- 0:00Speaker 1: Trending.
- 0:01Speaker 2: Now here's what you need to know. Who the countdown
- 0:06Speaker 2: is on.
- 0:06Speaker 1: Six days away from election day, over fifty million people
- 0:09Speaker 1: have already cast their ballots.
- 0:11Speaker 2: Well, if you look at it, I guess.
- 0:13Speaker 1: Back in twenty twenty, according to stats, there were over
- 0:15Speaker 1: one hundred and one million early ballots. Maybe people are
- 0:18Speaker 1: just waiting for the day of part of history they
- 0:22Speaker 1: think it may be or be a part of it.
- 0:24Speaker 1: If you have not paid attention, early voting is open.
- 0:27Speaker 1: It just opened yesterday. You can get that full list
- 0:29Speaker 1: right here in the FM area. It's casscountyend dot gov.
- 0:32Speaker 2: I was I listened to I just had you because
- 0:35Speaker 2: you know, Kamala was on a couple of different podcasts.
- 0:38Speaker 2: Trump was on Joe Rogan's podcast. I'm like, I just
- 0:41Speaker 2: got to listen to that, and it's one of my
- 0:43Speaker 2: favorite quotes. Was and I'm not saying one way or
- 0:46Speaker 2: the other. You know who I like and don't like.
- 0:48Speaker 2: I just think it's interesting to hear him with Joe Rogan,
- 0:50Speaker 2: and his quote was something like he was told by
- 0:53Speaker 2: somebody close to him that if if George Washington, oh gosh,
- 0:58Speaker 2: came back to life and ran for president with Abraham
- 1:01Speaker 2: Lincoln as his running mate. Trump would still win. Wow,
- 1:07Speaker 2: Like I like that confidence.
- 1:09Speaker 1: I'm not gonna lie. Oh that's hilarious. I don't remember
- 1:13Speaker 1: what their campaign slogan or what anything was.
- 1:16Speaker 2: I mean, that's just it. We know them as like Washington,
- 1:19Speaker 2: he was the first. I have no idea what he
- 1:22Speaker 2: you know, did or didn't do.
- 1:24Speaker 1: Speaking of that, Joe Rogan is supposed to have jd
- 1:27Speaker 1: Vance on and he is in negotiations to talk to
- 1:29Speaker 1: Kamalat and I'm like, we're in crunch time here.
- 1:32Speaker 2: Well that's the thing with Kamala because Joe Rogan just
- 1:35Speaker 2: said that there was speculation that she didn't turned down
- 1:38Speaker 2: the opportunity. Well she said yes, but it would have
- 1:41Speaker 2: to be like on a specific day only for an hour,
- 1:44Speaker 2: and he had to come to her, and he was
- 1:47Speaker 2: wanted it on his term. Well, yeah, in Austin, where
- 1:49Speaker 2: he does his podcast. So it's kind of amazing to
- 1:51Speaker 2: see where the world is now where a podcaster is
- 1:55Speaker 2: telling the Vice President of the United States, I don't
- 1:57Speaker 2: think so you come here, We're not doing it. You
- 2:00Speaker 2: want to be on here, come to me, lady. That's
- 2:02Speaker 2: kind of funny.
- 2:03Speaker 1: So all right, Well, in all seriousness. This is and
- 2:06Speaker 1: I hate this because we do this.
- 2:08Speaker 2: All the time. You were missing a story.
- 2:09Speaker 1: We're not to the we're not to the Yankees quite yet,
- 2:12Speaker 1: but Hurricane Helen. You don't even really see anything about
- 2:16Speaker 1: it anymore, which is just really sad.
- 2:18Speaker 2: And just yesterday they kind of give an update.
- 2:20Speaker 1: The death toll already at ninety nine and there are
- 2:22Speaker 1: still people missing, hundreds of people are still without power.
- 2:25Speaker 2: I mean, that is hard to wrap your head around.
- 2:27Speaker 1: This feels like a year ago in our mind because
- 2:29Speaker 1: everybody is talking about the election and everything, but there
- 2:32Speaker 1: are over four hundred damaged roads, highways, all of it.
- 2:35Speaker 2: So I'll just.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Continue to think about everybody who's going through that. Right now,
- 2:40Speaker 1: now we can.
- 2:40Speaker 2: Talk about this.
- 2:41Speaker 1: Everybody thought it was just going to be done last night,
- 2:43Speaker 1: the World Series, just a sweep, but Yankees weren't gonna
- 2:47Speaker 1: let that happen on home turf. Game five is going
- 2:49Speaker 1: to be tonight. They ended up winning like eleven to
- 2:51Speaker 1: four last night. But there is a moment everybody is
- 2:54Speaker 1: talking about that went viral.
- 2:55Speaker 2: Yeah. These two guys that are in the stands are
- 2:57Speaker 2: Yankees fans. The Dodgers right fielders running toward the foul line.
- 3:02Speaker 2: Dude to catch the ball, and it's right in the stand,
- 3:05Speaker 2: so he reaches up into the stands, glove goes up,
- 3:08Speaker 2: catches the ball, and this Yankee fan grabs his glove
- 3:12Speaker 2: like bear, hugs his glove and starts trying to rip
- 3:15Speaker 2: the ball out of it.
- 3:16Speaker 1: And then there was another guy like one Money is
- 3:18Speaker 1: assistant crony next to him, also starts pulling on the
- 3:21Speaker 1: guy's arm, and the right fielders like Mookie Betts is
- 3:24Speaker 1: his name.
- 3:25Speaker 2: He's flailing around like what the heck is going on?
- 3:27Speaker 2: Am I being attacked right now? And of course the
- 3:31Speaker 2: calls it out. It's a fan interference. You can't do that.
- 3:34Speaker 2: But just the fact that it happens so quickly and
- 3:36Speaker 2: that that's their instant reaction like no, I'm going to
- 3:39Speaker 2: rip this ball out of his glove.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Well, I'm sure they're thinking, if I get this ball,
- 3:43Speaker 1: it's gonna be worth a ton of money.
- 3:45Speaker 2: I mean, right, would that be? Yeah? I don't know,
- 3:47Speaker 2: man for a ton of money, but some money. But
- 3:49Speaker 2: you just think about how much money he paid to
- 3:51Speaker 2: sit in those seats. I don't know if it's worth
- 3:52Speaker 2: more than that. Good point, you know, also, really good
- 3:55Speaker 2: like minimum three grand I would say.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Well, Game five is tonight in Theron, and today it
- 4:01Speaker 1: is going to be a little bit of rain kind
- 4:02Speaker 1: of rolling through this morning. Once that's out of here,
- 4:04Speaker 1: it is going to be cloudy. We are gonna have
- 4:06Speaker 1: win today.
- 4:07Speaker 2: High A forty eight Ada in the morning, it's big
- 4:10Speaker 2: ninety eight point seven. Today's variety. Well, good morning, Pike
- 4:12Speaker 2: and Amanda. In the morning.
- 4:14Speaker 3: It's soliday season. The holiday season.
- 4:17Speaker 2: That's sneaking up, isn't it Thanksgiving? Where I know? Listen,
- 4:20Speaker 2: I get it, Halloween's tomorrow, but Thanksgiving is literally not
- 4:24Speaker 2: months weeks away, so we got to start preparing. And
- 4:27Speaker 2: did you know that there's surveys done every year to
- 4:29Speaker 2: find out what the most popular side dish of Thanksgiving is.
- 4:33Speaker 1: And we're really talking about Thanksgiving before Halloween. You get
- 4:37Speaker 1: on me so hard about Christmas and all of this,
- 4:41Speaker 1: like talking about it before Thanksgiving, and here you are.
- 4:43Speaker 2: I'm just a big Turkey guy. To be clear, I
- 4:46Speaker 2: would never say anything to you about celebrating Christmas before Thanksgiving.
- 4:49Speaker 2: I think that November window is wide open for the
- 4:52Speaker 2: taking any holiday you want to talk about. I'm just
- 4:55Speaker 2: saying before Halloween a little, little much. Although here I
- 4:58Speaker 2: am saying it was big news. Coming across my desk
- 5:02Speaker 2: this morning. My producer gave me this note. It said, Hey,
- 5:06Speaker 2: breaking news. The most popular Thanksgiving side was just dethroned.
- 5:11Speaker 2: After years of being the most popular side. We haven't
- 5:14Speaker 2: new so stuffing got the boot, believe it or not.
- 5:18Speaker 2: For years, mashed potatoes were the fan favorite as far
- 5:23Speaker 2: as Thanksgiving sides. Meh, not my thing, But funny you
- 5:27Speaker 2: should say so, Amanda, because for the first time this year,
- 5:30Speaker 2: stuffing slash dressing takes over.
- 5:33Speaker 3: It's solid.
- 5:34Speaker 1: I never understand why are we calling it too? Like,
- 5:37Speaker 1: why is it dressing stuffing? Like what's the difference?
- 5:40Speaker 2: Well, dressing a turkey is like filling it with something,
- 5:45Speaker 2: but it's stuffy.
- 5:47Speaker 1: Yeah, so is dressing like the homemade version of Like
- 5:50Speaker 1: I have an aunt who makes it with like the
- 5:53Speaker 1: real crutons, cuts the bread, does all of that, and
- 5:56Speaker 1: then stuffs it with the cramper like makes it real good.
- 5:59Speaker 2: And and then there's stovetop, which some may argue might
- 6:02Speaker 2: be the might even be better. I know, right, you're right,
- 6:04Speaker 2: it's a shortcut. But sometimes, hey, why work harder if
- 6:08Speaker 2: you get smarter? To you get the same product.
- 6:10Speaker 3: I know.
- 6:10Speaker 2: I think it's just probably regional or generational. Who's calling
- 6:14Speaker 2: it like hot dish versus castle. Yeah. See, I don't
- 6:18Speaker 2: know why you would call it dressing because to me anyway,
- 6:21Speaker 2: that we've already got a thing called dressing.
- 6:23Speaker 1: You know, it says the main difference between dressing and
- 6:25Speaker 1: stuffing is where.
- 6:26Speaker 2: It's cooked, which one is in the oven.
- 6:32Speaker 1: South and Midwest commonly call it dressing. You're right, it's
- 6:35Speaker 1: about kind of where you're at, but it is. Although
- 6:41Speaker 1: it's similar, it looks like stuffing has more like of
- 6:44Speaker 1: the herbs, the vegetables, the egg, all of that in there.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Let's just call it stuffing. Because I got my guy
- 6:52Speaker 2: ranch dressing, I got my guy French dressing. What the
- 6:54Speaker 2: heck are they if there's this other dressing because they're
- 6:57Speaker 2: not similar?
- 6:58Speaker 1: No, I agree, Like if they're was supposed to be
- 7:00Speaker 1: a dressing for Thanksgiving, it's going to be gravy.
- 7:05Speaker 2: What like that would be something if we were going
- 7:08Speaker 2: to call something dressing.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Dressing on Thanksgiving, it's for sure the gravy because you're
- 7:13Speaker 1: dressing that all.
- 7:14Speaker 2: But now I'm confused because if that's dressing, what was
- 7:17Speaker 2: I doing this morning when I put my pants.
- 7:18Speaker 3: It's soliday season.
- 7:20Speaker 2: We can only have so many dressing God that the
- 7:24Speaker 2: Halloween morning, Amanda stills. Let's see, let's see.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Well, I know there was a lot of people really
- 7:32Speaker 1: bummed out about this breakup yesterday Zoe Kravitz and Channing
- 7:36Speaker 1: Tatum they called it quits. They were together for about
- 7:38Speaker 1: three years. They called off their engagement. Now I thought
- 7:41Speaker 1: that they had already broke up, So that's where I
- 7:43Speaker 1: was going.
- 7:44Speaker 2: Huh, they were together, I know, I'm doubt Well, I'm
- 7:46Speaker 2: just now learning that they were together, and then now
- 7:48Speaker 2: that they've also broken up, so, oh god, it imagine
- 7:50Speaker 2: any amount of emotions we're going through.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Remember when they first got together, there were on a
- 7:55Speaker 1: film called Blink Twice.
- 7:56Speaker 2: They got engaged a year ago.
- 7:58Speaker 1: But it is going to get awkward because just hours
- 8:01Speaker 1: before this news was broke to the public, there was
- 8:04Speaker 1: an announcement that they're going to be in a new
- 8:06Speaker 1: film together.
- 8:07Speaker 2: So people were so excited.
- 8:08Speaker 1: They're like, Yay, how cute, And now, well that could
- 8:12Speaker 1: be really awkward, or maybe they'll get back together when
- 8:15Speaker 1: they are spending that much time together again.
- 8:16Speaker 2: Who knows. Famous people just can't date. I mean what
- 8:20Speaker 2: this is right? Well, they for like a couple few years.
- 8:24Speaker 2: That's at the most. I'm saying, like, who who is
- 8:28Speaker 2: end of their lives? Still together? They with a couple
- 8:30Speaker 2: of celebrities. Uh, Goldie Han and Uh.
- 8:34Speaker 1: But I also heard that they were supposed to get
- 8:36Speaker 1: married in their family because they are not married. But
- 8:38Speaker 1: they've been dating this long and they were going to
- 8:40Speaker 1: get together and their family's so mad because they aren't
- 8:43Speaker 1: actually getting married.
- 8:44Speaker 2: Now Goldie Han, she's still with us. I thought you
- 8:47Speaker 2: just said she's dead.
- 8:48Speaker 1: No, Goldie Haun and Kurt Russell for real, he's Hudson's mom.
- 8:53Speaker 2: Oh okay, I'm just saying it doesn't seem like it's
- 8:56Speaker 2: realistic for them, for this age of celebrities anyway, to
- 9:00Speaker 2: stay together.
- 9:00Speaker 3: It's Goliday season. Holiday.
- 9:05Speaker 1: We're the third year in a row Jason Kelceina's former
- 9:07Speaker 1: teammates from the Eagles are releasing a holiday album. It
- 9:10Speaker 1: is called a Philly Special Christmas Party. And last year
- 9:14Speaker 1: Trap got to sing on one of the songs, and
- 9:16Speaker 1: this year he's doing it again. It's called It's Christmas
- 9:19Speaker 1: Time in Cleveland Heights.
- 9:21Speaker 3: Oh boy, Lynn.
- 9:35Speaker 2: Day, That's exactly how I imagined him singing. But it's
- 9:39Speaker 2: not bad. I mean it's no. It could do way worse.
- 9:41Speaker 2: It could catch a little song. I don't think he's
- 9:43Speaker 2: got a powerhouse voice by any means. But well, I mean,
- 9:46Speaker 2: let's leave that to his girl. He can't be Taylor Swift.
- 9:50Speaker 2: He can't be all up in her territory as well.
- 9:54Speaker 2: Although she might have to throw the pads on and
- 9:56Speaker 2: go score touchdow. Well, we've heard she's writing plays. I
- 9:59Speaker 2: don't know how that's going.
- 10:01Speaker 1: But I will tell you this, This is hilarious because
- 10:04Speaker 1: we've kind of wondered. I mean, Travis seeing the arastour
- 10:07Speaker 1: how many times a bajillion.
- 10:09Speaker 2: Over ten, less than twenty. So Hugh Grant sat down
- 10:13Speaker 2: for an interview.
- 10:14Speaker 1: He's promoting a movie and he was spilling the tea
- 10:15Speaker 1: about going to the aristour in London recently. So he said,
- 10:19Speaker 1: his daughter huge swifty. He tried to put out some
- 10:22Speaker 1: feelers to see if he could get some tickets. He
- 10:24Speaker 1: was astonished that Taylor and her team said come along.
- 10:27Speaker 1: He said, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I got to hang
- 10:29Speaker 1: out with And this is the quote. Taylor Swift's boyfriend,
- 10:32Speaker 1: who is an American football player. We did tequila shots
- 10:36Speaker 1: in the back of his hut in the middle of
- 10:38Speaker 1: Wimbley Stadium.
- 10:40Speaker 2: And we got absolutely smashed. Hugh said that about Travis. Yeah,
- 10:45Speaker 2: when was this? This was in an interview just the
- 10:48Speaker 2: other night, I know, but when was the show. I'm
- 10:50Speaker 2: just trying to put on London.
- 10:51Speaker 1: That would have been right before I think he started
- 10:54Speaker 1: the NFL season. I want to say, London, say was
- 10:57Speaker 1: in July.
- 10:58Speaker 2: Start to think this guy's not committed all the football,
- 11:00Speaker 2: so this was not within the season. Okay, tequila shots
- 11:04Speaker 2: that put a guy his age, that put him out
- 11:07Speaker 2: for weeks.
- 11:08Speaker 1: I mean me, Yeah, that's what I'm saying. I'm the
- 11:11Speaker 1: oldest Trap. It's thirty thirty five.
- 11:13Speaker 2: I'm just saying I'm thirty four, and if I took
- 11:15Speaker 2: it tequila shot, I wouldn't be You wouldn't see me
- 11:17Speaker 2: for a couple of days, and then after thirty five
- 11:19Speaker 2: it would take a while to get back to normal.
- 11:21Speaker 2: That is wild.
- 11:22Speaker 1: Trap and Jason Kelsey thirty five and thirty six, they
- 11:25Speaker 1: seem older or what kind of Yeah, yeah, it is weird.
- 11:30Speaker 2: You seem like grown men for sure, Jason, and I
- 11:32Speaker 2: think it's just the way because he just looks like
- 11:34Speaker 2: as himself, like a forty five year old any of that,
- 11:37Speaker 2: kids and stuff, So it's easy to put him in
- 11:38Speaker 2: the forty club. But but thirty five, Yeah, weird Like
- 11:44Speaker 2: in the morning. There are only four types of couples. Okay,
- 11:49Speaker 2: let's be honest. There are four types. I'm about to name.
- 11:52Speaker 2: That's it. You fit into one of these, end the story.
- 11:56Speaker 2: There's no instanswer, butts Okay, if you don't want to
- 11:58Speaker 2: admit that you fit into one of these, then you're
- 12:01Speaker 2: just in denial and denials. You know you are. Could
- 12:03Speaker 2: you fit into a couple of them? Or is it
- 12:05Speaker 2: pretty cut and dry? I think it's obvious that you're
- 12:08Speaker 2: you're mostly in one. Yeah, there are traits of the
- 12:10Speaker 2: other three that you might have as well, like number
- 12:13Speaker 2: one's fun the on again, off again couple. Now this
- 12:17Speaker 2: feels like more in the dating realm, right, Yeah, like
- 12:21Speaker 2: we all knew those couples and maybe you were you
- 12:23Speaker 2: ever in like an on again, off again.
- 12:24Speaker 1: Relationships an' we're pretty much like all in and when
- 12:28Speaker 1: they were done, they were done. Yeah, there was really
- 12:30Speaker 1: no on I mean there'd be you know, kind of
- 12:35Speaker 1: not really but like.
- 12:38Speaker 2: Allowed one full on breakup, get back together, and then
- 12:42Speaker 2: you break up for good. Yeah. No, it's the ones
- 12:44Speaker 2: that it was like, it's literally just what week is it?
- 12:46Speaker 2: Are they together? Are they not? You know? And then
- 12:48Speaker 2: you just stop paying attention because whatever exactly, like Corey
- 12:51Speaker 2: into pangun like, just make a decision. Come on, guys
- 12:55Speaker 2: then or Ross and Rachel. That's a better one. The
- 12:58Speaker 2: drama drama drama cup Oh, find yourselves in the middle
- 13:03Speaker 2: of an issue or a problem pretty much constantly. And
- 13:06Speaker 2: we all know the couples you know, you spend time
- 13:09Speaker 2: with them. It's like if you're with them for more
- 13:10Speaker 2: than four hours, like something.
- 13:12Speaker 1: You just know, or it is the couple that you
- 13:15Speaker 1: know that the end of the night or whatever, it's
- 13:18Speaker 1: gonna come to a boiling point. Yes, I was in
- 13:21Speaker 1: a relationship that way.
- 13:22Speaker 2: Really reason it's over? Yeah yeah, that can only go
- 13:26Speaker 2: on for so long. Yeah yeah, then you got your
- 13:30Speaker 2: social butterfly couple. This is a couple who's perfect night
- 13:34Speaker 2: out involves the two of you together and a bunch
- 13:37Speaker 2: of your friends that you all share. So you just
- 13:39Speaker 2: like spending time together with Okay, I mean would that
- 13:42Speaker 2: be Yeah? I do tend to think Nick and I.
- 13:45Speaker 1: When we're out and about, we usually are with friends, yeah,
- 13:48Speaker 1: or we end up with friends. So so far, if
- 13:50Speaker 1: I'm going with my relationship current status, this is probably.
- 13:54Speaker 2: Wouldn't you say you like your husband Nick? Like most
- 13:57Speaker 2: of his friends are your friends? Absolutely right? And it's
- 14:00Speaker 2: probably because he was a new ish to the area,
- 14:02Speaker 2: right exactly. So it's not like he's got his high
- 14:04Speaker 2: school boys in town where he's going to go golf
- 14:06Speaker 2: with them, Like, yeah, he's got work friends or whatever.
- 14:07Speaker 2: But for the most part, you guys are hanging out
- 14:09Speaker 2: with the same group.
- 14:10Speaker 3: Yes.
- 14:10Speaker 1: Yeah, we've created our own friend group since we've been together. Yeah,
- 14:13Speaker 1: And which is awesome with.
- 14:15Speaker 2: The odds that when you have your own friend group,
- 14:17Speaker 2: it's like one of you probably doesn't like the other,
- 14:19Speaker 2: you know what I mean, Like you might love the girl, well,
- 14:22Speaker 2: your husband Nick probably doesn't love the guy that she's married.
- 14:25Speaker 1: To, which is never a good situation. Where do you
- 14:27Speaker 1: fall so far?
- 14:28Speaker 2: I mean, definitely this couple, the social butterfly couple. I
- 14:31Speaker 2: feel like we do a lot of things together. Like
- 14:33Speaker 2: I've just stopped even thinking about it. If I'm going
- 14:35Speaker 2: to go meet up with my friends, Lauren's probably coming
- 14:37Speaker 2: with too, Like we're watching the game Sunday and she
- 14:40Speaker 2: was right along with me rooting on the Packers.
- 14:43Speaker 1: Which is just sick that you've done this to this
- 14:45Speaker 1: poor woman.
- 14:46Speaker 2: It's the best thing it's ever happened her. She tells
- 14:49Speaker 2: me all the time. She used to when the Packers.
- 14:51Speaker 2: I'm on the super Bowl. In twenty eleven, February sixth,
- 14:54Speaker 2: she said, she posted about how she hates the Packers,
- 14:57Speaker 2: and it's weird to me to think that she would
- 15:00Speaker 2: feel so strongly about it that she would post about it.
- 15:03Speaker 2: But now to see the full circle, really hated them
- 15:07Speaker 2: that much? And then yeah, she was brainwashed. She was
- 15:09Speaker 2: brainwashed by her family. Some may say she is now, No,
- 15:13Speaker 2: she's seen the light. Oh my god, if you understand
- 15:15Speaker 2: what it's like to be a part of something so special.
- 15:18Speaker 1: I don't know what this fourth one is, but is
- 15:19Speaker 1: there something about being delusional?
- 15:21Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a delusion. I knew. No, it's the final couple.
- 15:24Speaker 2: You're one of these. Is the focused on each other couple?
- 15:28Speaker 2: This one I do get a little. I mean, what
- 15:30Speaker 2: is this? You love spending time with your significant other,
- 15:32Speaker 2: You do everything together, you share your hobbies, your fun times,
- 15:35Speaker 2: it's like you've known this couple where they can't do
- 15:38Speaker 2: anything without each other. They really don't want to do
- 15:41Speaker 2: anything without each other. They just they're just together. Yeah,
- 15:45Speaker 2: And I don't.
- 15:46Speaker 1: I feel like it tends to be that way, especially
- 15:48Speaker 1: now that we have kids and we're always together.
- 15:51Speaker 2: But I don't. It's not like a weird thing. No, no, no,
- 15:55Speaker 2: And this is probably more prevalent if you're just dating,
- 15:58Speaker 2: Like we've all lost friends this way, yes, where suddenly
- 16:01Speaker 2: they're in love and it's like, oh, I guess I'll
- 16:02Speaker 2: never see Todd again. We had a good run Todd
- 16:06Speaker 2: because Tina was there. Of course, right once Tina came around,
- 16:09Speaker 2: just lenched onto the leg in the morning. Well, it's
- 16:13Speaker 2: that time of year. Depending on who you are, it
- 16:15Speaker 2: is of course either spooky season, hiheneding tomorrow and then
- 16:21Speaker 2: you got a certain amount of people that is just
- 16:22Speaker 2: straight up.
- 16:23Speaker 3: It's Soliday season.
- 16:27Speaker 2: And it has one neighborhood torn. A street war has
- 16:31Speaker 2: broken out in one particular neighbor neighborhood because a note
- 16:36Speaker 2: was sent to the residents who have already put up
- 16:40Speaker 2: their Christmas lights. Now this is from the neighborhood association.
- 16:44Speaker 2: The letter that was found in everyone's mailboxes reads. Christmas
- 16:48Speaker 2: is an enjoyable holiday to many, but it has its
- 16:51Speaker 2: place in December, and that's when it should be celebrated.
- 16:56Speaker 2: It's too early for Christmas, and you should turn your
- 17:00Speaker 2: lights off until then. Anyone with Christmas e decorations should
- 17:06Speaker 2: take them down until after Halloween. So what do you think?
- 17:10Speaker 2: I mean, First of all, you're really infringing on people's
- 17:12Speaker 2: rights here. You should be able to put whatever you
- 17:14Speaker 2: want because of where we live.
- 17:17Speaker 1: You're smart to put your Christmas lights up right now,
- 17:19Speaker 1: the weather's great, put them up turning them on, though,
- 17:22Speaker 1: and this is this is where it gets a little confusing,
- 17:25Speaker 1: because now people have like a string of lights and
- 17:28Speaker 1: they use them sometimes year round, whether it's blue representing
- 17:33Speaker 1: officers and law enforcement or sometimes we have a few
- 17:37Speaker 1: in our neighborhood.
- 17:38Speaker 2: They are now orange.
- 17:39Speaker 1: There is somebody in our neighborhood though, that has Christmas lights,
- 17:42Speaker 1: but they're multi colored and they have so there's orange
- 17:45Speaker 1: in it. But I think they're probably gonna use them
- 17:48Speaker 1: as the same Christmas lights. But yeah, you know it's questionable. Yeah,
- 17:52Speaker 1: I mean, that's on the fence this neighborhood. Though they
- 17:54Speaker 1: say that it's really torn them apart. They first, one
- 17:58Speaker 1: gentleman said he thought it was a prank at first.
- 18:01Speaker 1: There's no way they could be forcing me to turn
- 18:03Speaker 1: my Christmas lights off.
- 18:05Speaker 2: But no for somebody, can you? Well, it gets into
- 18:08Speaker 2: like if there is an hoa. You know, I don't
- 18:11Speaker 2: know if the guidelines are in there for that, but
- 18:13Speaker 2: I would think not.
- 18:14Speaker 1: I mean I could see like big tacky Christmas decorations,
- 18:18Speaker 1: but I mean, who's to say so if somebody has
- 18:20Speaker 1: a hocus Pocus set up on one side and then
- 18:23Speaker 1: Santa and the reindeer on the other.
- 18:26Speaker 2: Santa and range, nothing gives me more joy. I mean,
- 18:29Speaker 2: those big inflatable Santas, they really do it for me.
- 18:32Speaker 2: You know. Give me like an old fashioned Santa and
- 18:34Speaker 2: a sleigh with the reindeer in front. That wouldn't get you,
- 18:38Speaker 2: it does. Even a Nativity set? What a Nativity? Nah,
- 18:44Speaker 2: it's a Nativity. Are you really going to fight with
- 18:46Speaker 2: these hair?
- 18:47Speaker 1: I mean I am going to, because you call me
- 18:49Speaker 1: out on a lot of things.
- 18:50Speaker 2: Nativity. I don't think it's crazy. It's pretty crazy Nativity. Nativity.
- 18:55Speaker 2: It's fine, We're gonna move.
- 18:57Speaker 1: You know how many times a day I could do
- 18:59Speaker 1: this to you and you do so. This is like
- 19:02Speaker 1: the one in Old I do that, I doime. I
- 19:05Speaker 1: let the other ninety go because we have other things
- 19:08Speaker 1: to get to. Hang on one secon. I'm gonna look
- 19:09Speaker 1: this up.
- 19:10Speaker 2: You look it up. Now. I lost my train of thought.
- 19:13Speaker 2: We were we we're talking about how ridiculous it is
- 19:16Speaker 2: that you correct me on the word. And I don't
- 19:19Speaker 2: want Nativity. Nativity. It's according to a Google thing Nativity.
- 19:25Speaker 2: I mean it's pretty Nativity and Nativity it's pretty close.
- 19:32Speaker 2: I mean it's potato potato.
- 19:36Speaker 3: Nativity.
- 19:38Speaker 1: I will tell you if I was in a neighborhood,
- 19:40Speaker 1: because ours is like decked out right now. It is
- 19:42Speaker 1: so cool to see, like there's a big witch, there's
- 19:44Speaker 1: a big skeleton all that, I would be nervous because
- 19:48Speaker 1: there's so many rascals out there. If I had some
- 19:50Speaker 1: Santa decorations up, I feel like people would be like, what.
- 19:52Speaker 2: Are you doing here? Put Santa away? I mean, you
- 19:54Speaker 2: do live in a bad part of town.
- 19:57Speaker 3: Nativity
