- 2:04SPEAKER_01: Hello everyone and welcome back to the Abundant and Align Podcast.
- 2:07SPEAKER_01: As always, thank you so much for tuning in to another episode.
- 2:11SPEAKER_01: I'm really excited for today's episode.
- 2:13SPEAKER_01: As the intro just said to you guys, I have one of my clients with me, Chelsea.
- 2:19SPEAKER_01: And before we hit record, Chelsea, they've just heard a beautiful spill about your business and everything you've been doing.
- 2:24SPEAKER_01: So we're just gonna dive straight in.
- 2:27SPEAKER_01: Thank you for squeezing this into your very busy calendar at the moment.
- 2:32SPEAKER_01: I know you are in the middle of a launch, so I appreciate it.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: No, I'm so I would have made the time.
- 2:37SPEAKER_00: I'm so excited to be here.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: Thank you for having me.
- 2:39SPEAKER_01: Yay, and as you can tell, Chelsea's on the other side of the world.
- 2:42SPEAKER_01: We always laugh.
- 2:43SPEAKER_01: I'm in the morning, she's at night.
- 2:45SPEAKER_01: We are just on polar opposite time zones always.
- 2:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah, in different weather.
- 2:50SPEAKER_01: Yes, very, yeah, very different weather, always.
- 2:52SPEAKER_01: Um, now as I've mentioned, I just want to dive straight into you because over the last six months you have experienced growth that other women in business may not realize is possible.
- 3:06SPEAKER_01: And it has not been because of luck, it has not been random.
- 3:11SPEAKER_01: You did the work that is required to experience what I would call a quantum leap.
- 3:16SPEAKER_01: So I'm really excited to unpack that today because before we hear record, you really are a testament to how quickly things can move when you are combining the internal upgrades with the external steps that is required to build a brand and an online presence.
- 3:32SPEAKER_01: But what I want to do is take you back.
- 3:35SPEAKER_01: Obviously, before stepping into my world, you were a qualified therapist, which tells us you knew what you were doing, you had the expertise when it comes to mindset, especially.
- 3:47SPEAKER_01: I know you had also built a seven-figure business outside of your own brand alongside your husband.
- 3:52SPEAKER_01: So being in the business world was not you new to you, and to build a level to a to build a business to that level, you also need to know what you're doing.
- 4:02SPEAKER_01: So when we look at that, you have experience in business, you are qualified.
- 4:07SPEAKER_01: What made you decide that you didn't want to grow your brand alone and you wanted to get inside a mentorship space to make that happen?
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: Well, it's so funny because when you say, like, I grew this business alongside my husband, it took getting into your world to realize that I had done that.
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: Like the mindset piece for me was not clicking, even though I am a licensed therapist, which is kind of funny if you think about it.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: Like, well, and I think there's also like an inside joke of like therapists are great with other people, but then with themselves, it can be a little bit more challenging.
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: So um, yeah, I knew I knew what I was capable of, but I also knew that like I wanted a mentor that could see that and pull that out of me because doing it by myself was gonna be it was gonna take me way longer than I wanted to, and it was a whole different industry than I had been in before.
- 5:02SPEAKER_01: So what makes you say it would have taken you longer had you not jumped into a mentorship space?
- 5:08SPEAKER_00: I mean, I am such a fan of mentorship in general, but I would say like having somebody who has who knows the path and kind of knows can see your blind spots and the things that you can't see yourself just shortens your timeline of of how long it's gonna take to get somewhere in general and and with me specifically.
- 5:29SPEAKER_00: Again, I knew that mindset piece was was something that I needed to work on myself, especially if it was something that I wanted to help other women through.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: Like I knew I needed to go first.
- 5:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think that's such a good conversation to start with.
- 5:44SPEAKER_01: So many women in business, so many women in business are so in their business that as you've mentioned, it's difficult to see beyond.
- 5:51SPEAKER_01: And whatever you are missing is likely the reason you are still at the level you want to be.
- 5:57SPEAKER_01: And you would know it often takes one conversation for someone for myself to pick a blind spot and say you haven't considered that, or let's shift your perspective there, and you're like, oh my god, yeah.
- 6:08SPEAKER_01: Like I knew that, I just hadn't thought about it in that way.
- 6:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I mean, I think it wasn't that hard of a jump coming from the therapy world to be able to say, like, I know there are things that I can't see about myself, and you know, being in business now, it's like I'm sure you've heard this, like, entrepreneurship is just self-development on steroids.
- 6:31SPEAKER_00: Like, you cannot grow if you do not examine those blind spots and the things that are keeping you stuck.
- 6:36SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, and as we've just spoken about, when you do examine those blind spots, it means you can grow so much quicker.
- 6:43SPEAKER_01: Um, which leads me to the amount of growth you have had in such a short amount of time.
- 6:50SPEAKER_01: Now, I believe you stepped into my world in August, July, August last year, and in that time you have built an online community across two platforms, almost 15,000 followers.
- 7:05SPEAKER_01: You have a product suite, an office suite that is attracting in really high-caliber women in industries like music and engineering.
- 7:15SPEAKER_01: You have really bumped yourself up in such a short amount of time.
- 7:19SPEAKER_01: Now, when we take a look at that growth, I would love to hone in on one or if there's more than one thing that you believe has really contributed to that fast growth.
- 7:30SPEAKER_01: Because I think we can agree that it is fast growth.
- 7:33SPEAKER_01: Some people work for years and years and years and years and years in their brand before they're seeing followers of that amount or before they're able to work with such high-caliber women.
- 7:43SPEAKER_01: But you just shot straight to that, and yeah, if you could put it down to one or a few things that contributed to that growth, what could it be?
- 7:51SPEAKER_00: Well, I mean, being in the academy, being in your world, being a client with you was a huge one.
- 7:58SPEAKER_00: Really honing in on the vision of what I was seeing and ignoring everything else, as like silly as that sounds.
- 8:06SPEAKER_00: But there was a period of time like when I started with you.
- 8:10SPEAKER_00: I think I signed up with you, I think, in July, and I think we started like end of August.
- 8:15SPEAKER_00: So I had some time in between.
- 8:17SPEAKER_00: But I think starting in September, I pretty much isolated myself from like the outside world, not like friends and stuff like that, but like I wasn't looking at news, I wasn't looking at anything that would contradict what I saw for myself and where I saw myself going.
- 8:32SPEAKER_00: So I would say that um was a much bigger thing than I kind of realized.
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: Because I think it's really easy to look around and see other creators, other business owners like struggling or like not, you know, it's easy to look at that and then say, well, you know, why am I different than that?
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: And so if you just block it out entirely, I feel like that really um was huge for me.
- 8:59SPEAKER_01: It allows you the space to step into who you want to be in business and the kind of results you want to be creating.
- 9:06SPEAKER_01: As you've mentioned, if you jump online and you see business owners speaking about the struggles in their business and how revenue isn't where it used to be, and the lack is demonstrated through content or through information you're consuming, it's easy.
- 9:21SPEAKER_01: Yeah, the economy is huge at the moment, the political world, there is actually so much shit going on around our businesses.
- 9:28SPEAKER_01: So much that if you consume it, it's going to derail you.
- 9:32SPEAKER_01: And the unfortunate truth is if you, as the woman behind the brand, become derailed, so does the external outcomes you're creating in your business.
- 9:40SPEAKER_01: So it's why one of the first things we do in my world is mute other accounts, really quiet down that outside noise so that the information you're consuming is going to create this belief system within you that you can quite literally do whatever you want in whatever time frame.
- 9:57SPEAKER_01: And again, when we're looking at the results you've created in such a short amount of time, over 15,000 or almost 15,000 followers, um, an offer suite that is making thousands of dollars from these high-caliber clients, there's proof in the pudding.
- 10:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I think another thing kind of on the same vein I did was the things that I was consuming was only showing me, showing me where I was going.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: And a big part of that was your podcast.
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: Because I, when I signed up with you, I had not listened to your podcast at all.
- 10:27SPEAKER_00: So I had that like six-week time frame where I was, you know, listening more.
- 10:31SPEAKER_00: And like kind of funny story.
- 10:33SPEAKER_00: I was driving in the car listening to an episode.
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: I don't remember who the guest was at that time, but I remember having this like passive thought of like, one day I'm gonna be a guest on that podcast.
- 10:44SPEAKER_00: And so when you messaged me, I was like, Oh my gosh, it's crazy.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: It's just like you need to put the intentions out there of the things that you want.
- 10:53SPEAKER_00: If you don't ask, you won't receive.
- 10:54SPEAKER_01: So and so many women in business simply aren't asking.
- 10:58SPEAKER_01: Again, they're business is okay for them, life is okay for them.
- 11:03SPEAKER_01: It's been a little while since they've looked beyond that, created a bigger picture, and just asked if I could wave that magic wand over my life and my business, what would that look like?
- 11:13SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and again, you have demonstrated that when you put these beautiful things out into the universe and you energetically show up as if it's going to happen, it does drop in.
- 11:23SPEAKER_01: Again, it's not coincidence that you have created these patterns in your life where you put it out there and then you get the inbox message, or you get the inquiry, or you get the actual thing unfolding that you once asked for.
- 11:36SPEAKER_01: Um I love that.
- 11:37SPEAKER_01: Now, I guess we could call it being delusional in business, really just showing up as if the results are guaranteed, and that's exactly what you have done.
- 11:45SPEAKER_01: But let's talk about some things, other things that you've done that we could put in the delusional bucket that's really allowed you to create such big growth.
- 11:54SPEAKER_01: You've mentioned blocking the outside noise and being really focused on what you're here to create.
- 11:59SPEAKER_01: You've mentioned consuming only information that would support creating outcomes, not being in this limiting scarcity outcome.
- 12:09SPEAKER_01: What other things that what other things have you done that you would love other women in business to know so that they could also have results like this in their business?
- 12:18SPEAKER_00: Um, I would say it sounds so simple, but like having routines and sticking to them.
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: Because I think by having routines, well, routines that help you do the things that you want to do and show up the way that you want to show up, but even just the act of having the routine, it just shows your brain like you know, you are taking the steps, and you if you show your brain you're taking the steps, you build that level of self-trust where it's like, okay, we're doing the things that we said we're going to do.
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: And, you know, how can we extend that just a little bit every single time to like stretch the nervous system a little bit further?
- 12:58SPEAKER_00: And just, you know, not into overdrive, but just like push it to that limit where you're just a little bit uncomfortable, but you're still showing up and you're still doing it because then you're showing your brain the things that you're intending or things that are gonna happen for you.
- 13:11SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and it's that identity piece that I know is a huge component within your brand, morphing yourself into someone who does show up for herself and who does create the kind of outcomes that we want to create.
- 13:23SPEAKER_01: Um, and of course, each time we are consistent with these routines and these habits, we're building the connections within our brains so that eventually you have this whole new hardware within your identity and it makes showing up and creating these results so much easier.
- 13:40SPEAKER_01: What does your routines look like?
- 13:42SPEAKER_01: I know you have two kids who keep you very busy.
- 13:45SPEAKER_01: You are a mum, you are building a brand.
- 13:48SPEAKER_01: How are you juggling business growth with also showing up in the way you want to in other parts of your life?
- 13:54SPEAKER_00: My routines are really focused on no shock, no shock here, but regulation.
- 13:59SPEAKER_00: Um, really focused on regulation because, like you just said, I am a mom of two young kids, and um the switch from going from like showing up and and being on a podcast like this to you know, five seconds later trying to negotiate with a two-year-old about, you know, the ice cream not being the right temperature.
- 14:21SPEAKER_00: It's it's a balance of like staying regulated there and then also like showing up here.
- 14:27SPEAKER_00: So I would say my routines right now, I do wake up before my kids.
- 14:31SPEAKER_00: Thankfully, my kids both are good sleepers, they'll sleep until about six.
- 14:35SPEAKER_00: So I'll wake up 5:15, 5:30, uh, do my meditation, mental rehearsal stuff, uh, journaling, whatever I kind of can fit in before they wake up.
- 14:45SPEAKER_00: Uh, and then I always work in movement.
- 14:49SPEAKER_00: Usually that's after my kids wake up going to the gym.
- 14:53SPEAKER_00: They have daycare there, which is amazing.
- 14:55SPEAKER_00: Uh, and doing that work, I get my sauna time in and do a lot of work on, you know, whatever machine I'm on just because I feel like that's where my flow is, like when I'm moving.
- 15:06SPEAKER_00: So that would be kind of my morning routine and then evening routine.
- 15:10SPEAKER_00: I am off my phone 30 minutes before bed because again, I'm like not wanting to consume anything.
- 15:15SPEAKER_00: Uh, doing my nighttime meditation, and I mean, my yeah, my nighttime is pretty simple.
- 15:23SPEAKER_00: And then I just kind of write down the things that I've that I accomplished that day, not the things that I didn't, because again, I don't want it to be like, oh, look at all these things that you haven't done that you need to do, um putting my nervous system into that stress mode again.
- 15:38SPEAKER_00: So yeah, that's generally what they look like.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: It's really um regulation focused, so that I can really be present because that's also I've noticed when my creative flow is, you know, most active, which is what I want for creating programs and um offers for the women that I work with.
- 15:58SPEAKER_01: So I love that.
- 15:59SPEAKER_01: And it is a combination that energetic work and the nervous system work because it's one thing to tune into the reality that you want, it's another to feel like you can hold on to it, and that's where that nervous system piece comes in.
- 16:14SPEAKER_01: And I think there is actually so many women, probably listening to this podcast, who are really good at creating outcomes, they create the big income month, they create the client inquiry, they create the podcast um interviews, but then it starts to come in and it just piles up and it becomes overwhelming and stressful, and suddenly what they once wanted so badly just feels like such a burden in their life, and that's because, of course, it's being held alongside family life and showing up in the other areas of your life, which we are so big on around here.
- 16:47SPEAKER_01: Business shouldn't be the only thing you are prioritizing.
- 16:50SPEAKER_01: We talk about prioritizing your health and your family and travel, creating an abundant and aligned life outside of business.
- 16:58SPEAKER_01: Um, but yeah, I think the unfortunate truth is a lot of women are just working themselves into the ground, attracting all of these things into the business, and then they don't have the nervous system capacity to hold on to it.
- 17:09SPEAKER_01: What's one of your favorite nervous system rituals that you have been doing with all of this growth that's coming through the door that you feel has been worked working really well?
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: I mean, I for me personally, meditation is because my brain is like so busy, busy, busy, go, go, go.
- 17:27SPEAKER_00: Um, but I'm really big on breath work.
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: I feel like that is a great way to like slow everything down.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: Um, I would say those two are my favorite.
- 17:36SPEAKER_00: I have done a little bit of tapping, and I feel like that can be good depending on you know what's going on.
- 17:43SPEAKER_00: Um, but yeah, I would say the breath breath work combined with meditation is really great too.
- 17:48SPEAKER_00: Like I've found um it just really can slow down your brainwave state so much more and um really help you access the subconscious, which um side note, I did our subconscious reprogramming and that was amazing.
- 18:03SPEAKER_00: Like so opened up so much for me.
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: So um yeah, that's really cool.
- 18:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah, is that the one we did last week?
- 18:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 18:11SPEAKER_01: So that one for those listening takes the biggest fear you have attached to the outcome you're wanting to call in.
- 18:17SPEAKER_01: We find it in the body, and then we code a different response within the nervous system.
- 18:22SPEAKER_01: And it is such a powerful practice.
- 18:25SPEAKER_01: And what I love about that practice is you now have that tool to lean on if your body ever slips back into that fear response when you are thinking about the growth that is next for you in the business.
- 18:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I think the more like regulation stuff you do in connection to what you're building, like the more it just solidifies, you know, that you are heading where you say you're heading, and that fear and anxiety voice, like you see how much that it really is connected to your nervous system because the more regulated you are, the more you're gonna notice that just doesn't come up as often.
- 19:01SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 19:03SPEAKER_01: And if you're listening to this, some an invitation to really sit with how often your body slips into this anxiety when the business is growing.
- 19:12SPEAKER_01: And it doesn't make sense because you consciously want the growth, you consciously want followers of that kind, you consciously want to be working with clients of that kind.
- 19:21SPEAKER_01: So, why does your body slip into anxiety and this pit in the bottom of your stomach when things start to move?
- 19:29SPEAKER_01: And it's simply because the nervous system doesn't feel safe with all of this growth that consciously you are saying you want and potentially creating.
- 19:36SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, nervous system work, we're talking about it so much in my world with my clients at the moment, but also online because it's the golden ticket to growth that you have experienced, Chelsea, but also holding on to it.
- 19:49SPEAKER_01: Like we know you aren't going to go backwards from here because you've got the capacity to keep growing and keep building.
- 19:55SPEAKER_01: Um, which I want to pivot now to the kind of clients you have been working with, and again, your ability to position your brand in front of such high-calibre premium clients in such a short amount of time.
- 20:09SPEAKER_01: Now, you launched one-on-one coaching at the end of last year.
- 20:14SPEAKER_01: You're about to launch your one-to-many program, and again, your world's filling up with musicians and engineers and these women who want to be, want to work with a client a mentor at such a high level.
- 20:27SPEAKER_01: Take us on that journey.
- 20:29SPEAKER_01: How do you what's gone into being able to work with such high-caliber clients?
- 20:33SPEAKER_01: What does that look like?
- 20:35SPEAKER_01: How does it feel?
- 20:36SPEAKER_01: And again, what's a lesson you can share with the audience if they want to do the same?
- 20:40SPEAKER_00: My gosh.
- 20:41SPEAKER_00: Okay, well, first I just have to say my clients are so amazing.
- 20:44SPEAKER_00: I have had such amazing clients.
- 20:47SPEAKER_00: I love all of them that I've worked with so far, have been so great.
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: And it's, I mean, just on a personal note, such a pivot from what I was doing before in therapy, um, working with children, and yeah, so it was a whole different thing.
- 21:01SPEAKER_00: But um yeah, working with the clients that I'm working with and and calling those clients in, I mean, I think it has really come down to you know speaking specifically to that client.
- 21:16SPEAKER_00: Um, I would say to for me specifically, um, it's it it was sort of speaking to myself a little bit be it uh before where I'm at now with um some of the the regulation that I was not doing and you know living life that I didn't want to live and how do I get you know to the life that I do want to live.
- 21:39SPEAKER_00: I would be lost if I didn't have that time to work with you just because um I am, like I said, a therapist by training.
- 21:49SPEAKER_00: Marketing and messaging is not in my wheelhouse at all.
- 21:53SPEAKER_00: So having that support of like, these are, you know, this is my program, this is how I'm gonna help people.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Um, having that support of you know, you helping me position what I was trying to say in an outcome, like that was game-changing, I think, for me for being able to speak directly to that that level and the specific client that I was trying to work with.
- 22:19SPEAKER_00: So yeah, making sure that you have the the marketing and and branding and messaging piece, because I I'm not big on strategy, but there is a I feel like there is a time and place for it, and that I feel like is the time and place for it because I can have the program and it can be so great and transformative, but if I don't know how to talk to them or um position myself, then it's kind of like it's not gonna work.
- 22:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah, because there is a big difference between marketing, messaging, and positioning that will go towards the women or the clients who aren't going to move into your space and the ones who are actively looking for a mentor like you.
- 22:58SPEAKER_01: They have their credit card ready to pay.
- 23:00SPEAKER_01: The next question is are you the fit for them?
- 23:04SPEAKER_01: And again, when you really know how to speak to that caliber of women, people drop into your world and pay you instantly.
- 23:12SPEAKER_01: They don't have objections.
- 23:14SPEAKER_01: Um, you aren't required to get on sales calls.
- 23:17SPEAKER_01: The clients you enrolled in your one-on-one, were you getting on sales calls with any of those women?
- 23:23SPEAKER_00: No, no, um, most of them were ones that I had worked with in my um first offer, so they knew kind of what it was like working with me, but no, there's no sales calls, and I don't ever want to be doing sales calls.
- 23:40SPEAKER_00: That's not not what I want to do.
- 23:42SPEAKER_01: Showing up online, your TikTok took off first, dropping a link and having people click the link and purchase your one-off session, which was your first offer.
- 23:55SPEAKER_01: And I always paint this picture online.
- 23:57SPEAKER_01: This is a reality.
- 23:58SPEAKER_01: People move quickly, they click the link.
- 24:00SPEAKER_01: There is no lengthy sales process involved.
- 24:03SPEAKER_01: You don't need to spend hours on sales call, and again, you are walking proof when you've got the expectation, the assumptions, these the systems in play.
- 24:13SPEAKER_01: This can be the reality whereby they find you online, they love your work, they click the link, and now they're a paying client in your world.
- 24:19SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I remembered what I was gonna say that um the positioning piece is really important depending on who you're wanting to work with.
- 24:26SPEAKER_00: Like for me, um, I'm I know that I'm really good at eliciting change in people, but oftentimes people don't want to change.
- 24:35SPEAKER_00: So making sure that you're speaking to the client that you're you know that they're ready to make to make that commitment to themselves.
- 24:42SPEAKER_00: And you know, having that having that ability to speak to that client also is gonna take you so far because for me specifically, like it's not gonna burn me out to work with the clients who I know are there and and they're serious about that change and wanting to live that life that you know we've talked about.
- 25:00SPEAKER_01: So I love that point.
- 25:02SPEAKER_01: It's premium clients, it's more than getting paid more for the work you already do, but it's the caliber of human being they are when they are in your world, and as you've mentioned, you've had the most incredible clients drop into your world, and this is the beauty when you do work with clients at this highest standard.
- 25:19SPEAKER_01: It's so fun to show up for them, and their communication and the boundaries, and everything is so respected, it makes the work enjoyable.
- 25:28SPEAKER_00: Yes, and I mean they're all like so good at what they do, and and that's really fun to see too, like the creativity and just you know, seeing what they're capable of and being able to walk them through that transformation and and identity upgrade, I guess you could say.
- 25:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and obviously you're in the process of building out your brand new mentorship space, which we have been going back and forth on again, just really ensuring that it's positioned in in front of these high-caliber clients and it's going to provide will support the lifestyle you also have, because as we've mentioned, you are a mom, and I think we calculated that you only have a limited amount in the week to dedicate to the business.
- 26:08SPEAKER_01: So we're making sure your business fits in that dedicated time as opposed to you having to sacrifice other parts of your life to grow your business.
- 26:18SPEAKER_00: And so yeah, I really and seeing other people, like seeing you, you know, that you were able to make that work, like that also is like proof for my brain that, like, okay, I don't you don't have to go down this road of like, is it possible?
- 26:31SPEAKER_00: Can I do it?
- 26:32SPEAKER_00: Like, yes, I can.
- 26:33SPEAKER_00: Other people have done it, I can do it if you know I've seen other people do this successfully.
- 26:37SPEAKER_00: So that that was really helpful.
- 26:39SPEAKER_01: We had a conversation the other day in one of our one-on-one sessions.
- 26:43SPEAKER_01: You were talking about your followers and noticing this pattern where sometimes they spike and sometimes they come back down, and and wanting to identify why this is the case, and the conversation instead of identifying why the followers are going up and down from an external lens, we honed in on what in you could be creating this, or even deeper, why do you even care if your followers go up and down?
- 27:07SPEAKER_01: And so I'd love to talk to that because potentially, had it not been for the ability for us to dive into that together and really speak about that, could have led to this sabotaging pattern where even though you have almost 15,000 followers, there are no paying clients in there because you're still so stuck on the belief it's not enough, or you're constantly focusing on the followers that are going down, which puts you into this lack frequency.
- 27:33SPEAKER_01: So I'd love to take us take you back to that conversation, the aha moment you had.
- 27:38SPEAKER_01: It's likely you already knew to think in that way, but again, that conversation helped you.
- 27:42SPEAKER_01: But let's um yeah, just rehash on that moment and what you took away from that conversation that you know is now going to help you in your business.
- 27:50SPEAKER_00: Well, yeah, and before I even get into that, now I'm and now it's going back up again because I've changed how I'm thinking about it of um, you know, knowing that that whatever that number is doesn't, I mean it doesn't matter what that number is, but that that number is enough that I already have the clients, the ideal positioned clients in whatever number of followers I have, even if I lost 5,000 tomorrow, which I don't think that's gonna happen.
- 28:16SPEAKER_00: But if that did, I would know that that number is still enough because you know I'm speaking to that person, and there's always going to be whatever my number is, is is abundant enough to support what I'm doing.
- 28:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 28:34SPEAKER_00: So and and now that I've let go of that, things of course are moving again.
- 28:40SPEAKER_01: So what you focus on, you create more of.
- 28:43SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 28:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah you are listening to this and you are someone in business who is constantly focusing on the numbers going down.
- 28:52SPEAKER_01: Come back to that delusional part.
- 28:54SPEAKER_01: And after our conversation, I got into our Telegram group chat and spoke about the importance of putting your own meaning to circumstances in your reality.
- 29:05SPEAKER_01: And again, who decides which number of followers is the amount to create six-figure years?
- 29:12SPEAKER_01: Who decides that the amount in your bank account is the number that makes you a successful, worthy woman of working with high-cali clients?
- 29:21SPEAKER_01: Nobody else other than you gets to decide the meaning of things in your reality.
- 29:25SPEAKER_01: And when you start to attach a positive meaning to absolutely everything in your reality, it creates a positive outcome on the other side of that.
- 29:32SPEAKER_01: And that was a piece of homework we spoke about in the group chat.
- 29:35SPEAKER_01: Go through and identify what meaning are you putting to the external circumstances in your reality, and is that meaning going to create the outcome you actually want?
- 29:45SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because if it does, then it just snowballs into positive, positive, positive.
- 29:50SPEAKER_00: But to your point, like you can look at social media in general with this because there's people with hundreds of thousands of followers that don't make what somebody with, you know, 10,000 followers is making.
- 30:02SPEAKER_00: So it really does come down to you, the person behind the brand.
- 30:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah, for sure.
- 30:08SPEAKER_01: Now, because you have grown such a big community online in such a short amount of time, and because I know I have a lot of women in my audience who are active online and they want to grow online, what else do you feel has helped with the growth online?
- 30:22SPEAKER_01: We've spoken about the nervous system regulation behind the scenes, but there's so much more that goes into a successful online presence.
- 30:30SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, how can you help them?
- 30:32SPEAKER_00: Showing up.
- 30:33SPEAKER_00: Showing up is really important.
- 30:36SPEAKER_00: Um, showing up every day and showing up, well, I won't say every day.
- 30:41SPEAKER_00: For a long time for me, it was every day.
- 30:43SPEAKER_00: Um, now it's like five days a week, but um, making sure that you're showing up in the right energy because you can be posting and sharing, and if it's not in the right energy, it's not gonna land with people.
- 30:54SPEAKER_00: And even though people don't consciously notice, like everybody you can pick up on energy, and that is where the connection piece happens.
- 31:03SPEAKER_00: That's where people, you know, connect with you, your story, your message, whatever it is, is when your energy piece is right.
- 31:10SPEAKER_00: But I would also say, you know, I've talked at least with clients that I have about, you know, their social media presence and just, you know, having a difficult time showing up even when the results don't happen, or if it's a flop, or whatever, but it's like that's the part where you're gonna get better at your craft.
- 31:27SPEAKER_00: Like that's where you need to be showing up because that's the only way you're gonna get better at doing the thing.
- 31:33SPEAKER_00: So um I've tried a lot of different things.
- 31:36SPEAKER_00: I can show you some videos from the beginning that are really bad, really bad, but you just you have to show up, and and this is why the vision piece and knowing where you're going is so important because if you don't have that, you're just not gonna show up.
- 31:51SPEAKER_00: Like the motivation is gonna leave, and then what are you left with?
- 31:54SPEAKER_00: So um, yeah, I would say I would say that, and also you know, studying what works for you.
- 32:02SPEAKER_01: So yeah, I was going to say the energetic piece is number one, but you also create good content.
- 32:08SPEAKER_01: If you go and watch Chelsea online, everything she shares has value, speaking directly to her premium client and is moving something internally for them.
- 32:19SPEAKER_01: You don't just put content up for the sake of it, you've always been about quality over quantity, and that is a hundred percent a big piece in whether a piece of content is going to perform well or not.
- 32:31SPEAKER_01: Again, I think so many women are in the trap of just getting content out for the sake of it and just keeping up with that cadence, but that's why there's a difference between brands who are posting the same, but one is getting paid from that content really well and others aren't.
- 32:46SPEAKER_01: It's because the energetic frequency behind it is different and also the care and the and the value that's being put into that content is well positioned and well thought out.
- 32:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and people are online to connect.
- 33:00SPEAKER_00: So, you know, that that piece I think again with the energetics is is really more important than I think we give it credit for, or is talked about when you look at like social media people and um well I guess social media growth coaches is what I'm talking about, and they're very like strategy-oriented a lot of times.
- 33:20SPEAKER_00: But if you know, social media is social and and we're so isolated now, so I think that connection piece is so important.
- 33:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah, for sure.
- 33:29SPEAKER_01: Now to wrap us up, what's one thing that's working really well in your business at the moment?
- 33:34SPEAKER_01: You are in a lot of momentum.
- 33:36SPEAKER_01: We've spoken about your routines, we've spoken about showing up on online.
- 33:40SPEAKER_01: But if there's something else that you love women in business to take away from this conversation, what would that be?
- 33:46SPEAKER_01: Oh, okay.
- 33:47SPEAKER_01: Well, I feel like that's like I'm doing so many things.
- 33:49SPEAKER_00: How do we narrow this down?
- 33:52SPEAKER_00: I mean, what do I want them to take away?
- 33:54SPEAKER_00: I want them to take away that, like, if you okay, I'll get back to what's working really well, but like if you have like a calling or a vision or like just like an internal thing that's like, I think I want to do this thing, that's because you're meant to do that thing.
- 34:10SPEAKER_00: Like, my my getting here is so convoluted.
- 34:13SPEAKER_00: Like, I was doing therapy, then I did UGC, and like this is what I wanted to be doing all along.
- 34:19SPEAKER_00: So if you have a vision, like just follow it, even if the evidence isn't there, or you know, the metrics aren't there, or you don't even know how that's gonna come to be a thing, like just follow it and continue down that path because there's a reason that you feel that way, or that you know there's something there for you.
- 34:39SPEAKER_00: Um, and then as far as what's working well for me right now, this is gonna sound so lame, but I really think what's working well for me right now is um showing up as my authentic self and leading from that piece of me.
- 34:56SPEAKER_00: I think that's what has been the thing that the more I lean into that, the more successful I become, I guess, for lack of a better term.
- 35:09SPEAKER_01: When you when you talk about authenticity, do you mean where you are and how you look when you show up online, or do you mean what you're saying, not trying to be so Polish?
- 35:19SPEAKER_01: Like, what does authentic look like for you?
- 35:22SPEAKER_01: And yeah, let's pull that apart a little bit.
- 35:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it looks like not doing what I'm seeing other people do online just because it works.
- 35:31SPEAKER_00: Like, what is the message that I feel like needs to be shared?
- 35:35SPEAKER_00: And you know, I I don't, yes, I like to put on some makeup or whatever, but it's also like if I'm in my car and I'm like on my way out from the gym, I'm not, I'm still gonna like get on and be like, this thing just came to me, and like let me tell you, you know, what I think you what I needed to hear, and so I know somebody else needs to hear it.
- 35:54SPEAKER_00: So I guess it's just you know, speaking from that internal truth piece and um not forming yourself to you know the trends of what's working.
- 36:06SPEAKER_00: And I know that works for some people, and that's great, but for me, that's uh this is what's been working for me.
- 36:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 36:13SPEAKER_01: And that's because you're creating content from your downloads, from your creative portal, not because you've seen it trending online.
- 36:20SPEAKER_01: And again, I think there's so many women in business who are still playing so small within their life because we're not seeing that authentic side to them, we're not seeing their ideas come through or the downloads that have come through.
- 36:33SPEAKER_01: Instead, we're just seeing them get lost in the noise online and the trends that everybody is doing.
- 36:40SPEAKER_01: Um, so I guess there's some homework for people.
- 36:42SPEAKER_01: Like, if you could show up in any way, if you could say anything online, whether you have seen somebody do it or not in your industry, how would that look?
- 36:51SPEAKER_01: And where are you still playing it safe?
- 36:53SPEAKER_01: I guess.
- 36:54SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I think like when I was first starting to show up, it was it's kind of scary to like you know, put out the thing that you're thinking, like, how is that gonna be received?
- 37:07SPEAKER_00: And you know, if you're seeing all these other other things work, you know, it's I could see how it's easy to gravitate towards like, oh I'll just say this or try this, but if it's not yours, it's not gonna land again because of the energetic piece.
- 37:21SPEAKER_00: For sure.
- 37:22SPEAKER_00: For sure.
- 37:23SPEAKER_01: And I also love what you said there.
- 37:25SPEAKER_01: If you feel this nickel inside of you, you have to follow it, whether it's to pivot in your business, whether it's to say something different online, whether it's to work with a different kind of client, whether it's to get into a space, like a mentorship space, listening to that.
- 37:43SPEAKER_01: I actually saw something on social media, I shared it on my story last night, that intuition, those niggles, is a breadcrumb that has been left as a trail from your future self.
- 37:54SPEAKER_01: And I love that.
- 37:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 37:57SPEAKER_00: Well, yeah, and also it's like it when all the things you're just saying, like I spent I mean, you know, you you did something similar.
- 38:06SPEAKER_00: Like I spent 10 years becoming a therapist and then got to the end and was like, nope, I don't think this is it.
- 38:13SPEAKER_00: So it's okay, it's always okay, and and honestly, probably better if you you know pivot and listen to whatever's happening internally.
- 38:21SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna go away.
- 38:23SPEAKER_01: So I know I said last question, but I just quickly love to pull that out.
- 38:27SPEAKER_01: Um, you did the 10-year career and got to the end and realized it wasn't it for you.
- 38:31SPEAKER_01: As you've mentioned, you were in the content world creating content for content creators.
- 38:37SPEAKER_01: Um, and I know from conversations in the academy, we were talking about that just not really being it.
- 38:43SPEAKER_01: What ultimately led you to the place where you just started to throw everything at the wall and do things that you wanted to do?
- 38:50SPEAKER_01: Like fully trust your intuition and fully follow those breadcrumbs without fear of whether it would work out or not.
- 38:58SPEAKER_00: It's funny because, well, because when I stopped, when I left kind of the therapy piece and started doing UGC, that was a huge moment of like, I'm putting this all out here in front of everybody, and like I might fail in front of everybody.
- 39:13SPEAKER_00: Like, what if this isn't even what I want to do?
- 39:16SPEAKER_00: So by the time I had kind of done that, and I was becoming relatively successful with UGC, but it was also built in this like not authentic way to me, so it didn't feel I felt burnt out again.
- 39:29SPEAKER_00: So by the time I got to the end of that, I was like, Well, I've already put this out in front of everybody, so I might as well just do what the heck I want to do and see how that goes.
- 39:39SPEAKER_00: And it's like as soon as I pivoted, it was like, oh yeah, like this is this is exactly what I had been wanting to do, but didn't feel worthy of doing, which is really funny since I actually have a background and you know, mindset in a way.
- 39:53SPEAKER_00: So it's just just kind of an ironic turn of events, but um yeah, I don't, I don't, I think at that point I was kind of like, well, I already put it all out there, so like might as well do what I what I want to actually do.
- 40:06SPEAKER_01: I remember when you launched that ebook, and the moment you launched it, you were like, I don't I don't like it, I don't want to do this.
- 40:12SPEAKER_01: Why don't I do that?
- 40:15SPEAKER_00: Because I worked so hard on it, so I gotta just you know see it through.
- 40:19SPEAKER_00: But yeah, it wasn't um just it wasn't the right move.
- 40:23SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but everything is compounding, you know.
- 40:26SPEAKER_01: Sometimes we have to take that first step to realize the next step, it can't unfold until we take that first step.
- 40:31SPEAKER_00: And that was no, and I I don't regret it.
- 40:33SPEAKER_00: It's like that gave me the basis for for you know learning how to do content and all of that because I did I hadn't done any of that before, so it's like no regrets, but it's just the path.
- 40:45SPEAKER_01: Yes, and that's why we'll always circle back to the importance of being in a mentorship space so that you've got someone to hold you up throughout this entire process.
- 40:54SPEAKER_01: I remember we were going back and forth in Telegram one day when you launched that ebook, you're like, it doesn't feel the way that I thought it would.
- 41:01SPEAKER_01: It's not bringing in the kind of clients I want to work with.
- 41:04SPEAKER_01: Had you have gone about just that scenario by yourself, it may have spiraled, or you may have just stayed in this place in your business where it wasn't lighting you up, but you've got it out into the world now, so let's just suck it up and keep moving.
- 41:16SPEAKER_01: But to have someone to bounce ideas around with and to have somebody to hold you up as you do jump out into the deep end and do something completely new and of such high standard, it just makes it so much easier.
- 41:28SPEAKER_01: It's like that support in business that entrepreneurship at this level really does need.
- 41:33SPEAKER_00: Yes, yes.
- 41:34SPEAKER_00: And I think if you're questioning if that's like your step, it's just it there's no I can't think of a scenario where it would be a mistake if you're like, I'm considering this thing because I have this dream that I want to bring to fruition.
- 41:49SPEAKER_00: Like, it's I mean, obviously, I'm such a fan of mentorship, but like it is never the wrong decision, I think, to have that support.
- 41:58SPEAKER_00: And again, it's like we all want to do things fast, it's never fast enough for us ever.
- 42:03SPEAKER_00: Um, and if you do have a mentor, it is just gonna help you do that thing so much faster than how you can do it on your own again, because we just get in our head so much.
- 42:13SPEAKER_01: So we literally do.
- 42:15SPEAKER_01: Um and speaking of my mentorship spaces, um, if somebody is considering jumping into the collective, which is obviously what we are launching at the moment, um, what's something you can share with them?
- 42:26SPEAKER_01: Being a client in my world, being in my spaces, the experience they can expect, what would you love for them to know?
- 42:32SPEAKER_00: Oh my gosh.
- 42:33SPEAKER_00: Um, well, you can expect the best experience ever.
- 42:37SPEAKER_00: But no, I mean, if you're if you're considering it, like honestly, take this as your sign to do it because uh just you're just so amazing.
- 42:46SPEAKER_00: And even when I bring you things where I'm like, ah, maybe I should like pivot and do this other weird thing over here and like blah, blah, blah.
- 42:54SPEAKER_00: You never come with a judgment of like, hey, this is a subconscious block that you're having right now, of like getting you out, like you're always just very much like, okay, you know, what do you want to do?
- 43:04SPEAKER_00: And you know, what are your reasons?
- 43:06SPEAKER_00: Or like let me give you some questions to help you get clear on this.
- 43:09SPEAKER_00: And it's always just supportive.
- 43:11SPEAKER_00: And like, you know, I was talking to somebody else in uh the mentorship, Emily, and and she was saying, if you brought just like that, you wanted to go to the moon and like that was your new thing, she would be like, We're gonna figure out a way to make it happen.
- 43:25SPEAKER_00: Like, you really are just so supportive.
- 43:27SPEAKER_00: I mean, in in a way that like holds us up and also like helps us be like, you know, okay, what path do you actually want to be on right now?
- 43:35SPEAKER_00: And let's help you get there.
- 43:36SPEAKER_00: So um, yeah, if you have a business or an idea, even if you don't, I mean, I didn't even come to you with an actual business.
- 43:44SPEAKER_00: Like, let's be real.
- 43:46SPEAKER_00: There was I didn't, I just had an idea.
- 43:47SPEAKER_00: So if you feel like this is the space, like listen to that.
- 43:51SPEAKER_00: That was a very long answer, but I love that.
- 43:54SPEAKER_01: I love that that example about if if we wanted to go to the moon, all right.
- 43:57SPEAKER_01: Jess couldn't help us get there.
- 44:00SPEAKER_01: It's because I believe in women and I see potential often in women that they haven't even seen yet.
- 44:06SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, if there's a will, there's a way.
- 44:09SPEAKER_01: If this is something you want, your soul is directing you there.
- 44:12SPEAKER_01: It's your responsibility and it's my responsibility to help you get there.
- 44:16SPEAKER_01: Like, let's actually go.
- 44:17SPEAKER_01: And I think that's why the women who come through my spaces experience such big change because big visions are not only supportive, but they're executed.
- 44:27SPEAKER_01: We get to work.
- 44:28SPEAKER_01: Like, let's stop sitting around and dreaming and imagining this life.
- 44:31SPEAKER_01: Let's bring it to life.
- 44:33SPEAKER_01: Let's do it.
- 44:34SPEAKER_01: Um, and again, it's the support, it's the resources, it's the workshop, it's the guest speakers, like everything is here to support this huge life that some people would never even dare to dream.
- 44:44SPEAKER_01: But average women in my world are living it every single day.
- 44:48SPEAKER_00: Yeah, in the proximity to you as well, like just having access directly to you to like ask questions, and then in the coaching, like we're not we're not working with other people, it's you.
- 44:59SPEAKER_00: So that I think is is really special and cool too.
- 45:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 45:03SPEAKER_01: It's what moving at this pace requires one person in your corner who gets you, who knows you, who knows all parts of you.
- 45:11SPEAKER_01: Um, so that's yeah, it's really important.
- 45:13SPEAKER_01: Well, I have loved speaking about your journey today.
- 45:17SPEAKER_01: And when I was doing a bit of a brain dump before we got on to this episode, I'm like, you should be so proud of the growth that you've experienced in such a short amount of time.
- 45:27SPEAKER_01: Um, again, like just the the followers and the the offer suite and the prices and the clients, some that takes some people years and years and years, but you've got it done in six months, and it's a testament to one, your passion for this work.
- 45:42SPEAKER_01: You are you are on the right path, and this is what you're supposed to do, which is why it's come so easily to you.
- 45:47SPEAKER_01: But also your drive and your commitment to show up and put the work in, even on the days where you are feeling stretched, you are here to live the life that you want to live, and you're not stopping to get until you get there, which you already are creating in.
- 46:04SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 46:04SPEAKER_00: No, I am uh yeah, I have to like take a step back every now and then and go, okay.
- 46:10SPEAKER_00: Look what you've done.
- 46:12SPEAKER_00: Okay, we're we're moving.
- 46:14SPEAKER_00: So thank you.
- 46:14SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much.
- 46:15SPEAKER_01: Oh, I love it.
- 46:16SPEAKER_01: All right, well, I have um I have linked Chelsea's Instagram and TikTok in the show notes below.
- 46:22SPEAKER_01: She, you guys will love her, all of her content, you will love her.
- 46:25SPEAKER_01: It's about the identity piece, trusting yourself to show up and make your moves, and so give her a follow and and take in everything she says.
