  Speaker 1: something unseen, or even unrelated to what you believe God

  Speaker 1: has called you to do. See, that's where David found himself.

  Speaker 1: He had already been anointed to be the next king

  Speaker 1: of Israel. Right that was a defining, destiny shaping moment.

  Speaker 1: You would think that immediately doors would open, opportunities would align,

  Speaker 1: and he would step into leadership. But that's not what happened, y'all.

  Speaker 1: David went right back to the shepherd's field, back to tendency,

  Speaker 1: Then one day he was summoned not to be crown king,

  Speaker 1: not to sit on a throne, but to play the

  Speaker 1: harp for Saul. Whenever the king was troubled from the outside.

  Speaker 2: For greater responsibility.

  Speaker 1: You may feel like you're just doing something, just serving,

  Speaker 1: just learning, just showing up, But in God's eyes, you're

  Speaker 1: being trained, You're being shaped and you're being positioned. Your

  Speaker 1: faithfulness right now is setting the stage for your future.

  Speaker 1: So don't despise where you are. Don't get discouraged because

  Speaker 1: it doesn't look like the promise yet, don't compare your

  Speaker 1: journey to someone else's highlight moments. I need you to

  Speaker 1: stay focused, stay committed, and stay faithful because when God

  Speaker 1: is preparing you.

  Speaker 2: He's also positioning you.

  Speaker 1: And at the right time, what he's been developing in

  Speaker 1: private will be revealed in public.

  Speaker 2: Now, it's not random, it's preparation.

  Speaker 1: Calm Own Jesus, Papa, thank you for every season of

  Speaker 1: our lives and it has purpose. Even when we don't

  Speaker 1: fully understand what you're doing, we trust that you're preparing

  Speaker 1: us for what's ahead. So help us to remain faithful

  Speaker 1: in the small things and give our best in every assignment. God,

  Speaker 1: we believe that you're shaping us, strengthens us, and positioning
