- 0:00This woman wants her co workers to stop bringing cake into the office. This
- 0:05woman has gone viral after making a request on the site Mum's Net about her
- 0:09co workers who are constantly bringing in sweet treats out dare there. It's very
- 0:14rude, very rude, especially for a woman like her who apparently has no
- 0:17self control, and either do I so, I do relate if you're like
- 0:21us, you have people constantly bringing in the break rooms just donuts. You
- 0:25know, somebody made caramel rolls. I mean, it's never ending, especially
- 0:29on a day where you're like, you know, Monday, like today,
- 0:31I'm trying to get it together for the four hundred Monday in a row.
- 0:35This is the week I'm gonna get it. Yes, I'm gonna eat well
- 0:39today I'm gonna, God forbid, go to the gym or something. And
- 0:42then you walk in and you're still hungry, and it's like, wem,
- 0:45but my god, there's a bunch of donuts staring at me. People have
- 0:48mostly been unsupportive of this woman requesting her co workers stop bringing treats and saying
- 0:54that she just needs that more self control. It's every bit within their right
- 0:57to bring in a treat, Is there anything that you wish your co workers
- 1:00would stop doing? Posted it on Facebook. What's something you wish your co
- 1:03workers would stop doing? First comment breathing that's from Anthony. So if you
- 1:08work with Anthony, just know how he feels sorry. Not just quit that
- 1:15because he doesn't want to see you again. He doesn't want your family to
- 1:18ever see you again. Either you're done. He must work with some pretty
- 1:19crappy people. You must, I mean, I don't know. You must
- 1:23be getting paid well or there's good benefits, because if you hate your co
- 1:26workers that much, my god. A lot of people saying they would wish
- 1:29their co workers would stop showing up. I mean, that's sort of a
- 1:30happy medium between liking them and then Anthony, who just wants them dead.
- 1:34At least they can still be living, right, of course, and can
- 1:37go on to do other things. Amanda says, stop trying to do my
- 1:40job when they have no idea how to do it. That is annoying when
- 1:42people are kind of like overstepping their bounds and think that they know your job.
- 1:47You work at a what do you do? You groom dogs? I
- 1:49bathed dog? You know, I kind of had a similar situation. Really,
- 1:53I kind of took a break for a while. I started with school
- 1:55or finishing school starting here, you know, I took a break. I
- 1:59got back and there was a few new people and I was doing something doing
- 2:02my job that I've been doing for like three years. But in their mind
- 2:05there you are like new, right, yeah, okay, they don't they
- 2:07don't know. They don't know that very much. And like they started telling
- 2:10me, oh, you can't do this and you're doing this wrong. And
- 2:13I was like, oh, it made me so bad. Did you play
- 2:16cool or did you I can totally see you being like, oh, honey,
- 2:21I know I can kind of play it cool. But then my sister
- 2:23owns the dog grooming place, and I was like, um, I don't
- 2:25want to do my job. You need to tell these people I know what
- 2:29I'm doing. Can you can you tell them? So go ahead and tell
- 2:31him about me. Would you get a minute in the morning, big nutty
- 2:35eight point seven? Hey, there's no right way to grieve. There's no
- 2:38wrong way to grieve. Everybody grieves differently, and I want to be very
- 2:40clear and that that is how I feel, and so I am not judging.
- 2:45However, over the weekend, I saw a social media post after somebody's
- 2:50loved and passed away, and I was just a little perplexed. Okay,
- 2:53so I'm scrolling Friday night. You know, we got a big show the
- 2:55next day, so I'm just being a good boy, send it home in
- 2:59bed clock on my phone, and I come across a picture of a man
- 3:04who appears to be dead. Oh yeah, you know, you know the
- 3:07difference between us. And now I read the caption and this poor friend of
- 3:14mine, who I don't know personally by weird Facebook frames, had just lost
- 3:16her grandpa, which is super sad, you know what I mean. Obviously,
- 3:20this man was lived a long life. She had posted a photo of
- 3:23him in the hospital announcing his death, and she had a time of death
- 3:28in the post. And I looked as I saw the time of death,
- 3:30and then I looked up at the top ride on my phone to see what
- 3:34time it currently was in one minute had passed. One single minute. Yeah,
- 3:40and I guess there's no really flattering way to pose dead. But this
- 3:45is not a flattering photo. As if, like she felt she needed to
- 3:46provide some sort of proof that the man was actually dead, you know,
- 3:50like if you just say he died, I'd probably believe you don't need the
- 3:53photo evenue, you really don't. But then a minute later, I get
- 3:57another post up on my feed. It's a live video, you know,
- 4:00live video from the hospital and really just kind of showing this body, Oh
- 4:05my gosh, I don't know, just confirming for everybody that the person had
- 4:10passed away. So I don't know, to me if that's me, I
- 4:14don't maybe have my phone out, you know, ready to capture the moment.
- 4:17Well, she was waiting for his ready. I just hope the guy,
- 4:19like you know, ask he was taking his last breath, like the
- 4:23last thing he saw, wasn't this person's phone in his face? Like come
- 4:27on, just let me know, let me know when. But it just
- 4:30goes in line with like oversharing on social media in general. Do you get
- 4:32uncomfortable when you see somebody talking about their personal stuff? I mean I feel
- 4:36like I overshare a little bit sometimes really because I haven't seen anything too juicy
- 4:41from you. Okay, good? Well some I mean yeah sometimes. I
- 4:43mean, I know you have a lot of stuff going on personally, you
- 4:45share it with ut you overshare in the studio, that's for sure. It's
- 4:47too sided though, because while I do cringe when I see somebody like talking
- 4:51about a messy breakup or their spouse cheating on them or whatever. At the
- 4:55same time like thank you, because that's really fun to read, especially the
- 4:58commerce the morning. I know when I'm blake. Drake is like one of
- 5:04the most famous dudes in the world, right and intergrac he asked a woman,
- 5:08you would say that Drake is an attractive man type, but real,
- 5:13no, you're got a weird type. I've seen the guys got weird.
- 5:17I would say traditionally, Drake is an attractive man. Honestly, I've always
- 5:20said he called a man crush whatever. But I think he's like the funniest
- 5:24dude. Just his acting alone makes me go, like, this dude's awesome.
- 5:27I wish I was him, super rich and you know, attractive.
- 5:30But he said he doesn't think he's gonna get married. He's not a big
- 5:33marriage guy, which is weird because we just found out. Remember he had
- 5:36that necklace made with all it had forty two diamonds on it, and he
- 5:41said that every diamond represented a time that he was going to propose to somebody
- 5:45and didn't. I don't think I remember that, but yeah, it was
- 5:46like a five months ago, so it was like Jesus, dude's like constantly
- 5:49thinking of proposing. This guy desperately wants to get married. Not the case,
- 5:53though, he said he doesn't know. He said he thinks it seems
- 5:56like it's sort of an ancient thing or something. Marriage just in general.
- 6:00He said, also, he doesn't think that he can offer somebody what they'd
- 6:02be looking for in a marriage, just consistency, said, his life is
- 6:05basically his work. His work is his priority. So you know, it's
- 6:10like if you don't think you can give somebody what they need, then don't
- 6:12even try. I mean, he can give them the money. There is
- 6:15that. There is that that was kind of interesting though marriage being ancient,
- 6:19is it really an ancient thing? I mean, I will say there are
- 6:23weird things about how marriage is tied in with the government, right, I
- 6:26mean, there's like the religious aspect of it. Obviously, I think that's
- 6:30how it probably started, but then now it's like tied in with taxes.
- 6:32Yeah, it was just bizarre. I mean, listen, as a married
- 6:35man who's filing jointly, it does have a benefit in the morning. Well,
- 6:45the mystery has been solved of the high healed hijacker. You hear about
- 6:49this, This this lady, the high healed hijack. He took the world
- 6:54by storm because she was robbing people and places during a three day span in
- 7:00late twenty twenty two wearing high heels, which is just an interesting choice.
- 7:04Her name is Lisa Coleman. She's fifty eight years old, and she just
- 7:09took a plea deal. She now awaits sentencing, likely to serve a pretty
- 7:13good chunk of prison time for robbing not only a hotel, but she robbed
- 7:17somebody at an ATM and forced him to withdraw thousands of dollars. Obviously,
- 7:23they don't have an ATM limit. Do you have an ATM limit? I
- 7:25do? I think, yeah, it's a responsible thing. I remember,
- 7:28you know and far ago. If you go to the bar, there's gambling
- 7:30available pretty much everywhere, and you know, the more you drank, the
- 7:32less like you are to stop yourself from doing anything. Yep. So I
- 7:36had to enforce a ATM withdrawal limit on myself my twenties. But the high
- 7:43heeled hijacker, yeah, I mean an interesting choice because if you're gonna rob
- 7:46somebody, you wear high do you wear high heels? Ever know you wear
- 7:48shoes that you can like just bolt tell yeah, you gotta have some tennis
- 7:51on. I can't run in high heels. I've never tried. I imagine
- 7:55it would be difficult, but no, That's why I almost am always wearing
- 7:58tennis shoes because you just never know. You get yourself in a situation where
- 8:01you gotta get out of there. You gotta be able to run. That's
- 8:03why you don't work. That's that's why I wor tending. Yeah, you
- 8:05never know. Listen is a man. You never know when somebody's gonna challenge
- 8:07you to a foot race. He's just gotta be read like in a minute
- 8:13in the morning on Big Nutty eight point seven. New dating term on the
- 8:16scene that you might want to be aware of if you're single and you're out
- 8:18there. This is something that could maybe help you maybe know what to avoid
- 8:22intergrace your single I'm very single looking to mingle. Well, yeah, I've
- 8:24been mingling for Have you ever been ghost lighted? I've been ghosted, You've
- 8:28been ghosted, maybe been gaslighted, but ye haven't been both. You combine
- 8:33ghosted and gaslighting to combine for the new term ghost lighting, which is the
- 8:37practice of when somebody suddenly stops talking to you but makes you feel like it's
- 8:41your fault. Of course, has that ever happened to you, So you've
- 8:45been ghost say where somebody just kind of disappears, proof gone. I don't
- 8:48know if I've ever been ghostlighted. I don't know how you could be,
- 8:50because if somebody's gonna ghost you, like you know, if you're successful,
- 8:52you're gonna go somebody you just never hear from him again. You just move
- 8:56on, but you're gonna circle back and be like, oh hey, by
- 8:58the way, the reason I haven't talk to you for the last like two
- 9:01months, it's your fault, just so you know, I got so sick
- 9:05of you. It just makes you want to throw up. I mean,
- 9:07in gas lighting, just in general, it is one of those words that
- 9:09people missus constantly, you know, basically, right, I mean there,
- 9:13it is a real thing, right, but people use it so incorrectly,
- 9:16And now we're thrown in ghost lighting. I don't know, I just these
- 9:20new dating terms make me just want to throw up. You know, as
- 9:22much as I want to be in a relationship, somebody's dating terms just make
- 9:26me. You know, you should just get you should proposed to somebody and
- 9:30just try to get married real quick, because you don't have to worry about
- 9:31any of this. Pike in Amanda in the morning seven. Now here's what
- 9:41you need to know. Several apartment garages were damaged yesterday afternoon at the Brookstone
- 9:46Apartments in Fargo. And if you've seen the video of this, it's not
- 9:50like one person backed into an apartment complex. I probably wouldn't even be telling
- 9:54the story. It would be um several garages and it looks like just me.
- 9:58I mean, it looks like somebody old dose the entire gross facility,
- 10:01like both sides of it too, So it's like they were ping ponging back
- 10:05and forth. So either somebody was just I guess hammered or just looking to
- 10:09destroy property, or potentially a medical emergency, in which case I will withhold
- 10:13judgment. You never know. In a radical rebranding, Twitter has now changed
- 10:20its logo. Elon Musk announced that it is now ditching that blue bird we
- 10:24become familiar with pretty much since the beginning of Twitter. It is now simply
- 10:28an X the letter X real good stuff, real original. This is pretty
- 10:35much a hail Mary attempt from the company. You know, Over the last
- 10:37few months, Elon Musk has been very open that they are facing Steve Blosses
- 10:41and ad revenue and on the verge of bankruptcy. I imagine Twitter went away,
- 10:46would you be a Would it be hurt? I would because I wouldn't
- 10:48be able to talk to Dan and Shay. Oh you don't have Dan or
- 10:52Chase phone numbers, not yet. I was under the impression, based on
- 10:54the way you talk about them, that you know them personally and that you
- 10:58could just reach out to them at any point. Well, you would be
- 11:00wrong. So if Twitter went away, then I wouldn't be a will to
- 11:03talk to them, and that would be so sad, so so sad.
- 11:07C NBC has come out with their list of the best and worst states to
- 11:11live and work in in twenty twenty three, twenty twenty three and North Dakota.
- 11:15While it doesn't make the top five, it also doesn't make the bottom
- 11:18five. Somewhere right or in the meaty part of the curve. Nothing wrong
- 11:20would be an average. But Minnesota, for their part, number four in
- 11:26best places to live and work. Yeah, yeah, not bad at all,
- 11:30only behind New Jersey, Maine and Vermont. Don't know much about any
- 11:33of those places. Otherwise they're other than that, they're in the part of
- 11:35the country that I you know, it all looks the same. The list
- 11:39is based on a slew of factor is like crime, healthcare, air quality,
- 11:43and worker protection. So if you're living on the Minnesota side of the
- 11:46Red River, congratulations, you're ready ready, no see, let's see.
- 11:58You know we nounce last week, we broke the news that Ariana Grande and
- 12:01her husband Dalton Gomez, we're getting divorced after two years. And my first
- 12:03that was, I don't really care about that much at all. You go
- 12:07ahead whatever, don't care. But then the more I hear about it,
- 12:09the more juicy it gets. Suddenly I'm a little intrigued because Ariana Grande is
- 12:13now already in another relationship. You know, when you see that, it's
- 12:16like divorced one day, in a relationship the next what was it going?
- 12:22The dude's name is Ethan, and Ethan is in is It Wicked? A
- 12:26TV show? Is in a movie? Music a musical? Sorry, So
- 12:30this dude, Ethan is now dating Ariana Grande and he just got divorced.
- 12:35So you see that, it's like put two and two together there and his
- 12:39X now ex wife is devastated. According to report, she was totally blindsided.
- 12:45I mean they've been married since twenty eighteen, been together over ten years.
- 12:48Suddenly you get to get some papers for a divorce and you're now X
- 12:52is dating Ariana Grande. So this dude, Ethan Slater. I'd never heard
- 12:56of this dude, but I looked him up and about as average a looking
- 13:01dude as you could find. He really is. Yeah, you would think
- 13:03somebody do Ariana Grande. You know, I gotta be average looking. Go
- 13:09to a holiday station store today, guy looking like Ethan Slater's probably working behind
- 13:13the counter and that's no offense to anybody holiday. But good for him.
- 13:16He must be very funny or kind or something else. Now as you and
- 13:22Jamie Fox is giving us a little more update on his health situation. Obviously
- 13:26there was something going on, a big scare. We've yet to hear officially
- 13:31what it is, but he posted a video on Instagram over the weekend,
- 13:35sort of vaguely explaining more than to what happened. I went through something that
- 13:39I thought I would never ever go through. Okay, so if you thought
- 13:43it was something he thought he would go through, it's not pick that off
- 13:46the list. I don't know a lot of people were waiting, you know,
- 13:48wanting to hear updates. But to be honest with you, I just
- 13:52didn't want you to see me like that, man. You know, I
- 13:54want you to see me laugh and having a good time party and cracking a
- 13:56joe doing a movie television show. I didn't want you to see me with
- 14:01tubes running out of me and trying to figure out if I was gonna make
- 14:09it through. Okay, so it sounds like it was pretty bad. I
- 14:11mean talking about tubes going in the audio like, yeah, I guess we
- 14:15nearly did lose Jamie Fox, which would have been super sad. He did
- 14:18say, though, there was a lot of wild speculation happening, which will
- 14:20happen when you're not explaining what's going on by being quiet. Sometimes things you
- 14:26know, get out of hand, people saying what I got. Some people
- 14:28said I was I was blind, but as you can see, uh,
- 14:31as you can see, the eyes of working eyes are working just far I
- 14:35said I was paralyzed. I'm not paralyzed, but I did go through I
- 14:39went to hell, in bad hell and back. His eyes are working.
- 14:43Yeah, yeah, it did. When he said that he did. I
- 14:46don't. He crossed his eyes and he pretty much had like the Google eyes,
- 14:50going like, can you do that? I'm like stared, even cross
- 14:54my eye. I can't. Somebody, everybody as a kid would always do
- 14:56it. But I was like, man, it feels like once you do
- 14:58it, you know not I used to do as a kid, though,
- 15:01I'd roll my eyes back into my head. You ever see somebody do this.
- 15:03No, I'm not gonna do it right now because I can't. But
- 15:05there was a wrestler back in the nineties called the Undertaker. I don't know
- 15:09if you're familiar, but not. Basically he was like a dead man that
- 15:13was like this whole thing, and so he would roll his eyes into the
- 15:16back of the head and it was terrible, horrifying. But every kid growing
- 15:18up in the nineties who was into WWF rolled their eyes. So in my
- 15:22second grade class picture, I'm so embarrassed to have done this, but the
- 15:26class picture you take, you know, I rolled my eyes into the back
- 15:28of my head. I wish if somebody listening went to second grade with me
- 15:31and has that photo, police send it to me. And it was a
- 15:35ridiculous and Barbie killed it over the weekend of the box office hundred and fifty
- 15:41five million dollars. That is just in North America alone, big week and
- 15:46especially in the middle of the summer, obviously fewer and fewer people are going
- 15:48to the movie theaters at all. But Barbie brought him out after like what
- 15:52two years of hype. It seemed like second was Oppenheimer. You know,
- 15:56they were calling this weekend Barbenheimer, some people going to both movies. I
- 16:00didn't see that yet. Yeah, well this one only made eighty point five
- 16:03million, which is pretty good. But then again, I've heard it's over
- 16:06three hours. Such a long time to sit in a movie. Here's a
- 16:08long time. Like the last movie I went to that was that long,
- 16:11I think was maybe Avatar, the first one, which is one hundred years
- 16:12ago now. But I fell asleep, like multiple times, Like there's just
- 16:15no movie that would keep me interested for that long. We went to the
- 16:19Elvis movie with Austin Butler. Oh yeah, that one's along, and that's
- 16:22what virgin on. Three hours and but you even speaking about Austin Butler get
- 16:27like, you know, just sweaty. So I imagine you were able to
- 16:32stay focused the whole time.
