The lightbulb moment came as Denise’s 1-year-old daughter Vivian was diagnosed with several difficult food allergies, both limiting her diet and making the eating process a whole less fun. A nudge in the right direction from nanny Matha, and a bump-in with a stranger suggesting Denise enter a local pitch competition, and Denise ended her decade long career with coca-cola to pursue this idea full-time.
