- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, gorgeous.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It's Lala Kent.
- 0:02Speaker 1: Welcome to Untraditionally Lala.
- 0:05Speaker 3: Hey Vibbs is yours truly, Laala Kent, Welcome to the
- 0:08Speaker 3: bonus episode of Untraditionally La La.
- 0:11Speaker 1: Hello, Easton Burningham? How are we doing?
- 0:13Speaker 2: Hello? I'm great, I'm great. I'm injured. I'm great.
- 0:18Speaker 1: I'm great. I'm injured. What happened?
- 0:20Speaker 2: Shoulder, thigh, you name it? I got it.
- 0:25Speaker 3: I mean, is that just from your gay softball league
- 0:27Speaker 3: that you play in those injuries?
- 0:30Speaker 2: Yeah, the road.
- 0:31Speaker 4: The shoulder is kind of a compound of that golf.
- 0:35Speaker 4: And I love sleeping on my side so that.
- 0:38Speaker 3: You can get I knew you could get wrinkles on
- 0:40Speaker 3: your face from sleeping on your side.
- 0:42Speaker 2: I don't care about that. I like a good night's sleep.
- 0:45Speaker 1: I can dislocate my shoulder sleeping on my side.
- 0:48Speaker 2: Well, like I just am a side sleeper.
- 0:50Speaker 4: So for like, over the years, like it just keeps
- 0:52Speaker 4: pulling in, like weakening limbs. From what I was told
- 0:57Speaker 4: yesterday when they took my.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Blood, you did PRP in your shoulder.
- 1:04Speaker 3: So I've only done PRP on my face, which is
- 1:07Speaker 3: why I'm so concerned about the now shoulder thing. Being
- 1:10Speaker 3: a side sleeper because I've acted actively stopped or tried
- 1:15Speaker 3: to stop sleeping on my side to avoid getting wrinkles.
- 1:20Speaker 3: And I woke up this morning in full panic because
- 1:22Speaker 3: I had a.
- 1:24Speaker 1: Crease going in the opposite direction, which.
- 1:29Speaker 3: Meant that my face was pushed against the pillow for
- 1:32Speaker 3: an extended period of time causing a wrinkle. That if
- 1:35Speaker 3: that happens on a regular basis, it will stay that way,
- 1:39Speaker 3: and I'm not okay with that?
- 1:41Speaker 1: Can I tell you something wild?
- 1:43Speaker 3: Nikki Garcia, we had her on Unlikely an Unlikely Affair,
- 1:46Speaker 3: the podcast I have with Amber.
- 1:48Speaker 1: We were talking about.
- 1:49Speaker 3: How younger men they don't understand the aging process and
- 1:52Speaker 3: the wrinkles and the things that happened to your body.
- 1:54Speaker 3: And I was like, I can't be with someone who
- 1:56Speaker 3: doesn't know what crows speed are the crows speed are.
- 2:00Speaker 3: Yet it started giving me anxiety, which is what this
- 2:02Speaker 3: bonus is all about.
- 2:03Speaker 1: Is anxiety.
- 2:04Speaker 4: By the way, I know that I get that, but
- 2:07Speaker 4: that's where I'm saying, like I sleeping. If I don't
- 2:10Speaker 4: sleep well, my day is fulling of anxiety. And now
- 2:13Speaker 4: I'm putting that together like if I don't have a
- 2:17Speaker 4: good night sleep, I wake up a little anxious, like
- 2:19Speaker 4: my breath work through the night when I was sleeping
- 2:21Speaker 4: wasn't where it was supposed to be. And I wake
- 2:25Speaker 4: up and I feel like I don't look at like wrinkles.
- 2:29Speaker 4: I sleep so terribly like arm wise placement of limbs
- 2:35Speaker 4: that I wake up and instead of wrinkles in that,
- 2:37Speaker 4: I'm thinking, why does this part of my body hurt? Now?
- 2:40Speaker 3: Right?
- 2:41Speaker 1: That's called the aide's like the lower back.
- 2:44Speaker 4: When I wake up, I'm like, well, that's a little tight,
- 2:46Speaker 4: I mean a little bar No.
- 2:48Speaker 2: It is.
- 2:49Speaker 1: It's a real thing. And it starts kicking in your thirties.
- 2:51Speaker 4: Give anxiety because now how does one sleep.
- 2:57Speaker 1: On your back?
- 2:57Speaker 3: And it's speaking of anxiety, so obviously I feel like anxiety.
- 3:04Speaker 3: I don't know if it's just because people are starting
- 3:06Speaker 3: to talk about it more because everyone has a platform
- 3:09Speaker 3: to talk about it, or if everyone has always struggled
- 3:13Speaker 3: with anxiety for me. For me, I think that everyone's
- 3:20Speaker 3: anxiety has kicked in because we have so much access
- 3:24Speaker 3: to everything all the time, whether it's what's going on
- 3:27Speaker 3: in the world, what's going on next door.
- 3:31Speaker 1: Then you add in the like the vanity portion of it,
- 3:35Speaker 1: and you.
- 3:35Speaker 3: See all of these people like I saw yesterday, Kylie
- 3:38Speaker 3: Jenner actually crushed it in that movie with Charlie x
- 3:41Speaker 3: c X and Kylie plays herself, but actually that is
- 3:45Speaker 3: kind of hard to do.
- 3:46Speaker 1: When they're like, play yourself, but here's a script.
- 3:48Speaker 3: To follow, you're like, wait a minute, hold on, Kylie
- 3:51Speaker 3: Jenner pretty much ate.
- 3:53Speaker 1: All I could focus on, though, was the fact that
- 3:55Speaker 1: she too has had two kids.
- 3:58Speaker 3: Her boobs look normal, granted she had a boot job,
- 4:01Speaker 3: Her jawline is impeccable, her whole face, her hair, all
- 4:04Speaker 3: of it. Now, it's not lost on me that she
- 4:06Speaker 3: has access to everything on the plan.
- 4:09Speaker 2: You don't say, but go look at her in twenty twelve.
- 4:12Speaker 1: You sit, We're not shading anybody.
- 4:15Speaker 2: No, do what you want.
- 4:16Speaker 4: Then, all I'm saying is you can't compare her looks
- 4:20Speaker 4: to what anyone looks like because her looks are artificial.
- 4:23Speaker 3: So yeah, but okay, well that brings me to my
- 4:26Speaker 3: point of anxiety. You start looking and you're like, oh
- 4:29Speaker 3: my god, Like I already called doctor Diamond and said,
- 4:33Speaker 3: like we got to fix this jaw, Like I'm coming
- 4:36Speaker 3: in April eighteenth, No, April fifteenth, Like you got to carve.
- 4:41Speaker 1: Me out, buddy.
- 4:43Speaker 2: We have different anxieties.
- 4:45Speaker 1: We certainly do.
- 4:46Speaker 3: So Anyway, Alex's earl came out saying that there's like
- 4:50Speaker 3: a stigma around anxiety medication. And she goes on to
- 4:54Speaker 3: say that she has been medicated since the age of fourteen.
- 4:57Speaker 2: She's off of it, right, So.
- 5:00Speaker 3: This is a quote she did an article, an interview
- 5:03Speaker 3: with people. It can feel really scary, and there feels
- 5:07Speaker 3: and there feels like there's like a stigma around it
- 5:10Speaker 3: at times. But honestly, a lot of my friends, a
- 5:12Speaker 3: lot of people I know, are also on medication for
- 5:16Speaker 3: anxiety depression OCD, whatever it is.
- 5:19Speaker 1: I don't know if she's still medicated.
- 5:21Speaker 2: Can I say one thing?
- 5:23Speaker 4: Yeah, after like even my relapse going on seven months,
- 5:28Speaker 4: right or we're like six and a half going on
- 5:31Speaker 4: seven I was on anti anxiety and anti depression, and
- 5:38Speaker 4: I want to say it was escatalopram, and I'll double
- 5:41Speaker 4: check when I went in for my peptides, and that doctor,
- 5:48Speaker 4: the old gentleman.
- 5:49Speaker 3: Here, now I allowed to say that you were on
- 5:51Speaker 3: your fourth relapse.
- 5:53Speaker 4: Yes, no, I couldn't stop relapsing and I was on
- 5:56Speaker 4: these pills and I there was just like there was
- 5:58Speaker 4: no light at the end of the tunnel.
- 6:00Speaker 2: So I went and got these peptides. There was a.
- 6:01Speaker 4: Gentleman who was forty years sober or forty five, Yeah,
- 6:07Speaker 4: and he came in and he put a short hand
- 6:08Speaker 4: on my shoulder and he goes, you're going to continue
- 6:10Speaker 4: to relapse if you continue to take these meds.
- 6:13Speaker 3: Wow.
- 6:13Speaker 2: And I'll never forget that.
- 6:15Speaker 4: That sticks with me every day and being off my
- 6:18Speaker 4: medicine has honestly relieved me of more anxiety. Wow. And
- 6:23Speaker 4: I don't not for everybody. I'm speaking on me, and
- 6:27Speaker 4: it's a personal thing. But like even if you you know,
- 6:29Speaker 4: if you still have anxiety while taking meds, maybe you know,
- 6:33Speaker 4: like I I'm not going to say like I took
- 6:35Speaker 4: I stopped doing my meds and like everything was roses. No.
- 6:39Speaker 4: I had to work, I breath work, I had to
- 6:42Speaker 4: compartmentalize different things that I was thinking about.
- 6:44Speaker 2: It took a lot of work. But I where I
- 6:47Speaker 2: am right now.
- 6:48Speaker 4: I thank God that I am not on any anxiety medication.
- 6:53Speaker 1: Well, and again that's your personal experience.
- 6:56Speaker 2: For me, it's.
- 6:58Speaker 3: Your personal experience, and everybody is different and it's not
- 7:02Speaker 3: one size fits all.
- 7:03Speaker 4: I think everybody's like chemical imbalance is different in everybody's life.
- 7:07Speaker 3: I'm a single person, Like everything has to be a
- 7:10Speaker 3: tailored any prescription you go on, even your doctor.
- 7:14Speaker 1: You guys have to be on the same page. And
- 7:16Speaker 1: even a.
- 7:16Speaker 3: Doctor, no one knows you like you know you. If
- 7:20Speaker 3: something is feeling off, you have to We've spoken about this.
- 7:24Speaker 3: Advocate for your health in every capacity, including mental, which
- 7:28Speaker 3: I believe is the most important. Yes, And I was
- 7:33Speaker 3: on anti anxiety medication and antidepression medication and I was
- 7:39Speaker 3: drinking on.
- 7:40Speaker 1: It like I couldn't because how stupid am I. I'm like,
- 7:44Speaker 1: I'm just why I got really depressed.
- 7:45Speaker 3: It's like it's called the Daily Sunday Series because you've
- 7:49Speaker 3: been sipping on as apressant.
- 7:51Speaker 4: And that's where I think where I would take my
- 7:53Speaker 4: med and I was like, I'm still depressed, so I
- 7:55Speaker 4: would go down the liquor thing and it was like
- 7:57Speaker 4: I was hoping that pill would be the cure of all.
- 8:00Speaker 2: I still had to do work.
- 8:01Speaker 4: Even if maybe if I took the pills and I
- 8:03Speaker 4: did the work that I still did, maybe the pills
- 8:05Speaker 4: would benefit me.
- 8:06Speaker 2: But right now, I like where I'm at okay.
- 8:08Speaker 1: So then there shouldn't be anything that changes.
- 8:09Speaker 2: There's the thing.
- 8:11Speaker 3: I tend to go to holistic route before I tap
- 8:13Speaker 3: in medication. But I'm also I'm not somewhare though that
- 8:17Speaker 3: it's against it. I'm like, there are points in time
- 8:21Speaker 3: where it's like I'm going to need to tap in
- 8:23Speaker 3: science and someone put me on something. I am not
- 8:27Speaker 3: on anything right now, just like my regular supplements. But
- 8:31Speaker 3: I will say when I started filming again, I had
- 8:37Speaker 3: so much anxiety it was debilitating for me to leave
- 8:40Speaker 3: the house.
- 8:43Speaker 4: Yeah that I was there, I'm there, I'm all. I
- 8:47Speaker 4: think everybody's there. And the one thing that I always
- 8:49Speaker 4: have to get there, I can get anxiety, Like overthinking
- 8:53Speaker 4: is what gives me anxiety.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Tell me this, when you when you make a plan,
- 8:58Speaker 1: do you start playing it in your mind, like what
- 9:00Speaker 1: are we going to talk about her? And then order?
- 9:02Speaker 1: And then what if? What if what I ate doesn't.
- 9:05Speaker 2: Agree with me? Well, then that's.
- 9:08Speaker 4: Whatever I eat. You gotta make sure because I'm a
- 9:10Speaker 4: homeplate shitter. So if i'm out about I'm eating salads.
- 9:14Speaker 4: But when I make plans, Yes, that is what I
- 9:18Speaker 4: used to do and I'm doing it now. But I'm
- 9:20Speaker 4: trying to work on it and not think I made plans.
- 9:25Speaker 4: What are these plans going to consist of? What conversation?
- 9:28Speaker 4: What if this doesn't go right? Oh my gosh, what
- 9:30Speaker 4: if so and so says this? And something is brought
- 9:33Speaker 4: up that I don't want to talk about. Oh my gosh,
- 9:35Speaker 4: what if so and so comes and brings more conversation?
- 9:38Speaker 4: And then I go, wow, I want to cancel. Now
- 9:41Speaker 4: I make the plan, and I go perfect, what am
- 9:45Speaker 4: I doing right now?
- 9:46Speaker 3: Oh?
- 9:47Speaker 2: Keep your head where you're keeping my hair?
- 9:48Speaker 4: And then even when it's getting closer and I'm like, oh,
- 9:51Speaker 4: I have to start getting ready. What am I going
- 9:53Speaker 4: to wear? Let's brush my tea? Should I do whitening strips?
- 9:59Speaker 4: Just let's think in the now, and before you know it,
- 10:02Speaker 4: you're blowing my you you can go out, And then
- 10:06Speaker 4: that's what I've tried to do.
- 10:07Speaker 2: And I'm not thinking of any conversation.
- 10:09Speaker 4: I'm not even thinking, like, I can't even think about
- 10:11Speaker 4: how I'm going to say hello to you, because that
- 10:13Speaker 4: anxiety right there will send me home.
- 10:15Speaker 2: Yeah, So I just think, okay, right now I'm going
- 10:18Speaker 2: to get out of my car. Do I have everything? Yes?
- 10:21Speaker 4: Okay, let's walk and enjoy this scene I'm not thinking
- 10:24Speaker 4: about who I'm seeing, where we're going.
- 10:27Speaker 2: I'm just enjoying what is going on around me at
- 10:29Speaker 2: that time.
- 10:31Speaker 3: Yeah, because once you get there, does your anxiety.
- 10:34Speaker 4: Kind of that's dissipated because now it's like I've looked
- 10:37Speaker 4: at things.
- 10:37Speaker 2: And I'll be like, did you guys?
- 10:38Speaker 4: See Like it's almost like just being in the now
- 10:40Speaker 4: has brought me so much peace, well peace, and not
- 10:43Speaker 4: only that, but like little conversations that you're worried about having.
- 10:46Speaker 2: Now I'm like, did you see the billboard of Da
- 10:48Speaker 2: Da Da Da? I had no idea that was coming out,
- 10:50Speaker 2: and now it started a whole thing. And now just.
- 10:52Speaker 3: Being in this it gives me so much anxiety, see literally,
- 10:57Speaker 3: And I think that's another reason why I keep a
- 10:59Speaker 3: very group of friends, because I know who I feel
- 11:03Speaker 3: comfortable with.
- 11:04Speaker 1: It feels effortless. I don't worry. I look forward to
- 11:06Speaker 1: it any time.
- 11:08Speaker 3: Like even if I have a group that I'm going
- 11:10Speaker 3: with and they're like, oh I invited so, and so I'm.
- 11:12Speaker 2: Like, oh no, how was I going to throw it off?
- 11:14Speaker 1: That may throw off the dynamic and it and then
- 11:17Speaker 1: I have.
- 11:18Speaker 3: To ask them how they've been and they're going to
- 11:19Speaker 3: tell me a bunch of shit that I.
- 11:20Speaker 2: Don't care about. The ball talk. Ball talk? Is the anxiety?
- 11:26Speaker 1: Is this normal?
- 11:27Speaker 3: Yes?
- 11:27Speaker 2: I think this is what comes with age.
- 11:30Speaker 1: Yes, I feel like it should be calmed down with age.
- 11:33Speaker 4: No, because I feel like no, no, no, no, no,
- 11:35Speaker 4: I look at it, and because I have anxiety.
- 11:37Speaker 2: I feel like with age you get more of it.
- 11:39Speaker 4: You feel like you should be in a certain spots
- 11:41Speaker 4: you're looking at other people's life, comparing yourself.
- 11:44Speaker 2: Why am I not ahead?
- 11:45Speaker 4: Or things like that when you're young in twenty or
- 11:48Speaker 4: twenty one going out comparison is the.
- 11:51Speaker 1: Is the raw? Is the thief of joy?
- 11:54Speaker 2: Yeah, it's so true. Yeah, but like that, I feel
- 11:56Speaker 2: like a lot of people do that, you know, so,
- 12:00Speaker 2: I think.
- 12:00Speaker 1: When they see things, you start aspiring.
- 12:02Speaker 4: Like they Let me just put it this way for you.
- 12:05Speaker 4: You have kids, Yes, you see a whole bunch of
- 12:07Speaker 4: other kids you don't, But how many other of those
- 12:10Speaker 4: people are comparing those not the kids, but the lifestyles
- 12:14Speaker 4: of kids around a lot?
- 12:16Speaker 2: I know it.
- 12:17Speaker 4: You may not see it, but like there's a lot
- 12:18Speaker 4: of people who are seeing, like what other kids are
- 12:21Speaker 4: getting from their parents that maybe I can't afford now
- 12:25Speaker 4: that starts to give me anxiety. Where have I gone wrong?
- 12:27Speaker 4: What have I done? How can I get better?
- 12:29Speaker 3: They haven't hit that point yet in minutes because Ocean's
- 12:32Speaker 3: still so young. She's going to be starting like real
- 12:35Speaker 3: big kids school soon. Yeah, I'm still unsure where she's
- 12:39Speaker 3: going to go at this point in time.
- 12:43Speaker 1: You have to remember we're going the private school.
- 12:45Speaker 4: Route, and then there's going to be kids, see and
- 12:48Speaker 4: I'm only thinking for me, not my kid, But like,
- 12:49Speaker 4: it will start to give me anxiety if she's falling
- 12:52Speaker 4: back in school or if she's ahead in school. You
- 12:54Speaker 4: start there's just anxiety that just keeps coming as an
- 12:57Speaker 4: adult type hit.
- 12:58Speaker 3: But I have to say this, what she experiences at school,
- 13:02Speaker 3: she's going to experience at the other house anyway. Like
- 13:06Speaker 3: Ocean has already been in really amazing cars, She's already
- 13:11Speaker 3: been on private jets, and I have to she doesn't talk.
- 13:15Speaker 1: About it, no, like those things.
- 13:17Speaker 2: But there's parents that you'll never be able to do that.
- 13:20Speaker 4: Yeah, but there's parents that will never be able to
- 13:22Speaker 4: do that for their kid or anything else.
- 13:25Speaker 3: It is one percent of the population on the planet
- 13:29Speaker 3: that maybe less I know, but no, it will actually
- 13:34Speaker 3: experience life in that way. The stressors, yes, of kids,
- 13:39Speaker 3: especially in a place like Los Angeles. People are giving
- 13:43Speaker 3: their sixteen year olds Aston Martin's as their first car.
- 13:47Speaker 3: And for me, I have experienced all of that that.
- 13:52Speaker 3: I think if Ocean came to me, I'd be like,
- 13:54Speaker 3: get the fuck over it. You're not having that car.
- 13:58Speaker 3: There's your Hyundai, which I love, by the way, I
- 14:02Speaker 3: mean Hunda very say, very like, that's.
- 14:05Speaker 2: What I would be getting. Car love Corolla. Get out
- 14:09Speaker 2: of here. That's where I'm at.
- 14:10Speaker 1: Do you know how hard I rock with my GMC Denali.
- 14:14Speaker 2: That's a very nice vehicle. Oh, very nice.
- 14:16Speaker 1: No, it's very nice.
- 14:17Speaker 4: It's very nice, very nice, very nice.
- 14:22Speaker 2: Not a Chevy. It's a GMC Yukon Denali, not just
- 14:27Speaker 2: a Yukon.
- 14:28Speaker 4: Maybe I don't know cars, very you do not know cars,
- 14:30Speaker 4: because yours is the top tier of that brand. I
- 14:32Speaker 4: thought the Escalade was well that, yes, but then you're
- 14:37Speaker 4: two different cars. I mean you could have got yours
- 14:40Speaker 4: with like a bigger engine that's like a sport exactly why,
- 14:44Speaker 4: And then I don't know escalades dark invader lightsabers on
- 14:50Speaker 4: the back of the Escalator.
- 14:51Speaker 2: Yeah, those big long lights, like what are we doing
- 14:54Speaker 2: and feel.
- 14:55Speaker 1: The need to spend more money on a car where I'm.
- 14:59Speaker 2: Like, I have you more anxiety throw to pit.
- 15:02Speaker 3: Bulls in here to children, I mean most of the time,
- 15:05Speaker 3: which also gives me massive anxiety when I because I
- 15:08Speaker 3: keep like my area very clean, right, And then Lisa
- 15:12Speaker 3: gets in all her shit in the center console and
- 15:14Speaker 3: I then I look in the back and the kid's
- 15:19Speaker 3: Ocean is eating whatever she's eating, spilling crumbs everywhere.
- 15:24Speaker 1: Sosa is unscrewed the lid to her bottle because she
- 15:26Speaker 1: can do that now, and is whipping the milk everywhere.
- 15:32Speaker 1: I go into full panic.
- 15:45Speaker 3: Actually, I think motherhood has allowed me, as much as possible,
- 15:52Speaker 3: with just what's in my nature to kind of let
- 15:55Speaker 3: go and find the gray because by nature, I'm more
- 15:59Speaker 3: like my dad. Where I'm I just am very particular
- 16:03Speaker 3: about things. I start feeling like there's an elephant on
- 16:07Speaker 3: my chest when Ocean, listen how simple this is, and
- 16:10Speaker 3: I have to actively you guys, you guys are gonna
- 16:11Speaker 3: think I'm horrible. I have to actively tell myself to
- 16:15Speaker 3: like not worry about it. This is how silly it gets.
- 16:18Speaker 3: If she decides to bring a stuffy and a book
- 16:23Speaker 3: into my room because I go but it doesn't belong
- 16:26Speaker 3: there in my head. I don't tell her that. I
- 16:27Speaker 3: just let it happen.
- 16:28Speaker 1: And I'm like, you can take it back downstairs. But
- 16:31Speaker 1: I'm like, but it doesn't belong.
- 16:32Speaker 2: Oh, you need to work the K Pop.
- 16:34Speaker 3: Demon Hunter book and the ginormous technicolored stuffy doesn't go
- 16:40Speaker 3: in my bedroom.
- 16:41Speaker 2: Yeah, but think how excited she gets, would you? I know?
- 16:43Speaker 1: But that's what I'm saying is there are some things
- 16:45Speaker 1: that are just.
- 16:46Speaker 2: In Is that OCD?
- 16:48Speaker 4: It might be that's OCD, because like for me, I
- 16:51Speaker 4: can I was last night. I slept with a thing
- 16:54Speaker 4: on my leg just to wrap it middle of the night,
- 16:57Speaker 4: woke up, took it off and just through it. Don't
- 16:59Speaker 4: know where it went. I picked that up this morning,
- 17:01Speaker 4: but like, could you do that? I would fold it
- 17:04Speaker 4: and put it back into the cabin.
- 17:06Speaker 2: I just throw it on the ground and we'll figure it out.
- 17:07Speaker 3: Because I don't want to wake up to it. I
- 17:09Speaker 3: need to wake up in the morning. I have such
- 17:10Speaker 3: a strict routine. I don't want anything that does not belong,
- 17:15Speaker 3: even the cord that comes out of my nightstand that
- 17:18Speaker 3: I plug. You need to exposure I'm exposed.
- 17:23Speaker 2: No, you need more exposure therapy.
- 17:25Speaker 4: You need to wake up with your why to bring
- 17:29Speaker 4: you down from one hundred when little things are off,
- 17:32Speaker 4: to not send you down a spiral.
- 17:34Speaker 3: Okay, but tell me this. Do you think it's because
- 17:36Speaker 3: I have such little control? Which sounds weird because I
- 17:39Speaker 3: actually do have a lot of control in my life,
- 17:41Speaker 3: but there are certain things that we cannot control. So
- 17:44Speaker 3: do you think that it manifests itself into me controlling
- 17:48Speaker 3: the one thing that I can control, which is my bedroom.
- 17:51Speaker 4: Here's the one thing that I'm taking from this. You
- 17:53Speaker 4: can control a lot of things. You can't control any outcomes.
- 17:58Speaker 4: You can control the outcome of this. Yes, the outcome
- 18:01Speaker 4: is so clean. That is your outcome with everything that
- 18:04Speaker 4: you do in life. Yes, you can do it and
- 18:06Speaker 4: you have control. But what is the outcome with where
- 18:10Speaker 4: you're going?
- 18:11Speaker 1: You don't know, but the house would.
- 18:14Speaker 2: So there you go.
- 18:15Speaker 4: You're you You like it because you know that you
- 18:18Speaker 4: have control over that at all times.
- 18:21Speaker 2: Yeah, there it is.
- 18:23Speaker 4: Maybe I'm no doctor, but maybe we're getting down to something.
- 18:26Speaker 3: Also, I know who the culprit is of the messy
- 18:30Speaker 3: house all the time. It ain't the kids, my mom
- 18:32Speaker 3: is in Palm Springs right now. Days for three days.
- 18:36Speaker 3: The house is immaculate. I mean, and there's two kids.
- 18:42Speaker 3: They're they're still here running around. It's business as usual.
- 18:46Speaker 1: My mother is the cause.
- 18:47Speaker 2: Of all of the came. Oh yeah, because I go now.
- 18:50Speaker 1: Even the playroom, you guys were up there. It looks great.
- 18:54Speaker 2: Well here, yeah, because we pick up things here and there.
- 18:56Speaker 4: But Mom will get things out to play with them
- 18:58Speaker 4: and then say it was them.
- 19:01Speaker 2: She's a little ship.
- 19:02Speaker 1: And this is also what happens with my mom. She
- 19:06Speaker 1: will be like a tornado.
- 19:08Speaker 3: And my whole thing is, why don't you clean up
- 19:10Speaker 3: as you go that way at the end of the night.
- 19:12Speaker 3: You're not spending an hour cleaning up the day's mess,
- 19:17Speaker 3: like when you make no one makes a MESSI er
- 19:20Speaker 3: peanut butter and jelly toast, like something as simple as
- 19:24Speaker 3: that looks like someone has been.
- 19:26Speaker 2: Whipping up out fucking four star michel and meal.
- 19:31Speaker 1: I look at it and I'm like, how did this happen?
- 19:34Speaker 2: And she's got her one little cracker walking around.
- 19:36Speaker 4: One cracker and without the plane, cracker just spilling everywhere.
- 19:40Speaker 4: We have dogs. Let's just let's not do that. But okay,
- 19:47Speaker 4: just all.
- 19:47Speaker 3: Of these little things that are that cause me anxiety.
- 19:52Speaker 2: It's from the oh, is that what we've called.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Me to be medicated? We just I mean the Jesus
- 20:00Speaker 1: por shit together. Well, I want to be very very clear.
- 20:07Speaker 3: In case you guys along the way thought Eastern Night
- 20:12Speaker 3: were doctors, we are not. If you are medicated, we
- 20:17Speaker 3: coast that do work. We talked about what works for us.
- 20:23Speaker 3: It can always change. I'm glad that alex Earl because
- 20:26Speaker 3: she has such a tremendous platform and from the outside
- 20:29Speaker 3: you look at her life and go, she's beautiful, She's perfect.
- 20:32Speaker 3: What could she possibly be stressed about? Depressed about tripping on?
- 20:39Speaker 3: It's people like her that we need to continue the
- 20:42Speaker 3: conversation so that people who are struggling mentally know that
- 20:45Speaker 3: they are not alone. And even people they watch and
- 20:49Speaker 3: think their lives are amazing are still battling the same
- 20:52Speaker 3: shit as everybody else. So with that, I wish you
- 20:56Speaker 3: the best day of your whole life. Go out there
- 20:58Speaker 3: and slay the day. Thank you for listening to another
- 21:00Speaker 3: episode bonus episode of Untraditionally La La. I'm gonna catch
- 21:03Speaker 3: you Wednesday for a regular old episode and again next week.
- 21:07Speaker 1: Bye.
