Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein And His Fellow Travelers (9/21/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
• 0:05
Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts named by name several very powerful people. And
• 0:11
Speaker 1: one of those very powerful people was George Mitchell. Now
• 0:15
Speaker 1: George Mitchell, for those of you who might not remember,
• 0:18
Speaker 1: was a mover and shaker in politics for a very,
• 0:21
Speaker 1: very long time. He played a very big part in
• 0:25
Speaker 1: bringing the troubles over in Ireland and England and to
• 0:29
Speaker 1: a halt as far as an American representative over there
• 0:33
Speaker 1: acting in that capacity. And he was somebody who has been,
• 0:37
Speaker 1: you know, a top figure in American politics for a very,
• 0:42
Speaker 1: very long time. He was a man who had considerable
• 0:46
Speaker 1: influence in Washington, D.C. for a very long time and
• 0:50
Speaker 1: somebody who had no business hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein. Now,
• 0:54
Speaker 1: let's remember, Virginia Roberts named him by name. Nobody just
• 0:59
Speaker 1: pulled this name out of the sky. Nobody showed up
• 1:02
Speaker 1: one day and said, ah, George Mitchell, that sounds like
• 1:04
  Speaker 1: the guy.
• 1:05
  Speaker 2: There's a reason.
• 1:06
Speaker 1: Virginia directly pointed to him and said, he's responsible. He's
• 1:11
Speaker 1: one of the men that I was passed off to.
• 1:14
Speaker 1: So my question for you is this. Where is the
• 1:17
Speaker 1: legacy media? Why aren't they bringing people like George Mitchell
• 1:20
Speaker 1: to the forefront? You would think that a man who
• 1:24
Speaker 1: has been so... you know, locked into politics for so
• 1:28
Speaker 1: long in America, would be brought up. But just like
• 1:31
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton and Bill Richardson, the legacy media has no
• 1:34
  Speaker 1: desire to pursue.
• 1:36
Speaker 2: Any of these people.
• 1:37
Speaker 1: So before we get into our article today, let's just
• 1:40
Speaker 1: take a look at who George Mitchell is. And this
• 1:43
Speaker 1: is right from Wikipedia. George John Mitchell Jr., born August
• 1:48
Speaker 1: 20th of 1933, is an American politician, diplomat, and lawyer.
• 1:53
Speaker 1: A leading member of the Democratic Party, he served as
• 1:56
Speaker 1: a United States Senator from Maine from 1980 to 1995
• 2:00
Speaker 1: and as Senate Majority Leader from 1989 to 1995. After
• 2:06
Speaker 1: retiring from the Senate, Mitchell played a leading role in
• 2:09
Speaker 1: negotiations for peace in Northern Ireland and the Middle East.
• 2:13
Speaker 1: He was appointed the United States Special Envoy for Northern
• 2:16
Speaker 1: Ireland 1995 to 2001 and by President Clinton, and as
• 2:21
Speaker 1: United States Special Envoy for Middle East Peace by President
• 2:25
Speaker 1: Barack Obama. Now, mind you, this is a man who
• 2:28
Speaker 1: was allegedly taking part in Jeffrey Epstein's sexual dalliances, sexual escapades,
• 2:34
Speaker 1: abusing girls, someone who has been directly pointed at. And
• 2:37
Speaker 1: for all of those people out there that are always
• 2:39
Speaker 1: talking about, where are.
• 2:40
Speaker 2: The names, where are the names?
• 2:42
Speaker 1: Well, Virginia has given you folks several names, and nobody
• 2:46
Speaker 1: has done anything about it. So, it's either time to
• 2:49
Speaker 1: shit or get off the pot. Plenty of names out there,
• 2:52
Speaker 1: and we're going to keep talking about these names, okay?
• 2:55
Speaker 1: Mitchell was a primary architect of the 1996 Mitchell Principles
• 3:00
Speaker 1: and the 1998 Good Friday Agreement in Northern Ireland, and
• 3:04
Speaker 1: was the main investigator in two Mitchell reports, one on
• 3:07
Speaker 1: the Arab-Israeli conflict, 2001, and one on the use of
• 3:11
Speaker 1: performance-enhancing drugs in baseball, 2007. Mitchell served as the chairman
• 3:18
Speaker 1: of the Walt Disney Company from March 2004 until January
• 3:22
Speaker 1: of 2007, and later as chairman of the international law.
• 3:26
Speaker 2: Firm DLA Piper. Huh.
• 3:29
Speaker 1: Where have we heard the name DLA Piper before? You
• 3:32
Speaker 1: see all of these Epstein connections right here, just talking
• 3:34
Speaker 1: about the man's profile? But yet nobody has the desire
• 3:38
Speaker 1: to go deep? Ask yourselves why. He was the Chancellor
• 3:43
Speaker 1: of Queen's University in Belfast, Northern Ireland from 1999 to 2009.
• 3:48
Speaker 1: Mitchell also served as the co-chair of the Housing Commission
• 3:52
Speaker 1: at the Bipartisan Policy Center. Okay, so that is George
• 3:57
Speaker 1: Mitchell in a nutshell. Obviously, there's a much longer profile here.
• 4:02
Speaker 1: And when you look at it in the Wikipedia page,
• 4:05
Speaker 1: you have just a little blurb about the Epstein scandal.
• 4:08
Speaker 1: So let's read that as well. Virginia Roberts, a woman
• 4:12
Speaker 1: who has long claimed that disgraced financier, pedophile, and convicted
• 4:16
Speaker 1: sex offender Jeffrey Epstein forced her to have sex with
• 4:19
Speaker 1: powerful men named Mitchell in documents unsealed on August 9th, 2019,
• 4:23
Speaker 1: a day before Epstein's death, by a federal court in
• 4:28
Speaker 1: Southern District of New York. The papers included affidavits and
• 4:32
Speaker 1: depositions of key witnesses in a 2015 lawsuit that Roberts
• 4:36
Speaker 1: filed against Epstein and associate Ghislaine Maxwell. Roberts accused the
• 4:41
Speaker 1: two individuals of sex trafficking her, the high-profile individuals, including Mitchell,
• 4:47
Speaker 1: in the early 2000s while she was underage. Now, mind you,
• 4:50
Speaker 1: at the time, remember what we just read, Mitchell was
• 4:53
Speaker 1: a big representative of the United States at this time.
• 4:57
Speaker 1: Mitchell denied ever having met or spoken with Roberts and
• 5:00
Speaker 1: stated that he became aware of Epstein's criminal prosecution only
• 5:04
Speaker 1: through the media. On November 30th, 2021... Epstein's former pilot,
• 5:09
Speaker 1: Larry Vesosky, named Mitchell as one of the people he
• 5:12
Speaker 1: recalled flying on one of Epstein's private planes, but claimed
• 5:16
Speaker 1: he'd never seen sexual activity, nor indication that such activity
• 5:20
Speaker 1: had taken place. Now you see how it's posted here
• 5:24
Speaker 1: in Wikipedia? As if Virginia's lying. Now, ask yourselves why
• 5:29
Speaker 1: they're so unwilling to believe Virginia, but so willing to
• 5:32
Speaker 1: believe all of these unnamed sources that you see littered
• 5:36
Speaker 1: throughout the media. But a powerful man like George Mitchell
• 5:40
Speaker 1: isn't worthy of any attention. Well, we're changing that today.
• 5:43
Speaker 1: We're talking about George Mitchell. And to do that, we
• 5:46
Speaker 1: have an article from the University of Maine or Maine
• 5:50
Speaker 1: Campus Media, I guess I should say. Headline, University of
• 5:54
Speaker 1: Maine is no place for Epstein accomplices. Rename the Mitchell Center.
• 5:59
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Nicholas Tyner. My body was
• 6:06
Speaker 1: put on the banquet menu for a powerful senator, George Mitchell.
• 6:12
Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts' shocking manuscript detailing her abuse at the hands
• 6:16
Speaker 1: of Jeffrey Epstein and others sent shockwaves across high-class society.
• 6:21
Speaker 1: But It has also made an impact in Orono, Maine.
• 6:25
Speaker 1: Former Senator George Mitchell, who is listed as a sexual
• 6:28
Speaker 1: abuser by Roberts, is honored on the University of Maine
• 6:31
Speaker 1: campus through the Senator George J. Mitchell Center for Sustainable Solutions.
• 6:36
Speaker 1: This building must be renamed.
• 6:39
Speaker 2: I agree with that.
• 6:40
  Speaker 1: It must.
• 6:41
  Speaker 2: It should be.
• 6:42
Speaker 1: Just like down in Ohio State. We're going to talk
• 6:45
Speaker 1: about that a little bit later too. The letter that
• 6:47
Speaker 1: the wrestler sent down there about Les Wexner. It's the
• 6:50
Speaker 1: same thing. How many times are we going to see it, folks?
• 6:53
Speaker 1: Why are some people being ignored in this story while
• 6:56
Speaker 1: other people are being pursued? Everybody should be pursued. Mitchell,
• 7:04
Speaker 1: one of the most powerful people in Maine's history, denied
• 7:07
Speaker 1: the allegations of participating in the sex trafficking of minors.
• 7:10
Speaker 1: He was also named in a 2016 sworn deposition, alleging
• 7:15
Speaker 1: he received a sexual massage from a minor at Epstein's
• 7:18
Speaker 1: Palm Beach mansion. The conviction of Epstein and the fate
• 7:21
Speaker 1: of the others named by Roberts all but destroys any
• 7:24
Speaker 1: integrity the former Senate majority leader can claim.
• 7:28
  Speaker 2: 100%.
• 7:30
Speaker 1: So my question is, all of the people out there
• 7:32
Speaker 1: that are swinging these political cudgels talking about this one
• 7:36
Speaker 1: or that one, why aren't we ever talking about it?
• 7:39
  Speaker 2: Bill Richardson.
• 7:40
Speaker 1: Why don't we talk about George J.
• 7:42
  Speaker 2: Mitchell?
• 7:42
Speaker 1: These are very powerful people who are still movers and
• 7:46
Speaker 1: shakers within the establishment. We have Bill Richardson still taking
• 7:50
Speaker 1: part in these negotiations for Brittany Griner. Why is that possible?
• 7:54
Speaker 1: Why is that happening? Why is it possible that he
• 7:57
Speaker 1: is still doing that? And you mean to tell me
• 7:59
Speaker 1: nobody at the White House or in the government understands
• 8:03
Speaker 1: what Bill Richardson is? Oh, they do, folks, but guess what?
• 8:07
Speaker 1: I know this is going to be a hard blow
• 8:08
Speaker 1: to take for some of you out there, but Biden
• 8:10
Speaker 1: doesn't care, okay? They don't care. None of them care.
• 8:15
Speaker 1: And I don't know how many more times I have
• 8:17
Speaker 1: to drive that point home. Amongst the other names listed
• 8:23
Speaker 1: is Prince Andrew, who has been recently stripped of his
• 8:25
Speaker 1: royal titles by Queen Elizabeth as he faces an ongoing
• 8:28
Speaker 1: trial for his actions. Jean-Luc Brunel has also been indicted
• 8:32
Speaker 1: for raping a minor. Former governor of New Mexico, Bill Richardson,
• 8:36
Speaker 1: has a long history of corruption and pre-existing allegations for
• 8:40
Speaker 1: paying a woman off to cover up an illicit affair. Yeah,
• 8:43
Speaker 1: this is your boy, Bill Richardson. Good old Bill Richardson,
• 8:47
Speaker 1: who's still welcomed in the current regime, still welcomed in
• 8:51
Speaker 1: the so-called society, while many fingers are being pointed at him.
• 8:56
Speaker 1: At the same time, these same people will tell you, oh, well,
• 9:00
Speaker 1: there's these unfounded allegations about so-and-so.
• 9:03
Speaker 2: We need to be cancelled. The hypocrisy is so thick
• 9:07
Speaker 2: that your boy can hardly breathe.
• 9:11
Speaker 1: Billionaires Glenn and Eva Dubin also faced further allegations put
• 9:15
Speaker 1: forth by their former butler for trafficking minors for sex. Eva,
• 9:20
Speaker 1: Epstein's ex-girlfriend, and Glenn defended Epstein during his 2008 trial,
• 9:24
Speaker 1: which resulted in Epstein becoming a registered sex offender. After
• 9:29
Speaker 1: the conviction, the Dubins wrote a letter stating that they
• 9:32
Speaker 1: were 100% comfortable with Epstein around their three young children.
• 9:36
Speaker 1: It was subsequently reported that Epstein had an interest in
• 9:40
Speaker 1: marrying their daughter that he had been especially close with
• 9:44
Speaker 1: since she was 12 years old, of which the Dubins
• 9:47
Speaker 1: were aware. All of that, every last bit of it,
• 9:50
Speaker 1: is creepy as the day is long. I wouldn't let
• 9:53
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein within a city block of my child. You
• 9:57
Speaker 1: think I'm kidding when I say that? I am not.
• 9:59
Speaker 1: I have... me tell you something, okay? I am deathly
• 10:02
Speaker 1: afraid of going to prison. Deathly afraid. I know I
• 10:05
Speaker 1: wouldn't last there. I'm not that kind of guy. I
• 10:07
Speaker 1: don't have it in my heart to be ruthless and brutal,
• 10:10
Speaker 1: and I just can't do it. But when it comes
• 10:13
Speaker 1: to being wronged, and somebody like Jeffrey Epstein, there would
• 10:17
Speaker 1: be no force on this planet that would stop me
• 10:19
Speaker 1: from going after him as a parent. What he did
• 10:22
Speaker 1: to these children is just absolutely abhorrent. And the fact
• 10:27
Speaker 1: that he was able to get away with it for
• 10:29
Speaker 1: so long with people at his side like George Mitchell
• 10:32
Speaker 1: is just beyond the pale. And I really wish some
• 10:37
Speaker 1: of these so-called journalists out there that spend their time
• 10:40
Speaker 1: dividing the populace would do something good for once. and
• 10:44
Speaker 1: really dig in deep here. Epstein had 12 phone numbers
• 10:50
Speaker 1: and two addresses for Mitchell in his famous black book.
• 10:53
Speaker 1: In a 2002 New York Magazine profile of Epstein, where
• 10:56
Speaker 1: he lauded Mitchell as the world's greatest negotiator, Mitchell stated,
• 11:00
Speaker 1: I would certainly call him a friend and a supporter.
• 11:03
Speaker 1: This profile was written two years after Mitchell's friend began
• 11:06
Speaker 1: grooming Roberts after meeting her at Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago club.
• 11:11
Speaker 1: And many years after, Epstein first became an active pedophile.
• 11:15
Speaker 1: For me, folks, I have to be very clear with you.
• 11:18
Speaker 1: The whole entire establishment, the whole entire so-called elite society,
• 11:22
Speaker 1: both sides of the aisle, is so guilty here of
• 11:26
Speaker 1: not caring about what these girls were going through or
• 11:29
Speaker 1: what Jeffrey Epstein was up to. I mean... This case
• 11:33
Speaker 1: is just littered with scumbags. You have on one side
• 11:36
Speaker 1: of it, Acosta and his friends, you know, the Mukases
• 11:39
Speaker 1: of the world, the Bushites, not pressing charges on Epstein.
• 11:43
Speaker 1: And then on the flip side of it, you have
• 11:44
Speaker 1: the other side of the aisle, Bill Richardson, George Mitchell,
• 11:48
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, partaking in the absolute abuse of these girls.
• 11:52
Speaker 1: So you have one side of our political spectrum abusing
• 11:55
Speaker 1: these girls while the other side's covering it up. See
• 11:59
Speaker 1: what I mean when I talk about how it's all fake?
• 12:01
Speaker 1: It's all political circus. That's all they're doing is giving
• 12:04
Speaker 1: you bread and circus so that you're not focused on
• 12:06
Speaker 1: their bullshit. In last year's trial of Epstein's co-conspirator, Ghislaine Maxwell,
• 12:14
Speaker 1: where she was found guilty on five of six counts,
• 12:17
Speaker 1: her pilot testified to seeing Mitchell on Epstein's private planes.
• 12:21
Speaker 1: These planes had nicknames such as the Lolita Express. Mitchell
• 12:25
Speaker 1: was listed on Epstein's flight logs multiple times in a
• 12:28
Speaker 1: stretch between 1994 and 1998. Mitchell's Epstein connections have led
• 12:35
Speaker 1: many in Philadelphia to speculate as to whether those played
• 12:39
Speaker 1: a role in the archdiocese of Philadelphia's choice to put
• 12:43
Speaker 1: Mitchell in charge of their fund to compensate victims of
• 12:46
Speaker 1: sexual abuse at the hands of the clergy. As a
• 12:50
Speaker 1: lawyer for many victims put it, it's just more of
• 12:52
Speaker 1: the same. And this is my biggest problem, folks. Why
• 12:55
Speaker 1: is George Mitchell involved in that? There's nobody else out
• 12:58
Speaker 1: there that could do this job. We have to go
• 13:00
Speaker 1: get George Mitchell to do it, huh? The world's greatest negotiator.
• 13:04
Speaker 1: Miss me with all of it. I am tired of
• 13:06
Speaker 1: all of the bullshit. I'm tired of the gaslighting. And
• 13:09
Speaker 1: I'm tired of not getting to the point of things.
• 13:17
Speaker 1: Mitchell is a known associate of a prolific pedophile and
• 13:20
Speaker 1: human trafficker. Roberts is to be believed, and her story
• 13:23
Speaker 1: is damning. To keep his name on any building on
• 13:26
Speaker 1: this campus will not only show contempt for survivors of Epstein,
• 13:30
Speaker 1: but any survivors of sexual assault who attend this university.
• 13:34
Speaker 1: And that's a big fact. Look, I'm not an advocate, okay?
• 13:37
Speaker 1: I'm not somebody who gets on here and says, oh yeah,
• 13:39
Speaker 1: believe all women, or I don't roll like that, folks.
• 13:42
Speaker 1: I believe the evidence. And I believe what I think
• 13:46
Speaker 1: is right, and what I think is wrong. And for me,
• 13:50
Speaker 1: nobody who has been rolling around with Epstein should have
• 13:52
Speaker 1: their name on any building, especially on a college campus.
• 13:58
Speaker 1: The Water Resource Center was renamed the George J. Mitchell
• 14:01
Speaker 1: Center for Sustainable Solutions in 2000. It can and should
• 14:06
Speaker 1: be renamed again. George Mitchell does not actually fund the center.
• 14:10
Speaker 1: He made a one-time donation around the time it was
• 14:12
Speaker 1: renamed after him, and it's merely named to honor him.
• 14:16
Speaker 1: The renaming of Williams Hall, formerly named Little Hall after
• 14:20
Speaker 1: a noted eugenist, offers precedent for this type of move. Look,
• 14:25
Speaker 1: nobody says that he has to keep his name on
• 14:27
Speaker 1: this building. Where's that written in stone? Did Moses get
• 14:30
Speaker 1: some tablets that say George Mitchell has to keep his
• 14:33
Speaker 1: name on the building? Considerations for the renaming could be
• 14:38
Speaker 1: famed environmentalist Rachel Carson's who summered in Maine, or this
• 14:42
Speaker 1: can be an opportunity to work with Maine's Native American
• 14:45
Speaker 1: tribes to rename the center after a leader in their community,
• 14:50
Speaker 1: regardless of what the new name would be, for the
• 14:53
Speaker 1: renaming is indisputable. No building on campus should be named
• 14:57
Speaker 1: after a sexual abuser, much less one with the Epstein
• 15:00
Speaker 1: scandal section on his Wikipedia page. Look, George Mitchell is
• 15:05
Speaker 1: up to his neck in this shit. You never hear
• 15:07
Speaker 1: his name. You never hear Bill Richardson's name either. The
• 15:10
Speaker 1: legacy media likes to focus on guys like Alex Acosta.
• 15:14
  Speaker 2: You know why?
• 15:14
Speaker 1: Because it's low-hanging fruit and it gets people into a tizzy.
• 15:18
Speaker 1: But the real meat and potatoes here are the people
• 15:21
Speaker 1: that have already been named and nothing has been done about.
• 15:25
Speaker 1: So when are all of these people that want to
• 15:26
Speaker 1: point out Acosta and point out these other folks who
• 15:29
Speaker 1: have already been sanctioned, who have already lost their jobs,
• 15:32
Speaker 1: who have already paid penalties, instead start focusing on guys
• 15:37
Speaker 1: like George Mitchell, Bill Richardson, Glenn Dubin, Les Wexner, Alan Dershowitz,
• 15:42
Speaker 1: and a few others who have all been directly named
• 15:45
  Speaker 1: by Virginia Roberts?
• 15:46
Speaker 2: Shouldn't we start there?
• 15:48
Speaker 1: I mean, all of the smoke is coming out of
• 15:50
Speaker 1: a building on the Las Vegas Strip, but instead we're
• 15:53
Speaker 1: going to go downtown and.
• 15:54
Speaker 2: See where the fire is.
• 15:56
Speaker 1: It's ludicrous, it's misdirection, and your boy is not falling
• 16:00
Speaker 1: for it. All right, folks, that's going to do it
• 16:03
Speaker 1: for this one. If you'd like to contact me, you
• 16:05
Speaker 1: can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com.
• 16:14
Speaker 1: You can also find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I.
• 16:23
Speaker 1: One of the people that was directly accused of having
• 16:27
Speaker 1: relations with Virginia Roberts while she was being trafficked by
• 16:31
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein is an AI pioneer named Marvin Minsky. And
• 16:36
Speaker 1: we've talked about him before, but I figured since we
• 16:39
Speaker 1: were doing a refresher course on some of the scumbags
• 16:42
Speaker 1: that were in Epstein's orbit, we might as well talk
• 16:45
Speaker 1: about Mr. Minsky again, right? Considering he's one of the
• 16:48
Speaker 1: people that Virginia has publicly named. So people who talk
• 16:53
Speaker 1: about names and people who might have been involved, there
• 16:57
Speaker 1: are several people that Virginia has publicly named to have
• 17:01
Speaker 1: taken part in her abuse. And this person we're about
• 17:04
Speaker 1: to talk about in this episode is one of those
• 17:07
Speaker 1: people who has been accused. So let's get right to
• 17:11
Speaker 1: it and see what this article from The Verge has
• 17:14
  Speaker 1: for us.
• 17:15
  Speaker 2: Headline.
• 17:17
Speaker 1: AI pioneer accused of having sex with trafficking survivor on
• 17:21
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's island. Marvin Minsky was named alongside several other
• 17:27
Speaker 1: prominent men. So the people who are named directly, everybody
• 17:30
Speaker 1: wants names. We should be going after those people right away.
• 17:33
Speaker 1: And when I say go after, I mean the government
• 17:36
Speaker 1: should be going after them to speak to them, to
• 17:38
Speaker 1: bring them in, get them on record, put them under oath.
• 17:42
Speaker 1: And then that way, if they lie to you, you
• 17:44
Speaker 1: got them for perjury. But they haven't even done any
• 17:47
Speaker 1: of that. And that's what's confounding about the whole thing.
• 17:50
Speaker 1: That's what makes so many people so angry. because everything
• 17:54
Speaker 1: is right here for them, they just refuse to do
• 17:56
Speaker 1: it for whatever reason. This article was authored by Russell Brandom.
• 18:05
Speaker 1: A survivor of billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein testified that she
• 18:09
Speaker 1: was forced to have sex with MIT professor Marvin Minsky,
• 18:13
Speaker 1: as revealed in a newly unsealed deposition. Now, you would
• 18:17
Speaker 1: think that this would be a bombshell, and that the
• 18:19
Speaker 1: media would be all over this. especially considering how we
• 18:24
Speaker 1: have seen the media transform and they don't need any
• 18:28
Speaker 1: secondary sourcing anymore. Everything is just anonymous source this, anonymous
• 18:33
Speaker 1: source that, a well-placed source who has, you know, information
• 18:37
Speaker 1: on the topic. So if that's good enough to run,
• 18:41
Speaker 1: you mean to tell me that Virginia Roberts and what
• 18:44
Speaker 1: she has to say, that isn't strong enough for you
• 18:47
Speaker 1: to do a big piece on it? I mean, let's
• 18:49
Speaker 1: be real. You mean to tell me that there's more
• 18:52
Speaker 1: there than there is here? Absolutely not. Considering we have
• 18:57
Speaker 1: people who have been convicted on the word of Virginia already,
• 19:01
Speaker 1: you would think that some of her other allegations would
• 19:04
Speaker 1: be looked at more seriously. Epstein was registered as a
• 19:09
Speaker 1: sex offender in 2008 as part of a controversial plea deal.
• 19:13
Speaker 1: More recently, he was arrested on charges of sex trafficking
• 19:16
Speaker 1: amid a flood of new allegations. Minsky, who died in 2016,
• 19:22
Speaker 1: was a known associate of Epstein, but this is the
• 19:24
Speaker 1: first direct accusation implicating the AI pioneer in Epstein's broader
• 19:30
Speaker 1: sex trafficking network. The deposition also names Prince Andrew of
• 19:34
Speaker 1: Britain and former New Mexico governor Bill Richardson, among others.
• 19:40
Speaker 1: So when this all came out, you would think that
• 19:42
Speaker 1: there would have been a furor to figure out what
• 19:45
Speaker 1: went on here and get to the bottom of it.
• 19:47
Speaker 1: But there never really was, was there? Has Bill Richardson
• 19:51
Speaker 1: ever really been grilled the correct way? Now just take
• 19:54
Speaker 1: a look at the way the Daily Mail and other
• 19:57
Speaker 1: quote-unquote tabloids went after Prince Andrew, and then compare that
• 20:01
Speaker 1: to the way that people who are associates of Epstein
• 20:04
Speaker 1: here in America have been treated. Has anyone been hounding
• 20:08
Speaker 1: folks the way the Daily Mail has? If it wasn't
• 20:11
Speaker 1: for them, we wouldn't have had the pictures of Ehud
• 20:13
Speaker 1: Barak or a score of other tidbits that we had.
• 20:17
Speaker 1: So for all of their tabloid nonsense, they did a
• 20:21
Speaker 1: real good job as far as covering this stuff. Whereas
• 20:24
Speaker 1: the legacy media in the United States, well, they want
• 20:28
Speaker 1: to get up there and sing their own praises all
• 20:29
Speaker 1: the time. But when it really comes down to it,
• 20:32
Speaker 1: where were they? The accusation made against Minsky was made
• 20:39
Speaker 1: by Virginia Roberts, who was deposed in May of 2016
• 20:43
Speaker 1: as part of a broader defamation suit between her and
• 20:47
Speaker 1: an Epstein associate, co-conspirator you mean, named Ghislaine Maxwell. In
• 20:52
Speaker 1: the deposition, Roberts says she was directed to have sex
• 20:54
Speaker 1: with Minsky when he visited Epstein's compound in the U.S.
• 20:59
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands. And this next little part here is Virginia's
• 21:04
Speaker 1: direct testimony as she's being questioned.
• 21:06
  Speaker 2: Question.
• 21:08
Speaker 1: And other than telling you to go give the owner
• 21:10
Speaker 1: of this large hotel chain a massage, do you remember
• 21:13
Speaker 1: any other words she used to you to direct you
• 21:16
Speaker 1: in what you should do? Virginia answers, not at the time, no.
• 21:20
  Speaker 2: Question.
• 21:21
Speaker 1: Where did, where were you, and where was Ms. Maxwell
• 21:24
Speaker 1: when she directed you to go and have sex with
• 21:27
  Speaker 1: Marvin Minsky?
• 21:28
  Speaker 2: Mr.
• 21:29
  Speaker 1: Mr.
• 21:29
Speaker 2: Edwards, Brad Edwards. This is he objects to the form answer.
• 21:33
  Speaker 2: I don't know.
• 21:34
Speaker 1: Question by Miss Manager. Where did you go to have
• 21:37
Speaker 1: sex with Marvin Minsky? Answer.
• 21:39
Speaker 2: Virginia Roberts. I believe it was the U.S.
• 21:42
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands. Jeff's sorry. Jeffrey Epstein's Island in the U.S.
• 21:46
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands. And when was that? Answer.
• 21:49
  Speaker 2: I don't know.
• 21:50
Speaker 1: So that was part of the deposition taken directly from
• 21:53
Speaker 1: the deposition of what Virginia says. Now, even if you
• 21:56
Speaker 1: don't believe her, right, even if you don't believe a
• 21:58
Speaker 1: word she has to say, don't you think it would
• 22:01
Speaker 1: be prudent to speak to everybody involved, considering that she
• 22:05
Speaker 1: made these comments in court? And if she was lying,
• 22:08
Speaker 1: by the way, folks, don't you think that she would
• 22:10
Speaker 1: have been nailed already for perjury? You know, the same
• 22:13
Speaker 1: thing Maxwell is getting hit with. And that only leads
• 22:18
Speaker 1: me to believe that the investigators and the people who
• 22:20
Speaker 1: are taking part in this investigation, or whatever you want
• 22:24
Speaker 1: to call it, believe Virginia Roberts is telling the truth.
• 22:30
Speaker 1: As part of the defamation suit, Maxwell's counsel denied the allegations,
• 22:34
Speaker 1: calling them salacious and improper. Representatives for Roberts and Maxwell
• 22:39
Speaker 1: did not immediately respond to requests for comment. A separate
• 22:43
Speaker 1: witness lent credence to Roberts' account, testifying that she and
• 22:48
Speaker 1: Minsky had taken a private plane from Teterboro to Santa
• 22:51
Speaker 1: Fe and Palm Beach in March 2001. We all know
• 22:56
Speaker 1: all of these scientists that were Epstein's homies were not
• 22:59
Speaker 1: only going to the Virgin Islands, they were going to
• 23:01
Speaker 1: New Mexico, too. You have Santa Fe Institute there. You
• 23:06
  Speaker 1: have Los Alamitos.
• 23:07
Speaker 2: I mean, come on.
• 23:09
Speaker 1: You have a whole slew of scientific installations. Maxwell, Chef
• 23:14
Speaker 1: Adam Perry Lang, and shipping air Henry Jarecki were also
• 23:19
Speaker 1: passengers on the flight, according to the deposition. At the
• 23:22
Speaker 1: time of the flight, Roberts was 17 and Minsky was 73.
• 23:27
Speaker 1: Another one of these creepy ass, Crypt Keeper looking MFers
• 23:32
Speaker 1: who were using Jeffrey Epstein's.
• 23:33
Speaker 2: Services like it was no big deal.
• 23:38
Speaker 1: A pivotal member of MIT's Artificial Intelligence Lab, Marvin Minsky
• 23:42
Speaker 1: pioneered early self-training algorithms, most notably in his 1969.
• 23:46
  Speaker 2: Book, Perceptrons.
• 23:48
Speaker 1: He also developed the first head-mounted display, a precursor to
• 23:52
Speaker 1: modern VR and augmented reality systems. So this is the
• 23:56
Speaker 1: dick you can blame for that. Got people walking around,
• 23:59
Speaker 1: crashing into their walls, running into their TV, acting like
• 24:02
Speaker 1: a bunch of epic morons, hanging out in the metaverse,
• 24:05
Speaker 1: whatever the hell you want to call it.
• 24:07
  Speaker 2: Here's your guy.
• 24:09
Speaker 1: You can miss me with all that metaverse shit while
• 24:11
Speaker 1: you're busy living inside your computer like this is virtuosity.
• 24:15
Speaker 1: I'll be out in the mountains having a climb. Minsky
• 24:19
Speaker 1: was one of a number of prominent scientists with ties
• 24:22
Speaker 1: to Jeffrey Epstein, who often called him a science philanthropist
• 24:25
Speaker 1: and donated to research projects and academic institutions. Many of
• 24:30
Speaker 1: those scientists were affiliated with Harvard, including physicist Lawrence Krauss,
• 24:34
Speaker 1: geneticist George Church, and cognitive psychologist Steven Pinker. Funny they
• 24:39
Speaker 1: mention George Church, considering he's working on a CIA-led back
• 24:42
Speaker 1: project to bring a woolly mammoth back to life.
• 24:45
  Speaker 2: Sounds like fun.
• 24:48
Speaker 1: Minsky's affiliation with Epstein went particularly deep, including organizing a
• 24:54
Speaker 1: two-day symposium on artificial intelligence at Epstein's private island in 2002,
• 25:00
Speaker 1: as reported by Slate. In 2012, the Jeffrey Epstein Foundation
• 25:05
Speaker 1: issued a press release touting another conference organized by Minsky
• 25:09
Speaker 1: on the island in December of 2011, after Epstein was
• 25:14
Speaker 1: a molester. There's no excuse for it. You really mean
• 25:18
Speaker 1: to tell me Minsky had no idea? All these so-called
• 25:21
Speaker 1: bright mind scientists had no idea?
• 25:24
  Speaker 2: Okay, sure.
• 25:29
Speaker 1: The private island is alleged to have been the site
• 25:32
Speaker 1: of an immense sex trafficking ring. But Epstein associates have
• 25:35
Speaker 1: argued that those crimes were not apparent to Epstein's social relations,
• 25:39
Speaker 1: despite the presence of young women at many of his gatherings. Look,
• 25:44
Speaker 1: they have plausible deniability. I'm not going to deny it.
• 25:47
Speaker 1: There's no way to prove if they knew or they
• 25:49
Speaker 1: didn't know. But logic dictates in this moment that they
• 25:53
Speaker 1: did know. These people were seen not only by me,
• 25:59
Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz argued in a 2015 deposition, they were seen
• 26:03
Speaker 1: by Larry Summers, they were seen by George Church, and
• 26:06
Speaker 1: they were seen by Marvin Minsky. They were seen by
• 26:09
Speaker 1: most of the most eminent academics and scholars in the world.
• 26:13
Speaker 1: That's not a mark of approval there, buddy, all right?
• 26:17
Speaker 1: You're not giving me confidence because of a bunch of
• 26:20
Speaker 1: pencil neck dweebs are hanging out on this island, especially
• 26:23
Speaker 1: when a lot of them are also being accused. Dershowitz
• 26:28
Speaker 1: has had all kinds of defenses for what his behavior
• 26:31
Speaker 1: with Epstein was, and none of them seem to pass
• 26:34
Speaker 1: the sniff test for me. There was no hint or
• 26:38
Speaker 1: suggestion that anything sexual or improper in the presence of
• 26:41
Speaker 1: these people, Dershowitz continued. No, nothing at all. I mean,
• 26:46
Speaker 1: the guy was only a level three sex offender and
• 26:48
Speaker 1: you were only breaking bread with him. You were only
• 26:50
Speaker 1: hanging out with him. How's the old saying go? You
• 26:54
Speaker 1: are the company that you keep. But again, folks, another
• 26:58
Speaker 1: example of somebody who's a prominent somebody whose name has
• 27:02
Speaker 1: been out there, whose name has been in the atmosphere
• 27:05
Speaker 1: about their alleged behavior. And what's been done with it?
• 27:09
Speaker 1: Has there been big gigantic write-ups, reporters going to dig
• 27:13
Speaker 1: into the case to figure it out? Of course not.
• 27:17
Speaker 1: We all know that there hasn't been. And that's because
• 27:20
Speaker 1: people really don't want to pull back the curtain and
• 27:23
Speaker 1: expose just how disgusting the contents of this room really are.
• 27:29
Speaker 1: If you'd like to contact me, you can do that
• 27:30
  Speaker 1: at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can
• 27:39
Speaker 1: also find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The
• 27:46
Speaker 1: link that I discussed can be found in the description box.
• 27:50
Speaker 1: All right, folks. So what we're going to talk about
• 27:54
Speaker 1: this morning as far as the topic is Jeffrey Epstein's obviously,
• 28:03
Speaker 1: and his buddy in the hair salon industry, Mr. Fred Fouquet. Now,
• 28:13
Speaker 1: we've done an article on this very subject before, but
• 28:17
Speaker 1: it was a long, long time ago. So, I thought
• 28:21
Speaker 1: that we'd pop back in and we'd jog your memory
• 28:25
Speaker 1: a little bit. on just how smarmy and scummy all
• 28:28
Speaker 1: of these enablers were, and all of these people who
• 28:32
Speaker 1: were still associating with Epstein even after his first arrest.
• 28:38
Speaker 1: This article is from the Daily Beast. Headline, Epstein flaunted
• 28:43
Speaker 1: girls after his arrest at hair salon for the stars.
• 28:47
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Emily Sugarman. This article was
• 28:55
Speaker 1: originally authored on October 6th of 2019. In the years
• 29:03
Speaker 1: after he registered as a sex offender... pedophile Jeffrey Epstein
• 29:08
Speaker 1: launched a veritable crusade to rehabilitate his image. No doubt
• 29:11
Speaker 1: about that. The dude was literally on a crusade to
• 29:14
Speaker 1: fix his image. We've talked about the money at the universities.
• 29:18
Speaker 1: We know about the people in the business world that
• 29:21
Speaker 1: were helping him refurbish his image. We know about the politicians.
• 29:26
Speaker 1: We know about the royals. So yeah, that's exactly what
• 29:30
Speaker 1: was occurring. There's no doubt. And all of the people
• 29:32
Speaker 1: that made that a reality all of them should be
• 29:36
Speaker 1: held accountable for helping this man refurbish his image. The
• 29:46
Speaker 1: convicted felon donated to prominent charities, convinced friends to invite
• 29:51
Speaker 1: him to A-list events, and took to wearing a Harvard
• 29:54
Speaker 1: sweatshirt whenever there was a camera around. But among the
• 29:58
Speaker 1: most important stops on Epstein's comeback tour were his regular
• 30:01
Speaker 1: appointments at hairdresser Frederick Fakai's high-profile salons. So Frederick Fakai
• 30:07
Speaker 1: is like a, you know, top-notch hair guy, hairdresser. You know,
• 30:16
Speaker 1: a lot of the stars go to him. Big shot
• 30:17
Speaker 1: in New York. And this was a place where Jeffrey
• 30:21
Speaker 1: Epstein had it set up that he could send the
• 30:23
Speaker 1: girls down there as core four whenever he wanted to
• 30:26
Speaker 1: get their hair done. to get them all spiffed up,
• 30:29
Speaker 1: you know, the whole nine. So it wasn't like it
• 30:31
Speaker 1: was just a loose business relationship between the two. They
• 30:37
Speaker 1: obviously were very tight, and Jeffrey Epstein would send his girls.
• 30:41
Speaker 2: There for a reason, right?
• 30:47
Speaker 1: Multiple former Fakai employees told the Daily Beast that Epstein
• 30:51
Speaker 1: regularly brought groups of young women into the New York
• 30:54
Speaker 1: salon after his conviction. where he paid for their services
• 30:58
Speaker 1: and had them sit on his lap and stroke his hair.
• 31:01
Speaker 1: What a weirdo, dude. This guy would bring in these girls, right?
• 31:04
Speaker 1: Just think about it for a minute. He'd bring in
• 31:06
Speaker 1: these girls from disadvantaged backgrounds, girls that he had been grooming,
• 31:10
Speaker 1: girls that he had been setting up for the trafficking
• 31:15
Speaker 1: ring or whatever. And then he'd bring them down to
• 31:17
Speaker 1: this salon, like he's the, you know, the grand poobah
• 31:20
Speaker 1: or something. And he'd have them down there sitting on
• 31:24
  Speaker 1: his lap, playing.
• 31:25
  Speaker 2: With his hair.
• 31:26
Speaker 1: It's just ultra creepy to think about. This dumbass faced
• 31:31
Speaker 1: MF sitting there. Having these young girls playing with his hair.
• 31:35
Speaker 1: And all of this jazz. And nobody saying anything about it.
• 31:38
Speaker 1: Nobody you know. Tapping the guy next to him and saying.
• 31:41
Speaker 1: Hey what the. What's up with this dude. What is
• 31:43
Speaker 1: going on over here. But you see folks. For us
• 31:47
Speaker 1: it would be weird.
• 31:48
Speaker 2: For us we would ask questions.
• 31:50
Speaker 1: But not them. In their world. The way that they
• 31:53
Speaker 1: conduct themselves. This shit is commonplace. Obviously. When he was
• 32:02
Speaker 1: in Florida, former employees said Epstein would have Fakai stylists
• 32:07
Speaker 1: make house calls to his Palm Beach estate. It doesn't
• 32:10
Speaker 1: sound like people that just had a business relationship, right?
• 32:13
Speaker 1: We're talking pretty close friends. We're talking, I am so
• 32:18
Speaker 1: close to you that even when I'm in Palm Beach...
• 32:21
Speaker 1: that I'm going to have you send down stylists to
• 32:24
Speaker 1: take care of the needs of the girls that I
• 32:29
Speaker 1: have here that I'm trafficking or abusing or grooming for
• 32:35
Speaker 1: that purpose. I'm going to have your people come down
• 32:37
Speaker 1: to take care of them. Does that sound like somebody
• 32:40
Speaker 1: who isn't close with somebody? You give your business to
• 32:45
Speaker 1: the people you're close to, right? Unbeknownst to them, Fakai's
• 32:55
Speaker 1: brand had received an influx of cash years earlier from
• 32:58
Speaker 1: a company backed by L Brands, the same retailer owned
• 33:03
Speaker 1: by Epstein's only known client, Les Wexner. Not anymore. And again,
• 33:09
Speaker 1: it's all coincidence, right? That's what they would have you believe.
• 33:12
Speaker 1: And if we didn't go through all of these articles
• 33:14
Speaker 1: the way that we do, their narrative would be the narrative, right?
• 33:19
Speaker 1: It would be it. But when you go through all
• 33:22
Speaker 1: of these articles and you start putting them against each other,
• 33:26
Speaker 1: running the articles against each other, you start to see
• 33:29
Speaker 1: the big picture here. You start to understand very quickly
• 33:33
Speaker 1: that this isn't just all coincidence. That all of this
• 33:36
Speaker 1: stuff ties in together. Either in a very close manner
• 33:42
Speaker 1: or at the very least, loosely. And all of these
• 33:48
Speaker 1: people are connected. What do you think, it just so
• 33:52
Speaker 1: happened that the L Brands gave an influx of cash
• 33:57
Speaker 1: to Fakai and then Epstein, that's the place where Epstein
• 34:01
Speaker 1: goes to bring the girls to get their hair and
• 34:04
Speaker 1: stuff done? There's no coincidences here, folks, alright?
• 34:08
Speaker 2: All of this stuff adds up.
• 34:14
Speaker 1: A spokesperson for Frederick Fakai Brands said the company had
• 34:17
Speaker 1: been sold by the time of Epstein's conviction in 2008
• 34:20
Speaker 1: and that Fakai was not involved in the salons at
• 34:23
Speaker 1: the time. Neither he nor the current management team had
• 34:27
Speaker 1: any knowledge of the incident's described end. In Mr. Fakai's
• 34:31
Speaker 1: limited acquaintance with Mr. Epstein, he never witnessed any of
• 34:35
Speaker 1: the deplorable conduct that led to Mr. Epstein's conviction, the
• 34:39
Speaker 1: spokesperson said. All of these people with the same story. Oh,
• 34:47
Speaker 1: we had no idea what was going on. I had
• 34:49
Speaker 1: no clue. There were no signs. Jeff's just a really
• 34:54
Speaker 1: good-looking guy, you know, Brad Pitt-esque, and the girls are
• 34:58
Speaker 1: all over him. A regular old Casanova. Yeah, maybe if
• 35:02
Speaker 1: you're blind. Two decades ago, Epstein would have been indistinguishable
• 35:09
Speaker 1: from the dozens of celebrity clients who flocked to Fakai's
• 35:13
Speaker 1: Upper East Side Salon. Fakai, a charismatic co-worker, Known for
• 35:17
Speaker 1: his boyish good looks, opened his first salon in 1988
• 35:22
Speaker 1: and rose quickly from unknown French hairdresser to stylist to
• 35:25
Speaker 1: the stars. Oh, another Frenchman, huh? I'm wondering, does he
• 35:30
Speaker 1: know Jean-Luc Brunel? I wonder how close they are. He
• 35:36
Speaker 1: styled celebrities like Demi Moore. Jodie Foster and Meryl Streep
• 35:40
Speaker 1: for the red carpet, and was credited with giving Hillary
• 35:44
Speaker 1: Clinton her signature short-layer do. Oh, another tie, huh? Just
• 35:48
Speaker 1: another coincidence that Hillary Clinton used to go there as well, right?
• 35:52
Speaker 1: All these stars went there, Bobby, alright? What are you
• 35:54
Speaker 1: talking about? Okay, just a coincidence. A 2005 New York
• 36:00
Speaker 1: Times article listed cuts at Fakai's salon, which could run
• 36:04
Speaker 1: up to $ 750 apiece... as one of the many upsides
• 36:08
Speaker 1: for Epstein's personal assistants. Yeah, so, you know, there was
• 36:13
Speaker 1: no relationship there. He just sent them down to Fakai's because,
• 36:19
Speaker 1: why not? Such BS. Obviously, Epstein and Fakai were a
• 36:26
Speaker 1: lot closer than is being stated. Obviously, they had a friendship. Obviously,
• 36:33
Speaker 1: they were boys. Just like with Leon Black and Jess
• 36:37
Speaker 1: Staley and the rest of these people who act like
• 36:40
Speaker 1: they weren't friendly with Jeffrey Epstein. Well, it comes to
• 36:45
Speaker 1: a point in time when they can no longer deny that.
• 36:48
Speaker 1: So they move into another form of denial, right? Oh, well,
• 36:53
Speaker 1: I might have known him, but I had no idea
• 36:54
Speaker 1: what he was doing. How many times are we going
• 36:57
Speaker 1: to hear that same broken record from different people? In
• 37:04
Speaker 1: addition to the rich payday, he also ladles on the perks,
• 37:08
Speaker 1: the article said, of the financier, pedophile. He maintains a
• 37:12
Speaker 1: charge account at Frederick Fakai, the society hairdresser for their
• 37:16
Speaker 1: unlimited use, and pays for all food eaten during his
• 37:19
Speaker 1: lengthy business hours, including takeout from Le Cirque. Oh, fancy. Mr.
• 37:26
Speaker 1: Fancy Pants over here. So again, He is close enough
• 37:31
Speaker 1: to the Fakai brand that he has a charge account
• 37:34
Speaker 1: with them. That's not for normal people. That's for big shots, right?
• 37:40
Speaker 1: And when you're a big shot, you better believe the
• 37:42
Speaker 1: owner of the product that you're purchasing certainly knows your name,
• 37:45
Speaker 1: certainly knows who you are, and certainly comes out from
• 37:48
Speaker 1: the back room to greet you when you show up
• 37:50
Speaker 1: at the shop. Furthermore, You can't get away from the
• 37:57
Speaker 1: fact that Fakai was sending his hairdressers down to Palm
• 38:00
Speaker 1: Beach for Epstein. But Fakai and Epstein appeared to be
• 38:06
Speaker 1: closer than just stylist and client. The pedophile had 16
• 38:11
Speaker 1: numbers for Fakai in his black book of contacts, including
• 38:15
Speaker 1: the hairdresser's home number, his French cell phone, and a
• 38:18
Speaker 1: number for his assistant. Flight logs show Fakai flew on
• 38:22
Speaker 1: Epstein's private plane at least twice in 2000 and 2002,
• 38:26
Speaker 1: along with Epstein's alleged madam, Ghislaine Maxwell, and his shady
• 38:32
Speaker 1: model scout pal, Jean-Luc Brunel. They're both in jail, by
• 38:36
Speaker 1: the way, okay, for human trafficking. All right? Epstein's dead.
• 38:41
Speaker 1: Charged with human trafficking. But Fakai knows nothing. He's around
• 38:45
Speaker 1: all of these people. He's flying on the plane with
• 38:47
Speaker 1: these people, but he knows nothing. And it was just
• 38:52
Speaker 1: a business relationship, according to him. Yeah? Why you on
• 38:55
Speaker 1: that plane there, chief? What are you doing flying around
• 38:58
Speaker 1: on Jeffrey Epstein's plane if you guys are not homies?
• 39:07
Speaker 1: Simone Banos, a longtime friend of Fakai, told the Daily
• 39:11
Speaker 1: Beast that Epstein and Fakai ran in similar New York
• 39:14
Speaker 1: social circles, but said she couldn't imagine the hairdresser staying
• 39:17
Speaker 1: friends with Epstein. after he was convicted of soliciting a
• 39:21
Speaker 1: minor for prostitution and accused by dozens more of sexual assault.
• 39:25
Speaker 1: You know, people always say that, right? And, I, you know,
• 39:29
Speaker 1: I'd want to think that about my friends too. Nah,
• 39:32
Speaker 1: that might, no way. No way Jason did that. But
• 39:38
Speaker 1: we don't know what people do when those doors are closed.
• 39:42
Speaker 1: Everybody has two faces, right? The face they present to
• 39:44
Speaker 1: the public and then their true face. So you never know.
• 39:50
Speaker 1: and for people to come out and say, oh, well,
• 39:54
Speaker 1: there's no way. I just, I find that ridiculous, honestly.
• 39:58
Speaker 1: Unless you spent every waking moment with the person, you know,
• 40:02
Speaker 1: there's a lot of allegations here. A spokesperson for Fakai
• 40:12
Speaker 1: said the hairdresser had a very limited acquaintance with Epstein,
• 40:15
Speaker 1: who was known to aggressively cultivate celebrities. He was not
• 40:19
Speaker 1: Epstein's friend. Or his stylist. No, not at all. No,
• 40:23
Speaker 1: not at all. No. And another thing. He was known
• 40:26
Speaker 1: to cultivate... What does that say about celebrities and stylists
• 40:31
Speaker 1: and politicians? A bunch of jackwagons who all they see
• 40:37
Speaker 1: in their eyes are dollar signs and they don't care
• 40:39
Speaker 1: where they come from. Do we have to establish that
• 40:43
Speaker 1: any more solidly? Frederick is disgusted and sickened by Epstein's activities,
• 40:51
Speaker 1: which no one was aware of in 2000 and 2002,
• 40:55
Speaker 1: when Frederick accepted a ride on his jet, except that
• 40:57
Speaker 1: girls were being abused at that point. What other girls
• 41:01
Speaker 1: were on those planes while you were on those planes, Frederick?
• 41:05
Speaker 1: How many of those girls were being abused at the
• 41:07
Speaker 1: time you were on those planes, Frederick? Maybe not right
• 41:12
Speaker 1: then at that moment, Frederick, but how many? of those
• 41:17
Speaker 1: girls who were being transported across state lines to be abused,
• 41:21
Speaker 1: were you hanging out with? Had he been aware, he
• 41:27
Speaker 1: would have never boarded that plane, let alone with his
• 41:30
Speaker 1: five-year-old son, his son's nanny, and his girlfriend at the time,
• 41:35
Speaker 1: another one who brings his family up, huh? Here's an idea.
• 41:39
Speaker 1: Stop it. But four former Fakai employees said Epstein remained
• 41:44
Speaker 1: a regular at the salon... even after his 2008 conviction.
• 41:49
Speaker 1: Three of these employees were called Epstein, bringing a rotating
• 41:52
Speaker 1: cast of tall, beautiful, and suspiciously young-looking women with him
• 41:57
Speaker 1: for monthly appointments. So, you notice how it's like the
• 42:01
Speaker 1: normal folks that work in these establishments who say, yeah,
• 42:05
Speaker 1: those girls look young, man. Shit did not sit well
• 42:08
Speaker 1: with me. Those are the normal people, you know, like us.
• 42:11
Speaker 1: We look at this shit and we're like, yeah, something's
• 42:13
Speaker 1: a little off here. But again, these people, it's commonplace
• 42:17
Speaker 1: for them. That's how they live their lives. They all
• 42:19
Speaker 1: think that they're like 10th century dukes and everybody's living
• 42:24
Speaker 1: in their duchy and they can do whatever the hell
• 42:25
Speaker 1: they want. The fourth employee remembered Epstein bringing women in
• 42:32
Speaker 1: with him, but could not recall details of their interactions.
• 42:36
Speaker 1: The financier, pedophile, paid for the women's haircuts and dye
• 42:39
Speaker 1: jobs from his house account, the employee said, and either
• 42:43
Speaker 1: he or or a female associate, dictated exactly how their
• 42:47
Speaker 1: hair was styled. In between services, the women sat on
• 42:52
Speaker 1: Epstein's lap or stroked his hair, in full view of
• 42:55
Speaker 1: hundreds of guests of Fakai's 9,000-square-foot hair emporium. It was
• 43:01
Speaker 1: very out there in the open, one former employee said.
• 43:04
Speaker 1: Everyone knew. No shit, everyone knew. Thanks for being honest,
• 43:08
Speaker 1: at least, in saying everyone knew. So... A female associate
• 43:17
Speaker 1: dictated exactly how their hair was styled? I wonder who
• 43:20
Speaker 1: that female associate was. Sarah Kellen Vickers is my guess,
• 43:24
Speaker 1: or Ghislaine Maxwell. One of the two. He didn't give
• 43:31
Speaker 1: an F, another former employee said. He was coming in
• 43:36
Speaker 1: like he was running the show. He didn't care. And
• 43:38
Speaker 1: this is after his first conviction, remember. Epstein came in
• 43:41
Speaker 1: there brazenly with these young girls and did whatever he wanted.
• 43:45
Speaker 1: boarded the planes with these young girls... even after his arrest...
• 43:48
Speaker 1: and according to Denise George... he was still abusing these
• 43:51
Speaker 1: young girls... after his arrest. So Mr. Fakai.
• 43:58
Speaker 1: You got a lot to answer for... you smarmy son
• 44:00
Speaker 1: of a bitch. Several of the former employees... told the
• 44:06
Speaker 1: Daily Beast... they asked not to work with Epstein... or
• 44:09
Speaker 1: the women he brought in... after his conviction. But they
• 44:12
Speaker 1: also said... they did not want to complain too much...
• 44:14
Speaker 1: because it was clear Epstein was friendly with Fakai, and
• 44:18
Speaker 1: because they could not tell if something illegal was going on. So,
• 44:21
Speaker 1: do you blame them? I mean, if I owned a
• 44:26
Speaker 1: hairdressing shop, a hairstylist, and Jeffrey Epstein walked in, and
• 44:30
Speaker 1: one of my employees said, hey, look, Bobby, I'm not
• 44:32
Speaker 1: comfortable working with this guy. I wouldn't work with him.
• 44:37
Speaker 1: Pretty simple. I mean, obviously, as an owner, I would
• 44:39
Speaker 1: never let Epstein in my establishment. I'm just saying of
• 44:42
Speaker 1: any client, right? If you're an employer and your employee
• 44:46
Speaker 1: comes to you with that sort of issue, you have
• 44:49
Speaker 1: to take note. And not only take note, you have
• 44:51
Speaker 1: to take action if you're a good manager or a
• 44:53
Speaker 1: good owner. I know me in a management position. I
• 44:56
Speaker 1: would do everything in my power to protect my employees
• 44:59
Speaker 1: from a shitty situation. The thing is, we can never
• 45:05
Speaker 1: tell how old the girls were, one former employee said.
• 45:08
Speaker 1: They came in heels, makeup, They were all way too
• 45:11
Speaker 1: young for him. But legal? You didn't always know. And
• 45:15
Speaker 1: that's definitely a problem too, right? We don't. How do
• 45:17
Speaker 1: you know? I live in Las Vegas. Home of the
• 45:20
Speaker 1: young lady that looks like she's 30. You can't tell
• 45:24
  Speaker 1: who's 16 or 30 these days. Especially if they're getting
• 45:27
Speaker 1: all dolled up by Jeffrey Epstein's stylists. One thing is certain.
• 45:34
Speaker 1: Epstein was running around with a bunch of young girls
• 45:37
Speaker 1: that he should not have been running around with.
• 45:39
  Speaker 2: Point blank. Period.
• 45:42
Speaker 1: But he was a pig no matter what the employee added. Fair.
• 45:46
  Speaker 2: Very fair.
• 45:47
Speaker 1: That's a good way to explain Jeffrey Epstein. Straight and
• 45:52
Speaker 1: to the point, huh?
• 45:52
Speaker 2: He was a pig.
• 45:56
Speaker 1: In Palm Beach, the ritzy vacation town where Epstein was
• 45:58
Speaker 1: first charged, Fakai employees said Stylist made regular house calls
• 46:03
Speaker 1: to the financier, pedophile, in the same $ 2. 5 million estate
• 46:07
Speaker 1: where he spent his year-long house arrest. So again, They
• 46:12
Speaker 1: were coming down to Florida, folks. This wasn't just like, oh,
• 46:15
Speaker 1: I got a stylist in New York, I got me
• 46:17
Speaker 1: one in Florida, my preferred stylist, blah, blah, blah. No,
• 46:20
Speaker 1: it wasn't that. One stylist said he was first introduced
• 46:26
Speaker 1: to Epstein by Fakai himself at the New York salon
• 46:30
Speaker 1: and started cutting Epstein's hair at his Palm Beach home
• 46:33
Speaker 1: in 2012. Three current and former co-workers confirmed that they
• 46:38
Speaker 1: had heard the stylist talk about these trips. So... For
• 46:41
Speaker 1: the Fakai folks to come out and act like they
• 46:43
Speaker 1: weren't close with Epstein is just bupkis. Absolute BS. And
• 46:47
Speaker 1: if you're lying about that, what else are you lying about?
• 46:52
Speaker 1: Paging the FBI. Paging the department of just us. Paging
• 46:57
Speaker 1: Maureen Comey. Is anybody going to take a look at
• 46:59
Speaker 1: this shit or no? No big deal. We don't want to,
• 47:02
Speaker 1: you know, is it a point where we've... We've went
• 47:05
Speaker 1: far enough, is that how the prosecution feels? And we're
• 47:08
Speaker 1: no longer going to push the envelope? We'll give them
• 47:11
Speaker 1: a little red meat and that's where it'll stop? Well,
• 47:14
Speaker 1: I don't know about you folks, but that's just an
• 47:17
Speaker 1: appetizer for me. I'm hungry. The stylist said he often
• 47:23
Speaker 1: spoke with Sarah Kellen and Leslie Groff, two of Epstein's
• 47:26
Speaker 1: assistants who have been accused of recruiting girls for his
• 47:28
Speaker 1: sexual massages, but never saw anything that aroused his suspicions.
• 47:34
Speaker 1: An attorney for Groff said she never engaged in any
• 47:36
Speaker 1: misconduct during her employment with Epstein. Oh, yeah, you know,
• 47:41
  Speaker 1: that's believable.
• 47:42
Speaker 2: How about this, Ms. Groff?
• 47:43
Speaker 1: Under oath, let's hear the same statements. Let's see the
• 47:48
Speaker 1: same vim and vigor. Any girls that I saw that
• 47:53
Speaker 1: were there, I always found them very educated, very smart,
• 47:56
Speaker 1: very articulate, he told the Daily Beast. When I was
• 48:00
Speaker 1: there for the hour, hour and a half, he was
• 48:02
Speaker 1: a gentleman. Look, again, face for the world, and then
• 48:07
Speaker 1: a face in private. And some of those faces in
• 48:11
Speaker 1: private are the faces of legit demons. And that's what
• 48:14
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein certainly was, folks. As close to an evil
• 48:18
Speaker 1: entity as you possibly can get. A Fakai brand spokesperson
• 48:25
Speaker 1: said the company completed an exhaustive review of its records
• 48:28
Speaker 1: and found no receipts for house calls to Epstein's residences. Oh,
• 48:31
Speaker 1: that's likely. So all these employees are lying. For what?
• 48:35
Speaker 1: What do they have to gain to be lying about this?
• 48:38
Speaker 1: Flip that around, what does Fakai have to gain about lying?
• 48:42
Speaker 1: A whole bunch, doesn't he? If a stylist did make
• 48:46
Speaker 1: a house call to one of his homes, he or
• 48:48
Speaker 1: she did not do so as an employee of the company,
• 48:50
Speaker 1: the spokesperson said. Plausible deniability. This case is riddled with it.
• 48:56
Speaker 1: And all of these people think they're going to get
• 48:58
Speaker 1: away with it, with their little canned statements and their
• 49:01
  Speaker 1: cute words.
• 49:03
Speaker 2: That ship has sailed, folks.
• 49:04
Speaker 1: Nobody wants to hear that shit. We want something of substance.
• 49:12
Speaker 1: You're going to have to really make a comment with
• 49:14
Speaker 1: some substance. Really what you need to do is speak
• 49:18
Speaker 1: to the FBI. What the stylists did not know was
• 49:24
Speaker 1: the extent of their company's financial relationship with Les Wexner,
• 49:29
Speaker 1: Epstein's only known client. And there is another rub, right?
• 49:33
Speaker 1: What do you think? Epstein was paying for these haircuts?
• 49:35
  Speaker 2: Yeah, right.
• 49:36
Speaker 1: Once good old Crypt Keeper Les Wexner said, pump some
• 49:40
Speaker 1: cash in, that means Epstein also has his hooks in.
• 49:43
Speaker 1: So the freebies start rolling in for Epstein. He was
• 49:46
Speaker 1: definitely one of those guys, right? Money bursting out of
• 49:50
Speaker 1: his pockets, but never wanting to put his fingers in
• 49:54
Speaker 1: his pocket to pull a dollar bill out. Dude had
• 49:58
Speaker 1: short arms, but deep pockets. Wexner is, was, the CEO
• 50:04
Speaker 1: of L Brands, which owns brands like Victoria's Secret and
• 50:07
Speaker 1: Bath & Body Works, and had an agreement to run
• 50:11
Speaker 1: upmarket stores under the CEO Bigelow name. He first hired
• 50:15
Speaker 1: Epstein as his personal financial advisor, but eventually handed over
• 50:19
Speaker 1: an uncommon amount of money and power to the relatively
• 50:22
Speaker 1: unknown Money Man. And, sounds familiar, right? Who else did that? Mr.
• 50:27
Speaker 1: Leon Black? So why would two of the most powerful
• 50:30
Speaker 1: people in the world Financially speaking, Les Wexner and Leon
• 50:35
Speaker 1: Black had the keys to the castle to Jeffrey Epstein.
• 50:39
Speaker 1: With Leon Black, well, I suspect it had to do
• 50:42
Speaker 1: with Leon Black's own sexual problems. With Les Wexner, well,
• 50:50
Speaker 1: that story is still untold. Among other things, Wexner gave
• 50:56
Speaker 1: Epstein full power of attorney and reportedly donated more than
• 51:00
Speaker 1: $ 10 million to Epstein's charity, through his personal foundation. That
• 51:04
Speaker 1: money needs to be looked at. That money went through
• 51:06
Speaker 1: those offshore companies and there is so much more to
• 51:10
Speaker 1: uncover in the financial realm of this story.
• 51:14
Speaker 2: I really wish some.
• 51:15
Speaker 1: Of these outlets would go hard. Where's the Wall Street
• 51:18
Speaker 1: Journal when you need them? Several of Epstein's accusers have
• 51:24
Speaker 1: claimed the financier, pedophile, posed as a Victoria's Secret talent
• 51:28
Speaker 1: scout in order to lure them into hotel rooms and
• 51:31
Speaker 1: assault them. Wexner claims he had no personal knowledge of
• 51:34
Speaker 1: Epstein's impropriety and cut ties with him in 2007 when
• 51:38
Speaker 1: the allegations against him emerged. Such BS. Such absolute BS.
• 51:44
Speaker 1: And Les Wexner has nowhere near answered these questions in
• 51:52
Speaker 1: a manner that is fitting the charges. And he's been,
• 51:58
Speaker 1: they've just let him get away with it. Nobody's putting
• 52:00
Speaker 1: him up against the ropes. Nobody's going hard, there's no
• 52:04
Speaker 1: reporters camped out in front of his house looking for answers.
• 52:07
Speaker 1: It's almost like they don't care. Almost like they want
• 52:10
Speaker 1: to ignore the Les Wexner aspect of this story. That
• 52:14
Speaker 1: makes me wonder why. Fakai first entered Wexner's orbit in 2004,
• 52:22
Speaker 1: when Bath & Body Works and C.O. Bigelow began selling
• 52:25
Speaker 1: his line of home hair care products, which had until
• 52:29
Speaker 1: then been sold only in high-end retailers... like Neiman Marcus.
• 52:33
Speaker 1: One former Fakai executive told the Daily Beast that she
• 52:36
Speaker 1: advised against the deal, thinking it would diminish the brand's status,
• 52:40
Speaker 1: but that Fakai was set on it. It wouldn't have
• 52:43
Speaker 1: happened if Frederick wasn't behind it, and of that, I'm certain,
• 52:47
Speaker 1: the executive said. So, I'm guessing that Epstein facilitated this, folks.
• 52:52
Speaker 1: I don't have any evidence of that, but Occam's razor
• 52:55
Speaker 1: and all, right? My guess is Epstein... set up this arrangement,
• 52:59
Speaker 1: facilitated it, middle-manned it, and ended up with a pretty
• 53:03
Speaker 1: penny out of it. The following year, private equity company
• 53:08
Speaker 1: Catterton Partners issued a celebratory press release announcing it had
• 53:12
Speaker 1: taken a majority stake in Frederick Fakai Incorporated. What the
• 53:17
Speaker 1: press release did not mention was that Catterton was backed
• 53:21
Speaker 1: in part by L Brands. In fact, both the L
• 53:24
Speaker 1: Brands executive and a former Fakai executive said Wexner had
• 53:28
Speaker 1: considered buying the hair product company outright. Oh, yeah, you know,
• 53:33
Speaker 1: out of all the companies, huh? This is the one.
• 53:36
Speaker 1: You didn't want to buy Vidal Sassoon or Paul Mitchell
• 53:40
Speaker 1: or insert product here. It was just Frederick Fakai's brand, huh? Okay,
• 53:45
Speaker 1: just a coincidence. L Brands did not have a direct investment,

Speaker 1: but did participate in a private equity fund, which had
• 53:53
Speaker 1: stakes in a number of companies, including a controlling interest
• 53:56
Speaker 1: in Fakai. a spokesperson for Fakai Brands told the Daily Beast.
• 54:01
Speaker 1: L Brands never wound up buying Fakai's company. Instead, the
• 54:05
Speaker 1: company was purchased in 2005 by Procter & Gamble for
• 54:09
Speaker 1: a reported $ 440 million. The company, known for producing drugstore
• 54:15
Speaker 1: standbys like Pantene and Herbal Essence, tried and failed to
• 54:19
Speaker 1: introduce Fakai's product line to a mass market audience, dropping
• 54:23
Speaker 1: its price point as well as its prestige. Look, man,
• 54:30
Speaker 1: I never understand these kinds of moves. When you have
• 54:34
Speaker 1: store brands like Herbal Essence and Pantene, their parent company
• 54:39
Speaker 1: dives in and tries to buy a luxury product. Why
• 54:42
Speaker 1: not just stick with the niche market that you've worked
• 54:45
Speaker 1: with for so long and you've excelled in? You don't
• 54:48
Speaker 1: see Hyundai trying to buy a Bentley or a Rolls-Royce division,
• 54:54
Speaker 1: do you? No, they do what they know how to do.
• 54:59
Speaker 1: P & G eventually sold the company to designer perfumes
• 55:03
Speaker 1: and luxe brands at an estimated $ 390 million loss. Yikes.
• 55:08
Speaker 1: Talk about a bad business decision. A lawsuit filed by
• 55:13
Speaker 1: Fakai employees this year claimed the luxe brands had mismanaged
• 55:17
Speaker 1: the company and degraded the brand, turning its flagship location
• 55:21
Speaker 1: into a mall salon that does not offer the same
• 55:24
Speaker 1: luxurious environment that the clients had grown accustomed to. So
• 55:28
Speaker 1: Fakai made his dough, took a cash grab, dipped out,
• 55:32
Speaker 1: and according to employees, the place went from a unique,
• 55:37
Speaker 1: top-of-the-line salon to your typical, you know, Walmart mall-style hairstylist joint.
• 55:45
Speaker 1: Fakai's three changes of ownership in 10 years and two
• 55:48
Speaker 1: changes of ownership in only three years, among other things,
• 55:52
Speaker 1: have made it difficult for plaintiffs to feel comfortable having
• 55:55
Speaker 1: a long-term future at Fakai. the plaintiffs wrote, the lawsuit
• 55:59
Speaker 1: was settled out of court. I don't know too much
• 56:02
Speaker 1: about that, so I won't even try and dig deeper there.
• 56:05
Speaker 1: Last winter, Fakai bought his company back from designer perfumes
• 56:10
Speaker 1: and luxe brands for an undisclosed sum, something he had
• 56:13
Speaker 1: reportedly been hoping to do for some time.
• 56:16
Speaker 2: In an interview with Women's.
• 56:18
Speaker 1: Wear Daily, Fakai said he was eager to be in
• 56:21
Speaker 1: the driver's seat and expand his brand internationally and online.
• 56:25
Speaker 1: The brand needs a leader, he said. Someone who knows
• 56:28
Speaker 1: what they're doing. Who the team can respect. Well, you
• 56:32
Speaker 1: could start gaining that respect by speaking to the FBI
• 56:35
Speaker 1: about Jeffrey Epstein. You know, that's one way to do it.
• 56:40
Speaker 1: You know, I wonder if the FBI has even tried
• 56:42
Speaker 1: to have a sit down with this guy yet. Those
• 56:46
Speaker 1: are all the things that could be happening behind the
• 56:47
Speaker 1: scenes that we don't know anything about. Or, none of
• 56:50
Speaker 1: it could be happening. As the trial gets closer, and
• 56:58
Speaker 1: we move into a different phase of this investigation and
• 57:02
Speaker 1: this case, hopefully that will start to provide some more clarity.
