  powerful healer and that you've been underestimating yourself.

  And I would say the clearest sign that you're a healer is

  that people feel safe around you.

  And it could be you're at the mingling event, you start to

  talk to somebody and then eventually they're like, oh

  gosh, I don't know why I told you this or I haven't told

  anybody this. So even strangers open up to

  you. And you could even notice it in

  animals. It could be that animals are

  more drawn to you as well. It's not about the words that

  you say, it's your present. You have a non judgmental

  energy. You're there for people, you're
• 0:51
  open, so people will love being around you.

  Unfortunately, it can lead to a lot of energy vampires taking

  advantage of you. They just want to take, take and

  take from your precious energy and they can leave us feeling

  drained. So it is so important to have

  boundaries as a sensitive soul. Dare to say no.

  Perhaps you've always felt different from everybody.

  I definitely had that where I felt like the black sheep.

  My two siblings, they never had problems making friends.

  But for me, it was harder to make friends and I never

  understood why. You might have maybe also

  experienced trauma. You were bullied, but instead of

  becoming bitter, you became deeper.

  So the pain cracked you open and now you understand people way

  more deeply than you can from just reading books.

  Sign #3 that you are a powerful healer is that you very easily

  get overwhelmed. And this to me became especially

  noticeable when I entered the job market.

  I was actually really excited to start working finally after so
• 2:04
  many years of studying. When I came home that first day

  of work, I was so drained because I had a marketing job
• 2:12
  and it was in these open plan offices.

  No matter which job I had, it was always these open plan
• 2:18
  offices. It felt like I was absorbing
• 2:20
  everybody's energies. I didn't have a space for me to
• 2:24
  just be with myself and recharge.

  I just couldn't do the nine to five world and I just felt again
• 2:31
  like the black sheep. As in, why is nobody else having
• 2:34
  this problem? Why does everybody else seems to
• 2:36
  be thriving in this environment, but I'm not, What is wrong with
• 2:40
  me? So eventually I quit my job.

  I became a digital nomad. I started my own business, the
• 2:46
  spirit nomad, and I have never had a nine to five job again.
• 2:50
  And now I teach other sensitive souls how to break free from the
• 2:54
  9:00 to 5:00 and start their own business so they can work from
• 2:57
  home, protect their energy. So as you can see, the
• 3:00
  sensitivity felt like a curse for me.
• 3:03
  But if I hadn't had that, I would have still have been stuck
• 3:06
  in a job that wasn't fulfilling me.

  So I turned it into my gift. And you can also turn your
• 3:11
  sensitivity into a gift. For example, if you're very
• 3:14
  psychic, you can see people's emotions or their thoughts that
• 3:19
  might feel like a curse, like it's just too much information,
• 3:23
  but you can use that as a psychic medium for example.

  Or let's say you love watching ASMR videos because you get so
• 3:30
  drained and stressed in your daily life, so you just want to
• 3:33
  come home and relax. You could literally become an
• 3:36
  ASMR artist and do that yourself and heal people through that.

  Think about how can you turn your sensitivity into a gift

  about you. You know those people who ask

  you a question, but you know they're asking that question

  because they want you to ask that back to them.

  You're not like that. And I used to feel insecure that

  I was more of a listener rather than a talker.

  But actually what people love the most is feeling hurt.

  So I would say that being a listener is so much more

  important than being a good talker.

  Site #5 is that you trigger people without knowing it and

  you're not trying to trigger them.

  But when you stand in your light and when you are very healed,

  which chances are you are if you are a healer, it reflects back

  what they have been avoiding. So for example, if you have

  great self love for yourself and they don't, it will reflect that

  back to them and they will get triggered without knowing why.

  Perhaps you've even been called intimidating.

  But remember, this is their problem, not yours.

  This is their problem to deal with.

  So you just stand in your lights, don't make any excuses

  because you are helping people to grow.

  And if people are being rude to you about that, if they're

  getting triggered, we'll just find other friends who are

  willing to grow with you. Sign number six is that you had

  to heal yourself first. Weren't just born out of the

  womb. Just heal, he says.

  Here I am, this ascended child. No, you've dealt with your own

  that gives people hope that they can heal too, and overcome

  whatever you went through. So think about what is your

  origin story? What was it this big?

  One thing that you overcame and teach others how to do the same
