  Speaker 1: South Road Sports Field and Pavilion. It's the Hive Sports

  Speaker 1: and Fitness Festival, which starts at ten o'clock and goes

  Speaker 1: on un till five o'clock. Now, I was chatting to

  Speaker 1: Peter Carroll during the week. He is the chair of

  Speaker 1: the event, and he told me the idea is to

  Speaker 1: showcase the local sports and clubs in the area and

  Speaker 1: bring them all together in one day so people can

  Speaker 1: go along, chat to the organizers in a friendly environment

  Speaker 1: and perhaps sign up. I mean sometimes when you're keen

  Speaker 1: to try a new sport, you know, they say, oh,

  Speaker 1: come along on a Tuesday night or something, and it

  Speaker 1: might be a little bit intimidating. If you go along,

  Speaker 1: they're all into the training, they all know each other,

  Speaker 1: whereas this is a bit different. It's a great idea.

  Speaker 1: It's much more relaxing. You can go along and have

  Speaker 1: a chat and you know, just sort of without the

  Speaker 1: sort of worry of shall I join, shall I not know?

  Speaker 1: will be represented gives us the follow in sports tennis, swimming, sailing, cricket, running, walking, football, bowls, rowing, squash,

  Speaker 1: plus demonstrations of dance, judo. We've got fitness with alistair,

  Speaker 1: tai chi, amateur boxing, pilates and even a ukulele group.

  Speaker 1: the high swimming pool in South Road. It's on a

  Speaker 1: first come, first serve basis. This room for one hundred

  Speaker 1: and fifty cars. So if you're looking to take up

  Speaker 1: the sites. You know, all that traveling when so many
