SPEAKER_00: Today I want to talk about something which is very crucial and few people have asked me about it, and I think that is going to become a big talk of real soon, and the talk then the question is people say that everyone is good in something, they have this trait which is there in them from before itself.
• 0:33
SPEAKER_00: How do you discover that trait?
• 0:36
SPEAKER_00: Because many people were saying when they're asking this question when I came across is by the time people discover that trait sometimes it's too late, sometimes they are already crossed a good benchmark of their age, sometimes they feel it's too late to build upon also something, and because the health and everything in picture, they are not able to utilize that particular trait which they discover.
• 1:10
SPEAKER_00: So, how do you early on discover the trait?
• 1:15
SPEAKER_00: The best example of that is many of these traits are discovered also for most people during in their childhood when parents are putting them in different classes, when parents are noticing something this always this child is doing something or the other.
• 1:44
SPEAKER_00: That is when the noticing first notice of patent rate comes into picture, and these are some way or they're generally in a sense of a gift.
• 1:55
SPEAKER_00: Maybe they are excellent at painting, maybe they are excellent in singing.
• 2:35
SPEAKER_00: But for those who are stuck in the daily grinding of life and they are in their twenties and thirties and they are just lost in so much work, how do they discover?
• 2:49
SPEAKER_00: Because they were never having that excess of going to classes, or maybe they were never focused upon that much in their childhood.
• 3:00
SPEAKER_00: There are many people like that as well.
• 3:02
  SPEAKER_00: What about them?
• 3:04
  SPEAKER_00: How do they discover?
• 3:06
SPEAKER_00: The answer may sound very simple, but the way to reach it is not that simple, and I'm going to be honest with you here about it.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_00: Now going in depth about it is when you're in this age frame, you are generally so much crowded by the work, by the lifestyle, by the responsibilities, by who you are, who you are supposed to be, all of that clogged in your head together all at once, and most of your people are made to operate from a low level scarcity frequency module.
• 4:03
SPEAKER_00: What do I mean by that?
• 4:04
SPEAKER_00: They are put in a manner in by the whole of the world's hierarchy system, corporate culture, working cycles, EMI being one of the greatest villains I can say, where they are most of the time operating from a scarcity frequency.
• 4:26
SPEAKER_00: Now, this frequency doesn't allow you to step outside of that region at all.
• 4:32
SPEAKER_00: It in fact makes sure that you are stuck in this scarcity zone.
• 4:36
SPEAKER_00: When you are in that zone, you are not able to connect to yourself, and when you are not able to connect to yourself, you are always operating from lack.
• 4:45
SPEAKER_00: When you are operating always from lack, you being able to discover that hidden ability or the gifted trait we are talking about is very unlikely to happen.
• 5:03
SPEAKER_00: So for those who are inside this age module, first of all, understanding of their own lifestyle is necessary once the lifestyle understanding is done to see that how often they get the time to even spend with themselves first.
• 5:24
SPEAKER_00: When that is figured out, how much of that time are they actually spending with themselves or rather binge watching Instagram everything all the other things they are doing in that essence of spending time with themselves?
• 5:41
SPEAKER_00: If they are able to do, which that is the only way you can unless you stumble upon things and then you figure out, which is again a very rare probability scenario.
• 5:57
SPEAKER_00: So the time when you sit with yourself, a lot of negative positives, everything comes in front of your eyes about your life, about you, about your surrounding, many things when that happens, you start observing stuff, stuff which have been keeping you lacking in your life, stuff which have pushed you ahead in your life, stuff which are just a pattern that you might be reacting emotionally to situations which are not necessarily hold that much of a value in your current life.
• 6:36
SPEAKER_00: Maybe that pattern is from early age of life, and that is how you must have coped up during that time.
• 6:42
SPEAKER_00: That cope up mechanism exists now also, even though it might not hold true anymore.
• 6:50
SPEAKER_00: So all these patterns, loops, you come across all of it.
• 6:56
SPEAKER_00: When you come across all of it, you have gotten awareness by then.
• 7:02
SPEAKER_00: At awareness, you have a choice whether you want to break out of it, whether you want to stay inside it.
• 7:10
SPEAKER_00: For those who decide to break out of that awareness, have the option of alignment now, aligning your new self to how you want it everything to be, and that alignment path has again bifurcation in terms of how do you align.
• 7:29
SPEAKER_00: You start noticing awareness, aware uh information, you start taking time to react, you start understanding yourself, you understand why the emotion came from and how you can react differently this time.
• 7:44
  SPEAKER_00: Small habits, great effects.
• 7:48
SPEAKER_00: Meditation helps in it a lot as it gives you that split second time frame in which you can think and react because the breathing cycle differs, the way the methodology differs, and your reacting, everything is based on breathing, so that is how your response in real time.
• 8:10
SPEAKER_00: Apart from that, like I also said about patterns and loops, and those things are highly related to your experience, how you have been forged throughout the years, those things, many of those things need your letting go.
• 8:38
SPEAKER_00: You have to let go of many of the things which are not true to you anymore because those stuff pulls you like an anchor back to where you are.
• 8:50
SPEAKER_00: Once you start healing, with many people call inner ha inner child healing.
• 8:55
SPEAKER_00: There is something called shadow work, and multiple iterations is just uh different names nowadays given to different methodologies.
• 9:06
SPEAKER_00: Somatic healing is one of it, sound therapy, they are endless to be honest nowadays.
• 9:18
SPEAKER_00: But the essence, if if it's done correctly, if there is one essence of it which helps you let go of something.
• 9:27
SPEAKER_00: In the best word I can use here is forgiveness and letting go.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_00: Forgiveness means forgiving a lot of stuff, including sometimes your parents, sometimes yourself, sometimes the situation which was there, and then letting go overall charge of it, that negative charge which has always been stored inside your body after that particular incident or incidences.
• 9:58
SPEAKER_00: Once you do this, you figure out a true identity.
• 10:03
SPEAKER_00: Then this true identity is a fresh identity which is also your original identity with your original complete consciousness and picture without any exterior influence on it.
• 10:26
SPEAKER_00: Now, this identity is where you start building stuff from.
• 11:18
SPEAKER_00: The other way, how you discover that you have a special trait for something.
• 11:24
SPEAKER_00: Many people discover that they are good with people, so they want to help people grow in a spiritual way.
• 11:33
SPEAKER_00: Similarly, sometimes they look back and understand that they have a very good essence knowledge of corporate culture and politics, and they would want to help those who are currently stuck in that corporate cycle of corporate politics and all of that hierarchy structure, negativity, and help them come out of it.
• 12:01
SPEAKER_00: Most of the time, people do tend to divert towards some form of the other of helping sector, but not necessarily always.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes they discover music, sometimes they discover art in themselves.
• 12:17
SPEAKER_00: There are various things they discover.
• 12:21
SPEAKER_00: Many of these are always a calming execution ability, and this is the other way you discover your true ability.
• 12:39
SPEAKER_00: Now, this ability, like I said, it sounds easy in the paper, takes a bit of time for the execution to happen.
• 12:49
SPEAKER_00: Once the execution is done, you will have everything listed on in front of you.
• 12:55
SPEAKER_00: Now, with the fresh identity, I'll fin I'll touch up a touch upon that as well, as that is also important.
• 13:02
SPEAKER_00: There are many times you start taking in information and then you curate an old of new identity from there, a fresh new slate identity, which this time it knows a lot more better with information.
• 13:18
SPEAKER_00: So the curation is not everything is absorbed, it is absorbed only on the basis of what holds true to yourself, what connects to your inner you to you, and then in cooperation with the true identity, your special trade gift is discovered and developed with the new information which you are receiving in current time after all this identity work.
• 13:49
SPEAKER_00: That is the whole methodology of how do you discover your own hidden talent technically.
• 14:21
SPEAKER_00: So, yeah, that is how you discover it, and many people when they reach at a higher age, when they are done with the struggles, they do daily grinding, daily struggles, and they sit with themselves.
• 14:42
SPEAKER_00: That is when all of this thing happens, that is when they connect to themselves, and that is when they get their get to know their abilities.
• 14:53
SPEAKER_00: And that is when many times they decide to do something, but of course age being age is always becomes a limiting factor to a certain degree and extent, depending on how well the age factor is going.
• 15:14
SPEAKER_00: For reset entropy, the dream is to elevate everyone's consciousness.
• 15:23
SPEAKER_00: Even though I help people come out of emotional loop, I help people connect to connect to the true self to who they are.
• 15:48
SPEAKER_00: When we are so connected to each other, the ripple effect it would have out is just going to be insane.
• 15:57
SPEAKER_00: Imagine that world where nobody has any particular issues in terms of health, in terms of wealth, in terms of discovering their true identity, true self, true talent.
• 16:15
SPEAKER_00: When that kind of civilization exists, the human potential of developing is just unmeasurable to be honest, and that is what I look towards.
• 16:34
SPEAKER_00: That is why I focus on entrepreneurs and founders the most because they are one of the people who are building something and their ripple effect comes in their staffing, their hierarchy, their system, their corporate culture, and it's up to them that the life they in turn change throughout their own journey.
• 17:01
SPEAKER_00: It's very crucial for them to keep in mind that how to treat someone in their own organization, how they change their own life is the way they'll change everyone's life.
• 17:17
SPEAKER_00: And because the ripple effect is bigger, I help entrepreneurs and founders the most with today's topic being covered all around finding the true talent, it is very important that irrespective of talent being the motivational factor or not that one connects to their true self.
• 17:49
SPEAKER_00: And with this being said, today's podcast is from core of my heart because it took me a lot of years to find my own self, to find who what I'm good at, to find out what I love the most.
