- 0:00What's going on, my people? What's going on, folks?
- 0:04My name is David, and I'm your host, your legendary host of the Deconstructing Topic Podcast.
- 0:12What's going on, everybody? Welcome to my podcast.
- 0:15And today, we got a little kind of reintroduction. In a sense,
- 0:20let me reintroduce myself.
- 0:22Because my podcast is in
- 0:26across every platform there
- 0:30is we on podcast i mean i'm sorry i'm we are apple podcast spotify pop being
- 0:38the little platform that i'm using in we on youtube and we on all other platforms
- 0:44the deconstructing topic podcast all my information will be on my subscription,
- 0:50And that's why I was like, you know what?
- 0:51I got to do a little reintroduction on who I am, what this podcast is about.
- 0:58A little bit of me, a little bit of, you know, let's get it.
- 1:02What's going on? Indeed.
- 1:05Deconstructing Topic Podcast, where the word deconstructing and topics is basically
- 1:12one of the things that we're going to be kind of talking about little different topics here and there.
- 1:17We're going to deconstruct. We ain't going to break our head,
- 1:20but we're going to kind of sometimes, hey, listen, there are times,
- 1:23and just to give you an idea of what my podcast is all about,
- 1:27all the little different topics, and, you know, I'm one to say.
- 1:30And once again, you got to hit that like, comment.
- 1:34I did tell you that I'm all across the platform, and I'll be in more platform.
- 1:39You're going to hear this beautiful voice.
- 1:43Woo, deconstructing topics. Let's go. How we doing today? We doing great. We doing legendary.
- 1:50And one of the things and one of my mottos, mottos as in M-O-T-T-O, yes.
- 1:56You know, sometimes I, you know, being that I was not born in the United States
- 2:00of America, I was born in the beautiful island country of Puerto Rico.
- 2:05Yes, it is an island and it's a country. You're going to argue with me? You know what? Fight me.
- 2:12Meet me in the middle. Just kidding. But once again, I got a little accent.
- 2:16And sometimes I might say model, model, whatever You already know One of my
- 2:21mottoes is that Hey, listen The way that we wake up in the morning.
- 2:27What you do in the morning sets the tone of what your rest or how your rest
- 2:31of the day could be and can be and will be.
- 2:35That's correct. What you do in the morning, even it could be the first thing that you do.
- 2:42Patient. There's some people that yaw. There's some people that do this.
- 2:46Hey, listen, we could go on and on and on and on.
- 2:49It's not a conversation of what do you do in the first thing,
- 2:52but, you know, what we do.
- 2:53You know what I mean? And one of those things is that, once again,
- 2:57what do you do in the first minute, the first 30 minutes, the first hour of
- 3:02your morning? Again, sets the tone.
- 3:05So with this podcast, I've kind of figured, you know what? We got a little bit of history.
- 3:11Now, let's say I'm one to say, listen, let's talk about the history of morning.
- 3:16Why do we, as human beings, why do we make morning a priority?
- 3:20Why is the morning something where you got to drink coffee? Sometimes you got to eat your breakfast.
- 3:26You got to do this. You know, my podcast will bring a little bit of different
- 3:31topics, different aspect of how that works. You know what I mean?
- 3:35Because that's, hey, listen, sometimes people, morning can be different.
- 3:38You could be an overnight worker, whatever the case might be. That's what's going on.
- 3:42And you see, I'm one to give you a little idea on who I am. I spent,
- 3:47and I continue to spend two decades in the labor movement helping people.
- 3:52And I said to myself years ago, but even though mentally, spiritually,
- 3:5720 years ago, 25 years ago, I said, I'm going to do a podcast.
- 4:01I'm going to do something.
- 4:02But sometimes, as people say, everything take its course.
- 4:08Everything just take it day by day because everything will fall into place.
- 4:13And that's where I created this podcast because I spent, I spent,
- 4:17ladies and gentlemen, I have spent, and I'm not even going to tell you my age.
- 4:22I'm still young, but I spent 20 years taking care of people.
- 4:28Kid, adult, whatever it is, I'm here.
- 4:32So I decided, hey, listen, let me put my little, I want to help people.
- 4:37And what better way to do a podcast, to go out there.
- 4:40And you're going to probably see me not just on my audio podcast.
- 4:44You're going to see on my video podcast. You're going to see me across other
- 4:48platforms, live and in person, because your boy, deconstructing type of podcast is on a mission.
- 4:56And as you're listening to this, I'm hoping maybe you'll maybe pause this,
- 5:00you'll continue to listen to it, but maybe you're probably going to say,
- 5:04you know what, what am I doing in the next morning, right?
- 5:09And another go, you know, we go back to, once again, we bring a little bit of
- 5:13history in my podcast. We might, you know, I'm not going to tell you we might.
- 5:18I said I'm not going to bring, we might. We are going to bring kind of like
- 5:23the scientific aspect of the morning. And why is the morning that grueling thing?
- 5:27Why is the morning? It's very tedious.
- 5:29Why we have a hard time? You know, a little bit of everything I'm telling you.
- 5:32And one of the things, one of the things that my podcast, one of the things
- 5:37that my podcast and what I believe is saving a mind is basically saving a life.
- 5:46We go back to the question of what we do in the morning.
- 5:50Don't be like, oh, man, you know, I'm having a hard time motivating myself to get up.
- 5:55You said that. You just said that you got up. That in itself, it's the reason.
- 6:03It's the motivation. It's that discipline.
- 6:05So we're going to bring some inspiration. We bring some inspiration and stuff
- 6:09here because, you know, go back.
- 6:11Hey, listen, if you have listened to my podcast and we are in the year 20,
- 6:1825, 20 years ago, I was involved in a car accident.
- 6:23Matter of fact, next month, it's when I'm celebrating my 20 years.
- 6:27So once again, this whole 20 years, this 20 years of this podcast that is evolving,
- 6:32it's becoming legendary. It is legendary, but you know, it's legendary with an astray.
- 6:37As Kobe Bryant said, do you know success?
- 6:40I said, yes. Do you know what success is success? I said, you got me there.
- 6:45Because in top of success, there's success and there's more success.
- 6:49Because on top of helping people, there's more helping people,
- 6:52and there's more helping people, and there's more to that.
- 6:56Because when your podcast is legendary, you think that's the end of it all?
- 7:01Nah, there's always room for improvement. In 2025, I'm doing my 20-year little
- 7:07tour going on there because we got big events. We got big announcements.
- 7:11We got a little bit of everything. No funny stuff. You know what I mean?
- 7:14And that's the reason why I love doing this podcast.
- 7:18And I said, you know what, let me do a little reintroduction Because when I
- 7:22did my intro a couple of years ago on my podcast There's things that I didn't
- 7:29say back then Because why?
- 7:31I just started to do the podcast And at that time I was, you know,
- 7:37trying to get a little I was having a hard time trying to get to these platforms For some reason,
- 7:42I'm a computer savvy person Or I like to think that I am Or maybe I've been
- 7:46in the internet for too long For too many years And I think that I know it all
- 7:51But no, I'm just saying There's little things going on here That ain't.
- 7:56And that's why you I would love people to hit that Subscribe,
- 8:00comment, feel free to email me There's a little donation going on there too
- 8:04Help out the brother here Because one of those things,
- 8:08Any way anyone could help me So I could help you And we could help others Hey,
- 8:14I'm listening But as I was having that little hard time The one thing that I
- 8:18Doing this reintroduction Because I could proudly said That I'm across ladies
- 8:24and gentlemen Across all the podcast platform Especially the main ones Which is Apple,
- 8:30Spotify I'm on the YouTube I'm
- 8:33on the I believe there's an alternative to YouTube Which is called Rumble,
- 8:38I'm on Instagram I'm on the X Formerly known as Twitter Follow me,
- 8:44hit me up, let's talk Let's do all that good stuff.
- 8:48Because once again, I always say, if there's one thing, and one thing that I
- 8:54always have said is that I believe.
- 8:57I believe in you. Are you listening to this podcast right now? Where are you?
- 9:01Stop the car. I believe in you. I believe in the collective mindset that we
- 9:07could be a better society.
- 9:09We could be in a better situation.
- 9:11We could always do better. And this is why you're listening to this podcast.
- 9:16Because I believe in you. wherever you are, whether it's in your car,
- 9:20at the gym, at work, wherever you're listening to this podcast, I believe in you.
- 9:28And this is my reintroduction to the audience out there that's listening.
