Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Namaste beautiful souls.
- 0:04SPEAKER_00: Today's conversation is about something I feel many of us are sensing right now.
- 0:10SPEAKER_00: It's a deep shifting consciousness in how we experience reality, in how we relate to ourselves and each other and the unseen layers of life.
- 0:22SPEAKER_00: And I'm really deeply honored to be joined by four extraordinary women who each hold a different key to awakening through consciousness, sound, intuition, in the embodiment of unconditional love and happiness.
- 0:40SPEAKER_00: And to share something very special with all of you.
- 0:43SPEAKER_00: This episode is the reason why I created the awakening podcast.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: Oh I got goosebumps.
- 0:49SPEAKER_00: One Sunday morning I woke up and the angel said to me, Natalie, you're going to host a group of very well-loved spiritual teachers who have pioneered the way.
- 1:00SPEAKER_00: And next minute I found myself emailing you beautiful souls.
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: And because you're all so wonderfully popular and busy, we've waited until this very moment, which is divine timing, to come together.
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: So I'm very excited for this conversation.
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: Welcome Deborah, Marcy, Julie, and Gerilyn.
- 1:21SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 1:22SPEAKER_01: It's so beautiful to get to be here with you and with these other women whom I adore.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: So yeah, it's really special.
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna start us off with a big question and I just open it up to whoever wants to share first, and then we'll just share amongst and we'll flow.
- 1:43SPEAKER_00: So if humanity is awakening right now, what are we actually waking up from?
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: And what are we waking up into?
- 1:59SPEAKER_00: So Eva feels like sharing Deborah.
- 2:02SPEAKER_04: I'll jump in.
- 2:03SPEAKER_04: Um I I think that I would say we're waking up from the trance of separation, right?
- 2:13SPEAKER_04: The trance that we're separate from each other, from nature, from God, and that we're separate from this intelligence, that same intelligence that causes an acorn to become an oak, that's beating our hearts right now.
- 2:30SPEAKER_04: I mean, for thousands and thousands of years we've been living in survival consciousness, and right now survival consciousness is really up.
- 2:40SPEAKER_04: And also believing that, like our dear friend Lynn Twist talks about, that there's not enough, that we have to fight for our peace, that, and I mean P-I-E-C-E, our peace of it that success is something we chase out there, and that's the trends that shaped our systems and our identities, and they are falling apart right now.
- 3:03SPEAKER_04: And because we're remembering, we're waking into the awareness, the realization that we're not just like these personalities trying to get somewhere.
- 3:13SPEAKER_04: I mean, I know we're all we're all feeling that our personalities are just falling away, right?
- 3:18SPEAKER_04: Guys, it's like me, me, me, but rather that it's us, us, us, that we're expressions of universal intelligence.
- 3:26SPEAKER_04: We're we're participants in creation and not just victims of circumstance.
- 3:32SPEAKER_04: And we're waking into natural law, into the understanding that when we align with how life actually works, things become more supported.
- 3:44SPEAKER_04: And one of the things, awakening can be messy.
- 3:49SPEAKER_04: You know, Natalie, you said you had this realization about awakening.
- 3:53SPEAKER_04: When old systems are cracking and paradigms are falling away, that's what happens when you turn the light on.
- 4:01SPEAKER_04: You see what was always there.
- 4:03SPEAKER_04: So we're waking up from separation and smallness and into unity consciousness, love for one another, seeing the divine spark in each other, and the deep knowing that we're not just here to survive, but to be love and expand happiness.
- 4:21SPEAKER_04: And it isn't happening somewhere out there, it's happening every time one of us chooses awareness over fear, and I think that's what we're awakening to.
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: I can feel that.
- 4:43SPEAKER_00: That's so deep.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: Awareness over fear.
- 4:49SPEAKER_00: Like let that sink in.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: Would anyone else like to share what's what's coming through for you about this?
- 5:02SPEAKER_01: I know Julie wants to say something, and I'll I want to add in as well.
- 5:07SPEAKER_01: You want to go, Julie?
- 5:08SPEAKER_01: Sure.
- 5:09SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I agree with you, Deborah.
- 5:11SPEAKER_03: I think we're uh evolving into creating something new.
- 5:17SPEAKER_03: Each generation comes in and they're more advanced from an energetic standpoint, from a frequency standpoint.
- 5:24SPEAKER_03: The old guard, quite frankly, is just dying off.
- 5:28SPEAKER_03: So a lot of the old ways are going to the grave with them, and the new souls that are coming in are not as indoctrinated and inundated with the old ways.
- 5:39SPEAKER_03: And they're looking for less of somebody to tell them what to do and more of figuring out what's their connection to spirit, not so much religion.
- 5:51SPEAKER_03: Religion can help people get to spirit, but they're realizing that it's all within them, and they don't need somebody to tell them what to do.
- 6:02SPEAKER_03: And I think a big awakening came during the pandemic when people were saying, whoa, this just doesn't make sense.
- 6:10SPEAKER_03: But when people are in fear, to your point, Deborah, we do we don't think clearly.
- 6:15SPEAKER_03: Our clarity is skewed because the blood drains from our brain and goes to our heart and our extremities because we're in fight or flight and we're looking for somebody to tell us what to do, a perceived leader.
- 6:28SPEAKER_03: And I think a lot of people learned a lot during that.
- 6:31SPEAKER_03: So it was a horrible situation, and yet there's all kinds of wonderful things that have come out of it.
- 6:38SPEAKER_03: As we go forward, I agree it's more of a unity consciousness.
- 6:44SPEAKER_03: And people, when they're seeing things happen, and certainly the 24-7 news cycle helps us see what's happening, not only in our own area, but also around the world.
- 6:57SPEAKER_03: We know how to send love and light to those other areas, and we know that that can have an effect on it because university-based research now validates that.
- 7:08SPEAKER_03: So I think the big takeaway in this whole awakening is the powers within it always has been.
- 7:15SPEAKER_03: It's kind of like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz, right?
- 7:18SPEAKER_03: She always had the power to get home because she had on the ruby slippers, and we're all wearing ruby slippers, and we have the ability and the power.
- 7:27SPEAKER_03: Absolutely.
- 7:31SPEAKER_01: I I would love to just add to both of those, which I agree with a hundred percent, that I love that we are all here having this conversation right now because we were born for these times.
- 7:44SPEAKER_01: You know, those of us who are in this conversation right now, who are listening, everybody who's participating, you get what's going on.
- 7:52SPEAKER_01: And we waited perhaps lifetimes for this time that looks so messy and weird and wild, but it is it's that time where the crisis happens and we actually wake up to the truth of who we are, to the truth of the divinity that we actually are, rather than to the false self, you know, the ego and all of that.
- 8:12SPEAKER_01: And I I just say hallelujah, that we're here and we're getting to do this, and that we are, and and I also want to say that the the power of the collective, you know, there is certainly the power of the collective forces that are um really uh strong in the fear-based reality and the ego.
- 8:33SPEAKER_01: And there is as much, and I and certainly more, I think now, of the light of the people saying, let's wake up to the truth of who we are finally, once and for all.
- 8:42SPEAKER_01: We've lived thousands of years in uh a state of fear and non-truth.
- 8:48SPEAKER_01: And yay, let's wake up to that truth.
- 8:52SPEAKER_02: I agree with all of you, beautiful souls.
- 8:55SPEAKER_02: And Marcy, hallelujah, hallelujah is it.
- 8:59SPEAKER_02: And if I come from music, I would say that we've been in a grand state of dissonance.
- 9:05SPEAKER_02: Yes, there's been coherence and along the way, but in general, a grand state of dissonance that is now moving more into harmony and recognizing that each person is a part of a great, a great orchestra, and that we our responsibilities are to tune ourselves and then to tune to others because the power of music is becoming more and more, and music medicine is becoming more and more really a thing.
- 9:32SPEAKER_02: And the bottom line of that, as you said, Marcy, hallelujah, it and and Deb and Julie is love, and and love is the vibration that music carries without any effort.
- 9:46SPEAKER_02: And I feel like that power of love is becoming stronger and stronger that we see with our hearts rather with our than with our eyes.
- 9:54SPEAKER_02: We really see with our hearts and ground in that.
- 9:59SPEAKER_02: So, as you said, I'm excited to be alive during this time and all the people that are listening.
- 10:04SPEAKER_02: This is the message.
- 10:06SPEAKER_02: We are awakening to more and more capability to love.
- 10:12SPEAKER_04: I just want to add one thing to what you guys said.
- 10:16SPEAKER_04: I I was reading this thing by Patricia Kotel Robus, I think that's how you say her name, and she said that you know, millions of souls tried to get in at this time.
- 10:31SPEAKER_04: But the ones who are here were the ones that were worthy to be here at this time.
- 10:38SPEAKER_04: And sometimes you think the opposite, but she said that we are the ones who could carry the light at this time, so we were allowed to incarnate.
- 10:51SPEAKER_00: So this is huge.
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: Wow, as you shared that, Deborah.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: My crown chakras opening, I got tingles and goosebumps, can really feel the energy of this.
- 11:04SPEAKER_00: And the angels have once said to me, they said that we were souls vibrating in other dimensions, and we heard the calling, a certain frequency of Mother Earth, and we said yes, and we we brought all our light and condensed it into form, into a physical body, and we responded to the calling, and we're here.
- 11:27SPEAKER_00: And they also say that awakening won't happen again.
- 11:31SPEAKER_00: So this is really special because once we're all awake and our planet is in that vibration, we don't need to go through awakening again because all new souls being born will never forget.
- 11:44SPEAKER_03: Wow, yeah.
- 11:47unknown: Amen.
- 11:48SPEAKER_03: I hadn't heard that before, but that makes total sense.
- 11:52SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it's powerful.
- 11:57SPEAKER_00: So, my next question that's coming through is still on the topic of awakening, because I feel like this can really help um people to understand how how to go through it and work with it.
- 12:11SPEAKER_00: Is awakening something that we do, or is it something that we allow?
- 12:17SPEAKER_00: And what shifts when we stop striving and seeking and we start allowing?
- 12:23SPEAKER_00: So I'd like to open that for all of you to share as and when you feel inspired.
- 12:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 12:29SPEAKER_01: I I I would love to speak to this because it's I I think it's such an incredibly important and relevant question.
- 12:37SPEAKER_01: Because the striving that we've that I know I spent a most of my life doing comes from the state of fear.
- 12:46SPEAKER_01: It comes from the belief that it isn't a loving or benevolent universe.
- 12:51SPEAKER_01: You know, one of my favorite quotes was Einstein said, the most important question you can ask is, is this a loving universe?
- 12:58SPEAKER_01: Is this a benevolent universe?
- 13:00SPEAKER_01: And inevitably, people who are happiest, who I think are most awake, will say, Yes.
- 13:06SPEAKER_01: That doesn't mean everything goes their way.
- 13:08SPEAKER_01: But what it means is that they believe that everything is for them.
- 13:13SPEAKER_01: And so there is a different energy rather than an energy of striving, there is an energy of trusting and opening and allowing and being aligned with divine flow.
- 13:26SPEAKER_01: Um every year I pick a theme for my year, and this year is called uh is I picked living in divine flow, because that is really to me the the antidote to the old pushing, struggling, striving, ego-based way of being.
- 13:43SPEAKER_01: It's that it's that trusting that life is for us and that we actually align ourselves with that flow of what's happening in life.
- 13:52SPEAKER_01: There's a totally different come from.
- 13:55SPEAKER_01: It's an opening and allowing and and love, it's that state of love.
- 14:04SPEAKER_03: And trusting that everything's unfolding perfectly, even if it doesn't seem like it is, to your point, Marcy.
- 14:09SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that you're thinking, well, how could this be unfolding perfectly?
- 14:14SPEAKER_03: This is a mess.
- 14:15SPEAKER_03: And then once we get through the mess, inevitably we all say, Oh, that was awful going through that.
- 14:21SPEAKER_03: But boy, that was perfect.
- 14:23SPEAKER_03: Because look at all the good things that came out of it.
- 14:26SPEAKER_03: And that's what how we create when we know what we don't want, it helps us create what we do want.
- 14:32SPEAKER_03: And to answer your question, Natalie, it's allowing.
- 14:36SPEAKER_03: We don't have to do anything, we just have to allow it.
- 14:39SPEAKER_03: And Marcy, like Marcy says, just go with the flow.
- 14:43SPEAKER_03: People say, Well, yeah, but how do I do that?
- 14:46SPEAKER_03: Well, stop trying to figure it out, feel it, get out of fear.
- 14:51SPEAKER_03: Fear is is the thing that's gonna hold us back because if you think about how a stream flows, it's gonna go over the rock, under the rock, around the rock, you know, wear down the rock, it's all gonna flow.
- 15:07SPEAKER_03: But the more we resist us, it just takes longer and it's not as much fun.
- 15:12SPEAKER_02: I know to your point, I remember as a young singer, my teacher would say to me, get take the question mark off your back.
- 15:19SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, What question mark?
- 15:20SPEAKER_02: What are you talking about?
- 15:22SPEAKER_02: I had no idea what she was talking about, but it was what you described so beautifully, Marcy.
- 15:26SPEAKER_02: This this idea that there it's fear, and I've got to strive to do that, and it has to be like then, it's gotta be perfect.
- 15:32SPEAKER_02: And when we let that go and we allow ourselves to remove the question mark and the doubts, and you come into this place of flow, you're connected to the divine.
- 15:42SPEAKER_02: And what I've experienced in my life is that there are so many miracles that happen that my mind could never have conceived them, could never have really planned them.
- 15:52SPEAKER_02: There's so much grace.
- 15:53SPEAKER_02: And if we can trust and trust in this bigger picture and trust in this frequency of love, Julia, that you were talking about, if we can trust in that, then a flow happens that's just really perfection.
- 16:09SPEAKER_04: I'll just add to that.
- 16:11SPEAKER_04: I recently actually developed uh I took all of these things that we've all been teaching, and I thought, well, actually there's a formula.
- 16:21SPEAKER_04: When we find that we're pushing, when we find that we're striving, when we're fine, fine, when we find that we're not trusting, what I tell people to do now is pause, which I've never been good at pausing, but now I actually pause, breathe, say thank you, God, for this pushing, for me feeling out of alignment right now, and then asking, well, what can I do?
- 16:51SPEAKER_04: What action can I take that is the most loving, that is the most aligned, listen to your intuition, act from that highest truth without fear, because sometimes what your intuition tells you to do is really freaking scary, and move towards what feels good, and then as we've all said, let go of the outcome because we humans are so fond of controlling the details, aren't we?
- 17:23SPEAKER_04: But when we grasp, we create contraction.
- 17:28SPEAKER_04: And Marcy said this contraction is what blocks the flow of intelligence to us and through us.
- 17:35SPEAKER_04: But the moment we surrender, that's when life rushes in to support us.
- 17:43SPEAKER_03: And trust that the people we need and the circumstances we need will show up exactly when we need them.
- 17:50SPEAKER_03: Based on what Marcy was saying a minute ago.
- 17:53SPEAKER_03: You know, trust is a huge component, and that takes practice to just trust.
- 18:00SPEAKER_03: And it always works.
- 18:03SPEAKER_01: You know, I've always uh I because trust has been kind of uh the one that the the principle that's been the most challenging, I would say, for me in this life.
- 18:13SPEAKER_01: There's a beautiful question.
- 18:15SPEAKER_01: I just stop.
- 18:16SPEAKER_01: And if something's happening that doesn't seem like the way I would think it was happening, instead of saying, why is this happening to me?
- 18:23SPEAKER_01: The question I ask is if this is happening in my favor, if this or if this is a loving universe and this is happening in my favor, what's the highest good for this?
- 18:32SPEAKER_01: And I look for it rather than bemoan what's happening, just be on the on the lookout.
- 18:38SPEAKER_01: Okay, this is happening for a higher reason.
- 18:40SPEAKER_01: What might that be?
- 18:44SPEAKER_00: That's such a powerful shift in the mind because it brings you into a space of acceptance.
- 18:51SPEAKER_00: You you accept the moment as it is, and only when we are resisting the moment or attaching to another moment that we want to get to, um, we stay in the up and down of the the life, but when we accept the moment, whatever it brings, and and also what Deborah said with with the pause, um in that pause, you you give yourself spaciousness because the the mind, the the patterns in the ego, the the programs from fear, they can they always come with like urgency.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: Oh, if you don't do this, that's gonna happen, or you need to you need to take action now.
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: But if you just pause and you create spaciousness around you, then you stop that program from running.
- 19:39SPEAKER_00: That program on fear, when it doesn't get fed your awareness, it dissolves by itself and it starts to clear out.
- 19:48SPEAKER_00: And eventually, those patterns of fear, those programs, every time you don't take action from them, they dissolve, they clear, and you become more spacious.
- 19:59SPEAKER_00: And it's in that spaciousness, that consciousness, that the light that you are, that that wisdom can be heard, felt, seen, and and and you really start to to be in that flow that's always here.
- 20:12SPEAKER_00: The flow is always here, but our minds so cluttered, and so that's why we sometimes can't hear.
- 20:18SPEAKER_00: But it's it's this is this is the most powerful technique is to to allow, to pause, to be, and to recognize that which is not you, those patterns which are not you, so that you can return back to the state which is already in flow, which is you.
- 20:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: So thank you for all your wisdom around awakening.
- 20:42SPEAKER_00: I already feel that everyone who's listening and watching is is already probably writing down or just remembering and feeling and having like those aha moments where it's landing and integrating.
- 20:55SPEAKER_00: I'd like to shift now to emotions.
- 21:02SPEAKER_00: So I had someone write to me in my YouTube community, and they said to me, they said emotions are warning systems that and we need to listen to them.
- 21:13SPEAKER_00: And I I believe personally, um through experience and teaching for these years, that that's one way of looking at them.
- 21:20SPEAKER_00: I I sense and connect deeply with emotions as reactions to thoughts, experiences, and triggers.
- 21:29SPEAKER_00: So I'd like to bring this here to our group for you all to share how you personally understand emotions and how you teach people to work with their emotions rather than feeling controlled and being controlled by them.
- 21:46SPEAKER_00: Who would like to take this first?
- 21:53SPEAKER_04: Well, I already went first, but no one else wants to go first.
- 21:58SPEAKER_04: I think emotions are gifts.
- 22:00SPEAKER_04: I mean, for example, pain is not a punishment.
- 22:04SPEAKER_04: Pain is just feedback.
- 22:06SPEAKER_04: That pain is the universe whispering, sweetheart, you've drifted off course.
- 22:14SPEAKER_04: Time to make a gentle adjustment.
- 22:17SPEAKER_04: And the emotions of happiness and well-being, they're not selfish goals.
- 22:22SPEAKER_04: They're signals that you're in alignment with your inner guidance system.
- 22:27SPEAKER_04: I mean, your happiness, your genuine heart-paced well-being is nature's way of saying you're going in the right direction.
- 22:36SPEAKER_04: And you know, and here's actually emotion that we that we don't talk about enough, and it's anger.
- 22:42SPEAKER_04: Anger isn't the opposite of love.
- 22:45SPEAKER_04: Apathy is the opposite of love.
- 22:48SPEAKER_04: Anger arises because something we love deeply is being threatened.
- 22:53SPEAKER_04: And right now, let's be honest, we get angry a lot because what we love is justice, and what we love is humanity, and what we love is dignity, and what we love is respect, and what we love is truth.
- 23:06SPEAKER_04: So the question isn't why am I angry?
- 23:10SPEAKER_04: The deeper question is, what do I love that's asking to be protected right now?
- 23:17SPEAKER_04: You know, and I I look at those monks, the monks, you know, who were walking in uh across the US, and they aren't walking because they don't see the pain.
- 23:26SPEAKER_04: They're walking because they do see it.
- 23:29SPEAKER_04: You know, they're not bypassing reality, they're anchoring a frequency that says, we will not become what we are, what we don't like, what we see.
- 23:41SPEAKER_04: The, you know, again, I'm not going to list all the things that we're seeing right now.
- 23:46SPEAKER_04: But the hardest part is the invitation is it's not a demand.
- 23:51SPEAKER_04: It's not a moral obligation, it's an invitation to see the spark of the divine, even in those whose actions feel the most unloving.
- 24:03SPEAKER_04: Martha and I have been talking about this for years.
- 24:05SPEAKER_04: I mean, we've been friends for 50 years, so we've seen a lot of people who, you know, we just can't understand how can they be that way.
- 24:15SPEAKER_04: And it doesn't mean condoning harm, it doesn't mean excusing injustice, it doesn't mean staying silent or passive.
- 24:23SPEAKER_04: It means remembering that no one is entirely devoid of light, even if it seems that way.
- 24:30SPEAKER_04: Even when they are acting from fear and ego and usually unhealed pain.
- 24:35SPEAKER_04: It it doesn't let anyone off the hook, but it keeps us from being consumed by hatred, and and that's a cost too high to pay.
- 24:45SPEAKER_04: So seeing the spark doesn't mean agreeing, it means refusing to cut ourselves off from our own humanity.
- 24:53SPEAKER_04: I don't know, that was a tangent.
- 24:55SPEAKER_04: I got off on anger, but that's perfect.
- 24:59SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
- 25:00SPEAKER_02: You know, I find emotions are energy in motion.
- 25:06SPEAKER_02: And I think what you were saying, Deb, like emotions like anger and rage and frustration, and when we get triggered, and that's it's so up for so many of us right now.
- 25:16SPEAKER_02: And I'm finding in my own life that I'm welcoming that and that I'm understanding that those kind of emotions, which we deemed those are negative.
- 25:25SPEAKER_02: We don't, you know, we want to be good girls and we want to be nice and kind and loving.
- 25:29SPEAKER_02: And you have these big emotions, and they can ground us if we're willing to embrace them and to feel them and to process them and to be accepting of them, right?
- 25:43SPEAKER_02: They can give us tremendous strength.
- 25:45SPEAKER_02: And as you said, like Deb, we're not powerless, so you feel anger or frustration, and and we might tend to be power, feel powerless about it, so we want to push it away.
- 25:56SPEAKER_02: But instead, if we can embrace it, that will transform us.
- 26:00SPEAKER_02: And I mean, I've been finding I I laugh because things trigger me so much, and I just want to stomp around the house and just like, okay, just make sound and just release the emotion, and then it clears, and then I feel a lot lighter and a lot clearer, and able to come back to that that that feeling at that vibration of love and keep up leveling myself.
- 26:24SPEAKER_02: So when we're talking about awareness and awakening, it's like we can't push the depth of those emotions that we feel are not, you know, they're not nice.
- 26:33SPEAKER_02: We need to embrace them.
- 26:35SPEAKER_02: And I'm finding there's actually, you know, a creativity and a joy in being angry and just letting it, letting it rip with myself, not on anybody else, but just in my own sacred space to just be super creative and make to just make sound with it so that the feeling is energy and motion and that that feeling gets released.
- 26:58SPEAKER_02: And then we up-level and we awaken.
- 27:01SPEAKER_02: That's been my experience.
- 27:03SPEAKER_02: I'm trying that.
- 27:07SPEAKER_01: That sounds like we can't wait to get off and try that.
- 27:11SPEAKER_01: Sounds like it sounds like Chewbacca.
- 27:14SPEAKER_03: It's amazing.
- 27:15SPEAKER_03: Chewbacca.
- 27:16SPEAKER_02: How often it comes in, and it's just like Gerlin, okay, you're in your you're in your you know, triggered space, what are you gonna do?
- 27:23SPEAKER_02: But we have to release it, we have to breathe it, feel it, ground it, and then let it release and let it transform.
- 27:30SPEAKER_01: And and and I I I'm I'm gonna do this right away, Geraldyn, as soon as we're done here.
- 27:36SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna go do this.
- 27:37SPEAKER_01: I I I love what you said, Natalie, about emotions of being um based on a thought, you know, and and I think that they're very often based there in those thought patterns that we established when we were little kids.
- 27:52SPEAKER_01: Um, and so I think the emotions are a wonderful halfway in to finding where we are um telling ourselves something that's not true.
- 28:03SPEAKER_01: You know, usually it's the key into the wound, the wounded self, that's always um was formed as a child, and that's that's always making conclusions that aren't true.
- 28:15SPEAKER_01: So something happens and we decide we're not somehow it triggers us into anger.
- 28:20SPEAKER_01: We find, well, where did I first feel that?
- 28:23SPEAKER_01: Oh yeah, I drew a conclusion that I wasn't worthy or I wasn't valuable or I wasn't enough.
- 28:28SPEAKER_01: And then bringing the light of awareness, what Deborah was speaking about, to the to that and seeing, well, that isn't true.
- 28:36SPEAKER_01: That helps the emotions are the key in to help us see what's not true and to bring the light of awareness to clear that.
- 28:45SPEAKER_01: You know, it's it's a distortion field that we're seeing out there, and so it's about it's a matter of bringing the light to clear bringing the awareness to clear the distortion field.
- 28:56SPEAKER_03: I agree.
- 28:57SPEAKER_03: And Natalie, I think you hit the nail on the head when you asked this question in that emotions are caused by our thoughts, and thoughts don't have a meaning until we give them a meaning.
- 29:08SPEAKER_03: Every thought is neutral, and a thought that feels good is you is pretty much go with it.
- 29:14SPEAKER_03: If it feels bad, it's always based in fear.
- 29:16SPEAKER_03: And I think we've all touched on that.
- 29:19SPEAKER_03: The key is is it a real fear or a fake fear?
- 29:22SPEAKER_03: And I teach a technique called the two-minute rule because every thought that feels badly, whether it be anger, jealousy, boredom, actual grief, fear, is all based in fear.
- 29:34SPEAKER_03: And you got rational and irrational fear.
- 29:36SPEAKER_03: So here's how you tell the difference.
- 29:39SPEAKER_03: When you're having a thought that feels bad, you just ask yourself, is this gonna kill me in the next two minutes?
- 29:44SPEAKER_03: I call it the two-minute rule.
- 29:46SPEAKER_03: It's a yes or no answer in this game.
- 29:49SPEAKER_03: The answer is yes, that's irrational fear.
- 29:51SPEAKER_03: Get out of the highway, get off the highway before the truck runs you over that can harm you or kill you.
- 29:57SPEAKER_03: Everything else, which is 99.9% of the thoughts we think that feel badly, are irrational fears.
- 30:05SPEAKER_03: You're running late for an appointment, and it's like, oh my God, well, what happens?
- 30:09SPEAKER_03: The body goes into fight or flight.
- 30:11SPEAKER_03: The body doesn't know any differently between a real fear and a fake fear.
- 30:14SPEAKER_03: So we walk around, we've lost clarity.
- 30:17SPEAKER_03: We established that earlier.
- 30:19SPEAKER_03: Our blood pressure is raised, our cortisol levels are raised, causes inflammation, which is the root cause of all disease.
- 30:26SPEAKER_03: So if we can ask ourselves when we feel badly, is this gonna kill me in the next two minutes?
- 30:31SPEAKER_03: And you hear a no, then I can say to myself, okay, Ryan, quit being such a drama queen.
- 30:37SPEAKER_03: It's really not gonna kill you if you're gonna run late for this appointment.
- 30:40SPEAKER_03: But it feels like it is to our bodies.
- 30:43SPEAKER_03: And so I think you said it perfectly, Natalie.
- 30:48SPEAKER_03: Thoughts cause emotions, thoughts don't have a meaning until we give them a meaning.
- 30:52SPEAKER_03: We can be all walking down the street together, and there's a woman that passes us in a purple coat.
- 30:58SPEAKER_03: And a couple of us say, Oh my God, she looks fabulous.
- 31:01SPEAKER_03: That purple just looks great on her.
- 31:03SPEAKER_03: And the rest of us are going, Oh, I hate purple.
- 31:05SPEAKER_03: She looks terrible.
- 31:07SPEAKER_03: It's purple.
- 31:08SPEAKER_03: Who cares?
- 31:09SPEAKER_03: But we're all putting our own frame of reference on it.
- 31:13SPEAKER_03: So yeah, two-minute roll, make it a habit.
- 31:17SPEAKER_03: You can use it in any situation, you can use it unlimited times a day, and it's free and it's convenient because it works anywhere your brain is, and your brain is usually with you wherever you are.
- 31:30SPEAKER_00: It's brilliant.
- 31:31SPEAKER_00: I love it.
- 31:32SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 31:33SPEAKER_00: And it's so true about colors, because uh we wouldn't judge red as if so, red is an emotion.
- 31:42SPEAKER_00: So I actually like see colors.
- 31:44SPEAKER_00: So I see when when there's like anger and frustration, I often see in the aura of a person more red.
- 31:51SPEAKER_00: And if that person were to see their aura and they were to see that red as as this it's a it's a beautiful color, it's just red light.
- 32:01SPEAKER_00: You wouldn't judge it from that perspective, from that expanded perspective of seeing this incredible high frequency, or it's it's a lower frequency than, for example, violet light, but it's still so beautiful.
- 32:15SPEAKER_00: So, like, yeah, just being more open with with all the ray of colors, with all the different emotions, just allowing them as they are, and and and because they're they're frequency waves, when you allow them, they move through and past because you're not attaching to them, you're not going, oh, I've got loads of thoughts connected to them, and I'm attaching, because that's when the emotion gets stored in the body and stays longer.
- 32:44SPEAKER_00: When you witness them as a color, as a frequency, as an energy in motion moving through the body, as as Gerlin said, then it can actually move out in 90 seconds.
- 32:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 32:57SPEAKER_02: And red is grounding.
- 32:59SPEAKER_02: Red, red is red is technically the color of the root chakra.
- 33:02SPEAKER_02: So red would be really grounding for us, right?
- 33:07SPEAKER_02: So to combine what you said, that those deep kind of emotions that we want to push away are actually so positive and they need to be integrated so that we can embody um, we can embrace them and play with them.
- 33:24SPEAKER_00: Yes, the whole array of emotions and colors embodied, it actually means that you feel truly alive.
- 33:32SPEAKER_00: When you when you pay attention to an emotion that's getting strong in your system, it just shows that you're human and you're alive.
- 33:40SPEAKER_00: So embrace this moment.
- 33:42SPEAKER_00: It's it's beautiful.
- 33:43SPEAKER_00: And then and I I also see emotions as like portals to and once you're with it and you allow it and it releases, it's polarity.
- 33:52SPEAKER_00: So, for example, anger is polarity, and anger is quite like contracted and dense and strong and powerful and fiery.
- 34:01SPEAKER_00: So the the opposite of it would be expansive and also fiery, lightful, but fire fire in the way of creative.
- 34:11SPEAKER_00: So you go within and you you move through it, and it it brings its polar opposite energy as well.
- 34:19SPEAKER_00: So I think there are gateways to experience being the opposite end of the frequency that they are.
- 34:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 34:32SPEAKER_02: I think it's also important that we learn to process our emotions, like what you were saying, Marcy.
- 34:38SPEAKER_02: Like, what are the key points that that emotion gives us rather than I think we're so what you all were saying about thoughts, we're we're it's so easy for us to dump an emotion on somebody else rather than to feel the emotion and recognize that's a color, that's a part of us, rather than well, she triggered me or he triggered me, and now I'm gonna dump that emotion on them.
- 35:00SPEAKER_02: Or the same even with love, you know, you feel an attraction to someone and the love is pouring out.
- 35:04SPEAKER_02: But I feel like the more that we can experience the emotions in our own sacred container, they nurture and nourish us in a way that's different if we are giving them out immediately to other people.
- 35:19SPEAKER_02: Does that make sense?
- 35:23SPEAKER_01: Deborah and I had a uh spiritual teacher early on in our lives.
- 35:28SPEAKER_01: Um, that's how we first got to know each other.
- 35:30SPEAKER_01: And he used to say that all love is directed towards the self.
- 35:35SPEAKER_01: And that really everything that's going out is actually all that what's happening inside anyway.
- 35:41SPEAKER_01: So it's not I wrote love for no reason, and the biggest premise of that was was really that we are love, and we think that everything out there is the object of our love, but when we wake up to the reality of the love that we are, then everything out there it feels like love because it's who we are.
- 36:02SPEAKER_01: We're identifying with this, not with that out there.
- 36:06SPEAKER_01: So what you said, Jerilyn, you know, all love is self-love, all love is directed towards itself.
- 36:13SPEAKER_04: And I just have to say, before we came on live, Natalie, we were telling Natalie that we've been friends, Marcy and I, for 50 years.
- 36:21SPEAKER_04: And she said, well, you could probably finish each other's sentences.
- 36:25SPEAKER_04: And you did you see how we started talking at the same time?
- 36:28SPEAKER_04: And I was gonna say, well, we had this teacher.
- 36:33SPEAKER_04: All love is directed towards the self.
- 36:37SPEAKER_04: There you have it.
- 36:39SPEAKER_00: Oh, I love that.
- 36:40SPEAKER_00: Oh, and I can I can feel the flow and the connection from all of our hearts in in our group, and I can feel it expanding out to everyone who's watching and listening.
- 36:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 36:53SPEAKER_04: And I I just want to comment on this group.
- 36:55SPEAKER_04: I love this group so much because we're all really different.
- 36:59SPEAKER_04: We're like different colors of the rainbow, you know, the sound and the I mean and and the colors and the I would never think in terms of sound or colors, but I am so fascinated by what Gerlin is saying, what Natalie is saying.
- 37:13SPEAKER_04: We're just all so different.
- 37:15SPEAKER_04: And and and Ryan, I've I mean Julie, sorry.
- 37:19SPEAKER_04: Julie, I've never met you before, but the angle that you come from is so powerful.
- 37:24SPEAKER_04: I'm taking notes while you're talking.
- 37:28SPEAKER_04: And of course, Mars, well, no words there.
- 37:32SPEAKER_04: My heart.
- 37:33SPEAKER_02: I mean, Deb, that's what I think I come to learn more and more in coming from music.
- 37:38SPEAKER_02: You know, an orchestra is made of all different instruments, and every single one is absolutely unique.
- 37:44SPEAKER_02: And then they start to play together, and it's like, wow.
- 37:49SPEAKER_02: And I think this is this idea of how we are solid and stable within ourselves, and then how we connect with others and honor each other's unique sound vibration, our unique vibrational signature.
- 38:02SPEAKER_02: I think that that's so much more of where this awakening is leading us.
- 38:07SPEAKER_03: And spirit working through all those musicians to play all those different instruments and all coming together to come up with that sound too.
- 38:15SPEAKER_03: Take it a step further.
- 38:17SPEAKER_03: I think it's all spirit working through all those musicians in the orchestra to, you know, to help them decide what notes they're gonna play.
- 38:27SPEAKER_03: Certainly they're skilled and they know it, but there's still a lot of channeling going on, like there is with your work too, Geraldyn, and with all of us.
- 38:37SPEAKER_03: Natalie, you're the queen of channeling.
- 38:41SPEAKER_00: Well, I mean, we're we're actually all channels because we're all channels of consciousness, God source oneness.
- 38:49SPEAKER_00: We are all unique expressions of the one, of the oneness, of the infinite.
- 38:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 38:56SPEAKER_01: I I I want to comment on this because it's so beautiful to experience five women in just joy of being together, because the ways that that many of us grew up was around competition.
- 39:11SPEAKER_01: And it's just a different energetic vibration that says that I've got to be better than that.
- 39:18SPEAKER_01: And here it's you know, I play my note and and Natalie plays hers, and Deborah plays hers, and Julie plays hers, and and Geraldine plays hers.
- 39:25SPEAKER_01: And together they just because we all have the same end goal in mind, you know, we all have the same intent here, it it's it becomes just joy.
- 39:37SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
- 39:39SPEAKER_00: And the core of why we like when we were younger, or you know, some people might still be feeling this comparing to others, or you know, wishing we could be as good as others, that pattern that all stems from unworthiness.
- 39:57SPEAKER_00: And what I've noticed is that uh inside each one of us, there's that pattern, but but becoming aware of it, we are dissolving it, we are shifting it and changing it, and and when when we remember what we are and that we are so worthy to be who we are, then that falls away.
- 40:17SPEAKER_00: And then when that falls away, we can see everyone for who they are and appreciate them.
- 40:24unknown: Yeah.
- 40:25SPEAKER_01: And it also comes from knowing that this is an abundant universe, and it's not mine or yours.
- 40:31SPEAKER_01: It's all of us get to have all of it, you know, and there's not this scarcity mentality, there's this mentality of all is all is well in the universe and all is available to all of us.
- 40:46SPEAKER_03: Well, and that goes back to what we were all taught, which goes back since the beginning of time.
- 40:51SPEAKER_03: There's a scarcity thing, and somebody who's in power, how do they control with fear?
- 40:58SPEAKER_03: And so we're all taught that we've got to compete, coming up, at least those of us, Natalie.
- 41:05SPEAKER_03: I think you're the baby of the group.
- 41:06SPEAKER_03: Uh, I think the rest of us, anyways, are all we were we were all taught that we all went into the workforce when women were not that that prevalent.
- 41:18SPEAKER_03: And I don't know about you guys, but as a businesswoman, there was a lot of competition, not only with the men, but sometimes it was even more fierce with other women.
- 41:29SPEAKER_03: So, Marcy, I think you bring up a really good point to um do that.
- 41:34SPEAKER_03: I was I'm a businesswoman and an inventor, and I I was involved in a really big lawsuit in January of 1990.
- 41:42SPEAKER_03: I sued a$30 billion company for breach of contract and won in federal court.
- 41:47SPEAKER_03: But during the jury selection, I was talking to their lead attorney.
- 41:52SPEAKER_03: They had five in there, and I was 30 when I did this.
- 41:56SPEAKER_03: And it was fascinating for him to tell me what his strategy was with jury selection.
- 42:03SPEAKER_03: And he said he wanted mostly women who were middle-aged because women are so terrible to other women.
- 42:09SPEAKER_03: And that was the first time I'd ever heard that before.
- 42:12SPEAKER_03: And I thought, what?
- 42:13SPEAKER_03: And he said, Oh yeah.
- 42:15SPEAKER_03: And so I went anyway.
- 42:17SPEAKER_03: So they weren't terrible to me.
- 42:18SPEAKER_03: I guess I had an open and shut case, but that was the first time it really hit me how we'd been trained to be competitive as women, not only against men, but also against other women.
- 42:33SPEAKER_03: And uh, so I've worked really hard to be an advocate for women in regardless of what they want to do and be a mentor to women because of that comment from that lawyer all those years ago.
- 42:51SPEAKER_01: I just have to chime in at that because I owe my career and uh to women and and and starting with Deborah Pondeman, who I actually started working for when I was 21.
- 43:05SPEAKER_01: I was her assistant and she was teaching a seminar called Successful Women Unlimited.
- 43:10SPEAKER_01: And uh I was very quickly promoted to executive vice president.
- 43:14SPEAKER_01: I was still the only employee and still put up posters and answered phones, but she was the one that got me started.
- 43:19SPEAKER_01: And I wanted to be a speaker, but I was young.
- 43:22SPEAKER_01: She was she's six years older than I am.
- 43:24SPEAKER_01: And uh I wanted to be Deborah Poneman when I grew up.
- 43:27SPEAKER_01: And the only way I got started speaking was she got sick one day and I was supposed to give a uh workshop in New York.
- 43:33SPEAKER_01: And I said, Well, I'll cancel it then.
- 43:35SPEAKER_01: She said, No, we'll still give it.
- 43:36SPEAKER_01: I said, No, you're sick.
- 43:37SPEAKER_01: Who can give it?
- 43:38SPEAKER_01: And she said, You will.
- 43:39SPEAKER_01: And she forced me into this.
- 43:41SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 43:41SPEAKER_01: And that was so I, you know, it's it's women who support other women.
- 43:46SPEAKER_01: And I know this whole group is that.
- 43:50SPEAKER_01: I know this is off topic, Natalie, but I just have to, I I love this idea of women supporting women and us uh opening together and awakening.
- 44:42SPEAKER_04: Energia we can become really pretty chatter and everything.
- 45:19SPEAKER_04: I think multiple linked features and everything, multiple linking, supporting each other and lifting each other up and beating for each other and it's exactly what we're talking about.
- 45:33SPEAKER_04: Look beating.
- 45:36SPEAKER_04: Lucky to protect you and energy prevents you from other people wanting to come in and support you.
- 45:42SPEAKER_04: But when you heard it is open and you give each other opportunities, people would go through and come to run in in you know, oftentimes magnified.
- 45:53SPEAKER_04: It's a beautiful way the universe works.
- 45:57SPEAKER_02: I mean, Julie, what you expressed like to do that at 30 years old, you must have been so standing in and grounded in the feeling of what was right.
- 46:07SPEAKER_02: Like this was just so out of integrity, I have to stand up and open my mouth, and you've got the support of the universe.
- 46:14SPEAKER_02: So when we talk about now of awakening, and then Marcy and um Deb describing this incredible friendship and support over the years, it's like all of us feel like we are rising.
- 46:28SPEAKER_02: We are removing the question mark, we are not questioning, are we lovable?
- 46:32SPEAKER_02: Are we good enough?
- 46:33SPEAKER_02: Do we deserve them?
- 46:34SPEAKER_02: It's like we have to get so beyond them to be in this time of awakening.
- 46:39SPEAKER_02: It's how do I love my light to be developed, to be expressed, to be free and to be good with them?
- 46:49SPEAKER_02: Like there's so much love in them that it's more than okay.
- 46:54SPEAKER_02: And all those question marks are gone.
- 46:57SPEAKER_02: And the support of women with women, it's it's just, I mean, I know in my mom life it's it's incredible, starting with my mom, you know, when I remember as a as a young girl because my mom was also a singer, like feeling like I'm gonna do what my mom didn't want to do or didn't go for in her life, you know, and and then coming to understand more and more like how we really create love and the highest expression of each of our lights in our lives and in the world is it's such a joy to like um to be in this group together and share this conversation.
- 47:33SPEAKER_00: Absolutely, and what's happening in our world is this remembering of the divine feminine, so in all the men as well, the pressure they must have had to like there was so much pressure for men, and now I feel like they're releasing that pressure and they're like allowed to feel their emotions, they're allowed to be more expressive, they're allowed to be spiritual, and so and that allowing energy is the divine feminine.
- 48:05SPEAKER_00: So even in men, the divine feminine energy is is is flowing more, and so I I notice in my groups there's slowly and gently more, there's still more women in the groups, but more men are going.
- 48:19SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna join this course or this group, and and it's beautiful, yeah.
- 48:28SPEAKER_00: So where I would love for us to expand into now is that Gerilyn has very kindly offered to do a beautiful soundbar for us.
- 48:39SPEAKER_00: So before we go to that, I I want to give you all space to share your gifts and ways in which the community can connect with each one of you, because you've all got a special gift.
- 48:51SPEAKER_00: And I know that everyone who's watching and listening, you're gonna want more from these beautiful souls.
- 48:57SPEAKER_00: So um, so also everyone who's listening and watching, if you would like to write into the chat what's really touched your heart and share with us, because I know that all of us, we would love to hear from you, and what you've got to say is important and as special as what all of us have to say.
- 49:19SPEAKER_00: So add into the chat and let's all spread this love and support with each other as a community.
- 49:24SPEAKER_00: And now I'll invite um Marcy if you'd like to share um about your gift offering.
- 49:30SPEAKER_01: Yes, I would be delighted to.
- 49:32SPEAKER_01: So um I have a uh a book called the Happy for No Reason workbook.
- 49:37SPEAKER_01: And being happy for no reason is really being in that state of awakening that we're talking about, that state of happiness that trans that doesn't need circumstances to be different.
- 49:47SPEAKER_01: And so I found there are 21 main happiness habits.
- 49:51SPEAKER_01: And I have uh this happy for no reason workbook where you can learn all of those 21 habits.
- 49:56SPEAKER_01: There's practices for each one, and there's also an assessment to see where you are in the happy for no reason continuum.
- 50:04SPEAKER_01: And so you can just go to happyfornoreason.com forward slash workbook, and I invite people to that.
- 50:12SPEAKER_01: I also want to say, just before Gerilyn plays um these crystal bowls, I've just had the great pleasure of we were on a dolphin trip together in down in Bimini.
- 50:22SPEAKER_01: There were 20 women, and and Gerlin was there, and she played these crystal bowls, and all the dolphins would come in because the vibration and the energy is so beautiful.
- 50:32SPEAKER_01: So I'm looking forward to all of us uh being dolphins frolicking as we listen to Geraldine.
- 50:39SPEAKER_02: Marcy, and I have to say, when I met you in 2018 and we sat at the dinner table together, and you I shared with you what was going on, and you said to me, This is a book.
- 50:50SPEAKER_02: And lo and behold, my book was burned some years later, and then you said to me, I invite you to come on this trip.
- 50:57SPEAKER_02: So speaking about your deep long friendship with Deborah, like you changed my life.
- 51:06SPEAKER_01: You might as well.
- 51:07SPEAKER_02: Very, very well.
- 51:09SPEAKER_02: Um, I guess I'm a go.
- 51:10SPEAKER_02: So um, my special gift to all of you is a beautiful Christmas meditation, and it's called for grounding and embodiment, because I feel like in order to sustain what we are up leveling, we need to ground and we need to have the ability to embody what is up-leveling in us so that it's not like and we're floating, but no, that we can really live it and walk as it.
- 51:35SPEAKER_02: So that's my gift to you.
- 51:37SPEAKER_02: And um, please come to crystalcades.com is our main website.
- 51:42SPEAKER_02: I teach 130 hours over 130 hours of trainings and love to just share with people what is music as medicine.
- 51:52SPEAKER_02: Because in my own life, when I had my experience of grief and I lost my son, there was no pill.
- 51:59SPEAKER_02: There was no pill I could take to change that.
- 52:01SPEAKER_02: But sound and music changed my life too.
- 52:04SPEAKER_00: So yeah, thank you.
- 52:09SPEAKER_00: And Julie, would you like to share with us?
- 52:12SPEAKER_03: Sure.
- 52:13SPEAKER_03: Recopy my book, Angelic Attendance, what really happens as we transition from this life into the next, how we're all surrounded by angels and the spirits of deceased loved ones and pets.
- 52:25SPEAKER_03: Interestingly enough, university-based research shows that 90% of us can see our loved ones' spirits and our pet spirits as we're transitioning.
- 52:35SPEAKER_03: And so graphics in their illustrations of how the angels and our loved ones are positioned.
