  SPEAKER_01: We are back.

SPEAKER_01: The dynamic duo is back.
• 0:25
  SPEAKER_04: We're back.
• 0:26
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm back.
• 0:27
SPEAKER_01: You are holding down the four.
• 0:29
  SPEAKER_01: What else is new?
• 0:30
SPEAKER_01: I go off and party like a rock star, and by party like a rock star, I mean hang out with my grandbaby.
• 0:36
  SPEAKER_01: To me, that's a party.
• 0:38
SPEAKER_01: With you, we were just talking about a bee uh before we started up here.
• 0:41
SPEAKER_01: And uh, you know, we have we have we like I did all the work here.
• 0:44
SPEAKER_01: Um it's it's four, four and under.
• 0:47
SPEAKER_01: So it's four kids, ages four and under.
• 0:50
  SPEAKER_01: So it's a four-year-old, uh, almost three-year-old, should be three in January, a uh one and a half-ish year old, and a three-month-old.
• 0:59
SPEAKER_01: And it's just it's it is full on.
• 1:03
SPEAKER_01: And you know, and anyone who's a parent or a grandparent here, uh, yeah, I'll get it.
• 1:07
SPEAKER_01: You know, it it's like even when they are their best behaved, which honestly they most often are.
• 1:12
SPEAKER_01: I mean, they're they're yeah, I think they're I'm a grandmother, I think they're angels, so they can do no wrong in my eyes.
• 1:17
SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, but even objectively, if I tried to be objective, I'd say they really like their worst behavior.
• 1:23
  SPEAKER_01: It's no big deal.
• 1:23
  SPEAKER_01: They're just they're babies.
• 1:25
SPEAKER_01: So, but even at their best, I'm trying to get to the point here, even at their best, it's exhausting because you're so like every cell in your body is occupied by watching them, protecting them, uh, adoring them.
• 1:40
SPEAKER_01: And you know, by the end of the day, you're just you're you're a zombie.
• 1:43
  SPEAKER_01: You're just toast.
• 1:44
  SPEAKER_01: It's wild.
• 1:45
SPEAKER_01: It's all in a good way, though.
• 1:46
  SPEAKER_01: No complaints.
• 1:47
  SPEAKER_01: I love it.
• 1:47
  SPEAKER_01: I love it.
• 1:49
SPEAKER_04: It's like talking to lippers.
• 1:50
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, exactly.
• 1:52
SPEAKER_01: Except the babies are so cute and the lippers are so not, so not.
• 1:56
SPEAKER_01: They, yeah, they they are going to be heavy in our uh conversations tonight, right?
• 2:01
SPEAKER_01: We gotta we have a lot of good stuff, a lot of good ones.
• 2:03
SPEAKER_01: Uh as always, Clay fixed some great stuff.
• 2:05
SPEAKER_01: We're gonna be uh talking about the New York race.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_01: Of course, we're gonna be talking about the No Kings um nonsense.
• 2:12
SPEAKER_01: We're gonna be talking about the uh shutdown, uh, bunch of stuff.
• 2:16
SPEAKER_01: We got a lot of good stuff for you guys.
• 2:18
SPEAKER_01: Uh Clay, you wanna say anything before I pop in our little promo?
• 2:21
SPEAKER_02: Well, first of all, welcome back.
• 2:22
SPEAKER_02: Uh it's always good to have you back.
• 2:24
SPEAKER_02: It's always a better show with the two of us here.
• 2:27
SPEAKER_02: Um, I appreciate having you here.
• 2:28
  SPEAKER_02: But yeah, it's been a week.
• 2:29
SPEAKER_02: Um, it's been super busy for everybody.
• 2:32
SPEAKER_02: Um, and and like you said, we got a bunch of great topics.
• 2:35
SPEAKER_02: It is Wednesday, our normal recording time, uh, 4:30 on the East Coast.
• 2:40
SPEAKER_02: So uh yeah, I think we kick it off right now.
• 2:43
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I love it.
• 2:45
  SPEAKER_02: Dive right in.
• 2:46
SPEAKER_01: All right, let's just here's the stuff coming up, guys.
• 2:48
SPEAKER_05: This week on the Elsa Kirk Show with Clay Novak, New York Republicans flirt with Andrew Cuomo.
• 2:54
SPEAKER_05: Seriously, we'll ask if the GOP lost its backbone.
• 2:57
SPEAKER_05: Then the No Kings march between the streets, protest or performance art.
• 3:02
SPEAKER_05: The National Guard gets caught between courts and commanders while they get shut down with war.
• 3:17
  SPEAKER_05: USA Jesus' name.
• 3:20
SPEAKER_05: Finally, heaven better minds memoir.
• 3:23
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, even pop culture's got a gem in it.
• 3:26
SPEAKER_01: Oh, I I'm gonna torture play with that last one.
• 3:29
SPEAKER_01: I you know, it popped up in my feed, and I was like, oh yeah, I'm not even gonna tell them beforehand.
• 3:33
SPEAKER_01: I was gonna I was gonna leave it off with that little little teaser too, and and just spring it on you, but now you know, now you know.
• 3:43
SPEAKER_01: It's such an exciting topic.
• 3:45
SPEAKER_01: I mean, it's really it should be.
• 3:46
SPEAKER_01: I mean, I feel like it's even bigger than Taylor Swift, you know?
• 3:50
SPEAKER_01: I mean, no, obviously, obviously I'm kidding, guys.
• 3:52
  SPEAKER_01: I'm just joking.
• 3:54
  SPEAKER_01: Uh let's see.
• 3:54
SPEAKER_01: So let's talk about this.
• 3:56
SPEAKER_01: Boy, oh boy, so you know, we've been kind of casually talking about it as as long as we've been talking about uh mom Donnie there.
• 4:03
SPEAKER_01: And this is still such a a head scratcher, isn't it, Clay?
• 4:08
SPEAKER_01: Um, so now the GOP, of course, is uh is this confirmed yet that they're backing him, or is this that's my kind of question mark?
• 4:15
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, really what's been happening, and they won't do it until we adopt that.
• 4:21
SPEAKER_02: And and so that's we have seen publicly now until uh very much in a Ross Perot kind of way, uh Cuomo in the race as an independent, um, it splits the the non-hardcore Democrat vote uh and and the Republican vote, truthfully, between Sliwa and Cuomo, uh, which gives Momdani a freebie.
• 4:46
SPEAKER_02: Like it's a guaranteed win for him uh because it's just divided the vote too much.
• 4:51
SPEAKER_02: So Sliwa, uh, and for those of you that aren't familiar with the names, he is the guard, the um what is it, the guardian angels, he's the guy with the Marine Beret, and he is the one who's being asked to drop out because he by himself doesn't have enough votes to win or to even challenge Mam Dani.
• 5:08
SPEAKER_02: But what he does have, or what he does have the potential to do is disrupt uh the other side of the boat.
• 5:13
SPEAKER_02: So he's being asked to drop out, and then all the GOP and the Dems, some of the Dems, uh, you know, will back Cuomo naturally because they don't like Mam Dani, but with you've got the conservatives and then the split party and the Dems, that gives Cuomo an opportunity to beat uh Mom Dani and be the mayor.
• 5:31
SPEAKER_02: Can you think back to 2020?
• 5:34
SPEAKER_02: Could you imagine that this back then during COVID, right?
• 5:38
SPEAKER_02: Or even in the aftermath of COVID, with all of the things related to Cuomo, that that the GOP would be encouraging people to vote for him for mayor of New York City?
• 5:49
SPEAKER_01: It just it's such, it's such an upside down world, isn't it?
• 5:55
SPEAKER_01: Clay, it's such an upside down world.
• 5:57
SPEAKER_01: Like this, I just can't believe that once again, here we are saying things like, well, we have to pick the the lesser of the evils here and go with you know the better of our bad choices.
• 6:11
SPEAKER_01: It's so crazy to me that this is this is what we're going through.
• 6:16
  SPEAKER_01: And I don't understand it.
• 6:17
  SPEAKER_01: Like I just don't understand.
• 6:19
SPEAKER_01: Are we are we still as a party that much of a hot mess that we can't put forward anything better?
• 6:25
SPEAKER_01: Like, how is this possible?
• 6:28
SPEAKER_02: I think it's not a matter of a viable figure, Adams won as a, you know, I he was kind of a Dem, but really a very conservative Dem, former police chief.
• 6:40
SPEAKER_02: Like, you know, he he was about as conservative as you're gonna get, you know, post Giuliani.
• 6:45
SPEAKER_02: Um, but the reality is that there's been way too much, as with every major population center, there's been way too much dependency built in on government programs.
• 6:57
SPEAKER_02: Um, there's been way too many, way too high of an influx on illegal aliens, um, et cetera, et cetera.
• 7:04
SPEAKER_02: So the voting rolls are predominantly blue.
• 7:09
SPEAKER_02: I I could, you know, I you could resurrect Ronald Reagan and put him in New York City, and I don't know if he would win.
• 7:15
SPEAKER_02: I try that's just the way things are right now.
• 7:17
SPEAKER_02: So um what you've got to do, which is what the GOP is encouraging, is consolidate what red voters there are and try and split blue as best you can and then and and win.
• 7:28
SPEAKER_02: And so, you know, New York's a hot mess.
• 7:31
  SPEAKER_02: Uh proof positive.
• 7:32
SPEAKER_02: I I still have a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that a socialist, radical Muslim bordering non-communist, is the front runner to be the mayor of New York City 24 years after 9-11.
• 7:46
  SPEAKER_02: Just blown away.
• 7:47
  SPEAKER_02: Absolutely blown away.
• 7:49
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you know, it it seems impossible that we could possibly be looking at this and legitimately, seriously having concerns that this could very, very much happen.
• 8:02
SPEAKER_01: And, you know, and as we've said, we talked about when last time we talked about this a couple weeks ago, uh, we said if this does happen, um, you can absolutely kiss New York goodbye.
• 8:13
SPEAKER_01: And you know, this is a big deal.
• 8:14
SPEAKER_01: You know, anybody who says, oh, whatever, screw New York, we don't need them.
• 8:17
SPEAKER_01: No, I mean, it's pretty much one of our most visible, you know what I mean?
• 8:21
SPEAKER_01: I mean, it's kind of a it's kind of a big deal, kind of a really big deal.
• 8:26
SPEAKER_01: What is your what are your thoughts on Saliwa?
• 8:28
SPEAKER_01: I you know, this guy's been around, and I guess it doesn't technically matter because he's you know, he's gonna be, he's gonna be out.
• 8:36
SPEAKER_01: Um, but what what do you think of him?
• 8:38
SPEAKER_01: I mean, he's been around forever, this guy.
• 8:40
SPEAKER_02: He has, and he's very New York, which I'm surprised that that hasn't garnered him more support.
• 8:47
  SPEAKER_02: Agree.
• 8:47
SPEAKER_02: Even in the debate the other night.
• 8:49
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, even in the debate the other night, you know, they asked one of the moderators asked him, like, you know, how do you get around the city?
• 8:55
SPEAKER_02: If you can't, you know, and he basically said, I always move around on foot as much as I can.
• 8:59
SPEAKER_02: And then they okay, well, if you can't, then what do you take?
• 9:02
SPEAKER_02: Do you take public transportation?
• 9:04
SPEAKER_02: Do you take the Uber?
• 9:05
SPEAKER_02: He's like, Oh, well, you know, I don't take yellow cabs, because back, you know, in in uh 87, uh, the Gotti family tried to have I got shot while I was riding in the back of a yellow cab.
• 9:16
SPEAKER_02: You know, the uh the Gotti family tried to have me whacked, and you know, and I'm like, that is the most New York thing.
• 9:22
  SPEAKER_02: So near, yeah.
• 9:23
SPEAKER_02: And even with that, like he's got he's got nothing.
• 9:27
SPEAKER_01: Um so bizarre to me because he it just feels like he'd be great.
• 9:32
SPEAKER_02: And I know the guy doesn't as far as I I mean let's be honest, he he doesn't have the resume to be mayor of the largest, you know, major metropolitan area in the United States, and and you know, one of the largest in the world.
• 9:45
SPEAKER_01: But again, it's that's crazy too when you think about it.
• 9:48
SPEAKER_01: Like, okay, so my choices are uh a guy who's never held the job before, so you know, is green, yeah, or the guy that shut down a state and let all these elderly people die.
• 10:00
SPEAKER_01: Like this is what we're you're choosing between.
• 10:03
SPEAKER_01: And and they're saying, Yeah, we're gonna we'll we'll go with the guy that you know killed all those people, basically.
• 10:10
  SPEAKER_01: We'll go with him.
• 10:10
  SPEAKER_01: He's all right, he's okay.
• 10:12
  SPEAKER_01: I mean, he's he's all right.
• 10:13
SPEAKER_02: Well, the other side saying we're gonna go with the guy with no qualifications.
• 10:16
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 10:17
SPEAKER_02: But you you gotta remember, like, this is also the country that elected a community organizer.
• 10:23
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 10:24
  SPEAKER_02: So right, yeah.
• 10:26
  SPEAKER_02: You know, I mean, there's that.
• 10:28
SPEAKER_02: Uh so it, you know, I I unfortunately think that this is um, unless something drastic happens, I think Mam Dani is gonna win.
• 10:36
SPEAKER_02: Um that you know, it uh New York is gonna become an example.
• 10:39
SPEAKER_02: I just hope everyone pays attention.
• 10:41
  SPEAKER_01: That's all I actually I I I think so too.
• 10:44
  SPEAKER_01: I I think it's gonna happen.
• 10:46
  SPEAKER_01: I actually think it's gonna happen.
• 10:47
SPEAKER_01: I mean, you know, they would have to they would have to pull out all of the stops.
• 10:53
SPEAKER_01: I mean, and I don't even know what the stops are to be pulling out at this point.
• 10:56
SPEAKER_01: Like what stops are there?
• 10:57
SPEAKER_01: I mean, you're pulling all of the stops.
• 10:59
SPEAKER_01: You're you're going with the guy who basically said, pick me.
• 11:03
SPEAKER_01: You know, I'm not gonna run as a Republican, I'll run as an independent.
• 11:07
SPEAKER_01: Pick me because I'm the lesser of the evils.
• 11:10
SPEAKER_01: That's your campaign slogan right there.
• 11:12
SPEAKER_01: You know, oh goodness gracious.
• 11:15
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I don't know.
• 11:16
SPEAKER_01: It's it's so gross, it's so scary to me that this is this is gonna happen.
• 11:22
  SPEAKER_01: It's gonna happen.
• 11:23
SPEAKER_01: I want to be wrong, so I hope I'm wrong.
• 11:25
SPEAKER_01: I'm I'm not like Clay, I'm not always right, so I'm I'm hoping this isn't I'm hoping this is a time where I'm wrong.
• 11:30
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and you're you know, you're gonna start seeing it.
• 11:32
SPEAKER_02: There's already talk of the stock exchange moving to Dallas, which has been going on for a while.
• 11:37
SPEAKER_02: Like that discussion's been happening.
• 11:39
SPEAKER_02: And listen, folks, the stock, the location of the stock exchange is very symbolic.
• 11:44
SPEAKER_02: Like the days of you know, the classic Eddie Murphy trading places, like there's like people trading on the floor, that doesn't happen anymore.
• 11:51
  SPEAKER_02: That's not a thing.
• 11:52
SPEAKER_02: Um, you know, everything's done electronically.
• 11:54
SPEAKER_02: So that the location is symbolic, but there is discussion about it moving out of New York City into Dallas.
• 12:01
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 12:01
SPEAKER_02: Um, that has resurfaced with a vengeance.
• 12:04
SPEAKER_02: Um, and then you will have other major uh corporations that will leave the city.
• 12:09
  SPEAKER_02: Um it's it's gonna happen.
• 12:11
SPEAKER_02: So uh it'll be interesting to watch.
• 12:14
SPEAKER_02: Um, and you know, everybody's the folks that are voting, um, you know, are looking for the free stuff.
• 12:20
  SPEAKER_02: They're it's they're looking for the handouts.
• 12:22
SPEAKER_02: I I've heard mention of free public transportation more in the last two weeks than I've ever heard in my life because that's one of his campaign promises.
• 12:31
SPEAKER_02: It's to ease the burden, is that he is gonna make public transportation free in the city.
• 12:36
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, well, who are you gonna be writing that public transport transportation with?
• 12:40
SPEAKER_01: All of the people that he just did decriminalized all of their right, like that's you that's what you want.
• 12:47
SPEAKER_01: How quickly yeah, how quickly y'all forget some of those incidents that have just happened.
• 12:57
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it happened perpetually.
• 12:59
  SPEAKER_01: Yep.
• 12:59
SPEAKER_01: Oh, no question about it.
• 13:01
SPEAKER_01: And and I'll tell you what, you know, what really makes me so angry right now, too, is that like you had you have the blueprint created for you.
• 13:10
SPEAKER_01: All you had to do was watch what the Trump administration did and his team, and what did they do?
• 13:15
SPEAKER_01: They tapped the youth, the young voters, and they got in all this fresh blood with this that knew how to reach your your Charlie Kirks and you know, people like that, uh, with just energy and could appeal to more people.
• 13:32
SPEAKER_01: Why the hell aren't you letting those people run your campaigns?
• 13:37
  SPEAKER_01: Get yourself out there.
• 13:38
SPEAKER_01: And I don't care if it's Saliwa or Cuomo, you know, I mean, preferably the other guy, but get the youth involved.
• 13:46
SPEAKER_01: I sound like such an old person when I say get the youth involved.
• 13:49
SPEAKER_01: Get off my lawn and get involved.
• 13:52
SPEAKER_01: But but seriously, like they they gave you the model to use to win people over to build your platform, so to speak.
• 14:02
SPEAKER_01: So why aren't you doing it?
• 14:03
SPEAKER_01: Why aren't you learning from everything that has happened?
• 14:06
  SPEAKER_01: It makes me crazy.
• 14:08
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it it's um it's about the money, it's about the funding, it always is.
• 14:13
  SPEAKER_02: Um probably doesn't have a ton.
• 14:16
SPEAKER_02: Um GOP can throw as much as they want at him out of the call because it's an off-election year, but the problem is it's an off-election year, so there isn't a lot of funding to be had, there's not a lot of fundraising going on, so that makes it a little more challenging.
• 14:30
  SPEAKER_02: But the you know, I I just don't think I don't think he's a good candidate, regardless.
• 14:35
SPEAKER_02: They can throw all the money they want at it, and I and I don't think he's that guy.
• 14:38
SPEAKER_02: Um, you know, and he he is to me a little bit of the get off of my lawn old man.
• 14:44
SPEAKER_02: And and so there is, you know, that's a true a bit of a conundrum for the the youth movement, like you said, is to attract those people to vote for a guy who is the get off of my lawn guy.
• 14:54
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 14:55
SPEAKER_02: Um now what they might want to do is go back and see how Biden got elected.
• 14:59
SPEAKER_02: Oh wait, they fixed that election, so they can't really that didn't happen.
• 15:03
  SPEAKER_02: Um but I you know it's it's a tough call, but I I think I don't think it matters.
• 15:08
  SPEAKER_02: I really don't.
• 15:09
SPEAKER_02: I hate to say that, but I I think Mam Dani is he's got it sewed up already, as crazy as that sounds.
• 15:14
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, well he's got you know he's got the support of those donors, those big buck donors.
• 15:22
SPEAKER_01: And you know, and he's already he's running in a already destroyed city, state.
• 15:29
SPEAKER_01: You know, it's already overrun with illegals and you know, and they have no um incentive to fix any of that.
• 15:39
SPEAKER_01: So he's really kind of preaching to his own choir there.
• 15:43
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and he's offering all the free stuff.
• 15:44
SPEAKER_02: You know, he's offering, you know, no cash bail, no detention, he's gonna clean out all the prisons, you know, it's all the free, free, free, free.
• 15:52
SPEAKER_02: It's gonna be, you know, price controlled, grocery stores and all these things that he's promising, that truthfully he's not gonna get done.
• 15:58
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 15:59
SPEAKER_02: There's gonna be so little of this stuff that he actually puts into place.
• 16:02
SPEAKER_02: Um, but he's gonna put enough of it into place to destroy the city.
• 16:05
SPEAKER_02: I I have no doubt in my mind about that.
• 16:07
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and uh, you know, all the major companies and corporations and uh business owners and families, they're they're gone.
• 16:15
  SPEAKER_01: They're out, they're leaving.
• 16:17
SPEAKER_01: If that happens, uh you know, the minute that that comes to to be the reality, um, you're you'll probably see one of those mass exoduses again.
• 16:26
SPEAKER_01: And um, I'm just gonna make one request.
• 16:28
SPEAKER_01: Could you please stay out of Florida?
• 16:30
SPEAKER_02: Could you yeah, don't bring your crap, don't take your crap to Florida, don't take your crap to Texas.
• 16:36
SPEAKER_01: Don't you dare, don't you do it.
• 16:40
SPEAKER_02: You know, we're gonna go a little bit out of order here, but you know, President Trump is doing what he can do at the federal level to try and clean this up in the places where this has already happened.
• 16:49
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and that is Chicago and Chicago, Portland are the two big ones.
• 16:55
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, um, by the way, very quietly, Bill, it's got National Guard support and it's working, and people are happy about it.
• 17:02
  SPEAKER_02: Washington, D.C.
• 17:03
SPEAKER_02: has proved that it works.
• 17:05
SPEAKER_02: Um, but you've got this uh, you know, you're gonna have this in New York.
• 17:09
SPEAKER_02: Now there's been two, interestingly enough, and this is gonna go to the Supreme Court, but you we've had this past week two uh circuit-level appeals courts rule in opposite directions.
• 17:20
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 17:20
SPEAKER_02: So the Ninth Circuit Appeals Court ruled that President Trump has the authority to put National Guard into Portland.
• 17:30
SPEAKER_02: The Seventh Circuit Court has ruled that he does not have the authority to put troops into Chicago.
• 17:36
SPEAKER_02: Um, so what you're gonna have is you know it's gonna kick up to SCOTUS for them to decide.
• 17:44
SPEAKER_02: Um, and I think we all know how that one is probably gonna end up.
• 17:48
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
• 17:48
SPEAKER_01: We think we're not positive because you never know.
• 17:52
SPEAKER_01: They've thrown some wild cards out there.
• 17:54
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, Amy Calling Bryant, you just never know which direction she's gonna go.
• 17:58
  SPEAKER_01: You really don't.
• 17:59
SPEAKER_01: And I'm kind of okay with that.
• 18:00
SPEAKER_01: I know some people are probably gonna get mad about that.
• 18:03
  SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
• 18:04
  SPEAKER_01: Like, exactly.
• 18:05
SPEAKER_01: Like, you know, I don't want her to um, I don't want any of them to be uh a puppet for anyone, whether it's Trump and whether it's what I want or think is right or not.
• 18:14
SPEAKER_01: You know, I I I just want you to rule on what is accurate, you know, what's constitutional, what that that's it.
• 18:23
SPEAKER_01: Like that's literally all I want from you, even if it's not the the outcome that I that I want.
• 18:27
SPEAKER_01: So, you know, and that's what we should all expect and want.
• 18:30
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think what was interesting about the two rulings by the the appeals courts literally in the same week was that essentially, so the the Ninth Circuit, which was the ruling on Portland, they had a two to one in favor of allowing the president, you know, to write some authorities uh to put troops into Portland.
• 18:50
SPEAKER_02: Um, and and the two to one, the two said he had provided enough reason within the limits and you know uh limits of the Constitution to do this.
• 19:01
SPEAKER_02: The seventh court, which is the Chicago decision, said that they didn't provide enough uh, you know, evidence, information, data to back, you know, et cetera, et cetera.
• 19:11
SPEAKER_02: So what we don't know, the lay person don't know is were the briefs prepared the same?
• 19:17
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 19:18
  SPEAKER_02: Was the data different?
• 19:19
SPEAKER_02: Was it, you know, was it literally a carbon copy, or was they were they developed independently, submitted independently, um, and one was not up to the same standard as the other?
• 19:28
SPEAKER_02: Or is it just literally you've got two circuit courts who see things very, very differently?
• 19:34
SPEAKER_02: Um But I think I it's very interesting the timing of those two rulings.
• 19:39
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
• 19:42
SPEAKER_01: I would actually be really curious to I would love to see, we're never going to, but I would love to see the the difference or similarities between the two.
• 19:49
SPEAKER_01: I just would love to understand exactly what you're you're you're pointing out.
• 19:52
SPEAKER_01: Like, why, how, how did one get get uh approved and the other denied?
• 19:58
  SPEAKER_01: So I don't know.
• 19:59
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's um Portland's gonna help.
• 20:02
SPEAKER_02: I you know, they're and really there, they're gonna, I'm fairly confident they're gonna be in a protected, protected status that um they're gonna be there to protect facilities, which I think is the intent for if they come into Chicago as well.
• 20:14
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, to go there and guard the buildings and allow the ICE agents, BPS, you know, all the federal law enforcement to go in and do their job and not have to guard their buildings at the same time.
• 20:25
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's so out of control.
• 20:27
SPEAKER_01: They these people are so out of control, and that's that's gotta stop, period.
• 20:33
SPEAKER_01: Whether you agree with them being there and doing what they're doing or not, there is no time whatsoever where it's acceptable to uh threaten or attack them at all.
• 20:43
SPEAKER_01: And and because they're their families are getting, you know, and the whole thing with the the them being masked and and covered up and they're trying to get them to uh not be able to do that.
• 20:53
  SPEAKER_01: Are you kidding me?
• 20:54
SPEAKER_01: We're talking about people who not only go after these agents, they go after their families.
• 21:00
SPEAKER_01: They find their families and go after them.
• 21:02
  SPEAKER_01: So screw you guys.
• 21:04
SPEAKER_01: No, they can keep covered head to toe for all I care, as long as you know.
• 21:09
SPEAKER_02: I think they said this was uh this past week was the highest level of violence against law enforcement in uh in the in history, that in the US history.
• 21:19
SPEAKER_02: So um I I don't that's no confirmation of that, but but it you could see.
• 21:26
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, absolutely.
• 21:28
SPEAKER_02: And so, you know, we'll see what happens with because they're gonna appeal the appeals court, right?
• 21:33
SPEAKER_02: Which is gonna bypass Seventh Circuit appeals court for the Chicago ruling, it's gonna go to SCOTUS.
• 21:38
SPEAKER_02: Now the question is, is when SCOTUS rules, if they rule opposite to what's going on in Portland, then does Portland turn around as Oregon or whoever filed suit in that case, do they put an appeal in?
• 21:52
SPEAKER_02: I'm sure they're probably putting an appeal into SCOTUS anyway.
• 21:55
SPEAKER_02: I would imagine so, yeah.
• 21:56
SPEAKER_02: So I I would imagine that all of that is gonna bubble up at the same time.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_02: So we'll see what happens there.
• 22:02
SPEAKER_02: But to go back to your last point and it transitions nicely into the next topic is you know, this No Kings march that happened on Saturday was an absolute abhorrent display of disgusting of the violence that you're talking about.
• 22:18
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
• 22:19
SPEAKER_01: They ooh, I mean, the lowest of the low really presented themselves for this.
• 22:28
SPEAKER_01: And you know, here's I I'm just gonna there there are there were many, many, many, many examples of absolutely deplorable, disgusting behavior um by these attendees.
• 22:44
SPEAKER_01: Uh, I'm gonna sum it up by by this woman.
• 22:47
SPEAKER_01: You've probably all seen her already.
• 22:48
SPEAKER_01: You know which one, you know which one?
• 22:50
  SPEAKER_01: This one.
• 22:51
SPEAKER_01: Let me add her quick.
• 23:01
SPEAKER_01: So yeah, if you uh if you weren't catching what she was doing there, she was making a hand gesture.
• 23:08
SPEAKER_01: So let me backpedal the the young man who yelled out his opinion of her or her question to her.
• 23:15
SPEAKER_01: Sorry, I didn't bleep that out, guys.
• 23:17
SPEAKER_01: Um, they drove by with a um a banner uh for Charlie Kirk, referring to Charlie Kirk as a hero.
• 23:24
SPEAKER_01: And they drove by there.
• 23:26
SPEAKER_01: And yes, of course, they're antagonizing these you know protesters, whatever.
• 23:29
SPEAKER_01: Everybody can do what they want to do.
• 23:30
  SPEAKER_01: Free speech, right?
• 23:32
SPEAKER_01: Um, so drove by with that.
• 23:35
SPEAKER_01: And her response to that was to use a finger gun to point to her neck multiple times.
• 23:42
SPEAKER_01: And I think she was saying bye or pow or something along those lines.
• 23:47
SPEAKER_01: Obviously, uh, I think we can all gather what her point was there.
• 23:51
SPEAKER_01: So she is an element, her name is Lucy Rodriguez.
• 23:54
SPEAKER_01: Uh, she is an elementary school teacher.
• 23:57
SPEAKER_01: Let me repeat, she's an elementary school teacher in Chicago, baby.
• 24:03
  SPEAKER_01: Sorry, sorry, Clay.
• 24:05
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, another Chicago finist there.
• 24:08
SPEAKER_01: Um, yes, and uh it's the Nathan Hale Elementary School, which was bombarded big time, so much so that they shut down their website and scrubbed everything.
• 24:22
SPEAKER_01: And the last that I know of, which again today is Wednesday, it is 5.04 p.m.
• 24:29
SPEAKER_01: The last that I know is that she has not been fired.
• 24:33
SPEAKER_01: She has not been let go from her job.
• 24:35
SPEAKER_01: Now, could that have changed?
• 24:37
  SPEAKER_01: Will that change?
• 24:38
  SPEAKER_01: No idea whatsoever.
• 24:40
SPEAKER_01: All I know is that as a parent, please, please, please be very, very aware of who is teaching your children.
• 24:51
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 24:52
SPEAKER_02: Uh a girl, Megan Kelly, had a probably one of her uh most um aggressive commentaries uh about that woman.
• 25:04
SPEAKER_02: Uh and so, and about the entire situation.
• 25:07
SPEAKER_02: She covered all the same things that you just covered as far as the social media goes and and and all the complaints that are being filed.
• 25:13
SPEAKER_02: Uh, but uh she basically ended ended her her monologue on this topic with uh, and I'll quote my father uh with two words for that woman, and they were not let's dance.
• 25:26
SPEAKER_01: Um love me some Megan.
• 25:29
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it was uh she was she was worked up.
• 25:32
SPEAKER_02: Um, but so that that's one example.
• 25:34
SPEAKER_02: There was also um in LA, I don't know if you saw this, so there was a protester standing up, or really an organizer standing up in front of everybody um talking in South Central, saying, you know, this is South Central.
• 25:48
SPEAKER_02: The police aren't the only people who have guns here.
• 25:51
SPEAKER_02: Um basically projected that threat of armed violence against the police and and ICE and law enforcement in general.
• 25:59
SPEAKER_02: There was a very similar uh Chicago incident in Chicago, the same thing, same type of rhetoric.
• 26:06
SPEAKER_02: You know, hey, we've got guns too.
• 26:08
SPEAKER_02: You should, you know, shoot the police, basically is what was said.
• 26:11
SPEAKER_02: Um, there was a uh I don't know if she was, I think she was a college, maybe a college professor was has now been saying that white sympathizers should be following the example of pre-Civil War uh anti-slavery white sympathizers that were killing uh right um so there's that.
• 26:34
SPEAKER_02: So the escalate Charlie, the the assassination of Charlie Kirk, everybody, you know, the sympathy that did exist for the very, very short period of time out is gone.
• 26:43
  SPEAKER_02: And it's gone.
• 26:44
SPEAKER_02: Everybody got mad at Jimmy Kimmel, Jimmy Kimmel got, you know, suspended, his show got let back on.
• 26:49
SPEAKER_02: He was just the only one who probably stayed honest to how he felt, right, as opposed to all these other people who kind of kept their mouth shut for a little while and then just resumed their normal, you know, violent, vitriol, you know, uh crap coming out of their mouth, which is what came out at this No Kings rally.
• 27:08
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it was it was just a giant uh hate fest and one based in something so profoundly absurd.
• 27:17
SPEAKER_01: And you know, we could go down an entire list of reasons why President Trump is not a king, and let's just start with the most obvious, which is that if President Trump was a king or thought he was your king, you would not be allowed to be out there protesting.
• 27:34
SPEAKER_01: This would not be happening.
• 27:36
SPEAKER_01: So all of your arguments are gone before they even start.
• 27:41
SPEAKER_01: So it's sheer stupidity, it is absolute ignorance, it is just performative BS.
• 27:47
SPEAKER_01: So you have, you know, you have your people that we know damn well are your paid agitators, you know, that they're getting busted in and shipped in for these things, and they're getting paid to protest and a carry-around signs, and they clock out, you know, at a certain time.
• 28:00
SPEAKER_01: There's a video floating around of like them all dispersing at like, you know, 1 p.m.
• 28:05
SPEAKER_01: I don't know what time it was, but you know, it was like all of a sudden all that they all just start dispersing.
• 28:09
  SPEAKER_01: Yep.
• 28:09
  SPEAKER_01: All done.
• 28:10
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, exactly.
• 28:11
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, they they put down the dinosaur.
• 28:14
  SPEAKER_01: Up they went.
• 28:15
  SPEAKER_04: Yep.
• 28:15
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, exactly.
• 28:16
SPEAKER_01: They clocked out, they were done.
• 28:18
SPEAKER_01: They did their uh, you know, their whatever, their four, eight hours.
• 28:20
SPEAKER_01: I don't know if they can they cry about eight-hour workdays, so I'm sure it wasn't eight hours.
• 28:24
SPEAKER_01: They could probably do like two and a half hours, and then they need to uh, you know, I don't know, go home and take a nap in their basement.
• 28:30
SPEAKER_01: But um you know, yeah, mommy's basement, exactly.
• 28:34
SPEAKER_01: You know, uh there they're the the videos, and I tried not to watch too many of them play because it just makes my blood pressure go up so high.
• 28:41
SPEAKER_01: And and I try to be so, so calm.
• 28:44
SPEAKER_01: Uh another one I saw, and I elected not to even share it, was uh a young boy, maybe like nine, ten years old, with a um, I don't know if it was a makeshift knife or a real knife or what it was, or some kind of dagger.
• 28:58
SPEAKER_01: Um, and some an adult, a grown-ass adult was holding up um like a trump pinata or balloon.
• 29:07
  SPEAKER_01: You saw that one?
• 29:08
SPEAKER_01: And a child is stabbing the doll, whatever it is, to death, like violently, and they're cheering and they're applauding them, and they're all laughing and like this is so great.
• 29:22
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, stab them more.
• 29:25
SPEAKER_01: That is such a child abuse.
• 29:27
  SPEAKER_01: I can't even take it.
• 29:29
SPEAKER_02: Do you know who does that?
• 29:30
  SPEAKER_02: Hamas does that.
• 29:31
  SPEAKER_02: Organizations do that.
• 29:32
SPEAKER_02: That's how they breed the next generation of terrorists.
• 29:35
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, they they desensitize their children.
• 29:38
SPEAKER_02: It's the the child soldiers throughout Africa over the last 45 years.
• 29:42
SPEAKER_02: This is exactly the same thing.
• 29:43
SPEAKER_02: That's what they're doing to these kids.
• 29:45
SPEAKER_02: They are brainwashing them to be without sense, right?
• 29:49
  SPEAKER_02: No sensitivity, right?
• 29:51
  SPEAKER_02: Violent agitators.
• 29:52
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and so you know, we we have a bigger problem brewing down the line that is not going to disappear with President Trump when he when
• 30:00
SPEAKER_01: leaves office in three years and folks he is going to leave office in three years right so i i am i am willing to bet uh a a lot of money that three years from now there is not a king trump staying in office for an illegal third term right right and and i would tell you that uh if you challenged many of these people to a a significant amount of money to them and hold them to it they would not bet that money they would not as infident as they pretend to be very few of those people as much as they want to be agitated would put their house or their car on the line to say yes in three years there will be a king Trump they won't bet that um it's not that realistic but you've you know we've got all of this going on and then on top of it you've got you know the media is exacerbating right so the 7 million the re I I've seen numbers as low as 645 thousand yes um and and and truthfully spread out across the locations we're probably closer to the one to three million window um but we do know for a fact that MSNBC used drone film footage actually it's helicopter film footage from 2017 all right from eight years ago from a completely different event to show um the participation uh in the No Kings march uh I think they I think it was supposed to be Boston but it wasn't it was something else it was a complete it was the same location but completely different crowd of people um so now you've got the media is complicit right um so there's all kinds of problems with this and you said it you didn't watch very many of the um interviews the on the street there were plenty of conservatives across plenty of locations yes who were walking around asking questions man on the street microphone and a camera yeah um some of them got attacked yeah I saw that happen in a number of some of those yeah um but even the people that you know somewhat agreed to participate in the interview um couldn't tell you why they were out there they didn't know couldn't give you anything couldn't articulate anything no couldn't give you any concrete evidence of why or to even if they had a reason to provide any proof right that their reason was true um you know it's it and it was all the standard play card it was oh he's taking away voting rights no he's not oh he's you know he's he's you know arresting Americans no he's not oh you know it was all of those things you know he's he's um you know he's attacking women he's doing this he's doing that and it was all garbage um and so you know we're back to the paid agitators like you said which made up a significant portion of this I saw a number upwards of three hundred million dollars financing the the No Kings march to include paying protesters um but 300 million dollars towards that could you imagine what they could have done with 300 million dollars towards the causes they believe in yeah yeah exactly and you know and it's just further proof that it has nothing to do it actually has nothing to do with President Trump I mean it has a little bit to do with him it it's all about agitating it's all about causing strife and anger and resentment and division and hostility it's all about creating chaos yep they don't want they don't want to fix anything they want they don't want solutions solutions if we have a solution then you don't have a problem to keep fighting against all the time you know a perceived problem to to fight all the time and that's that's what they do they whip up their their minions these dummies out there protesting no kings and the ones you just mentioned that you know you you confront them and and I and you know I just let me say God bless those uh man on the street woman on the street uh independent um journalist it's very brave because there is close to no doubt that you will be getting attacked in some way or another so or arrested yeah crazy in a lot of places insane insane um so I I give them you know it's not something I could or would do to be perfectly honest.
• 34:09
SPEAKER_01: Not my lane not my just not my thing.
• 34:12
SPEAKER_01: So I I have so much respect for them and and a lot of anxiety for them when they're out there doing that because you know you see these you see the way these people escalate and you can't have conversations with them because they're so irrational and just like you know steam coming out of their ears.
• 34:31
SPEAKER_01: So um so much props to to the ones on the ground doing that because it's not I mean maybe they if they're young they probably think it's fun and exciting but to me it looks absolutely horrific.
• 34:41
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 34:42
SPEAKER_01: But yeah, you know and I just I don't know when people are going to come to this understanding that this is not about an actual cause or a problem that they're looking to solve.
• 34:52
SPEAKER_01: They're looking to create problems and continue to create problems.
• 34:57
SPEAKER_01: So you can't reason with them.
• 34:58
SPEAKER_01: You can't have conversations with them.
• 35:00
SPEAKER_01: You can't all you can do is call them out and point out their their hypocrisy and their stupidity like these people are doing and you know again I'm so thankful for that because you know in real time we get to see and point out like look this is this is what's happening.
• 35:15
SPEAKER_01: This is what they're saying.
• 35:16
SPEAKER_01: They have nothing you know and it's a teaching tool also for anyone who's not going to that extreme and and confronting in that way but when you're having that conversation with your your uncle Bob or your aunt Phyllis you know and they're like Trump's a dictator uh you know he thinks he's a kid well how what is he doing you know he took away my right your rights as a woman what rights what can't I do?
• 35:40
SPEAKER_01: Tell me what can't I do you know tell me the names of the American citizens that he has deported you know give me the proof and you could do that on your local quiet level and yes I know it's intimidating it's scary but you have to do it you have to do you have to on that small level because groups forget it it's not going to happen.
• 36:02
SPEAKER_02: But on that one on one maybe you'll get through to somebody I don't know it's a wild hope I have uh something this segue segues into what this I feel like this uh oh chaos on the campus there you want that one yeah yeah that's it's a pretty good segue so it's again it's another example of how the the Charlie Kirk sympathy was a lie and how it's you know even those that had it it's already worn off so for those of you that aren't aware um a uh a bad thing which turned into a good thing on college campus this past week um last week actually so on on Illinois state campus turning point USA their chapter there um and I happen to know the young man who's the chapter president um they had an information table set up on campus authorized by the university all of those things right um and so this has been covered on the news but a teacher a master's student who is a teaching assistant um came up um said something to the effect of you know Jesus split the table through so I guess I have to do that and this was all caught on film sometimes having our phone's a beautiful thing but he took the TPUSA table with all their information on it inside of their top of pen and he tossed it and he knocked over a bunch of their stuff um there's a little bit of verbal confrontation and then next to them or very close there's a university poster like a place where you can put posters and flyers and those kinds of things he walked by that saw what appears to be a Turning point USA poster ripped it off and then stormed off.
• 37:35
SPEAKER_02: Well of course all this got caught on film and got reported to the police uh and got reported to the university that young man that teaching assistant was arrested he was processed for civil disturbance destruction of property was reported to the university he has been fired as a teaching assistant he still has the case pending um but also has the potential to be kicked out of his master's program and expelled so what you did have was a bad incident which proves that there's there's no sympathy it was all a lie um but you also have a campus university university campus police department who acted uh acted appropriately you had a university who took this very seriously uh regarding freedom of speech you know violence on campus all of those things and they fired this young man and they have left the door open for more disciplinary actions to be taken so you know it it was a a challenging incident uh and I admire the kids from TPUSA as they all kept their head you know 20 year old Clay Novak probably would not have um that would have not this girl either would have got his man bun rearranged yes um and uh but they didn't you know they kept their heads and they they they let the right things happen which was you know him getting arrested eventually getting you know they reported he was arrested and and so on and so forth.
• 39:02
SPEAKER_01: So yeah folks uh a an example of a university doing the right thing which we haven't seen a lot of in the last few years uh but uh but also again uh the the left showing its true colors yeah yeah yeah absolutely and you know I mean it doesn't get more simple than we all agree that we all agree free speech is vitally important well I should say we all agree we agree everybody over on this side agrees they only agree that free speech applies to them and that is it's good uh and that's proven over and over again so go ahead try and argue this with me please knock yourself out you know why because I will let you have your free speech but uh unlike y'all but here's the thing keep your damn hands to yourself you don't you keep your hands to yourself if you can't win a fight with your words and your intelligence I I love the irony too because they're usually calling us idiots and stupid and ignorant and uneducated and illiterate you know like they're always throwing those things in yet you can't win a fight with your facts like you can't even do it so what the heck he didn't even try yeah he didn't care he was he had no intention no intention so how's how's that degree working out for you if you can't even make your you know loser I have I have I have want to share something as then as we're talking about this let's see if I can get it um it's related uh so uh I a friend of mine Mark Deluzio he has his own podcast and he's come on uh on on here a few times and we've chatted and he reached out to me uh about a week or week or two ago about a week and a half and uh he called called me from Dubai which was pretty cool.

SPEAKER_01: I'm like wow that's pretty okay cool he's on the out there for a business trip and uh gives me a call and he says hey what's a check in check in how I'm doing uh with the whole Charlie Kirk thing because you know we're all still we're all still feeling the feels about this and I hope we always will and as we're talking he was telling me some stories that he had met Charlie and uh you know had had to have got to have a one-on-one conversation with him and he was just he's such a great guy uh everything that we think that he is he was and all of a sudden he says to me he says oh you know what I have uh you know those little pamphlets those little pocket constitutions that Turning Point USA hands out on campuses I have one that Charlie gave to me and it's not signed or anything but it's from him I'm gonna send it to you because I know you'd really appreciate it.
• 41:31
  SPEAKER_01: Here it is.
• 41:32
  SPEAKER_01: That's awesome.
• 41:33
  SPEAKER_01: Isn't that awesome?
• 41:34
SPEAKER_01: And it's you know listen I I I I try not to be a person who's about stuff and things like material physical things but this just means so much to me that to to know that you know the Charlie Kirk gave this to him he was so kind to give this to me just simply to have and um it's so cool too.
• 41:51
SPEAKER_01: So if you do ever get your hands on one it's it's really great.
• 41:53
SPEAKER_01: It just it's the concept it's a pocket constitution tells you everything you need to know.
• 41:57
SPEAKER_01: Yeah so yeah I wanted to share that and uh say thank you again to Mark for uh giving something that you know you just absolutely didn't have to do.
• 42:04
SPEAKER_01: So sorry guys I had to segue for a moment there and now we can get back on track.
• 42:08
SPEAKER_01: Sorry sorry sorry but yeah that was super cool.
• 42:12
SPEAKER_01: But you know I back back at it I mean this is a thing and what happened with that one like you said is such a fantastic example of what needs to happen.
• 42:22
SPEAKER_01: Like this needs to be um there has to be what we always talk about consequence for your actions and firm and swift and um damaging like it needs to be something that's really gonna, you know, this could ruin this guy's whole uh academic future you know as it should as it should.
• 42:41
SPEAKER_01: This wasn't a stupid mistake that you make as a kid this a grown adult making a conscious decision and in this day and age too when everybody's recording everything that's how freaking dumb they are so yeah I'm I was very glad to hear the uh the consequences of that for sure um let's see what else have we got clay what didn't we hit yet um oh I want to talk about the deportations that's good yeah yeah let's let's talk about it million plus folks and so you know Elsa and I were talking about this before so what you got right now is one the number is 1.6 million ish self-deportations right and listen Christy noam Pam Bondy they're all continuing to encourage illegal aliens self-deport yeah right don't turn into make it easy on everybody pack your stuff up and go right right um so that's 1.6 million there's been about 550 00 detained and and deported yeah okay so now we're up over 2 million i also saw a rough number in the 400 000 range of uh arrested detained and not deported so we've got another you know we're gonna be in the 2.5 million range here uh as those folks are processed and and charged with whatever crimes and then decided if they get deported or if they go to you know U.S.
• 44:10
SPEAKER_02: prison I'm a big fan of just get rid of them but uh in some cases you know ultraviolent criminals I think they should go and spend time in our prison system.
• 44:18
SPEAKER_02: I know people don't necessarily want to pay for it but I would rather in those ultraviolent cases put them in you know a hard time like big boy time in the United States versus sending them back to some third world country where they're gonna get on the plane and they're gonna be in the wind and you know it's only a matter of time before they come back.
• 44:38
SPEAKER_02: So we're over two million in deportations and we've got another you know approaching half million uh that have been arrested and and are being processed.
• 44:47
SPEAKER_02: So but the as great as that is there's two other things to keep in mind.
• 44:53
SPEAKER_02: One, that's only about 10% of the 20 million which you know the number somewhere between 18 and a half and 20 million um that were let in during the Biden administration.
• 45:04
  SPEAKER_02: So you know that's 10%.
• 45:06
SPEAKER_02: So they've knocked that down it's a huge number don't get me wrong absolutely yeah much better than anything we ever anticipated but it is only 10% um and then you know the the other part of that is zero occurrences of that across the border this past month in the El Paso district which I I've spent time down there while I was in the army you know you've got Ciudaduarez literally right across from El Paso which is the most dangerous border city there is um zero interactions with BPS.
• 45:40
SPEAKER_02: It's amazing right yeah so while we are only 10% in the deportation process we're also not bringing the like the influx is gone.
• 45:50
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 45:50
SPEAKER_02: Right so we're making significant headway I mean think about it if it was at the old numbers we would barely be making a dent because we'd be picking out as many as we're coming in probably in the same amount of time.
• 46:00
SPEAKER_02: Yeah it would just be a revolving door basically so um I think it's great.
• 46:04
SPEAKER_02: You know I think I I did see um Christy Noam just yesterday in a press conference somebody asked her about you know good hardworking immigrants um you know something along the lines of what are her thoughts on that and she said apply apply for you know apply the right way that's you know go back and do it the right way we would love to have the good honest hardworking people stay right we do I think we all agree on that.
• 46:32
SPEAKER_01: Yes but you've got to do it the right way you've got to go back and fill out the paperwork you've got to you know you've got to do those things and then we're more than happy to right I'm even for you know um cutting through red tape for people who are coming over who are going to contribute greatly to this country you know if you're um I don't know if you're a scientist or if you're a you know what I mean yeah you know if you have some significant contribution to the betterment of this country I say cut through that red tape get them through faster and you know and I'm sorry to anyone who just simply wants a better life and plans to um you know just simply be a good human be a good citizen to this country or adoptive citizen to this country uh you know I I apologize to you that you're doing it the right way and it's going to take you longer and all that stuff.
• 47:22
  SPEAKER_01: But you know what?
• 47:23
SPEAKER_01: If it's really worth it to you what is it what is it saying anything worth having is worth working for right you know and um it it should be a challenging process.
• 47:34
SPEAKER_01: It should not be this open door to whoever whoever feels like you letting people in your house just because they feel like coming in of course not I mean you know let's just use logic just just simple common sense and I I'm so tired of the left lumping in immigrants with illegal aliens.
• 47:53
SPEAKER_01: Like I'm so tired of you people putting those in the same category and trying to paint us as you know being terrible people for not no I I listen I am I've said it so many times guys I'm the daughter and granddaughter of legal immigrants who did it the hard way did it the right way and um I I'm so so uh grateful for that so it yeah and and we're not the only ones going through this folks I mean you know we know we've all seen what's going on in England right is a is a mess right now um but you've got you know European countries um that are standing the same ground we are that are starting to deport the Japanese prime brand new Japanese prime minister wow yes how about that her very first thing she did she's starting deportations yeah right for the same reasons right um and so you know and Japan is about as uh you know that is about as close to culture as you get uh and and and always have been um so you know there this is a glow this is turning into a global problem uh and we know President Trump god love him is is doing the best he can to keep America from being a victim of itself and and forcing folks we're not closing the doors you just got to do it the right way right and and good for him and good for all of us.
• 49:19
SPEAKER_01: Yeah absolutely so you know famous saying cry harder if you don't like it this is this is the way that it is intended to be this is the way it is supposed to happen and your your not liking it doesn't make it okay.
• 49:34
SPEAKER_01: So you know or you know what I mean.
• 49:37
SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean people.
• 49:39
SPEAKER_02: If you're coming across on a boat that's trafficking drugs I would not recommend that either because you're not gonna get deported you're gonna get evaporated.
• 49:48
SPEAKER_01: Yeah you're gonna you're gonna wish you were just deported.
• 49:52
SPEAKER_02: Another one today was the first West Coast.
• 49:55
SPEAKER_02: So this was the first one on the west coast out in the in the eastern Pacific Ocean um coming up the west coast of of uh Mexico Baja and then uh approaching California and they they smoked another one out there.
• 50:08
SPEAKER_02: So um it's not just the Caribbean but uh you know it's it's happening.
• 50:12
SPEAKER_02: And I again if you're gonna come that's I wouldn't even take a boat like a drugs are no drugs.
• 50:18
SPEAKER_02: I would I would not I would not come to America on a boat.
• 50:22
SPEAKER_01: As as Kamala Harris once said don't come oh wait I should do it right you want me to do it right?
• 50:28
SPEAKER_02: Yeah yeah come on okay I have to tell you don't come stay don't come okay yeah there you go but she did those were her words guys if you don't believe me you can go find it what's up the border the borders are yes exactly so if you don't believe that she said it she did go find it for yourself you can do it oh my goodness so listen since we're on the government stuff let's uh let's quickly talk about this bunch of fluffin's stuff still happening Clay what's going on yeah your predictions are supposed to come true yeah I'm I'm I'm way off on this one and and but I did say last week that I I don't know when this one is gonna end I really don't um they're both hardlining um you know we today is day 22 which puts us into the fourth week obviously and uh I think we are at 11 or 12 votes now I've kind of lost track um there's been no headway uh being made uh but what's frightening is that we are now starting to approach you know we found about eight billion dollars to pay the military for the first half of the month um I I right now and I think President Trump has said that there is the money they have the money there is money to pay them for the second half of the month I don't know where that's coming from um but you know it's not just them it's TSA TSA is working for free right now um air traffic controllers are working for free border patrol federal law enforcement is working for free um so yeah oh by the way those ICE and and BPS and everybody that's like out there getting attacked in the streets of uh of major metro areas they're not working on a paycheck right now um so they've got to get this fixed and and you can say everything you want you can say anything you want you will never convince me that this is not the dem on the Dems for doing this.
• 52:15
SPEAKER_01: Oh I I feel that is absolutely on them it is absolutely on them I mean what uh it's absolutely on them and anyone who says otherwise is just not paying attention to to what they're saying.
• 52:30
SPEAKER_02: The the man on the street interviews from the the No Kings march um I saw somebody who asked this question at one of the No Kings marches and I didn't get the location but asked this question repeatedly should the Democrats capitulate and and sign the continuing resolution and move forward and and figure out the budget and every single person said absolutely no wow they should stand their ground.
• 52:57
SPEAKER_02: Now here is the other thing that they all had in common they were every single one of them were white females.
• 53:05
  SPEAKER_01: How about that?
• 53:06
SPEAKER_02: Every single and how about willing to bet willing to bet probably white suburban females oh yeah I guess yeah yeah um but white females for sure there was I think it was either five or six because it like after the third one I'm like are they going to talk to a dude like right yeah how strange yeah every one of them were women and it was five or six of them um but they perpetually every single absolutely not we won't you know they should never give in you know this yeah because they're entirely unaffected by it they're entirely unaffected so they don't care doesn't matter to them if it had anything to do with I don't know their Starbucks order or something they would back down immediately.
• 53:48
SPEAKER_02: But it was it was all the rhetoric oh this is about healthcare for people and this is about no it's not you know it's just all the same talking points but it was it was all white females and they all said the same thing.
• 53:59
SPEAKER_01: Y'all need to represent better for heck's sake all right torture me come on okay listen listen big news guys big news Kevin Fetterline has released a memoir so wait wait what y'all don't know who Kevin Fetterline is oh my god no he he even admitted to like having a lot of help or guests so apparently so he here here here he is like basically now I guess I guess this is what he looks like now I don't know uh K Fed does anybody remember Kay Fed I don't know how y'all don't remember if you don't but he was the um he was the husband short term husband of Britney Spears uh for a period of time they had a quite the little world yeah yeah I think so like two years yeah uh two kids two kids yeah um he was bashed pretty hard they got I think they met and got married all within like three months or something or something wasn't he like the typical like he was a backup dancer he was a backup dancer yep he was a backup dancer uh got you know understandably labeled a gold digger uh they went on their you know basically white trash dating tour of the world uh you know there's video of her coming out of public bathroom uh gas station bathrooms barefoot and you know him and his wife beater it was just such a bad look bad time uh as we all know Brittany Spears had a very tumultuous uh life uh still still does she was under um conservatorship for uh my gosh for like 13 years I think and that right and that happened um shortly after not long after they divorced an ugly divorce uh all of those things um you know listen kayfan got bashed quite a lot for um a lot of things a lot of things namely of course being perceived as a gold digger uh taking swipes at at her as they're going through their divorce um having like multiple baby mamas you know all of the things you know so he's um he's gotten a pretty bum rap has he deserved it I don't know I don't know guys I don't know if he deserves it or not what I will say for him is that uh when Brittany really went off the deep end there he took you know full custody of those kids and and raised them and I don't think there was really a heck of a lot of drama there maybe some questionable eyebrow raising things there that you know were leaked to the press here and there.
• 56:34
SPEAKER_01: But for the most part he gave those kids a pretty private life.
• 56:39
SPEAKER_01: So I think you know we're gonna give them some props for that.
• 56:42
SPEAKER_01: But say what you will folks this the Britney of today this I'm gonna show you a little video it's it's kind of like watching a traffic accident.
• 56:53
SPEAKER_01: And this is just kind of one sampling of more or less what all her videos look like.
• 56:58
  SPEAKER_01: So here we go.
• 57:06
SPEAKER_01: I mean she's not okay there's there's probably like I don't know a hundred plus videos of her just doing things like this.
• 57:15
SPEAKER_01: This is what she does over and over and over again in these videos rarely talks when she does do speaking videos uh she is either speaking in some kind of foreign accent or she's using a totally different style of speech like she is clearly not doing okay you know like I and I and I do want to be kind about this because I I I feel so badly for her and all of these child stars who are now not okay.
• 57:50
SPEAKER_01: I mean there's so many of them that are not okay and it's so sad that they had to go through whatever the heck that they have gone through it's definitely scarred them for life.
• 58:02
SPEAKER_01: So uh most importantly guys I just wanted you to know that if you've been waiting for Kay Fed's memoir I you can get it now and I mean if you want me to read it for you I won't I won't I'm not gonna do it.
• 58:17
