- 0:00Speaker 1: Passion has never been my problem. Most mornings, the day
- 0:03Speaker 1: starts with energy, eager for new challenges, new opportunities, and
- 0:07Speaker 1: whatever surprise keeps life interesting. Change is a tool that
- 0:11Speaker 1: helps fend off boredom. Even failure becomes a teacher when
- 0:15Speaker 1: we let it. But getting there took years, at least
- 0:18Speaker 1: for me, and there's still a long way to go
- 0:21Speaker 1: because passion also has a downside. The same fire that
- 0:25Speaker 1: pushes new ideas can push commentary into places it doesn't belong.
- 0:30Speaker 1: The urge to debate and challenge can turn into reacting,
- 0:34Speaker 1: saying something that probably shouldn't be said. In this digital age,
- 0:39Speaker 1: anyone can blast out a hot take in seconds. One

- 1:12Speaker 1: I'd written wasn't just commentary, it was retribution. Don't get
- 1:16Speaker 1: pulled into the same game you're warning others about. It
- 1:19Speaker 1: was the wake up call I needed. We're all flawed.
- 1:23Speaker 1: Even the best intentions can go sideways. That draft would
- 1:27Speaker 1: have been another mistake, avoided only because someone cared enough
- 1:31Speaker 1: to say something. So today there's gratitude for correction, for accountability,
- 1:37Speaker 1: for someone willing to tug Ego back down to size,
- 1:41Speaker 1: And in this season of Thinks, I'm reminded that grace
- 1:44Speaker 1: doesn't always show up in grand gestures. Sometimes it's just
- 1:49Speaker 1: a friend saying don't hit send
