- 0:00Speaker 1: Three days you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Oh, rise and shine, sleeping beauties. Happy Monday. Jessa heads up.
- 0:06Speaker 2: The roads are still a little bit wet, so be
- 0:08Speaker 2: careful where when you're driving this morning. Not Ricky Sanches today,
- 0:12Speaker 2: but Kevin Maner has us three things you need to know.
- 0:14Speaker 3: Thank you Zach. Good to see you, buddy. First, congratulations
- 0:17Speaker 3: to the balls. Yesterday when the college football playoff wreck
- 0:20Speaker 3: it was revealed Tennessee officially secured its first ever college
- 0:23Speaker 3: football playoff spot. That's huge. Yeah, you know is coming.
- 0:27Speaker 3: And now it's official. They're going to play Ohio State
- 0:29Speaker 3: in Ohio, not here, on the twenty first. The winner
- 0:32Speaker 3: of that game we'll move on to play Oregon at
- 0:34Speaker 3: the Rose Bowl. Also, we found out that Iowa and
- 0:37Speaker 3: Missouri will play each other here in Nashville in the
- 0:39Speaker 3: Music City Bowl. That game is set for December thirtieth
- 0:42Speaker 3: at Nissan Stadium. And by the way, Timothy Shallomey has
- 0:45Speaker 3: gone viral after popping up on ESBN to share his
- 0:48Speaker 3: predictions on Saturday. It was very cool. He knows his stuff,
- 0:51Speaker 3: he knows us a ton about college football and now
- 0:54Speaker 3: seamless transition. Timothy Shallo May's Bob Dylan movie A Complete
- 0:58Speaker 3: Unknown opens on Christmas Day and there was just a
- 1:00Speaker 3: screening here in Nashville at the Bell Court and he
- 1:03Speaker 3: showed up.
- 1:04Speaker 2: It was crazy, yes's not so many people taking photos
- 1:07Speaker 2: with him and I was like, I'm sad I missed it.
- 1:09Speaker 3: Yeah, he popped in to address the crowd before the movie. Also,
- 1:12Speaker 3: this is not out there in the news. I looked.
- 1:14Speaker 3: I couldn't find it, but I have my sources, and
- 1:17Speaker 3: from what I'm told, there was like an after party
- 1:19Speaker 3: for like industry insiders after it, and he performed. He
- 1:23Speaker 3: performed Bob Dylan songs as Bob Villin's Oh Cool.
- 1:26Speaker 4: I know where was our invite?
- 1:27Speaker 3: I don't. I can't find any trace of this online.
- 1:29Speaker 3: They must not have allowed phones. But that's the word
- 1:32Speaker 3: lastly here, if you're driving around listening to Christmas music,
- 1:35Speaker 3: like Zach said a second ago, first of all, be
- 1:37Speaker 3: careful because it is wet out there. But also be
- 1:39Speaker 3: careful because a new study is ranking the most dangerous
- 1:42Speaker 3: songs to listen to while behind the wheel. They say
- 1:44Speaker 3: that any song with over one hundred and twenty beats
- 1:46Speaker 3: per minute can lead to dangerous driving. So Felice navidad
- 1:49Speaker 3: By Jose Feliciano has one hundred and forty nine beats
- 1:53Speaker 3: per minute. Kind of dangerous. Yeah, all I Want for
- 1:55Speaker 3: Christmas is You by Mariah is one hundred and fifty
- 1:58Speaker 3: and Frosty the Snowman has one one hundred and seventy
- 2:01Speaker 3: two beats permitted. The most dangerous Christmas song to listen
- 2:04Speaker 3: to you while driving. That song has no business being
- 2:07Speaker 3: that fast.
- 2:07Speaker 2: It kind of makes sense, though, because it puts you
- 2:09Speaker 2: in a good mood. So then you just start speeding.
- 2:11Speaker 2: You're like driving with the beat of the song. Yeah, exactly.
- 2:14Speaker 3: That's why anything with over one hundred and twenty is
- 2:16Speaker 3: a little dangerous. YEA, beware of Frosty the snow Man.
- 2:19Speaker 3: While you're out there driving around there you go three
- 2:21Speaker 3: things you now know. Let's start this week with some
- 2:24Speaker 3: package pick and shall we it's back pick your package.
- 2:27Speaker 3: You're gonna have your chance just a few minutes. Within
- 2:29Speaker 3: fifteen minutes, we'll ask you to call on the river.
- 2:31Speaker 5: It's time to pick your package on the river. Oho.
- 2:36Speaker 6: Oh.
- 2:37Speaker 3: We started playing this game exactly one week ago, last
- 2:39Speaker 3: Monday morning. Yeah. We started with thirty two packages under
- 2:43Speaker 3: this tree of ours. We play four times a day,
- 2:45Speaker 3: so let's do some fast math. Four times five. We
- 2:49Speaker 3: have gotten rid of twenty gifts.
- 2:51Speaker 4: That means just made my brain hurt.
- 2:53Speaker 3: There are twelve wonderful items remaining under this tree of ours.
- 2:56Speaker 3: You have to call. You have to pick a number
- 2:57Speaker 3: between one and thirty. Two has already been chosen. I'm
- 3:01Speaker 3: sorry that is just a wasted guess. Yep.
- 3:04Speaker 4: Then you're stuck with your second one, whether it be
- 3:06Speaker 4: good or bad. It's not. It's not a her fault.
- 3:08Speaker 3: Six seven, three seven, nine one o seven. We still
- 3:11Speaker 3: have tickets to see Kelsey Ballerini. Under here we have
- 3:13Speaker 3: Tate McCray taking There's lots of good stuff.
- 3:15Speaker 4: Yeah, there's still good stuff left.
- 3:17Speaker 3: We are gonna play Zach's favorite Christmas song here while
- 3:19Speaker 3: you dial six one five, seven, three seven nine, one
- 3:22Speaker 3: oh seven, and we are picking packages next on the river.
- 3:25Speaker 5: Good luck, it's time to pick your package on the river.
- 3:31Speaker 3: Yes, it's time again to pick a package. Let's say
- 3:34Speaker 3: good morning to Clara in Nashville. How you doing good? Good?
- 3:38Speaker 3: What are you up to this morning? Anyway to work?
- 3:40Speaker 6: Yeah, it's a mix of work and school all in
- 3:43Speaker 6: the same place.
- 3:44Speaker 3: So are you a teacher? What do you do.
- 3:47Speaker 6: No, I'm actually a student at Vanderville right now.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Oh congratulations. That's a hard school to get into.
- 3:53Speaker 7: I know.
- 3:54Speaker 8: I'm so excited.
- 3:55Speaker 3: Well, congrats on that, and congrats on getting through to
- 3:57Speaker 3: pick your package. Do you know how the game works?
- 4:00Speaker 3: All right, there are twelve presents remaining under this tree
- 4:03Speaker 3: of ours. You have to pick a number between one
- 4:04Speaker 3: and thirty two. We'll open up that first gift. Whatever
- 4:07Speaker 3: it is. If you like it, you keep it. If not,
- 4:09Speaker 3: you put it back. You get to choose one more,
- 4:11Speaker 3: but that one you're stuck with. Okay, okay, all right,
- 4:14Speaker 3: Clara and Nashville, go ahead and pick your package.
- 4:17Speaker 5: Nine.
- 4:19Speaker 3: Hold on, let me pick it up over. Oh it's
- 4:21Speaker 3: a heavy one. Oh it's a squish mellow mystery pack.
- 4:28Speaker 8: I'll put it back.
- 4:29Speaker 3: You're gonna put that back? Okay. You don't have kids
- 4:31Speaker 3: in your life, because my kids would love this. Yeah, No,
- 4:35Speaker 3: this is about you. It's a good call. Okay. So
- 4:39Speaker 3: now everybody keeping track at home knows what is in
- 4:42Speaker 3: number twenty nine. Here, go ahead and pick another number.
- 4:44Speaker 8: Clara, Okay, I'm just gonna go ahead and say thirty
- 4:47Speaker 8: two to the last one.
- 4:49Speaker 5: Huh.
- 4:49Speaker 3: Okay, I'm picking it up. Zach, why don't you rip
- 4:51Speaker 3: it open?
- 4:52Speaker 2: Okay, Okay, Clara, it's a cozy berry candle warmer.
- 4:57Speaker 7: I'll take it.
- 4:58Speaker 8: It's good.
- 4:59Speaker 3: Yeah, take it. I have no choice.
- 5:00Speaker 2: Congratulations, your house is gonna smell fantastic.
- 5:04Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 5:05Speaker 3: I don't know if it comes with a candle or not.
- 5:06Speaker 3: It might not. Well, it's a.
- 5:08Speaker 4: Candle warmer, so I hope you have a candle for it.
- 5:11Speaker 8: I'm sure I do somewhere, all right.
- 5:14Speaker 3: Thanks for thanks for listening and calling and playing the game.
- 5:17Speaker 3: Hang on the line so we get some info from you.
- 5:19Speaker 3: But nice job. Thank you. Nine twenty this morning. If
- 5:23Speaker 3: you want that squish mellow mystery pack, you know where
- 5:25Speaker 3: it is now, number twenty nine. It sure is.
- 5:29Speaker 2: But there's also still good things under there, like Kelson
- 5:31Speaker 2: Vallerini tickets and Tate McCray ticket.
- 5:34Speaker 3: That is a good thing. My kids would go crazy
- 5:36Speaker 3: for that.
- 5:36Speaker 4: Okay, Well, it's not always about the kids. Kevin.
- 5:38Speaker 5: Nine to twenty this morning, next Gan, thanks for being
- 5:41Speaker 5: a part of our morning.
- 5:42Speaker 9: Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning, Ricky, Zach and
- 5:44Speaker 9: Mano in the morning and one oh seven to five
- 5:46Speaker 9: the River No Ricky Sanchez in here with us today,
- 5:49Speaker 9: it's myself here with Zach, and uh, one week from today, Zach,
- 5:53Speaker 9: his life will be changed forever.
- 5:55Speaker 2: Yeah, literally, one week from today, I'm getting a total
- 5:58Speaker 2: hip replacement. I know that sounds an saying. Every time
- 6:00Speaker 2: I tell people, they're like, you're so young, it just happens.
- 6:03Speaker 2: It was a birth defect.
- 6:04Speaker 3: Let's explain the whole thing why you need this, and uh,
- 6:07Speaker 3: you know, the whole process of your hip replacement. But
- 6:09Speaker 3: also this is coming not a moment too soon, because
- 6:11Speaker 3: over the weekend you claim to have had the most
- 6:13Speaker 3: embarrassing experience of your entire life.
- 6:15Speaker 4: It was, and it had to do with my hip.
- 6:17Speaker 3: And if anybody knows anything about Zach, he's never dramatic,
- 6:20Speaker 3: so of course, never the most embarrassing experience of his
- 6:25Speaker 3: entire life. He'll break that down for us and we'll
- 6:27Speaker 3: get more into the surgery next. A few minutes here
- 6:29Speaker 3: on the road here.
- 6:30Speaker 1: To make Nashville traffic just a little less stressful, Ricky,
- 6:34Speaker 1: Zach and Manno. In the morning on the river.
- 6:38Speaker 3: It's a bit before seven o'clock on this Monday morning.
- 6:40Speaker 3: It's when o seven to five the river. A couple
- 6:42Speaker 3: of minutes ago, Zach mentioned his upcoming hip replacement surgery
- 6:46Speaker 3: one week from today. Yep, can you kind of reset
- 6:48Speaker 3: that why exactly you need at such a young age,
- 6:50Speaker 3: why you need to have your whole hip replaced? Yeah.
- 6:52Speaker 2: So I have been having like lower back pain my
- 6:55Speaker 2: entire life, and I just thought like, oh, sciatica pain.
- 6:57Speaker 2: So I've just been going through life whatever. Finally went
- 7:01Speaker 2: to the doctor and apparently my spinal bones and my
- 7:04Speaker 2: pelvic bones are way too close together.
- 7:06Speaker 4: So I've not been getting enough blood flow to my hip.
- 7:09Speaker 3: For my entire life, and that's killing your hip. Basic.
- 7:11Speaker 4: My hip bone is seventy five percent dead. Wow.
- 7:14Speaker 2: Yeah, so I get to have an entire new hip
- 7:16Speaker 2: next week.
- 7:17Speaker 3: Which is I know. I know originally when you found
- 7:19Speaker 3: out that you were having the surgery, you were a
- 7:21Speaker 3: little bit scared about it. But as it gets closer,
- 7:23Speaker 3: are you starting to feel better? Like You're gonna have
- 7:24Speaker 3: a brand new lease on life on the.
- 7:26Speaker 2: Eyes side of it, So excited. I'm going to be
- 7:28Speaker 2: bionic and iconic and I'm not.
- 7:30Speaker 4: Going to be in pain anymore. That's the best part.
- 7:33Speaker 3: And the things they can do these days, Like my
- 7:34Speaker 3: dad has had both hips replaced, and he says it's
- 7:36Speaker 3: the best thing that he's ever done in his life. Yeah,
- 7:38Speaker 3: he's so happy.
- 7:38Speaker 4: I was shocked.
- 7:39Speaker 2: It's only like an hour and a half long surgery
- 7:41Speaker 2: and then I'm home that day quickly.
- 7:43Speaker 4: It's crazy.
- 7:44Speaker 3: But also leading up to the surgery, you said that
- 7:46Speaker 3: you had a very embarrassing experience over the weekend hip
- 7:49Speaker 3: related what happened.
- 7:51Speaker 2: Okay, so my hip was hurting extremely bad yesterday. But
- 7:54Speaker 2: I had to go to home depot and find these
- 7:56Speaker 2: Christmas lights that I have been looking for everywhere, so
- 7:58Speaker 2: I could hardly walk.
- 8:00Speaker 4: I'm walking into home depots.
- 8:01Speaker 2: So I get one of those little motorized scooters that
- 8:03Speaker 2: you did it.
- 8:04Speaker 3: I've been telling you to use those when you go
- 8:05Speaker 3: to the store.
- 8:06Speaker 4: I didn't want to finally do it, but I did it.
- 8:09Speaker 2: I got one of those motorized scooters, and I just
- 8:11Speaker 2: felt like a nuisance the entire time because it's so
- 8:15Speaker 2: big and bulky, and every time I would be like
- 8:17Speaker 2: going down an aisle, somebody.
- 8:18Speaker 4: Would be like, oh my god, I'm so sorry. I'm
- 8:20Speaker 4: so sorry. I'm like, no, it's fine, I'll wait, I'll wait.
- 8:22Speaker 2: Like they were just moving out of the way for me,
- 8:24Speaker 2: and I was like, I feel so embarrassed right now.
- 8:27Speaker 2: The worst part is when you put it in reverse,
- 8:30Speaker 2: b babe, and then I back into this massive pile
- 8:35Speaker 2: of Christmas lights and just knock over the entire.
- 8:37Speaker 4: Thoughts the home depot. Oh no, this is why I
- 8:41Speaker 4: should not be allowed on those motorized scooters.
- 8:44Speaker 3: This is why you should never judge a book by
- 8:46Speaker 3: its cover. Because you are a young, seemingly healthy person,
- 8:49Speaker 3: but you definitely need one of those things. You waddle
- 8:52Speaker 3: around the halls, You're like, you do need assistance getting around?
- 8:55Speaker 2: Yeah. I felt bad though, because I was like, the
- 8:57Speaker 2: people are just staring at me, like that kid does
- 8:59Speaker 2: not need one, sure, and I'm like, yes, I do.
- 9:01Speaker 2: But also, please give grace to those people that are
- 9:04Speaker 2: using those in the source, because it is embarrassing to
- 9:07Speaker 2: have to get in get on one of those because
- 9:09Speaker 2: you're kind of immobile, Like it was so embarrassing for
- 9:12Speaker 2: me to have to use that, and you knocked over
- 9:14Speaker 2: a Christmas display, well, yeah it was hawful.
- 9:19Speaker 3: You'll be on the other side of this soon.
- 9:21Speaker 2: And I couldn't run out, right, of course, I couldn't
- 9:24Speaker 2: run away.
- 9:25Speaker 3: Yeah, slowly got it back up again and the whole
- 9:27Speaker 3: thing coming up at eight twenty this morning, we do
- 9:29Speaker 3: want some binge watch suggestions for Zach because he's gonna
- 9:32Speaker 3: be bedridden for a bit, yeah, a week from now.
- 9:34Speaker 3: So at eight twenty this morning, we want your suggestions.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Three days you need to.
- 9:39Speaker 4: Rise and shine.
- 9:40Speaker 2: That's why my mom always used to sing to me,
- 9:43Speaker 2: so right after seven o'clock on this Monday morning. No
- 9:46Speaker 2: Ricky Sanches today, but Kevin Manho has those three things
- 9:48Speaker 2: you need to know.
- 9:49Speaker 3: Thank you very much, Zach. I appreciate that. First, just
- 9:52Speaker 3: a PSA residence up near Madison, or being encouraged to
- 9:55Speaker 3: get multiple sources for weather updates like apps and weather
- 9:58Speaker 3: radios and those things. The reason is that the tornado
- 10:01Speaker 3: siren right there was just destroyed in a crash. It
- 10:04Speaker 3: was at Briarville and Shields Lane, and I was destroyed.
- 10:07Speaker 3: It's gonna be done until further notice. They have no
- 10:09Speaker 3: estimated date for replacements. So the Nashville Office of Office
- 10:12Speaker 3: of Emergency Management wants everyone to have alternative ways of
- 10:15Speaker 3: you know, receiving a weather alert. In Dolly Parton News,
- 10:20Speaker 3: Dolly Parton is looking for Dolly Parton. She just announced
- 10:23Speaker 3: an open casting call. For her Broadway show, Dolly an
- 10:26Speaker 3: Original Musical, and she needs Dolly's various ages to be Dolly.
- 10:30Speaker 3: Dolly Musical. Dot COM's where you go to submit an audition.
- 10:34Speaker 3: Are you the next Dolly? Zach?
- 10:36Speaker 2: I'm just saying there is a beautiful Dolly parton that
- 10:39Speaker 2: performs drag at play that I think she should audition.
- 10:43Speaker 3: You should, for sure. Dolly Musical dot com again is
- 10:46Speaker 3: where you do that. Lastly, the Era's tour is officially done.
- 10:51Speaker 3: Taylor Swift wrapped her final run of show. She was
- 10:54Speaker 3: in Vancouver for three of them over the weekend. The
- 10:56Speaker 3: highest grossing tour of all time, it generated and estimated
- 11:00Speaker 3: five billion dollars in tourism revenue around the world. More
- 11:03Speaker 3: than ten million people have seen this show. Honestly, just remarkable, incredible.
- 11:08Speaker 2: It was one of the best concerts I've ever seen
- 11:10Speaker 2: in my entire life.
- 11:11Speaker 3: She called it the most exciting and electrifying thing she's
- 11:13Speaker 3: ever done in her whole life. Here she is on
- 11:16Speaker 3: stage last night, the final show. And the reason this
- 11:18Speaker 3: has been the longest tour I've ever done, I've never
- 11:20Speaker 3: ever done this many shows on a tour ever, is.
- 11:23Speaker 9: Because you guys have made this into something completely unrecognizable
- 11:26Speaker 9: for anything I've ever done in my life.
- 11:28Speaker 3: With your traditions, with your your passion, with.
- 11:31Speaker 5: Your the way you care about this tour, it's it's unparalleled.
- 11:35Speaker 4: I've never experienced anything like it.
- 11:38Speaker 3: So I just wanted to say that that your why
- 11:41Speaker 3: this is so special. All credit to the fan.
- 11:43Speaker 4: I love her so much.
- 11:44Speaker 3: And with that, it's over the end of an era.
- 11:46Speaker 3: Literally right after Shabouzi, it's time for Zach specs. We're
- 11:50Speaker 3: all going to learn together next on this Monday morning right.
- 11:52Speaker 9: Here on the river RIICKI is Zach and Meno in
- 11:54Speaker 9: the morning on one O seven five.
- 11:56Speaker 3: I'm seven to five the river. Good morning, thank you
- 11:59Speaker 3: for starting your week with us. It's time for Zach's facts.
- 12:01Speaker 2: Well, your fact of the day is that did you
- 12:03Speaker 2: know that when Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer was born,
- 12:06Speaker 2: his parents were actually thinking about a different name for him.
- 12:09Speaker 3: Okay, well there's an alternate name for Rudolph.
- 12:12Speaker 2: There were two different names, Rolo and Reginald. Could you
- 12:16Speaker 2: imagine Reginald the Red Nose Reindeer?
- 12:18Speaker 3: I kind of like it. I did too. Wow, maybe
- 12:21Speaker 3: somebody should do some sort of like alternate universe thing.
- 12:23Speaker 4: I'm here for it, but that's your fact of the day.
- 12:26Speaker 1: Reginald, Ricky, is, Zach and Mano in the Morning on.
- 12:32Speaker 3: Did you destroy when you were a kid? It's one
- 12:35Speaker 3: o seven to five the River. I feel like everybody's
- 12:37Speaker 3: got some sort of story for this.
- 12:39Speaker 4: I feel like you're asking that for a specific reason. Kevin,
- 12:41Speaker 4: were you a bad kid?
- 12:43Speaker 3: I was honestly a good kid. My brothers would have
- 12:45Speaker 3: more stories about this, but the reason I'm asking We
- 12:46Speaker 3: were having a conversation in here the other day. Our
- 12:48Speaker 3: friend Melissa, who works here, mentioned that she when she
- 12:51Speaker 3: was a kid, she left a pack of crayons in
- 12:53Speaker 3: the backseat of her parents new car, and it was
- 12:55Speaker 3: a hot summer day and they melted all over the
- 12:58Speaker 3: place the car. So we got out of this conversation
- 13:01Speaker 3: about what we all destroyed when we were kids. Six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
- 13:06Speaker 3: one oh seven.
- 13:07Speaker 5: Ricky, Zach and Mano in the Morning on.
- 13:11Speaker 3: The question we posed a moment ago, what did you
- 13:13Speaker 3: destroy when you were a kid? Robin and Murphysboro Go ahead.
- 13:18Speaker 8: I set my love seat on fire when I was
- 13:21Speaker 8: five years old playing with matches.
- 13:24Speaker 3: Robin, Well, you set what on fire our couch.
- 13:28Speaker 2: Oh okay, I have so many questions. Where did you
- 13:31Speaker 2: find these matches? Were they just laying around the house.
- 13:35Speaker 8: My parents smoked and at the time, and I guess
- 13:39Speaker 8: I must have found them somewhere in the kitchen or something.
- 13:42Speaker 8: And I was in the back of the couch and
- 13:45Speaker 8: I was playing. I was striking it and it burnt
- 13:48Speaker 8: my finger and I dropped it and it caught the
- 13:50Speaker 8: whole couch on fire. My parents were out, My parents
- 13:54Speaker 8: were out on a date, and I was with a babysitter.
- 13:56Speaker 3: What a good lesson though, for the kids listening right now.
- 13:59Speaker 3: Do not mess around with fire matches, lighters, nothing, do
- 14:04Speaker 3: nothing nothing.
- 14:05Speaker 8: Do not play with no type of fire because it
- 14:07Speaker 8: is not fun.
- 14:09Speaker 3: Babysitter, No, but I sure know got in trouble. Good
- 14:12Speaker 3: you should have.
- 14:14Speaker 9: I did.
- 14:15Speaker 8: I'm forty eight, so you know back in the day
- 14:17Speaker 8: we got in big trouble.
- 14:20Speaker 2: You still sound traumatized by it, Robin a little bit,
- 14:24Speaker 2: you guys a little bit.
- 14:25Speaker 3: Well, thank you for opening up, Thank you for sharing
- 14:27Speaker 3: with us. We appreciate it.
- 14:28Speaker 8: Thank you, y'all.
- 14:29Speaker 3: Have a wonderful day, you too, Kayley and Nashville, go ahead,
- 14:33Speaker 3: did you destroy something when you were younger.
- 14:35Speaker 6: Yes, So my grandma had this cassette player and I
- 14:39Speaker 6: saw a toy car was a cassette, and I stuved
- 14:42Speaker 6: it in the like this thought with a cassette was, Hey,
- 14:45Speaker 6: I get it.
- 14:46Speaker 3: Kids are curious. You know, you're just figuring out the world.
- 14:49Speaker 4: But did you get in trouble for destroying this cassette player?
- 14:53Speaker 1: No?
- 14:53Speaker 6: Not really, just he makes like passive aggressive, like call
- 14:57Speaker 6: back to it.
- 14:58Speaker 1: I guess.
- 14:58Speaker 6: So she's like remember that.
- 15:02Speaker 2: Oh, she's never gonna let you live it down. Kayley,
- 15:04Speaker 2: It's fine, we'll just move past it in therapy.
- 15:07Speaker 3: Didn't actually break it? Do the thing break because of
- 15:09Speaker 3: the car? Yes, well you learned your lesson. Yep, thanks Kayleen. Quick.
- 15:14Speaker 3: The one thing that comes to mind for me. I
- 15:16Speaker 3: destroyed my brother's Teddy Ruxman doll on Christmas Day?
- 15:18Speaker 5: Guy?
- 15:19Speaker 3: Did you do that? I was jealous. I gouged its
- 15:21Speaker 3: eyes out. I wanted one. I wouldn't find that Christmas
- 15:23Speaker 3: tree and destroyed it. What about you, Zach? What did
- 15:26Speaker 3: you destroy when you were a kid.
- 15:27Speaker 2: So I used to play soccer, and I specifically remember
- 15:30Speaker 2: getting in trouble because I would always try and hit
- 15:32Speaker 2: like the my neighbor's fence, and so like the planks
- 15:35Speaker 2: of the fence, I would see how many I could
- 15:36Speaker 2: knock down with the soccer ball by kicking them as
- 15:39Speaker 2: hard as I possibly could.
- 15:41Speaker 1: Thanks for being a part of our morning, Ricky, Zach
- 15:43Speaker 1: and Menno in the morning.
- 15:46Speaker 3: And Smyrna, what was it for you? What did you break?
- 15:49Speaker 7: My brother and I destroyed our Christmas tree on Christmas
- 15:53Speaker 7: d over a fight plate pickup stick.
- 15:56Speaker 2: Okay, so irene, I'm picturing you guys like wrestling because
- 16:00Speaker 2: you're fighting over pickup sticks and then you knock over
- 16:02Speaker 2: the Christmas tree and it destroys everything.
- 16:04Speaker 4: Or how did you ruin it?
- 16:05Speaker 7: Yeah, so we were physically fighting and we fell into
- 16:09Speaker 7: the Christmas tree and it broke the stand. Wow that
- 16:13Speaker 7: it tilted it up. It was real, and it broke
- 16:15Speaker 7: a bunch of branches in my family heirloom ornament. And
- 16:22Speaker 7: we tried to blame it on Sanna and that did
- 16:26Speaker 7: not work out for the well, we had very minimal
- 16:29Speaker 7: presents the next day.
- 16:30Speaker 3: You tried to pass it off on the nicest entity
- 16:35Speaker 3: I don't even know, I don't say human being, the
- 16:36Speaker 3: nicest being of all time. You tried to pass off.
- 16:40Speaker 2: Oh, my goodness, Irene, I hope you have like a
- 16:43Speaker 2: dirty conscious now.
- 16:47Speaker 7: Yeah, I'm still so really bad. My mom's cried.
- 16:51Speaker 3: Yeah, that's too bad. You broke the family heirlooms over
- 16:55Speaker 3: pickup sticks. My goodness, siblings will fight about anything.
- 17:00Speaker 7: Yeah, my brother and I fought on It's a story
- 17:03Speaker 7: that comes up everything.
- 17:04Speaker 2: We're gonna ride a new movie instead of the Grench
- 17:06Speaker 2: that stole Christmas. It's gonna be Irene that ruined Christmas.
- 17:10Speaker 3: Bad enough that you should get him pickup sticks this year.
- 17:14Speaker 7: Oh that's a good idea.
- 17:16Speaker 3: All right, I read. Thank you for calling. Hope this
- 17:18Speaker 3: Christmas goes a little smoother for you.
- 17:20Speaker 7: Thank you.

- 17:47Speaker 8: No, I just dropped the last one off, So it's.
- 17:49Speaker 3: All mean, it's all you. Hopefully you do better than
- 17:52Speaker 3: Zach did when I ran these by him.
- 17:54Speaker 4: Won't be hard to do.
- 17:56Speaker 3: You're playing for tickets to see The Predators Predsversus Penguins
- 17:59Speaker 3: the nine eighteenth. You got to get two out of
- 18:01Speaker 3: three of these rights and win the tickets. Okay, Okay,
- 18:04Speaker 3: Ashley and Dixon, your holiday movie of quiz starts right now.
- 18:09Speaker 3: What were the first names of the two bad guys
- 18:12Speaker 3: in Home Alone, the Wet Bandits? What were their names?
- 18:17Speaker 7: Oh?
- 18:17Speaker 3: Gosh, yeah yeah and Harry?
- 18:25Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 18:27Speaker 3: Nice job, Zach. I feel like when I asked him
- 18:30Speaker 3: that question he never even heard of Home Alone before.
- 18:33Speaker 4: I have seen it, and I've watched it. I just
- 18:35Speaker 4: could not remember their name.
- 18:37Speaker 10: The traps from.
- 18:38Speaker 2: Home Alone one you did?
- 18:41Speaker 3: Okay, call us back tomorrow. We need to go a
- 18:43Speaker 3: little deeper on that. You get this one right, You
- 18:46Speaker 3: win the tickets question to Tom Hanks appears as seven
- 18:49Speaker 3: different characters in what holiday movie.
- 18:53Speaker 4: Express?
- 18:54Speaker 3: Hey yeah, holy, how wow?
- 18:57Speaker 5: Done?
- 18:57Speaker 3: You're going to see The Preds Predsbury's penguins on the ninth.
- 19:00Speaker 3: He e't the bridge stone. I love it, thank you,
- 19:02Speaker 3: and real quick, we do have a second. When did
- 19:04Speaker 3: you set up these traps?
- 19:06Speaker 9: Oh?
- 19:06Speaker 6: I was sixteen years old.
- 19:08Speaker 8: I was staying home for the weekend and my parents
- 19:10Speaker 8: had left me alone, and.
- 19:11Speaker 10: I decided the best thing to do was to trap
- 19:13Speaker 10: the house and then what could well?
- 19:15Speaker 4: Did it keep you safe?
- 19:16Speaker 10: I mean yeah, but I got in trouble when they
- 19:18Speaker 10: got home.
- 19:19Speaker 3: What was one of them that you did, like the
- 19:21Speaker 3: micro machines on the floor or what all.
- 19:23Speaker 6: The legos on the floor.
- 19:24Speaker 10: I did that my dad's eating ride on the front door,
- 19:28Speaker 10: and it scorched the wood. Oh, it was really bad.
- 19:32Speaker 4: Thank goodness you didn't catch the house on fire.
- 19:34Speaker 10: Yeah see I didn't think about that. I was just like,
- 19:36Speaker 10: nobody can.
- 19:37Speaker 6: Touch the door.
- 19:38Speaker 1: I'm fine.
- 19:39Speaker 3: I love it, Ashley, Thank you for calling and playing. Congratulations.
- 19:41Speaker 6: Thank you guys.
- 19:42Speaker 3: I have a great day.
- 19:43Speaker 1: Three days you need to know.
- 19:45Speaker 4: Good morning.
- 19:46Speaker 2: It is just after eight o'clock on this Monday morning.
- 19:49Speaker 2: No Ricky Sanchez today, but Kevin Mano does have those
- 19:51Speaker 2: three things that you need to know.
- 19:53Speaker 3: Thank you. Zach First, a serious one, Jay z has
- 19:56Speaker 3: been accused in a civil lawsuit of assaulting a thirteen
- 19:58Speaker 3: year old back in the year two thousand along with Diddy.
- 20:01Speaker 3: This accusation came out yesterday and Jays released a statement
- 20:04Speaker 3: calling it idiotic. He said that where he comes from,
- 20:08Speaker 3: he has a code and honor and he protects children.
- 20:10Speaker 3: He is obviously denying the claims. I know a couple
- 20:13Speaker 3: of local restaurants making news at the moment. First, this
- 20:16Speaker 3: is such a bummer, but another one just announced they're closing.
- 20:19Speaker 3: The chef and I it's a great spot over by
- 20:22Speaker 3: midtown on Adalisha. Am I saying that right Adalisia? Yeah, yeah,
- 20:26Speaker 3: after seventeen years, their final day of service will be
- 20:28Speaker 3: December thirty. First, I did like that place, and I'm
- 20:30Speaker 3: bringing this one to you as a vegetarian myself here.
- 20:33Speaker 3: But Avo is struggling. Annie, I know. I love Avo,
- 20:37Speaker 3: Annie the owner. She posted a video online saying I
- 20:39Speaker 3: don't normally do this, but we need business if we're
- 20:42Speaker 3: gonna stay open, and we here at the River. We're
- 20:44Speaker 3: always saying, you know, support local by local. Yeah, I
- 20:47Speaker 3: love Avo. It's over one city. There's a lot of
- 20:50Speaker 3: great stuff over there. So if he can go eat
- 20:52Speaker 3: at Abo. Zach is not a vegetarian and he likes Yeah.
- 20:54Speaker 4: I'd say I'm not even a vegetarian, and I love Avo.
- 20:57Speaker 4: Their food is so good.
- 20:58Speaker 3: Yeah, so let's all go to Javo. Spread the word.
- 21:01Speaker 3: Lastly here, Barry Kyogan deleted his Instagram after his split
- 21:05Speaker 3: with Sabrina Carpenter, and then he shared the reason for it.
- 21:07Speaker 3: He wrote online he was getting tons of nasty messages
- 21:12Speaker 3: and no person should have to take that as when
- 21:14Speaker 3: he said people were attacking not only him but his
- 21:16Speaker 3: family as well, he said lines were crossed. So he
- 21:19Speaker 3: just deleted the whole Instagram. And he is encouraging, encouraging everyone,
- 21:23Speaker 3: all of us to uh to just be kind.
- 21:25Speaker 4: So that's a good message right there, Just be nice.
- 21:28Speaker 3: Three things you now know. A little over an hour
- 21:30Speaker 3: from right now, we are picking packages. Pick your package,
- 21:34Speaker 3: is package. We've still got plenty of good stuff under
- 21:38Speaker 3: the street. Zach really hated that. Nine this morning. Your
- 21:41Speaker 3: next chance to play right here.
- 21:42Speaker 5: On the river Ricky Zach in the morning.
- 21:46Speaker 3: All right, So one week from today, one week from
- 21:48Speaker 3: right now, our buddy Zach over here is going under
- 21:51Speaker 3: the knife. He's having his hip replace. I am indeed,
- 21:55Speaker 3: and he's gonna be laid up for a bit thereafter.
- 21:57Speaker 2: Yeah, so I need your help, Like I need to
- 22:00Speaker 2: TV shows and movies that I can watch, or binge
- 22:02Speaker 2: or something to keep myself busy so I do not
- 22:05Speaker 2: go insane.
- 22:05Speaker 3: Binge suggestions for Zach right now? Six one five, seven,
- 22:09Speaker 3: three seven, nine, one oh seven. Can you give us
- 22:11Speaker 3: a little taste of like what you're into? Maybe, so
- 22:14Speaker 3: people aren't calling with suggestions that are way off.
- 22:16Speaker 2: Okay, So I really like the Morning Show. I like
- 22:19Speaker 2: Big Little Lies. I also love Sister Wives thousand pounds
- 22:23Speaker 2: sisters like I love trashy reality TV shows.
- 22:26Speaker 3: But also some scripted drama content. Yeah, okay, so movies
- 22:30Speaker 3: or TV shows Zach and binge while he is laying
- 22:32Speaker 3: in bed for a week. Yeah, even though I think you,
- 22:35Speaker 3: recovery is gonna be a lot easier than you think
- 22:36Speaker 3: it is, I hope.
- 22:37Speaker 4: So just preparing for the first.
- 22:39Speaker 3: I get it. I get it. If you have something
- 22:40Speaker 3: to offer. Six one five, seven, three seven, nine one
- 22:43Speaker 3: oh seven. What should Zach watch while he's laid up?
- 22:46Speaker 5: It's time.
- 22:49Speaker 1: One o seven five the River, Nicky Zach and Manno
- 22:52Speaker 1: in the morning, we're.
- 22:53Speaker 3: Looking for a TV show, suggestions something Zach can binge
- 22:56Speaker 3: while he's recovering from his surgery. TV shows or movies,
- 23:00Speaker 3: Kayla and Bowling Green is on the line. You just
- 23:02Speaker 3: want Jelly Real tickets. For almost a couple of weeks ago,
- 23:04Speaker 3: how was that show?
- 23:05Speaker 10: It was amazing. When Soup Dog came out, I thought
- 23:08Speaker 10: I had died. It was insane.
- 23:12Speaker 3: Well, Kaylen, thanks for calling back. It's good to hear
- 23:14Speaker 3: from you. Do you have any suggestions for Zach while
- 23:17Speaker 3: he's recovering from a surgery?
- 23:18Speaker 10: Yes, I had kidney surgery a couple of months ago
- 23:22Speaker 10: and I was stuck in the bed for three weeks
- 23:25Speaker 10: for recovery. So I've been watched vander Pump for roles
- 23:29Speaker 10: like the trash the trashy reality. It's so entertaining and
- 23:34Speaker 10: I followed him on Instagram and I really shouldn't, but
- 23:36Speaker 10: it's amazing. The Crown if you haven't watched it, it
- 23:40Speaker 10: is about the royal family. It's obviously very dramatized, but
- 23:44Speaker 10: you also feel like in the drama with it.
- 23:46Speaker 2: That also sounds right up my I would think that'd
- 23:49Speaker 2: be too much like the news. For now, I love
- 23:52Speaker 2: the Royal family like I'm obsessed with that idea.
- 23:54Speaker 4: Okay, yes, it is so.
- 23:56Speaker 10: Good, and it kind of gives you a little bit
- 23:58Speaker 10: of backstory of the truth that they went through, but
- 24:02Speaker 10: also it kind of traumatizes it for entertainment purposes, but
- 24:06Speaker 10: you can kind of and it's fun to google and
- 24:08Speaker 10: find out what's true.
- 24:09Speaker 7: And what's not.
- 24:09Speaker 10: Okay, So those two got me through my recovery.
- 24:12Speaker 3: Good suggestions, Kayla. We appreciate it, and it's good to
- 24:15Speaker 3: hear from you. Glad you had fun at the Jelly
- 24:17Speaker 3: Roll show.
- 24:18Speaker 7: Thank you so much.
- 24:18Speaker 10: And good luck with your surgery.
- 24:20Speaker 4: Thank you, lov I appreciate you.
- 24:21Speaker 3: Have a good day. Somebody of the text line, Zach
- 24:24Speaker 3: and I'm reading this text because I fully endorsed it
- 24:27Speaker 3: said Black Mirror.
- 24:28Speaker 2: Okay, I haven't seen a single episode, but I do
- 24:31Speaker 2: know that Miley Cyrus is in one of them.
- 24:33Speaker 3: That happened to be the worst episode of Black Mirror. Ever,
- 24:35Speaker 3: no offense to mind that she was fine. It was
- 24:36Speaker 3: just a bad episode. But every episode is different. So
- 24:38Speaker 3: it's just it's always you know, every like one hour
- 24:41Speaker 3: movies basically. Okay, it's sci fi though, like, are you
- 24:43Speaker 3: okay with sci fi?
- 24:45Speaker 4: I think I'll give it a try and report back.
- 24:48Speaker 3: So you're not gonna like it, you know, I mean,
- 24:50Speaker 3: I don't know. I love Black Mirror. If you ever
- 24:52Speaker 3: watched Breaking Bad, that's my favorite show of all time.
- 24:54Speaker 2: I have not seen Breaking Bad either. I'm adding it
- 24:56Speaker 2: to the list. Kevin one, Kis and the River.
- 25:02Speaker 3: Just before nine o'clock every day about this time, we
- 25:05Speaker 3: play some audio from a video going viral online. Ricky's
- 25:08Speaker 3: not here today with us, but she actually found this video.
- 25:11Speaker 2: Yeah, and honestly, it's the most brilliant way to answer
- 25:14Speaker 2: a telemarketer. So when it pops up on your phone
- 25:16Speaker 2: and it says spam risk, get ready because these are
- 25:18Speaker 2: great examples on what to do.
- 25:20Speaker 3: Here we go today's daily double tap.
- 25:21Speaker 8: Welcome to the house phone saga, where I don't know
- 25:23Speaker 8: my phone number but the telemarketers do.
- 25:26Speaker 3: I'm gonna mood today, so this is gonna be weird.
- 25:29Speaker 3: Thank god you called. There's blood everywhere and I don't know.
- 25:33Speaker 4: What to do.
- 25:35Speaker 3: Karnin's Adoption agency selling pre owned people since nineteen ninety four?
- 25:39Speaker 3: Is this for pickup or delivery?
- 25:41Speaker 5: Oh?
- 25:41Speaker 7: We hung up?
- 25:43Speaker 1: How strange?
- 25:44Speaker 3: Thank you for calling the hotel motel? Are you booking
- 25:47Speaker 3: by the evening or the hour or by.
- 25:50Speaker 4: The minute, like like, are you one of those? Like
- 25:52Speaker 4: do you need a book by the minute?
- 25:56Speaker 3: Okay, So maybe nobody's actually gonna use the things that
- 25:58Speaker 3: she used.
- 25:58Speaker 4: I think they're brilliant.
- 26:00Speaker 3: She's having fun with it.
- 26:01Speaker 4: I like them.
- 26:04Speaker 3: I could probably see you doing some of those.
- 26:06Speaker 4: It'll make sure that they won't call back.
- 26:08Speaker 3: That's a good point. Is it true that if you
- 26:10Speaker 3: ask them to take your number off the list, they
- 26:11Speaker 3: actually take your number off the list?
- 26:13Speaker 4: I sincerely doubt it.
- 26:14Speaker 3: That's what I've always heard, but I don't I've never
- 26:16Speaker 3: actually experienced that.
- 26:17Speaker 4: I don't feel like that actually happens.
- 26:19Speaker 3: We're gonna put the video up if you want to
- 26:20Speaker 3: see it. Ways to answer the phone when you get
- 26:22Speaker 3: those spam calls goes up in our Instagram story. That's
- 26:24Speaker 3: where we put the daily double tap every day at
- 26:26Speaker 3: one O seven five the River on Instagram. Make sure
- 26:29Speaker 3: you're following Thanks one O
- 26:31Speaker 1: Seven five Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning,
