- 0:00Speaker 1: You just heard the news.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Now you'll find out what it all means. Hey, smarts
- 0:06Speaker 2: amone on seven tenor Hey, we got a lot to
- 0:18Speaker 2: get to today. We're starting early from now on nine
- 0:23Speaker 2: to noon, every day, nine to noon. So we'll get
- 0:25Speaker 2: to a crazy little doctor Fauci, he's got a lot
- 0:28Speaker 2: of legal trouble ahead of him. We'll get to President
- 0:31Speaker 2: Trump and Janine Piro, the latest on that fight. We'll
- 0:35Speaker 2: get to mayor mom, Donnie getting booed off the stage
- 0:38Speaker 2: last night. We'll get to hey, there's some AI developments
- 0:44Speaker 2: that might change the way you think about it. And
- 0:46Speaker 2: we'll get to well, lots of stuff. The Medicaid fraud
- 0:51Speaker 2: is out of control. They've discovered a lot of it.
- 0:55Speaker 2: Now here's an important thing that nobody ever talks about. Now,
- 1:00Speaker 2: this is actual statistics, government statistics. People now pay more
- 1:06Speaker 2: in taxes than they do for food, clothing, and shelter.
- 1:11Speaker 2: So when Democrats are whoever, when they talk about affordability,
- 1:15Speaker 2: the affordability crisis, the main culprit of that is taxes,
- 1:20Speaker 2: state government, local, federal taxes. It's the number one expense
- 1:25Speaker 2: people have. That was never the case before, but taxes
- 1:29Speaker 2: have been creeping up, not under Trump so much, but
- 1:32Speaker 2: over the years. And the affordability crisis is pretty much
- 1:36Speaker 2: caused by taxes. Let me just repeat that we pay
- 1:40Speaker 2: more in taxes. People pay more in taxes than they
- 1:43Speaker 2: do for food, clothing, and shelter. Over about a twenty
- 1:48Speaker 2: year period, income tax has gone up about sixty percent.
- 1:52Speaker 2: Corporate tax has gone up about one hundred and twenty percent.
- 1:55Speaker 2: That's passed on to the consumers. Now, this is from
- 1:58Speaker 2: the US Bureau of Labor Statistics. You're paying more in
- 2:03Speaker 2: taxes than ever before, ever before. It is out of control.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Now one reason for that is government spending is out
- 2:13Speaker 2: of control. Now, if you cut you could actually just
- 2:16Speaker 2: fix government spending, not completely, just fix a lot of
- 2:20Speaker 2: it like Elon Musk was doing. And then you could
- 2:22Speaker 2: cut everybody's taxes in half, everybody's taxes down fifty percent,
- 2:28Speaker 2: and you wouldn't. I mean, most of this is just
- 2:30Speaker 2: wasting fraud, that medicaid fraud that's going on. They just
- 2:34Speaker 2: started looking at it. The Vice President's task force just
- 2:38Speaker 2: started looking at it, and already they found a quarter
- 2:41Speaker 2: of a trillion dollars just being wasted. Here's the Vice President.
- 2:44Speaker 1: That we have been able to identify two hundred and
- 2:48Speaker 1: thirty billion dollars of fraud just since.
- 2:51Speaker 2: The Fraud Task Force was set up.
- 2:53Speaker 1: And that's frankly, by conservatively estimating it.
- 2:56Speaker 2: Yeah, so give it another few months, it's going to
- 2:58Speaker 2: be five hundred billion. And if they keep going for
- 3:01Speaker 2: another year, they'll probably find close to a trillion dollars
- 3:04Speaker 2: in total fraud. Medicaid fraud, now, these are medicaid payments
- 3:07Speaker 2: that are sent out to these centers that put in
- 3:10Speaker 2: for these government reimbursements. I don't know why the government
- 3:14Speaker 2: does and hasn't done this, but some reporters, usually freelancers,
- 3:19Speaker 2: go out and look at this medicaid center. It's getting
- 3:22Speaker 2: ten million in reimbursements and it's a closed storefront. There's
- 3:25Speaker 2: nobody there, there's nothing there. It's total fraud. So you
- 3:28Speaker 2: could start eliminating all this and at some point get
- 3:31Speaker 2: to the government overspending for everything. They just overpay for everything.
- 3:37Speaker 2: You can cut everybody's taxes by probably two thirds if
- 3:40Speaker 2: you wanted to, But that's the number one expense, the
- 3:43Speaker 2: number one cause of affordability crisis. Taxes. You're paying more
- 3:47Speaker 2: in taxes than for food, clothing, and shelter right now.
- 3:50Speaker 2: It's absolutely out of control. So President Trump met with
- 3:55Speaker 2: Jinine Piro, as you heard, and it was a a
- 3:58Speaker 2: lot of yelling and screaming, and he really went after her.
- 4:02Speaker 2: But apparently in the meeting, now she came with a
- 4:05Speaker 2: two big, big boxes of documents. One had to be
- 4:09Speaker 2: on wheels, it was so big, and she showed him
- 4:12Speaker 2: the evidence that she had that the Department of Interior
- 4:16Speaker 2: was wrong about the vandalism, and basically what happened in
- 4:20Speaker 2: the meeting. She tried to pin the whole thing on
- 4:22Speaker 2: Doug Bergham, and Bergham apparently tried to defend himself but
- 4:29Speaker 2: didn't do that well. She was just pointing out and
- 4:33Speaker 2: had documents to back it up that a lot of
- 4:37Speaker 2: this case about the vandalism was misinformation from the Department
- 4:41Speaker 2: of the Interior and the park Police, which are under Bergham,
- 4:46Speaker 2: that gave the wrong information and it was just bad info.
- 4:51Speaker 2: And she found that out. She realized this whole thing
- 4:53Speaker 2: was going to get tossed out of court, so she
- 4:55Speaker 2: withdrew it first. Now how effective she was in making
- 4:58Speaker 2: this argument, we don't know yet, but we'll find out.
- 5:02Speaker 2: Because President Trump said he's weighing the whole thing right now,
- 5:06Speaker 2: So she really went after Bergham in the meeting. Now,
- 5:10Speaker 2: he's known her, Janeine Piro for close to forty years,
- 5:16Speaker 2: close close. The families have been close. Jeanine Piro's longtime
- 5:20Speaker 2: husband was Trump's attorney for many, many, many years, handling
- 5:24Speaker 2: a lot of his real estate deal especially in Westchester.
- 5:28Speaker 2: Now that's a much much longer deeper connection than Doug
- 5:32Speaker 2: Bergham has, who's only known Trump for two years, three years.
- 5:35Speaker 2: So we'll see, we'll see how effective it was. He's
- 5:38Speaker 2: mulling it over, he said, which means, you know, sometimes
- 5:44Speaker 2: you really go after somebody in a meeting and it's
- 5:47Speaker 2: not till a day or two later you're planting the seeds.
- 5:51Speaker 2: And then it's a day or two later when the
- 5:52Speaker 2: guy realizing, you know what, you were right. So we'll
- 5:54Speaker 2: see what happens with her and Bergham. Anthony Fauci as
- 5:59Speaker 2: we speak, Senate Committee is holding hearings on holding him
- 6:04Speaker 2: in contempt. Most likely they will hold him in contempt
- 6:08Speaker 2: to Congress. They'll have to deal with that. Remember when
- 6:11Speaker 2: he showed up for his hearings, he showed up with
- 6:13Speaker 2: six attorneys with him. He's probably gonna need sixty now
- 6:16Speaker 2: once they hold him in contempt. The other problem he's
- 6:19Speaker 2: got is in Florida. The Florida Attorney General is going
- 6:24Speaker 2: after Fauci, absolutely going after Fauci. The Florida Attorney General
- 6:31Speaker 2: is open an active investigation into Fauci. No, I have
- 6:37Speaker 2: it into Fauci. This is what was his name, Uttemeyer.
- 6:41Speaker 2: He's the Florida Attorney General, and they have slapped him
- 6:47Speaker 2: with a subpoena.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Take a listen, and we're really focused in on his
- 6:51Speaker 1: self dealing. Evidence has come to light that he was
- 6:54Speaker 1: trying to personally profit off of this. This is outside
- 6:57Speaker 1: of his government duties, his official role. He's trying to
- 7:00Speaker 1: pursue book deals, awards, get connected with high rollers that
- 7:05Speaker 1: might help him come into millions and millions of dollars.
- 7:09Speaker 1: This is wrong and it could go towards a deceptive
- 7:12Speaker 1: trade practice, fraud, public nuisance, you name it. I think
- 7:15Speaker 1: there's many aspects of Florida law that now are implicated.
- 7:18Speaker 2: Now that they're going to prove. I don't know if
- 7:19Speaker 2: it's a crime. I mean it should be, but we'll see.
- 7:22Speaker 2: But they are going to prove that Fauci was a profiteer.
- 7:25Speaker 2: He was profiting off this with deals with drug companies,
- 7:29Speaker 2: and there are cash awarding there's awards and prizes that
- 7:33Speaker 2: pay cash, and he actively had his chief of staff
- 7:36Speaker 2: and as a personal assistant, god who worked for the government,
- 7:40Speaker 2: out there soliciting those on his behalf. You're not supposed
- 7:42Speaker 2: to do that, if you're holding public office, you're not
- 7:45Speaker 2: supposed to solicit money or awards like that. But he
- 7:48Speaker 2: did do it. So this is Florida Attorney General is
- 7:51Speaker 2: going after him.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Oh, we issued a formal subpoena to doctor Fauci under
- 7:55Speaker 1: Florida state law, seeking a breadth of documents ranging to
- 7:59Speaker 1: what he knew when he knew it, his doubts about
- 8:02Speaker 1: the safety and efficacy of vaccines that he's out there promoting.
- 8:06Speaker 2: Yeah. Now, by the way, the Senate Committee also has
- 8:09Speaker 2: gotten a hold of fauci cell phone, the one he
- 8:13Speaker 2: used during the period of the lockdown and the pandemic,
- 8:18Speaker 2: the height of it. So I'm assume that's a government
- 8:20Speaker 2: phone and he had to turn it in when he left.
- 8:22Speaker 2: But they've got the cell phone, they'll go through it
- 8:24Speaker 2: and pull the data out of it, and I think
- 8:27Speaker 2: you're going to find he spent all day every day
- 8:31Speaker 2: calling celebrities, fake news anchors, trying to talk to them.
- 8:36Speaker 2: We told you yesterday he was so madly in love
- 8:39Speaker 2: with Joan Biez, carrying on this phone affair with her
- 8:45Speaker 2: and then just writing about it in his diary. He
- 8:48Speaker 2: was all excited. He was talking to Barber Streisand and
- 8:51Speaker 2: Julia Roberts. He was writing in his diary about how
- 8:54Speaker 2: exciting it was to have dinner with Jake Tapper. Can
- 8:59Speaker 2: you imagine finding Jake Tapper exciting? What is wrong with
- 9:02Speaker 2: this guy? So the Florida Attorney General is going to
- 9:05Speaker 2: go after all of.
- 9:05Speaker 1: This government officials. They have a lot of immunities, they
- 9:08Speaker 1: have protections when they're doing their job. But when somebody
- 9:11Speaker 1: like doctor Fauci is lying and deceiving the American people,
- 9:15Speaker 1: pushing out directives and mandates that he privately questions as
- 9:19Speaker 1: unsafe and he's deriving a profit from it, that raises
- 9:22Speaker 1: larger legal questions.
- 9:24Speaker 2: Yeah. Now most likely they'll get him under oath. He'll
- 9:26Speaker 2: have to testify, and I imagine he'll take the Fifth
- 9:29Speaker 2: Amendment another couple hundred times.
- 9:30Speaker 1: And we want to find out at the end of
- 9:32Speaker 1: the day, you know, was he pursuing profit or was
- 9:36Speaker 1: he trying to protect the people of Florida. And his
- 9:38Speaker 1: diary it screams of fame and fortune. You know, he's
- 9:42Speaker 1: doubting the risks of myocarditis. He's frustrated that Florida is
- 9:46Speaker 1: not following his directives so much so that he traveled down.
- 9:50Speaker 1: He did news hits, radio hits, he went down with
- 9:52Speaker 1: Jill Biden all the while. We now know privately he
- 9:56Speaker 1: has a lot of doubts about safety.
- 9:58Speaker 2: Yeah, so he's gonna have a problem. And this is
- 10:02Speaker 2: just Florida. Be other states that will jump in on this.
- 10:06Speaker 2: Expect Texas to come next, in some other states. So
- 10:09Speaker 2: he had six attorneys at the hearing. He's probably gonna
- 10:12Speaker 2: need another couple dozen to get him through this. So
- 10:16Speaker 2: Fauci will be busy for the next few years working
- 10:19Speaker 2: on this. And you'll notice the biggest publicity hound in history,
- 10:24Speaker 2: beating Chuck Schumer's record for chasing TV cameras around. You'll
- 10:27Speaker 2: notice since the hearing, he's not appeared on TV and
- 10:32Speaker 2: I'm sure every net, CNN, MSNBC, I'm sure they're all
- 10:36Speaker 2: calling him. He's refusing to do TV shows. That's when
- 10:40Speaker 2: you know he's they really got him. When a worm
- 10:43Speaker 2: like that, a publicity hound like that, refuses to do interviews,
- 10:47Speaker 2: you know he's in real trouble. And that's good news. So,
- 10:53Speaker 2: you know, everybody's worried about AI. We were talking about
- 10:55Speaker 2: on the show yesterday. That's all you keep thinking is
- 10:57Speaker 2: that AI. Everybody's gonna lose their job. You're all going
- 10:59Speaker 2: to be white doubt, nobody's going to have any kind
- 11:02Speaker 2: of AI will take over everything. Well, there's some problems
- 11:06Speaker 2: with that. AI costs are now going up up, up.
- 11:10Speaker 2: A lot of employers sometimes for something switching back to
- 11:14Speaker 2: humans because it's actually cheaper. Now, you saw that SpaceX.
- 11:20Speaker 2: You know that's the hottest stock SpaceX. It opened at
- 11:23Speaker 2: whatever was one hundred and thirteen, went to two hundred.
- 11:26Speaker 2: It was it one hundred and twenty, five hundred and thirty,
- 11:28Speaker 2: and it went to two hundred. Well, it took a
- 11:30Speaker 2: big drop yesterday, a huge drop which shocked everybody. It
- 11:35Speaker 2: dropped way below the IPO price. Now why did SpaceX
- 11:38Speaker 2: take such a huge drop. Well, they had the report
- 11:41Speaker 2: earnings in the conference call and all that, and it
- 11:43Speaker 2: turned out their AI costs were through the roof. They
- 11:47Speaker 2: were ridiculously high the AI costs and that caused the drop.
- 11:54Speaker 2: So you're going to see this with a lot of companies.
- 11:56Speaker 2: They're going to start switching some stuff back to people. Now,
- 12:00Speaker 2: when you use AI, you know, it does not costing
- 12:03Speaker 2: us a fortune. But when you're a business, you got
- 12:05Speaker 2: to put in all kinds of AI systems and software
- 12:08Speaker 2: and infrastructure to do it. And the AI companies, you know,
- 12:13Speaker 2: you keep hearing about these data centers, all the controversy
- 12:15Speaker 2: with them. The thing that's not getting reported is the
- 12:18Speaker 2: ridiculously high cost of these data centers for the companies.
- 12:24Speaker 2: It's unbelievable. Now, within the next four or five years,
- 12:29Speaker 2: these AI companies will spend six trillion dollars on infrastructure.
- 12:37Speaker 2: That's a staggering amount. Six trillion now, just to build
- 12:43Speaker 2: all of this stuff so far that you're seeing these
- 12:45Speaker 2: data centers, they've already spent about six hundred and fifty billion.
- 12:48Speaker 2: These are these AI companies and all the big tech companies.
- 12:53Speaker 2: So when they spend six hundred and fifty billion on
- 12:55Speaker 2: all this AI infrastructure, data centers, all that stuff, it
- 12:59Speaker 2: gets passed along to the businesses using it. So the
- 13:02Speaker 2: AI costs are absolutely ridiculous, just staggering. So some companies
- 13:08Speaker 2: switching back to humans when they can, just to save
- 13:12Speaker 2: all those crazy AI costs. Hey, this is interesting. Zora
- 13:18Speaker 2: and Mamdani are a silly little mayor goes to Staten
- 13:22Speaker 2: Island and it's a police event. It's put on by
- 13:24Speaker 2: the NYPD. It's an anti crime event. About three thousand
- 13:28Speaker 2: people are there in the audience, and Mamdanni decides he'll
- 13:31Speaker 2: come and he'll speak at this police event, this anti
- 13:34Speaker 2: crime event. He gets up on stage. The crowd starts
- 13:39Speaker 2: booing and really booing, and they actually boot him off
- 13:43Speaker 2: the stage. He had to flee, he had to run,
- 13:46Speaker 2: He had to leave the stage. He was supposed to
- 13:49Speaker 2: make a speech, but the whole thing lasted less than
- 13:53Speaker 2: a minute. As he comes up there, they boo him
- 13:56Speaker 2: like crazy. Within a minute he's gone. He's in the
- 13:59Speaker 2: car and tearing away from Staten Island, racing to the
- 14:02Speaker 2: bridge to get the hell out of there. He was
- 14:05Speaker 2: booed off the stage. Congratulations, Staten Island. You did the
- 14:10Speaker 2: right thing. And it's got to happen everywhere now. So
- 14:15Speaker 2: I don't know what it means to him. I mean,
- 14:18Speaker 2: he's kind of a silly, crazy guy. He's got no
- 14:20Speaker 2: experience at anything, you know, he's a thirty four year
- 14:23Speaker 2: old kid, never had a job. So I don't know
- 14:25Speaker 2: what this will do to him. Will he just hate
- 14:27Speaker 2: Staten Island forever and never go back and try to
- 14:31Speaker 2: punish him in some ways, or will he find in
- 14:34Speaker 2: the next few weeks it's going to start happening everywhere
- 14:36Speaker 2: and it's not just Staten Island. But keep booing him
- 14:40Speaker 2: when you see him. Maybe at some point he'll get
- 14:42Speaker 2: the message. So Hey, the United Nations has come out
- 14:46Speaker 2: against Iran. Yeah, right on time. Iran just executed fifty
- 14:52Speaker 2: six people. So they denounced that. The funding Hamas has
- 14:56Speaker 2: belah hoodies, they haven't denounced that yet. The UH violating
- 15:02Speaker 2: every nuclear agreement and building nuclear weapons, they haven't denounced that.
- 15:06Speaker 2: All the other horrible things for forty seven years never
- 15:09Speaker 2: been announced by the UN, but they finally denounced them.
- 15:12Speaker 2: Maybe they're finally figuring out they've been betting on the
- 15:14Speaker 2: wrong horse in this whole thing. Straight Ah Horn Moose
- 15:17Speaker 2: was supposed to open maybe today. The President was asked
- 15:22Speaker 2: about it.
- 15:22Speaker 1: The straight up barbooz the actos reporting that you fight
- 15:26Speaker 1: and opened as to this tomorrow.
- 15:28Speaker 2: Could happen tomorrow and the next thing tomorrow. There's a
- 15:31Speaker 2: lot of progress has been there. And they called me
- 15:34Speaker 2: and they said, please, let's go. They want to make
- 15:36Speaker 2: a deal. They do not want to be hit. This
- 15:39Speaker 2: was the biggest hit since World War Two, is I said,
- 15:42Speaker 2: But we'll see what happens. They had a very good day.
- 15:46Speaker 2: The negotiations were good. Yeah, a lot of progress have
- 15:50Speaker 2: been made. I don't know. Yeah, a lot of progress.
- 15:55Speaker 2: Believe me, I've seen progress. But this is real. The
- 15:58Speaker 2: progress they've made is unbelievable. What can I tell you?
- 16:03Speaker 2: I don't know. This could go on for a while.
- 16:05Speaker 2: They're gonna open it, not open it. They got a
- 16:07Speaker 2: piece agreement. They're backfighting. Nope, there's another piece agreement. Now
- 16:12Speaker 2: they're back to fighting. Wait a minute, there's another piece agreement. Uh,
- 16:16Speaker 2: back to fighting. This is good. I don't know. I
- 16:18Speaker 2: don't mind this. And a lot of people hate this,
- 16:20Speaker 2: and they yelling and screaming. He has no plan, he
- 16:22Speaker 2: has no of this. I don't mind this. It's just
- 16:24Speaker 2: keeping a rand busy tied up in limbo, keeps them
- 16:28Speaker 2: distracted from anything else they might be up to. No,
- 16:32Speaker 2: I don't mind but we'll see, we'll see. There are
- 16:35Speaker 2: a lot of people thinking probably should get some other negotiators.
- 16:39Speaker 2: Steve Wikoff, great guy, Jared Kushner, it's okay, very very
- 16:45Speaker 2: sharp guy. I mean, you're great at a lot of stuff.
- 16:47Speaker 2: They might not be the right guys for this job.
- 16:49Speaker 2: Some people think, you know what, send General Jack Keene
- 16:52Speaker 2: over there with somebody like that to negotiate and we'll see. Hey,
- 16:56Speaker 2: we'll take a break and then hey, we'll get to
- 16:58Speaker 2: Pete hegsatth Apparently there's quite a fight with him. We
- 17:01Speaker 2: got a lot to get to today. We'll also get
- 17:03Speaker 2: to a lot of our great, great music stars. Maybe
- 17:10Speaker 2: you should get off the stage. You're getting a little old.
- 17:12Speaker 2: I mean, there's a lot of concerts getting canceled lately
- 17:16Speaker 2: from these guys out there. And we've got a lot
- 17:17Speaker 2: to get to. And don't forget I start at nine
- 17:20Speaker 2: o'clock now every day. It's nine to noon every day,
- 17:23Speaker 2: nine to noon every day here on seven to ten.
- 17:27Speaker 2: WR
