- 0:16Speaker 3: Welcome fellas, appreciate it.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Welcome, Welcome. You had hit me last week sometime and
- 0:25Speaker 2: you were just like, hey, man, I gotta get some
- 0:26Speaker 2: ship off my chest. You know, you're one of the
- 0:28Speaker 2: only podcasts I really fuck with, And I was like, yeah,
- 0:30Speaker 2: of course, man, pull up, you know you gotta. Obviously
- 0:35Speaker 2: even you've been you've been killing shit. Uh, first of all,
- 0:37Speaker 2: hot your.
- 0:38Speaker 1: House, man, I'm a lot better. I'm ten times better.
- 0:40Speaker 2: Because you were in the hospital, work in the hospital
- 0:42Speaker 2: for it.
- 0:42Speaker 1: Different than my diabetes and stuff like that, you know
- 0:44Speaker 1: what I'm saying. But now everything's pretty much under control
- 0:46Speaker 1: and situations. You know, it had me. It had me
- 0:48Speaker 1: took for a while, bro like dealing with going in
- 0:51Speaker 1: And that's why I think I've helped back on a
- 0:52Speaker 1: lot of like music and stuff like that. I kind
- 0:54Speaker 1: of just you know, took a little break but I'm
- 0:56Speaker 1: pretty much one hundred percent of healt back on my feet,
- 0:59Speaker 1: back running.
- 1:00Speaker 2: And yeah, because because i mean, diabetes is serious, man,
- 1:03Speaker 2: Like if you don't, if you don't keep that ship
- 1:04Speaker 2: in the control, I should have fuck you up.
- 1:06Speaker 1: And that's the thing is like everybody's like, oh, you
- 1:08Speaker 1: you know, some people might think, oh, he just be
- 1:10Speaker 1: eating candy or something. That's not necessarily just candy. It's everything,
- 1:13Speaker 1: bro tortillas, fucking you know, you eat eat bread, you
- 1:17Speaker 1: eat rice, and there you just can't eat nothing. You
- 1:19Speaker 1: got what you eat all day. I mean that's the problem.
- 1:22Speaker 1: I don't stop eating all the crazy stuff that I'm
- 1:25Speaker 1: supposed to stop, you know what I mean. And now
- 1:26Speaker 1: I've been doing a little bit better as far as
- 1:28Speaker 1: like getting like meal preps and stuff like that, trying
- 1:30Speaker 1: to trying to stay you know, balanced and focused, because
- 1:33Speaker 1: that's what's gonna keep me, you know, moving and generating
- 1:36Speaker 1: and fucking growing.
- 1:38Speaker 2: Like you know, for sure, I think like you got man,
- 1:41Speaker 2: you got you got something to lose, dog right right.
- 1:44Speaker 1: It's like I always tell everybody, you know, I just
- 1:45Speaker 1: keep going and trying to get you know, things accomplished,
- 1:48Speaker 1: and I forget about everything else. But everybody's like, well,
- 1:50Speaker 1: you ain't gonna be able to get that stuff accomplished
- 1:52Speaker 1: if there's no you right, you know so, And diabetes
- 1:55Speaker 1: ain't it ain't no joke, you know it.
- 1:56Speaker 2: Don't discriminate men.
- 1:57Speaker 1: Hell, it's coming for everybody.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Everybody, eedsy healthy man. Stop being all that bullshit.
- 2:02Speaker 1: You know, diabetes, Like, I don't care you've been in prison.
- 2:04Speaker 1: I'm coming for you.
- 2:08Speaker 2: What okay, you just dropped the new song, new video
- 2:11Speaker 2: that's got a lot of people talking rap cattle rap,
- 2:13Speaker 2: cattle man. What motivated you to put this out?
- 2:17Speaker 1: So you know, I'm I'm chill, I'm humble, I'm relaxed. Dog,
- 2:20Speaker 1: I'll you know, I do keep my ear to the
- 2:22Speaker 1: street and see what's going on. I've seen a lot
- 2:24Speaker 1: of people, you know, slandering dragging my name through the
- 2:26Speaker 1: mud due to the fact that I pulled up to
- 2:29Speaker 1: go to his video that he shot in La met
- 2:32Speaker 1: the dude. You know, I pulled up uninvited, Like I told,
- 2:35Speaker 1: you know, certain people that I pulled up uninvited. I did,
- 2:38Speaker 1: you know, John will tell you myself that I pulled
- 2:40Speaker 1: up Nobody invited me. I just went on my own
- 2:42Speaker 1: go show face I did, you know, I met the dude.
- 2:44Speaker 1: We exchanged numbers. She was a humble cat, bro, you know,
- 2:47Speaker 1: the Go Tos was definitely a very humble individual. Told me,
- 2:50Speaker 1: you know what, we communicated a little bit there, basically
- 2:54Speaker 1: took it a little further, communicated off, you know, off
- 2:57Speaker 1: that situation, off that video. And you know, everybody's for
- 3:02Speaker 1: some reason, assuming that I signed to Go Tos right
- 3:05Speaker 1: which I'm not signing to Go Toes. Everybody assuming that
- 3:08Speaker 1: I'm just like another uh Northerner now dog that I'm
- 3:11Speaker 1: from up there. Like, nah, we got good communication, we
- 3:14Speaker 1: got respect. You know. It's it's mutual. It's a mutual thing.
- 3:17Speaker 1: That's all it is. You know what I'm saying. At
- 3:18Speaker 1: the end of the day, it's like, I'm not signing
- 3:20Speaker 1: to Go Tos. I'm signing Civic Entertainment. I'm signed to
- 3:22Speaker 1: the Air for music. I'm signed to my neighborhood for life.
- 3:25Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. That's that's me, you know.
- 3:27Speaker 1: And that's what it was though. Basically people dragging my
- 3:31Speaker 1: name through the mud. Oh he's this, he's that because
- 3:33Speaker 1: he me linked up with this person. They start putting
- 3:35Speaker 1: up you know, and like I said, I'm not signed
- 3:38Speaker 1: to him. We took like some pictures fucking whatever. Anyway,
- 3:41Speaker 1: we did a little business on a song whatnot. And
- 3:43Speaker 1: now everybody's just assuming this and assuming that, and I
- 3:47Speaker 1: was over it. Bro. You know, I could only be
- 3:48Speaker 1: humble for so long and just keep hearing people try
- 3:51Speaker 1: to drag my name through the mud. So I came
- 3:53Speaker 1: in and air them out, you know what I'm saying.
- 3:54Speaker 1: I had to. That's why I named it that rap
- 3:56Speaker 1: cattle air him Mount.
- 3:57Speaker 2: You know, well, I you know, it's not my place
- 3:59Speaker 2: to like get into the politics of whatever for people
- 4:03Speaker 2: who don't. Obviously, if you're watching this and you're not
- 4:06Speaker 2: from California, you know there's prison politics that are in
- 4:09Speaker 2: play between Northern California's southern California that have gone on
- 4:12Speaker 2: for years and years and years and years. Right, no
- 4:16Speaker 2: secret who you represent, it's on your face. But I also, like,
- 4:20Speaker 2: you know, for me, it's like you guys are both
- 4:25Speaker 2: grown ass.
- 4:26Speaker 1: Man with a stretched www right right.
- 4:31Speaker 2: So it's like, I know, go tos to be a
- 4:33Speaker 2: stand up dude, a stand up businessman, one of the
- 4:36Speaker 2: coolest cats you ever meet in your life. And you
- 4:39Speaker 2: know you're you're also the same way man like, And
- 4:42Speaker 2: so I guess for me, it's like what you know,
- 4:48Speaker 2: the cycle of the segregation of where you're from in California,
- 4:54Speaker 2: you know, from outside. Again, it's not my I can't
- 4:58Speaker 2: speak on the actual finality of.
- 5:00Speaker 3: It, and nobody's really supposed to speak on it's just
- 5:03Speaker 3: not something that's that's that we speak on on the internet.
- 5:07Speaker 3: But these dudes are comfortable speaking about things on the
- 5:10Speaker 3: internet because they ain't plugged in. They ain't never been
- 5:12Speaker 3: to no yard. They they start podcasts and use these
- 5:17Speaker 3: things to build their their platform, but they don't even
- 5:20Speaker 3: know what they're getting into. They don't know what they're
- 5:22Speaker 3: talking about. If they want to be real, the program
- 5:25Speaker 3: is the program. The program is not something you're supposed
- 5:28Speaker 3: to talk about, But the program is. We we at
- 5:30Speaker 3: peace with them, dudes. There ain't no beef with them, dudes.
- 5:33Speaker 3: We gang bang on the streets. Our enemies are in
- 5:36Speaker 3: our section, just like their enemies are in their section.
- 5:39Speaker 3: So if there's different neighborhoods up there that that that
- 5:43Speaker 3: represent the same thing we do in that section, yeah,
- 5:46Speaker 3: they're probably gonna beef. And when they're on the streets,
- 5:49Speaker 3: they're gonna keep beefing because that's their enemies. Them dudes
- 5:52Speaker 3: ain't our street enemies, bro Like they they ain't our
- 5:54Speaker 3: enemies out here hours away.
- 5:57Speaker 2: So what you're essentially saying is like, it's it's a
- 6:00Speaker 2: prison thing, right, So.
- 6:02Speaker 3: And if they want to run that that prison agenda,
- 6:06Speaker 3: the agenda dictates that that we ain't got no beef
- 6:09Speaker 3: with them dudes. We're programming with them dues, and it's
- 6:11Speaker 3: all respect to them dudes. So that's how we're gonna
- 6:13Speaker 3: That's how we're gonna carry ourselves out here. We ain't
- 6:16Speaker 3: been We we stay out of ship.
- 6:19Speaker 4: We just run.
- 6:20Speaker 3: We we do our own thing, but we always respect
- 6:23Speaker 3: where you know what what it is. And without having
- 6:26Speaker 3: to go on the internet and explain ourselves or or
- 6:30Speaker 3: or talk about the ship.
- 6:31Speaker 4: We we run the program.
- 6:33Speaker 3: That that we were taught, that we were taught and
- 6:36Speaker 3: that we're comfortable with.
- 6:37Speaker 2: Yeah, I was gonna say, man, like that is one
- 6:40Speaker 2: thing because I just had Head up here DJ Head
- 6:43Speaker 2: and we're talking about uh, I feel like Mexican hip
- 6:47Speaker 2: hop or rappers that happen to be Mexican from LA.
- 6:50Speaker 2: This is the best time we've ever seen in terms
- 6:54Speaker 2: of just everyone's got there's a lot of people with movement.
- 6:57Speaker 2: There's yourself, there's you know, Lefty, there's the Coyote Boys,
- 7:01Speaker 2: there's pay So, there's you know, just a lot of
- 7:04Speaker 2: guys and uh. But it also feels at the same
- 7:07Speaker 2: time that it is the most splintered community. And because
- 7:14Speaker 2: look in la on the on the on the on
- 7:16Speaker 2: the on the you know, on the Black side, like
- 7:17Speaker 2: it feels like a lot of artists are moving together
- 7:19Speaker 2: more than they would have maybe ten years ago. But
- 7:20Speaker 2: I feel like on the Latin side, it feels like
- 7:22Speaker 2: it's more segregated and divided. At a certain point in time,
- 7:27Speaker 2: it just feels like everyone's always beefing or you know it.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Is everybody's just always at each other's throats, and it's
- 7:33Speaker 1: like one person can't see the next person doing something
- 7:36Speaker 1: because automatically they assume I'm on to get left out.
- 7:39Speaker 1: It don't work like that, man, you know what I'm saying,
- 7:40Speaker 1: that won't get to the top. Let him pull the
- 7:42Speaker 1: other ones in. Some people, you know, at the end
- 7:45Speaker 1: of the day, it's like, if you're not going to
- 7:46Speaker 1: be willing to help your your people, then you don't
- 7:49Speaker 1: belong in that position.
- 7:51Speaker 2: Yeah, And like you know, I feel like too. It's
- 7:53Speaker 2: like again, like I really have no place to speak
- 7:56Speaker 2: on any of the street ship in terms of like
- 7:59Speaker 2: the politics that you guys are involved in, but just
- 8:01Speaker 2: from like a perspective of somebody wh's in the music
- 8:04Speaker 2: industry right, somebody who sees what works in business. It's like, man,
- 8:09Speaker 2: like if LA moved together on the Latin front, like
- 8:13Speaker 2: it'd be crazy and not just LA though, LA and
- 8:17Speaker 2: the Bay, Like you know what I'm saying, Like there's
- 8:19Speaker 2: really talented dudes in the Bay.
- 8:21Speaker 1: On factions and factors and you know what I mean.
- 8:23Speaker 2: It's like you definitely and everyone's from the same state,
- 8:28Speaker 2: you know what I mean. And it's like if you
- 8:30Speaker 2: take yourself out of the bubble. And I'm not saying
- 8:32Speaker 2: it's easy to do that, because if you're a part
- 8:34Speaker 2: of certain gangs, and it's probably not the easiest. It's
- 8:37Speaker 2: a lot easier for me to sit here and say
- 8:38Speaker 2: that than the people are like you guys living in it.
- 8:41Speaker 2: But it just feels like, you know, I hope that
- 8:45Speaker 2: eventually that a lot of the negative that even just
- 8:50Speaker 2: conquering in LA, like everybody can kind of move together
- 8:53Speaker 2: and put aside stuff that like you said, Like I mean,
- 8:56Speaker 2: there's certain people that you know, might not have even
- 9:00Speaker 2: been to prison who who feel a certain way, you know.
- 9:03Speaker 1: And it's not always about you know, people that haven't
- 9:06Speaker 1: been to the joint, because I've seen some people that
- 9:08Speaker 1: never been in prison. They conduct theirselves damn near the
- 9:11Speaker 1: same as us, you know what I mean. But it's
- 9:13Speaker 1: just the ones that haven't been in prison that act
- 9:15Speaker 1: a certain way. They kind of attract our attention that
- 9:18Speaker 1: it's like, bro, come on, you haven't done or living
- 9:21Speaker 1: And a lot of what it is, you.
- 9:23Speaker 3: Know, a lot of what it is is that a
- 9:25Speaker 3: lot of the real ones ain't out there on the
- 9:27Speaker 3: internet all day. The ones that are on the internet
- 9:30Speaker 3: all day are them types of dudes, the types of
- 9:32Speaker 3: dudes that are their Internet bangers or they want to
- 9:35Speaker 3: make their name off off of street street, you know,
- 9:39Speaker 3: going on in politics on their podcasts, and so they
- 9:44Speaker 3: get to push this narrative because they're comfortable talking about
- 9:47Speaker 3: these things on the internet. So all these little youngsters
- 9:50Speaker 3: are thinking that that these these fake generals are the
- 9:53Speaker 3: ones that are that are really plugged in and what
- 9:56Speaker 3: they're saying is right, when in reality, he's tea them
- 10:00Speaker 3: to go against the grain.
- 10:01Speaker 4: These these dudes are teaching.
- 10:02Speaker 3: Them to to Oh I feel this way, so I
- 10:05Speaker 3: don't care what what what's going on over there, I'm
- 10:08Speaker 3: going to do this.
- 10:09Speaker 4: They ain't gonna go to these yards and tell these
- 10:11Speaker 4: dudes I don't want to run with the program. They're
- 10:13Speaker 4: gonna get ran over, bro like that.
- 10:14Speaker 1: That's that's the way it works.
- 10:16Speaker 3: So they're teaching these they've got the attention from all
- 10:20Speaker 3: these youngsters, and they're schooling them wrong. They're they're pointing
- 10:24Speaker 3: them in the wrong direction. And uh, it just came
- 10:27Speaker 3: to a time where somebody had to put it to
- 10:29Speaker 3: a stop. And uh, they kept mentioning my boy's name,
- 10:33Speaker 3: and it was time to put it to a stop.
- 10:34Speaker 2: Who you remind me. The only thing I've seen that
- 10:38Speaker 2: I think you and I talked about was I saw
- 10:40Speaker 2: Boso put up something.
- 10:41Speaker 4: MA.
- 10:41Speaker 2: I'm cool with Boso, you know. I like Boso's music.
- 10:45Speaker 2: I think he's a solid dude. Like I've interviewed him
- 10:48Speaker 2: and hung out with Boso. I talked to him, you
- 10:50Speaker 2: know a few times a year. But I saw what
- 10:52Speaker 2: he had posted about the go Tos thing.
- 10:55Speaker 1: But he didn't see it because I'm blocked on his face.
- 10:59Speaker 1: See it, some people send it to me. Honestly, i'm'na
- 11:02Speaker 1: one hundred percent honest with you. I looked at it
- 11:04Speaker 1: and laughed only because it says if you're signed to
- 11:06Speaker 1: d GG distribution, I'm not signed to GG distribution. So
- 11:10Speaker 1: I mean, as at the end of the day, I
- 11:12Speaker 1: don't know if you're speaking to me, but if you are,
- 11:14Speaker 1: I mean, hey, Like, you know, he called me. You
- 11:17Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, at the end of the day,
- 11:18Speaker 1: bosill call me and try to tell me, Oh, you
- 11:20Speaker 1: know what happened. What took place? I explained to my
- 11:22Speaker 1: pulled up there. You know. I talked to him, boy,
- 11:24Speaker 1: I made him showface, you know. But he went into
- 11:27Speaker 1: an interview somewhere. I don't know what it was on.
- 11:29Speaker 1: I don't know if it was campcom or what was
- 11:30Speaker 1: I aid count yeah something, So he did an interview
- 11:34Speaker 1: or whatnot, and you know, they posted up a certain
- 11:36Speaker 1: clip of certain things he was saying, and it just
- 11:39Speaker 1: went on from there. But I mean, I took it
- 11:41Speaker 1: as disrespect after he blocked me. You know what I'm saying,
- 11:43Speaker 1: I'm like, okay, cool, Oh, I don't need to communicate
- 11:45Speaker 1: with you. Anyways, Like there there wasn't that much communication anyways,
- 11:49Speaker 1: Like if anything, it was what's up. It was mutual,
- 11:51Speaker 1: that's it. So I mean it didn't bother me none.
- 11:54Speaker 2: Or My thing is is like you guys are both like,
- 11:57Speaker 2: you know, leaders in my opinion, and you know, I
- 12:01Speaker 2: mean I would just hope that like we just had,
- 12:04Speaker 2: it's just a conversation.
- 12:06Speaker 1: Different views of everything, you know what I'm saying, and
- 12:08Speaker 1: there's always going to be that. Like then, you know,
- 12:10Speaker 1: I can't you know, I can't change somebody's mind that
- 12:14Speaker 1: you know, has their mind that they're a certain individual,
- 12:17Speaker 1: or that they're these people that you know you might
- 12:20Speaker 1: be to them.
- 12:21Speaker 2: What it would be the advice you said that certain
- 12:23Speaker 2: people are kind of steering the youth and some of
- 12:24Speaker 2: these younger kids the wrong direction in terms of just
- 12:26Speaker 2: kind of this whole you know shit, what would be
- 12:31Speaker 2: the advice you would give to kids who might be
- 12:35Speaker 2: maybe going down the wrong path or interpreting my advice
- 12:38Speaker 2: the politics the wrong way, or maybe just kind of
- 12:41Speaker 2: looking up looking up to the wrong folks, you know,
- 12:43Speaker 2: whoever that may or may not be.
- 12:44Speaker 1: You know, my advice is, don't even get involved in it.
- 12:47Speaker 1: That's the only thing that I could really tell you
- 12:49Speaker 1: in school, that's it, bro get a job, take care
- 12:52Speaker 1: of your family. That's that's really the right way. And
- 12:54Speaker 1: then most of these people ain't gonna sit there and
- 12:56Speaker 1: tell you that because they want you to be you know,
- 12:59Speaker 1: part of their thick thickness in in you know, their
- 13:04Speaker 1: the mind. It's just like to me, I I feel
- 13:06Speaker 1: like people are so brainwashed, you know what I mean.
- 13:08Speaker 1: And it's like you brainwashed so many people to be
- 13:12Speaker 1: you know, negative that It's like, don't sit there and
- 13:15Speaker 1: act like you're a positive person when you got all
- 13:17Speaker 1: these people believing the negativity. You know what I mean, Like,
- 13:22Speaker 1: how you gonna be do do both? You can't do
- 13:24Speaker 1: if you gotta pick and choose, you gonna either be
- 13:25Speaker 1: a you know, a good person y you know what
- 13:29Speaker 1: I mean. There's not no in between, there's not no all.
- 13:31Speaker 1: I'm a way out and try to do good on
- 13:34Speaker 1: Sundays when when it's take the day to go to church,
- 13:37Speaker 1: and then Monday through Friday, i'm'a be a heathing like
- 13:39Speaker 1: you know what I mean. At the end of the day,
- 13:40Speaker 1: you gotta be one side, one sided. You know, you
- 13:43Speaker 1: can't be bouncing around back and forth. I'm not I'm
- 13:46Speaker 1: not gonna give these kids no negative energy message, no,
- 13:51Speaker 1: none of that. I wanna see the kids win and
- 13:53Speaker 1: go to school and and you know, do something with themselves,
- 13:55Speaker 1: cause that was taken from me as a kid. I
- 13:58Speaker 1: I you know, I did it to myself. Of course,
- 14:00Speaker 1: I'm not sitting there blaming anymore, of course, but I
- 14:03Speaker 1: didn't have the people other than like of course, like
- 14:06Speaker 1: our moms and you know what I mean, the ones
- 14:08Speaker 1: that we really didn't listen to, you know, other than that,
- 14:10Speaker 1: we didn't have the people telling us to do right.
- 14:14Speaker 1: You know, we started real young. We were basically brainwashed
- 14:17Speaker 1: the same way these other ones are being brainwashed right
- 14:19Speaker 1: now to be negative and you know, turn against them.
- 14:23Speaker 1: It's like you got to try to stop stop the cycle,
- 14:25Speaker 1: right eventually somehow.
- 14:27Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean I look at like, you know a
- 14:29Speaker 2: lot of people were talking about like you know, shots
- 14:30Speaker 2: to Kendrick, and just like the unity that was on
- 14:34Speaker 2: that stage for a moment. It's like you know, on
- 14:37Speaker 2: June teenth, you know what I mean, all the sake
- 14:39Speaker 2: of just being positive for the moment. It's almost like, man,
- 14:42Speaker 2: it'd be tired if there was like a Latin version
- 14:44Speaker 2: of that moment sometime where everybody just comes together and
- 14:47Speaker 2: puts puts everything to side and just like you know,
- 14:49Speaker 2: it's a unified front type shit like it's about La,
- 14:52Speaker 2: it's about Cali.
- 14:53Speaker 1: Too many hitting agendas, too many.
- 14:56Speaker 3: Too many of the dudes that are actually out here rapping,
- 15:00Speaker 3: they the resume don't hold up. They're they're talking about
- 15:03Speaker 3: things that don't there's no backing for it. So eventually
- 15:08Speaker 3: they slip up and and they crash. And if we
- 15:12Speaker 3: already see that, we can't associate with these people even
- 15:14Speaker 3: if they're coming up because I know you about the crash,
- 15:17Speaker 3: I ain't gonna be on that on that boat. When
- 15:19Speaker 3: you think so it's it's it's I think we just
- 15:23Speaker 3: need more more homies that are that are taking it seriously,
- 15:27Speaker 3: more dudes that are that are in the booth perfecting
- 15:31Speaker 3: their pen instead of just riding the wave and putting
- 15:33Speaker 3: out the most trash music that you can listen to,
- 15:38Speaker 3: Like you got to if this is what you want
- 15:39Speaker 3: to do, perfect that pen like, this is hip hop,
- 15:42Speaker 3: bro Like, at the end of the day, this is
- 15:43Speaker 3: hip hop. You gotta you gotta come with something that
- 15:46Speaker 3: people can actually get behind.
- 15:48Speaker 4: And support term exactly.
- 15:51Speaker 1: People are going to continue making fun of us as
- 15:53Speaker 1: a as a whole because they're not saying, oh, look
- 15:55Speaker 1: at that one artist that they're like, these foods are
- 15:58Speaker 1: that's how they look at it, you know.
- 16:00Speaker 3: And especially when the dude that's that's that's getting the
- 16:03Speaker 3: most attention at whatever specific time, the music just don't
- 16:07Speaker 3: hold up. So of course they're gonna be like all
- 16:10Speaker 3: of them sound like that. Yeah, it's it's we just
- 16:15Speaker 3: need more representation of solid dudes.
- 16:18Speaker 2: Coyote man, is it the right way?
- 16:24Speaker 1: For sure? We're supposed to get on something real soon too.
- 16:26Speaker 2: The hardest Yeah, and they can wrap their ass off.
- 16:28Speaker 1: Them is on some other ship, you know. And it's
- 16:30Speaker 1: like those are the people that the machine needs to
- 16:32Speaker 1: be behind, you know what I mean, Big money needs
- 16:34Speaker 1: to go behind them. Them type of artists scheme schemes.
- 16:38Speaker 1: A monster west More scheme like he's a monster though,
- 16:41Speaker 1: like those are you know you you hear them thresh
- 16:44Speaker 1: is though, dog thres your thres You're good. He's a
- 16:47Speaker 1: good dude though, Like we got a lot of good
- 16:49Speaker 1: dudes that can rap, solid homies that can rap, you
- 16:51Speaker 1: know what I mean.
- 16:52Speaker 2: I think there's even like, h you know, I think
- 16:54Speaker 2: even some of the guys who I'm assuming the gunplay
- 16:59Speaker 2: for lining in your song is obviously about Left the
- 17:02Speaker 2: gun Play. But I think Lefty I've been in here
- 17:04Speaker 2: when he's just freestyling and he I think if I
- 17:06Speaker 2: think Lefty has the ability to be a really great rapper.
- 17:10Speaker 3: Did you hear that last track you put out the
- 17:11Speaker 3: same day we put out Rap Cattle has half the
- 17:13Speaker 3: views of ours.
- 17:14Speaker 2: I did not, But I'm saying like I've I've been
- 17:17Speaker 2: in here and watched Left the gunplay just wrap off
- 17:18Speaker 2: the top of his head for like ten minutes straight,
- 17:20Speaker 2: and I'm like, damn, bro.
- 17:21Speaker 4: Like these are just lyrics from random songs.
- 17:23Speaker 2: But I'm saying like he has the ability, like I
- 17:25Speaker 2: think if he really like and listen.
- 17:28Speaker 1: Honestly, I didn't even go hard on Left on that track.
- 17:31Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. If you really think about it,
- 17:32Speaker 1: you listen to the bar right there. It's a simple bar, right,
- 17:34Speaker 1: you know what I mean. But at the end of
- 17:36Speaker 1: the day, it's like, I'm the face of that leg.
- 17:38Speaker 1: I've been holding that down for a long time. You know,
- 17:40Speaker 1: people trying to get in that spot.
- 17:42Speaker 2: But let me ask you this man, if you were
- 17:43Speaker 2: to like have a real one on more conversation with
- 17:45Speaker 2: someone like him who obviously has a lot of attention
- 17:48Speaker 2: and it's getting a lot of love right now, and
- 17:50Speaker 2: you could just put your arm around him and give
- 17:52Speaker 2: him some game off camera, what would it be?
- 17:55Speaker 1: I mean, get in that move and keep wrapping, bro
- 17:58Speaker 1: keep doing what you're doing. But you got to you
- 18:00Speaker 1: gotta perfect your craft before you get out there and
- 18:02Speaker 1: jump and try to get in feel people's shoes that
- 18:05Speaker 1: you know, been doing this shit for a long time,
- 18:06Speaker 1: you know what I mean. Like a lot of people
- 18:08Speaker 1: know that. You know. Of course, I'm a lot more seasoned,
- 18:12Speaker 1: you know what I mean. I've been in the studios
- 18:13Speaker 1: for a lot longer, been recording for a lot longer.
- 18:16Speaker 1: You know, some people, you know, get out there and
- 18:18Speaker 1: get catch that little break. I get it, I respect it,
- 18:21Speaker 1: I want to see it, you know. But at the
- 18:23Speaker 1: end of the day, don't assume just because you caught
- 18:26Speaker 1: that break that you're better than this person or better
- 18:28Speaker 1: than that person, or the best rapper in the world,
- 18:31Speaker 1: because it's not like that. You know, I'm gonna be
- 18:33Speaker 1: I'm gonna be real with you. I'm not gonna lie
- 18:35Speaker 1: to you and just sit there like a yes man.
- 18:37Speaker 1: Like half of these people on the comments are oh, dope, dope, dope,
- 18:40Speaker 1: fire firefighter. Be real with the man. You know what
- 18:42Speaker 1: I'm saying, This can be work done. You could sound
- 18:44Speaker 1: better if you did this. You could do better if
- 18:46Speaker 1: you did this. Cool. I'm not knocking the boy. He's like,
- 18:49Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. At the end of the day,
- 18:50Speaker 1: it's like.
- 18:51Speaker 2: You got some shit I like, I like, I like
- 18:52Speaker 2: a few lefty records. He got a record RJ. It's crazy.
- 18:55Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 18:56Speaker 2: Also got a shout oh Geezy to somehow always this
- 18:58Speaker 2: kind of this is a hummy.
- 19:00Speaker 1: I chopped it up with him a few times, like,
- 19:01Speaker 1: you know.
- 19:02Speaker 2: Do you think it's like a coincidence that O g
- 19:06Speaker 2: Z it's the biggest Mexican rapper to come out of
- 19:11Speaker 2: LA and the last I don't know, maybe ever besides
- 19:15Speaker 2: Cypress Hill. Probably wow. But but also because he's not
- 19:20Speaker 2: necessarily affiliated like that.
- 19:23Speaker 1: You're talking about California or just out LA.
- 19:26Speaker 2: Because if you think about it, like in terms of plaques,
- 19:28Speaker 2: in terms of success, it's Cypress Hill, and then it's
- 19:31Speaker 2: probably it's probably O GZ in Shoreline, right do you
- 19:34Speaker 2: think do you think do you think that at a
- 19:35Speaker 2: certain point in time, like the street shit can get
- 19:37Speaker 2: in the way of does it put a ceiling on
- 19:40Speaker 2: what you think people can do?
- 19:42Speaker 1: Oh yeah, big time, big time. It's had a lot
- 19:44Speaker 1: to do with our our rising, with our music because
- 19:47Speaker 1: of where I'm from. You know, a lot of people
- 19:50Speaker 1: in the industry, you know, felt like at the time
- 19:52Speaker 1: because we were having a lot of like, you know,
- 19:54Speaker 1: gangshit going on, which is just what it is. It's
- 19:57Speaker 1: part of the streets, you know, but it was like
- 19:59Speaker 1: the the media made it out to be racial, which
- 20:02Speaker 1: in all reality, you know, now that's all done, said
- 20:06Speaker 1: and done, and you know, we're back to normal. You know,
- 20:08Speaker 1: a lot of people looked at it like, oh, you
- 20:10Speaker 1: guys stopped fucking beefing with them foods, That's that's soft
- 20:13Speaker 1: or whatever. Bro. We beef with them for twenty years, right,
- 20:15Speaker 1: you tell me that's soft. You know what I'm saying.
- 20:21Speaker 1: Learnt for to go at it for three weeks and
- 20:22Speaker 1: they're done. Like now, we went at it for twenty years, bro,
- 20:25Speaker 1: that's what. There's nothing soft about that with dudes.
- 20:27Speaker 3: That grew up together, and that's that's the thing. Like
- 20:30Speaker 3: before that, it was it was it was together cool.
- 20:34Speaker 3: So a lot of a lot of them they grew
- 20:37Speaker 3: up together and then had a twenty year war and
- 20:40Speaker 3: that was back to normal. Like that's what happens out here, right,
- 20:43Speaker 3: That's that's the way things go sometimes, Pendulum sweetness.
- 20:48Speaker 1: It's better, bro, Now now you know their kids can
- 20:50Speaker 1: go to the liquor store. Our kids can go to
- 20:52Speaker 1: the liquor store and go get some candies or pickles
- 20:55Speaker 1: or chips or whatever the hell they want to get
- 20:56Speaker 1: from the store without having to worry about being hurt
- 20:59Speaker 1: in the process. Right, you know what I'm saying. At
- 21:00Speaker 1: least by then people like and our people like. It's
- 21:03Speaker 1: just it's better.
- 21:05Speaker 2: Do you what do you guys? What did you guys
- 21:07Speaker 2: think when you saw Well, obviously the Kendrick beef with
- 21:10Speaker 2: Drake has been crazy, but just to pop out in
- 21:12Speaker 2: general that show was you're.
- 21:13Speaker 1: Talking about just recently like.
- 21:14Speaker 2: Last week ago Wednesday.
- 21:16Speaker 1: I've just seen little clips of it. I really didn't
- 21:18Speaker 1: know what it was. Somebody was saying the music video though, right, No.
- 21:20Speaker 2: No, no, that's the video about the show.
- 21:24Speaker 1: Yeah, he did.
- 21:25Speaker 2: He did a show at the at the Forum, and uh,
- 21:29Speaker 2: everybody was crazy.
- 21:31Speaker 1: Right, those are dope, artist man, you know, he got it.
- 21:35Speaker 4: I think Stell actually did some merch for that show.
- 21:38Speaker 2: Yeah he did. I bought I bought the I bought
- 21:40Speaker 2: the with that picture.
- 21:43Speaker 1: Shut out to st He's definitely a big part of
- 21:46Speaker 1: our of our you know, of our movement and our
- 21:49Speaker 1: success and everything that, you know, what we have done.
- 21:51Speaker 1: He's helped us with a lot, you know, when certain
- 21:54Speaker 1: things advents and stuff pop up, he pictures us plays
- 21:57Speaker 1: here go you guys, go get it, you know. So
- 22:00Speaker 1: definitely shout out to the big bro man. I just
- 22:02Speaker 1: stuff right here, La Fingers.
- 22:05Speaker 2: How did you and Yellow Wolf end up getting together?
- 22:08Speaker 1: And Stevin Steven called me up one day and was like, hey,
- 22:11Speaker 1: I got Yellowolf with me right here. I'm shooting for
- 22:13Speaker 1: his Slamerican documentary. And I'm like, no. You know what's
- 22:17Speaker 1: crazy is that when I was in the Fairs, I
- 22:19Speaker 1: used to watch on I think I believe it was BET.
- 22:22Speaker 1: They had like some sit called Sucker Free Sunday. So
- 22:24Speaker 1: I used to watch that. I was in Arizona and
- 22:27Speaker 1: for Black Cannon, Black Canyon Canyon, Yeah, I was there,
- 22:30Speaker 1: So I used to watch the Sucker Free Sundays and
- 22:33Speaker 1: I used to see yellow Wolf in the top four
- 22:35Speaker 1: or five, and I'm like, bro, my boy's white, and
- 22:38Speaker 1: how the hell is this for? On be et number three
- 22:40Speaker 1: and four? Bro like something and I'll hear him and
- 22:43Speaker 1: I'm like, that's why he's number three, number four, Like
- 22:45Speaker 1: the boy was it was popped the trump. I would
- 22:49Speaker 1: always hear Dog and I'm like, Dn, this food gets done.
- 22:51Speaker 1: And I kep telling him myself. You know, one day
- 22:52Speaker 1: I'm try to get out there and work with him somehow,
- 22:54Speaker 1: somehow somewhere. And Bro. Same thing with Crokeandi. You know.
- 22:57Speaker 1: I would always see Crooked Crooked as a beast, so
- 23:00Speaker 1: one of the best. And I got a track with
- 23:02Speaker 1: both of them, you know what I mean, Like it's
- 23:04Speaker 1: it's crazy the way I manifested that, Like I kept
- 23:06Speaker 1: telling myself, I get home, I need to work with them.
- 23:09Speaker 1: And first it was was it Crooked Life? First? Yeah?
- 23:14Speaker 1: Oh no, yellow Wolf.
- 23:15Speaker 4: The first yellow Wolf track and.
- 23:17Speaker 1: Then the second year. So Stey want to hit us
- 23:20Speaker 1: up and told us that he was doing the documentary
- 23:22Speaker 1: for his this American thing and he's like, hey, I
- 23:26Speaker 1: need to bring him. I want to bring him to
- 23:27Speaker 1: like a hood, but I want to make sure he's straight,
- 23:29Speaker 1: of course, and I told him and bring him over here,
- 23:31Speaker 1: like you know, I brought him actually to my boys pad,
- 23:33Speaker 1: you know, the home home on Friday thirteen. It happened
- 23:36Speaker 1: to be our day and his day basically because he date,
- 23:39Speaker 1: you know that that's her hood day. So he pulled
- 23:41Speaker 1: up and you know, way up and to just really
- 23:44Speaker 1: get along.
- 23:44Speaker 3: Bro.
- 23:45Speaker 1: The Bible was dope as fu. You know, he got
- 23:47Speaker 1: off and seen the roosters crossing the street. He couldn't
- 23:49Speaker 1: believe me. He's like, man, I feel like I'm in Alabama,
- 23:51Speaker 1: you know what I mean. Like he couldn't stop laughing
- 23:53Speaker 1: because he's like, this reminds me of home. Like, so
- 23:56Speaker 1: we brought him to the bag. You know, my homies
- 23:57Speaker 1: had bought a bunch of beers by some me started
- 23:59Speaker 1: cooking and we start filming. He didn't even know that
- 24:02Speaker 1: I did music until one of my boys was like,
- 24:03Speaker 1: oh man, you guys should do a track. And he
- 24:05Speaker 1: looked at me like you do music. I'm like, yes.
- 24:07Speaker 1: We played something. He's like this, ain't you. I was
- 24:09Speaker 1: like that's me, bro, Like you know, he's like, let
- 24:12Speaker 1: me play hit me here another one. We played another
- 24:13Speaker 1: one and he's like, we gotta do a track, and
- 24:15Speaker 1: I was like for real and he's like, yeah, we
- 24:17Speaker 1: gotta do a track. And I was like, in my mind,
- 24:19Speaker 1: I'm thinking, bro, I don't got the bread like this
- 24:20Speaker 1: to be fucking breaking bread for no feature like this.
- 24:23Speaker 1: And he's like he's like, bro, I'm not charging nothing.
- 24:25Speaker 1: And I was like for real, He's like yeah, And
- 24:27Speaker 1: then we recorded that track. When he sent it's called
- 24:30Speaker 1: all on three. When he sent, uh, well, actually, John
- 24:33Speaker 1: talked to his manager to set out to Ounce. He
- 24:36Speaker 1: talked to him and Ounce was like, I've neverhood, I
- 24:39Speaker 1: never heard yellow Wolf be so excited about receiving this
- 24:43Speaker 1: a verse like this, and I woul to me that,
- 24:45Speaker 1: you know, it made me feel like some type of way.
- 24:47Speaker 1: I felt proud of myself, you know what I mean.
- 24:48Speaker 1: It felt really good. And yellow Wolf took it and
- 24:52Speaker 1: took the initiative and was like, I'm gonna put this
- 24:54Speaker 1: all out. I was like, oh yeah, but then I'm
- 24:56Speaker 1: starting I'm like, well, I need one for us too, though,
- 24:58Speaker 1: like let's get one. He's like, come on. So now
- 25:00Speaker 1: it's like now it's just like we're friends. Bro. Every
- 25:03Speaker 1: time he's out here, he invites us to where he's at.
- 25:06Speaker 1: Pull up.
- 25:06Speaker 2: He's gonna show in September, coming at the Wheeltern. You
- 25:08Speaker 2: guys are gonna pull up yea, were supposed to perform
- 25:10Speaker 2: hell yeah, so it's gonna be dope.
- 25:11Speaker 1: Man. We're supposed to perform our second song that we got.
- 25:14Speaker 2: Mongo Act, your biggest song on Spotify.
- 25:16Speaker 1: Huh yeah, I was close to three mil already. He's
- 25:18Speaker 1: gonna hit on Spotify that and it's only been out
- 25:20Speaker 1: a year, so you know it's going Hello, hella good.
- 25:24Speaker 2: You still have your uh is it your your leaves
- 25:27Speaker 2: in the store, the.
- 25:28Speaker 1: Raps, the raps, we got the wraps and actually I
- 25:31Speaker 1: got him in the car to like the whole box
- 25:34Speaker 1: to I'll bring it to did you guys ever hearing
- 25:36Speaker 1: all the cookies put out the wasn't it like a
- 25:40Speaker 1: bullet us beach driver? You we didn't do it, and
- 25:42Speaker 1: we didn't do it.
- 25:43Speaker 4: We haven't got to do that yet.
- 25:44Speaker 1: I'm supposed to be also doing a track with Berner.
- 25:47Speaker 2: Shout ups at Homie my guy burned man.
- 25:49Speaker 1: For sure. We're supposed to be working on something, getting
- 25:51Speaker 1: something done as well.
- 25:52Speaker 3: We're going to be just stacking up some big features
- 25:54Speaker 3: stacking up these songs so we could we could do this.
- 25:56Speaker 1: How did you guys connect with Berner actually through Lucky
- 26:00Speaker 1: Looks Lucks Yeah, big Lucks actually you know put us
- 26:03Speaker 1: on with.
- 26:04Speaker 2: Burn and a great guy who works with someone from
- 26:07Speaker 2: up north.
- 26:08Speaker 1: Right, yeah, but he had introduced us to Berner and
- 26:11Speaker 1: all that, and then you know, of course Gotos, you
- 26:13Speaker 1: know that's his boy, right, Theretos put in a good
- 26:15Speaker 1: word for us as well. It was like, got should
- 26:17Speaker 1: do something, man Berners like, Man, I'm ready, let's get
- 26:20Speaker 1: let's make it happen. So that's gonna be, that's gonna
- 26:22Speaker 1: be Lucky.
- 26:22Speaker 2: He's a solid motherfucker man, big.
- 26:23Speaker 1: Time, big time, big Lux is our piece too, you know.
- 26:27Speaker 1: So it's gonna be. It's gonna be a good one. Man.
- 26:29Speaker 1: We're working on getting me and Jay Diggs on the
- 26:31Speaker 1: track too, Diggs digs Man. So this is just a
- 26:36Speaker 1: man to the puzzle coming together now, like freakingly excited
- 26:40Speaker 1: about it.
- 26:40Speaker 2: For you, did you understand, like the did you have
- 26:44Speaker 2: any idea anticipation that you were going to get such
- 26:48Speaker 2: negative blowback for Lincoln with gold Toes.
- 26:52Speaker 1: See, my whole intention wasn't to link up with go tos.
- 26:55Speaker 1: That's the thing. That's where everybody gets it wrong. I
- 26:57Speaker 1: pulled up, like I said, to just pull up, you know,
- 27:00Speaker 1: show that I'm there. Yeah, I'm from Los Angeles. It
- 27:02Speaker 1: wasn't in my neighborhood. A lot of people like, oh,
- 27:04Speaker 1: you let him come to your hood. No, it was
- 27:05Speaker 1: East LA. That's not even my neighborhood. I pulled up
- 27:09Speaker 1: there just to go show being that I'm from LA,
- 27:12Speaker 1: you know, and we chopped it up, and the dude
- 27:15Speaker 1: it ended up, like I said, he was a humble
- 27:17Speaker 1: person and changed my whole thing, my whole vision of it.
- 27:22Speaker 1: And not like I was saying that I was going
- 27:23Speaker 1: there to go trip. But I did go, you know,
- 27:26Speaker 1: of course, to go show myself. And you know it
- 27:29Speaker 1: did it didn't turn out the way that everything was
- 27:32Speaker 1: was going. He could ask him, bro, I pulled up
- 27:34Speaker 1: by myself, you know, jumped off, said what's up? Dude,
- 27:39Speaker 1: shook my hand. We chopped it up. That was that, bro.
- 27:42Speaker 1: And after that it was like, now he calls me
- 27:44Speaker 1: to ask me how I'm doing, how I'm feeling. After
- 27:47Speaker 1: being out of the hospital. He went to go see
- 27:49Speaker 1: me in the hospital. You know, people, I put up
- 27:51Speaker 1: a post saying, you know, their go tos, you know,
- 27:53Speaker 1: came to see me in the hospital. I even put
- 27:55Speaker 1: on there like for all the people. Some people took
- 27:58Speaker 1: it wrong because they understood all that I'm saying. Dude
- 28:00Speaker 1: came to visit me, and the Southerners didn't come. That's
- 28:02Speaker 1: not what I said. I said for the dudes that
- 28:05Speaker 1: keep bringing up the whole go to situation, he reached
- 28:09Speaker 1: out and came to visit me in the hospital before
- 28:11Speaker 1: any of them foods checked on me. When you you
- 28:14Speaker 1: guys are supposed to be my homies, the ones talking bad,
- 28:17Speaker 1: bringing up this, bringing up that, keep mentioning this, They
- 28:20Speaker 1: didn't say, hey, how you feeling, how you doing? None
- 28:23Speaker 1: of that, dude, did you know? And that salute and
- 28:27Speaker 1: I appreciate that. That's respect, that's love, you know.
- 28:30Speaker 2: So obviously you you got the new song out. Is
- 28:33Speaker 2: there going to be a new project, new mixtape?
- 28:36Speaker 1: Yeah? I mean what you think? How much music do
- 28:39Speaker 1: we have? Bro?
- 28:40Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 28:41Speaker 3: Man, When Baldy's health it was kind of that was
- 28:44Speaker 3: the main focus.
- 28:45Speaker 2: Yeah, obviously that was also getting in the way of
- 28:48Speaker 2: just now that the health is right, you're drinking water
- 28:52Speaker 2: and not dr peppery.
- 28:54Speaker 1: I definitely got enough music to do.
- 28:59Speaker 3: I think I think the plan is because you know,
- 29:01Speaker 3: we got our distribution deal with SEC shout out to them,
- 29:05Speaker 3: and now that his health is good, it's just you know,
- 29:08Speaker 3: getting getting the tracks over to them that we want
- 29:10Speaker 3: to do. You know, we've been wanting to put this
- 29:12Speaker 3: double album out for a long time. I don't know
- 29:15Speaker 3: if we're gonna do you know, one part of it
- 29:17Speaker 3: and then drop the other one. But the music is there.
- 29:20Speaker 3: It's just getting it over to distribution and and just
- 29:25Speaker 3: figuring out a date. But we're definitely gonna ride the
- 29:29Speaker 3: wave of you know, of this summer of you know,
- 29:33Speaker 3: got the show coming up in September with Wolf, just
- 29:37Speaker 3: got uh just got put onto a show August eleventh
- 29:42Speaker 3: in Orange County with UH.
- 29:52Speaker 4: So we got that August eleven. So, so I think
- 29:54Speaker 4: it's uh, I.
- 29:55Speaker 3: Think it's finally time to to get this music out there.
- 29:58Speaker 1: And you know, you know, it's funny because a lot
- 30:01Speaker 1: of people will be like, oh, you know, he just
- 30:04Speaker 1: basically because you know, whatever the situation that dude came
- 30:07Speaker 1: and shot that video out here and my distract. I'm
- 30:11Speaker 1: not even calling this distract my mentioned track because I
- 30:13Speaker 1: just mentioned people after I dropped Minds, it was pretty
- 30:16Speaker 1: much real close to each other, like maybe a day
- 30:18Speaker 1: or so next after or whatnot. That wasn't the whole purpose. Basically,
- 30:24Speaker 1: Mines was already you know in the mix. There's was
- 30:26Speaker 1: probably already in the mix. It is what it is.
- 30:28Speaker 1: They landed on the same day. But some people are like, oh,
- 30:30Speaker 1: you know, he's just trying to you know, get back
- 30:32Speaker 1: on by fucking putting, like basically doing it for clout
- 30:35Speaker 1: or whatnot, not understanding that I got way of a
- 30:38Speaker 1: whole bunch of other stuff going on with my life. Bro,
- 30:40Speaker 1: I got building their hand perfs, shot out to billing
- 30:43Speaker 1: their hand prafts. When I got two flavors, you know,
- 30:45Speaker 1: Private Reserve, Baldacci Gold, Baldacci Black. That's bro, that's where
- 30:49Speaker 1: my money's at. Like, you know what I'm saying, Honestly,
- 30:52Speaker 1: I don't have to sit here and be making music
- 30:55Speaker 1: the way I had to back then. You know what
- 30:57Speaker 1: I'm saying. At the end of the day, now, it's like,
- 30:59Speaker 1: of course I love doing music, and I do it
- 31:01Speaker 1: just because I love it. That's that's my whole thing.
- 31:03Speaker 1: I'm not doing it because it's like keeping me alive
- 31:06Speaker 1: money wise or you know, it's it's definitely money's slow
- 31:11Speaker 1: when it comes to music. I don't care who you
- 31:13Speaker 1: think you are. Money is not the best. That's not
- 31:15Speaker 1: the best place to.
- 31:16Speaker 2: Be trying to make You gotta have a brand. The
- 31:18Speaker 2: music helps you with your brand. Then you monetize the brand.
- 31:20Speaker 1: You gotta be fifty, you got you gotta be though,
- 31:24Speaker 1: Like you know, it's like real shit. You know, I
- 31:26Speaker 1: don't care. You know how popping these foods are. Like
- 31:28Speaker 1: I know because I got songs out there that got
- 31:31Speaker 1: millions of views. Majority of my my YouTube videos got
- 31:34Speaker 1: million on them at least, you know, And it's like
- 31:37Speaker 1: it's changed, bro that you get. You know what I'm saying,
- 31:39Speaker 1: it's money to pay it off your phone, wheelor your car,
- 31:41Speaker 1: not your rent. But at the end of the day,
- 31:43Speaker 1: it's not real bread to sit here and say, oh,
- 31:45Speaker 1: I'm stacking like you know what I mean. Nah, you
- 31:47Speaker 1: know you got to have other avenues and outlets of
- 31:50Speaker 1: making money and generating revenue because if you don't, music
- 31:53Speaker 1: ain't gonna take you nowhere.
- 31:54Speaker 2: Well, so let me ask you this with the rap
- 31:57Speaker 2: cattle song, what is like were you just home and
- 32:00Speaker 2: to just kind of get some shit off your chest.
- 32:04Speaker 1: Yeah, that and you know what I'm saying, just.
- 32:06Speaker 2: Kind of defend yourself.
- 32:07Speaker 1: Well, yeah, because at the end of the day, it's like,
- 32:09Speaker 1: you know, I was humble for a lot of months.
- 32:10Speaker 1: A lot of people would say, Hey, this fool saying this,
- 32:13Speaker 1: this fool saying that, and I would just laugh. My
- 32:14Speaker 1: homies will tell you we sit there be smoking blunts.
- 32:16Speaker 1: Come on, man, I forget about that. I ain't worried
- 32:18Speaker 1: about that. They can say whatever they want. But when
- 32:20Speaker 1: they continued and continue and continue down, But then my
- 32:22Speaker 1: homies are like, hey, bro, like, are you ever gonna
- 32:24Speaker 1: address these fools about this shit? And I'm like, I'm
- 32:27Speaker 1: not gonna sit there and argue with you back if
- 32:29Speaker 1: I might clown here and there. When I get on
- 32:31Speaker 1: Instagram sometimes I'll see somebody say a dumb comment and
- 32:34Speaker 1: I'll come and say something back. But Bronna, you're not
- 32:36Speaker 1: gonna knock me off my balance. Like these comments on Instagram.
- 32:40Speaker 1: I could care less, you know what I'm saying, unless
- 32:42Speaker 1: you're pulling up where we're at. Because I feel like
- 32:46Speaker 1: somebody that really doesn't like you or has beef with you,
- 32:48Speaker 1: he's gonna confine you. He's not gonna disrespect you on Instagram.
- 32:51Speaker 1: He's not gonna put up a story saying forget this guy,
- 32:55Speaker 1: forget that guy, and have you blocked so you can't
- 32:57Speaker 1: see it. You know what I mean? All this shit
- 32:59Speaker 1: right here to me, it's like people honestly be seeking
- 33:02Speaker 1: attention seeking. I don't know who's attention. I don't know.
- 33:06Speaker 1: You know, I feel like it's a cry out for help,
- 33:09Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. When you're sitting there dogging
- 33:11Speaker 1: other people and trying to, you know, put people on
- 33:14Speaker 1: blasts or make people look a certain way, you're crying
- 33:16Speaker 1: out for help because like, you know, they know a
- 33:20Speaker 1: lot of people know that police are watching social media.
- 33:23Speaker 1: Don't sit there and start a beefing.
- 33:24Speaker 2: Oh, it's happened so much recently too, just people getting
- 33:28Speaker 2: caught up from just like a bro. The young Thug
- 33:32Speaker 2: case is what's crazy is like the lyrics, Like they
- 33:34Speaker 2: asked his guy, you said gang gang in an interview,
- 33:38Speaker 2: what does that mean? And he said, like what.
- 33:41Speaker 1: I'm telling you, they gonna break it down. Bro, I've
- 33:43Speaker 1: been to the face, so I know, like they'll sit
- 33:44Speaker 1: there if you was talking about hey, go buy me
- 33:46Speaker 1: a pack of cigarettes. They're gonna be like, oh, he
- 33:48Speaker 1: was speaking in colden language. He meant go buy him
- 33:50Speaker 1: ten pounds of glass, Like, God, damn, bro, how do
- 33:52Speaker 1: you do? How does that work? But that's just how
- 33:54Speaker 1: they work. That whatever they're gonna want to put you on,
- 33:57Speaker 1: they're gonna put you on out. You know. I was
- 33:58Speaker 1: in there with one of my home is that you know,
- 34:00Speaker 1: they try to pin his mom. She was talking about
- 34:03Speaker 1: manulal Bro Manulo can of Manula, and they try to
- 34:06Speaker 1: say she was talking about drugs and his mom had
- 34:08Speaker 1: nothing to do with nothing. They try to get it.
- 34:11Speaker 1: So it's like stuff like that that where they'll twist
- 34:14Speaker 1: it up on you, you know what I mean. So at
- 34:15Speaker 1: the end of the day, you just gotta fly a
- 34:16Speaker 1: straight kite, you know, get to to the bag the
- 34:20Speaker 1: right way, you know, don't let your mouth, you know,
- 34:23Speaker 1: overload your ass.
- 34:24Speaker 2: You know, I heard you mentioned the podcast thing on
- 34:27Speaker 2: the on the song. Do you think you know? Because
- 34:32Speaker 2: no matter which way you kind of cut it, like,
- 34:33Speaker 2: it feels like there's a lot of podcasts out there
- 34:36Speaker 2: that I guess monetize what's happening in like the l
- 34:42Speaker 2: A streets.
- 34:43Speaker 1: So that's that's that's the thing.
- 34:45Speaker 2: And like that's like like theirs their business model, you know,
- 34:47Speaker 2: it is what it is.
- 34:48Speaker 1: But there's podcasters that sit here and interview individuals and
- 34:52Speaker 1: ask them solid questions and you know, they have a real,
- 34:56Speaker 1: real like calling for this. And then there's the ones
- 34:58Speaker 1: that are like the news. Bro, you guys are reporters, right,
- 35:02Speaker 1: you guys are sitting there. Hey fucking left the gun
- 35:04Speaker 1: play just farted. Hey fucking this guy just did this.
- 35:06Speaker 1: Hey this guy across the street he was jaywalking. Like, Bro,
- 35:10Speaker 1: you don't have to post about everything that's going on
- 35:12Speaker 1: in the world. Bro, you know what I'm saying. And
- 35:14Speaker 1: if you do, go look around. There's a lot more
- 35:16Speaker 1: than la, you know what I mean, There's plenty of
- 35:19Speaker 1: stuff that's going on in this world. Why do you
- 35:21Speaker 1: guys sit there and just and I'm saying not saying
- 35:24Speaker 1: you guys, I'm saying that the guys that are using
- 35:27Speaker 1: their their platform for that type of stuff. It's like,
- 35:32Speaker 1: God forbid, bro, that somebody gets hurt and these food's
- 35:35Speaker 1: posted and get somebody caught up for that.
- 35:38Speaker 3: And they're they're forgetting that what they're covering not everybody
- 35:45Speaker 3: that's that's in that game is like you, they're not
- 35:47Speaker 3: all soft like you. You gonna start talking about a
- 35:51Speaker 3: real one at a certain point and it's gonna go
- 35:53Speaker 3: bad for you. And I think that's what they're that's
- 35:55Speaker 3: the lesson that they're learning right now, is that they
- 35:59Speaker 3: spoke on the wrong one for too long and he responded,
- 36:04Speaker 3: and now he's the bad guy for for addressing everybody
- 36:07Speaker 3: that had his name in their mouth. And that's just
- 36:09Speaker 3: what's gonna happen when when that's what you base your
- 36:12Speaker 3: business on is street shit, you're gonna run into the
- 36:15Speaker 3: wrong person on the streets. There's always somebody bigger and batter.
- 36:18Speaker 3: There's always somebody gonna be bigger and batter than me.
- 36:20Speaker 3: There's always somebody gonna be bigger better than him.
- 36:22Speaker 1: Once you accept that and you got it on lock,
- 36:25Speaker 1: because you got to know that somebody could kick your ass,
- 36:27Speaker 1: you know what I mean. There's always gonna be somebody
- 36:29Speaker 1: that can be trash. There's always gonna have somebody be,
- 36:31Speaker 1: somebody that has a bigger gun than you. There's al
- 36:34Speaker 1: it's just the way it is.
- 36:35Speaker 2: Also also like that accept that it's important for people
- 36:38Speaker 2: to understand, like a lot of people and I try
- 36:40Speaker 2: to tell this to a lot of people, you know
- 36:41Speaker 2: that come in here. It's like like nobody's untouchable, nobody's
- 36:45Speaker 2: nobody's incapable of being caught slipping. You know.
- 36:48Speaker 1: The only ones that are untouchable are the ones that
- 36:50Speaker 1: are dead.
- 36:50Speaker 2: Like the kid, like the kid Folio, you know, like
- 36:52Speaker 2: I had him up here twice and I was just
- 36:54Speaker 2: trying to tell him, like, dude, I just saw that
- 36:56Speaker 2: though he just got killed in Tampa. It was but
- 36:58Speaker 2: during our interview, I told him, I said, bro, like
- 37:00Speaker 2: you're inviting a lot of bad energy to you. And
- 37:02Speaker 2: I feel like I'm gona wake up one day and
- 37:04Speaker 2: I'm gonna see academics posts someone killed you. I literally
- 37:06Speaker 2: said that in our interview, you know. And it's like
- 37:09Speaker 2: at the end of the day, it's like, no, I
- 37:12Speaker 2: feel like in hip hop, not just Mexican hip hop
- 37:15Speaker 2: or whatever, I feel like there's this whole young generation
- 37:18Speaker 2: that just moves around like that bulletproof.
- 37:19Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 37:21Speaker 3: I feel like that that's Florida section like for a
- 37:24Speaker 3: few years, like that's what they.
- 37:25Speaker 2: Were on was especially Jacksonville.
- 37:27Speaker 3: Yeah, well it was on that like I killed your
- 37:30Speaker 3: HOMEI I'm gonna.
- 37:30Speaker 4: Put it in a song I killed you like that.
- 37:32Speaker 4: Shit was wild.
- 37:33Speaker 1: A lot of shit be like Chicago to Chicago.
- 37:36Speaker 2: It was like Jacksonville was like shy Rack in the South,
- 37:38Speaker 2: and it was like, these guys have like no like
- 37:42Speaker 2: no limits.
- 37:43Speaker 1: I'll be tripping out. I'll click on a video from
- 37:45Speaker 1: like dudes from Chicago and it's like seventeen people jumping
- 37:47Speaker 1: up and the guns. I'm like, nah, damn, these crazy
- 37:50Speaker 1: they don't care, bro, Like they sit there jumping and
- 37:53Speaker 1: they got big ass drums on the ship and I'm
- 37:55Speaker 1: just like, you guys, do not get indicted for that
- 37:57Speaker 1: ship like we would have. I would have been my
- 38:00Speaker 1: homies getting It's like, but that's crazy though, I mean
- 38:04Speaker 1: that's power. Shout out to them, man, they crazy with it.
- 38:07Speaker 1: You know.
- 38:07Speaker 2: Well listen man, your new videos out, Everybody go support it. Uh,
- 38:11Speaker 2: new music on the way. I just want to say, man,
- 38:14Speaker 2: I hope that you know, whatever issues you have with
- 38:17Speaker 2: whatever individuals, whether it's Boso or Lefty or whoever, I
- 38:20Speaker 2: hope you know you guys can can have like a real,
- 38:24Speaker 2: a real uh, you know, especially you and Boso, because
- 38:27Speaker 2: I feel like you guys are both leaders, you know
- 38:29Speaker 2: in a certain aspects. And I hope. I hope you guys,
- 38:31Speaker 2: can you know, get past this and just have like
- 38:35Speaker 2: a real conversation, you.
- 38:37Speaker 4: Know, grown man conversations.
- 38:40Speaker 2: However, agree to disagree and keep it moving.
- 38:44Speaker 1: Bro. At the end of the day, I don't hate nobody.
- 38:46Speaker 1: I don't wake up with no hatred in my heart
- 38:48Speaker 1: at all. You know what I'm saying. But if you're
- 38:50Speaker 1: coming for me, I got no other choice but to
- 38:52Speaker 1: come for you yourself. Of course, you know what I'm saying.
- 38:55Speaker 1: But at the end of the day, I don't fear nobody.
- 38:57Speaker 1: You know. I don't got no bad juju on my mind.
- 38:59Speaker 1: I don't got no bad you know, vibe or nothing
- 39:02Speaker 1: to I'm.
- 39:02Speaker 2: Just say this. Both of y'all are too old to
- 39:04Speaker 2: be doing this.
- 39:06Speaker 1: My bones hurt, but we're here though. Man. Man, Shout
- 39:10Speaker 1: out to everybody that's tapping in right here with my boy, Boulet,
- 39:12Speaker 1: Kiv boy, you.
- 39:14Speaker 2: To appreciate you pulling. Remember you'll be popping out of
- 39:17Speaker 2: the Wolf Show.
- 39:18Speaker 1: Oh yeah, sure we did. Man.
- 39:20Speaker 4: Just want to shout out everybody supporting the effort. The
- 39:21Speaker 4: face of Ballet. Shout out to all the Florence homies.
- 39:24Speaker 3: Shout out to everybody supporting man, everybody the verse.
- 39:27Speaker 4: Yeah, man there.
- 39:29Speaker 2: It is fire good ship.
- 39:31Speaker 4: Thank y'all, Thank you keV of course,
