Welcome to Nate's Daily Wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This Nate's Daily Wager for
• 0:26
November 19th, 2023. Great win for us yesterday.
• 0:30
Just as expected, Jacksonville State took it to them.
• 0:35
Blew their doors off, blew their doors off, blew their load,
• 0:39
blowed their doors off or maybe just blew their doors off.
• 0:43
Anyways, great win, I thought more than 10 and it was a lot
• 0:48
more than 10. It was like in the 40s.
• 0:50
So take that win. It's good to have that.
• 0:54
Let's move forward today to the pros and looking across this
• 0:59
slate, There's a lot of sleeper games today, and this one, of
• 1:04
course, isn't a great matchup that anybody's clamoring for.
• 1:08
It's Chargers taking down the Packers.
• 1:11
Now here's the thing. Chargers have a decent offense,
• 1:15
but I think the Packers have a better defense.
• 1:19
So I think the Packers defense is going to be able to negate
• 1:23
and pretty much hold the Chargers offense in check.
• 1:27
Now on the other side of the ball, the Chargers defense
• 1:29
sucks, but there's no way that the Packers offense is anywhere
• 1:35
equipped to do anything against anyone, even a crappy team like
• 1:40
the Chargers. So I'm sitting here, I'm looking
• 1:43
at the total. It's sitting at 43 1/2 and I'm
• 1:46
thinking, yeah, that's going to stay under.
• 1:48
I don't think either team is going to be able to move the
• 1:50
ball, one because of ineptness, the other one because of a
• 1:53
defensive. And so we're going to take the
• 1:56
  under. So we're going under 43, 1/2
• 1:59
total points between the Packers and Chargers in today's NFL
• 2:03
football action. So anything better than that?
• 2:05
Found it. That's my pick and I'm sticking
• 2:07
to it. And Vinny's got something for
• 2:10
you and Gaffer's there off playing other games, I guess.
• 2:15
I don't know. It's like a bye week for the
• 2:17
whole league, like everybody. Yeah, it's called Vinny.
• 2:29
It's Week 11 and I'm back back with my lock of the week.
• 2:34
I think I'm like 7 and three of the season, so if you haven't
• 2:37
jumped on the Cousin Vinny train yet, you better get on it.
• 2:41
All aboard. We're heading to the bank.
• 2:44
Bring your cash, bring your money.
• 2:46
Take it to the bank and lock it up.
• 2:48
All right, so here we are, Week 11, and Cousin Vinny's got his
• 2:52
winner for you. All season, we've been kind of
• 2:55
bouncing around with the Texans. We originally liked the Texans
• 2:58
earlier in the season as being an undervalued pick a couple
• 3:03
weeks there, but now the tides have turned.
• 3:06
CJ Strauss is an MVP candidate. He's a hero.
• 3:09
He's pulled off a couple big wins.
• 3:12
Hey, great job. But guess what?
• 3:14
He's going up against a Cardinals team that is on
• 3:17
resurgence with the return of the quarterback.
• 3:20
They're starting running back their offensive line, they're
• 3:24
they got nothing to lose and I think they're going to give the
• 3:27
the Texans a tough match up here with their defense being banged
• 3:32
up, the spread sitting about five and a half, six points.
• 3:36
Would love to get it. Six points if you want to play a
• 3:40
sure thing. Take the six points, but if you
• 3:43
want to get a little frisky with it, take the money line, which
• 3:46
is sitting just north of 200. But we're the official Cousin
• 3:52
Vinnie pick. We're going to go with the cards
• 3:55
getting six points. Kyler, Murray, Connor.
• 4:00
Offensive lines can be too much for the Texans defense.
• 4:05
Take the six points easy money, take it to the bank and lock it
• 4:09
up. So until next week, Cousin
• 4:12
Vinny, your luck of the week. Don't forget to rate, review,
