  Speaker 4: Well, I think the answer to that is that this

  Speaker 4: is a basin that has never been drilled. I mean,

  Speaker 4: we've known for 50 years where all the basins are,

  Speaker 4: and every single one of them have been drilled except
• 24:47
  Speaker 4: this one. And because there was a uranium mine out here,
• 24:52
  Speaker 4: and whenever Three Mile Island melted down, the– Burial Land
• 24:57
  Speaker 4: Management decided not to let anyone drill it until it
• 25:00
  Speaker 4: was reclamated. So three years ago, I got a call
• 25:03
  Speaker 4: because I did ultra. They wanted me to drill this.
• 25:06
  Speaker 4: And because they got the permit, the reclamation and the
• 25:09
  Speaker 4: mine was finished and we drilled it. And as they say,
• 25:12
  Speaker 4: the rest is history. It's certainly by far the biggest
• 25:15
  Speaker 4: thing I've ever found. And, you know, I'm not saying
• 25:19
  Speaker 4: it'll be, you know, $ 10, 000 will go to $ 13 million.
• 25:22
  Speaker 4: I can tell you with great confidence that it's an
• 25:25
  Speaker 4: order of magnitude bigger than the Pinedale Anticline and Jonah
• 25:29
  Speaker 4: Field and Ultra Petroleum.
• 25:30
  Speaker 2: I can tell you that. So let me ask a
• 25:33
  Speaker 2: simple question that maybe the average person at home would
• 25:36
  Speaker 2: ask right now. My average fan might ask right now.
• 25:39
  Speaker 2: which is how do you know this, Mark? Perhaps it's
• 25:42
  Speaker 2: the last base that hasn't been drilled because there's no
• 25:46
  Speaker 2: oil and gas there. How do you know it's going
• 25:48
  Speaker 2: to be this big?
• 25:50
  Speaker 4: Well, we've already drilled basically a third of the way
• 25:53
  Speaker 4: down in the sedimentary section. And that's how we know
• 25:57
  Speaker 4: because we have logs and tests on the wells that
• 26:00
  Speaker 4: we drill so far. So we already know that there's
• 26:04
  Speaker 4: overpressured gas zones, very much like a layer cake. And
• 26:08
  Speaker 4: because we have hundreds of miles of seismic and a
• 26:11
  Speaker 4: way to interpret that seismic that is called a synthetic,
• 26:16
  Speaker 4: we can see we've got enough room for up to
• 26:18
  Speaker 4: 500 wells that we can drill horizontally on what we've
• 26:22
  Speaker 4: already found. It's very exciting. We know the gas is there.
• 26:27
  Speaker 4: And it's just a matter of drilling up this field.
• 26:31
  Speaker 4: And as they say, the rest will be history.
• 26:34
  Speaker 2: What are your plans for drilling this year, right now?
• 26:38
  Speaker 4: Well, the key is we're going to be drilling this
• 26:40
  Speaker 4: year a deep well to test the deeper zones. And
• 26:45
  Speaker 4: some of those zones are we think are going to
• 26:47
  Speaker 4: be very similar to a lost soldier field, which I
• 26:51
  Speaker 4: named my company after that's already produced over 400 million
• 26:54
  Speaker 4: barrels of oil. So we expect to be able to
• 26:58
  Speaker 4: test as many as another eight or nine zones below
• 27:01
  Speaker 4: what we've already found. If what we just already found
• 27:05
  Speaker 4: was 500 locations, we've got a giant field already. But
• 27:09
  Speaker 4: we actually think there's more potential even below us.
• 27:13
  Speaker 2: So natural gas is what powers data centers. And if
• 27:16
  Speaker 2: you watch any financial media, you know that data centers
• 27:20
  Speaker 2: are the big rage in America. Everybody wants to build
• 27:23
  Speaker 2: data centers all over this country and all over the world.
• 27:27
  Speaker 2: You're planning a data center to be built right there
• 27:30
  Speaker 2: on your lost soldier property. Tell us about it.

  Speaker 4: Well, I think I just might mention, you know, besides me,
• 27:38
  Speaker 4: the gentleman by the name of Harold Hamm, that is
• 27:41
  Speaker 4: one of the most famous guys in the oil and
• 27:43
  Speaker 4: gas business, certainly the most famous in the Rocky Mountains,
• 27:46
  Speaker 4: just had a meeting in Tulsa, according to The Economist,
• 27:49
  Speaker 4: and got together with CEOs of large independents. And they
• 27:53
  Speaker 4: all agreed that gas and data centers is the future.
• 27:57
  Speaker 4: And it's my belief that this test case that we're
• 28:00
  Speaker 4: doing right now, being able to show economically with all
• 28:04
  Speaker 4: of the new science that has been developed, that we
• 28:07
  Speaker 4: will be able to open up a new business, the
• 28:09
  Speaker 4: deep overpressured gas business, that will be the source of
• 28:14
  Speaker 4: the supply for all of these data centers. No gas,
• 28:18
  Speaker 4: big gas production, no data centers. It's that simple. Now,
• 28:22
  Speaker 4: coal might provide a little, but mostly it's going to
• 28:24
  Speaker 4: be natural gas.
• 28:27
  Speaker 2: You and I had a chance to have dinner in
• 28:28
  Speaker 2: Las Vegas live and in person. You and I had
• 28:30
  Speaker 2: a chance to really get to know each other last week,
• 28:33
  Speaker 2: and I had a fantastic time. You're a brilliant guy.

  Speaker 2: You're a nice guy. You're a gentleman. You're a class act.

  Speaker 2: where the most natural gas in America's used, California. So

  Speaker 2: you could spend decades piping natural gas to California. Do

  Speaker 2: I have that right?

  Speaker 4: You absolutely do. The incredible thing is that the trunk
• 29:06
  Speaker 4: lines that go east and west to the east coast
• 29:09
  Speaker 4: and the west coast to California are about 50 miles
• 29:12
  Speaker 4: away at Womsetter. All we're doing right now is building
• 29:15
  Speaker 4: a pipeline, a five-mile pipeline, and we're going to be
• 29:19
  Speaker 4: drilling for the next 36 months. We expect to fill
• 29:22
  Speaker 4: that pipeline up with 15 to 20 wells, not 500s.
• 29:26
  Speaker 4: And then within five years, we expect to put a
• 29:30
  Speaker 4: 42 to a 46 inch line that would handle two
• 29:33
  Speaker 4: and a half to five BCF a day. And my
• 29:36
  Speaker 4: crystal ball says we'll be the biggest producer of natural
• 29:39
  Speaker 4: gas in the California.

  Speaker 2: All right. And you expect to go public as well.

  Speaker 2: That's in your plans and fairly quickly, right? Next couple
• 29:47
  Speaker 2: of years, you expect to be a public company like
• 29:49
  Speaker 2: Ultra Petroleum.

  Speaker 4: Well, that's exactly right. I think the key critical thing

  Speaker 4: is as soon as we fill that pipeline up and

  Speaker 4: we start building the 42 to the 46 inch line,

  Speaker 4: and we know we're going to have that gas production,

  Speaker 4: we're going to get a wonderful valuation in terms of

  Speaker 4: the stock market. And so Netherlands Sewell, who's the number

  Speaker 4: one energy company in the world that does valuations, is
• 30:13
  Speaker 4: going to do the work for us. Actually, my father
• 30:16
  Speaker 4: was their first client in the early 1950s for Texas
• 30:19
  Speaker 4: Oil and Gas. So Fred Sewell's 97. He's still alive.

  Speaker 4: They're going to do the they're going to do the

  Speaker 4: valuation and we're going to get credit for wells we
• 30:28
  Speaker 4: haven't even drilled whenever we do that engineer report. So

  Speaker 4: we expect it to be a very big IPO.
