Nobody warned us about the weird stuff that comes with perimenopause. Brain fog, rogue hairs appearing out of nowhere, an explosion of white hairs, frozen shoulders, itchy ears… seriously, what is happening?! We're bitching about the symptoms nobody puts in the brochure—and trying to figure out why our Alexas seem to have multiple personalities of their own. Because apparently, getting older means our bodies AND our technology are acting up. 😂
