- 1:24Speaker 2: have heard, there's been big news in the Bravo world
- 1:26Speaker 2: as far as Real Housewives of New York City. They
- 1:29Speaker 2: are bringing Carol Radziwill friend of Juicy Scoop, has been
- 1:32Speaker 2: on many times, and was part of the original Real
- 1:35Speaker 2: Housewives of New York cast. They're only saving three of
- 1:40Speaker 2: the girls from the last couple years, which is Aaron
- 1:43Speaker 2: Sy and Jessel. They're bringing back Carol Roswell and three
- 1:47Speaker 2: new people, one which is quite controversial. And those, I
- 1:52Speaker 2: will give you my thoughts, my thoughts about Carol, my
- 1:54Speaker 2: thoughts about what I think this show will work, and
- 1:57Speaker 2: so many more of my controversial takes and opinions on

- 2:21Speaker 2: very excited for you to hear this interview I did.
- 2:24Speaker 2: We get into PR crisis and so much more and
- 2:27Speaker 2: we cover many current hot topics. So here we go
- 2:31Speaker 2: with my show. Hello and welcome to Juicy Scoop. I'm
- 2:35Speaker 2: so excited to talk to my guest today. Welcome, Ashley Hansen.
- 2:41Speaker 2: We met through a mutual friend, but what's so interesting
- 2:45Speaker 2: about your career in entertainment is that you've really worked
- 2:48Speaker 2: in all facets of PR, strategy, crisis PR. And so
- 2:54Speaker 2: I thought we could just talk about some topics and
- 2:58Speaker 2: things and like, how would you counsel the person to
- 3:02Speaker 2: get into it? So ready? Get right into it.
- 3:06Speaker 4: Okay.
- 3:06Speaker 2: This is from Biowig Hello Drama because they were reading
- 3:12Speaker 2: Lisa Renna's book that just came out. And I, someone
- 3:16Speaker 2: sent this to me earlier today too. I'm not surprised
- 3:20Speaker 2: that she would do this because it's her personality. But
- 3:23Speaker 2: she wrote, I'm happy to drag Sutton, who is the
- 3:26Speaker 2: co-star of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills with her. She's frumpy.
- 3:30Speaker 2: There's no sex appeal about her whatsoever. And she's got
- 3:34Speaker 2: a weird body. So God bless her. As someone who
- 3:38Speaker 2: watches the Real Housewives, I don't even remember Sutton and
- 3:44Speaker 2: Renna even having any issues. Renna brought Sutton in. And
- 3:49Speaker 2: then at one point, there was something about an Elton
- 3:52Speaker 2: John party. Do you remember? That's the beef.
- 3:54Speaker 4: And then Sutton was like, I paid for you and
- 3:57Speaker 4: Harry to go. And she's like, that's not true. And
- 4:00Speaker 4: then it became... I remember.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Okay, so it was the Elton John Oscar thing.
- 4:04Speaker 6: Yes.
- 4:05Speaker 2: For the charity. And she... Yeah, Sutton, I think... Sutton
- 4:13Speaker 2: is wealthy. I think she was going to these things.
- 4:16Speaker 4: Agreed.
- 4:16Speaker 2: But Lisa Rinna, being a star, was able to go
- 4:19Speaker 2: to charity events in Hollywood for free for years. And therefore,
- 4:24Speaker 2: I think she was the housewife and Sutton invited her.
- 4:29Speaker 2: And I don't think she ever even thought to offer
- 4:33Speaker 2: to pay or anything. She was just like, I'm a star.
- 4:34Speaker 2: I'm at your table. And now you're on Real Housewives.
- 4:38Speaker 2: You're welcome. And then when Sutton revealed that, she was like, okay,
- 4:43Speaker 2: that's what I think happened. Like she was like, okay,
- 4:45Speaker 2: like don't make me look like I didn't pay my
- 4:47Speaker 2: phone bill like enough.
- 4:49Speaker 4: Agreed. And I also think the way that these tables work,
- 4:52Speaker 4: as you know, is like one person will buy or
- 4:55Speaker 4: a studio will buy and then they can give out
- 4:57Speaker 4: those tickets. So you're not paying for individual seats when
- 4:59Speaker 4: somebody's bought a table. So obviously I think Sutton bought
- 5:02Speaker 4: that table and then decided to put a number on
- 5:06Speaker 4: those two seats when probably from Lisa's experience, she's like, I,
- 5:10Speaker 4: I get invited to these things, like you said.
- 5:12Speaker 2: Right, and those Hollywood charity events, like I have been
- 5:15Speaker 2: given free tickets to those things as well. They want
- 5:18Speaker 2: press from it, which I give press with the podcast,
- 5:20Speaker 2: but also, you know, they want a certain number of
- 5:22Speaker 2: celebrities because the people that are not celebrities that bought tickets,
- 5:26Speaker 2: that's part of the appeal. And, you know, so yeah,
- 5:30Speaker 2: maybe you're not paying the $ 500 ticket, but then also
- 5:33Speaker 2: you might buy the auction item for, you know, $ 10, 000.
- 5:37Speaker 2: But getting back to just going online on her body.
- 5:41Speaker 2: I saw this and I was like, oh my God,
- 5:44Speaker 2: because a very similar thing has happened to me.
- 5:47Speaker 4: To you. Somebody said it to you or you said
- 5:48Speaker 4: about somebody? No.
- 5:50Speaker 2: So I was, I was looking for it.
- 5:52Speaker 4: Okay.
- 5:53Speaker 2: I cannot find the exact video, but I haven't looked
- 5:56Speaker 2: very hard. When I was at Chelsea lately, I distinctly
- 6:01Speaker 2: remember she went on watch what happens live. And there
- 6:05Speaker 2: was video of the after show. And at that time,
- 6:09Speaker 2: we were fine. I was on the show. But the
- 6:12Speaker 2: whole vibe of the show was like picking and bullying
- 6:15Speaker 2: and making fun of people, right? So the caller called
- 6:18Speaker 2: and said something like, why are you mean to Heather?
- 6:23Speaker 2: Or something like, why do you something about me, Heather?
- 6:26Speaker 2: And she goes... And I remember like watching with everybody
- 6:30Speaker 2: and I was like, this is so weird. But at
- 6:32Speaker 2: the time she was my boss, you know, so I'm like,
- 6:35Speaker 2: I'm not going to say something. But like basically what
- 6:38Speaker 2: she said was just like she was just trying to
- 6:39Speaker 2: be her like weird self. And she said, well, for
- 6:45Speaker 2: one thing, Heather McDonald has a terrible body. And Andy's like, what?
- 6:54Speaker 2: And then she went on to say some other like
- 6:56Speaker 2: weird quirky thing. And then that was like it. And
- 6:59Speaker 2: I remember sitting in Jen Kirkman's office and people were
- 7:03Speaker 2: all watching. And I was like, okay. Like, I mean... Did.
- 7:09Speaker 4: She get backlash for it? No.
- 7:10Speaker 2: Back then, nobody.
- 7:11Speaker 4: Nobody really, yeah.
- 7:12Speaker 2: It was like, nobody was like cutting clips and saying anything.
- 7:15Speaker 2: They were just like, that's why we got away with
- 7:17Speaker 2: the stuff we did on Chelsea Layton for so long.
- 7:19Speaker 4: But I just remember going, I mean... First of all,
- 7:22Speaker 4: you don't.
- 7:22Speaker 2: It doesn't matter, but like I had, you know, everyone,
- 7:25Speaker 2: everybody is different, you know, like, and you know Sutton
- 7:31Speaker 2: has her distinct figure. I think she looks good in clothes.
- 7:37Speaker 2: you know, thin and was a former ballet dancer. And
- 7:40Speaker 2: other people have a curvy body. Other people have a
- 7:42Speaker 2: fake ass. Other people are stick skinny. It's just like,
- 7:45Speaker 2: it's such a weird thing to say. And, um, but
- 7:49Speaker 2: my body was always like just something to kind of
- 7:52Speaker 2: make fun of. They'd say like long boobs and I
- 7:54Speaker 2: didn't have long boobs, but it came out of like
- 7:56Speaker 2: a sketch and all this kind of stuff. And there
- 7:59Speaker 2: was nothing I could say about it. And I was
- 8:00Speaker 2: just like reading this today. And I was like, what
- 8:02Speaker 2: if I would have just gone into her office and
- 8:04Speaker 2: been like, what the fuck?
- 8:06Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 8:06Speaker 2: Like, you know, but that just wasn't, we had this,
- 8:10Speaker 2: the dynamic was set from the top and that was
- 8:13Speaker 2: just something that you just were like, Oh, obviously she
- 8:16Speaker 2: doesn't mean it. It's just a joke.
- 8:17Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 8:18Speaker 2: But to like, put it in writing, have five editors
- 8:25Speaker 2: and be like, but I feel like that's what she wants.
- 8:28Speaker 2: I think she wrote this whole book to have, um,
- 8:31Speaker 2: sound bites or whatever and have people talk about it.
- 8:34Speaker 2: So like, I find her very entertaining. I'm not surprised
- 8:38Speaker 2: that she would bash someone's body when, you know, which
- 8:42Speaker 2: is weird when her own daughters have been accused of
- 8:45Speaker 2: body shaming as far as like being too thin and
- 8:48Speaker 2: this and that.
- 8:49Speaker 4: And people actually criticized her on some seasons about her
- 8:52Speaker 4: figure and her weight. I just think like, you know,
- 8:56Speaker 4: the joy or what used to be the joy in
- 8:58Speaker 4: watching those shows, it was less about them being mean
- 9:02Speaker 4: and more really just about the trials and tribulations of
- 9:06Speaker 4: female friendship. Yeah. Sometimes you're in, sometimes you're out. Sometimes, yes,
- 9:10Speaker 4: you get upset and then you talk to your other
- 9:11Speaker 4: friend and then there's like relatable chaos because I feel
- 9:15Speaker 4: like we all have some degree of that, maybe without
- 9:18Speaker 4: all the extreme wealth in some cases. But didn't Dorinda
- 9:24Speaker 4: say like, say it, no, write it, regret it.
- 9:28Speaker 2: No, say it, forget it, write it, regret it. Yes.
- 9:31Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 9:31Speaker 4: There's, there's a difference I think in sometimes, you know,
- 9:34Speaker 4: obviously this is how we think through things when we
- 9:36Speaker 4: have to decide, is it going to be a statement?
- 9:38Speaker 4: Is it going to be somebody talking on video when
- 9:40Speaker 4: they have to like deal with something? Yeah. What you
- 9:44Speaker 4: may get away with or what she might've gotten away
- 9:47Speaker 4: with in a confessional is very different than how this reads.
- 9:50Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 9:51Speaker 4: And I think that maybe, you know, in writing the book,
- 9:55Speaker 4: she's expressing herself the way she might have on the show. Yeah.
- 9:59Speaker 4: Maybe even up it to some degree for the purposes
- 10:02Speaker 4: that you mentioned, for clickbait or whatever reason.
- 10:04Speaker 2: Yeah, I think she's definitely like, oh, I'm going to
- 10:07Speaker 2: talk about, oh, I'm going to burn down the bridge, baby.
- 10:09Speaker 2: I've got nothing to fucking lose. And she actually doesn't
- 10:12Speaker 2: have anything to lose, so I don't know, but... I
- 10:16Speaker 2: think it's in poor taste. What would you... What would
- 10:20Speaker 2: you advise Sutton to do in a situation like this?
- 10:23Speaker 4: She shouldn't say anything.
- 10:24Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 10:25Speaker 4: She says if she responds, she's going to give credence
- 10:28Speaker 4: to it. It'll get her more attention.
- 10:31Speaker 5: Right.
- 10:31Speaker 4: It'll get the whole thing more attention. I think if
- 10:35Speaker 4: it's me in that situation and somebody makes a comment
- 10:41Speaker 4: on my body, I would like it to not go
- 10:43Speaker 4: as far as humanly possible.
- 10:45Speaker 2: See, like for me, like now if that was in
- 10:48Speaker 2: some book right now.
- 10:49Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 10:49Speaker 2: I would absolutely use it to my advantage.
- 10:52Speaker 4: I think she can do that.
- 10:53Speaker 2: At this point, I would be like, I'd be like, yeah,
- 10:56Speaker 2: this is my body. And you know what? I'm healthy.
- 11:01Speaker 2: I'm so grateful that I haven't been plagued with any
- 11:03Speaker 2: kind of like cancer.
- 11:05Speaker 4: Yes.
- 11:06Speaker 2: I can play tennis. I can play pickleball. I can
- 11:09Speaker 2: run around. I can dance. If it's not the shape
- 11:12Speaker 2: of body that turns you on, Lisa Renna, who's been
- 11:15Speaker 2: accused of, you know, having a weird marriage and whatnot, like, okay,
- 11:21Speaker 2: didn't know you were looking at me to be sexy
- 11:23Speaker 2: for you. Like, I would have made it like, I'd
- 11:25Speaker 2: make it like a joke and put something back out
- 11:27Speaker 2: there because I'm like, you've already brought me into it.
- 11:30Speaker 2: So I might as well ride the wave of the
- 11:33Speaker 2: press too.
- 11:34Speaker 4: I also think in terms of response, it's like, I
- 11:36Speaker 4: think you're better built to get into that kind of dialogue.
- 11:40Speaker 4: Whereas I feel like Sutton isn't as comfortable in moments
- 11:45Speaker 4: of confrontation.
- 11:46Speaker 2: It's just the body shaming. Cause it's like, I know
- 11:48Speaker 2: that Emily from OC has been very much body shamed.
- 11:52Speaker 2: Heather from Heather Gay has been body shamed, you know,
- 11:56Speaker 2: for just being a fuller, you know, different body than
- 12:00Speaker 2: your typical size two girl. But, I don't think that
- 12:04Speaker 2: people realize the body shaming that goes on with bodies
- 12:07Speaker 2: that are not where you get body shamed because they,
- 12:11Speaker 2: you have a unique shape, you know? And it's like,
- 12:15Speaker 2: or you are too thin or you like to be
- 12:18Speaker 2: thin or whatever. And then people poke at that. And
- 12:21Speaker 2: it's just kind of like, no, if we're all gonna,
- 12:24Speaker 2: if we're all gonna be up in arms about one
- 12:26Speaker 2: kind of body shaming, then we should be up, be
- 12:29Speaker 2: mad about it all, you know? And be like, that's
- 12:31Speaker 2: just not cool. I agree. When we're all aging women, like, look,
- 12:36Speaker 2: Lisa Renna has been blessed with being, having an incredible
- 12:40Speaker 2: figure well into her 60s.
- 12:42Speaker 4: That seems sort of effortless. Seems to be very effortless,
- 12:45Speaker 4: very genetic.
- 12:46Speaker 2: And one time I was trying, we were trying out
- 12:50Speaker 2: for this talk show, I think that didn't go. And
- 12:52Speaker 2: people were in the room, just like, how do you
- 12:55Speaker 2: keep that figure, you know, type of thing. And she goes,
- 12:58Speaker 2: you know, actually, I don't enjoy eating. I really don't.
- 13:02Speaker 2: I don't love it. I'm not that person that's like
- 13:04Speaker 2: a foodie that likes to eat. It's like an inconvenience
- 13:07Speaker 2: to my life. Okay. Well, then that's really nice because
- 13:12Speaker 2: you brought Krispy Kremes and I fucking had a donut.
- 13:15Speaker 2: So I think it's great if you have automatic like
- 13:18Speaker 2: ozempic brain since you were born and you never had
- 13:20Speaker 2: to think about like good for you.
- 13:22Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 13:24Speaker 4: I will say something because I've definitely struggled with my
- 13:27Speaker 4: weight throughout the years, but like The most infuriating thing
- 13:30Speaker 4: I have found is when, you know, you'll see a
- 13:34Speaker 4: model and they're like, oh, you just ate a cheeseburger
- 13:36Speaker 4: right before the show. And it's like, maybe you did.
- 13:39Speaker 4: It's hard to believe that that would be the case,
- 13:43Speaker 4: because even if I would say if I was any shape,
- 13:47Speaker 4: I'm not going to eat a lot before I do
- 13:50Speaker 4: any kind of appearance for the sake of like, you know,
- 13:52Speaker 4: bloating or wherever.
- 13:53Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 13:56Speaker 4: But it just it's so unrelatable.
- 13:58Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 13:58Speaker 2: Do you know what I mean?
- 13:59Speaker 4: Like, it just drives a further wedge.
- 14:01Speaker 2: Or it's trying to be that I'm so relatable.
- 14:05Speaker 4: But you're not.
- 14:06Speaker 2: I just like a cheeseburger. Like, whatever. It's just whatever.
- 14:09Speaker 2: I mean, so I think that's interesting.
- 14:13Speaker 4: I do think Sutton will benefit, though, if she does
- 14:17Speaker 4: remain mum on this. I think she will have the
- 14:19Speaker 4: internet on her side.
- 14:20Speaker 2: Yes, definitely.
- 14:21Speaker 4: And sometimes in situations like this, I would say way
- 14:24Speaker 4: better for the internet and people to come to her
- 14:28Speaker 4: defense than her even having to say it herself. It's
- 14:31Speaker 4: always better.
- 14:31Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 14:32Speaker 2: I think that if you were to say anything, you
- 14:34Speaker 2: don't go after Lisa, you don't talk about her body
- 14:36Speaker 2: or her weight issues or the fact that she says
- 14:39Speaker 2: mean things for shock value. What I think you would
- 14:42Speaker 2: say is I am so, cause when people criticize my
- 14:46Speaker 2: looks and stuff, I'll be like, you know what, could
- 14:48Speaker 2: you take it up with my two dead parents in heaven?
- 14:51Speaker 2: Cause they made me. And this is their nose combo. And, like, ugh,
- 14:55Speaker 2: you should be pissed at them. You should be really
- 14:58Speaker 2: mad at them. Because I'm just like, what are you
- 15:00Speaker 2: supposed to do? Like, what am I supposed to do? And, like,
- 15:03Speaker 2: so I... And we all get it. You're not special. Like,
- 15:06Speaker 2: I'm not acting like, oh, I'm getting more hate than
- 15:08Speaker 2: the next person. Anybody that has, like, more than 300
- 15:10Speaker 2: followers probably have gotten some weird hate troll. But, like,
- 15:14Speaker 2: I think the thing to say is just to be like,
- 15:17Speaker 2: I am so grateful that these legs... work, that I
- 15:22Speaker 2: can dance, that I'm this age, that I'm, that my
- 15:25Speaker 2: doctor's happy with my weight, that I'm happy with it.
- 15:28Speaker 2: Like it's, you know, glad you, you know, that, and
- 15:32Speaker 2: not even be like, not even one snarky thing, not
- 15:34Speaker 2: even like good luck with your book, just something like, Oh,
- 15:37Speaker 2: Oh my gosh. You know, I, I, um, I, I
- 15:42Speaker 2: love my body and I, and it's not weird to me.
- 15:45Speaker 6: Sorry.
- 15:45Speaker 2: It was weird to you.
- 15:46Speaker 4: Definitely approach it from a place of strength and confidence.
- 15:49Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 15:49Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 15:49Speaker 5: You know, They think you're done for the day, but
- 15:54Speaker 5: they don't know about the drawer. The drawer. Just the
- 15:59Speaker 5: one square before bed. Or two, you know. Nobody's watching.
- 16:06Speaker 4: You deserve a treat.
- 16:10Speaker 5: With eight flavours to choose from, you can choose the
- 16:13Speaker 5: flavour you favour with Cadbury Dairy Milk.
- 16:21Speaker 3: I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next.
- 16:24Speaker 6: Each week on the show, I sit down with extraordinary
- 16:27Speaker 6: people who have faced tremendous setbacks, and yet somehow have
- 16:32Speaker 6: found a way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 16:35Speaker 4: Life is one long lesson of chaos.
- 16:38Speaker 1: I'm heading to the Emmys, and I have police complaints
- 16:40Speaker 1: filed against me.
- 16:41Speaker 4: When your free will was about to be taken from you,
- 16:44Speaker 4: what would you do if it was given back?
- 16:46Speaker 3: Where did that need come from, where you thought that
- 16:49Speaker 3: you had to succeed in order to feel loved?
- 16:51Speaker 4: He said, I have a work dad. I need a
- 16:53Speaker 4: home dad.
- 16:54Speaker 3: What happens next?
- 16:55Speaker 4: When I came in, he started crying.
- 16:56Speaker 3: Everybody in life encounters hardships. What defines them is not
- 17:01Speaker 3: those hard moments that they go through. It's about what
- 17:03Speaker 3: happens next.
- 17:05Speaker 4: I decided to risk it all. I realized how valuable
- 17:07Speaker 4: every day was. You're worth the work. Listen, Dara, I'm
- 17:10Speaker 4: not going to pull punches. You can use your voice
- 17:12Speaker 4: even if it's shaped.
- 17:13Speaker 6: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 17:17Speaker 6: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 17:27Speaker 2: Um, okay. Uh, Sophia F known as Sophia Franklin is
- 17:33Speaker 2: the original second part of call her daddy before Alex
- 17:38Speaker 2: Cooper became call her daddy alone. They had a show
- 17:42Speaker 2: together in the early days of podcasting, two young girls
- 17:45Speaker 2: in their twenties. It was a very sexual show. There
- 17:49Speaker 2: was a lot, many fewer podcasts and they were just
- 17:52Speaker 2: really skyrocketed with their demographic. And then they broke up
- 17:59Speaker 2: and the story is very juicy in a nutshell. In
- 18:04Speaker 2: a nutshell, Sophia had a boyfriend who was an executive
- 18:08Speaker 2: who said, you guys should be making more. And so
- 18:11Speaker 2: she went to Alex Cooper and was like, we should
- 18:13Speaker 2: be making more. And Alex Cooper, then they went to
- 18:17Speaker 2: the head of Barstools, Dave Portnoy, and Dave was like,
- 18:22Speaker 2: I'll give you this much more. And so Alex was like, cool.
- 18:25Speaker 2: And Sophia was like, no. And then Alex is like,
- 18:27Speaker 2: let's break up. I'll take this deal. But the deal
- 18:30Speaker 2: was only for one year. And then she leaves. And
- 18:33Speaker 2: basically takes the advice that was given to her by
- 18:36Speaker 2: Sophia and the guy Sophia was dating and obviously sets
- 18:40Speaker 2: a great deal for herself and has skyrocketed and built
- 18:43Speaker 2: an incredible career. Sophia has done great by any means
- 18:46Speaker 2: as well. Is she at the Alex Cooper level?
- 18:49Speaker 6: No.
- 18:50Speaker 2: But I had her on my show years ago, like
- 18:53Speaker 2: during COVID. And I was like, I just need to
- 18:56Speaker 2: ask you about it because it was interesting to see
- 18:59Speaker 2: the hate. It was like there was hate because... we're
- 19:02Speaker 2: mad that the two of you broke up. We're mad
- 19:04Speaker 2: that we're not having the dynamic and people taking sides.
- 19:08Speaker 2: You know, oh, Sophia met a guy and it's the
- 19:11Speaker 2: guy talking and she was greedy. And I was like,
- 19:14Speaker 2: I think guy or not, yes, you guys deserve to
- 19:18Speaker 2: be making more and yes, you should own it. So like,
- 19:20Speaker 2: I don't. So anyway, now she has a book coming
- 19:23Speaker 2: out and I think it's, I think it's great because
- 19:27Speaker 2: I think even if you have, only listened to alex
- 19:31Speaker 2: cooper since they broke up yeah and you just were
- 19:34Speaker 2: like i don't need to listen to soviet you're gonna
- 19:36Speaker 2: want to read the book agreed so i think it's
- 19:40Speaker 2: great i don't know now how do you feel about
- 19:43Speaker 2: timing and i think it's kind of smart timing that
- 19:46Speaker 2: she let several years pass.
- 19:49Speaker 4: Yeah i think in a... I see that point. I
- 19:54Speaker 4: think in this case, you know, great that she's doing it.
- 19:57Speaker 4: I think the title is also amazing and really catchy.
- 19:59Speaker 2: Which is called.
- 20:00Speaker 4: It's called Daddy Issues, I think.
- 20:01Speaker 2: Oh, Daddy Issues. Yeah, yeah.
- 20:04Speaker 4: I love a great title.
- 20:05Speaker 2: But I.
- 20:07Speaker 4: The only thing about letting something go for too long
- 20:11Speaker 4: is if the world sort of feels like it's over,
- 20:15Speaker 4: then you're like, why are you bringing this up again?
- 20:16Speaker 2: That's a good point.
- 20:18Speaker 4: But in this case, I think Alex is obviously, she's
- 20:22Speaker 4: incredibly successful. She's done really well for herself. And I
- 20:27Speaker 4: do think she got the brunt of the split.
- 20:31Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 20:31Speaker 4: Because, you know, Alex wanted to keep going so that
- 20:36Speaker 4: they would ultimately, I think, get the IP for the show.
- 20:39Speaker 4: They had one more year or something. And so that
- 20:43Speaker 4: has to be really painful. But on top of that,
- 20:48Speaker 4: when you, whether you've been wronged or you don't get
- 20:52Speaker 4: along with somebody anymore, and you have to watch them skyrocket.
- 20:56Speaker 3: See?
- 20:57Speaker 2: That's why I think it is juicy.
- 20:59Speaker 4: Yeah, 100%.
- 21:00Speaker 2: I'm always like, I want to know what happened that day,
- 21:03Speaker 2: but I also want to hear like where you mentally
- 21:06Speaker 2: were six months later. And then, you know, whatever, three
- 21:11Speaker 2: years after it happened, I thought things were great. And
- 21:13Speaker 2: then I had to open my phone. She made $ 120
- 21:16Speaker 2: million serious XM deal. And you're like, I have a
- 21:20Speaker 2: beautiful home. I'm doing better than 99.9% of the other podcasters.
- 21:26Speaker 2: But my partner, and from what I recall, I wasn't
- 21:29Speaker 2: like a big listener of the show, is it was
- 21:32Speaker 2: Sophia that made the expression, I'm unwell, which is now
- 21:38Speaker 2: the brand, the drink, the sweats are in Target, and
- 21:43Speaker 2: that she was more the comedic one. But then Alex
- 21:48Speaker 2: was the one that, I also think did the heavy
- 21:51Speaker 2: lifting because she actually knew how to edit and do
- 21:53Speaker 2: all that type of work. So I see both sides
- 21:57Speaker 2: and how they met organically and became such good friends
- 21:59Speaker 2: and everything. And when I talked to Sophia all the
- 22:03Speaker 2: way back then, I go, look, you know, it's very hard.
- 22:06Speaker 2: I've said this. I'm like, as more podcasts begin, there's
- 22:11Speaker 2: probably just as many Hollywood podcast clients you know, co-host
- 22:16Speaker 2: breakups as there are like real Hollywood marriages, because it's
- 22:20Speaker 2: a really hard thing to keep going. And you, and
- 22:24Speaker 2: my advice to friends that started is just like, have
- 22:27Speaker 2: a really clear understanding, even if it's just a contract
- 22:31Speaker 2: that you put together yourself of like, if one of
- 22:34Speaker 2: us doesn't want to do it, who keeps the name
- 22:36Speaker 2: or the name goes?
- 22:38Speaker 4: Yes.
- 22:39Speaker 2: Separate or whatever the case is and how do we
- 22:42Speaker 2: work out how much work each person does you know
- 22:45Speaker 2: you need to have all that conversation but even.
- 22:48Speaker 4: When it comes down to language yeah like I think
- 22:50Speaker 4: sometimes people forget in contracts what would have been really
- 22:54Speaker 4: smart and maybe they had it at some point or
- 22:57Speaker 4: if they got into litigation but like you can write
- 23:00Speaker 4: into contracts early on if we ever split essentially yeah
- 23:05Speaker 4: this is what the line is And you hold that
- 23:07Speaker 4: line or I hold that line. And if we don't.
- 23:10Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 23:10Speaker 4: We're on the hook for it.
- 23:11Speaker 6: Right.
- 23:12Speaker 4: There's some sort of a penalty.
- 23:13Speaker 6: Right.
- 23:14Speaker 4: And I think, you know, sometimes comes and especially in
- 23:18Speaker 4: times of crisis, people think about it as an afterthought. Right.
- 23:22Speaker 4: Instead of doing like a full risk assessment up front,
- 23:26Speaker 4: which I think in this case would have probably prevented
- 23:29Speaker 4: some of the messiness or the unbalance.
- 23:32Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 23:32Speaker 4: Yeah. I do think people are interested, like, you know,
- 23:35Speaker 4: also what happened between her and Alex Earl. There was, like,
- 23:39Speaker 4: mystery around that. So she's had two fallouts now. So
- 23:42Speaker 4: I do think even though.
- 23:44Speaker 2: And then I also think that's unfair, too, to assume that,
- 23:47Speaker 2: you know, you're the common denominator. Because my theory about
- 23:50Speaker 2: the Alex Earl thing is I think that Alex Cooper
- 23:56Speaker 2: does take podcasting seriously.
- 23:58Speaker 4: Agreed.
- 23:59Speaker 2: And I think she picked up this influencer that, is
- 24:03Speaker 2: so fun to watch and so great on the Instagram
- 24:06Speaker 2: and the TikTok, Alex Earl. And I don't know the answer,
- 24:10Speaker 2: but I'm wondering if, if, if the people were not
- 24:15Speaker 2: choosing to listen to Alex Earl for an hour, you know, yes,
- 24:18Speaker 2: they'll watch you for 90 seconds, put your outfit together
- 24:21Speaker 2: while your boyfriend stands in the back. But that's a whole,
- 24:25Speaker 2: that's why a lot of influencers, the podcasting doesn't work
- 24:28Speaker 2: because can you talk for an hour and a half?
- 24:30Speaker 1: Yep.
- 24:30Speaker 2: Week after week and still tell far stories. And, you know,
- 24:33Speaker 2: and so maybe there was a little bit of like,
- 24:36Speaker 2: you need to do this, this and this. And she's like, Hey,
- 24:40Speaker 2: I'm making $ 10 million a year on doing Instagram and commercials.
- 24:45Speaker 2: I don't need to be told by you how to
- 24:48Speaker 2: change it. And I just don't want to do it anymore.
- 24:52Speaker 2: Or she started to read negative comments, which is like,
- 24:56Speaker 2: I think another reason why I like movie stars and
- 24:58Speaker 2: influencers lead podcasting because when they were doing movies and stuff,
- 25:01Speaker 2: they didn't have this direct, your voice is annoying. You
- 25:05Speaker 2: said the same thing twice. Why did you know? And
- 25:07Speaker 2: they just are like, this isn't for me. Like mentally,
- 25:11Speaker 2: this is not where I want to be. So I,
- 25:13Speaker 2: it could have been something, it could have been something
- 25:15Speaker 2: way juicier than that, or it could have been something
- 25:17Speaker 2: like that. We just don't know. And then they both
- 25:20Speaker 2: knew legally, we're not going to bash each other. And,
- 25:23Speaker 2: and Alex now being in this world for a while
- 25:26Speaker 2: kind of knows, I think to be like, Can we
- 25:29Speaker 2: make an agreement that we don't... Now, do you think
- 25:31Speaker 2: that Alex Cooper cares that this book is coming out?
- 25:36Speaker 4: I think so.
- 25:37Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 25:37Speaker 4: I would.
- 25:38Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 25:41Speaker 4: You know, anytime you, like, if you have a friendship
- 25:43Speaker 4: that breaks up or anything, like, or maybe at least
- 25:46Speaker 4: I do, it's sort of like, what are they going
- 25:48Speaker 4: to tell people about me? If, you know, like, I
- 25:51Speaker 4: think when you get to know somebody and you have vulnerabilities...
- 25:54Speaker 4: I think if I was Alex Cooper, I would.
- 25:59Speaker 2: Not mention this till the book comes out. Agreed. I
- 26:02Speaker 2: would then, you know, get an advance copy from somebody. And,
- 26:06Speaker 2: you know, obviously it's going to be her perspective. Obviously
- 26:11Speaker 2: it's not going to make Alex look like the greatest
- 26:13Speaker 2: girlfriend in the world.
- 26:14Speaker 4: Agreed.
- 26:15Speaker 2: But then with that, if I was to say anything,
- 26:19Speaker 2: I'd either not say anything or I'd just say, you know,
- 26:22Speaker 2: I think it's really great. Everyone has a right to
- 26:24Speaker 2: tell their story, to write their memoirs. It's not how
- 26:27Speaker 2: I remember it. These are not the way I remember
- 26:30Speaker 2: the conversations. But, you know, she's so successful and so
- 26:35Speaker 2: am I. And we shared a chapter of our lives together.
- 26:38Speaker 2: And just like a marriage, it didn't last forever.
- 26:40Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 26:41Speaker 2: That's what I would say.
- 26:41Speaker 4: I think that I don't see anything wrong with that
- 26:44Speaker 4: kind of a response. I think it will ultimately come
- 26:47Speaker 4: down to what are the types of things that are included. Yeah.
- 26:50Speaker 4: If it's like he said, she said kind of arguments. Yeah.
- 26:53Speaker 4: If Alex enters that chat, like nobody's ever going to
- 26:56Speaker 4: win because you're going to take the side of whoever
- 26:57Speaker 4: you like better.
- 26:58Speaker 2: Right.
- 26:59Speaker 4: But if there's any sort of strong allegations or, you know,
- 27:05Speaker 4: she did X or Y that would actually cause any
- 27:08Speaker 4: sort of reputational damage to Alex, then I do think
- 27:13Speaker 4: a response to your point of sort of taking the
- 27:16Speaker 4: high road of just acknowledging the time, like it was
- 27:20Speaker 4: good while it lasted. I still respect you. I think
- 27:25Speaker 4: you have every right to be a creative and like
- 27:27Speaker 4: speak your mind and do your thing and just leave
- 27:30Speaker 4: it there because it'll go back and forth.
- 27:33Speaker 2: I think it's also just like, I think this is
- 27:35Speaker 2: a fascinating subject of adult female relationships that don't last,
- 27:41Speaker 2: which is like why the Housewives franchise and why women
- 27:44Speaker 2: are just, women are more interested in knowing why a
- 27:47Speaker 2: long-term girlfriend friendship broke up than why you left your husband. Like,
- 27:53Speaker 2: it is more interesting because it's like, well, because you
- 27:56Speaker 2: weren't fucking, then you should have been able to stay
- 27:59Speaker 2: friends forever like sisters.
- 28:00Speaker 4: That's a really good point.
- 28:01Speaker 2: And it's like, but if it's the father of your
- 28:04Speaker 2: three kids, women are like, kick him to the curb.
- 28:06Speaker 2: Who cares? You know, they're not going, no, you should
- 28:09Speaker 2: make this work. No, they're like, no, he's awful. But
- 28:11Speaker 2: if it's a friend, it's like, well, could you? And
- 28:14Speaker 2: just sometimes it's mutual and sometimes it's just like, I...
- 28:20Speaker 2: I look fondly on the time we spent together, but
- 28:22Speaker 2: I maybe don't miss you in my life day to day,
- 28:24Speaker 2: you know, or I do. Like, it will be interesting
- 28:27Speaker 2: if how intimate she gets on her feelings. Like, does
- 28:31Speaker 2: she say, yeah, I saw the photos of Alex's wedding.
- 28:35Speaker 2: And yeah, it made me sad not to be there.
- 28:38Speaker 2: It made me not like those type of things where
- 28:41Speaker 2: you're like, I wouldn't expect to be. I'm fine where
- 28:43Speaker 2: I am. But when I see it, does it? And
- 28:46Speaker 2: I see, oh, in the corner is, you know, a
- 28:48Speaker 2: mutual friend of ours that we used to fucking laugh
- 28:50Speaker 2: in our 800 square foot apartment and, you know, wonder
- 28:55Speaker 2: if we were ever going to make it. Like, I
- 28:56Speaker 2: think that's where it's like intriguing. And I hope when
- 29:01Speaker 2: the book comes out, if she just got the deal,
- 29:03Speaker 2: meaning I don't know if she's written it or not,
- 29:05Speaker 2: but I hope if she listens to this, I think
- 29:07Speaker 2: those are the things that people want to like hear.
- 29:10Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 29:11Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 29:11Speaker 2: The most and will make it the most successful book.
- 29:14Speaker 4: She did say she was like, it took me this
- 29:16Speaker 4: long because I had to like let go of a
- 29:17Speaker 4: lot of ego to like face this. I think from
- 29:21Speaker 4: a perspective of.
- 29:22Speaker 2: And time really does heal all wounds.
- 29:24Speaker 4: And give perspective.
- 29:26Speaker 2: And yes. And there's, you know, that's why people like
- 29:28Speaker 2: don't send that email at 2 a.m.
- 29:29Speaker 3: Yes.
- 29:30Speaker 2: Or that text, like maybe write it, maybe think about it,
- 29:33Speaker 2: maybe put it in your notes, see how you feel
- 29:36Speaker 2: two days later, maybe read it to somebody like, you know.
- 29:40Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 29:41Speaker 4: I also wonder if it's because, you know, for better
- 29:46Speaker 4: or worse, there's this always subtext that women, I absolutely
- 29:51Speaker 4: think that they should. But you're supposed to lift each
- 29:56Speaker 4: other up and you're supposed to, like, Yeah. Be together
- 29:59Speaker 4: and do things together and not harm each other and
- 30:02Speaker 4: root for one another and, you know, ignore natural things
- 30:05Speaker 4: like jealousy and, you know, and when that's sort of
- 30:09Speaker 4: an impossible standard.
- 30:10Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 30:11Speaker 4: And I think when two women don't end up, you know,
- 30:15Speaker 4: or their friendship ends up fracturing, you know, for the
- 30:20Speaker 4: sake of vulnerabilities and the fact that as women, we
- 30:22Speaker 4: know how much when you're close to somebody, again, you divulge,
- 30:26Speaker 4: you share, you you know, explore certain things that you
- 30:30Speaker 4: wouldn't necessarily do that when there's a break, it has
- 30:34Speaker 4: to feel a little bit like betrayal.
- 30:36Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 30:36Speaker 4: And I think as, as consumers or of people that we,
- 30:40Speaker 4: when we watch and we love friendships together, we sort
- 30:42Speaker 4: of feel betrayed by the break as well.
- 30:44Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 30:45Speaker 4: Because we want to believe that like, no friendships like that,
- 30:48Speaker 4: actually they, they can work, they should work. So you
- 30:52Speaker 4: kind of are, it leaves you curious as to what
- 30:54Speaker 4: went wrong. Yeah.
- 30:56Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 30:57Speaker 2: And so, and you may never, you know, so it's like,
- 30:58Speaker 2: I think people will be definitely excited to write. And
- 31:02Speaker 2: then of course that won't be the whole book, but
- 31:05Speaker 2: unfortunately when people do books like this, you're like, you
- 31:08Speaker 2: get the book and it's like, So my mother came
- 31:11Speaker 2: from Italy and my father.
- 31:13Speaker 4: And you're like, okay, okay.
- 31:14Speaker 2: And then it's like, and then I took the kickball back.
- 31:17Speaker 2: And that's when I knew I was a badass little girl.
- 31:21Speaker 2: And you're like, okay, she's only eight. Keep going. Yeah.
- 31:24Speaker 4: Okay.
- 31:25Speaker 2: We lost the virginity.
- 31:26Speaker 4: Okay.
- 31:26Speaker 2: Okay. Now this is getting kind of, okay. Now it's
- 31:29Speaker 2: getting juicy. And then I met Alex and you're like, okay.
- 31:33Speaker 2: And then, so it's like, I mean, I wrote a
- 31:36Speaker 2: memoir and I did have the editor say, let's start
- 31:39Speaker 2: it at 18.
- 31:40Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 31:41Speaker 2: I had like, and I wish I knew where those
- 31:43Speaker 2: pages were because they were probably pretty good. And I
- 31:45Speaker 2: don't remember what stories they cut. But I was like,
- 31:48Speaker 2: I hear you. The book is called You'll Never Blue
- 31:50Speaker 2: Ball in this Town Again. Let's get to the dating.
- 31:52Speaker 2: That's what it should be. You know, no one cares.
- 31:55Speaker 2: You know, everyone thinks their own like heritage is super interesting,
- 31:58Speaker 2: but it's really not.
- 32:00Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 32:01Speaker 2: To someone else, like what village your grandpa came from.
- 32:05Speaker 4: They want.
- 32:05Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 32:06Speaker 4: Yeah. They want an exploration into essentially what they know,
- 32:09Speaker 4: but not like too deep away from what they care for.
- 32:13Speaker 2: So Colton Underwood, the famous bachelor who then eventually came
- 32:18Speaker 2: out as a gay man, he was in Traders. We
- 32:22Speaker 2: are recording this before I see the Traders reunion. However,
- 32:25Speaker 2: we've seen a scene where he gets upset and leaves
- 32:28Speaker 2: and Lisa Run is like, oh, you better believe I'm
- 32:30Speaker 2: going to talk about it and brings up the fact
- 32:32Speaker 2: that he obviously was a weirdo and made his fiance
- 32:37Speaker 2: Cassie from the show's Life a Nightmare. What is your
- 32:44Speaker 2: opinion of him or advice to him in this situation
- 32:46Speaker 2: now that it's got brought up again? I mean, the
- 32:48Speaker 2: thing is people do forget about this stuff.
- 32:51Speaker 6: Yes.
- 32:52Speaker 2: And the majority of people forget. They're like, oh, cool.
- 32:55Speaker 2: Colton's on Traders. He already did a show about like
- 32:59Speaker 2: virgins on an island. I don't think it was a
- 33:01Speaker 2: big hit, but he already had his other. So he
- 33:04Speaker 2: came out with a companion series about it, about coming out.
- 33:11Speaker 2: He then got married, and I think they have a child.
- 33:15Speaker 2: And then he did this, co-hosted this dating thing about
- 33:18Speaker 2: like older virgins. And now we got this. I think
- 33:21Speaker 2: people had forgotten. They had accepted that he is a
- 33:27Speaker 2: gay married man father who's a cute guy who's a personality.
- 33:31Speaker 2: And some people are just like, oh, I see that
- 33:32Speaker 2: culting guy. Some people forget that he was ever a bachelor.
- 33:34Speaker 2: You just like forget. And to this to be brought
- 33:37Speaker 2: up in the traitors thing, first by Michael Rapaport, which
- 33:41Speaker 2: then he was criticized for because he was like, if
- 33:44Speaker 2: someone can keep a secret, it's the person who kept
- 33:46Speaker 2: their secret of their sexuality for, you know, 20. He
- 33:49Speaker 2: didn't say it. He never even said that. He goes,
- 33:51Speaker 2: if someone could keep a secret, I think it's you.
- 33:53Speaker 2: Which that show is just pointing at everything. And then
- 33:56Speaker 2: he took that on and was like, oh, because I
- 33:59Speaker 2: lived in pain for 27 years, not truly being myself,
- 34:03Speaker 2: you're homophobic. And then people, 99% of the people were
- 34:07Speaker 2: on Michael Rapaport's side, though they were happy to see
- 34:09Speaker 2: him go because he was annoying. But what do you
- 34:13Speaker 2: think about this bubbling up again? And how do you
- 34:17Speaker 2: even rectify that situation?
- 34:21Speaker 4: I think just to go back to the Lisa part
- 34:24Speaker 4: of this, it's like it's no different than remember when
- 34:26Speaker 4: she was like, were people doing coke in your bathroom? Oh, yeah.
- 34:30Speaker 3: You know? Yeah.
- 34:31Speaker 2: Those are her iconic sayings.
- 34:33Speaker 4: Yeah. And yes, they're iconic. And I think what she
- 34:36Speaker 4: said to him at some point, like, I do think
- 34:39Speaker 4: it'll I mean, it's it's none of this is a
- 34:42Speaker 4: situation to to laugh about. But I guess neither is
- 34:44Speaker 4: drug use when you're a mother of two kids. Yeah.
- 34:47Speaker 3: Right.
- 34:48Speaker 4: These things have repercussions. When you say things like that
- 34:52Speaker 4: in the way that they're said in that public forum,
- 34:54Speaker 4: things do tend to stick. I think, I will say,
- 34:59Speaker 4: I didn't watch The Bachelor, so I was not introduced
- 35:03Speaker 4: to him at that point. I did not know about
- 35:05Speaker 4: the issue with the woman that he was dating or engaged,
- 35:09Speaker 4: dating or, I don't know.
- 35:10Speaker 2: No, they were engaged.
- 35:11Speaker 4: They were engaged.
- 35:12Speaker 2: And then she broke up with him, and that's when
- 35:15Speaker 2: he put the tracker on her car. And then she
- 35:18Speaker 2: had to get a restraining order. And he also harassed her,
- 35:21Speaker 2: sending her horrible texts and her family members' texts for
- 35:26Speaker 2: a year from anonymous numbers. And then he also was like,
- 35:30Speaker 2: I'm getting threatening texts too. And the whole time it
- 35:32Speaker 2: was him. So he did like a catfish thing on himself.
- 35:37Speaker 4: The only thing that I feel like.
- 35:39Speaker 2: Which is really fucking weird. Let's just remind ourselves. That's weird.
- 35:43Speaker 4: But something about this is giving like.
- 35:48Speaker 4: I feel like if he could have addressed it like
- 35:51Speaker 4: fully and head on.
- 35:53Speaker 2: Back then, I think he did. And that's why he
- 35:55Speaker 2: got a forgiveness.
- 35:56Speaker 4: Like with a full explanation of what happened.
- 35:58Speaker 2: I mean, I'm sure there's some statement somewhere where he's like,
- 36:01Speaker 2: I was going through a time. What happened was we
- 36:03Speaker 2: forgave him because everybody knows someone who is gay and
- 36:11Speaker 2: couldn't be honest early in their life. So when he
- 36:15Speaker 2: is like, this is it. For some reason, everybody just said, well,
- 36:20Speaker 2: then we excuse your weird behavior to this girl. And
- 36:24Speaker 2: the girl is beautiful. So people aren't like, well, her
- 36:27Speaker 2: life sucks.
- 36:27Speaker 4: Right.
- 36:28Speaker 2: She already met somebody else and got married. So I
- 36:30Speaker 2: think people are like, she's fine. She's fine. So he
- 36:33Speaker 2: still did all that. And I guess he had good
- 36:35Speaker 2: agents and, and the show went and people wanted to
- 36:38Speaker 2: see it. And, and, I mean, I think he's going
- 36:43Speaker 2: to keep getting work. What are you going to do?
- 36:45Speaker 4: You just have to say, I, he probably will be like,
- 36:47Speaker 4: I already addressed it. I think if he did address it,
- 36:50Speaker 4: that's fine. I know like at the time when, cause
- 36:53Speaker 4: I watched traders religiously, I desperately want to be on
- 36:57Speaker 4: the civilian one.
- 36:58Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 36:59Speaker 4: Um, but I totally get out right away. Um, he,
- 37:04Speaker 4: I remember looking it up and I was like, this
- 37:06Speaker 4: isn't a full picture, whatever it was or however it
- 37:08Speaker 4: was addressed was not like, what you would need to
- 37:11Speaker 4: do in that situation to sort of like free himself
- 37:14Speaker 4: of it. That road was not taken, which in my opinion,
- 37:18Speaker 4: just again, from situations that I've been in similar to this,
- 37:22Speaker 4: maybe there is some sort of agreement of what he
- 37:24Speaker 4: can and cannot talk about or she can. Has she
- 37:27Speaker 4: ever spoken up?
- 37:29Speaker 2: The girlfriend? No, I mean, I think she's living, you know,
- 37:32Speaker 2: a pretty private life now. But no, I mean, the
- 37:35Speaker 2: story was, I remember it was just like, It was,
- 37:38Speaker 2: you know, shocking. It was awful. And when it was
- 37:40Speaker 2: first happening, we just thought he was a weird straight
- 37:43Speaker 2: guy who's like stalking his girlfriend who doesn't want to
- 37:46Speaker 2: be with him anymore. And then I feel like when
- 37:48Speaker 2: we found out he was gay, I feel like women
- 37:50Speaker 2: are like so forgiving and supportive of someone. They're like, oh,
- 37:56Speaker 2: so that's why he acted so awful and was so
- 37:59Speaker 2: possessive and weird and scary. And it's like, well, that
- 38:03Speaker 2: really shouldn't. Sure, you can forgive people, whatever. But, I mean,
- 38:08Speaker 2: it's just interesting that, like, a guy that does that
- 38:12Speaker 2: gets all these more opportunities and everything. But he is cute.
- 38:18Speaker 2: And he is kind of fun to watch on TV.
- 38:20Speaker 2: And so, like, I can also see why he keeps
- 38:22Speaker 2: getting work.
- 38:23Speaker 4: Yeah, I think at the, you know, sometimes with people like,
- 38:27Speaker 4: I think Colton, again, there's a likability about him. I
- 38:32Speaker 4: think when people want to like somebody... and that person
- 38:36Speaker 4: messes up or disappoints, if there is an excuse to
- 38:39Speaker 4: be given, they will latch onto it and move on
- 38:42Speaker 4: because they like that person. They still want to see them.
- 38:44Speaker 4: They want to engage in their world, whatever it is.
- 38:47Speaker 4: If somebody does not have that kind of a reputation
- 38:49Speaker 4: or is not of interest or has had a really
- 38:52Speaker 4: hard time in the media per se, the opposite will happen, right?
- 38:58Speaker 4: Like they will go harder and harder and harder on
- 39:01Speaker 4: the hate. That doesn't seem to have happened in this case.
- 39:04Speaker 4: So I think if he if he did fully at
- 39:07Speaker 4: some point did address it, just let it go. I
- 39:11Speaker 4: don't think I don't think it's worth, you know, I
- 39:15Speaker 4: think he'd be better off finding other mediums and avenues
- 39:19Speaker 4: to like showcase more of who he is outside of
- 39:22Speaker 4: those things.
- 39:23Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 39:25Speaker 4: Who he is as a dad. What is his own
- 39:27Speaker 4: personal life like? What are his interests? Things that go
- 39:31Speaker 4: beyond just if you know him on Traders and you
- 39:34Speaker 4: know him for being that kind of a player. Or
- 39:36Speaker 4: you know him from The.
- 39:36Speaker 2: Bachelor from dating a certain way. What do you think
- 39:38Speaker 2: his future is? Do you think he gets... Because where
- 39:41Speaker 2: do you go from this? Are we really going to
- 39:42Speaker 2: see him hosting another show? I kind of think this might...
- 39:46Speaker 2: Maybe he will go away, kind of.
- 39:48Speaker 4: Has he written a book?
- 39:50Speaker 2: I think he probably has. Most bachelors have.
- 39:54Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 39:56Speaker 2: We'll see.
- 39:56Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 39:57Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 39:57Speaker 4: I think he can survive.
- 39:58Speaker 2: I think he's done everything he can do.
- 40:00Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 40:00Speaker 2: You know, and, but I mean, who knows, you know,
- 40:05Speaker 2: someone like this that has this kind of following, could
- 40:08Speaker 2: he have a clothing company? Could he, you know, people
- 40:10Speaker 2: come with ideas and things.
- 40:13Speaker 4: By the way, he can still make a tremendous living
- 40:15Speaker 4: just from doing stuff on social media and online.
- 40:18Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 40:19Speaker 4: But I will say the timing of this and with
- 40:23Speaker 4: Renna's book coming out and her pissing off a lot
- 40:25Speaker 4: of other people and saying, you know, off-color things will
- 40:30Speaker 4: work to his advantage. Because if she does come for
- 40:32Speaker 4: him on that traitor stage during a week or two
- 40:35Speaker 4: weeks when she's been coming after everybody, I do think
- 40:39Speaker 4: there will be, from a public's perspective, more leniency towards him.
- 40:45Speaker 6: Good.
- 40:46Speaker 2: Okay, so this girl... Oh, I don't have her name
- 40:50Speaker 2: in front of me. But this is the girl who
- 40:53Speaker 2: had this HGTV show on all ready to go.
- 40:57Speaker 4: And it.
- 41:00Speaker 2: Wasn't her first show. And she does, you know, remodeling
- 41:03Speaker 2: and everything on HGTV. And while she was filming something,
- 41:09Speaker 2: she was, you know, instead of saying, oh, shoot, she said, Fart,
- 41:15Speaker 2: the N word. And then she goes, oh my God,
- 41:17Speaker 2: why did I say that? Can you please delete that?
- 41:19Speaker 2: And the guy goes, well, no, because I've been filming
- 41:21Speaker 2: this whole time. So I can't just like stop. And
- 41:24Speaker 2: she's like, oh, fuck my life. Then it got out.
- 41:29Speaker 2: And once it got out, she said, well, that this
- 41:34Speaker 2: person said, I'm going to release it unless you give
- 41:37Speaker 2: me money. And I guess she said no. And then
- 41:41Speaker 2: he did release it. But then HGTV said, just completely
- 41:45Speaker 2: canceled the whole show. It was like done everything. They
- 41:48Speaker 2: were just like, no, which I think, yeah, probably the
- 41:53Speaker 2: right corporate decision or network decision to make. All right.
- 41:57Speaker 2: What's your advice for her in going forward? Go away.
- 42:02Speaker 4: Because I think if in a moment like that, if
- 42:06Speaker 4: that word comes to mind, like that would never come
- 42:09Speaker 4: to my mind if I mess something up I'd be
- 42:12Speaker 4: like fuck or sorry can I say that but like
- 42:16Speaker 4: every other word like would come to mind that would
- 42:20Speaker 4: not like I don't think.
- 42:22Speaker 2: In moments of like it's in her vocabulary it's just
- 42:25Speaker 2: like the Tourette's guy yeah Tourette's or not why I
- 42:31Speaker 2: mean exactly I.
- 42:32Speaker 4: Don't know with like Tourette's if it's the same sort
- 42:36Speaker 4: of a thing like does it just come into your
- 42:38Speaker 4: mind or like is it I don't know enough about
- 42:42Speaker 4: it to like understand the process of like thought.
- 42:45Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 42:46Speaker 2: I mean, I guess, I guess with somebody, I mean,
- 42:49Speaker 2: when you listen to unrestricted songs, it's all in those.
- 42:55Speaker 2: So even if you didn't say it, but you had Tourette's,
- 42:58Speaker 2: maybe then you could say it, but I don't know.
- 43:01Speaker 2: But like in, in her instance, I just remember. Oh
- 43:07Speaker 2: my God. What was the story of the lady that
- 43:10Speaker 2: had like the, white hair and she was southern and
- 43:13Speaker 2: she was like a cooking lady oh and she got
- 43:16Speaker 2: canceled and she had a.
- 43:17Speaker 4: Couple restaurants wasn't no that's she didn't.
- 43:20Speaker 2: Have the butter but her name was like oh i
- 43:22Speaker 2: know people like screaming in their car paula dean yes
- 43:28Speaker 2: she had something like this happen yeah she was it
- 43:30Speaker 2: was a hot mic or something we know where she's
- 43:32Speaker 2: from no does that make a difference? Does it make
- 43:37Speaker 2: it worse?
- 43:37Speaker 4: It doesn't make a difference, but I do feel.
- 43:39Speaker 2: Like you're from the South. Would it make it worse
- 43:41Speaker 2: or better?
- 43:42Speaker 4: Or I don't think, I think it means you probably
- 43:45Speaker 4: have more work to do.
- 43:46Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 43:47Speaker 4: Do you know what I mean? Like, I think that
- 43:48Speaker 4: there are innate, you know, when it comes to issues
- 43:51Speaker 4: of like race and racism, like that's either, you know,
- 43:56Speaker 4: there's the conscious version of it where you absolutely know
- 43:59Speaker 4: you are. And then the unconscious version of it.
- 44:01Speaker 2: Right.
- 44:02Speaker 4: Um, who's to say in this case, what her situation is,
- 44:07Speaker 4: what her background is, if it was acceptable to use
- 44:09Speaker 4: that kind of language while she was growing up. So maybe,
- 44:12Speaker 4: maybe she doesn't use it in her personal life, but
- 44:14Speaker 4: she's been around it enough where it came out. It's
- 44:17Speaker 4: not acceptable. Uh, she needs to go away. She needs
- 44:21Speaker 4: to probably educate herself, understand why that word came out
- 44:26Speaker 4: of her mouth. Um, And revisit it when she can
- 44:32Speaker 4: address it.
- 44:32Speaker 2: So how would you educate? What do you do to
- 44:36Speaker 2: educate someone? Because I remember when Stassi Schroeder got in
- 44:41Speaker 2: her situation, which it was not this, but it was
- 44:45Speaker 2: a time in 2020 where somebody just kind of like
- 44:51Speaker 2: remembered some unsavory things that she had said on podcast episodes.
- 44:56Speaker 2: And she'd had her podcast for a very long time.
- 44:59Speaker 2: And one was about another cast member who was black.
- 45:03Speaker 2: And the other one was her being annoyed about the
- 45:09Speaker 2: Oscars kind of being so diverse. And I'm just being
- 45:13Speaker 2: vague because I don't remember exactly what she said. And
- 45:15Speaker 2: she's doing great now, but it took a lot of years.
- 45:18Speaker 2: And she lost everything. They fired her from the show.
- 45:21Speaker 2: Her agent dumped her. Her publicist dumped her. Her publisher
- 45:25Speaker 2: dumped her because at the time she had a second book.
- 45:27Speaker 2: Eventually the second book came around. But at that time
- 45:30Speaker 2: it was like ready to go and they pulled the deal.
- 45:33Speaker 2: They were about to go on a tour for the podcast. However,
- 45:38Speaker 2: no one was touring at that time because of COVID.
- 45:40Speaker 2: But that got canceled. And then she didn't come out gay,
- 45:45Speaker 2: but she came out pregnant, which I think is... maybe
- 45:48Speaker 2: the second best thing that could happen. So then people
- 45:51Speaker 2: laid off and, and then she made her way back.
- 45:56Speaker 2: She wrote the book, but, but her, um, one time
- 45:59Speaker 2: the person representing her was like, we'd love to have,
- 46:03Speaker 2: I would love to have her have her first interview
- 46:06Speaker 2: with you. And of course, like I was thrilled and
- 46:09Speaker 2: I was, um, in covering it, I was kind of,
- 46:12Speaker 2: I was understanding of what she was going through and
- 46:14Speaker 2: felt bad and was like, just let her have her pregnancy. Um,
- 46:17Speaker 2: But he said she did– he goes, she really did
- 46:20Speaker 2: go to work. She met with a diversity coach and
- 46:25Speaker 2: read these books and everything and really had a better
- 46:28Speaker 2: understanding of why she got to that place, why she
- 46:31Speaker 2: was in that place of such privilege to feel annoyed
- 46:36Speaker 2: to talk about the things that she did talk about
- 46:38Speaker 2: that are like, well, look about– look from this perspective.
- 46:41Speaker 2: So in the end, like she's doing amazing and nobody–
- 46:46Speaker 2: Nobody seems to care, you know, what happened five years
- 46:50Speaker 2: ago when they enjoy her hosting a reunion on the
- 46:53Speaker 2: Hulu network.
- 46:54Speaker 4: Well, it's also because she hasn't messed up again. So
- 46:58Speaker 4: I feel like that's the difference between somebody releasing a
- 47:01Speaker 4: statement that says, I really need to educate myself versus
- 47:05Speaker 4: the person that actually does go and educate themselves. Because
- 47:09Speaker 4: just like you said, there had been comments along the
- 47:11Speaker 4: way that were unsavory. That's that same issue seeping through.
- 47:15Speaker 4: So unless you go to the root of the problem
- 47:17Speaker 4: and actually address it as a human being, it's going
- 47:20Speaker 4: to sneak up and you're going to trip up again.
- 47:23Speaker 4: So there was somebody that I was advising during that
- 47:26Speaker 4: period where I said to them, I will work with you,
- 47:31Speaker 4: but you need to actually go to school. I want
- 47:34Speaker 4: you to go to school. I want you to pay
- 47:36Speaker 4: for a class on learning about bias and race and issues.
- 47:42Speaker 4: And when you are done with that, then we can
- 47:45Speaker 4: revisit this and put a plan forward.
- 47:47Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 47:48Speaker 4: And their recovery was pretty quick. They came back after
- 47:52Speaker 4: the fact they were able to address.
- 47:53Speaker 2: It and move on. Yeah. Um, that's just, yeah, that's interesting. Um, okay.
- 47:59Speaker 2: The Beckhams, you know, the Beckhams, uh, have been public
- 48:03Speaker 2: people for many years. They have the ultimate sticky daughter-in-law situation. Um,
- 48:10Speaker 2: And how do you feel about that whole situation with
- 48:15Speaker 2: Brooklyn and Nicola?
- 48:17Speaker 4: Yeah, Nicola.
- 48:18Speaker 2: Nicola.
- 48:21Speaker 4: I think it's a similar type of thing where, you know,
- 48:24Speaker 4: not so different to necessarily Alex Cooper or even, you know,
- 48:30Speaker 4: the Duchess of Sussex at one point, which is like
- 48:35Speaker 4: people come into the situation with a preconceived notion about
- 48:38Speaker 4: who they are. whether they've heard something or they've decided.
- 48:42Speaker 4: And I think in this case with Nicola, um, she's
- 48:47Speaker 4: never really been that, you know, beloved. I think the
- 48:52Speaker 4: beloved family was, is the Beckhams. Um, and I think
- 48:57Speaker 4: for people sometimes when there's somebody that gets to marry
- 49:00Speaker 4: into a situation like that, even though she's of course
- 49:04Speaker 4: wealthy beyond means, but like, The fame and like they
- 49:07Speaker 4: are an iconic family. They are a part of like,
- 49:10Speaker 4: you know. Our zeitgeist pop culture. Yeah. There's a legacy there, right.
- 49:16Speaker 4: Beyond just being, um, on whatever track she was on
- 49:20Speaker 4: that I think from the get go kind of did
- 49:24Speaker 4: not set her up. Again, if you don't tell, if
- 49:28Speaker 4: you're not able to tell your own story, like other
- 49:30Speaker 4: people will do it for you.
- 49:32Speaker 3: Right.
- 49:32Speaker 4: And so she, she had never really addressed who she
- 49:36Speaker 4: was separate from him. I think she was trying to act. Yeah.
- 49:40Speaker 4: So then when you come into a situation like this
- 49:42Speaker 4: and there's sort of no barometer on who you are,
- 49:45Speaker 4: it's really easy to pick apart somebody during a time
- 49:48Speaker 4: like this.
- 49:49Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 49:50Speaker 4: The other part of this is like, you know, when
- 49:53Speaker 4: things are relatable and I think everybody knows somebody that
- 49:56Speaker 4: has either married, dated, experimented with somebody that their family
- 50:02Speaker 4: or friends did not like.
- 50:03Speaker 2: Right.
- 50:04Speaker 4: And so when you get that vibe, if you've been
- 50:07Speaker 4: on the other side where you have not liked somebody,
- 50:09Speaker 4: somebody that somebody close to you has been with you're
- 50:12Speaker 4: more likely emotionally to side with the side that's struggling
- 50:16Speaker 4: with it and struggling with that person so it already
- 50:19Speaker 4: puts her like kind of in an odd odd position.
- 50:22Speaker 2: Yeah even though like i i have a daughter and
- 50:25Speaker 2: two boys i always think i've always thought of it
- 50:28Speaker 2: more like you don't like the husband of your daughter
- 50:30Speaker 2: you know.
- 50:31Speaker 4: Yeah and um Well, no one's ever good enough. I
- 50:35Speaker 4: feel like there's that.
- 50:36Speaker 2: But I've always remembered one time, Kris Jenner, when the
- 50:39Speaker 2: first time I was hearing about, early, early on, before
- 50:42Speaker 2: they had ever had a show and we were friendly,
- 50:44Speaker 2: and I was like, wait, Kim got married at 18
- 50:47Speaker 2: to this older guy. He was in his 30s, had
- 50:51Speaker 2: four kids, and met him and got married in Vegas
- 50:55Speaker 2: or something at 18. And I was like, oh my God,
- 51:00Speaker 2: how did you deal with that to Kris? And she
- 51:04Speaker 2: just said, well, I embraced him and I, you know,
- 51:09Speaker 2: included them in everything. And she didn't say this part,
- 51:13Speaker 2: but I realized why it was smart. It was like,
- 51:19Speaker 2: you know, you got to remain being there because then
- 51:23Speaker 2: once it doesn't work out, God forbid he's abusive or
- 51:27Speaker 2: something or cheats on her and she wants out, she
- 51:31Speaker 2: doesn't She's still in a good relationship with you, so
- 51:35Speaker 2: she can go to your house. And if it's like,
- 51:38Speaker 2: if you're with that piece of trash, I'm not talking
- 51:40Speaker 2: to you, then they're so embarrassed. Then the isolation starts,
- 51:43Speaker 2: and they're so embarrassed that they might stay. And I
- 51:46Speaker 2: think even with a guy, it's really hard as the
- 51:51Speaker 2: mom because you're just like, okay, this woman hates me,
- 51:53Speaker 2: and I don't know what to do, and he's my son.
- 51:55Speaker 2: And again, I just think you have to be the
- 51:59Speaker 2: bigger person And you have to continue to invite him or,
- 52:05Speaker 2: you know.
- 52:05Speaker 4: I think that's absolutely. I mean, I had to.
- 52:07Speaker 2: And you just keep doing it and be like, it's
- 52:08Speaker 2: my birthday. Do you think you can meet me for lunch? No, no, no. And,
- 52:12Speaker 2: you know, what are you going to do? And then
- 52:14Speaker 2: you just have to know for your own soul as
- 52:16Speaker 2: a parent. Like, I tried. I texted, you know, four
- 52:20Speaker 2: times a year, no matter what, no matter how many
- 52:22Speaker 2: years went. I sent a card. Da, da, da, da.
- 52:26Speaker 2: But I also get at a certain point as a parent,
- 52:28Speaker 2: you're like, all right. I'm, you're an adult too. So like,
- 52:33Speaker 2: if you don't want to mess with me, like I'm
- 52:35Speaker 2: not going to keep putting my heart on the soul.
- 52:37Speaker 2: But the chances of someone who gets married at 22
- 52:40Speaker 2: years old or whatever he was actually staying married forever
- 52:44Speaker 2: is very low. So I'm like, I think eventually they'll
- 52:48Speaker 2: break up and you don't want to have too much
- 52:52Speaker 2: time pass with your son. Yeah.
- 52:54Speaker 4: I think, by the way, you're even just from, I'll
- 52:57Speaker 4: say personal experience, you're a hundred percent right. I think
- 53:00Speaker 4: when you That isolation piece is so key because it
- 53:07Speaker 4: ends up creating this like it's an us against the
- 53:09Speaker 4: world dynamic.
- 53:10Speaker 2: Right.
- 53:11Speaker 4: And then what usually ends up happening is then one
- 53:14Speaker 4: person after being in that bubble starts to decide like,
- 53:18Speaker 4: maybe I actually want to see what the world is like.
- 53:20Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 53:21Speaker 4: And then the other person's like, no, no, no, stay
- 53:23Speaker 4: in this with me. It's just us. And then that's
- 53:25Speaker 4: usually where like the friction starts to begin.
- 53:27Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 53:28Speaker 4: I think in dynamics like this. But I think, you know,
- 53:34Speaker 4: for those two, I haven't understood why at least I
- 53:39Speaker 4: totally get wanting to express yourself and share what you're
- 53:43Speaker 4: going through. That's something I think all people want, whether
- 53:47Speaker 4: you're famous or you're not. But what the purpose and
- 53:50Speaker 4: the timing was for them to put out that statement
- 53:54Speaker 4: now when there have been rumors for years now that
- 53:58Speaker 4: something is off in the dynamic. I think, you know,
- 54:05Speaker 4: one thing that I would have advised against in a
- 54:07Speaker 4: statement like that is the pointing of the fingers with
- 54:10Speaker 4: specific examples.
- 54:13Speaker 2: Oh, you mean like with how they said about the
- 54:15Speaker 2: wedding and the dance?
- 54:16Speaker 4: The wedding and the dog. What was the dog? That
- 54:20Speaker 4: they had asked, I think, her to either house some
- 54:23Speaker 4: puppies after the fire or donate something.
- 54:26Speaker 2: They asked Victoria?
- 54:27Speaker 4: Victoria. And she never responded or didn't engage. I think people,
- 54:35Speaker 4: you know, as much as it's interesting to read and
- 54:37Speaker 4: see all the memes and, like, that was a joyful
- 54:39Speaker 4: week on the internet in a lot of ways, but, like,
- 54:42Speaker 4: at least for, certainly not for them, that, like, you,
- 54:52Speaker 4: when you do that, you open up A whole new
- 54:57Speaker 4: can of worms. And the focus then becomes on like, well,
- 55:00Speaker 4: did that happen? Like they found the DJ that did
- 55:03Speaker 4: the wedding to like ask. He's like on the Today
- 55:06Speaker 4: Show or something being like, this is let me set
- 55:07Speaker 4: it straight.
- 55:08Speaker 1: Right.
- 55:09Speaker 2: I wondered about that DJ thing. I thought maybe I
- 55:14Speaker 2: think that the Beckhams like said, can you go do
- 55:17Speaker 2: these interviews? Because I think he came off. It was
- 55:20Speaker 2: good for the Beckhams because he was like, didn't he
- 55:23Speaker 2: say that?
- 55:24Speaker 4: No, I think he actually said it was like weird.
- 55:26Speaker 6: Oh, no.
- 55:27Speaker 2: Okay, so maybe the name. I feel like somebody must
- 55:30Speaker 2: have given their approval for him to go because why
- 55:33Speaker 2: would you jeopardize being the person that's the DJ that's
- 55:37Speaker 2: telling the secrets?
- 55:38Speaker 4: Well, at the same time, you're, you know, not forgetting
- 55:42Speaker 4: who her side of the family family is.
- 55:44Speaker 2: The billionaire side.
- 55:45Speaker 4: Yeah. There could be, he may, he may never have
- 55:47Speaker 4: to DJ again.
- 55:48Speaker 2: That's what I'm thinking to, to, to keep the story.
- 55:51Speaker 2: Because then it was like, we were hearing like, no,
- 55:53Speaker 2: it was Mark Anthony who said it. And it was
- 55:56Speaker 2: a salsa or something that would say, put your hands
- 56:00Speaker 2: on the hips. And then we also heard, no, they
- 56:02Speaker 2: already had their first dance.
- 56:04Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 56:05Speaker 2: They weren't, this was not the first dance. And like,
- 56:08Speaker 2: And people didn't have their phones because it was a
- 56:10Speaker 2: big high profile wedding. So, yeah. And then also just that, like,
- 56:15Speaker 2: you know, they're rich, but the parents' family is richer
- 56:19Speaker 2: and they don't have to do, you know, supposedly get
- 56:21Speaker 2: a million dollars a month. They don't really have to
- 56:23Speaker 2: do anything ever again.
- 56:25Speaker 4: So why not just, I don't know what this afforded them.
- 56:29Speaker 2: This is what I think. I think, again, you're in
- 56:33Speaker 2: the relationship with the person that's set to isolate you.
- 56:37Speaker 2: it becomes, I just don't want to fight. So if
- 56:41Speaker 2: I bring up my mom or if I go to
- 56:43Speaker 2: see my mom, you are mad at me for a week.
- 56:46Speaker 2: You mentally torture me. You give me the silent treatment. Fine,
- 56:51Speaker 2: I won't go to the lunch. And that's what happens. Like,
- 56:53Speaker 2: I mean, the more common dynamic is a man doing
- 56:56Speaker 2: it to a woman where she's like, I want to
- 56:59Speaker 2: see my friends. No, I hate all your friends.
- 57:00Speaker 6: Right.
- 57:01Speaker 2: Okay, well, I want to see my sister. And then
- 57:03Speaker 2: he finds something that, you know, he doesn't like about
- 57:05Speaker 2: the sister anymore. And then if you get caught lying,
- 57:08Speaker 2: then he's like, you've lied. You saw your sister. And
- 57:10Speaker 2: you're like, fine, I won't see my sister. And the
- 57:12Speaker 2: next thing you know, now you're being hit and you
- 57:16Speaker 2: have no one to call.
- 57:17Speaker 4: Correct. Yeah.
- 57:18Speaker 2: So it's like... if it, maybe it.
- 57:20Speaker 4: Was some sort of declaration to her, like I, I am,
- 57:25Speaker 4: I am yours behind the scenes and privately, and now
- 57:28Speaker 4: I'm making it public, but we, we've sort of seen
- 57:32Speaker 4: this scenario play out before and it has not, uh,
- 57:37Speaker 4: it hasn't, you know, necessarily, I don't think anybody would
- 57:40Speaker 4: say like that was a slam dunk, right? Like it
- 57:42Speaker 4: didn't come with a lot of repercussions. So, um, Again,
- 57:48Speaker 4: I don't know what the point of it was. And
- 57:51Speaker 4: I think without that intention, it's hard to kind of
- 57:54Speaker 4: feel badly for them, especially because they're incredibly privileged. And
- 57:59Speaker 4: they do both have parents that are healthy. You know
- 58:04Speaker 4: what I mean? How bad is it beyond just maybe
- 58:09Speaker 4: not fully embracing one another? I will say, though... Like
- 58:15Speaker 4: there are certain times and like my team always will
- 58:17Speaker 4: like they'll know because I'll usually like end up like
- 58:20Speaker 4: on the floor because I think it's like the best
- 58:22Speaker 4: response ever. What David did when he was asked.
- 58:26Speaker 2: Which was what?
- 58:27Speaker 4: He was sort of like he was at some other event.
- 58:30Speaker 4: I think maybe Davos. And he said children are allowed
- 58:34Speaker 4: to make mistakes. And I think he said such errors
- 58:40Speaker 4: are part of learning and that parents sometimes have to
- 58:42Speaker 4: let that happen.
- 58:44Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 58:45Speaker 4: And I was sort of like. That is a great response.
- 58:48Speaker 4: That's like dead in the water.
- 58:50Speaker 2: We're unfazed. We're unbothered. This is our kid. And we're
- 58:53Speaker 2: not going to pick apart what he said. And we're
- 58:55Speaker 2: not going to try to get the audience on our
- 58:58Speaker 2: side when it's an internal family problem. Brilliant.
- 59:01Speaker 4: Like no notes.
- 59:03Speaker 2: Genius. Great. You know, Prince Andrew's been a big problem
- 59:06Speaker 2: for years for the royals since like 2000. this photo
- 59:12Speaker 2: came out with Ghislaine Maxwell and of course Virginia, who
- 59:16Speaker 2: has since passed, but she really was the person who
- 59:19Speaker 2: wrote the book and told all about it. He said,
- 59:21Speaker 2: I never, this photo is Photoshopped. I said, oh, I
- 59:24Speaker 2: never went to that nightclub. And she said he was
- 59:27Speaker 2: sweating all over me. He said, I had a disease
- 59:29Speaker 2: that caused me not to sweat. And, you know, he
- 59:33Speaker 2: did that BBC interview, which was shocking. And in your knowledge,
- 59:38Speaker 2: did he have... Did he just go do that rogue?
- 59:41Speaker 2: Or did they... Do you think the royal publicist or
- 59:44Speaker 2: whoever told him that he could do that interview?
- 59:48Speaker 1: I remember.
- 59:49Speaker 4: I saw... There was... I think there's a doc... No,
- 59:51Speaker 4: it's not a documentary, but it's... It's... might be a
- 59:58Speaker 4: movie or a series on Netflix where they like went
- 1:00:00Speaker 4: into it if I recall properly I think he ended
- 1:00:04Speaker 4: up pushing it like he was advised against doing it
- 1:00:08Speaker 4: and ultimately was like the one that was like no
- 1:00:10Speaker 4: I'm doing it I can do it I can.
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: Pull this off okay so with with this now he's
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: been arrested um does this reflect horribly on the royal
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: family I don't I think it I think once this
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: came out six years ago, the damage was done. And
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: now at this point, you're like, yeah, if he has
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: to go to prison, whatever, let him go. Obviously, you know,
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: he is in the royal family. It's just there's a
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: little bit of question, like, if they're going to find
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: anything else, how any royals were ever implicated. But it
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: doesn't seem like they are.
- 1:00:48Speaker 4: I don't think so.
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: I do.
- 1:00:50Speaker 4: You know, I... What's unfortunate about it is now that
- 1:00:55Speaker 4: it's gotten this far, I think, you know, everybody knew
- 1:00:59Speaker 4: how much Her Majesty the Queen loved Andrew. It's her son,
- 1:01:05Speaker 4: of course. And it definitely seemed like at some point,
- 1:01:13Speaker 4: whether it's King Charles or the palace or whomever, was
- 1:01:19Speaker 4: made aware that some more shit was about to go down.
- 1:01:23Speaker 4: Because that's when, all of a sudden, now we're taking
- 1:01:26Speaker 4: his title away.
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:01:28Speaker 4: And we're taking his residence away. And we're taking security away.
- 1:01:32Speaker 4: When the entire time up until that point, he had
- 1:01:34Speaker 4: all of those things.
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: And the kids are King Charles, Princess Anne.
- 1:01:40Speaker 6: Yes.
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: Then Andrew. And then like Edwin. Edward. And then Andrew.
- 1:01:45Speaker 2: Andrew's the youngest.
- 1:01:47Speaker 4: I actually don't know.
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: But those are the four.
- 1:01:50Speaker 4: Yeah, those are the four.
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: And the other, Edwin or Edward, whatever he's doing, he's
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: just sort of.
- 1:01:56Speaker 4: Yeah, he's up.
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: He doesn't do anything wrong, but he doesn't, he's not,
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: you know, a juicy topic. And he's so far down
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: the line that, you know.
- 1:02:05Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: It wouldn't really matter.
- 1:02:07Speaker 4: But I think it's good in the time since, obviously,
- 1:02:12Speaker 4: you know, the difference once, you know, King Charles became
- 1:02:16Speaker 4: King Charles. and then was clearly briefed about all of this,
- 1:02:20Speaker 4: I think he did do the right things by removing
- 1:02:23Speaker 4: that at a time before the public got to know
- 1:02:26Speaker 4: everything and all this new information. Rather than doing it
- 1:02:30Speaker 4: right now would seem like, how did you not know?
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: Even though they don't have power, like as far as
- 1:02:36Speaker 2: like with the country, it is, I mean, you know,
- 1:02:41Speaker 2: in a hundred years, if this is made into whatever
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: form of movie and TV is, It is pretty juicy. Like,
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: I wonder, is the crown done? I mean, or could
- 1:02:53Speaker 2: there be another season of the crown that brings us
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: up to this time where he's being, you know, taken of?
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: I mean, that would be pretty good.
- 1:03:02Speaker 4: I feel like this, I feel like the crown got
- 1:03:06Speaker 4: us so far.
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:03:07Speaker 4: I feel like there's a whole nother series waiting for
- 1:03:10Speaker 4: this last past chapter into that includes this and you know,
- 1:03:17Speaker 4: obviously other transitions, et cetera. And potentially as William and
- 1:03:21Speaker 4: Kate obviously ascend a bit higher. But this is, you know,
- 1:03:27Speaker 4: at the end of the day, like there's always a
- 1:03:29Speaker 4: bad apple. You know what I mean?
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: I mean, talk about the ultimate bad apple.
- 1:03:32Speaker 4: This is like the, you know, this is, I would
- 1:03:34Speaker 4: say rotten.
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: Because like, you know, there's that photo of Epstein and
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: Ghislaine on the porch of that Like frogs, whatever. There's
- 1:03:44Speaker 2: some house of theirs. What's it called?
- 1:03:46Speaker 4: Was it at Frogmore?
- 1:03:47Speaker 2: Yeah, it's at Frogmore. They're clearly on the porch of that. So, like,
- 1:03:50Speaker 2: they were there. They have, you know, there's... Now it
- 1:03:53Speaker 2: could have been they just had a tea. You know,
- 1:03:56Speaker 2: who knows? But I think that's where it's like, oh,
- 1:03:58Speaker 2: my God. You know, if anything more nefarious happened, like,
- 1:04:04Speaker 2: on the actual royal property, that would be a lot. I.
- 1:04:10Speaker 2: So we'll see. We'll see what happens with him. Okay.
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: John and Carolyn Bessette were watching the show Love Story.
- 1:04:19Speaker 2: During that time, you were a young girl. So you
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: were not in the position you are today. But I
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: thought it'd be kind of fun to do like a hypothetical.
- 1:04:30Speaker 2: When they were in the news all the time and
- 1:04:32Speaker 2: their arguments got caught on tape and people were, you know...
- 1:04:37Speaker 2: Trying to say, are you going to have a baby?
- 1:04:39Speaker 2: Is someone cheating? She's a bitch. You know, all the
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: articles all the time because we were so obsessed with
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: their style and who they were. How do you, I mean,
- 1:04:52Speaker 2: what is your opinion of that? Of here you are,
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: this girl that, you know, didn't, was not a thirst bucket.
- 1:04:59Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:04:59Speaker 4: Yeah. I, well, first I'll say it's interesting because I, I, again,
- 1:05:04Speaker 4: I remember the day that that plane crashed. So I, I,
- 1:05:08Speaker 4: and I remember the significance of the two of them, uh,
- 1:05:13Speaker 4: more so him, but you know, I think for her
- 1:05:20Speaker 4: in wanting to maintain a more private life, which I understand, um,
- 1:05:27Speaker 4: I don't think there was ever an opportunity or an
- 1:05:30Speaker 4: interview or a lot of times where she was sort
- 1:05:34Speaker 4: of able to say, like, this is who I am.
- 1:05:37Speaker 4: And as a result, the mystique around her and the
- 1:05:42Speaker 4: not knowing created a much larger circus. They said there's
- 1:05:45Speaker 4: very little audio of her voice at all. Yeah. And look,
- 1:05:50Speaker 4: I mean, it's even hard. I think in the show,
- 1:05:53Speaker 4: it's a lot of us besides seeing a photo of her.
- 1:05:57Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:05:58Speaker 4: It's our first time kind of understanding maybe who she
- 1:06:01Speaker 4: is or who she was. Um, and, and what's interesting
- 1:06:06Speaker 4: is like, at least for me in my perspective, how,
- 1:06:10Speaker 4: how the show is defining her is sort of different
- 1:06:12Speaker 4: than how I envisioned her in my mind. Uh, I
- 1:06:16Speaker 4: didn't know that she was as, you know, if, if
- 1:06:18Speaker 4: they're doing a perfect portrayal, um, as sort of, like,
- 1:06:23Speaker 4: confident and suave as she was. Like, I kind of
- 1:06:26Speaker 4: always thought she was more.
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: I mean, according to Carol Radziwill, she really was, like,
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: the most confident girl she ever met.
- 1:06:33Speaker 4: Yeah. Like, that doesn't necessarily come through in the photos.
- 1:06:37Speaker 4: I think you can see she's sort of always positioned
- 1:06:42Speaker 4: and looks to him with a lot of admiration or
- 1:06:45Speaker 4: she's showing a lot of joy and expression on her
- 1:06:48Speaker 4: face that this was, like, truly, you know... a love
- 1:06:52Speaker 4: story for them. And maybe she did not want to
- 1:06:54Speaker 4: allow any more, um, any more intrigue into their life.
- 1:06:59Speaker 4: But I think by not doing that, you kind of
- 1:07:05Speaker 4: cause a bigger, you know, a bigger commotion around yourself
- 1:07:10Speaker 4: because it's, it's so not acceptable. It's so, I mean,
- 1:07:13Speaker 4: not acceptable. It's so inaccessible and it's so exclusive that, It.
- 1:07:18Speaker 2: Was such a different time because I'm like, you know,
- 1:07:20Speaker 2: it'd be so weird now if a girl that looked
- 1:07:23Speaker 2: like her and lived in New York in 2026 didn't
- 1:07:26Speaker 2: have an Instagram account and wasn't doing get ready with
- 1:07:29Speaker 2: me's and things. And then she just didn't really want
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: that life and didn't like it. But maybe that's because
- 1:07:38Speaker 2: it wasn't on her. Maybe that time of where the
- 1:07:41Speaker 2: paparazzi would follow you around and write stories about you.
- 1:07:45Speaker 2: I'm thinking that probably was much harder life than just
- 1:07:50Speaker 2: being able to put it out all yourself. Because, I mean, truly,
- 1:07:56Speaker 2: I think Instagram and, you know, doing your own social
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: media is what killed that whole industry of magazines. Because...
- 1:08:07Speaker 2: People are able to say, you know, how they feel
- 1:08:10Speaker 2: about things, what they're doing, what they're saying.
- 1:08:12Speaker 4: Well, you can see them.
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: Like, now we see new photos.
- 1:08:15Speaker 4: Like, I remember I used to, like, go to my
- 1:08:18Speaker 4: mom's office and, like, I couldn't wait if she had, like,
- 1:08:20Speaker 4: an Us Weekly or People to see, like, what is
- 1:08:22Speaker 4: Mary-Kate wearing? Like, now it's no problem. Well, actually, they're
- 1:08:25Speaker 4: still kind of exclusive. But, like, yeah, they don't have Instagrams.
- 1:08:29Speaker 4: They're kind of off the grid. Again, there's a lot of,
- 1:08:33Speaker 4: I'd say that they're way more papped. Than other celebrities
- 1:08:37Speaker 4: that are on social media and are sharing more of themselves.
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: I wonder if that's going to be a sign of
- 1:08:43Speaker 2: true status in a little bit. Where it's like, I
- 1:08:48Speaker 2: don't have to be online.
- 1:08:49Speaker 4: Correct. I think in a way it is.
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: I think it is kind of coming to that point.
- 1:08:54Speaker 4: It's quiet luxury.
- 1:08:55Speaker 2: It's quiet luxury. I don't need to post about my yacht.
- 1:08:58Speaker 2: I don't need to film everything. little thing I do.
- 1:09:01Speaker 2: I don't need the public to say how great I am.
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: I'm so confident. Because I'm always just like, even when
- 1:09:09Speaker 2: I see a Britney Spears taking to the foyer again,
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: I'm like, she must get something by seeing that 100,000
- 1:09:18Speaker 2: people liked it and, you know, 50,000 shared it. Even
- 1:09:22Speaker 2: though she cut off the comments, it's like she needs
- 1:09:25Speaker 2: that little drug. You know, she needs that bump of like, okay,
- 1:09:30Speaker 2: people are looking and talking about me. And I think
- 1:09:33Speaker 2: it does say a lot when a pretty girl is
- 1:09:37Speaker 2: just that. Like, I wonder if like old school socialites...
- 1:09:42Speaker 2: will come back into play and that they are not accessible,
- 1:09:47Speaker 2: that you cannot follow them. But it'll be, I don't know.
- 1:09:50Speaker 2: I think that it's so saturated and with the AI
- 1:09:54Speaker 2: and everything, I feel like there is going to be
- 1:09:57Speaker 2: some wave that's going to start to emerge in the
- 1:10:00Speaker 2: next couple of years. That's like maybe not the alpha generation,
- 1:10:05Speaker 2: which is after Z, but like the betas. Like I
- 1:10:10Speaker 2: wonder if like those parents are, not going to be
- 1:10:13Speaker 2: all about the iPad in front of their kid's face
- 1:10:15Speaker 2: all the time and are like, yeah, you know, they
- 1:10:19Speaker 2: seem to be more protective of their kids. And like,
- 1:10:21Speaker 2: I feel like that generation might be different and be,
- 1:10:23Speaker 2: it might be like, no, there's that world. And then
- 1:10:26Speaker 2: there's the, the real world that isn't being chronic, chronicled, whatever.
- 1:10:32Speaker 4: No, I, I, I certainly agree with that, but I do,
- 1:10:37Speaker 4: I do think, and I think I said this earlier,
- 1:10:39Speaker 4: it's like, if you don't, tell your story, somebody else will.
- 1:10:42Speaker 4: And that's exactly what is happening with this show and
- 1:10:45Speaker 4: how this is playing out, especially for a generation that
- 1:10:49Speaker 4: did not like was not alive when, when they were around.
- 1:10:52Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:10:52Speaker 4: This is like their first.
- 1:10:54Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:10:54Speaker 2: Like I wonder if they did have like where she
- 1:10:57Speaker 2: was like, sure, I'll go on the today show with
- 1:10:59Speaker 2: you and things like that. Then we would have like
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: seen their funny dynamic and maybe you're right. Maybe if
- 1:11:04Speaker 2: there wasn't such a mystery, maybe they wouldn't have been
- 1:11:07Speaker 2: as hounded. Because I do feel like with other famous
- 1:11:11Speaker 2: couples that were mysterious at one time and like the,
- 1:11:15Speaker 2: you know, like the Royals who then moved to America
- 1:11:18Speaker 2: and stuff, the interest has died down as far as like,
- 1:11:21Speaker 2: what are they doing? Where are they going? What is
- 1:11:23Speaker 2: she wearing? Because they, she does have Instagram and they,
- 1:11:28Speaker 2: they did have a TV show. And so I feel
- 1:11:30Speaker 2: like that's probably good for them or maybe not but
- 1:11:34Speaker 2: definitely it's like the the hunger is not what it
- 1:11:37Speaker 2: was five years ago to just just get any glimpse
- 1:11:41Speaker 2: into this mysterious life.
- 1:11:43Speaker 4: And i don't think it ever has to be or
- 1:11:45Speaker 4: in their case especially like i think it would have
- 1:11:47Speaker 4: still made sense if it was just like one thing
- 1:11:53Speaker 4: yeah you know maybe it was one beautiful interview that
- 1:11:56Speaker 4: they even did together or something It doesn't have to
- 1:12:00Speaker 4: be all that, like, and now I'm on the cover
- 1:12:02Speaker 4: of this magazine. I'm doing this in, like, a full-blown campaign.
- 1:12:05Speaker 4: She doesn't need to justify her existence.
- 1:12:08Speaker 2: She's accomplished.
- 1:12:08Speaker 4: She's beautiful. He loves her, and she loves him. That, like,
- 1:12:13Speaker 4: that's sort of enough. But I think there's this sort
- 1:12:18Speaker 4: of notion amongst people. It's like, if you're not willing
- 1:12:21Speaker 4: to show us who you are, then, like, also, what
- 1:12:23Speaker 4: are you hiding?
- 1:12:24Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:12:24Speaker 4: Which, again, like, pushes the intrigue.
- 1:12:27Speaker 2: Right, right. Okay, last one we're going to talk about.
- 1:12:33Speaker 2: Armie Hammer. That was an interesting time when, especially now
- 1:12:38Speaker 2: with the Epstein files of cannibalism and that he wrote
- 1:12:42Speaker 2: girls that he was cheating on his wife with things like,
- 1:12:46Speaker 2: I want to take out your rib and barbecue and
- 1:12:48Speaker 2: eat it and all that. And then But then when
- 1:12:52Speaker 2: it really all came out and they did the documentary, which,
- 1:12:55Speaker 2: by the way, by the time that doc came out,
- 1:12:57Speaker 2: I felt like people were over the story. And also
- 1:13:01Speaker 2: it's in his defense. It sounded like, well, he was
- 1:13:05Speaker 2: into the, you know, Fifty Shades of Grey kind of thing.
- 1:13:09Speaker 2: And these girls participated. And, yeah, probably fucked them up.
- 1:13:13Speaker 2: Who wouldn't? But they didn't get a lot of sympathy. And, again,
- 1:13:19Speaker 2: the interest had waned. Now he is doing a podcast
- 1:13:22Speaker 2: like the rest of us.
- 1:13:24Speaker 4: And his mom, too.
- 1:13:25Speaker 2: She has her own or she's just a guest on
- 1:13:27Speaker 2: it all the time?
- 1:13:27Speaker 4: No, her mom, it was just, I think, announced. Her
- 1:13:30Speaker 4: mom now has a podcast.
- 1:13:31Speaker 2: You mean his mom?
- 1:13:32Speaker 4: His mom. His mom has a podcast where she will
- 1:13:38Speaker 4: be interviewing men who have been canceled. Okay.
- 1:13:41Speaker 6: Okay.
- 1:13:43Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:13:44Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:13:46Speaker 2: I was really into this story. I had his aunt
- 1:13:50Speaker 2: on who'd written this book years prior. I remember that, actually.
- 1:13:53Speaker 2: And Casey. But then, like everybody else, I was kind
- 1:13:58Speaker 2: of like, well, okay, here's your podcast. And I think
- 1:14:04Speaker 2: he's doing okay. I don't know. I personally don't think eventually, sure,
- 1:14:10Speaker 2: he might be acting again in something else. He'll never
- 1:14:13Speaker 2: be at that movie star like status that he was
- 1:14:16Speaker 2: because he's older and there's other people now that have been,
- 1:14:20Speaker 2: you know, that are just as hot and everything. And
- 1:14:22Speaker 2: it seemed like a lot of the things that he
- 1:14:24Speaker 2: was getting were, were kind of duds after his initial
- 1:14:28Speaker 2: like thing with Timothee Chalamet. And, but he kept getting
- 1:14:32Speaker 2: these parts because he like was good looking. And then
- 1:14:35Speaker 2: when this whole thing happened and he essentially like got canceled,
- 1:14:40Speaker 2: I don't know. Like, where do you, what is your
- 1:14:42Speaker 2: prediction of him? I feel like people don't care.
- 1:14:46Speaker 4: I don't think people care, but I also don't necessarily
- 1:14:49Speaker 4: want any more.
- 1:14:50Speaker 2: I don't want any more either, but I also feel
- 1:14:52Speaker 2: like that was such a big cancellation. That was such
- 1:14:56Speaker 2: a crazy thing. And again, it was at that weird
- 1:14:58Speaker 2: COVID time that people were just like thirsty for anything
- 1:15:02Speaker 2: to like latch on and get obsessed with. And, but
- 1:15:07Speaker 2: now I, I'm like, Yeah, it's so weird that after
- 1:15:11Speaker 2: a few years you're like, oh, remember that whole thing
- 1:15:14Speaker 2: about Armie Hammerling wanting to eat girls' ribs? And he
- 1:15:18Speaker 2: just was like, yeah, I was a cheater and I
- 1:15:21Speaker 2: was fucked up and I wrote sick shit to girls
- 1:15:25Speaker 2: that I was cheating on my wife with. And you're
- 1:15:27Speaker 2: just like, okay.
- 1:15:30Speaker 4: Yeah. I don't know. I mean, it also takes so
- 1:15:33Speaker 4: much today. for anybody to be a movie star, especially
- 1:15:37Speaker 4: like having to kind of start over and having this,
- 1:15:40Speaker 4: I mean like, I feel like Glenn Powell has been
- 1:15:43Speaker 4: like in the running and like the closest thing we've
- 1:15:45Speaker 4: had to sort of like that mold of an old
- 1:15:48Speaker 4: school movie star. And even still, it's not like guaranteed
- 1:15:52Speaker 4: box office success. So like for him, for people to
- 1:15:56Speaker 4: want to take a risk on him from a creative standpoint,
- 1:16:01Speaker 4: I think is going to be really tough.
- 1:16:03Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:16:05Speaker 4: I think he might have done one or two things that, like,
- 1:16:07Speaker 4: did not rise to the level.
- 1:16:09Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:16:11Speaker 4: But, you know, maybe he can.
- 1:16:13Speaker 2: He could just be a podcaster. He could be a podcaster.
- 1:16:15Speaker 2: Great life.
- 1:16:16Speaker 4: Again, maybe sometime, like, he may have this amazing personality
- 1:16:21Speaker 4: that we don't know about.
- 1:16:22Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:16:23Speaker 4: Because we only know him to be an actor and, like,
- 1:16:25Speaker 4: maybe an on and off cannibal.
- 1:16:26Speaker 2: You know what I mean?
- 1:16:27Speaker 4: But, like, we don't know.
- 1:16:28Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:16:29Speaker 4: We don't know yet. If he gives people a reason to, like,
- 1:16:33Speaker 4: care for a different reason, then maybe there's a chance.
- 1:16:37Speaker 2: Well, I'm so glad that you came on Juicy Scoop
