask
- 2:47myself for all of you, what were some key takeaways for me from
- 2:51last year that had me really come out of that stronger and
- 2:55better than ever. And I'm going to share with you
- 2:58a couple of those things that from the inside of looking back
- 3:03that I think will really help for me and I hope are really
- 3:05helpful for you. Because I do hear from a lot of
- 3:09you that life is lifing for you right now.
- 3:11Things are happening, unexpected circumstances are coming up, or
- 3:15you're just having a tough time. And so I really want to teach
- 3:19you guys how when I go through tough times and have trials and
- 3:23have unexpected things come up, how I still really put my goals
- 3:29and what I want and how I want to live at the top of the list
- 3:33and still make them a priority. So I think like one of the
- 3:36things that I've been thinking about is in instead of when
- 3:42you're going through a really tough time pulling back.
- 3:46And I thought of like digging a hole.
- 3:49Like, you know, you know, those times where you wake up and this
- 3:54was like seriously, no joke for like 6 months I would just like
- 3:58want to not get out of bed. I would get out of bed, but I
- 4:01would think every morning, I don't want to get out of bed.
- 4:03I don't want to get ready. Like I just, I can't life today.
- 4:06And you know, those mornings I, I seriously felt like that for
- 4:10six months, but I didn't do it. I didn't stay in bed.
- 4:14I told myself it's OK. I feel sad right now.
- 4:17I have fear right now. I'm scared right now.
- 4:20And I'm still going to get out and I'm still going to do it.
- 4:22And so when I look back, I think of like the metaphor of, of
- 4:25digging a hole on those days, in that six months, if I would have
- 4:30pulled back, if I would have stayed in bed, if I would have
- 4:32just watched TV, if I would have just like, you know, not done
- 4:36the things and honored the list of things that I, I, I knew I
- 4:39needed to do both in my business and in my personal life.
- 4:43I imagined I would have been just like digging a deep, deep
- 4:45hole. So every morning that I would
- 4:47have stayed in bed, I would have just dig that hole and then I
- 4:49want to just dug it deeper and deeper and deeper.
- 4:52And I knew in my mind, I knew I was going to come out of it.
- 4:56I, I didn't know what the time frame was going to be.
- 4:58I didn't know it was going to take a whole year.
- 5:00But looking back, the thing that was so helpful for me was I
- 5:04didn't dig that hole deeper. I still took the action with the
- 5:09feeling of feeling sad, with the feeling of feeling scared with
- 5:13the feeling of having fear. And so instead of digging the
- 5:16whole, I stayed status quo, which I kind of compare myself
- 5:20as staying like above ground, right?
- 5:23And so when I finally came out of it after the year, I didn't
- 5:27have to spend time digging myself out of the hole and then
- 5:31getting above ground and then propelling forward with the
- 5:34strength now that I had, I would, I never built the whole.
- 5:38So I was able to stay above ground.
- 5:40And now I felt like, oh, I'm feeling more like myself.
- 5:43I'm coming out of this. I'm able to just like build on
- 5:47whatever. I was able to stay status quo
- 5:49and I was able to just like get back in it a lot quicker, both
- 5:53for myself and for the other people and my other
- 5:56relationships around me. And so that's like one thing
- 6:00that I piece that I want to give you guys is for especially those
- 6:03of you who are feeling like that, who are having the days of
- 6:06like, I just can't life anymore. I just don't want to get out of
- 6:09bed. Taking being willing to take
- 6:12whatever emotion that you're feeling that day that's wanting
- 6:15to keep you in bed and just bring it with you.
- 6:18And just taking the small actions with bringing sadness
- 6:22with you, with bringing fear with you, because I promise you
- 6:26that's going to make so much of a difference when you're out of
- 6:29it. And it will come if you don't,
- 6:32if you give it as much time as it needs, it will come.
- 6:35You will come out of it. And it might take a year, it
- 6:38might take two years, it might take three years, but you will
- 6:40come out of it. And I promise you, you will not
- 6:43be having to grapple yourself out of that hole.
- 6:45You will be able to have a clean start and then go jump right
- 6:51back into what you need to be. And I really think like this.
- 6:56This year I I learned resilience because I learned that I can go
- 7:04forward. I can honor what I said that I
- 7:07was going to do. I can always trust myself to not
- 7:13pull back even when things become hard.
- 7:16And now I know that if and when I feel hard transitions again,
- 7:20which I know I will, my twins are about ready to graduate high
- 7:22school. So I'm going to have two more
- 7:24moving out that I am more ready, I'm more capable.
- 7:28I will have a shorter amount of time.
- 7:31It might take a year, but I'm guessing it's going to take less
- 7:34than a year to really go through that transition.
- 7:36And, and what I also learned from that year is that I, I know
- 7:40myself now, I know myself more than ever.
- 7:45I know what it's like to keep going when you don't want to.
- 7:51And so that's really, I wanted to offer you guys that
- 7:54reflection and hopefully you guys got something out of that
- 7:56story and out of out of myself and my hard year that I faced
- 8:01and, and I am ready to talk about it because I have done the
- 8:05work through my coach to really find myself through that hard
- 8:10time. And I'm, I'm different now.
- 8:13I'm, the way that I deal with trials now is different.
- 8:15And I'm, I'm still having life happen.
- 8:17I'm still having trials happen, but I know myself at a deeper
- 8:20level because I knew I, I didn't dig myself into that hole.
- 8:25And so one thing that I was thinking about that's been super
- 8:29helpful for me as now I've been coming out of it is realizing
- 8:34that I think I felt a lot of dread last year.
- 8:37And I think what can happen with dread sometimes is.
- 8:42And I've noticed that even lately with me as there, it's
- 8:45been raining all week long and I feel like a little depressed to
- 8:48my mental health. Like I got it.
- 8:49I know I got to exercise more when the sun's not up, but I, I
- 8:53experienced dread. And I know you guys all
- 8:55experience this too, where it's like, let me give you an example
- 8:58where it's like, I know I need to work out.
- 9:00And so it's cold in the mornings and I don't want to get up and
- 9:03I'm really dreading getting out of bed.
- 9:05And then I'm dreading putting on my workout clothes.
- 9:07And then I'm like, tell myself, Oh, I don't really want to do
- 9:10that this morning. So probably I'll just go this
- 9:12afternoon. And then when I do that and I
- 9:14don't do it in the morning, then I spend all day dreading that
- 9:16it's something that I have to do and I haven't done yet.
- 9:19So that's kind of what I'm on a simplistic way, dread feels like
- 9:24and looks like and maybe it looks like for you.
- 9:27And something that I've been thinking about is something
- 9:30called dread sprints, which a coach of mine who I went to the
- 9:35life coach school, she talks about dread sprints.
- 9:37She has a whole podcast episode about this.
- 9:39But basically what she says is when you feel dread to do
- 9:43something, if you have something that you need to do, that's when
- 9:45you want to Sprint towards it. Because when we can actually
- 9:49accomplish the thing that we promised ourselves we're going
- 9:53to do, that's when we get the dopamine hit.
- 9:55That's when we get the feeling of accomplishment.
- 9:57But sometimes we prolong that and we prolong it with just like
- 10:01letting our self experience dread.
- 10:02So if we take it back to the instance of me working out in
- 10:06the morning, yeah, I'm dreading doing it.
- 10:07But would I rather dread just doing it and getting it done?
- 10:10Or would I rather spend dread taking up my entire day while
- 10:13I'm taking the actions of the things I'm need to be doing and
- 10:16then dread it and then actually get it and then feel
- 10:18accomplished? No, So what she says and, and
- 10:21something that I've really implemented in the last couple
- 10:24years is as soon as I know I want to do something, Sprint
- 10:27towards it. So it's like, would you rather
- 10:30run a marathon to get to your goal or would you rather just
- 10:33Sprint and have it done? And so I've been thinking about
- 10:36this a lot lately. I was coaching on this inside my
- 10:38program last week is like you, you have something that you know
- 10:43you want to do and we all have that thing that we're like, I
- 10:46don't really want to do it. And when instead of just like
- 10:50prolonging it, let's just dread, Sprint it, Sprint right then and
- 10:53there, take the action towards it versus waiting.
- 10:58And so I've been doing that a lot lately and it has freed up
- 11:01my thoughts and my thinking to be so much more powerful and to
- 11:06have so much more time to think about other things.
- 11:08In fact, even this week, I'm like, OK, even today I was like,
- 11:12I don't want to go to the gym. It's cold and it's rainy.
- 11:15I just want to wait and do it this afternoon.
- 11:17And I just was like, no, I'm going to dread Sprint it.
- 11:19So I did it. I did my run on the treadmill.
- 11:21I came back and that has freed my brain up so much to be
- 11:26thinking about all of you, to be thinking about my program, to be
- 11:29thinking about who can I be helping now today in this very
- 11:32moment. And that's what's available to
- 11:34you too, if you are sprinting and taking action towards yours,
- 11:38your goals, instead of waiting and carrying the dread with you
- 11:41all day or all month. Another example of this is I, we
- 11:46just had a chat going on in a community group chat about this
- 11:50someone waiting to, I'm kind of take the step to move to a
- 11:53different department. They've always known that they
- 11:55wanted to do critical care, but they were kind of waiting till
- 11:58after they graduated. And I had told them in my
- 12:01coaching and my text message back, let's not wait anymore.
- 12:04Let's do it today. Let's get it done this month.
- 12:06Let's Sprint towards it now. Let's not wait till you
- 12:08graduate. Let's not wait till next month.
- 12:10Let's not wait till next year. Let's do it now, because when we
- 12:13can create that, then it's going to free you up for for
- 12:17whatever's next and and the next goal and help you like just
- 12:23createspace freedom. And then also honoring what you
- 12:28said that you're going to that you that you need to do is going
- 12:31to be able to give you that much more peace and fulfillment to
- 12:35get to the next thing as well. So that's dread sprints.
- 12:37I wanted to mention that this the other thing that I want to
- 12:42talk about is when you commit to a goal or you commit to doing
- 12:47something, We all have this in between time before we've
- 12:52accomplished the goal or before we've achieved it.
- 12:55Like let's just say nursing school for general and or
- 12:58getting to flight before you've achieved it.
- 13:02There's this time where I know you want to give up because
- 13:06maybe things aren't going as planned.
- 13:08And here's the thing. It's not about committing to
- 13:11what you set yourself up to do. It's about who you want to
- 13:17become when you have those missed expectations.
- 13:21Who do you want to become when your timeline takes a little bit
- 13:24longer than you thought? It's about that person that you
- 13:29become in the process, in the messy middle, because this is
- 13:33this is where the true growth happens.
- 13:35Yeah, it's it's all great when we get to our goal because The
- 13:37thing is we're all going to get there.
- 13:39If you're consistent enough and you stay in it and you build the
- 13:42belief, you are going to get that goal, whatever that thing
- 13:45is that you set for yourself. But it's who you become in the
- 13:48process. It's who you become in the
- 13:50missed expectations. It's who you become when you're
- 13:53told no or when it takes longer than you think.
- 13:56That's the person that we're building.
- 13:57And that's how you grow your capability and your capacity.
- 14:00And as I look back at my really hard year, it's who I became in
- 14:05the messy middle. It's who I became because I
- 14:09committed to my goals no matter what was happening in my life.
- 14:14And I think this is one of my superpowers.
- 14:17My superpower is I never use time as an excuse.
- 14:21I hear a lot of people say, well, I have family obligations
- 14:24or my kids are too young, or this is going on in my life and
- 14:29this unexpected thing happened or my car broke down and I'm
- 14:31like, So what? This is where you want to teach
- 14:36yourself to become the person life is always going to happen
- 14:40and who do you want to be to be the person who never makes time
- 14:43as an excuse again. And I think I really learned
- 14:46this through being a flight nurse for seven years.
- 14:48When you work 24 hour shifts that turn into 36 hours or most
- 14:52of the time 28 because you have charting or things that you're
- 14:55finishing up on the end, you realize if you can save 5 or 6
- 14:58lives in 24 hours, you can do anything.
- 15:01And I just don't let myself have an excuse of time anymore.
- 15:05I try to be really, really intentional with my time and
- 15:08whatever I'm doing, I put 100% in it, whether it's with my
- 15:11family or whether it's making this podcast or whether it's
- 15:14coaching my clients. And that's really how I handle
- 15:17time. So I think like this is a gift
- 15:18that I'm wanting to teach all of my clients too, is how do you
- 15:22never use time against yourself ever, ever, ever again?
- 15:26That you always become the person who becomes capable, no
- 15:29matter what is going on in your life, to see it through and to
- 15:34become that person. And that's really what I'm going
- 15:36to show you how to do inside the shift coaching group as well.
- 15:40The other thing that I wanted to talk to you about is when things
- 15:44don't go as planned, you don't change the goal to feel better.
- 15:49An example of this that I can give you the closest thing
- 15:52outside of like Healthcare is just the one and only half
- 15:56marathon that I ran. I told myself before I turned 40
- 15:59I wanted to run a half marathon and I wanted to do it with my 18
- 16:03year old before he moved out of the house.
- 16:04We ran this half marathon and I was bamboozled to think I we ran
- 16:11it in the summer and I thought, well, I can't do it here in the
- 16:15valley in California where I live because it's 115°.
- 16:18So we decided to sign up for a race that was on the coast.
- 16:22And it ended up being, I was like, Oh yeah, this looks like
- 16:26it's going to be on a trail. It's going to be beautiful.
- 16:28It's going to be sixties, 70s, degrees.
- 16:30You know, it's not going to be too hot in June or July.
- 16:32When we ran it and it ended up being anything but that.
- 16:37The weather was nice, but the tide had come up so high that we
- 16:40ran ankle deep. And then we had to wade through
- 16:44like tide pools at some of it, at a part of it, like two or
- 16:48three times. So I was wet all the way up to
- 16:51my waist and the IT was in sand, like deep sand.
- 16:56So I ran my first half marathon wet and in sand, nothing like
- 17:00expected. I did so horrible.
- 17:03I feel feel like they were packing up the event by the time
- 17:06that I finished, but I finished. But the whole time I was
- 17:09thinking, man, it would feel so good to just like be done.
- 17:14And I remember thinking at like mile 8 like, oh gosh, why am I
- 17:20doing this? I should just reset.
- 17:22I should just probably just be done with this and then sign
- 17:27myself up for another one and then after that I can really
- 17:32complete what 1 is going to really feel like.
- 17:35But for those of you guys who are runners who are ever done
- 17:371/2 or a full or whatever, my husband's crazy.
- 17:40He does ultra marathons, but you always have this moment where
- 17:44you're like, quitting's going to feel better.
- 17:47I could just like give up right now.
- 17:48I could just be done. Like no one would even notice.
- 17:50I could just be done and it would feel good.
- 17:54But the feeling that you get when you know that you want to
- 17:57quit and then you see it all the way through and you finish
- 18:01anyway is so much greater. And I know you guys all know
- 18:05this feeling where things aren't going as expected in your goal
- 18:10or in your life. And instead of changing the goal
- 18:13to feel better, you stick with it.
- 18:17And you know that. OK, yeah, you're going to get a
- 18:20little quick relief if you let it go or you stop or you're
- 18:24like, yeah, I'll do this later or maybe next time or this
- 18:26wasn't meant for me. But it feels even worse
- 18:30wondering what if. And I know that because I've
- 18:32been on the other side of that, too.
- 18:34And so this is the messy middle, the middle where you become the
- 18:38person that you don't change the goal.
- 18:41You see it all the way through. You finish the race all the way
- 18:43through with the high tide and the sand, and you become the
- 18:48person who consistently keeps going at it until you get it.
- 18:52And otherwise, if you don't, if you give up before the race is
- 18:55over because you think it's going to feel good, because it's
- 18:58going to give you the moment of relief, then you're giving
- 19:00yourself evidence that every time something doesn't work, you
- 19:03change the goal or you give up and then you quietly quit.
- 19:07And then you're dishonouring your word and yourself.
- 19:10And here's the crazy part, If you guys are anything like me, I
- 19:13think especially as healthcare workers and 1st responders is we
- 19:16always honor what other people want from us.
- 19:18We always like serve and give at the highest level.
- 19:20And then sometimes we forget like we have to honor what we
- 19:24say that we're going to do. We have to honor our word.
- 19:26And when we don't do that and we give up and we could ahead of
- 19:30time, like we give ourselves evidence that we don't trust
- 19:34ourselves. And so I think like this is a
- 19:36really big thing that I've taught myself is to trust
- 19:38myself, see something all the way through and consistently go
- 19:42at it, no matter how hard it takes and no matter how many
- 19:44times my brain says you need to give up.
- 19:47And it's interesting, my coach explains this as boiling water,
- 19:52which I think is such a good analogy that we're trying to get
- 19:57something to something. We're like, wait, we're like,
- 20:00the water's boiling and the water's boiling.
- 20:02The water's boiling. And then right before it boils,
- 20:04that's sometimes when we give up because things aren't going as
- 20:07expected or they get hard. And so you give up and then the
- 20:12water cools down again and then you got to get it to the boiling
- 20:14point again. So it's so much harder.
- 20:15And this was like what I was trying to say about the whole
- 20:18and last year is if I would have just kept backing down.
- 20:22And laying in bed all day and not doing and honoring what I
- 20:25said I was going to do. Then I would have to keep
- 20:26getting it to the boiling water. But instead I just kept it
- 20:29lukewarm all year long. And then when I felt better I
- 20:32could get it to the boiling point quicker instead of having
- 20:34to have it cold and then boiling it all over again.
- 20:37And this is waiting in there long enough to get it to the
- 20:42boil. Being willing to be in the messy
- 20:44middle and to handle the in between of the goal instead of
- 20:48pulling back or quitting quietly.
- 20:50And The thing is, I don't think we noticed quitting.
- 20:54We sometimes quitting isn't just like, hey, I'm giving up.
- 20:57I'm not doing this. No, quitting is like when you
- 20:59start to give yourself evidence that it's not going to work.
- 21:02And then you start seeing yourself quietly, not taking an
- 21:05action, any action. And then that in action becomes
- 21:08like, see, it's not working. And then you give yourself more
- 21:11evidence of it's not working or it's not the right time.
- 21:14And then you pull back totally. And so it's just like an energy
- 21:17feel and energy thing. So I want to offer you guys in
- 21:21this messy metal, this is where we want to keep the boiling
- 21:25water warm. This is where we want to keep at
- 21:28it until it boils. One thing that I was thinking
- 21:31about too that I think is really helpful is sometimes we wait to
- 21:36feel motivated or determined. For me, lately it's been like,
- 21:41well, I don't really feel ready or I don't really feel
- 21:45motivated. So therefore I'm not going to
- 21:47take the action or it's or it's hard to find what action to
- 21:50take. And I want to offer you guys
- 21:53something that I've learned about myself is I have to get
- 21:55into the action first. So if we bring it back to the
- 21:58example of like going to the gym, yeah, I don't want to go.
- 22:01And I'm like, oh, I got to feel motivated to go.
- 22:03I got to feel like strength to go, but no, it's not true.
- 22:07We got to take the action. Once we take the action, once we
- 22:10get on the treadmill, once we lift the weight, once we do the
- 22:13reps, then you start to feel motivated.
- 22:16Then you start to feel the desire.
- 22:18And so I want to offer you step into massive action and then you
- 22:24will feel what you, what you need to the desire, the
- 22:27motivation, the determination. When you start taking the
- 22:30action, it creates a forward momentum.
- 22:32This is like putting a car into gear.
- 22:34We can't go from neutral to 4th gear, right?
- 22:37We have to be able to put it in first and then get it in the
- 22:41second and then third, and then finally we've revved up enough
- 22:44to get it into 4th gear. And so this is the thing.
- 22:47This is also the tool is putting it into action.
- 22:50We got to just start taking massive action so that we can
- 22:52get to the feeling that we want. What matters as you're doing
- 22:56this are the beliefs and what we're telling ourselves in those
- 23:00moments, especially the moments where we quietly want to quit
- 23:03and give up because we don't know the outcome yet.
- 23:06We have to allow the feelings of discomfort, of fear, of doubt,
- 23:11instead of ignoring it and trying to push it away.
- 23:13You know, you're ignoring it and pushing it away when you're
- 23:15quietly quitting instead of just being like, Oh yeah, you know, I
- 23:19know what this feeling is. This feeling right here.
- 23:22This is fear. Fear that I'm going to failure,
- 23:25fail, fear that people are going to see it when you can give it
- 23:29airtime and when you can embrace it and just learn to take it
- 23:32with you. That's how you step into the
- 23:34next version of yourself when you create normalcy around and
- 23:37be like, Oh yeah, yeah, this is normal.
- 23:38I've never done this before, so of course I feel fear of
- 23:41failure. Just because we haven't tried it
- 23:44or done it before doesn't mean that we're not supposed to.
- 23:48It just means this is normal. We're leveling up.
- 23:50And I know I feel this. I feel imposter syndrome, I feel
- 23:53doubt, I feel fear every time I'm doing something new.
- 23:56But you can hold on to it in the messy middle and just stay
- 23:59consistent and it will happen. The last thing that I want to
- 24:03leave you with and really talk to you about is are you creating
- 24:07the desire to want more? Are you the type of person who
- 24:12who is spending time really thinking about what it is that
- 24:16you truly want? And also, if you knew that you
- 24:21had it already, if you knew that it took you 10 times to fail to
- 24:25finally arrive, would you keep going?
- 24:27And my guess is you would, because I would, because I know
- 24:30that I'm going to get there no matter what.
- 24:31And it might take 10 times, it might take 100 times, it might
- 24:34take 1000 times. But if you knew already, if you
- 24:37could like, reach into the future and find yourself as a
- 24:40person who already got it, would you?
- 24:42What would that person tell you to believe about yourself?
- 24:44What would that person tell you in the moments in the messy
- 24:46middle where you want to give up and things don't go as it
- 24:48expected? And this work isn't for
- 24:52everyone. It's not for the people who just
- 24:54want to clock in and out and clock out and live a status quo
- 24:57life. But it's for the people, if
- 24:59you're like me, who know you're meant for something more, who
- 25:02who want to push your own boundaries and limits, Who want
- 25:05to create the life that you really want on your own terms
- 25:08and be proud of everything that you're doing, both on and off
- 25:12the job. Where you want to become
- 25:16comfortable with being in the discomfort, with being in the
- 25:19middle and not having the goal yet.
- 25:21Because the more you can do this, the more you can create
- 25:24the life you want, the more you can say out loud what you want
- 25:28and the more you will get it. And this is what I'm going to
- 25:31teach you inside how to do in the shift group, coaching group.
