A 23-year-old man, Eric Hubert, has been arrested in Illinois for allegedly shooting and killing 42-year-old Myron Henry—an innocent bystander caught in crossfire—during a June 9th incident. Surveillance footage shows Hubert near Henry moments before the gunfire erupted. Hubert, already on bond for a separate murder charge from last year and reportedly off his ankle monitor, is now facing multiple charges and awaits extradition back to Texas.
