- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, gorgeous. It's Lala Kent.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Welcome to untraditionally, Lala, Hello, gorgeous, Welcome back to untraditionally, Lala.
- 0:13Speaker 2: Ignore this room that we are in. We're in Palm Springs.
- 0:16Speaker 2: We've been here since last week. We got here on Thursday.
- 0:21Speaker 2: Janet and her husband and her beautiful son went to
- 0:26Speaker 2: San Francisco for Easter. So we brought Janet's mom, Claudia,
- 0:31Speaker 2: and we have had a heyday.
- 0:33Speaker 3: There is no one.
- 0:36Speaker 2: You keep saying that. She was like, what does that
- 0:38Speaker 2: even mean? It's just the top tier. So Claudia came
- 0:43Speaker 2: with us, which is Janet's mom. Great a bitch, great
- 0:47Speaker 2: a bitch. The moment that you said that, she was like,
- 0:49Speaker 2: what does that even mean?
- 0:50Speaker 1: I know, I kind of got flustered. I was like,
- 0:52Speaker 1: is she going to get mad? And be like, oh no,
- 0:55Speaker 1: well you never know. She would never get mad at
- 0:57Speaker 1: that win loser Maybe.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Does that mean that you always go in for the
- 1:02Speaker 2: maybe yeah, win lose er, maybe win loser draw? Okay,
- 1:07Speaker 2: well either way, I love it so very quickly. I'm
- 1:11Speaker 2: not supposed to talk about the show, which I won't.
- 1:16Speaker 2: The showed the show that shall not be mentioned.
- 1:19Speaker 1: What I'm on television. What the fuck is going on?
- 1:23Speaker 2: There are moments where when I do an interview or
- 1:27Speaker 2: a podcast comes out and the clips are.
- 1:29Speaker 1: Posted, I start to feel a little bit exposed.
- 1:32Speaker 2: So I just wanted to see I just wanted to see,
- 1:35Speaker 2: on average, how many people are actually seeing me in
- 1:43Speaker 2: a year.
- 1:44Speaker 1: Okay, so I like, how many viewers see you?
- 1:49Speaker 2: Well? Yeah, because you look in the comments section and
- 1:51Speaker 2: there's there's moments where people start telling you who you
- 1:55Speaker 2: are and what you need to work on, and you
- 1:57Speaker 2: start believing it, and then you're like, what the how
- 1:59Speaker 2: do how am I giving these people so much power
- 2:01Speaker 2: to tell me who I am right and what I
- 2:04Speaker 2: need to work on. When I'm with myself twenty four
- 2:07Speaker 2: to seven, I can check myself.
- 2:09Speaker 3: I have people around me who check me. But then
- 2:11Speaker 3: I'm reading.
- 2:12Speaker 2: Things and it's like, am I good at staying out
- 2:15Speaker 2: of the comment section?
- 2:16Speaker 1: I'm pretty good at it.
- 2:17Speaker 3: I'm pretty good at it.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Occasionally, because I'm human, I like to sabotage and people
- 2:24Speaker 2: will say things that you need to work on, and
- 2:26Speaker 2: you start seeing it over and over again, and you're like,
- 2:28Speaker 2: oh my god, these people know me?
- 2:31Speaker 1: Do they know me?
- 2:32Speaker 2: What's happening. So I went into chat GPT, don't laugh,
- 2:37Speaker 2: it's my best friend. Last night, Ocean wanted to know
- 2:39Speaker 2: what she looked like as an old person, so I
- 2:41Speaker 2: put her. I put her in. By the way, she's
- 2:44Speaker 2: a gorgeous old person. I went back in this morning.
- 2:47Speaker 2: I did this, you guys, and I give her take.
- 2:51Speaker 2: I said, I'm on a show. If I appear on
- 2:53Speaker 2: someone's screen once a week for twenty weeks, give or
- 2:58Speaker 2: take right, for ten to fifteen minutes each time, what
- 3:04Speaker 2: is the percentage that people.
- 3:05Speaker 1: See me per year? You want to know what? It said?
- 3:09Speaker 2: Zero point zero four percent? Oh, not even one percent?
- 3:16Speaker 1: And batta. Oh and by the.
- 3:18Speaker 2: Way, I'm going to allow you at not even a
- 3:21Speaker 2: one percent to show me.
- 3:22Speaker 1: What I need. I need to work on my life.
- 3:26Speaker 1: Get the fuck out thing. Put a camera on you.
- 3:29Speaker 1: Let me see what you should do differently in life. Oh.
- 3:32Speaker 2: By the way, there is a group of women who
- 3:34Speaker 2: just had cameras put on them in Rhode Island, and
- 3:37Speaker 2: we're going.
- 3:37Speaker 1: To talk about it. I can't. I can't.
- 3:42Speaker 3: We're going to get into it. I can't.
- 3:44Speaker 1: It's so grade A great a great a bitches, It's
- 3:49Speaker 1: just great, a bitches on that too. We had a
- 3:51Speaker 1: wonderful easter.
- 3:52Speaker 3: You guys.
- 3:52Speaker 2: We for a brief moment, said, you know what, let's
- 3:56Speaker 2: stay in for easter.
- 3:57Speaker 1: Let's not fight the crowds.
- 3:59Speaker 2: I don't want to get ready, obviously, and I just
- 4:02Speaker 2: want to stay home and cook.
- 4:04Speaker 3: That lasted right four minutes that last.
- 4:06Speaker 1: We should have known. We want to cook seconds.
- 4:10Speaker 3: Yeah, cook, What the fuck are you talking about?
- 4:13Speaker 1: Just to let you guys know, just a side note.
- 4:17Speaker 1: We went to the store, got pasta, came.
- 4:20Speaker 2: Home the easiest thing you could possibly too lazy to
- 4:22Speaker 2: make the pasta.
- 4:24Speaker 3: We were too lazy to make we didn't make it.
- 4:26Speaker 1: We ordered in.
- 4:27Speaker 2: Yeah, literally the easiest thing.
- 4:30Speaker 1: That's how lazy we are. Lorgos. I really just don't
- 4:33Speaker 1: want to boil water. I was like, oh my god,
- 4:36Speaker 1: we really are pathetic. But then me like, I can't
- 4:39Speaker 1: be mad at her when I'm like, oh, I don't either.
- 4:41Speaker 1: I just had a.
- 4:42Speaker 2: Drop and I feel like lifting a pot of.
- 4:45Speaker 1: Water is not well. I oh, so this is now
- 4:48Speaker 1: my fault. I can't make the beds, I can't clean up.
- 4:51Speaker 1: She has been a worthless old bag for about a month.
- 4:55Speaker 1: It's been brutal. Most people would be into it. I'm
- 4:57Speaker 1: not into it anyway. Easter, we just deid not to cook.
- 5:00Speaker 2: We go to Wilman Frieda's, which is like our go
- 5:02Speaker 2: to spot in Palm Springs.
- 5:05Speaker 1: We came back, we laid by the pool. It was
- 5:07Speaker 1: so easy.
- 5:08Speaker 2: The kids played. We made more runs to Target than
- 5:12Speaker 2: I can count.
- 5:13Speaker 1: A little TJ. Max just we thrive in the desert.
- 5:16Speaker 1: It's easy. It's the simple life.
- 5:19Speaker 2: I always make a hall wasting time, a lot of
- 5:22Speaker 2: wasting time, a lot of wasting time.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Clearing the mind. But we get home.
- 5:31Speaker 2: And we put Sosa down and she's been taking her
- 5:34Speaker 2: diaper off for a very long time, you guys, and
- 5:37Speaker 2: I know what you're gonna say. I mean, she's ready
- 5:38Speaker 2: to be potty trained. She's been trying to take her
- 5:40Speaker 2: diaper off since she could crawl, and they always say,
- 5:44Speaker 2: like wait until they can walk right, And she's been
- 5:46Speaker 2: a little bit wobbly.
- 5:47Speaker 3: She's finally on her feet.
- 5:48Speaker 2: So we all know that when you put Sosa down
- 5:51Speaker 2: for a nap or even just playing around, she's got
- 5:55Speaker 2: to have a diaper on. However, she's got to have
- 5:59Speaker 2: pants on as well. Over thee because she will take
- 6:02Speaker 2: the diaper off so we put her down for a nap.
- 6:06Speaker 3: We put her pants on with the diaper.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Usually, like we all know our kids, right, I know
- 6:13Speaker 2: that when it's naptime for so so you'll hear it
- 6:15Speaker 2: talking a little bit and then she's out cold and
- 6:17Speaker 2: doesn't wake up. We put her down, she's like fussy.
- 6:22Speaker 2: I'm like, that's weird. We'll she's in a pack and play,
- 6:25Speaker 2: not like a normal crib. It's probably why she's fussy,
- 6:28Speaker 2: and it's past her naptime. She's probably overly tired. I
- 6:30Speaker 2: give it ten minutes and she's still fussy. So I
- 6:33Speaker 2: go easton, go see what's going on, just like get
- 6:35Speaker 2: her up because I can't lift her. He goes in
- 6:38Speaker 2: there and I hear Lauren, and I just knew. I go,
- 6:43Speaker 2: she took her diaper often? She he goes, yeah, And
- 6:46Speaker 2: they're shit everywhere, you guys.
- 6:49Speaker 1: This kid has gone through two pack and plays. I
- 6:51Speaker 1: just throw them out. No, they're they're ruined.
- 6:55Speaker 2: They're ruined, okay, And she's screaming bloody murder. There's feces
- 7:02Speaker 2: and everywhere everywhere. I look at the pack and player,
- 7:05Speaker 2: I was like, huck it. I put her into the bath.
- 7:08Speaker 2: She's very upset because it takes a little bit for.
- 7:12Speaker 3: The water to warm up.
- 7:14Speaker 1: We didn't care.
- 7:15Speaker 2: I didn't care. I was like, you're covered in poop.
- 7:19Speaker 2: I'm dry heaving the whole time.
- 7:21Speaker 1: I couldn't do it. At least I had to take over.
- 7:23Speaker 1: I could.
- 7:23Speaker 2: I was like ready to vomit everywhere, though I had
- 7:27Speaker 2: to throw it away.
- 7:29Speaker 1: Were you disgusted? Oh, oh my god, I'm thinking about it.
- 7:36Speaker 1: So the pack and play you have to like lift
- 7:37Speaker 1: the middle and then know the sections where you have
- 7:39Speaker 1: to like click so it collapses. That's where they covering shit.
- 7:43Speaker 1: So and we had no gloves.
- 7:46Speaker 2: We were not prepared, which is weird because since COVID,
- 7:49Speaker 2: I've I like stalked up on hazmat suits and rubber
- 7:53Speaker 2: like rubber don'tn't have any.
- 7:55Speaker 1: So I yeah, I gotch I took off my sh
- 8:00Speaker 1: I was running this thing out away from the body,
- 8:03Speaker 1: touched some feces from the child busting in this door.
- 8:09Speaker 1: Yeah there's the shit box, bdugum, we're talking about you.
- 8:13Speaker 1: Oh yeah. She also took a tumble and hit her
- 8:15Speaker 1: lip just barely. She is you didn't know that. I
- 8:19Speaker 1: didn't know.
- 8:19Speaker 2: Mom, Oh okay, hi gorgeous so that's what happened on
- 8:24Speaker 2: during Eastern and.
- 8:27Speaker 3: We threw the Pack and Play out.
- 8:28Speaker 2: Thank god Target does delivery very quickly because I said,
- 8:32Speaker 2: you got to get a new Pack and Play like
- 8:34Speaker 2: I'm so overwhelmed, and this kid is going to bed,
- 8:37Speaker 2: she's had no nap. Five thirty, no later than six,
- 8:40Speaker 2: into the pack and play, good night. Pack and Play arrives.
- 8:44Speaker 2: It could not have come at a better time, because I.
- 8:46Speaker 1: Was What's hard is that the days.
- 8:49Speaker 2: Are already very long when you have children, especially when
- 8:52Speaker 2: they're on break.
- 8:53Speaker 1: Okay, and I love it. I enjoy my children.
- 8:55Speaker 2: It may sound like a dream where you're like, I'm
- 8:57Speaker 2: out of commission. Everyone has to do everything for me,
- 8:59Speaker 2: but I'm so particular about how I like things. And
- 9:05Speaker 2: Easton and my mom are more chill. We'll say, yeah, no,
- 9:08Speaker 2: take a piece of what we do there.
- 9:11Speaker 3: I could find the happy medium.
- 9:12Speaker 2: But it's like something as simple as someone cuts something
- 9:15Speaker 2: on the cutting board.
- 9:17Speaker 1: Let me put it this way, be cleaned immediately.
- 9:19Speaker 2: I don't know why it's still sitting there five, ten, fifteen,
- 9:22Speaker 2: twenty minutes later and I can't pick it up.
- 9:25Speaker 3: We had to clean it on my own.
- 9:26Speaker 1: We had Nick and Joe over. We have Claudia, We
- 9:29Speaker 1: had a lot of people over. We had a lot
- 9:31Speaker 1: of dishes. We put them in the dishwasher, Lisa did.
- 9:36Speaker 1: She's running it because it's full. There's a couple of
- 9:38Speaker 1: dishes in the sink and Lauren is like, why are
- 9:40Speaker 1: these in here? And I was like, well, the dishwasher
- 9:42Speaker 1: is running and mom is taking care of it. Shes,
- 9:45Speaker 1: but this is the thing. I would have done these
- 9:47Speaker 1: by hand. And it's like it was like big pots. Yeah,
- 9:50Speaker 1: and it's like, well, okay, we also cooked in them.
- 9:53Speaker 1: They're soaking. She's just a little get to work strong.
- 9:57Speaker 2: I strung, temperamental. All of the things are to my detriment.
- 10:01Speaker 2: Yea possesses as well. But I will say what made
- 10:06Speaker 2: it all better was sitting in the car driving home
- 10:13Speaker 2: after a fabulous Easter brunch and my daughter busting into
- 10:16Speaker 2: song Eminem's Mockingbird.
- 10:19Speaker 1: Made it all better.
- 10:21Speaker 3: It made it all better.
- 10:23Speaker 1: And what's what app did she hear it from?
- 10:27Speaker 2: I downloaded this song app on her iPad because she
- 10:30Speaker 2: verbally waterboards me to where I just give her what
- 10:32Speaker 2: she wants.
- 10:33Speaker 3: She does get that from the other side.
- 10:36Speaker 2: It makes total sense why he keeps on working because
- 10:38Speaker 2: you finally just give him what they want, you know what?
- 10:42Speaker 3: And I fine, I don't give a shit.
- 10:44Speaker 2: One hundred dollars a year, don't even give a fuck
- 10:47Speaker 2: if I download it? Will you leave me alone for
- 10:49Speaker 2: five minutes so I can watch real House as of
- 10:51Speaker 2: Rhode Island. I would love that here you go, But
- 10:54Speaker 2: apparently there's songs like that on it. And she was
- 10:56Speaker 2: like talking about how pretty babe. I'm like, I don't
- 11:03Speaker 2: love that. This is literally that like deadby Baby Mama.
- 11:09Speaker 2: I'm thrilled it was eminem It's great. I don't even
- 11:12Speaker 2: care in other nudes nudes.
- 11:16Speaker 1: No other news, please fucking please, HESI, what is this
- 11:22Speaker 1: that you wrote? Kids? Out there?
- 11:25Speaker 2: What did you see that made you write this? And
- 11:27Speaker 2: also tell me about robots? Your section get I'm on
- 11:31Speaker 2: a roll over here, So kids being kids.
- 11:34Speaker 1: I don't know if anybody else has been seeing this,
- 11:36Speaker 1: but next to the house, we have, like next to
- 11:38Speaker 1: the river, okay, there's just a dirt trail where people
- 11:42Speaker 1: walk ride bikes. All of that, kids were building dirt
- 11:46Speaker 1: jumps for their bikes. And then the dad was on
- 11:51Speaker 1: a motor the little motorcycle with his little girl and
- 11:54Speaker 1: his kid in the back following him and you just
- 11:57Speaker 1: I don't remember seeing this ever. This is the first
- 12:00Speaker 1: time week growing up. Yes, And I was on Ventura
- 12:05Speaker 1: and there was just a group of kids on scooters
- 12:08Speaker 1: not the electric one pushing wow, I know, and they
- 12:11Speaker 1: were like doing tricks and stuff, and I was like, wow,
- 12:13Speaker 1: kids being kids. I don't know. It just made me
- 12:16Speaker 1: happy because I remember.
- 12:17Speaker 2: Like getting on that I'm downloading all of these apps
- 12:20Speaker 2: for ocean so that.
- 12:21Speaker 1: I I don't want her out and yet no, no,
- 12:23Speaker 1: no time place she can do. She's learning. Here's the
- 12:26Speaker 1: thing about iPads that I'm torn about, and I would
- 12:29Speaker 1: like to know other people's opinions. Yeah, I don't have
- 12:31Speaker 1: a kid, so it doesn't hold much weight. I feel
- 12:34Speaker 1: like if you don't give your kid an iPad, you
- 12:37Speaker 1: are putting them behind because everything is going in that route.
- 12:43Speaker 1: Like talking to our nephew who's in high school. They
- 12:48Speaker 1: don't have books. I had no idea open a computer.
- 12:51Speaker 1: Everything's right there. So like, if you're not giving your
- 12:53Speaker 1: kid the iPad right now, it's like you're doing them
- 12:56Speaker 1: a disservice. I want to know if you guys agree
- 12:58Speaker 1: or disagree, because I kind of think there's a happy medium,
- 13:00Speaker 1: but you have to give them an iPad to learn
- 13:02Speaker 1: how to learn what their future is going to be.
- 13:07Speaker 3: You know, that's very true.
- 13:08Speaker 2: What's what's hard, And I think everyone every parent at
- 13:14Speaker 2: this time of year can relate. When it's spring break
- 13:19Speaker 2: and yes, you want the kids out and about, but
- 13:22Speaker 2: there are moments where.
- 13:23Speaker 1: You're like, just take the iPad. I don't even care.
- 13:26Speaker 1: I don't. I mean, we've all been there. You go out,
- 13:30Speaker 1: you know when we're here, You go out, you're with
- 13:32Speaker 1: the kids, you're doing stuff for the kids. Then you
- 13:34Speaker 1: come home and they're like, hey, can we do Can
- 13:37Speaker 1: you blow up the big air thing and put it
- 13:39Speaker 1: next to the pool so I can slide in? And
- 13:41Speaker 1: I'm like, you're like, what about your iPad? Five thirty Yeah,
- 13:45Speaker 1: I've had a full day. I'm like lost. Do you
- 13:47Speaker 1: want to color on your iPad? She goes yeah, And
- 13:49Speaker 1: I'm like, all right, that's way better. Maybe I'm lazy.
- 13:52Speaker 3: Oh no, we are lazy.
- 13:54Speaker 2: I'm starting to feel guilty, and you know what the
- 13:57Speaker 2: uncle Yeah right. But there's also the portion that you
- 14:03Speaker 2: were talking about where I think you were on Siri
- 14:07Speaker 2: or something. Because electronics are like it's not the future,
- 14:10Speaker 2: like we're in it right, Like I'm watching people in
- 14:13Speaker 2: the front seat of away mo.
- 14:15Speaker 1: There's no one well driving and that's what I'm saying,
- 14:17Speaker 1: Like we're here. She was doing stuff on the iPad.
- 14:20Speaker 1: I didn't know you could do like she she made
- 14:23Speaker 1: this screen smaller on the iPad like it does that,
- 14:26Speaker 1: and then she moved it and moved another one into it.
- 14:28Speaker 1: I was like, what are you doing. She goes, yeah,
- 14:30Speaker 1: you can do that. I'll show you. I'll show you.
- 14:33Speaker 1: But I talked to like Siri and like I have
- 14:36Speaker 1: a Google at home and so like I have it
- 14:39Speaker 1: play things, I'll ask you question guys.
- 14:40Speaker 2: And we're in the car and Hesan's like, Siri, do
- 14:42Speaker 2: this for me, and she does it and he goes,
- 14:44Speaker 2: thank you so much.
- 14:45Speaker 3: I was like, why are you thanking her?
- 14:47Speaker 1: Do you? Because I want him when they take over.
- 14:50Speaker 1: I want him to remember as a good guy, don't you.
- 14:54Speaker 1: They're coming about it, They're coming and I want them
- 14:57Speaker 1: to be like this guy said thank you ninety nine
- 14:59Speaker 1: percent of the time and they're like yes. So I'm like,
- 15:02Speaker 1: thank you, sire, or I do do this. I wake
- 15:06Speaker 1: up and I go, hey, Google, what's the weather? Like,
- 15:08Speaker 1: and he'll tell me and I go, oh, that is
- 15:10Speaker 1: a beautiful day, thank you so much. Oh my. He
- 15:13Speaker 1: doesn't have a respond, which is kind of a dick move,
- 15:15Speaker 1: but they know they're listening. And I'm a good guy
- 15:19Speaker 1: clocking every Yeah. Do you not think it? I do
- 15:23Speaker 1: other people.
- 15:23Speaker 2: You've given me a new complex to worry about, Like, oh,
- 15:26Speaker 2: I've never thanked Siri, and I've been using her for
- 15:28Speaker 2: the past for many years, whenever she came to be.
- 15:32Speaker 1: I judge know how people judge how you talk to
- 15:34Speaker 1: your waiter and matress there, I judge how you talk
- 15:37Speaker 1: to Siri. Wow?
- 15:39Speaker 2: No, true, though she's doing so much like when she
- 15:42Speaker 2: sucks up, I'm like, you stupid bitch.
- 15:45Speaker 1: I know. And it's like, why am I getting mad
- 15:46Speaker 1: at something? I have no idea how Like I couldn't
- 15:48Speaker 1: even I don't know how this works, but I'm upset
- 15:50Speaker 1: at it. It's pinging things doing I.
- 15:52Speaker 2: Know when I'm like, take this into a caricature and
- 15:54Speaker 2: it won't do it?
- 15:55Speaker 1: On CHATGYBT liked it's like you do it, boyd, how
- 16:01Speaker 1: to do the tables turn? God? For Chat GBT, I
- 16:07Speaker 1: spend too much time. No, it's too fun guys. I
- 16:09Speaker 1: bought it just to like, oh, you're paying like the
- 16:11Speaker 1: forty dollars a month or whatever it is. I think
- 16:13Speaker 1: it's twenty Okay, whatever it is, I'm paying for it.
- 16:17Speaker 1: And because you can have limited images that you've come
- 16:19Speaker 1: through it. And what's so sad is like if you
- 16:21Speaker 1: look through my like you know how you can see
- 16:23Speaker 1: your feet of like what you've asked? Oh god, you
- 16:26Speaker 1: don't know that it's on the soule? How do I
- 16:28Speaker 1: I'll show you that? But mine are just like I'm
- 16:31Speaker 1: not doing anything productive on chat on chat GPT. I
- 16:35Speaker 1: think a small percentage of people are no, A lot
- 16:37Speaker 1: of people are a lot of yes, what are they doing?
- 16:41Speaker 1: Analytics A whole bunch of shit? Analytics for what I mean?
- 16:46Speaker 1: You just saw the farming girl. She was like, how
- 16:48Speaker 1: much water have we used? And I put it into Yeah,
- 16:51Speaker 1: that was cool. That's where I'm saying, like, this is
- 16:53Speaker 1: years in business, yes, And she doesn't want to be
- 16:55Speaker 1: the one to make it go under, so she's got
- 16:58Speaker 1: a I use different have you had deductive?
- 17:00Speaker 2: I now know that people only see me less than
- 17:03Speaker 2: one percent.
- 17:04Speaker 1: A year, and you know what your daughter will look
- 17:06Speaker 1: like very old? So yours really doing things on it.
- 17:10Speaker 1: I am on it, and I'm like, people are like
- 17:13Speaker 1: being productive making money on this, and I'm looking up
- 17:16Speaker 1: like a bowl of something and making it look funny. Wow,
- 17:24Speaker 1: I gotta react for you, Okay.
- 17:28Speaker 2: Taylor Frankie Paul posted on Easter Sunday that she's detaching
- 17:30Speaker 2: herself from the Mormon Church.
- 17:32Speaker 1: She still believes in God the Bible.
- 17:35Speaker 2: But seems to be rethinking her identity and wanting a
- 17:39Speaker 2: more personal form of faith.
- 17:41Speaker 1: I cannot be mad at this at all. I'm going
- 17:43Speaker 1: to say, when you find your own form of faith,
- 17:47Speaker 1: it's great. Yeah, So I.
- 17:51Speaker 2: Don't consider myself religious. We've talked about this a million
- 17:54Speaker 2: and one times. Anytime our family from my dad's side
- 17:58Speaker 2: would like go to church and invite us and try
- 18:00Speaker 2: to like convert us to Mormonism, and we would decide
- 18:04Speaker 2: to like go to Park City, and my mom would say,
- 18:07Speaker 2: I don't need to like be in a building to
- 18:10Speaker 2: let God know that I'm grateful for him, and I believe.
- 18:13Speaker 1: I'm going to spend time in his creation.
- 18:15Speaker 2: To what he created in these beautiful mountains with my family,
- 18:20Speaker 2: and that's how I'm going to like take tribute to
- 18:23Speaker 2: him and what he's done. Right, that did make sense.
- 18:28Speaker 2: It was more of a spiritual type of thing. I
- 18:30Speaker 2: couldn't tell you one thing from the Bible, you guys,
- 18:33Speaker 2: not a one Like did Jesus walk on water? Was
- 18:36Speaker 2: that Moses? I'm not sure the Red Sea? Maybe? Oh fuck?
- 18:41Speaker 2: I might have thrown myself in hot water?
- 18:45Speaker 1: Who knows? Do you think this podcast makes people dumber
- 18:49Speaker 1: or make them smart? Or do you make it?
- 18:51Speaker 3: Do you think it makes them feel seen?
- 18:53Speaker 2: No?
- 18:53Speaker 1: Maybe what we do is like give them a bit
- 18:55Speaker 1: of street smarts because we're so stupid. We like think
- 18:59Speaker 1: I'm stupid in any sense of the word.
- 19:02Speaker 2: Not at all. I've done stupid shit. Who hasn't I
- 19:07Speaker 2: just continue a book to tell me how to live
- 19:10Speaker 2: my life and be a good person.
- 19:12Speaker 1: No, I just needed a correct which is all about
- 19:17Speaker 1: like higher power power. Here's how I look at I'm
- 19:22Speaker 1: not a religious I'm spiritual, and I there is something
- 19:26Speaker 1: greater than me. That's all I know.
- 19:28Speaker 2: Okay, So I'm assuming that this is what Taylor Frankie
- 19:32Speaker 2: Paul is find me. I again have not seen that
- 19:35Speaker 2: show beyond maybe three to four episodes of season one.
- 19:39Speaker 1: I believe they're on season like four.
- 19:42Speaker 2: What I do know, Okay, season four, What I do
- 19:45Speaker 2: know is people are obsessed because it's very weird to
- 19:48Speaker 2: see how Mormons work. I can assume after that video
- 19:55Speaker 2: came out of the throwing of the chairs that I
- 20:00Speaker 2: deep self reflection happened on her end. Whatever trauma she's experienced,
- 20:07Speaker 2: I believe just knowing what I know about the church
- 20:10Speaker 2: and just seeing how my dad was, that a lot
- 20:13Speaker 2: of her trauma came from that church and the amount
- 20:16Speaker 2: of pressure and guilt that came along with it. That
- 20:22Speaker 2: if you don't abide by these guidelines, you're not going
- 20:27Speaker 2: to the highest kingdom of heaven.
- 20:29Speaker 1: Three levels. Okay, that sounds like a lot of pressure.
- 20:35Speaker 2: Okay, a lot. And my mom has always said, my
- 20:40Speaker 2: God gave me a brain and I'm gonna use it.
- 20:44Speaker 2: I don't need to use it to simply read and go, Okay,
- 20:48Speaker 2: this is how I am a good person. No, God
- 20:50Speaker 2: gave me the brain to decide and how to go.
- 20:54Speaker 2: This feels right, and this feels wrong. So for her
- 20:58Speaker 2: Taylor Frankie Paul to come out and say, I'm detaching
- 21:00Speaker 2: myself from this religion. This is just what I'm gathering,
- 21:04Speaker 2: it did not serve her any longer and coming up
- 21:08Speaker 2: with her own relationship that feels right to her that
- 21:12Speaker 2: she doesn't need to push onto anybody because it is
- 21:15Speaker 2: so sacred and she's going to become very deep rooted
- 21:18Speaker 2: when when all else fails, that is what she's going to.
- 21:22Speaker 1: Have, right.
- 21:24Speaker 2: I think it is a beautiful step in the right
- 21:27Speaker 2: direction to healing herself. You guys know that I had
- 21:31Speaker 2: very strong thoughts about that video that came out with
- 21:34Speaker 2: she and her baby daddy. My strong opinions were just
- 21:38Speaker 2: based on the kid being in their room one hundred
- 21:40Speaker 2: percent where I'm there is no version of me condoning it. However,
- 21:45Speaker 2: here's the flip side. When somebody has such a low,
- 21:50Speaker 2: low moment and you thank God that it wasn't worse
- 21:56Speaker 2: than it was, and you take time to say, this
- 22:00Speaker 2: is what I want. I'm detaching myself from this, attaching
- 22:04Speaker 2: myself to that maybe I'm going to rethink picking up
- 22:08Speaker 2: drinks for me.
- 22:10Speaker 3: For me, you have a clean slate at that.
- 22:14Speaker 2: Point, nothing is erased. We all saw the video and
- 22:21Speaker 2: she has to live with that. I can't even imagine
- 22:24Speaker 2: the guilt that she feels. And then on top of
- 22:26Speaker 2: all of us talking about it right and placing our
- 22:29Speaker 2: judgments because life is already hard enough, but because I
- 22:32Speaker 2: know what that feels like to have such horrendous moments
- 22:39Speaker 2: and then you get sober and you feel the shame
- 22:41Speaker 2: and you just want to not only forgive yourself, but
- 22:46Speaker 2: have other people not look past it. I don't want
- 22:49Speaker 2: to say that, but see you and your growth. Yeah,
- 22:53Speaker 2: you know that may have been part of your story,
- 22:55Speaker 2: but that is.
- 22:56Speaker 1: Not who you are. But just like I don't know,
- 23:00Speaker 1: working on yourself and choosing to get sober and all that. Yes,
- 23:03Speaker 1: if you make changes, it's like you made changes, but
- 23:05Speaker 1: it's doesn't It doesn't erase everything. And starting from there
- 23:12Speaker 1: you're a new person. And I will give you a
- 23:14Speaker 1: lot of leeway, but you have to put in a
- 23:17Speaker 1: lot of work day by day to show that you
- 23:19Speaker 1: are a changing person.
- 23:21Speaker 2: Yes, I agree with you. So I don't think that
- 23:25Speaker 2: it is her job to change the public's mind.
- 23:28Speaker 1: No, no, no, But I'm saying for her, she changed
- 23:31Speaker 1: herself every day. The one thing that I will say
- 23:35Speaker 1: that I could never meant to like I've never been there,
- 23:38Speaker 1: but like seeing her home and I know a lot
- 23:40Speaker 1: of people saw it because she's like depressed, and there
- 23:44Speaker 1: is a mess.
- 23:45Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 23:46Speaker 1: So mentally I don't know where she's at, but to
- 23:49Speaker 1: live in that space, I can only imagine what you've
- 23:52Speaker 1: gone through and things like that. So I just hope her,
- 23:55Speaker 1: like I'm just wishing her the best, and I'm glad
- 23:58Speaker 1: that she's finding something out side of the Mormon Church,
- 24:01Speaker 1: because I really do that. I could go on for
- 24:04Speaker 1: days about how I'm not the biggest fan of that
- 24:07Speaker 1: malag a fan at all.
- 24:09Speaker 2: It is all about like guilt, guilt, guilt, and the
- 24:12Speaker 2: guilt is hopefully what makes you conform to the rules.
- 24:16Speaker 2: It's very it's very toxic. So I think that this.
- 24:20Speaker 1: Is and here's the thing. Everybody's going to have their
- 24:22Speaker 1: own opinion. I'm coming off the opinion of my dad. Well, yeah,
- 24:25Speaker 1: we saw first guilt that I mean, he left at
- 24:28Speaker 1: twenty two.
- 24:28Speaker 2: He passed away when he was sixty four, and as
- 24:32Speaker 2: long as he was my dad, I saw the battle.
- 24:36Speaker 1: Yeah, and him that's a long time to be out
- 24:38Speaker 1: of it. And that was the other thing that he had,
- 24:39Speaker 1: like the battle with dating my mom who isn't Mormon
- 24:42Speaker 1: or who was never Mormon.
- 24:44Speaker 2: And then the family aspect of like judging and not accepting,
- 24:49Speaker 2: but you're in love.
- 24:49Speaker 1: And you know, my mom was.
- 24:51Speaker 2: My mom was born in El Paso, Texas. She was
- 24:54Speaker 2: an army brat. She moved all over the world.
- 24:56Speaker 1: She lived in Japan for three years.
- 24:59Speaker 2: And so when she got to Utah, she was still
- 25:01Speaker 2: very she was still very young. But she was raised
- 25:04Speaker 2: in a Christian household, like even now her family, who
- 25:08Speaker 2: I love and adore, they're all from the South.
- 25:11Speaker 1: They're all very, very Christian.
- 25:14Speaker 2: And I think that the combination of how she was
- 25:18Speaker 2: raised and how my dad was raised, I think the
- 25:22Speaker 2: blend was, or the compromise was spirituality. Let's not raise
- 25:28Speaker 2: our kids with a book in front of them. And
- 25:31Speaker 2: you know, before I got pregnant with Ocean, my ex
- 25:35Speaker 2: and I had this conversation. And this is no disrespect
- 25:38Speaker 2: to any one religion. I obviously have my feelings about
- 25:42Speaker 2: the Mormon Church because I witnessed it with my dad.
- 25:45Speaker 2: I do think that religion, it handled properly, is can
- 25:51Speaker 2: be a beautiful thing.
- 25:52Speaker 1: Oh is a corruption that comes within it with dirty people, right,
- 25:57Speaker 1: That's where it's like, Okay.
- 25:59Speaker 2: I was very very open with my ex about how
- 26:03Speaker 2: Ocean would be raised. My ex was Jewish, beautiful religion,
- 26:08Speaker 2: I said, it is it is imperative that we do
- 26:11Speaker 2: not raise Ocean with religion or our future kids. Because
- 26:15Speaker 2: Ocean wasn't even a thought at this point. It was
- 26:17Speaker 2: just the overall because that was going to be a
- 26:19Speaker 2: breaking point if he said this is a deal breaker
- 26:22Speaker 2: for me. I just felt like organized religion, it's just
- 26:26Speaker 2: so personal.
- 26:27Speaker 1: I want.
- 26:28Speaker 2: I wanted Ocean to kind of know about every religion
- 26:32Speaker 2: and what it entails. And then when she gets to
- 26:34Speaker 2: a point where she can say, you know, Judaism really
- 26:38Speaker 2: resonates with me. Catholicism really resonates with me. Just being
- 26:42Speaker 2: a spiritual person. That's what makes me feel safe and
- 26:46Speaker 2: like I have something to rely on.
- 26:47Speaker 1: I don't care what if hurt.
- 26:50Speaker 3: I have to be okay with that. Okay, I have
- 26:52Speaker 3: to be okay with that.
- 26:54Speaker 1: I mean, I don't think there's anything wrong with people
- 26:56Speaker 1: being atheist. There's not, but I it is hard to
- 27:00Speaker 1: believe in something when if if you don't pray or
- 27:06Speaker 1: speak loudly and you don't have anything in return, and
- 27:08Speaker 1: a lot of people I wasn't very spiritual until I
- 27:10Speaker 1: hit AA. I never prayed. I always thought I was
- 27:13Speaker 1: pretty atheist. I told you guys that I was like,
- 27:15Speaker 1: I don't pride, Yeah I did. I was like, it's
- 27:18Speaker 1: hard to believe in something when you look at the
- 27:20Speaker 1: state of the world or when you're yeah yeah, like
- 27:23Speaker 1: you're like this is just unfair. And then you start
- 27:25Speaker 1: to look at it. And I was like, I was
- 27:26Speaker 1: twenty five. It's like, I'm glad I had a dad
- 27:28Speaker 1: till twenty five. I had a homie who's he lost
- 27:31Speaker 1: his dad at seven.
- 27:31Speaker 2: So the perfect example Savannah Guthrie so deeply rooted in
- 27:35Speaker 2: her face.
- 27:38Speaker 1: And her mother. How can you sit and not question it.
- 27:42Speaker 1: My buddy died on a mission, on a Mormon mission. Yeah,
- 27:44Speaker 1: he was housing. He was building a roof for people, slipped,
- 27:48Speaker 1: grabbed a cord, electrocuted, killed him. And it's like he
- 27:52Speaker 1: was on service for the Lord, I know how, Like why?
- 27:56Speaker 1: And then you know they're like, well, it's there's something
- 27:59Speaker 1: and it was probably his time and he there was
- 28:01Speaker 1: bigger things, and it's like, well, now are we just lying?
- 28:04Speaker 2: You know? I think we are telling ourselves something because
- 28:06Speaker 2: none of us really know.
- 28:07Speaker 1: But now, like back to it, Like I was atheist
- 28:10Speaker 1: and I got sober. I started to talk to somebody
- 28:13Speaker 1: that was bigger than me, or honestly, I speak to
- 28:16Speaker 1: nature because that's what I find bigger than me. And
- 28:19Speaker 1: things started to happen and things talked back, and it's
- 28:21Speaker 1: maybe the way my mindset was. And you do have
- 28:25Speaker 1: to speak it into the existence and manifestation is real,
- 28:29Speaker 1: but it it it's hard.
- 28:32Speaker 2: No, I know, and it's hard. It is hard, and
- 28:35Speaker 2: you do question it. And Savannah Guthrie was asked, how
- 28:38Speaker 2: do you stay in your faith? And she goes, I
- 28:39Speaker 2: have battled it, but God never once asked me to
- 28:42Speaker 2: not question him.
- 28:43Speaker 1: That's what works for her.
- 28:45Speaker 3: And so for Ocean.
- 28:47Speaker 2: If she one day comes to me and says, this
- 28:49Speaker 2: is what I believe in.
- 28:50Speaker 1: As long as I.
- 28:51Speaker 2: Know that she's the one that made the call, I
- 28:55Speaker 2: have to raise her with a moral compass, raise her
- 28:59Speaker 2: to know how to treat people. But as far as
- 29:02Speaker 2: what her higher power looks like, she's got to make
- 29:05Speaker 2: that decision because trauma does come from that. We watched
- 29:09Speaker 2: it with Taylor, Frankie Paul, We've watched it with a
- 29:12Speaker 2: lot of those girls on that Mormon show.
- 29:15Speaker 1: And I hope for her she has a beautiful.
- 29:19Speaker 3: She's gonna have one hell of a comeback.
- 29:21Speaker 1: I feel it.
- 29:22Speaker 2: I feel like I think we are finally getting to
- 29:24Speaker 2: a place everyone was so quick to cancel everybody all
- 29:30Speaker 2: the time.
- 29:31Speaker 1: Isn't it kind of nice that this is the one
- 29:32Speaker 1: that everybody was kind of riding.
- 29:34Speaker 3: For the thing that I'm enjoying overall, we are allowing
- 29:38Speaker 3: people to make mistakes.
- 29:39Speaker 2: Because let me tell you something, anybody who is in
- 29:41Speaker 2: the public eye, if we were to take a no name,
- 29:45Speaker 2: throw them in the public eye. I'm telling you there
- 29:48Speaker 2: will We all do. We all do. And it doesn't
- 29:52Speaker 2: mean you're a bad person.
- 29:53Speaker 1: It means that you made a mistake or at that moment,
- 29:56Speaker 1: you didn't make the right decision. We're looking back, but
- 30:00Speaker 1: how hindsight hindsight, it's twenty twenty.
- 30:03Speaker 3: Those things are finding moments.
- 30:04Speaker 1: See how many decisions that you've thought about, that we've
- 30:07Speaker 1: all thought about, and you have a choice and B choice,
- 30:11Speaker 1: and you really think about it and you choose B
- 30:13Speaker 1: and then hindsight you're like, fuck, I should have chosen now,
- 30:16Speaker 1: you know, yeah, should have happens.
- 30:18Speaker 2: Dakota is going to be cut out of season three
- 30:21Speaker 2: of vander Pump Villa, and most of the dads from
- 30:25Speaker 2: mom Talk are going to be on the upcoming season.
- 30:27Speaker 3: I'm not really familiar with.
- 30:30Speaker 2: Vander pump Villa, so season three, I mean, I think
- 30:35Speaker 2: that that's probably a good choice.
- 30:37Speaker 3: I think his motive in releasing.
- 30:39Speaker 1: That was not.
- 30:42Speaker 2: When I went in on her. You guys, this is
- 30:46Speaker 2: the luxury of kind of being a little nobody with
- 30:48Speaker 2: nothing to lose. Yeah, who the fuck is this Dakota?
- 30:53Speaker 1: We know him because he's.
- 30:56Speaker 2: He's still just as dangerous, but he's not as important
- 30:59Speaker 2: in the story because.
- 31:00Speaker 1: No, that's why he can he can be He has.
- 31:04Speaker 2: No Taylor Franky Paul Right, I'm not excusing his behavior.
- 31:07Speaker 2: He's a piece of shit. You guys know how I
- 31:09Speaker 2: feel about most men. Okay, I'm not excusing his behavior.
- 31:14Speaker 2: Cut him out, goodbye, you gotta go. You have traumatized
- 31:18Speaker 2: this girl further. How she chose to react to you
- 31:21Speaker 2: not great, But like I'm not looking at him like
- 31:24Speaker 2: he's some wonderful man, and they're recording her reaction.
- 31:28Speaker 1: And then he placed himself near the kid when it's like,
- 31:31Speaker 1: I'm not, Taylor sure going to be.
- 31:34Speaker 2: Sitting there cowering and talking to the child when you
- 31:36Speaker 2: know you're recording.
- 31:37Speaker 1: Yeah, duh, Because I have a feeling he you know,
- 31:43Speaker 1: is not like that.
- 31:44Speaker 2: Let me tell you when the camera ain't going that
- 31:47Speaker 2: he pressed record on.
- 31:49Speaker 1: She should have been doing it on the other end.
- 32:03Speaker 2: So now that we're on the subject of reality TV,
- 32:05Speaker 2: let's talk about a show that I that.
- 32:07Speaker 1: I'm gonna have to start watching now.
- 32:10Speaker 2: Your fucking one, okright, So my number, my number. The
- 32:15Speaker 2: only complain I have. Only complain I have about Real
- 32:19Speaker 2: Housewives of Rhode Island, and it's gonna change. We're two
- 32:22Speaker 2: episodes in at this point, I believe that I've seen
- 32:26Speaker 2: an episode one fantastic chef's kiss. It made me. I
- 32:31Speaker 2: rock with Housewives no matter what. But there is a
- 32:33Speaker 2: point in time where every single city it's just, uh,
- 32:40Speaker 2: it doesn't feel like we're at the where we got
- 32:43Speaker 2: the bones still. We just have like the pretty structure,
- 32:45Speaker 2: but you blow and the house is gonna fall down.
- 32:49Speaker 1: This is it already blowing.
- 32:51Speaker 2: Fucking show is so deep rooted, the bones are fucking strong.
- 32:57Speaker 1: I did watch these women are so seasoned already, like
- 33:02Speaker 1: air is going on. Oh that's the only thing I
- 33:07Speaker 1: couldn't get into a guys, because the first thing they
- 33:09Speaker 1: were all watching it and I was just in the
- 33:11Speaker 1: house and I walked by, and I did stop behind
- 33:14Speaker 1: the couch because they were all just sitting at a
- 33:15Speaker 1: table and they were just reading did you sleep with
- 33:19Speaker 1: this person and you sleep with the coach? Do you
- 33:22Speaker 1: have multiple? She was I was not the reporter. I
- 33:24Speaker 1: was like, that's the episode one I could get.
- 33:28Speaker 3: My only complaint.
- 33:29Speaker 2: They're all very aesthetically pleasing, yes, but they do all
- 33:33Speaker 2: look alike. They all have really dark hair. They all
- 33:36Speaker 2: have these beautiful olive reversion. I'm like, yeah, blonde hair
- 33:43Speaker 2: for the darkness there watching a YouTube, You're like, they're
- 33:48Speaker 2: all They're all really really so it's going to take
- 33:50Speaker 2: me a minute to learn everybody's names.
- 33:54Speaker 1: And they're married most of them. Yes. The young he
- 34:00Speaker 1: his housewife.
- 34:01Speaker 2: She's thirty one. Her name's Kelsey. She met her guy
- 34:05Speaker 2: when she was nineteen. They've been together for ten years.
- 34:09Speaker 2: She lives in a sixteen thousand square foot home. And
- 34:13Speaker 2: she doesn't shy away from this. She's like, I'm a
- 34:15Speaker 2: sugar baby, and I've been getting sugar for the last
- 34:17Speaker 2: ten years. Because now she's at a point in time,
- 34:20Speaker 2: so she says he's gone five months out of the year,
- 34:23Speaker 2: and of course me, I'm like, well, die he's cheating.
- 34:24Speaker 2: Then it cuts to her interview and she goes because
- 34:29Speaker 2: he is in Miami with his girlfriend. And I knew
- 34:34Speaker 2: the rules that he was never going to settle down
- 34:37Speaker 2: and commit to one person, that I had to be
- 34:39Speaker 2: okay with him having multiple partners. So they're not in
- 34:43Speaker 2: a polygamous relationship because apparently you have to be married
- 34:47Speaker 2: for that.
- 34:48Speaker 1: They're polyamorous. Is she allowed to have other boyfriends? So
- 34:52Speaker 1: now she is at a crossroads.
- 34:54Speaker 2: Here's the thing I'm all about when you lay out,
- 34:57Speaker 2: when you put out the ground rules, and someone is
- 35:00Speaker 2: aware that you when you're gone, are sleeping with whoever.
- 35:03Speaker 2: And I say, okay, great, I'm aware you're not cheating
- 35:07Speaker 2: on me.
- 35:08Speaker 1: So listen.
- 35:09Speaker 2: They're at that table, the one you saw where they
- 35:12Speaker 2: write the question. Oh yeah, Kelsey's at a crossroads right now.
- 35:16Speaker 2: She's thirty one. She's like, I want to get married
- 35:18Speaker 2: and have children. I have decided to switch the game up.
- 35:21Speaker 2: I knew the rules, I was okay with them, and
- 35:23Speaker 2: now I'm suddenly not. She does have a boyfriend, she's
- 35:26Speaker 2: seeing someone.
- 35:27Speaker 1: How does the guy know.
- 35:29Speaker 3: I'm not quite sure yet.
- 35:30Speaker 2: So Sunday's episode, we see the boyfriend because in episode one,
- 35:36Speaker 2: she's talking about her relationship with this guy that she's
- 35:40Speaker 2: been with for ten years, living in his house, and
- 35:44Speaker 2: the pictures of them together has his face torn out.
- 35:48Speaker 1: But like production did it. I'm loving the way they're
- 35:50Speaker 1: doing it.
- 35:51Speaker 2: They're not blurring the faces all of the images they show,
- 35:54Speaker 2: and they're talking about people who like obviously don't want
- 35:56Speaker 2: to be on camera. They're making it look like the
- 35:58Speaker 2: photo was ripped. It's really really, really good, not petty.
- 36:03Speaker 2: I just like the choice, the creative choice behind that.
- 36:06Speaker 2: It's very good. So the thing that I'm liking about
- 36:09Speaker 2: it is it's giving me. It's giving me og Jersey
- 36:15Speaker 2: and the.
- 36:16Speaker 1: Moment that I thought they were sisters and I'm going
- 36:19Speaker 1: to ruin names. Let me pull it up here. I
- 36:23Speaker 1: have all of their faces. It's she was on Dolorous Dolores.
- 36:29Speaker 2: So when I saw Liz just like Dolores and literally,
- 36:33Speaker 2: in a matter of no, they have the same they
- 36:35Speaker 2: have the same teeth doctor.
- 36:39Speaker 1: And the same face doctor. Not at the moment I
- 36:42Speaker 1: saw her and I was like, that looks just like Dolores.
- 36:44Speaker 1: I don't care about it.
- 36:46Speaker 3: She popped up and I go your thinking, I looked
- 36:48Speaker 3: like Dolores.
- 36:49Speaker 1: I was like, oh wow, here we go.
- 36:50Speaker 2: It's giving me that vibe. I had no idea. Rhode
- 36:53Speaker 2: Island was like that. I've been to Rhode Island one time.
- 36:56Speaker 2: I filmed a movie there and I was wasted the
- 36:58Speaker 2: whole time. It was with Samira Wiley. She was in
- 37:02Speaker 2: Orange is the New Black. I played opposite her, and
- 37:05Speaker 2: I remember in our gift bags they gave us a
- 37:07Speaker 2: I think like a twelve pack of Rhode Island beer
- 37:09Speaker 2: and I was in my green room.
- 37:11Speaker 1: I fucking polished it all before you left it. Yeah. No,
- 37:14Speaker 1: it was like, I had the best time. So I'm vague.
- 37:17Speaker 2: I'm a little foggy on Rhode Island, but it's fucking
- 37:20Speaker 2: gold you guys.
- 37:22Speaker 3: So there's that part. Joellen.
- 37:24Speaker 2: I'm obsessed with her the moment in episode one she
- 37:27Speaker 2: was like, Horton, here's a who. So she's sitting in
- 37:28Speaker 2: her confessionals She's like, I don't know why anyone tells
- 37:32Speaker 2: me anything, because if you tell me something and then
- 37:36Speaker 2: you say don't tell, I'm not gonna tell except for
- 37:39Speaker 2: my best friend. And it like pops up one of
- 37:40Speaker 2: her besties who's on the show, and she goes and
- 37:42Speaker 2: then my other best friend. It pops up her other
- 37:44Speaker 2: bestie on the show. She just and if they choose
- 37:47Speaker 2: to tell, that's on them, and it is Horton.
- 37:50Speaker 1: Here's a who. If you guys remember the Elephant movie.
- 37:54Speaker 2: Where he's like, I have a secret and all of
- 37:56Speaker 2: the little like uh uh jungle people are like what
- 38:00Speaker 2: is it? And he's like, but you can't tell anyone,
- 38:03Speaker 2: and the little guy goes, we're not gonna tell anyone,
- 38:06Speaker 2: and if we do, we'll tell them not to tell anyone,
- 38:10Speaker 2: and Horton goes, perfect, I'm like Joelle and is Horton.
- 38:13Speaker 1: Here's a who. I'm obsessed with her. I love her.
- 38:16Speaker 2: She's so beautiful. She's got this big, beautiful smile, but
- 38:20Speaker 2: she will fuck you up. And apparently she's like the
- 38:24Speaker 2: main bitch in Rhode Island.
- 38:26Speaker 1: The main one is she is she having affairs? No,
- 38:29Speaker 1: she's not.
- 38:30Speaker 3: She's having issues with her mother, though they're gonna.
- 38:32Speaker 1: Get into that. As Alicia, who I also love. She
- 38:38Speaker 1: is mouful, she's beautiful as well.
- 38:40Speaker 2: She's sitting there talking about how she doesn't drive, she
- 38:43Speaker 2: will not drive, and then she's talking.
- 38:45Speaker 3: To Kelsey about it.
- 38:47Speaker 2: Cut to her interview because they want to go to
- 38:49Speaker 2: the winery, and she's like, have the bus meet here
- 38:52Speaker 2: because you know I don't drive, And then it cuts
- 38:56Speaker 2: her a confessional and she's like, my fear of driving
- 38:59Speaker 2: started when I ran off of a bridge.
- 39:01Speaker 3: And then I hit a woman.
- 39:03Speaker 2: And the interviewers like, you hit a woman. She's like, yeah,
- 39:06Speaker 2: I ran over a woman. Oh, Like she can see
- 39:09Speaker 2: it replaying in her mind. She's Lisa, she doesn't drive.
- 39:13Speaker 2: Rula just appeared episode two. She's beefing with Joellen because
- 39:18Speaker 2: apparently Rula's husband was having an affair. The mistress posted
- 39:23Speaker 2: on Instagram the picture Joellen found it calls Liz. Liz
- 39:30Speaker 2: is like, you got to be a girl's girl and
- 39:31Speaker 2: you have to tell her. So Rula's like, please send
- 39:34Speaker 2: me the photos. She fires them off and then apparently
- 39:38Speaker 2: from there, Rula and her husband work things out. In
- 39:42Speaker 2: the meantime, Joellen has gone to people in Rhode Island.
- 39:46Speaker 3: And talked about these photos.
- 39:48Speaker 2: So now Rula is placing all the blame on Joellen,
- 39:51Speaker 2: and Joellen's like, what the fuck is going on?
- 39:53Speaker 1: Deal with your marriage? He's saying he ain't cheating. Guess what.
- 39:56Speaker 2: He still very much has this mistress. I don't care
- 39:58Speaker 2: what he's saying, but Joellen is now the enemy. I
- 40:03Speaker 2: I think if it was, I don't know what I
- 40:05Speaker 2: would do. You guys, because I'm of the mindset of
- 40:08Speaker 2: if my man's cheating and you catch him, scream it
- 40:10Speaker 2: from the rooftops, tell everyone in town because I'm gonna
- 40:13Speaker 2: need them to be on the lookout. I'm gonna need
- 40:16Speaker 2: them to be on the lookout. You're cheating, motherfucker. I
- 40:20Speaker 2: don't think that Rula's placement is fair. And she talks
- 40:23Speaker 2: about when you have children with someone, it changes the game.
- 40:26Speaker 1: Yeah it does. Now you've really fucking pissed me off.
- 40:29Speaker 1: Don't do that.
- 40:30Speaker 2: No, when we have kids and you want to go
- 40:32Speaker 2: out and do this, Oh, I'm outing you, shout it
- 40:35Speaker 2: from the.
- 40:36Speaker 1: Rooftops, making you leave town.
- 40:38Speaker 2: You're never coming back here, buddy, you won't never be
- 40:40Speaker 2: able to show your face again. So it changes the
- 40:43Speaker 2: game for me in that regard, not like we have kids.
- 40:46Speaker 2: We need to work it out, Noboddy, No, sir, I'm
- 40:52Speaker 2: gonna need you to tell your friends and tell them
- 40:54Speaker 2: to tell everybody.
- 40:55Speaker 1: Perfect.
- 40:59Speaker 2: So that's the breakdown. I cannot wait. I cannot wait
- 41:04Speaker 2: for episode three. They're going to a party and now Liz,
- 41:09Speaker 2: who looks like Dolores. They've talked about when the mice
- 41:11Speaker 2: are away, the cat shall play, or no reverse, when
- 41:14Speaker 2: the cat's away, the mice shall play. Is the cat
- 41:17Speaker 2: the guy just the people in general? Her husband apparently
- 41:22Speaker 2: allegedly dogs. Yeah, well she's been playing.
- 41:29Speaker 1: Apparently.
- 41:30Speaker 2: Apparently we're gonna find out this weekend.
- 41:34Speaker 1: God, it's so good. Let's cut to the ache and
- 41:49Speaker 1: relief of the week.
- 41:50Speaker 2: My ache is that I have still not hit four
- 41:54Speaker 2: weeks of post op, and my doctor said, you're gonna
- 42:00Speaker 2: feel good week three. It is imperative that you don't
- 42:02Speaker 2: do anything because week four you're going to feel like
- 42:04Speaker 2: a champion. That'll be next week. My doctor's appointment is
- 42:08Speaker 2: on the fifteenth. I'm just ready to feel like a
- 42:11Speaker 2: normal person again. I want to lift a weight, I
- 42:15Speaker 2: want to squat. I want to be able to pick
- 42:18Speaker 2: my children up first and foremost.
- 42:20Speaker 1: That is my ache.
- 42:21Speaker 2: This is the longest postop shit I've ever dealt with
- 42:24Speaker 2: in my life. And my relief is the fact that
- 42:27Speaker 2: I'm going tonight with Brittany and Janet for a mom's
- 42:30Speaker 2: dinner to the boulevard. It's going to be fantastic. I
- 42:33Speaker 2: can't wait to just sit and chat and.
- 42:36Speaker 1: Be with my girls. Love that for you. I love
- 42:40Speaker 1: that for me too. What's your ache and relief to you? Before?
- 42:42Speaker 1: My ache is, guys, I have a song coming out
- 42:47Speaker 1: when we do not know. The ach is that I
- 42:49Speaker 1: don't know. Yeah, I'm you know. Yeah, I got to
- 42:54Speaker 1: figure out how to own the right. So I'm in
- 42:57Speaker 1: the process of owning rights and figuring all that out.
- 43:00Speaker 1: So that is my ache. But when it comes out,
- 43:02Speaker 1: it'll be a relief and it'll be out it's very good. Well,
- 43:06Speaker 1: thank you. My relief is tonight. What's tonight today? What
- 43:15Speaker 1: I'm going I have a whole day planned with my
- 43:17Speaker 1: friends with Dina, Yeah, Dina and some friends, little Dina
- 43:21Speaker 1: who does her hair. Yeah, We're going to a little
- 43:25Speaker 1: I'm gonna go grab some thrifty stuff, some shirts. I
- 43:29Speaker 1: need some shirts, some cheap, cheap shirts.
- 43:32Speaker 3: It's a little vintage moment.
- 43:33Speaker 1: I know. We're gonna grab some dinner, all of us,
- 43:36Speaker 1: and then the real relief. So we're seeing Mario two.
- 43:41Speaker 3: Don't tell Ocean you promise you would take her.
- 43:44Speaker 1: Don't tell her saying I'm going in three D so
- 43:47Speaker 1: I may not even last I may.
- 43:49Speaker 2: Throw up at You're gonna have to take a dramamine
- 43:51Speaker 2: before and red bull. Okay, that's like the sober sober
- 43:58Speaker 2: man's xanax and what's an upper cocon xanax? Jesus, be careful. Well,
- 44:06Speaker 2: the gang wants implement some water until I will.
- 44:10Speaker 1: I will do. I need to tell my sponsor, no a.
- 44:13Speaker 2: Red bull and drama meine Easton. No, I'm saying it's
- 44:16Speaker 2: the sober person's version of coke and some fucking zandy bars.
- 44:21Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, well I got to stay awake, so you know.
- 44:24Speaker 1: There it is. There we go. I love you, guys.
- 44:26Speaker 2: I hope you enjoyed the tangent episode of Untraditionally La La.
