• 2:54
Speaker 4: seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
• 2:57
  Speaker 3: Story number one.
• 2:58
Speaker 4: Democrats have chosen to put more lives at risk. Your
• 3:03
Speaker 4: life is one of them with the new moves that
• 3:06
Speaker 4: they're doing to undermine Donald Trump and the laws in
• 3:10
Speaker 4: this nation. The sanctuary state of Illinois has now released
• 3:15
Speaker 4: more than one thousand, eight hundred illegal aliens. They've been
• 3:20
Speaker 4: charged with crimes such as murder, assault, burglary, robbery, and
• 3:26
Speaker 4: sex crimes, including crimes against children, and they've released them
• 3:30
Speaker 4: on purpose back in the communities since Donald Trump took
• 3:34
Speaker 4: office in late January. The new data is exposing all
• 3:38
Speaker 4: of this. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Acting Director Todd Lyons
• 3:44
Speaker 4: release the data on Monday while urging Illinois Attorney General
• 3:49
Speaker 4: to honor more than four thousand active ICE detainers that
• 3:54
Speaker 4: the agency has lodged. Against criminal legal aliens in the
• 3:59
Speaker 4: sanctuary ste of Illinois. In particular, Lions said Illinois officials
• 4:05
Speaker 4: have already failed to honor more than one thousand, seven
• 4:09
Speaker 4: hundred and sixty eight ICE detainers and released the illegal
• 4:14
Speaker 4: aliens back into neighborhoods. Among those illegal aliens that have
• 4:18
Speaker 4: been released back into America are five charged with murder
• 4:23
Speaker 4: who are now walking among us, one hundred and forty
• 4:26
Speaker 4: one charged with assault, walking among US, twenty three charge
• 4:32
Speaker 4: of burglary, walking among US, ten charged with sex crimes
• 4:37
Speaker 4: now walking among us, and four charged with robbery, twenty
• 4:41
Speaker 4: four charged with drug crimes, many of them dealing with
• 4:45
Speaker 4: FETNL that are killing Americans, and fifteen charged with weapons
• 4:49
Speaker 4: offenses as well. Meanwhile, the crimes of more than four
• 4:54
Speaker 4: thousand illegal aliens with active ICE detainers in Illinois, including
• 4:59
Speaker 4: fifty one chards with murder, one thousand, one hundred and
• 5:03
Speaker 4: thirty four charged with assault, one hundred and seven charged
• 5:06
Speaker 4: with burglary, thirty six charged with robbery, two hundred and
• 5:10
Speaker 4: seventy five charged with drug crimes, and one hundred and
• 5:14
Speaker 4: twenty charge with weapons offenses. And this is the one
• 5:18
Speaker 4: that is the most shocking. Eight hundred and thirteen illegal
• 5:22
Speaker 4: aliens charge with sex crimes. Governor Pritzkerb and his fellow
• 5:28
Speaker 4: Illinois sanctuary politicians are releasing these murderers, pedophiles, and kidnappers
• 5:34
Speaker 4: back into our neighborhoods and putting American lives at risk,
• 5:38
Speaker 4: the Department of Owlanded Security Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in
• 5:42
Speaker 4: his statement. She then said, we are calling on Governor
• 5:45
Speaker 4: Pritskerb and his administration to stop this dangerous derangement and
• 5:50
Speaker 4: commit to honoring the ICE arrest detainers of the more
• 5:54
Speaker 4: than four thousand criminal legal aliens in Illinois custody. It
• 5:59
Speaker 4: is common criminal legal aliens should not be released back
• 6:03
Speaker 4: into our streets to terrorize more innocent Americans. ICE officials
• 6:09
Speaker 4: said Illinois has released from custody and failed to honor
• 6:13
Speaker 4: detainers for illegal aliens, such as a forty nine year
• 6:16
Speaker 4: old Victor Manuel Menendez Garcia of Mexico, who was convicted
• 6:22
Speaker 4: of kidnapping for ransom and sentenced to eighteen years in prison.
• 6:29
Speaker 4: A new release from ICE detailed other instances where illegal
• 6:32
Speaker 4: aliens were released from custody instead of being turned over
• 6:37
Speaker 4: to ICE agents. Juan Morales Martinez, an illegal alien, from Guatemala,
• 6:42
Speaker 4: for example, was arrested after a vehicle crash near Westfield, Illinois,
• 6:47
Speaker 4: where he was a passenger. Early reports the vehicle crash
• 6:51
Speaker 4: showed not one, but two fatalities. It was a county
• 6:56
Speaker 4: board member and his wife. Police also found an ex
• 7:00
Speaker 4: sent a magazine and ammunition in the vehicle. On October
• 7:04
Speaker 4: the twenty fifth, ICE lodged a detainer on Morales Martinez.
• 7:08
Speaker 4: October the twenty seventh, ICE arrested Morales after his release
• 7:13
Speaker 4: from the Clark County Jail. The jail did not cooperate
• 7:17
Speaker 4: with ICE, but ICE officers suspected his release and performed
• 7:21
Speaker 4: an enforcement action outside of the county jail. He has
• 7:25
Speaker 4: now been removed from the United States of America, but
• 7:28
Speaker 4: he would be among us if it was left up
• 7:30
Speaker 4: to the sanctuary state of Illinois. There was another man
• 7:34
Speaker 4: by the name of Gonzales Jimenez, an illegal alien from Mexico.
• 7:39
Speaker 4: He was arrested and convicted for one count of driving
• 7:42
Speaker 4: under the influence and domestic battery and two counts of
• 7:45
Speaker 4: criminal sexual assault. Yet again, Illinois chose deliberately to refuse
• 7:52
Speaker 4: the ICE detainer for this individual, again accused of two
• 7:56
Speaker 4: counts of criminal sexual assault. On November the thirteenth, ICE
• 8:02
Speaker 4: arrested the man as he was released from jail. Juan
• 8:06
Speaker 4: Alberto Carol morin An, a legal alien from Mexico, was
• 8:10
Speaker 4: arrested and convicted of aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a
• 8:15
Speaker 4: victim and a family and sentenced to six years in
• 8:18
Speaker 4: Illinois Department of Corrections. ICE detainer for that man was
• 8:23
Speaker 4: also not honored. On November ninth, ICE arrested Carl Marin,
• 8:27
Speaker 4: where he is currently in ICE custody. Yet again Illinois
• 8:32
Speaker 4: saying no, we'd rather play politics than keep our citizens
• 8:35
Speaker 4: safe from these dangerous criminals. This is just one example
• 8:41
Speaker 4: of what Donald Trump and our government is up against,
• 8:45
Speaker 4: as time and time again, these radicals in radical cities
• 8:50
Speaker 4: and states around the country are constantly refusing to work
• 8:54
Speaker 4: with ICE to keep American safe. And yet again, the
• 8:57
Speaker 4: President is not backing down more resources to Illinois to
• 9:02
Speaker 4: find and to put into custody these more than one thousand,
• 9:06
Speaker 4: eight hundred legal aliens charged with murder, assault, sex crimes.
• 9:10
Speaker 4: And what has happened? Illinois chose to put them back
• 9:14
Speaker 4: into our neighborhoods instead of hand them over to ICE.
• 9:17
Speaker 4: Now story number two, it's not just in Illinois, where
• 9:20
Speaker 4: the radicals are defying Donald Trump and putting Americans lives
• 9:24
Speaker 4: at risk and many Americans are actually losing their lives.
• 9:27
Speaker 4: Another sad and shocking story is now coming out of California,
• 9:31
Speaker 4: where an illegal alien is accused of drunk driving and
• 9:34
Speaker 4: causing a crash that left an eight year old girl dead.
• 9:38
Speaker 4: In the sanctuary state of California. Last week, Immigration and
• 9:43
Speaker 4: Customs enforcement agents lodged a detainer against a twenty five
• 9:48
Speaker 4: year old Guatemala man after he allegedly caused a head
• 9:51
Speaker 4: on collision on a San Diego highway that resulted in
• 9:54
Speaker 4: the death of the eight year old little girl. According
• 9:57
Speaker 4: to local police, Alva Rodriguez was driving a two thousand
• 10:01
Speaker 4: and five Toyota to Coma truck when he crossed lanes
• 10:05
Speaker 4: and hit a Toyota camery head on. The driver of
• 10:09
Speaker 4: the camera, a twenty six year old man from you Arizona,
• 10:12
Speaker 4: suffered major injuries, as did his front passenger, a twenty
• 10:16
Speaker 4: eight year old woman. Three children in the back of
• 10:19
Speaker 4: the camera, a five year old boy, a four year
• 10:22
Speaker 4: old girl, and an eight year old girl were taken
• 10:24
Speaker 4: to a nearby children's hospital. The girl did not survive
• 10:28
Speaker 4: her injuries and died at that hospital. How many deaths
• 10:32
Speaker 4: of children at the hands of criminal legal aliens need
• 10:35
Speaker 4: to happen before Governor Knewsom and sanctuary politicians will prioritize
• 10:41
Speaker 4: the safety and security of American families. That's what the
• 10:45
Speaker 4: Department of Homeland Security said in his statement. ICE officials
• 10:49
Speaker 4: said that Rodriguez had a history of drunk driving, including
• 10:53
Speaker 4: a twenty twenty arrest for driving under the influence and
• 10:56
Speaker 4: then another arrest in twenty twenty one for driving under
• 11:01
Speaker 4: the influence and a hit and run. This serial drunk
• 11:05
Speaker 4: driver should never have been allowed back onto California roads.
• 11:10
Speaker 4: We are praying for the family of this child who
• 11:13
Speaker 4: will be grieving this holiday season. Secretary Nome is now
• 11:17
Speaker 4: calling on Governor Newsom to honor this ICE arrest attainer
• 11:21
Speaker 4: for this illegal alien. And yet again you have another
• 11:26
Speaker 4: elected official in another sanctuary state that is saying I
• 11:30
Speaker 4: will put illegal immigrants a head of American citizens. And
• 11:36
Speaker 4: that's not the only place that's happening. The New York
• 11:39
Speaker 4: Mayor Mundani now telling illegal aliens in New York City
• 11:44
Speaker 4: how to stand up to ICE agents. The New York
• 11:48
Speaker 4: City Democratic Socialists mayor elect now giving lessons telling illegal
• 11:53
Speaker 4: immigrants in this area that you must stand up to
• 11:56
Speaker 4: ICE agents. The news comes as President Trump's administration been
• 12:00
Speaker 4: working as safeguard American communities from illegal alien crime, and
• 12:04
Speaker 4: as federal officials have been arresting the worst of the
• 12:07
Speaker 4: worst criminal aliens. In a video posted on Sunday, Mondani
• 12:12
Speaker 4: talked about a recent ICE rate in Chinatown, adding when
• 12:16
Speaker 4: he officially becomes a mayor, he will protect all New
• 12:20
Speaker 4: York residents, and that means the illegal immigrants. He said,
• 12:25
Speaker 4: that includes the more than three million immigrants who call
• 12:27
Speaker 4: the city their home. But we can all stand up
• 12:30
Speaker 4: to ICE if you know your rights, he said, and
• 12:34
Speaker 4: then he gave points about avoiding ICE agents altogether, saying, quote,
• 12:39
Speaker 4: ICE cannot enter into private spaces like your home, school,
• 12:44
Speaker 4: or private area of your workplace without a judicial warrant
• 12:47
Speaker 4: signed by a judge. He went on to explain that
• 12:50
Speaker 4: they had a right to keep their door shut, literally
• 12:53
Speaker 4: telling the criminals exactly how to fight back and not
• 12:58
  Speaker 4: be arrested.
• 13:00
Speaker 2: Weekend, ICE attempted to raid Canal Street and detain our imperants.
• 13:03
Speaker 2: As mayor, I'll protect the rights of every single New Yorker,
• 13:07
Speaker 2: and that includes the more than three million immigrants who
• 13:09
Speaker 2: call this city their home. But we can all stand
• 13:11
Speaker 2: up to ICE if you know your rights if you
• 13:15
Speaker 2: encounter ICE. These are the things that every New Yorker
• 13:17
Speaker 2: should know. First. ICE cannot enter into private spaces like
• 13:20
Speaker 2: your home, school, or private area of your workplace without
• 13:24
Speaker 2: a judicial warrant signed by a judge that looks like this.
• 13:32
Speaker 2: If ICE does not have a judicial warrant signed by
• 13:34
Speaker 2: a judge, you have the right to say I do
• 13:36
Speaker 2: not consent to enter it, and the right to keep
• 13:38
Speaker 2: your door closed. Sometimes ICE will show you paperwork that
• 13:41
Speaker 2: looks like this and tell you that they have the
• 13:45
Speaker 2: right to arrest you. That is false. ICE is legally
• 13:50
Speaker 2: allowed to lie to you, but you have the right
• 13:52
Speaker 2: to remain silent. If you're being detained, you may always
• 13:54
Speaker 2: ask am I free to go repeatedly until they answer you.
• 13:57
Speaker 2: You are legally allowed to film ICE as long as
• 13:59
Speaker 2: you do not interfere with an arrest. It is important
• 14:02
Speaker 2: to remain calm during any interaction with ICE. Belongforce, do
• 14:05
Speaker 2: not impede their investigation, resist arrest or One last thing.
• 14:09
Speaker 2: New York has had a constitutional right to protest when
• 14:12
Speaker 2: I'm there, we will protect that way. New York will
• 14:15
Speaker 2: always welcome him, and I will fight each and every
• 14:18
Speaker 2: day to protect and support and celebrate our neighbor brother sisters.
• 14:25
Speaker 4: That is the Mayor elect of New York, maying it
• 14:28
Speaker 4: very clear he doesn't work for the citizens of New
• 14:30
Speaker 4: York and said he works for the illegal immigrants and
• 14:33
Speaker 4: telling them everything he can to help them continue to
• 14:36
Speaker 4: break the laws. So yet again we are having a
• 14:40
Speaker 4: conversation about more Americans who are being killed. One thing
• 14:44
Speaker 4: is for sure, the President of the United States of
• 14:46
Speaker 4: America has promised, no matter what, to go wherever these
• 14:50
Speaker 4: criminals are to find them, to hunt them down, and
• 14:53
Speaker 4: to bring them to justice, even if the radicals on
• 14:56
Speaker 4: the left like Mundani or Newsom or Prince Gerb are
• 15:00
Speaker 4: doing everything they can to stop illegal immigrants from being deported.
