- 0:15Speaker 1: Let's go to Dave in Chicago. Dave, how you doing?
- 0:19Speaker 3: Good morning, Mark. I'm doing very well, thank you, and
- 0:22Speaker 3: I'm speaking to you with my brand new iPhone seventeen Promax. Yes,
- 0:28Speaker 3: and it's wonderful.
- 0:29Speaker 1: It can barely hear you.
- 0:32Speaker 4: Oh, I'm kidding.
- 0:32Speaker 3: I'm kiding.
- 0:33Speaker 1: I'm kidding. It works fine, it sounds great.
- 0:36Speaker 3: Oh okay, thank god, I'm terribly sorry.
- 0:38Speaker 1: No, it sounds good.
- 0:39Speaker 3: Listen, Mark. President Biden tried to lower gas prices at
- 0:44Speaker 3: one point in his administration by tapping into the Strategic
- 0:47Speaker 3: Oil Reserve.
- 0:49Speaker 1: It was a gimmick.
- 0:50Speaker 3: We all know it. Has that inventory been replaced, I
- 0:55Speaker 3: don't think so.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Not yet. It's replaced a little on a regular basis.
- 0:59Speaker 1: But what President Trump does, now, maybe he did do
- 1:02Speaker 1: this when the prices get really low, he goes and
- 1:04Speaker 1: buys a ton of it and fills up the reserve.
- 1:06Speaker 1: So he'll do that soon. Now It's not a big
- 1:08Speaker 1: problem for us because we produce our own oil. Now
- 1:12Speaker 1: we are totally energy independent. In fact, we export oil.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Now that's how much we have. But good question. Let's
- 1:18Speaker 1: go to John and Long Island. John, how you doing fine?
- 1:25Speaker 1: I love your shows.
- 1:26Speaker 4: I just want to know if could you hear me?
- 1:29Speaker 1: Yes, I just want to hate people. Call what the
- 1:33Speaker 1: TV on? And you can hear it in the background.
- 1:35Speaker 1: Isn't that a radio? It's great to have the radio,
- 1:41Speaker 1: but it seemed to be on another station. But okay,
- 1:43Speaker 1: go ahead.
- 1:46Speaker 4: Anyway.
- 1:46Speaker 3: Uh, I just want to know if you could alert
- 1:49Speaker 3: your people about us.
- 1:51Speaker 1: I will, okay, thank you for calling. I'll alert them.
- 1:56Speaker 1: He's got the radio background. Anyway. Let's go to Rich
- 2:01Speaker 1: in Myrtle Beach. Rich how you doing?
- 2:03Speaker 2: I don't know how to follow that one. I don't know.
- 2:05Speaker 2: It's uh unbelievable.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Alert my people? Which people is he talking about? Who
- 2:11Speaker 1: supposed to alert?
- 2:13Speaker 2: I maybe putting the back signal up or something. I
- 2:14Speaker 2: don't know, but uh, you know, I called both Lindsay
- 2:18Speaker 2: Graham and Tim Scott's office this weekend and left messages,
- 2:22Speaker 2: and I spoke to him again this morning. You know,
- 2:24Speaker 2: you talk to the flunkeys in your office. Nobody has
- 2:26Speaker 2: no idea what WTI oil is. Nobody has any idea
- 2:30Speaker 2: why the price of oil has gone up, even though
- 2:33Speaker 2: we're totally oil independent in this country. But getting to
- 2:36Speaker 2: the thing about the singles. You know, I play in
- 2:38Speaker 2: a band and a lot of people here in Myrtle
- 2:39Speaker 2: Beach is a tourist town. The amount of singles we
- 2:42Speaker 2: get as tips in a night. I can walk out
- 2:44Speaker 2: of the fifty to sixty singles and I bring them
- 2:46Speaker 2: down to the ice cream parl because they're always begging
- 2:48Speaker 2: for small building. But this wt oil thing is just
- 2:51Speaker 2: a money grab. And up the road, I know what's going.
- 2:54Speaker 1: On where Myrtle Beach. Yet they still use Myrtle Beaches.
- 2:57Speaker 1: You people still use singles down there. Up here, everybody
- 3:00Speaker 1: uses their phone to pay for everything. You know what
- 3:04Speaker 1: the problem is when you call a senator's office, the
- 3:08Speaker 1: people that work there, you don't realize this. They're all
- 3:10Speaker 1: twenty five years old. They're all in there twice, everybody
- 3:13Speaker 1: that works there. In fact, the senator never does anything.
- 3:16Speaker 1: It's these twenty sumthings.
- 3:17Speaker 2: They write the bills, his messages.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Well, first, they're not going to give him a message
- 3:22Speaker 1: when you called. Do you think they can care at
- 3:23Speaker 1: all do you think they give a When you care,
- 3:28Speaker 1: you call and say listen, I like to make a donation.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Twelve people will jump right on the phone. If you
- 3:32Speaker 1: track you call, I have a complaint. Nobody's listening. Nobody.
- 3:36Speaker 1: He's looking at his phone while you're talking. But thanks
- 3:38Speaker 1: for calling. Everybody works in every office, Congressional office, Senate
- 3:43Speaker 1: office house. They're all in their twenties and they do
- 3:45Speaker 1: all the work. They write the bills, they do all
- 3:47Speaker 1: the stuff while the Senator is tied up all day
- 3:50Speaker 1: and night fundraising. They do everything else. Let's go to
- 3:54Speaker 1: Vincent and Brooklyn. Vincent, how you doing?
- 3:56Speaker 4: Good morning? Mock bom Okay, Rich, I hope you're doing
- 4:00Speaker 4: at it which you'll let uh. Mark. I did that
- 4:02Speaker 4: with Nicole malea taxas office when she voted against Trump
- 4:06Speaker 4: a couple of years ago. I called up her office
- 4:08Speaker 4: and said, I want to make a contribution. You watch
- 4:12Speaker 4: how fast I spoke to somebody higher up and then
- 4:15Speaker 4: I lit into them. Hey, Mark, what do you mean?
- 4:17Speaker 4: Nobody uses cash, Nobody uses dollars.
- 4:20Speaker 1: Normal people talking about normal that's all I use. We're
- 4:22Speaker 1: talking about normal people, not you. We're talking about normal people.
- 4:25Speaker 1: Some people have to use cash order. They're up too,
- 4:28Speaker 1: But Mark, you use cash.
- 4:30Speaker 4: You got one of those my name.
- 4:32Speaker 1: But you got a lot of cash. One of those
- 4:33Speaker 1: big broccoli rubber bands around it.
- 4:36Speaker 4: It's all I, It's all I carry Mark Mark. I
- 4:40Speaker 4: thought it was the absolute master stroke. Cause Donald Trump
- 4:43Speaker 4: yesterday when he said he's going to find the money
- 4:47Speaker 4: to fund the TSA, He's going to sign an executive
- 4:50Speaker 4: order and he'll get the money from one of the
- 4:53Speaker 4: other He'll get it from one of the other places.
- 4:56Speaker 4: I want to see. The Democrats, of course, are going
- 4:58Speaker 4: to go to court. It's going to take a couple
- 4:59Speaker 4: of weeks before that happens. Their heads are gonna explode.
- 5:04Speaker 4: They're gonna go on TV. They're gonna call him every
- 5:07Speaker 4: name under the sun. They're gonna make commercials that Meanwhile,
- 5:10Speaker 4: while their head's exploding, the Republicans, Trump is gonna have commercials,
- 5:15Speaker 4: campaign commercials, Madia of them exploding and being against the
- 5:21Speaker 4: TSA workers. And then next year during the campaign season,
- 5:27Speaker 4: during this fall, he's gonna add the ads and they're
- 5:31Speaker 4: gonna look like complete fools that they are. When I
- 5:34Speaker 4: heard it last night, I said, this guy's a genius.
- 5:37Speaker 4: I can't believe this masterstroke. You go to President Trump,
- 5:41Speaker 4: you go, you're the man.
- 5:43Speaker 1: All right, Vincent, thanks for calling. Hey, we've got a
- 5:45Speaker 1: lot to get to.
- 5:46Speaker 2: Uh.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Oh, we'll talk to Steve Forbes next, always brilliant. Then
- 5:49Speaker 1: we'll talk to him, and we got a lot coming up.
