  Speaker 1: the dollar circulates 24 times before it goes to someone else.

  Speaker 1: In the Jewish community, the dollar circulates 17 times before

  Speaker 1: it circulates out of that community. In the Latino community,

  Speaker 1: money circulates 12 times. In the white American community, the
