Frank Toscano Armed Arrest Incident | Columbus News
Hilliard police responded to an apartment arrest warrant for public indecency, but the situation spiraled when 62-year-old Frank Toscano pulled out a gun during the encounter. After officers demanded he drop the weapon, one fired a single shot that struck Toscano in the chest—he’s now hospitalized. Toscano faces attempted felonious assault charges and still has an open public indecency case from September. This tense standoff underscores how swiftly arrests can turn deadly when weapons are involved. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn…
