  We've got some exciting news about the podcast, Lachlan. Change is coming, Rhys. Change is coming. So we will be officially rebranding to the Folio Property Podcast. Do you want to tell the listeners as to why we've gone down this path? I think that the key thing for us would be the direction of the show. We've had some really good feedback on our first guest, Trent Flexkin, so we want to get more guests involved, be more educational for the audience. Is that people want to listen to other people besides us? It sounds like that's the trend there. Yeah.

  I think it's just you, mate. And then I think the other part as well is we're doing some really cool things in the background with folio. We want to start doing some market update segments, sharing some of the folio data as well to our wider audience. Yeah, and from the comments, which I don't read most of them, but the ones that you brought to the table, I think people are really enjoying the content around the portfolio development.

  I think there is, as the reason we brought out the podcast is there's a lot of noise out there and our job is to call that out. But equally, there's so much information out there that giving people a clearer direction on how to build out a portfolio longer term, something I'm passionate about. It's what we sort of build our business around. And the listeners from the comments and the feedback we're getting, those educational pieces are really valuable. So I think from that, we'll still keep our I Call Bullshit segment because I love calling out the rubbish in the world of real estate.

  Absolutely. I think that's a key thing. We love the iCall bullshit. So what we thought we'd do is mix it up moving forward, get the audience involved. We do try to reply to as many comments as possible in YouTube. Keep them coming. I do enjoy the hate mail. We do like some of the hate out there as well. The goth fringe has taken off in my household actually. So my wife's now calling me goth fringe.

  So appreciate the comments. What we're going to start doing moving forward is sending some links to the info at Folio so we can start getting questions in from the audience and then we'll start calling out the bullshit from the audience members. We've got one today as well to talk about too. Yeah, definitely. So the more feedback we get, the better we can make these. It is time out of the week so we want to be able to give value and hopefully help make your decisions when investing in property more informed. Yeah.
