- 0:09Speaker 1: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten is the number.
- 0:13Speaker 1: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten. Let's go
- 0:16Speaker 1: to Adam in New Jersey. Adam, how you doing? Adam?
- 0:23Speaker 2: Hello?
- 0:23Speaker 1: Yeah? We did wake you did?
- 0:25Speaker 3: We?
- 0:25Speaker 4: Yes?
- 0:25Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 0:26Speaker 4: No? No, no, no no, no, how are you?
- 0:28Speaker 1: Let me check? Not bad any time? Just jump in
- 0:33Speaker 1: whenever you feel like it.
- 0:35Speaker 4: Okay, Am, I I'm the air ready or.
- 0:38Speaker 1: It sounds like you around something.
- 0:39Speaker 4: But all right, so this is Mark.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Eh let me see Mark.
- 0:44Speaker 4: Listen. I'm glad, I'm glad you're there. But I heard
- 0:48Speaker 4: that China and Russia have already paid Venezuelan oil right
- 0:53Speaker 4: for the fields for oil rights in the fields of Venezuela.
- 0:58Speaker 4: Do they get their money back or what's your thoughts
- 1:02Speaker 4: on that?
- 1:02Speaker 1: Well, I don't think it's like Amazon where you can
- 1:04Speaker 1: just send it back and get the refined.
- 1:06Speaker 4: No.
- 1:07Speaker 1: But there's another reason we went into Venezuela. You have
- 1:09Speaker 1: all sorts of Russia, China, Iran, Cuba, everybody in there
- 1:15Speaker 1: doing God knows what it was like the Axis of
- 1:17Speaker 1: Evil all over again. That's another reason to break all
- 1:20Speaker 1: that up. Let's go to Mike and Florida. Mike, how
- 1:22Speaker 1: you doing, Good morning, Mark, Yes, Mike.
- 1:26Speaker 2: The Democrats are very good at controlling the language. So
- 1:29Speaker 2: there's always the equal such and such, you know, the
- 1:33Speaker 2: act and the fair so and so law. And affordability
- 1:36Speaker 2: is the current one. And the funny thing is, you
- 1:38Speaker 2: know what's not as affordable as it once was? Everything?
- 1:42Speaker 2: I mean, you know, you watched Andy Grifford Show, and
- 1:44Speaker 2: you know, a haircut was fifty cents. Last time I
- 1:46Speaker 2: went to get a haircut down here far, it was
- 1:48Speaker 2: seventeen dollars and it's a number two once around the head.
- 1:51Speaker 2: You know, it's like, you know, not even any.
- 1:53Speaker 1: Haircutt Yeah, I know that's true of old TV. You know,
- 1:55Speaker 1: you watch the TV show from nineteen sixty and the
- 1:58Speaker 1: guy says, I'll give you a five hundred dollars. You know,
- 2:00Speaker 1: you don't realize that's like ten thousand today. So but no,
- 2:04Speaker 1: that's a good point. Yeah, this affordability is an interesting thing. Obviously,
- 2:09Speaker 1: it's always about the economy. You remember when Bill Clinton
- 2:12Speaker 1: ran and Carvill famously said, it's the economy, stupid. It's
- 2:15Speaker 1: always the economy. But Democrats last year did extensive testing
- 2:21Speaker 1: with focus groups seriously, and they came on the word
- 2:25Speaker 1: affordability in the focus groups and it tested.
- 2:29Speaker 3: Through the roof.
- 2:30Speaker 1: So they zero it in on that word affordability, affordability.
- 2:34Speaker 1: And it's not that they're so good at messaging, it's
- 2:37Speaker 1: just the corruption where the every inch of media, anchors, newspaper,
- 2:42Speaker 1: they're all in cahoots with them. And if they drill
- 2:46Speaker 1: it into your head over and over and over and
- 2:48Speaker 1: over again, you start to believe it. Affordability crisis. If
- 2:50Speaker 1: that's all you see day and night, everywhere you turn,
- 2:53Speaker 1: affordability crisis, you'll start to think there's an affordability crisis.
- 2:58Speaker 1: You know, they did that with Curtis in the race.
- 3:00Speaker 1: You know, Curtis had as good a chance as Mam
- 3:02Speaker 1: Donnie in the beginning. I mean, if you look at
- 3:04Speaker 1: these two guys on paper, Mam Donnie never had a
- 3:07Speaker 1: job twelve years old. I mean, on paper, this guy
- 3:11Speaker 1: has no chance. But they kept doing that over and over.
- 3:14Speaker 1: Twenty four to seven, all you heard was Curtis can't win.
- 3:16Speaker 1: CURTI Yeah, well Curtis is great, but he can't win.
- 3:17Speaker 1: He can't win. He can't win. Well, after a while
- 3:19Speaker 1: people start to believe this. Let's go to let's go
- 3:22Speaker 1: to Vincent and Brooklyn.
- 3:24Speaker 3: Vincent, how you doing I'm doing good, Mark, Mark. Every
- 3:27Speaker 3: time I hear his word affordability, I'm going to say
- 3:30Speaker 3: the government is the first, the first person that causes
- 3:37Speaker 3: unaffordability in the City of New York. Like this latest
- 3:41Speaker 3: bonehead idea that got the city Council a couple of
- 3:46Speaker 3: months ago passed this law. It wasn't veto proof. They
- 3:50Speaker 3: passed this law that if you're going to sell ya,
- 3:53Speaker 3: if you have a private building and you're going to
- 3:55Speaker 3: sell it, you have to offer it to one of
- 3:59Speaker 3: sixteen nonprofit agencies that the city's gonna tell you. You have
- 4:04Speaker 3: to offer it to them first and if den if
- 4:08Speaker 3: they don't want it, you could sell it privately. And
- 4:11Speaker 3: even then if you're in before you go into contract,
- 4:15Speaker 3: you have to offer it to these sixteen probably not
- 4:19Speaker 3: nonprofit communist agencies. Well, I spoke actually to a lawyer
- 4:25Speaker 3: about this, and this is totally unconstitutional. The problem is
- 4:29Speaker 3: is the New York City courts are all rigged with
- 4:33Speaker 3: these left wing nut jobs, so it's gonna that's.
- 4:36Speaker 1: What happened to Donald Trump. And let me ask you
- 4:37Speaker 1: a question. You're a smart guy. You could be in
- 4:39Speaker 1: any business you want. Why would anybody be an owner
- 4:42Speaker 1: of an apartment building or a landlord? It's got to
- 4:44Speaker 1: be the most difficult, troubled kind of way, just NonStop problems,
- 4:49Speaker 1: isn't it mark these days?
- 4:51Speaker 3: It is? Especially Mandami the other day appointed this so
- 4:55Speaker 3: called tenants rights advocate. Her name is Cea Weaver, and
- 5:00Speaker 3: she actually went on the air in an interview and says,
- 5:03Speaker 3: we have to rethink private property rights.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Oh yeah, no, I'll give me a better one. Let
- 5:10Speaker 1: me see, here's an actual quote for her. Home ownership
- 5:13Speaker 1: is a weapon of white supremacy exactly.
- 5:17Speaker 3: And then she goes on to say that we're going
- 5:20Speaker 3: to attack white neighborhoods more than minority neighbors, so forth
- 5:27Speaker 3: and so on. I actually spoke to a lawyer about
- 5:30Speaker 3: this and he did tell me this is totally unconscious.
- 5:34Speaker 3: It is.
- 5:34Speaker 1: It is, but you know, it's New York. But we
- 5:37Speaker 1: got to go for the news. But great call. We'll
- 5:39Speaker 1: get back to that woman and some of her crazy
- 5:41Speaker 1: mom Donnie just put her in charge of housing. We'll
- 5:44Speaker 1: get to her in the next hour. But you know
- 5:45Speaker 1: we bring you the smartest people on earth will do that.
- 5:48Speaker 1: In the moment Steve Forbes will be with us. He
- 5:51Speaker 1: can explain a lot of this stuff in a very
- 5:54Speaker 1: rational lay with the Steve Forbes next on seven to
- 5:56Speaker 1: ten wor
