  understatement. It's been a huge week.

  It really this week contained November 15th.

  November 15. This is week.

  We had a if it's a pretty big day, I would say, yeah.

  But yeah, I have spent entirely too much time in World of
• 1:14
  Warcraft, this week. Entirely too much, leveling, my
• 1:21
  are not really leveling because there's at least two levels.

  So it's like, there's not really much there but like getting my
• 1:27
  getting my of ochre up to level 60 also getting my second Shaman
• 1:34
  to level 60 and working on my palette and now got four levels
• 1:39
  in like an hour doing invasions. Yeah, it's been it's been a,
• 1:45
  it's been a week and we're only a day in Hi, I wish I wish I
• 1:54
  could say that. I have had the same amount of
• 1:57
  play time. As you have, I it's been a World
• 2:00
  of Warcraft week for me. I just haven't had much time
• 2:04
  like actually in game to play just because being doing a lot
• 2:08
  of stuff outside the game, but related to the game.
• 2:11
  It's just, it's been, it's been a lot of planning and not much
• 2:15
  doing something. We'll be talking about various
• 2:17
  very shortly. Yeah, I guess like, just go
• 2:22
  right into the news because like you were saying it November 15th
• 2:26
  was this week. We are one day after at the
• 2:29
  recording of this, and that means that we got to play dragon
• 2:33
  fight, pre patch Phase 2, which is the big thing that happened.
• 2:38
  And this is all the meaty content that people were looking
• 2:41
  for. Not to say that patch 1 and
• 2:46
  finally, getting a hold and a handle on the new New Talent
• 2:50
  system. And the new view I didn't take
• 2:53
  me a good amount of time to get that sorted out, but this is yes
• 2:58
  us getting to play with our new Evoque errs, the pre expansion
• 3:03
  event that went through. And of course the new dungeon or
• 3:09
  version of an old dungeon that they have added in and so I have
• 3:15
  played through Oldham or sorry. Well, them on the new version on
• 3:22
  the beta. But I haven't got the played
• 3:23
  this level 60 version, which from all reports I'm hearing is
• 3:27
  like crazy, quick, easy, knock over.
• 3:33
  They've tuned this thing to be ridiculously easy, but that
• 3:37
  might just be because we're all used to running Mythic Dungeons
• 3:40
  and Mythic plus Dungeons. And this one is set to normal
• 3:44
  there. Other part of it, of course, is
• 3:46
  the Primal storms. And that's where I kind.
• 3:47
  I don't want to start absolutely for the Primal storms, they have
• 3:54
  three locations. There are two currently or
• 3:58
  seemingly constantly up in kalimdor.
• 4:02
  That is in the northern Barons and in un'goro and then they
• 4:06
  have one location in the Eastern kingdoms, which is the Badlands.
• 4:11
  And I guess, you know what? Before we go any further, I'm
• 4:14
  going to take this opportunity to make a small correction from
• 4:17
  our last Show. I had said that Kazakh was up in
• 4:22
  the Badlands and I made a mistake there.
• 4:25
  It's Kazakh is in the Blasted Lands and this Primal storm is
• 4:29
  happening in the Badlands. So you have reasons to go to
• 4:32
  both it's just last week. There was no reason to go to the
• 4:35
  Badlands. Regardless each of these
• 4:38
  invasions is on if rotation the locations don't seem to change
• 4:43
  but the element that is happening in that particular
• 4:46
  Invasion can shift. Between fire, ice, wind or
• 4:52
  Earth. And when you do these invasions
• 4:57
  basically in the area or rather in the zone, there's a couple of
• 5:00
  areas that are being affected by this Primal storm.
• 5:04
  You can kill the Primal list that are in there or their
• 5:09
  Elemental cohorts, killing. Those will let you farm up a
• 5:14
  tremendous amount of XP super fast and if you are doing it on
• 5:19
  an ALT that is anywhere above level 10, I have taken my
• 5:25
  warlock from level 49 to level 57 in quite a short amount of
• 5:31
  time. And that was despite the fact
• 5:35
  that I was fighting with a lot of people, because people are
• 5:38
  doing full-on raid groups for this full-on raid, groups, to
• 5:41
  this tag, everything and level. How fast did you say?
• 5:44
  You were leveling York's? So, It took me, it took me about
• 5:49
  an hour and a half which granted I wasn't like, focusing too hard
• 5:54
  on, you know, doing everything like that.
• 5:56
  I would like drop-down tag a couple of mobs and and kind of
• 5:59
  run around for like 15 minutes parts.
• 6:02
  And then just kind of like go go like do something else for for a
• 6:06
  bit away from my desk. So I wasn't like going super
• 6:09
  hard on this, but I got my Shaman from Level 56 to 60 in
• 6:14
  less than two hours. Just casually.
• 6:17
  We playing around. I think I I saw of like 22
• 6:21
  actual bosses because like the way that the storms Works to
• 6:25
  kill bunch of enemies and then the the boss activates after a
• 6:30
  certain point and so I only killed two of the bosses and
• 6:35
  yeah. Really, really fast like four
• 6:39
  levels in less than two hours. And if you're lower than like
• 6:44
  the last couple of levels before level 60, you're the like the
• 6:49
  rate of experience is like way faster plus we have, we have
• 6:53
  the, you know, the 18% experience bonus.
• 6:56
  That's also an effect. So like it's just going way
• 7:00
  fast. Like, very very, very fast.
• 7:04
  I think, I think I got five. Total in less than an hour on my
• 7:09
  palate and starting from mobile 50.
• 7:11
  So maybe even six I had need to like actually verify that but it
• 7:17
  like either 55 or 56 is where I left my palate and that was only
• 7:20
  after an hour of play so it is stupid fast how quickly you can
• 7:26
  level alts with this. It's like I'm remembering back
• 7:33
  to the legion pre expansion event with the with the lead.
• 7:37
  In Invasions, this is way faster than that.
• 7:41
  And that was already insanely fast.
• 7:46
  This is like exponentially faster than the legion Invasion
• 7:50
  leveling. So if you if you have characters
• 7:55
  that you want to get caught up now is the time.
• 7:58
  Yeah, I think that compared to last week because we have seen
• 8:04
  the change in X be required. That goes all the way from Level
• 8:10
  1. There wasn't much change before
• 8:13
  level 10 but the change becomes more pronounced.
• 8:16
  As you get closer, level 60 with level 70, being the new cap.
• 8:19
  So, you've seen a lot of suppression in the amount of XP
• 8:22
  that you need per level at the tail end and smaller amounts at
• 8:26
  the beginning, but that was quite fast.
• 8:28
  Again, you have the 18% increase experience because of this
• 8:32
  anniversary event. When you combine those, it is
• 8:36
  much faster than if you were trying to go from 50 to 60, even
• 8:41
  with the winds bonus, that we were getting last week when I
• 8:45
  was combining all of those and getting roughly ninety, eight
• 8:49
  percent of XP increase. I think that this completely
• 8:54
  outpaces that and it's just straight speed.
• 8:58
  Leveling because you're constantly having a flow of
• 9:00
  enemies that are getting you experience.
• 9:03
  So what you're doing in these Primal storms, is that yes,
• 9:07
  you're killing minor enemies, a boss will form that boss when it
• 9:11
  spawns is going to have a shield that will make it Invincible.
• 9:15
  There will be a bar at the top of the screen that will be at
• 9:17
  100 as you kill minor enemies. When that boss is around, it
• 9:22
  will drain that bar. Once you've killed a hundred
• 9:25
  enemies, then that boss will be active every enemy.
• 9:30
  That is currently active will Put into stasis so that you can
• 9:35
  focus on the boss, you kill that boss.
• 9:38
  Get the rewards, the smaller enemies will come out of stasis
• 9:41
  and then you can rinse and repeat.
• 9:43
  So what are you getting from this?
• 9:45
  On top of the experience, the minor enemies and the boss are
• 9:49
  going to be dropping this? It is not actually a currency
• 9:53
  but it is used to purchase stuff and that is the Primal Essence.
• 9:59
  Now, these Primal Essences there's also a huge amount
• 10:01
  granted by the boss somewhere around.
• 10:03
  Sound like 60 plus and then a small amount about a tenth of
• 10:06
  that that is granted by the minor enemies.
• 10:09
  You can use that to go to a vendor that is near the starting
• 10:15
  point for dragonflight and you can buy a number of things you
• 10:19
  can get 252 gear and weapons that it's going to be great for
• 10:25
  catch up. If you are somebody who is
• 10:26
  leveling through this, as soon as you hit 60, you can walk over
• 10:30
  and get some very solid gear and Going through this process
• 10:34
  should have allowed you to amass enough to maybe kick yourself
• 10:37
  out entirely. You can also get a bag of
• 10:41
  furious wins. Toy, that is incredibly
• 10:43
  expensive. That's 100 of these.
• 10:46
  Essences it's something that you're probably just going to
• 10:49
  buy once and if you so choose or for somebody who doesn't want to
• 10:54
  do alts for all of your characters though.
• 10:57
  I would highly suggest that you get the storm-battered reagent
• 11:02
  bag this. This is the first region bag
• 11:04
  that we're going to have available and the only Regent
• 11:06
  bag that we have available before we go into the dragon
• 11:09
  Isles. So 20 slot reagent bag that
• 11:12
  allow you to store all of your trade goods.
• 11:15
  Free up some Bag space but I would also highly suggest to you
• 11:20
  that before dragonflight actually launches that this bag
• 11:24
  be absolutely cleared out. The bosses themselves also have
• 11:29
  some unique loot, that's on them.
• 11:31
  You can get the items directly can drop from the boss, the 252
• 11:37
  gear that I was just talking about, but you can also get one
• 11:41
  of four different items that when combined make an heirloom
• 11:45
  item. These are the dimmed primeval
• 11:48
  elements. So there is one for each of the
• 11:51
  elements, you combine, those four together and you make your
• 11:54
  toy. Again, like we said it's
• 11:57
  incredibly fast to do this, jump in a raid team, so you are not
• 12:01
  fighting to get your tags and that will allow you to just gain
• 12:07
  a ton of experience in a natural Ray team.
• 12:09
  I was worried that once you went past five people that you would
• 12:13
  no longer be granted experience, but this is still granting
• 12:17
  experience. So go ahead and run through it
• 12:21
  in my experience. I haven't needed to be in a raid
• 12:23
  group mostly because As the moms that give like the Lion's Share
• 12:28
  of the experience in. These are the Elite mobs and
• 12:31
  they have like a near infinite tag limit.
• 12:35
  You can get into a raid group and it might go a little bit of
• 12:39
  like a little bit faster but I know that there's like a little
• 12:42
  faster. Okay.
• 12:44
  Okay. For every one of those Elite
• 12:47
  that have the larger tag pool the minor ones, there's like
• 12:52
  five of them you're going like between Between 4:00 and 6:00.
• 12:57
  So like average five of them and missing out on those that
• 13:01
  experienced. It can hurt.
• 13:03
  Like if you're one of those classes that can tag at range
• 13:07
  and get it in before the big mob comes, you're not going to
• 13:11
  really need the rate team, but an entire raid team collecting,
• 13:15
  all of that experience, even if you are not personally, getting
• 13:20
  a little bit of damage in, does speed it up significantly, good
• 13:23
  to know but that's the The pre patch event.
• 13:26
  It is very lucrative, but I don't think it is quite as fun
• 13:30
  as Alicia event. The legion event is still Higher
• 13:35
  in my regard right now but we'll see what it's like.
• 13:37
  After week that said, it's not all that's involved in the pre
• 13:42
  patch event because we do have the dungeon and you want to talk
• 13:45
  about that? Yes, absolutely old men.
• 13:48
  Tears Legacy is the revamped version of the original old of
• 13:52
  mine dungeon. As many said earlier, it is
• 13:56
  short sweet to the point normal version is the only thing that
• 14:00
  we have available to us at level 60 and this I believe will scale
• 14:03
  up to level 70. T like we'll have a heroic
• 14:06
  version at level 70 of this. And this will be one of the
• 14:09
  dungeons in the pool for leveling throughout throughout
• 14:13
  the dragon Isles expansion from 60 to 70.
• 14:17
  So, With that, at the gear levels that we're at currently,
• 14:22
  even though it is dropping item level 278 gear at the gear
• 14:28
  levels that were at, with these new characters, with well, with
• 14:32
  the, with the director new characters and like, what little
• 14:36
  gear we can get from, or little ice a little, what, what gear we
• 14:42
  can get from the invasions. This is also, it's just going
• 14:49
  like really way too fast through the dungeons, like it.
• 14:53
  Everything is just like falling over.
• 14:57
  It's what you would expect out of a normal item.
• 14:59
  Level dungeon, right? Do like fresh level level cap,
• 15:05
  normal dungeon it really feels like it was designed for the
• 15:12
  drakh, they're coming out of the starting experience, not if you
• 15:16
  have multiple pieces of this 252 gear and that's true because
• 15:22
  again we're recording this on Wednesday, it's only been out
• 15:25
  for a day total because it was such a late late release after
• 15:31
  after maintenance and Yeah, like you can gear incredibly fast
• 15:39
  with this. This is what I want to take all
• 15:41
  my fault into to be have them ready for the dragon house
• 15:46
  because also, the dragon Isles, they're not set up for this.
• 15:49
  You're going to have a very healthy amount of gear that you
• 15:54
  won't replace quickly. If you get it out of out of this
• 15:57
  Dungeon Because when you are hitting level 70, that's when
• 16:02
  you're reaching item levels are Around 300.
• 16:08
  And so something that's at near 280 is going to last you quite
• 16:12
  far into the mid to high 60s. Yeah.

  Which is, which is good, which is good.

  You should definitely. Which I mean I don't think you
• 16:21
  can completely kit your your character out in a full set of
• 16:26
  278 from the dungeon. I think the the there's only
• 16:29
  like a select pool of pieces, you can actually get the and you
• 16:33
  can look in the dungeon journal in game.

  If you would like to see what is available for your But it is
• 16:40
  definitely something that will help and you're like average
• 16:43
  item level is going to be sitting somewhere between that
• 16:47
  252 and 278 because that's the the range you can get unless
• 16:52
  unless you rated in season 4 and have a have raid gear in which
• 16:58
  case you're already set and you're not going to be doing
• 17:00
  this dungeon for free gear, anyway, but you're also that
• 17:03
  you're that you're wanting to bring up.

  Definitely, definitely. Like, get your get those
• 17:09
  characters kit out because it's, it is really, really easy gear.
• 17:18
  But gears not the only thing that we got or that we're
• 17:22
  getting out of this dungeon where else, we also got a little
• 17:24
  bit of story and basically the the story of this new Dent
• 17:30
  there, this new version of Oldham on is that we're having
• 17:33
  to go in into Oldham on to find the Of norgannon because the the
• 17:42
  aspect that I should say, former aspects are there, they're
• 17:48
  searching for a way to regain their power after they had
• 17:50
  poured all their power into the dragon soul when we defeated
• 17:54
  Deathwing and they believe that there is information in the disk
• 17:59
  of norgannon that will allow them to find their power again
• 18:05
  or at least start them on the trail to be.
• 18:08
  Able to get their power back, right?
• 18:11
  So we're going in to find the discs in organ on, we get to the
• 18:16
  chamber where the discs are. We get to the hallway, leading
• 18:19
  up to the chamber, where the discs are being held and the
• 18:23
  infinite, dragonfly shows up, of course, naturally, because they
• 18:26
  have to and led bright. Wow, I'm going to say that
• 18:32
  again. Led by Chrono Lord at dais.
• 18:38
  The the infinite dragonflight rushes through the hallway,
• 18:41
  makes it into that chamber right before we do and he just kind of
• 18:49
  yonks the discs of norgannon out of our timeline.
• 18:55
  So there's going to be there's going to be times name against
• 18:57
  in later on in this expansion. I'm sure well we have will have
• 19:01
  to go through and find the discs of norgannon again wherever Our
• 19:08
  day has has placed them and yeah, it was, it was nice.

  It was a nice tie-in to both the old world like with the new
• 19:18
  story that's being put in and also just a beautiful reworking
• 19:23
  of the dungeon all together. So if you haven't checked it
• 19:26
  out, definitely, definitely. Go check it out.

  I think you have to have to do the first little chapter
• 19:35
  questline. It's Like three quests long that
• 19:38
  you have to do whenever you first login on a character or
• 19:41
  just hit level level, 70 level, 70 level 60 on a character.

  You get this, this quest line popped up to go in to do the
• 19:50
  dungeon and that's how you unlock it to be able to do it.

  So if you would like to do that jump in, do it is going to be a
• 19:57
  dungeon that's available throughout the entire expansion.

  So don't feel rushed to do it. If you don't want to right now,

  but it is available if you would like to.

  Yeah, I think It is well worth it.

  I know you can't get everything but there are like legs Rings.

  There's a full set of gear out of there.

  And if you do the quest, you can do a one-time Quest and get a
• 20:20
  278 weapon. Guaranteed, that's fantastic.

  So I suggest doing it at least once for the guaranteed drop.

  As well as stuff that you can get in.

  And like you were saying it's basically a loot Piñata at its
• 20:33
  current Goering. So yeah, go in Brave, it Yeah,

  the next thing to talk about, we have already mentioned it, but

  ogres in the live game. You don't have to have access to

  trying to gear up and get out my Warlock and level up my warlock.

  So I can take that into integrating those like all of

  that, that I'm working on and because I don't have all the

  time in the world, I know if voters will be there later on

  instant, the server's went live. I was logged in and was making

  my evoker because it because I had to naturally.

  inordinate amount of time trying to find the joy in playing the

  class in the beta II beta level 71 as soon as soon as the level

  70 templates were available. I like jumped in and was just

  like, okay, I'm going to try a different builds.

  I'm going to try doing different things and this is I'm going to

  I'm going to try to find the joy in playing this character and I

  couldn't really quite get my my head around.

  What made the class work for me personally, but playing through

  the, the leveling experience in this now.

  Like, because because I played through it initially whenever

  when they first introduced the the vocals on the beta, we

  talking about it on the show was the very first thing that we got

  to do in in our beta core. Our Alpha experience actually

  was to go through and play the the new poker starting zone.

  I didn't touch it again. I left it alone.

  I didn't do it after that first time that we did it.

  And then now going through getting into it, having access
• 23:34
  to the character in the live servers in the lives, like

  version of the game, completely different 10/10.

  I've had such a blast playing poker but It's not for everyone.

  I understand that it is the new hotness.

  So there are a lot of Evoque is running around.

  Definitely like the vast majority of people that you'll

  see going running around doing all of the all of the invasions

  it's probably gonna be the vast majority is going to be a focus

  and that's okay but it is it is the newest class.

  It is a hero class that starts a little 58 and goes very quickly
• 24:15
  through the through the introductory.

  Terry questline to level 60. I think you hit Level 60 way
• 24:22
  before you even finish the the actual story and you go through
• 24:31
  the starting zone in about an hour or so, this is the
• 24:33
  forbidden reach that we're in going through you awaken and
• 24:38
  you're learning all this new information or your character is
• 24:42
  learning. All this new information very
• 24:44
  quickly and having to come to terms with, The new reality that
• 24:49
  they're in rathian and Abyss Ian fly out to meet you. and they
• 24:56
  uncover a plot by the prime list to release the Primal of
• 25:00
  dragons, starting with razza death, and the other aspects, it
• 25:06
  set for alexstrasza show up and the show up to the Forbidden
• 25:12
  reach and also kind of helped out as the Primal list attack is
• 25:19
  like in full swing and like, you're able To take kind of get
• 25:25
  out of their relatively relatively unscathed, I think
• 25:30
  rathian gets beat up a little bit by by the, by the Primal
• 25:35
  list and and Witnesses, razza guess, being released from from
• 25:41
  from her prison. And yeah, they rathi on this is
• 25:48
  spared, his life is spared and is sent with a message to the
• 25:52
  rest of the aspects saying that they will.
• 25:55
  Cleanse the Earth and that they are coming for alexstrasza
• 26:01
  specifically, they have they have a bone to pick with the the
• 26:08
  life binder, Queen, alexstrasza herself.
• 26:11
  And so the aspects come together after that and they decide, hey,
• 26:18
  we got to do something about this, but we're not in great
• 26:22
  shape to deal with this threat on her own.
• 26:24
  We need some help and so they send off, they send kalecgos off
• 26:31
  to to fly out to me khadgar in Cares in, he's in care is an
• 26:39
  just kind of in the libraries and doing doing khadgar things.
• 26:43
  And so calloc flies out and, and meets meets with khadgar to say,
• 26:49
  hey, we're in, we're in some, we're not so great right now, we
• 26:56
  could use your help and he agrees and follows calloc to
• 27:03
  They're not really follows Catholic but like goes to meet
• 27:06
  rathian and Abyss Ian and kicked off a plane to head to the
• 27:11
  dragon aisles to help the aspects regain their power and
• 27:15
  defeat the prime lists incursion.

  Yeah. So obviously there was like a
• 27:22
  lot of reveals that happened in these cinematics.

  There was an entire thing of Wrath can be asking listen if
• 27:30
  you defeated them. Why didn't you just kill him off
• 27:33
  this? Get rid of them.
• 27:34
  Why are we now having to deal with them?
• 27:36
  And electrons, I said I didn't have the heart, they were
• 27:42
  clutched mates so the incarnates specifically razza get the
• 27:47
  youngest of the incarnates. Maybe the least powerful but the
• 27:51
  youngest of the incarnates is family to alexstrasza which just
• 27:59
  adds yet another wrinkle to this before they were an Any faction
• 28:04
  now, this is like more than just Dragon Civil War.
• 28:08
  This is this is a blood Feud within a family so it's that
• 28:13
  humanizing aspect to it. Good on rathian for asking the
• 28:18
  question that we all wanted, just like, listen, you had him
• 28:21
  dead to rights. Why aren't they dead by All
• 28:24
  rights? This entire opening experience
• 28:29
  flows right in with the legacies that we saw?
• 28:33
  So we know how Raz agathe went down because of legacies chapter
• 28:39
  3. We know the entirety of this
• 28:45
  original conflict with the drakh fear and why maybe the drakh
• 28:52
  theater are so prepared to fight against the prime list and the
• 28:57
  entire way through with all their shattered Memories, so
• 28:59
  like these enemies seem familiar.

  Again that is full advantage of your giant killer and to explain

  how a giant killer works. It is basically a damage

  hitting. So it's very linear when they

  shifting the cap from 15 to 20 as a number of different things.

  One thing that he talked about is that yes some players at the

  lower end who were just about able to get to 15 will not be

  able to get to 20 and that's intended if your Intended

  difficulty, the difficulty that you have the most fun at that.

  You progress at, without obscene, amounts of frustration

  is no more rating or heroic rating, then the levels of keys

  that you should be able to do, should be in the word.

  He used was commensurate with the amount of Challenge and

  They were a little bit easier than doing a Mythic raid boss

  are, I raid, we're not expecting to full clear, the Mythic raid

  many a teams that we have been on many of Raiders that we play

  with just strive for a OTC. And they are happy with that

  is supposed to align with that. You should be happy getting your

  It shouldn't be that you get to one of the near-end bosses of
